I'm a vendor. I haven't logged in for apprximately 4 months. Today, I attempted to log in. My username and password don't work. There is no chance that I mis-keyed the login information, including the password. I want to start vending again. What do I do?

Yes, you will.
Once you create your new account, you will receive a welcome message in your inbox from 'Silk Road Support".
Just reply directly to that, explain your problem & I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.
