If I were to cancel an order after several days of being marked in processing would I instantly get all my coins back in my sr wallet?
-
I've been away from SR while they've changed things, so I may be wrong but..
I think you have to ask the seller to cancel the order. I've never done it, but I imagine the return would be within a pretty reasonable amount of time, and minus the SR tax.
Also worth mentioning is that if it's been in processing for a few days and is maybe ready to ship, you might end up with an unhappy seller on your hands.
Again, I could be wrong. But hope this helps.

If it's been 4 days and the order hasn't been marked in transit yet, you can cancel the order. The bitcoin (+ or - depending on current value and if order was hedged) will be returned to your account immediately.

Have you tried contacting the seller?

In my experience, the order has to have been "processing" status for 3 or 4 days before you can cancel. At the moment I have a couple of orders made on 24/9 which are still in processing status which I am unable to cancel. Generally if nothing has happened after 4 days I decide to take my business elsewhere.

you won't get all of your $ back when cancelling an order, i think SR still takes commission regardless. it did last time i cancelled an order anyway.
but yeah - 4 days and you can cancel, before that ask the vendor to do it
