Made a deposit with bitinstant into mt. gox this morning and haven't gotten my money into the account yet. I didn't bother printing the deposit slip thing they give because I didn't need it last time, bad move it seems. Has anyone ever had an issue with bitinstant before/ been able to resolve it with nothing more than their bank deposit receipt/ the name of the account and destination email they used for an order? I sent them an email about it but am kind of freaking out right now. I would call their hotline but I feel like that might be an unsafe thing to do?

Every time I complete a transaction, I just reply to the email that is sent to you confirming your order saying "Deposit complete" about 5 minutes later I have my money. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. Everything went great, someone replied to my support email within minutes of sending it and I have my coins now. Bitinstant is a quality service

i believe they do it on an hourly basis so if you deposit it at 10:03 you might have to wait until 11 for it to go through
