These ones will be nightmare to verify in the future. I hope they integrate this function to Dalle2 interface so the whole image can have a single source link.

Providing verification information should be only up to the uploader. Image should be an image, having some other information inside of its metadata is insecure, undesireable and is just not the right way.

One of these with photorealistic style 🤔😱

If I get access I'm putting my cat in and telling the AI to zoom out and see what it does.

With API access and a little bit of programming we could create an infinite picture that just keeps growing. We could vote on which image is added the to the mural next. Imagine an infinite Where's Waldo picture.

Okay when I get access I'm going to make some Where's Waldo stuff. We need exact instructions so we don't have to figure it out all over again. I want to see if just telling the AI to pan left/right/up/down works.

Haha we probably could. The only thing that "consoles" me about this technology right now is the hope that it at least takes forever to render its output. But honestly, even if it doesn't, this just blows anything else out of the water.

It takes 20 seconds to render 10 images, or 2 seconds per image. It also sounds like image complexity has no relation to how long it takes an image to render.

Never has this visual density been substantiated with such ACTUAL, well-defined forms. We may have seen other methods produce output similar to this at a distance, but in the third painting you can zoom in on ANY small subject and find something meaningful. Just unreal.

This is fucking insane

it's the future! sometimes I ask myself what should AI models achieve so that the entire AI/ML community will be collectively speechless and in awe with the results.

The link is messed up by reddit (not by the user). It happens (I think) in old reddit with links posted from new reddit.

The sign-up is here: https://labs.openai.com/waitlist And you are probably right, there might be a million people on it by now. See the request sticky if you have a one-off prompt you'd like to see.

u need to join the waitlist through the website (just search up dall-e 2), but just like what the other guy said, there are probably alot of people on the waitlist so it could take some time for u to get access

If 1 is in Dali style and 3 is in Bosch style, what style is 2?

I’m afraid I don’t understand this. What is inpainting? How does this work?

    [–]wikipedia_answer_bot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Inpainting is a conservation process where damaged, deteriorated, or missing parts of an artwork are filled in to present a complete image. This process can be applied to both physical and digital art mediums such as oil or acrylic paintings, chemical photographic prints, sculptures, or digital images and video.
