I had a (well known) cannabis vendor cancel an order I had placed about 12 hours ago (according to them), even though on the orders page it shows as 'processing' still. Therefore the funds are not back to me, and I cannot cancel the order on my end yet for another day as I placed the order 3 days ago.
I informed the vendor that it still shows as processing for me, and didn't know if when a vendor cancels an order (this is the first time for me that a vendor has canceled due to inventory) if the funds just take a while to come back or what? If it was canceled, I'd think it would show as such as not still 'processing' on the orders page.
Any input on this? How and when are buyers reimbursed for a canceled order by SR?
