Corporate Crime

When a person commits a crime, the process is simple: discovery, trial, guilt, incarceration (or execution). When a company commits a crime, it all goes to hell. Who do you blame? At what levels of management and workforce do you place the punishments? Should the company continue on, even though you may have only prosecuted some of the guilty parties within? As corporations go multi-national, the process becomes even more tricky, more involved. Here are some of the greater criminals to walk the earth, even if they never set an actual foot on it.
