You are best to look at some of the top vendors here and simply copy the template of their page, altering the parts that do not apply.
As a buyer, I want to see all the information I need in an easy to follow manner.
No 1 - we need to know what spends you require to allow escrow
What countries you post from
Time estimates
Some link to photos of the product (remember to scrub the meta data or your photo will have the serial number of the device and is easy to trace to someone if that camera/phone was paid by credit card or even cash in a supermarket.
You need to let customers know as much detail as possible to save them asking you things. Cover all bases.
You need only use headings and then descriptions of whatever buyers need to know.
Also - protect yourself from scammers! Scammers hit new vendors and you need to make sure refunds are set right.
I could design such a page, it would take a couple of hours, but if I do this in work then I'd be happy to get another $50.
In fact, I'm the only guy in our works who can type fast enough to keep up with the incoming mail, written and email. And it would be fun to create a page which would also include a logo for you - I mean a small template for you to put listing photos in. Some of the top vendors here are very pro looking and like I say, its easy to take a basic template of a succesful vendors page and alter it to suit your own purposes.
Every good vendor has a page which is basically very informative but very easy to pick out the basic answers you would need.
No need to reinvent the wheel.
;)

Thanks for all the feedback. What you're offering is exactly what I need. Can you start the template ASAP with what info I already have on my profile plus spots for all those things you listed? I'll fill the blanks in and send it back to you for proof reading and that'll be $50 credit :)

To the 2nd poster (who deleted his post) I read it and it was very nice. I will not plagiarizer your work. I appreciate the effort but I suppose I'm looking more for content then art. If you want some compensation, I'm happy to provide you with a $15 credit or something.

If you include updates on your page, don't keep ones from months and months ago as they are most likely no longer relevant and only add clutter. As a buyer, I want the vendor to have an informative profile page but I don't want to read a bunch of crap that I don't care about. Some vendors have a "table of contents" which might be something to consider. Regardless, make sure you headings for each new section. It's cool that you have a little PGP quick guide though. Additionally, I like that you have links to your review threads. However, you may want to avoid using the term "Ultra Professional" haha. I don't know, maybe that's just me. I would definitely like to see more on your page though.
I'm not going to organize a full page for you, as I'm sure redalloverthelandguyhere would do a better job and be more into the work. I just want to give you a pointers. Who knows- I may end up needing to use you sometime. Good luck! :-)
