Hey nate, I suggest reviewing the sticky on the security forum, it explains in detail how the process works. Just a quick tutorial from me. Bitinstant is a funder. They transfer cash to any of the BTC exchanges (MTgox cryptoexcahnge etc). You can not just transfer money to bitcoinfog, you need to get bitcoins first. You would need to set up an account with mtgox or cryptoexchange. I've heard bad things about mt lately so I would try crypto. DO not use tor on either of these services or you will be flagged. Also do not transfer BTC from the exchanges to SR. After funding your exchange account you will purchase BTC, which is then transferred to you offline wallet and then to the fog for a few days. You can then transfer to your SR wallet and bobs your uncle....
