Latent horniness is a fun measurement.

[–]dapoxi 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Fun? Yes.

Practically relevant? Not so sure (as OP admitted).

[–]stablediffusioner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

parents of teenagers do it all the time.

[–]abadadibulka 115 points116 points  (6 children)

Very well, grape fruit here I come

[–]aimongus 38 points39 points  (0 children)

[–]Mocorn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

With that reference I'm feeling the jungle love up in here!

[–]Zipp425 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ikena made a new model that hasn't had the same level of adoption yet, but is definitely worth checking out as well:
Hassaku

[–]kruthe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kai Greene has entered the chat ...

[–]fongletto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jokes aside, Grape is definitely top 3 in terms of straight up hentai models.

Although recently I've transferred over to anyhentai because it just seems to play better with western styles.

[–]NoBoysenberry9711 27 points28 points  (2 children)

Someone once complained about buttholes appearing out of nowhere in stable diffusion 1.5 without any checkpoints/LORA's/etc, because it included NSFW in it's training for anatomy reasons. I've been looking at crotches ever since for inappropriate NSFW leakage.

I wonder how SD 1.5 does on this chart?

[–]PRNGAppreciation[S] 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Very good point.

I did the same procedure with SD 1.5 and the result is 100% "Other".

[–]pixel8tryx 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Funny as one of my top "weird negatives" I've seen on Civitai, for clothed, SFW renders was "missing asshole". All the girls had thick, full-coverage space suits. Their aft cheekular regions were so large, I suspect they would eclipse anything but the largest of posterior orifii. So why add that to your negative I wonder? Does it comfort some guys just knowing it's there? 🤣

[–]BackgroundAmoebaNine 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I can't believe you used the scientific method like this. I'm in awe. I saw the chart and blurted out laughing and had to see the post but.. wow!

[–]ZHName 13 points14 points  (6 children)

On a sort of related side topic, i am interested in architecture and interiors models, are there any? Or materials, etc.

[–]magusonline 10 points11 points  (1 child)

I am too, but it's been a struggle to produce structures without it trying to add in a girl, etc

[–]Ynvictus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try Epic Diffusion at Dezgo, it suffers from the opposite problem, sometimes just ignoring that you asked for a girl and giving only the structure, but that can be a plus.

[–]pixel8tryx 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I usually end up putting "girl, lady, woman, female, face, human" even male, guy, etc. as negative prompts for my architectural visualization gens. Some models will still try to stick one or two in there every once in a while. After all, note that the above example was made with no prompt.

Go to Civitai and where you see "ALL, " and the various subject matter types, click on the arrow on the right side to scroll right and you will see "Architecture". It puts "#architecture" in the search box, so maybe you can use that instead.

There are some architecture-focused models and LoRA. Hey thanks to you I've discovered a couple I haven't seen before! I just started playing with LoRA and was trying to look at too much at once.

I'm usually doing future visualizations so I don't want normal architecture. I usually use Epic, Flexible, Cheese Daddy+Deliberate, RPG or RealisticVision 1.4 and get very detailed results as high as 2560 x 1600.

[–]dapoxi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't understand how you can be interested in this and still ask whether there are any models.

  • It takes seconds to check and find out that civitai.com has a whole category for "Architecture". It has both checkpoints and LORAs.

  • It takes minutes to check their galleries and look through prompts and comments to see how people use them and what they are saying.

  • It takes hours to download the most popular models and try various prompts and settings to get a feel of the results for yourself.

The last one I don't blame you for not doing - it's reasonable to ask experienced users what they're using and what works for them, especially if you're looking for something specific.

[–]Bra2ha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try 2DN model

[–]tecedu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look into controlnet if you want it to follow certain architechture, its way better

[–]Distinct-Traffic-676 9 points10 points  (6 children)

Aww that's awesome. I do not really need to check mine. Its been my go to for about two months now (oMix833) and from experience I know exactly how it is going to fair... <does a run of 25 images>... YUP. Just what I thought.

oMix833: 100% female, maybe 5% in the light risque department.

Matter of fact I have to negative the crud out of it to not have a girl in there somewhere...

[–]Distinct-Traffic-676 -1 points0 points  (5 children)

Ancestral Euler sampling with 30 steps, CFG scale 7

Oh yeah... what is this about? AE with 30 seems rather specific lol. Anything I should know? Also CFG 7? 6 and 8 are OK - but screw 7!

