8- Zero tolerance policy against scams and account takeover attempts

Any attempts to scam the community about DALL·E access, or attempting to steal or takeover someone else's DALL·E account / access will result with perma-ban.

9- NO real persons

Do not use any real person's name in the prompt including celebrities, politicians, public figures or any other real people. Do not use images of celebrities, politicians, public figures for editing (inpainting, outpainting & variations). This applies even if you are using a photograph you own the rights.

Exception: Celebrities, politicians and public figures who lived BEFORE 1 Jan 1823 are allowed. (People who DIED 200+ years ago)

10- No NSFW

Nudity and visual synonyms for pornography will result with ban.
