Failed experiment — I hooked Claude up to Claude, copying and pasting messages back and forth, and it was boring. I brought in a third Claude to intervene, still didn't help. But here's 3 telling 1 and 2 to touch grass:

@goodside have you found any prompts that will enforce a 2 - way conversation. No matter what I do I can’t get GPT to ask me things on it’s own.

Yes, I've tried this with several LLMs over the years and it is never as interesting as I would hope. It makes me wonder how much we humans intuitively steer LLMs towards the latent space of interestingness without realizing it.

I think that experiment sums up the current world status quo very well. Politics, Vax, Finance, Education... 99.99% reading and doing the same thing, with the exception of a few Youtubers traveling the planet looking for new things.
