I'd say this trained model, at least its weights, are released into the public domain. That said, the pkl was created using Nvidia's codebase, which has a less permissive license (github.com/NVlabs/stylegan2/…), and I assume is more of a legal gray area (I'm not a lawyer).

I find @nvidia's stance in this regard confusing. They publish as non-commercial, but when you contact them to ask for the cost of a license (I sent at least 5 mails) they don't reply. Either you drive hardware revenue, or you allow licenses, but non-communication is confusing..
Thanks for sharing. How was this model trained? Hopefully, from scratch just using a 512x512 FFHQ data?
