That about says it all....

How long are MAC addy's saved on "public wifi" modems/routers?

Regardless of the fact we 'constantly' spoof/change our MAC addy. Just more "curious" than anything.

depends completely on the type and configuration and how much use it gets, I would think most would either keep it for a few hours/days or some more stronger setups might store it indefinitely its only a small amount of data.

Sorry this wasn't very helpful but without more info on the brand and a peak at the config its hard to say.
