So I have consistently noticed that during the daytime, the SR connection is especially slow/inaccessible. Have others noticed the same issue? During the night time, it seems to be fast like a rabbit! Its not an issue cause I mainly access it at the nighttime anyway.

Nah, that's just the DEA holding real time strategy sessions that sucking up all the bandwidth. I noticed that it starts at about 9AM GMT-5 and lasts to about 5PM GMT-5. Though during the day, it picks up for an hour or so starting around 12PM GMT-5. Likely a resulting from a lunch break on their part.

This is not how tor works. What you are referring to is the amount of people trying to access the site at any given time or the available traffic output available to SR. More so during "your" daytime hours.
