As a complete newcomer to SR can someone advise me how to encrypt a delivery address? I see that sellers include PGP keys in their profiles but I am not familiar with the PGP procedure. I assume that buyers use this code to encrypt their details, but how exactly is this done? Does the buyer need software? Surprisingly I can't find anything on the site to advise buyers on this — perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.

We feel your 'actual' shipping details should only be sent, encrypted via GPG and Tormail.net, to a vendor you trust.
Posting any personal information on the SR website/server(s) itself (which "could" potentially be cloned or seized by LE) 'could' potentially be unsafe.
That is our opinion, regardless of the security and encryption methods SR uses to protect your personal information. All respect to SR though of course.
deadsilence: Please take the time to learn GPG, for your own security.
That is our advice. :)
