Finalize Early. it means release funds before a vendor ships your product. don't do it.

It means your moneys sent before receiving goods and from my experience your money has been scammed by some f@#ker that preys on noobs. once you fe you have no recourse to get $ refunded as SR admin considers transaction complete, which sucks unwashed arses.

Fractal Enema.

Seriously though, listen to the others and don't FE, even if you're a newb. There are plenty of vendors that prefer to stay in escrow (the limbo where your bitcoins go after your order, and before you confirm your purchase) and who are welcome to working with newbs. Check out the link in my signature for a large list of vendors that DO NOT require FE.

Good luck!

Finalyze Early, you release funds to your seller before he sents your package,  you can get scammed by this if your seller is a selective scammer since he can just claim he has sent your goods but they never get to you cause he never sent them at all
