Title: Weird PGP "Glitch"?
Post by: Sour D on July 26, 2012, 05:08 pm
(system: Windows 7 home)

So I opened my PGP program, and usually what I see is a list of ALL the keys (both mine and others I've added), however in this one instance all that was listed was MY keys, and ONE other key (not mine) with a mexican name I don't recognize that I'm 90% sure I never added in the past. All the other keys were NOT listed, just my personal keys and this mexican-name key.

I closed the PGP program and opened it again and everything was back to normal. It listed my keys and all other keys I've added so far, only this time the mexican name was gone.
Was this some freak glitch, or is my program compromised ?? How would a key appear briefly in my keyring that was never added by me?
