Title: Well guys.. It looks like Noriega scammed us too
Post by: Timewilltell on May 01, 2012, 09:26 pm
ill preface this with "i could be wrong". its happened once or twice before

but seriously, i think he is scammer, here's why

1. He asked all members even trusted buyers to FE over 4/20. Refused any escrow orders.

2. People have not received packages posted up to a month ago (if you read his feedback there are people who say they have received and people saying they havent/that the product was bunk. I imagine that he sent out some orders, but it seems the big orders are the ones getting "lost")

3. Many people in USA have not received orders/refunds despite being promised

4. He said he is busy with 4/20 orders, yet encouraged people to carry on buying his listings

5. He is not replying to any PMs

6. He hasn't logged in in 3 days (even if you were very busy, you would still fucking log in would you not? Remember, he says he is processing orders. HOW THE FUCK IS HE PROCESSING ORDERS WITHOUT LOGGING IN TO SR!?!?? Scam.) He is no doubt aware of the talk on this forum, he knows that he has to tell people where he is.

But seriously, the processing thing should prove it for you.

In order to print the address labels for sending out packages.. YOU NEED TO LOG IN TO SR OBVIOUSLY.

So we can assume he hasnt sent out shit.

This is fucking bullshit, I got scammed for $500 by t76 and now another $200 by noriega. Oh well my fault, no more FE

I don't understand why established buyers decide to scam their customers when the payoff of not being an asshole and continuing to do business is so much greater than screwing people over once.

Because they make a quick 100,000

And then they come back here and carry on selling. If they have good product/reasonable price they will become a big seller again

I would not be surprised if tony and noriega already had other vendor accounts set up before this happened so they could carry on selling. In fact I think it 100% likely. Any scammer with a brain would do that

but still i think there is something suspicious here

not logged in for 3 days yet says he is processing. clearly a lie

Not really. He does not need to log in to process the orders. After the order has been marked "in transit" the delivery adress gets deleted on SR. So he wrote down the adresses or copied them into a textfile or something.

Why the fuck would he do that?

You think he would write down individually each persons order and their address and then collate them in a separate document?

nonsense, when he could do it 10x easier just by processing through orders 1 at a time on SR, as EVERY OTHER VENDOR ON THIS SITE DOES

it doesnt make any sense to do it another way

also thre are many ppl now reporting that they ordered 4+ weeks ago and received nothing

so my first post to the forum. wish it was on a better topic. i too have received a order from N before (ordered 4/13 for one G white to USA west coast priority and it got there 4/17) then on 4/21 i FE for 5.0 + 2.5 of #4 at a total of over 630$ and now nothing since.

Also, i really really hate to say this but sambo your account on here was created just 7 days ago (after 420 sale)  and you are the only person giving out hope to me and others here in usa. Are u for real?

Uhm he required everyone to FE during 4/20 sale right ? In order to be able to finalize an order it has to be marked in transit. After the order has been marked in transit the vendor can not access the delivery adress on the SR site anymore. I think it's more likely that he just copied the whole order and pasted it into a textfile and then mark it in transit rightaway because otherwise the customers would not have been able to finalize.

actually youre right, my bad

i still think its a scam though

i just dont believe that one of the highest rated vendors wouldnt sign in for coming up to 4 days when he knows hes got hundreds of people waiting on him

as i said earlier if it turns out this isnt a scam then he is a fucking moron for having such bad customer relations

but i think it is a scam

Ordered 1g of asian #4 to midwest USA. Has been 2 weeks and still no sign of order.

Received 0.5g earlier in April in ~6days time... So noriega clearly hasn't sent, orders to not go missing this easily...

Yes, on his vendor page he says "no more USA shipping after 1/5"

I think this is a cover, to explain why noone in the US has received anything in fucking ages. he is making it seem like US customs is seizing everything but really he just hasnt been sending all the US orders for the past month

It bothers me that there isn't a safeguard against this kind of stuff but on the other hand I can't imagine how there could be one. Trusted buyers definitely shouldn't have to FE at the very least.

Man....  There is a safeguard against the kind of scamming that Tony76 and Noriega have been accused of.

Don't finalise early. EVER.  No one "has to" FE. The buyers holds the cards, people need to use some self control.

The majority of people that seem to be getting scammed on SR are Americans, ordering domestically.

So, never FE,  don't be scared of ordering internationally, and don't behave like fanboys and jump on the dick of every vendor that seems to be legit.

Also, big scams were predicted leading up to the 420 sale.  I never order during the big sales....

^ Exactly what I was thinking coming up to the 420 sale. Obviously the majority of sellers werent going to scam but I didnt want to risk it as I could see the great opportunity for vendors to cash in and run. A nice idea in concept (the 420 sale) but in the realistic land of drug sales, when you HAVE to a lot of the time deal with unsavory  characters, its not the best idea to put full faith in such a situation with massive opportunity to exploit.

