Obviously it's great to get your stuff faster, but what are the negatives of express shipping? Specifically for an international customer.
Also is it unusual for an express letter to be at one point for 24 hours?

When it comes to receiving drugs in the mail via Express, there are no pros...only cons.

Pros....it moves faster so some ppl. argue that it doesn't get checked as thoroughly because it has to be processed quick quick quick.
If you're using business return address as vendor it blends in just fine.
Contrary to most people's understanding it CAN be drop boxed. needs proper postage (18.15 stamps?) You just have to use an express drop box. You can find these outside most USPS's but the best place to drop em is in commercial areas where large corps have Hq's, business parks etc. usually there are Express blue boxes in these types of places.
Cons
Risk that if you drop box it , it doesn't make it next day or gets mixed in with priority. If you walk in to USPS and send express it will definitely get shipped Express barring some huge, rare mistake by the person you hand it to. that said, you kind of have to walk in to ship Express AND ensure that it gets shipped correctly.
Obviously the cost...although if you're a vendor this a pro because you can charge additional for the service.
Some ppl. argue that it gets more scrutiny, but without much knowledge of what they scan more, I would guess that it really doesn't get scanned as thoroughly because it has to be processed quickly.
For domestic it would be very odd for it to sit for 24 hours....unless it was a Sunday?
for international its not unusual.

Not really, the biggest pro is that you get it quickly, next day quickly if its done right. My express gets put in my mailbox just like any prio flat or first class would so really I dont see what the cons are, can you explain?
