i placed an order with a seller on April 22, 2012, 12:01 pm UTC
the shipped status says 'processing'
does this mean the seller hasnt responded to my order?
ive emailed the seller twice and had no response.
i believe all is genuine i just wanted to know better about the processing status
thanks

Cmon dude use some common sense.
"Processing" means just that..they are processing your order.
Once they have accepted/cancelled it the option to "finalise" will appear and the order will read as "in transit". Depending on your buyer stats and the vendors protocol, at this point you will either "finalise early" or leave the money in escrow and wait until the product arrives before you finalise.

ok thanks for the reply, so now i know what processing means. the other question is
why is it taking the seller over 24 hours to reply to my messages and for the order status to read "in transit"
now i read my original post i realise ive made quite a dumb post

Don't worry about it dude, I can tell you're just keen to get your order through.
Well, there is no rule saying that sellers have to process straight away. Sometimes it can take a couple days.
A lot of sellers have lots of orders to do and therefore only process on certain days of the week. For example Noriega only processes monday, wednesday, and friday.
But your money won't be tied up forever, if they continue to leave it as processing then I think after 4 days you have the chance to cancel the order.
I'd just be patient, I have 40+ transactions, the longest its taken anyone to process was 4-5 days and almost all of those orders were processed within 48 hours.

thankyou for an honest detailed reply, like you said i will just be patient and wait for the seller to sort out there orders, ive read there profile and they have 300+ previous feedback so i bet there quite busy at the moment.
and if there is any problems im sure you will see me posting in the future
thanks for your help
