Hello All, I have never had 1 person say that their package has not arrived until now. I decided to cash out and I asked for purchasers to FE. By the way there are some great trustworthy people on SR who didn't mind FE. I offered freebies to those who would FE also. So, I asked this guy to Finalize Early, HE ONLY HAD 2 DAYS LET BEFORE AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL. If I were to buy something and it hasn't arrived in 5 days you can be sure I'm going to contact the seller and ask whats going on. So, with 2 days left he FE and sends a message saying the product never arrived. That smells very fishy. Could someone give me some advice on how to handle this, It's my first time dealing with this. Luckily it was only $40 dollars, but that is still actually quite a bit. Thanks in advance to any responses.
Regards

did you send with a DCN? anything to prove that it was sent? if so, then you have recourse against the claims.
however, on another note, buyers could also say that your asking them to FE "smells fishy" -- especially when you ask them to FE after they've placed an order and didn't expect to have to FE.
it's a two way street. there are buyers who scam, and there are sellers who scam. the best each can do is to take measures to protect themselves. for sellers, send with DCN. for buyers, never FE.

well in Canada we don't have DCN we have Tracking #'s and they cost about $24.95 each and even more to EU or Greece,Russia those prices are thru the roof if you place 0% refund on your page and make every buyer aware of it then you should be OK.
If you are a scam vendor well then you deserve what you get so always be honest and try to settle with the buyer on some kind of deal
