Scott Patrick Royal, 31, 110 Lookout Ridge, is charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule I controlled substance, MDMA known as Ecstasy; possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a press release from Maj. County sheriff’s detectives, a U.S. Postal Service Inspector and Department of Homeland Security agents based in Wilmington conducted a controlled mail delivery Monday at 110 Lookout Ridge where Mr. Royal lives with his parents.

Officials conducted the delivery after customs agents intercepted a package containing 52 Ecstasy pills that were addressed to the Lookout Ridge address. The package was mailed to the Cedar Point address from Germany.

The package was addressed to Mr. Royal. After the controlled delivery was made, sheriff’s detectives and Homeland Security investigators executed a search warrant of the resident and seized the pills, which have a street value of $1,560.
