Just thought about this and what about using those pre-paid giftcards you can buy at malls? The ones you get a younger relative for christmas so they can go order stuff online/act as if its a real credit card.
Why not go to the mall, pay cash for lets say a $100 Simon giftcard, take it home and then use it to fund and then buy coin on Mt. Gox? To my knowledge one doesn't need an identification when purchasing the card, nor are the cards "registered" to any name. If they were, you could just use a fake name?
Is there any reason why this wouldn't work?

Yeah, the biggest problem with this idea is that almost no one will actually accept credit credits for bitcoins due to the risk of chargebacks. There are apparently a few exchangers out there that will, but the question becomes, will those Visa Giftcards actually work for that purpose. That, unfortunately, I cannot answer.
