hi team,
I'm searching for a secure and anonymous VPN provider.
Since there is a Service called "TorGuard", is this the Tor Network we are on? ...cause this free Project with Tor Software is very very very slow.
or is there any other method to speed this Tor Network up?
thanks in advance
UPDATE:
(by the way, TorGuard.net has NOTHING at all to do with this Tor network!)
well, after couple of hours reading information and the figuring out different privacy policies.
I'm standing between these two anonymous VPN Providers:
- TorGuard.net and VPN4all.com, both have good offers and great conditions for anonymous browsing (even P2P; i.e torrent).
- VPN4all.com doesn't even provide any information on request of law enforcement!
- Only negative about VPN4all is there is a bandwidth limit of 50GB. TorGuard.net has unlimited bandwidth.
Which one should I sign up for? Any suggestions?

Mullvad.
Pay with BTC.
They don't keep logs.

It's not necessarily anonymous, but free - Hotspot Shield. They have an elite version for pay, but if you can get a .edu email, you can get elite for free for being a student. I like their service, and you don't need to use real information to register for an account. If you're extra paranoid, you could sign up with bogus info on a public wifi connection or something.
(CLEARNET obviously)

perfect privacy is by far the best vpn provider in my opinion.

Don't the Pirate Bay people have some VPN thing? Is it private and has anyone tried it?

I'm currently using private internet access. No complains so far but I have no way to know if my traffic is really anonymous but they do accept bitcoins. There's a good list made by torrentfreak as to which providers keep information and such but I'm not sure how trustworthy company public policy really is.
