Does anyone keep a notebook? What do you put in yours?
I personally use a 3 subject notebook divided into body, left brain and right brain. That is, the first section I keep notes on what I'm doing at the gym (how much I lifted plus miscellaneous info on supplements, weight, etc), factual information (such as lists of goals, drink recipes and stuff I want to remember, autobiographical entries, notes on taking drugs) and creative stuff (song lyrics, drawings, brainstorming).

I keep a dream journal next to my bed to record my dreams as soon as I wake up and so far it's been working! I had my first real lucid dream last week and now I can navigate in my dream without realizing it's a dream, pretty cool stuff.
