Had this guy CrystalKing charge $150 for guaranteed 7 day delivery via courier.
Paid the $150 and the guy cant provide a DCN/Tracking number and needless to say the items never arrived.
If a vendor specifies an SLA via a courier and they fail to meet that SLA, SR should automatically refund the portion for Express Post
If a vendor cant even provide a DCN, I'd expect a full refund.
Fair?