I always knew finalizing early wasn't good but I didn't really realize the severity of it before now. I didn't lose as much as others, tony got ~$95 from me. It's an expensive lesson but an important one. I haven't been here all that long compared to others but from my impressions SR is a great community with a select few pieces of shit who feel obligated to ruin the experience for everyone else. I hope the admins come forward and address this soon.

It seems that only two long term and very respectable members of this community, both from NL, and few others who don' t write on the forum ( you can see them through the feedback ) got their orders so far.
The dutch guys are both very active users who often write on the coke thread, they even both upload pictures of what they got from Noriega.
If he's making a great selective scam the idea itself is no bad, to send shit only to the most active users of the main coke thread ( well when I joined SR I first read ONLY the sticky threads ).
But...we have to jump in the main thread and say the thruth, or at least what it seems at the moment, that we are VERY far from a physiological 5% of shipment loss...for now it's a 5% of shipment DELIVERED.

I´M SURE SOMETHING HAPPENED WITH HIM....

Like i said in an other topic, the best sellers could get personal problems or something and stop with selling.

I´m sure the most seller would quit the Sr business with scamming you have to think why not??
Every one knows the drug scene is full of bad people and if they stop or get busted they would scam. Free money... In Noriega's case maybe some thousand $.

On 420 sale i ordered 5g H and sent him an extra btc for shipping it with 2 separate on two letters. I have bought the 5th or 6th time from him and every time i received my product in 2-4 days .
but till now nothing received.  Today he PM me that he shipped it on the first day after 420..
I´ve tested his coke 2 times and if he were a selective scammer i think i would be one of the last which he would scam. Maybe something happened???

I wait this week and than i will change every feedback to a 1/5

I'm not saying he scammed anyone - but it does seem strange that initial tests were bunk, then he sends a phenomenal 98% sample shortly before the big FE 420 sale to amp up everyone, then everything is delayed.  I personally DO NOT think he scammed everyone.  I think it's just taking longer than normal.  But if he did, he played if off as well as one could.

Still waiting here too, but...

I sent Noriega a couple of short "polite" PMs over the last 12 days. and got polite replies more or less straight away, so still reluctant to write them off. I realize that could still be part of *the scam* but come on, if that was going down, surely they should have properly vanished by now like Tony76? I can definitely believe they were overwhelmed and/or maybe ran low on product. I'm not a vendor, but I can also imagine you can't just take your two hundred "special letters" to the same post office in a single hit.

The FE bit sucks tho, especially for his "regulars" as I sorta was. Hopefully, this is one big fuck-off learning curve for everybody on both sides of the deal, and we'll all get sorted eventually...  (@_@)

I think we need to remember too that the vendors (e.g. Ivory, Reich, Mitanox to name a few) who DO get stuff to you "next day" or by "owl post" or whatever, are really exceptional, and give them proper kudos. Most people, most of the time, will likely take considerably longer. Unfortunately, on occasion even Amazon sometimes take a few weeks to come through, that's just how things are, sometimes.

Really really hoping to see some "it's arrived!" messages in their feedback soon tho...

Until then, it's not like anybody here should be short of chill-pills?!

I have never ordered anything from Noriega and I am not trying to defend him (them), but his behavior doesn't fit into scammer pattern.
Seller account gets suspended once certain number of people complain to SR support. Obviously something went wrong on Noriega's end, and some packages got lost and he didn't ship orders for a long time. People started panicking (I can't blame anyone in the light of the recent events) and reported him to SR. SR suspended his seller account. Now the question is, will Noriega bother making it right with his customers, and will he be able to do this (I think he can't access his order history, now that his seller account is suspended). That's my speculation on Noriega's situation.

Good luck, everyone!

I have pretty much lost hope but I sure hope I am wrong. I have not yet left feedback, I told Noriega I would wait if he would do a re-ship.

if he planned to scam rather than just getting an insane amount of orders and couldnt cope then hes the 1st scammer in the history of the world to double there prices and price them selves out of new orders and even say new ones wont be sent(happened after 4/20)

shit loads of NL stuff hasnt been arriving from loads of vendors ,im not saying nor sent coz i dont know but loads of people from diff vendors been not recieving for weeks maybe all customs have been stopping all NL stuff say just for 1 month target them as its the best way to turn people away from sr if everyone on forums is talking about shit not arriving and everyone scamming

Hey Moz I have this also.

Cache in the Tor Firefox says zero cache in settings so not sure how we deal with this. Open notepad and alter something?

As for Noriega not bought off him and felt the claim of the BEST ever coke before the sale sounded like advertising spiel.