[–]PRNGAppreciation[S] 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Nothing special about those settings, they are just close to what I usually use for initial exploration.

I doubt that changing them would significantly change the stats for this experiment, but I still wanted to document everything.

[–]Distinct-Traffic-676 6 points7 points  (0 children)

OMG... I used those in the negative prompt... going to see myself out

[–]esuil 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Huh, what is wrong with 7?

[–]Distinct-Traffic-676 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Nothing lol. I screwed up! When I saw the negative prompt he provided I cut and pasted the whole thing verbatum. I think the commas screwed me up. The settings he provided I took as "oddball negatives"

(bad quality, worst quality:1.4) 512x512, Ancestral Euler sampling with 30 steps, CFG scale 7

So I was thinking to myself. Man... I wonder why CFG scale 7 images need to be in the negative prompt. Hmm... what does he have against images using Euler @ 30 steps? Just me being a total retard...

[–]esuil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you are using automatic1111, the way you are supposed to copy the prompts is putting it all into positive field, then clicking the checkmark button on the right, below the generation button. It parses the prompt field and distributes things like negative and settings to correct fields.

[–]placated 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Finally, some real useful science on this sub

[–]Ynvictus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Did you know that (bad, worst:1.4) produces better output than the negative output you used? This is because the outputs will avoid looking at anything with "quality" as a descriptor, so you're not only getting rid of the bad and worst ones, but those that mention quality at all. People should do an study on negative prompts instead of copying and pasting or leaving a website's defaults, sometimes you get the best outputs when you remove some negatives that actually hurt the prompts.

[–]gooblaka1995 15 points16 points  (2 children)

I just want good male focused models that don't revolve around a specific actor or anime character 😔

[–]Is_Not_Porn_Account 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seinen and yaoi, train on those

[–]billgatesisspiderman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't used a ton of models, yet, but if you tell anything you want a male you'll get pretty good results imo. Maybe throw in female as negative prompt as a bonus but I've been testing some stuff recently and was very happy with what anything gave me

[–]Wireball 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I wonder if /r/dataisbeautiful would be interested in this too?

[–]applesugar-ai 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am sad to report that my upvote made it go from 69 total to 70.

[–]SecondRateProd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not even 30 seconds reading this and grapefruit is downloading

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 6 points7 points  (13 children)

i have a battery of prompts i run across any model i want to look at that test general use across styles, diversity, capability to do tech and capability to do fantasy themes ... REVanimated in particular is a VERY good general model.

Ive probably only run about half the models you tested through my battery because it takes an hour or so, but your general trend seems about right :D I think i still prefer dreamshaper3.... theres just something about 4 that isnt the same. I should run NED today.

Chilloutmix is a surprisingly good general model too.

I really need to do some video reviews of models, it's just so much more work than reviewing loras

[–]magusonline 6 points7 points  (7 children)

Chilloutmix is a surprisingly good general female only model too.

It's training data is exclusively females and random "backgrounds". It's not a general model, when you ask it to make a male, basic cat, or a building.

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 1 point2 points  (6 children)

I dunno, these are from my diversity test and I dont tailor my prompts for different models.

<image>

[–]Phemto_B 3 points4 points  (1 child)

That band is going to be a huge hit!

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

haha good call :D

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 0 points1 point  (1 child)

a few shots from my tech prompts

<image>

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

and to round out a few shots from my fantasy tests... it's actually one of the few models that even tries to do an actual castle siege rather than just drawing a castle :D

<image>

[–]billgatesisspiderman 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Which models were these?

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

these are all chilloutmix

[–]pixel8tryx 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I'm surprised how useful some of these models are for other things. I look at the backgrounds and the girl's costumes. If they're well done, accurate, with good detail, I give it a try.

I tend to have a prompt I want to play with but need to figure out which models to use. I'm a bit of a pack-rat and have over 150. I'm gearing up for X/Y plots on Auto1111 now. I took it's list of model names, got rid of the hash, and picked out the 2.1 models for a separate run. I still don't know how many I can run at once, so I'm breaking them up into 4 groups. Ultimately I need to make sub-groups for ones that produce anime or line illustration only, general stylized look, photoreal, special interests like Sci Fi, etc. I ponder a special purpose model-manager.

The battery of prompts sounds cool and it's too bad that they'd probably make awful labels for the X/Y plot unless they're really short. They don't list prompt, itself, but have Prompt S/R (that search/replace thing I guess) so maybe they just use that.

