Title: Mathematics texts or completed/incompleted works
Post by: euler2718 on December 06, 2012, 06:38 pm
I don't have any BTC, but I do promise you I am a very humble spreader of knowledge. If anyone has a collection of mathematics information and would be willing to share for the higher cause of knowledge, I would be infinitely appreciative. Thank you.

i have some cambridge math textbooks coming tor's way very soon.. i'll pm you when its done.

in the meantime, here's a quote that i've no idea where i came across:

Quote
Mathematics is perfect; reality is subjective.

Mathematics is defined; computers are ornery.

Mathematics is logical; people are erratic, capricious, and barely comprehensible.

Man, I had probably 100+ gigs of ebooks/text books on a hard drive that recently went bust. It was basically everything I had managed to grab from library.nu before it got shut down, had some amazing, rare, and very expensive manuscripts. A lot of math-related books. If I manage to recover any of them I'd obviously be happy to share them, it's just the prospects of that aren't looking too good. :(

But I would suggest trying to scrounge up an invite to a private torrent site like bitme, there are several dedicated to e-learning material, that would probably be the best source available for what you're looking for since library.nu has been dead for several months. :(
