Actually had zero information on Ross ulbricht, since I only knew him as DPR and all my business was done through SR. If I had actually helped against him, I definitely wouldn't have gotten 10 years.

This is the actual plea agreement. Try to find any reference at all, to what you just said. There's no such thing as even getting a new 'max'.

On top of that, good luck in federal prison after you turned CI, are testifying or cooperated against people. I was not even allowed to serve my sentence in my home country. I took a plane to the US, did 7,5 years, and flew back again this year.

Related to his charges of narcotics trafficking, the indictment lists "mixtures and substances containing a detectable amount" of various drugs—1kg of heroin, 5kg or cocaine, 10g of LSD, and 500g of meth.

Instead he got "Time Served" after having done 18 months in pre-arrest. He never saw actual prison.

Yes I hope Ross gets out one day, nobody deserves life in prison for a non violent offense, but that's just a euro-liberal POV. I've met several people where they've thrown away the key for a fraud offense.

Ironically, my charge was 'Importing a controlled substance into the US" with only a handful of pills and grams of MDMA that they'd intercepted, or caught during arrests. I was facing a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 5 years in prison until October 2013.

Then they caught Ross red handed, logged in. Apparently, he had kept the entire Silk Road database from day one. Every last record of sale, vendor, buyer, BTC addresses, listing names, etc etc.

That was my entire 'discovery' (evidence). They handed me a stack of paper printed from Excel with my username and every listing ever sold on Silk Road. That was the part I just couldn't understand at the time, how could I be charged for drugs sold from my country, to my country, or anywhere in europe for that matter? But US 'drug conspiracy' law is all encompassing.

Forfeited, everything. I had multiple wallets in different locations, but federal agencies have teams of people that are very, very good at finding money. They even found a trace of bitcoin that were supposedly 'washed' before (where you pay a percentage and they get broken up and rerouted), then traced it to a numbered bank account in Switzerland. Also found the Mauritius bank account that was put in the name of a Hong Kong registered company.

A good week was about 50k USD in straight drug sales, I didn't keep logs out of fear it would some day be found. I started making more money off of BTC increases in 2013, which is why I planned to stop in the summer.

Sucks when you think youre doing your part and someone else keeps logs of all your shit. I started hacking at 9 years old... and even before the fbi went internet crazy you learned that logs and ip addresses and saving screenshots of hacks is a bad idea. BIG OOF! let alone documenting every crime you commit plus everyone elses.

And you better believe Secret Service, FBI, HSI, etc. got everyone of Silk Road's logs through Ross Ulbricht's computer. Every log with every BTC transaction to every other BTC address, every last listing is on the record and they have it all in spreadsheets.

Whoever used to use SR regularly, knows you couldn't go back more than two weeks, and Ross Ulbricht always swore he never kept any logs. During the couple times that it was DDOS'd or taken down, all previous transactions were gone when it went back online. Whoever did not use PGP to send their address, or encrypt whatever they were sending.. Which were most people in my experience.

I just think he wanted his life to be a book that was documented in detail and someone like that has no business in trying to be anonymous.

I truly couldn't believe it when they dropped the entire database with my username in front of me. Even private or 'custom' listings that were made for individual buyers, were all logged.

Still got sentenced in the US, but I was lucky with a lenient judge in Chicago.

QUINONES is "UndergroundSyndicate" who had previously gotten 70 months, while getting caught with drugs, money and guns.

The guidelines were 480 months (40 years), based on drug amounts, and "Enhancements" (Mass Marketing, etc.) The prosecution asked for 15 years. Mainly for "deterrence". My attorney asked for 70 months, same as Quinones.

I wasn't, I usually could only cash out enough to fund the supplies needed and pay the bills. They were private buyers mainly, I paid anywhere between 10-15% to get big amounts of cash quickly. It was a different time for sure. The whole cashing out, laundering, etc. was a part time job, while SR itself was full time.

The MDMA was made by a chemist, he made it from PMK because end product will be at a higher purity and from user experiences, it was preferred over safrole. The green ?'s were the lowest dosage, the whites the strongest and the reds were in the middle.

Individuals abusing MDMA, weed, peyote and LSD are far and few in between I'd say. Meanwhile Xanax is schedule 4, meaning it has a low risk of abuse and dependence.

Facebook didn't get a federal indictment. It would be interesting to see what Zuckerberg's lawyers would argue if he would spend a few months in a jumpsuit in a high rise building. Once federal prosecutors put together a plausible enough indictment, you are likely over 99% guilty. Why?

soo… that data is accurate but slanted.most people don’t have the resources (read: money) to fight a federal indictment in court.

Not to mention that the judge and jury is already leaning towards guilty verdict bc a plethora of reasons. I would imagine that number is lower for white collar crimes

Nope I bought the coke and the highest purity of mdma hcl is technically 84%. Due to its hcl bond. 16% is salt, and 84% mdma molecule. But if you mean if that specific mdma hcl was pure, then yes, all of the mdma was raw crystals and uncut what I sold, or processed further into pills.
