Maybe just to educate some buyers a bit & to add into the 'Buyer's Guide' as I see a lot of unfair ratings for silly reasons...
Just noticed that a seller got a 4 out of five after giving a buyer 100% refund?? A high rating means a lot to buyers & to give a low rating because the postal service took too long (completely out of the hands of sellers) or whatever arbitrary reason the buyer feels like giving is not right.
Low ratings should be given when deserved ie. like when a seller is rude to a buyer or when they take longer than a couple of days to respond. Mind you, even then the seller may have a valid reason for taking longer so the buyer should air his views with the seller before giving a poor rating. It's all about communication & understanding.

I think SR is overboard on "good reviews." Anything below a 5 is now considered bad, which should not be the case, especially when you are not COMPLETELY satisfied. I see so many people posting 5 reviews for good shipping but so-so product.
