If I see a “gluten free” label on anything, I’m gonna assume that it’s a modified (probably not as tasty) version of the original product. Perfectly reasonable.

I mean I would assume that a waffle cone had gluten and if I saw it labeled as gluten free I'd assume it's a replacement product. And gluten free bread is pretty miserable.

That’s amazing. My wife is GF and over the past couple years we’ve found the few GF replacements that are actually worth eating. That said, if it was cup va GF waffle cone, I’d probably get the cup too. 😬

If you didn't know that waffle cones were already gluten free, you might assume that a gluten free waffle cone was made from compressed sawdust and cricket poop.