[–]theArtificialAnalyst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah they're way too long for labels unfortunately but I have used them enough now to have a vague idea of what is what. I've basically got 5 prompts that do anime, photo, sketch, line art and um... oh painting. Then for each of those i then have a range of subjects covering everything from an iphone to and indian grandma in an armchair to space battles and dragons.

im still tweaking my fantasy ones a little as they often give poor results, but every time i think the prompts are wrong i try a new model that succeeds at something nothing else has and I realise its the models who are wrong :D

[–]Somni206 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great, now I have to download Dreamshaper too and add "purely_SFW" to its filename so I don't forget how latently horny the other models are.

[–]Roger_MacClintock 2 points3 points  (6 children)

All generated with RX 470 4gb on DirectML version of Automatic1111 with Clip skip 1 and KL-f8-Anime2 vae

I tried this with once my favourite anime model czeromix20HybridSFW 10 times and I get https://imgur.com/a/To10cbl

6 female characters - 4 a bit risky and 2 nsfw, 2 cats, 1 motorbike, 1 house patio

-----------

RPGv4 - https://imgur.com/a/zm45oyW

5 sfw females, 2 buildings, car, motorbike, snowy landscape

not anime model but I was curious about results, and this model needs really good prompts

----------

pastelMixStylizedAnime - https://imgur.com/a/Mwo6ESF

10/10 - sfw images with anime girls.

---------

dalcefoPainting_3rd - https://imgur.com/a/F8MvojC

10/10 - sfw images with anime girlswith couple of them with really good quality faces

10/10 - all sfw, 7 characters, 2 city landscapes and 1 4x4 vehicle in mountains

[–]Ynvictus 2 points3 points  (5 children)

Thanks, this is what the OP had missing, pictures to look at.

[–]billgatesisspiderman 1 point2 points  (4 children)

OP had too much data to share images. I wouldn't wanna look at 1000+ images

[–]Ynvictus 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Most relevant 6 from all models would have worked for me, first I thought "since they're NSFW it makes sense that he can't share them", but then this guy used imgur and gave the service I had missing. Because these models' names say nothing to me, heh, 1 picture still says more than 1000 words.

[–]PRNGAppreciation[S] 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I see your point, but I wanted this to be as objective as possible, and me selecting any N "most relevant" images would by necessity be biased. I could put the entire generated image set up somewhere, but I do think that statistically anyone should be able to reproduce these overall results from the methodology information given.

[–]Ynvictus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get it, I mean not as the original article, but as bonus material, maybe in another thread, like "hey, I generated these images to test what models create without a prompt and I liked these ones to share them", but I'm always hungry for more.

[–]billgatesisspiderman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point

[–]Phemto_B 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to publish this! You'd be in the running for the Ignobel Prize this year.

[–]Acet-1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow i used the same approach with lots of "realistic" model like Deliberate, Woopwoop Photo, Q10, etc...

Realistic Vision v1 to v2 is most adapted in "non-cooming" content. The most of models i used can switch to nsfw when i batch 50 or 100 render.

[–]Impressive_Alfalfa_6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Real dedication! Thanks for this!

[–]Maya_Hett 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DarkSushi is also really nice for Ice landscapes + cat girls. Interesting, probably similar training data.

[–]Gecktendo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey so I did this test but instead of "bad quality" I found that just using the unweighted word "text" gave just as good of results too. That might help cases so you are injecting as little bias into your test as possible. You never know what "bad quality" is affecting in your tests.

[–]tamal4444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My hard drive :(

[–]Frodo-Marsh 4 points5 points  (1 child)

What about men

[–]SinisterCheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No men, only waifu tits.

[–]Kelburno 2 points3 points  (7 children)

None of them are horny enough. Otherwise I wouldn't have had to make all these Loras.

[–]bigdinoskin 3 points4 points  (6 children)

Not horny enough... Are you making Lora's to see through skin?

[–]Kelburno 3 points4 points  (5 children)

Most models have same-face/head syndrome because they weren't trained on enough images. In terms of prons, you're pretty much just going to get small variations of the same 4-5 things.

[–]Ynvictus 1 point2 points  (4 children)

same-face/head syndrome

This kills most models for me. What I've been doing is just producing a lot of heads with SD 1.5 until I get a good one, I paste it over the same-face/head syndrome of the other model's output, then img2img it with 1.5 again so it blends, then merge the best of both pics.

