If I'm running tor and browsing with tor browser bundle on the dark net, can I also have seperate firefox (opera, chrome, ...) browser open and surf the clearnet without routing this browser's traffic through tor, is this secure? I have always just browsed either darkweb or clearnet, but recently it came to my mind that if some traffic is routed through tor, there shouldn't be any security problems with also browsing clearnet at the same time. Could my annonimity on tor network be compromies this way?

the seperate browser isn't going to run through TOR, it will connect directly to the clearnet as it normally would. Your traffic that goes through the TOR browser will be anonymous, but anything going through the other browser will not. You can browse with both side by side without a problem, just remember to keep anything you wouldn't want tracked through TOR
