It definitely boosts your replies in other people’s tweets. But does the algorithm favor tweets posted by Blue? Yes, but maybe not as much as you’d think. Basically, a dud tweet does no better. It still gets ignored. But a solid success of a tweet will go farther, and a hit tweet will go much much farther. So: A strikeout or a base hit stays the same.
