Title:	Porting the LLVM back-end of GHC to the LLVM binding and offering an extensible and powerful interface for better diagnosis and analysis
Abstract:	David Terei's work lead to a new back-end for GHC. It can lead to great improvements for the Haskell world, but there is a need for the basis to be reworked, basing it on the Haskell binding of LLVM, and offering a flexible and efficient interface to the LLVM back-end, itself leading to nice diagnosis and analysis capabilities, which are necessary to improve the back-end and make it ready for production use, and this is what this proposal is about.
