i include my encrypted message for that certain vendor, do i have to include my key also? cant remember if i did it last time.

You always have to include your key so the seller can open and decrypt what you are sending. Otherwise the message is worthless.

Include your key in the message if you want or expect an encrypted response.  Since you don't know what information the vendor may need to pass along to you, it's better to include it.

Your public key is open, used to encrypt messages sent to you by someone else.  Your private key is secret, and used to decrypt messages encrypted by your corresponding public key.
