I am having major computer problems and I am setting up GNU Privacy Assistant on a new computer and I need to somehow import my PGP key to the new computer, how do I do that? It asks me if I want to generate a new key but I don't want a new one I want the key from the other computer.

Well I looked at the first link and I can't even come close to ever understanding any of that computer mumbo jumbo, are there any instructions in just plain old English?

Kleopatra: Right click your key, hit 'export secret keys'
Shell: gpg --export-secret-key -a "User Name" > private.key
GPA: right click key, hit 'backup'
