Title: A new TorMail on a new host
Post by: Cirro on August 12, 2013, 01:35 am
I do not have the time nor inclination to post 50 useless posts so that I may start a topic in the Security section. If someone is interested, then pass my offer along.

I want to start a new TorMail-like service on a new host. I will bankroll the project. I'm technically competent but not an expert. I require technical expertise to bring the system online and keep us out of trouble. I do not intend to charge for this new email service; it's for the good of the community.

If you're interested, find me someone with the technical competence (like Astor) who is willing to partner with me to set up a host and new TorMail system and we'll begin rebuilding the community.

I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I what I took away from the fiasco is: which mail server you use isn't as important as taking the time to encrypting your messages
