Title: Any way to get BitCoins with moneybookers?
Post by: Bob Arctor on September 09, 2011, 09:30 am
Hello, Friends

What is the best/most secure way to exchange moneybookers money to bitcoins?
I found that it is an option using VirWoX, but it seems a lot of hassle, and fees seems quite high. Maybe someone knows any other way? Or maybe someone would be willing to sell me some bitcoins for moneybookers. Transactions would be small (up to 100$/month). I am willing to pay up to 10% above market value. Also, if it's a bad idea to ask this here, let me know;)

thanks, Bob.

If you trade over at bitmarket.eu you can often pay with MB. Prob is you usually have to pay overs for the privellige.

well, I went VirWox way. Setting the account wasn't as time consuming as I thought it would be. Money went from my moneybookers to bitcoint exchange request in ~30mins. They processed request for bitcoins in 48 hours. They have a limit of 55$/a day for new users. Going through all the exchange fees 55$ became ~35$.  :(

I need to look further, coz this is unacceptable.

Will try looking into bitmarket.eu traders.

BTW, is it safe to give SilkRoad bitcoin wallet address for exchanger to transfer money to?

That would depend on whom you ask. It really is easy to tumble a couple of times and it takes only a few hrs. Do it and keep yourself safe.
