So can you reduce the price ;)
Is it less than the price for an active user or across the company? Assuming 50% are using it, the other 50% costs $0. MS must have kept the pricing low to get licenses for entire org assuming not everyone will be active?
Taking into account R&D or purely infrastructure costs?
