`1956`	Father assassinated.
`23 Dec 1972`	Howard Hughes is living in Managua, Nicaragua at the time a massive earthquake levels the city, killing 5,000 people. After the quake he stays at the country palace of Anastasio Somoza.
`17 Jul 1979`	Sandinistas overthrow Anastasio Somoza. He flees temporarily to Miami, FL.
`17 Sep 1980`	Anastasio Somoza, former dictator of Nicaragua, assassinated in Paraguay.
