Title: How To: Weed in Washington State; forgetfulness isn't a crime.
Post by: BlarghRawr on December 12, 2012, 12:01 pm
Have you ever accidentally dropped some money? I have. Someone usually picks it up, but they so rarely return it. And the good news for you is that the asshole picking up your forgotten money? Well, he's apparently forgetful too, because he's dropped an 8th of weed by accident.

Forgetfulness isn't a crime. It isn't anyone's fault, and I hardly think picking up an 8th of weed some guy dropped and keeping it for yourself is illegal... not anymore, at least.

Indeed! Since possession for smaller amounts is legal now... it's just forgetfulness that causes cannabis to change ownership, I would imagine. No one would dare DREAM of committing such a horrid crime as selling it. Why, that would be illegal. :)

Though in all truth, I'm sure what I've described wouldn't hold up in court.