Works well, but I'm still waiting for a model with SD's face/head variety (that... looks good, img2img is necessary because most SD faces can produce nightmares.)

[–]Kelburno 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Loras work well for it because you can find a lot of artists or image libraries which have 1000s of images. You can train at 50 steps in a few hours or over night.

I find that the biggest challenge is hair, since interrogate does not identify them accurately, and will combine hair with eyes pretty often.

[–]Ynvictus 0 points1 point  (2 children)

It confuses hair with eyes? Now that's some unexpected problem!

[–]Kelburno -1 points0 points  (1 child)

It's because in tag interrogate, eyes are often not tagged, so they bleed into surrounding tags. So using hair or expression tags gets them, as well as the instance word which every image is tagged with.

[–]Ynvictus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah! Thanks, it makes sense now.

[–]Unreal_777 1 point2 points  (17 children)

That's a bummer, I have been seeing nice Safe For Work images made by revAnim (At least that's what the prompts mentioend) that I wanted to try out, I guess I am skipping that model.

[–]PRNGAppreciation[S] 24 points25 points  (12 children)

I don't think you should necessarily look at these results like that. These inherent tendencies in the models are interesting to look at (at least to me), but it could well be that something as simple as a "nsfw" negative prompt gets rid of most or all of it.

[–]Unreal_777 6 points7 points  (11 children)

if you can make an experiment on how likely a model will actually respect the nsfw tag negative prompt, that would convince me to download those models

[–]bjj_starter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would be interested in that as well. "How well can you constrain away the one-handed stuff?" is a requirement metric for the use cases I'm interested in.

[–]HydroChromatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've wondered this too. I have both furry and anime models downloaded cause I draw both (like actual art, I just use SD for brainstorming/play/things I can't physically do) but noticed that I have to fight even harder on the furry models cause even though I'm prompting for clothes, it'll try to stick a penis like shape or bulge on the crotch even if I'm fighting for my life in the negative prompt.

The Kavka model is a blessing cause it does both furries, anime, in eastern and western style (kemonohito vs furry) AND seems SFW biased.

[–]Embern54 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Why are you so against it? Negative prompts with extra weights will completely eliminate it on every model.

[–]Unreal_777 -2 points-1 points  (2 children)

DO you think it's healthy actually? Imagine anytime you drink water food, you get a sip of strong liquid and strong food? Imagine any time you breath you are exposed to what look like nice odors,

We are simply NOT MEANT to look at this stuff that often. It just destroys your functioning brain.

[–]Embern54 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I'm not advocating for constant exposure to porn lmao, slow down a little. All I said was that it can be easily eliminated from being rendered with negative prompts with extra weights, therefore giving great SFW results as it's still trained on lots of high quality images.

Also looking at it is mostly fine, developing an addiction through masturbation is the actual issue, the internet pretty much exposes nsfw stuff to us every single day.

[–]Unreal_777 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Also looking at it is mostly fine

Disagree, the devil lies in the details, one look then a second look then it becomes trivial then you are no longer feeling anything, it is clear that males are supposed to FEEL something when exposed to it: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12738404/

You just don't want to "feel" all the time, every time you press generate.

[–]MorganTheDual 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Er... no? The contents of the model are fixed. The negative prompt you use has no impact on it. Nor is access to the prompts any of us use typical or widespread (unless you're using a dedicated online service), so it's unlikely to affect anyone who's doing training or merging of models. And there's no shortage of people releasing NSFW-capable models.

[–]Embern54 0 points1 point  (2 children)

What are you talking about?

I never said the content wasn't fixed, adding a negative prompt especially with extra weights will cause SD to avoid it at all costs, even to the point of making weird distorted images in rare cases it cant find anything else to create (rare).

Did you misunderstand the comments or something?

[–]MorganTheDual 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Apparently I did! Because that wasn't what it sounded like you meant.

Given the clarification, I probably agree with you. Better to throw in negative prompts for things when they show up than to act preemptively with who-knows-what side effects.

[–]Embern54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries, and yeah I agree :)

[–]MorganTheDual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure nsfw as a negative prompt ever really works well; it's a bit too open-ended IMO.

(When I have experimented with it, it seems to go for barbie doll anatomy or pose-based censoring rather than actually avoid making what I would still consider fairly sexually charged images.)

But most of the porn/hentai cabable models I've used don't seem to push it very hard unless you've got a term in there that's at least a bit charged. AbyssOrangeMix2NSFW has been one of my goto models for worksafe prompts for a while, and the most I find myself having to do very often is add "nipples" to the negative.

