I'm really enjoying training custom models to bring my ideas to life. Next time I want to look into embeddings or hypernetworks to see if I can get the same results.

I am convinced that one day custom models themselves will be considered artworks by the art world. This is nothing less than a new form of expression.

It's a bit like videogames: it's not so much the screenshots that matters, but the experience of playing the game and exploring its possibilities.

Yes, working on it gives me the same satisfaction that I used to have when making images / art in Photoshop or with photography.

I am having a lot of fun with the "we have embeddings at home" version of just layering up four or five images in GIMP and adjusting the opacity so they all sort of remain visible, then using that in img2img.

Ah yes, thats a nice way to force a composition onto your images. With just prompts that is pretty much impossible.

Where's a good start to learn how? Thanks.

This page explains in detail how to train a model yourself.

Absolutely amazing!

beautiful imagery

awesome, you will share model? - yeah nice to get models into embeddings/hypernetworks, save more space! ;)

[–]mosredna101[S] 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I might share it if I get the smaller files that are used for embedding.

cool, look forward to either, good job! :)

Some of it looks like a corrosive nanite disease that spreads like fractals.

Sirepenski Swiss Cheese Disease.

Haha, yes it for sure has a weird organic feel to it!

Can't tell if cute or horrifying. Especially #8

[–]mosredna101[S] 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Why not both?

[–]GenericMarmoset 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why not both...indeed.

The only correct answer.

This is how an evolved civilization of nanobots would live in the distant future (probably after decimating all the organic life of the galaxy, lol).

Maybe training fractals alone to merge them with backgrounds and add the robots after or in a different training. Just a random thought. I havent tried training

[–]mosredna101[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The training images where only 3d fractals. No robots where used.
