Title: Signing from an international package?
Post by: guyman12 on April 09, 2012, 06:40 am
I know this subject has been beaten to death, but I just need a little more convincing that the answer is no.
I can only get the product I need from one vendor (googleyed) and the product requires a signature. It will be 10g of an RC. How bad of an idea is this?

Is the RC illegal in your country? If it isn't I wouldn't worry too much.
I have signed for some illegal stuff too. It is stressful:/

Yeah its illegal.
I assumed it would be pretty stressful. But damn I want it so bad. I could make a killing on some bulk. But it surely wouldn't be worth going to jail.

Two options I can think of:

1) Get the package sent in your name (only because you're signing for it), and have a completely clean house; that means no baggies and scales, or any other drug paraphernalia. After receiving, don't open the package for a few days.

2) List an advert on gumtree renting out a room in your house, create a customer account and fake a few messages giving a counter offer or something that you accept, ask if it's possible to have your mail sent to the address prior to moving in, you accept. Have the package addressed to the fake customers name, have a clean house and explain the situation should a controlled delivery occur.
