A friend of mine installs WiFi networks for a living. He used ChatGPT to help him configure scripts for various wireless networking devices when he couldn't find the right information online. This is all in rural Midwest.

I’m lucky if I can get the Wi-Fi password entered properly the first time I try.
Ask ChatGPT. It already knows all our passwords.

Do we see a blue collar migration into white collar tech employees with the help of LLM’s?
That’s a good question. I’m not sure about it, but I can see how tools like ChatGPT could open up more opportunities for people who otherwise would never have learned how to code.

Pretty sure lots of folks in the midwest would marry ChatGPT at the drop of a hat

I use ChatGPT all the time for generic help/support. Info is fine most of the time.

What could go wrong?
I asked ChatGPT how to commission a solar inverter. My expectations were low, but it came up with pretty good one page summary.

I friend of mine had a huge fight with his wife while being away on a business trip. He used chatGPT to answer her messages and actually saved his marriage (or so he claims 😏) Maybe, with chatGPT as a messenger we'll stand a chance when the aliens arrive 😂
