Okay, so Ladies and Gentelman please explain to me how its possible for others to connect to SR with out a problem and for me and some others it's just not working. >:(
Does it have to do with TOR, if yes how can I connect to different nods?

It has to do with tor. Try different identities or restarting tor.

Yep, it has everything to do with Tor, the load on the network, and the hidden service infrastructure in general. Try clicking the "New Identity" button in Vidalia before hitting SR again, or just wait 10 minutes before refreshing the page.

Thank you very much!

Do not change any of the default settings in the Tor Browser Bundle. Not even for Silk Road.

I didn't, every things set to erase after shutdown of the program, I have to keep going back to the browser setting and adding SR as the only exception for just cookies, seeing as how I can't log on without it. Is there a better way that I'm missing here?

You really should be using liberte instead of your actual harddrive. Just check out the tutorial in my signature.

Ah thanks, I remember reading up on that about a week ago but have still not got to it, one reason mainly is because I'm using a Mac so I have no idea if that process would even work for me. If so, I need to go out and buy another f lash drive, maybe invest in an external HD.
