refund rate is based on bitcoin spent in 1month,3 month and a year now
I ve been here for more than a year with over 150 transac and flawless stats
been scammed 2 weeks ago ,my refund rate for this month is 45% and thats the first thing vendor will look at
my refund rate for the whole periode is 1,02%
thats not fair
previous system was better and more realistic

Also, all time stats don't include all time stats, just the past year
More detailed stats are needed but this doesn't capture the entire purchasing history

From what I can gather, the main refund rate which is visible to vendors without even clicking on your indepth stats is calculated over the median of your transaction. Example;
Total transactions: 150
Refunds made: 10
Refund rate: 15%
It wouldn't really matter when you was refunded as your main refund rate will be different to your 1 month refund rate..... Unless you have only been a member for 1 month of course.

I think with the changes to the stats system vendors will have to change his or her rules on what constitutes as bad stats now.

I though the system as always been based on amount spent
Also it has changed since yesterday

Total transactions:
Refunds made:
Refund rate:
any other vendor can confirm that?
