Title: ‘Silk Road’, the virtual drug marketplace: A single case study of user experienc
Post by: HarmReduction on April 14, 2013, 01:59 pm
Hi a number of months ago I carried out some research on here with a number of buyers which proved to be very interesting.

Quite a few people asked me to let them know when a journal paper was published

This is the link to the first paper  http://www.ijdp.org/article/S0955-3959(13)00006-6/abstract

The journal paper has received alot of great feedback. If anyone wants a full copy please email me  hrireland@tormail.org ( this will be sent to you in a PDF format) - unfortunately  there is nothing I can do about that

I have another one under review which was the one I did with a number of buyers which I hope will be published in a few months time.

All the best Tim

Well done!
Great abstract man, I'd be happy to message back and forth with you if you wanted to interview someone else.

Good to see this kind of research is being done.

I got my copy and had a read. Very interesting piece.  You're lucky, I started to run the mental equivalent of a red pen over it until I remembered where I was!  It's a bad habit but at least I spared you it ;)

I'm certainly looking forward to your next paper. Have you submitted it or are you still deciding what to do?

Only because he's active on the SR-forums doesn't imply that he's committing crime. ;)

Can someone upload this to Tor Library or something please? People wonder why the general public doesn't give a fuck about science, the answer may have something to do with it costing thirty bucks an article while porno is free.

This is highly annoying indeed. I used to be on a university ip address that granted me access to most elsevier and kluwer publications, among others, and that really was convenient to read any publication fulltext without limitation.

What annoys me most is how expensive access is though, $35 or so for a single fulltext publication is ridiculous. I suppose its no miracle that university staff set up vpn software so they can see at home what they can see at work without those costs.

This type of thing is popping up here ALL the time!  People "seeking information" on buyers and vendors alike!

DONT BE SO FUCKIN NAIVE EVERYONE!!!  There IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE some of these people ARE LE posing as something else!

BE WARNED!  LE HAVE BEEN HERE FRO DAY ONE BOTH AS BUYERS and VENDORS ...

they are called "Honeypots" to attract gullible buyers/vendors AND THEY WORK as can be attested to by recent vendors falling for the "buy a bit of SR's income for only 4 btcs!" and the other one about a "documentary maker" looking for vendors to MEET and talk with :o :o :o  YEAH  RIGHT!

So PLEASE BE CAREFUL about ANY INFORMATION SEEKING  THREADS here on the forum, and check them out to the fullest team! ;)

musing more meaning mates motek
