I eat healthy, take multivitamins every day, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, and I still lose all energy and all motivation after being awake for only a few short hours. I am sick of this. I wanted to abstain from amphetamine today in order to avoid addiction, but there is no alternative. I hate being this tired and unfocused all the time. I guess I'll be taking amphetamine every day now.

I know how it feels, but i don't do amphetamines anymore so i just get through work with lots of coffee. Perhaps you should try ginseng or something? Guarana might help a bit. Or just drink red bull or something if you don't like coffee. Though i might think amphetamines are healthier than red bull and all those energy drink with taurin in them lol

Ginseng - Gives you ridiculous amounts of energy and helps you not feel tired if you've only got little sleep.
Doing something you love - Universal truth for having energy, will mean you bounce out of bed every day with a spring in your step.
Meditation - Helps you concentrate and learn to concentrate at one thing for a long time so you don't get bored and feel sleepy during the day when working etc.

Healthy meals, Nootropics, Meditation, Detoxing when needed, keeping it green!
