Everyone should update there feedback , no point in knowing about good packaging and speed of delivery if you don't know the quality of the product. This way we can help each other out...

YES. "Great packaging and it looks nice" Doesnt mean the product was good!

Yeah, we all see this way too much, you are right. especially when we are talking about FEs.
"FE - will update when arrives" .....and then they never do.
The only thing I can think of is that it was probably "all good"...otherwise they WOULD have updated and complained.
People love bitching about stuff, but rarely go out of their way to mentions positives.
Human nature I suppose...... :-X

Haha i see this one alot lately-- Fe of my own freewill :o.. Im reasonably new and i FE for my first order and was all good but if asked now i wouldnt , id rather buy off someone else..

I wish people did this more often. It's so frustrating seeing 5 people in a row all saying, "will update when I've tested it!" and then never updating it. Come on people, if you don't update then how do I know that LSD didn't kill you? Oh wait.. maybe it did...

We ask customers to NOT FE unless WE request it! Several reasons; for 1, people always seem to fail to go back & give an honest feedback, so when others are trying to get an idea of what a vendor is like, and 30% of the feedbacks say FE'd early, it looks like shit, tells nothing, & makes the vendor look skittish. It's also harder for us to track transactions since they get knocked off of our list once a customer has FE'd. And if I'm looking at someones feedback and trying to gather info on how they conduct business based on feedback, I would choose the one with the most info that was the best, not the one that requires everyone to FE.

I'm one of the ones who promised to update after I tested and when I went to update the feedback I had no idea where to even look to change it.