That's why I think that, though this post is interesting, a test of how often a model lewded up simple prompts that are not inherently sexually charged.

[–]Zipp425 7 points8 points  (2 children)

I've used RevAnimated on a few occassions without feeling any sort of pull towards NSFW. I was honestly very surprised by the results the OP showed for it.

[–]fongletto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me too, Rev is actually my go to when I'm looking for SFW. It does definitely prefer women more than the average model though.

[–]dapoxi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. While appreciate OP's work, experiences like this make me question the usefulness of this "promptless" kind of test.

I don't deny the results are real, but this is not how you use SD, so performance under these conditions might just be irrelevant.

[–]pixel8tryx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used it successfully too. I think most of these models get horny if you try to render a girl. I rarely do portraits at all, so I don't notice these problems.

[–]bjplague 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for your work and the information it shed.

[–]Is_Not_Porn_Account 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add some constructive criticism to my previous statement I have been advocating that the anime training needs to be done based on genre and it's not there are at least four genres that would remove a significant portion of the not safer work content from the model itself while allowing very interesting stylized changes. Shoujo anime very little NSFW content, ignore the Ecchi genre entirely, the Josei genre. And if you want men to show up, use the Seinen genre and a few cherry picked Shonens. Ironically some Yaoi also has male only content that would help create a more masculine anime model.

[–]nagora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dreamshaper is bizarrely obsessed with cars. If you mention a car in the prompt it will do its best to give you just an image of that car sitting on a road, empty. It's a bit annoying.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

a pretty good mix of models there

glad u didnt use mega model anime it might have caused a riot lol

[–]SinisterCheese -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I'm actually worried that image generation ai will be left at the level of just making anime tits.

As much as people whine about 2.1 lacking and sucking, and love to hate on SD for whatever is the hate of the day. They at least made base models, capable of being base models everything else just makes anime tits.

Yeah yeah.... whatever.... porn dictates what tech wins. Sure... however VHS, CD and DVD was also used for things other than porn. One could say, that porn ended up being rather small use case overall at the end.

[–]doppledanger21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your due diligence for science. Now if you'll excuse me, I must embark upon an adventure through the net.

[–]That_Panda_8819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a spaghetti index?

[–]Zwiebel1 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Interesting tests. Did you find anything that produces good aesthetically pleasing backgrounds (both landscapes and interiors) with a minimum amount of errors unprompted?

I really struggle finding good models for that. Most landscape/architecture models I tried dont have that destinct "anime" feel to it.

[–]Kelburno 2 points3 points  (2 children)

the ghibli model is by far the best at landscapes, so you should try merging it with things. Just make sure you get the right once since there are two and one sucks.

Aside from that, if you break down anime into images you can filter tagged images by shots with no humans/outdoors, and you tend to get 1000+ landscapes and BGs for easy training.

[–]Zwiebel1 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yeah I am aware that training an AI might be an option but unfortunately my GPU can't handle it. I'm a 4Gb VRAM pleb.

[–]Kelburno -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Even with Kohya? Its requirements are lower than dreambooth/training full models. I can't train normal models either.

[–]IrisColt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for conducting this study! Your hard work and dedication have resulted in valuable insights.

[–]SpecialistFruit1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I request OP provide evidencesauce of these claims for objective verificationmyhomeworkfolder .

For ScienceTM of course.

[–]DominoNo- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy it when model makers have different versions of their anime models.

One SFW, one semi, and one NSFW. One of the Gyoza mixes does this and I really enjoy not seeing tits every prompt, and I really love the art style.

[–]Turbulent-Leek3260 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, I did pretty much exactly the same thing, but I was always to lazy to actually finish and post it. I called it the Horny Index.

I didn't use any negative prompt and I didn't look at any Anime models. These were my results:

Horny Index: 100 512x512 pictures

experience_exp65, Model hash: 186614216c: 83 women, 42 nudes

deliberate_v11, Model hash: d8691b4d16: 41 women, 18 nudes

Model hash: 70346f7a1e, Model: artErosAerosATribute_aerosNovae: 95 women, 51 nudes

Model hash: fe4efff1e1, Model: sd-v1-4: 3 women, 0 nudes

I'm pretty sure I looked at more models, but apparently I didn't write those results down, I was probably too lazy to look at 100 pictures for those.
