I placed an order with a reputable seller (top %19, 4.5/5, 1year) that didn't arrive so I started a resolution a few days before the auto-finalize date. It extended the due date by 3 days and I messaged the seller for the status. I didn't receive any response from the seller, and I just received the following today:
"Dear *** and ***,
I am sorry you could not come to a resolution. We have settled on a refund of 0%. I hope this is agreeable for you both.
Best regards,
Silk Road staff

This has to be a mistake. I now have no product AND no money. How do I fix this?

is this your first order? if not copy and paste it to support (bottom of this page - http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/support) and explain why you think it's unfair.
be polite and they should have another look into it
if it is your first order i'm afraid you might be out of luck - it's too easy for people to create a user, scam someone, create another user, scam someone and keep on, so it's not in favour of new users really

Did the seller have tracking?
