Hi All,
Firstly, forgive my ignorance on this....but hey, how else am I going to learn without asking a few questions?
So I've just popped my SR cherry and made my first two orders, one domestic and one international. Its been three days since i placed the order, and both still say "processing" in the order screen. I assume this means that the order has made it through to the seller, and they are working hard on their end to assemble the order. Then once they have shipped the order the vendor changes the status to "in transit" or something of that nature. Am I on the right track with this logic?
In regard to processing times: what is a good average processing time? I suppose it would vary vendor-to-vendor?
Can anyone shed some light on this?
Cheers!

Yes that is completely right.
Unless the vendors main page has a different policy with shipping out & packaging, yes that is correct.
As far as how long processing can go, it's usually with 2-4 days. If not, you should send your vendor a message asking what's going on.
And remember, if he/she asks you to FE say no and tell them you'd like to cancel the order or stay in escrow.
Cheers.

Thanks, Saitekman, while you are on the subject of FE.... I have been waiting while my first order is "processing" for about 4 days now, and there is no option to finalize. Am I only given the option to finalize once the vendor lists the product as "in transit"
Thanks bud.

No you will be given the "finalize" button when a period of 72 hours pass.
The only way can you finalize earlier is if your vendor puts the item as in transit first then you finalize, also known as finalizing early.
