IF people come to me with a problem, I will do my best to fix it, including reshipping xpresspost at my expense!   You come here saying I scammed you WITHOUT you even sending me a PM about a missing pack.  serious_scam, you create this account and then you start spamming that I have not come through with packages.   I do not even know you, and I certainly have not shipped any packages to someone called serious_scam.  I think you are probably just a rival vendor who is pissed that someone with better product comes along to steal your business.

You also claim that many customers are being scammed, which they are not.  A few have not received orders yet which I am working with them to resolve on a one on one basis.  I think it is fair that buyers openly voice that an order is taking longer than
expected, which many have done.  There are many reasons why someone may have not received a pack, misaddressed, stolen, lost, seized, and this is just one of the issues there is when you move more product, there is simply more room for error and more chance that a package may not make it.  I am taking responsibility for non received packages and doing my best to fix those who have not received their items in reasonable time.

I think you are having the opposite effect, seriousSCam.  This comes off as overkill, and rude to the rest of us, and to vendor too.  By posting so many places, it makes it seem like just a personal revenge thing with you.  I'd try to show some restraint, and engage in dialogue with SeriousSam rather than just keep posting this.  Believe me, it doesn't work.  I've done it myself, and ended up having to apologize publicly to a good vendor I had tried to tarnish.   We ended up becoming fairly friendly, but I learned my lesson: to exhaust all legitimate avenues, before trying to give a vendor a bad name.  Most people tend to side with the vendor, if they are attacked relentlessly as you've been doing.

Believe me, I know what it is like, and how frustrating it can be, when order doesn't arrive when we expect it, and vendor seems to be 'ignoring' us.  But I've learned it often has an explanation, and I learned to show a bit of restraint...and, of course, to always use escrow with vendors I've not yet built up a trusted relationship with.

But in any case, just for the sake of ongoing dialog on here, restraint is usually the best policy.  If a vendor really is a rip, then people will find out, but it doesn't work to try to make sure no one else buys from a vendor, just because I have a personal beef with them....

I think serious sam admits to being a scammer, if im not mistaken. In one of the threads 18kt or whatever, claimed it was really him and he was scamming. Correct me if im wrong so I can fix this post.

So, beware of serioussam..  i believe he makes you go out of escrow and has really low prices which to me, is a big red flag, but im just going on what others have posted..

Yeah, probably so, and if you say it, I know it's true...mostly I don't like the piling on that sometimes happens...but after peopleb4profits it's sure understandable....I know how gunshy I was after that...but it's hard to know sometimes, especially when some vendors are kind of chancy anyway....but that's why escrow is vital to this site, as we both know....

Escrow is so vital for newbies. Now, reputable vendors that have a lot to lose by reverse scamming, I kind of see their point for doing bigger orders outside of escrow, or out of the country, etc. but that vendor needs to have a very good rep. Even then buyers need to be careful..

I dont have the power to lock or remove his account....
