Do I need to be a verify account and provide my personal id to send bitcoins to SR because it is rather unappealing? I access mt gox through a vpn and used a fake email.
Furthermore, any advice on mailing products to my neighbor's mailbox who just moved?

There's no need to use MtGox at all. It will most likely make things more complicated for you. BitInstant=>ZipZap(MoneyGram)=>Blockchain.info wallet=>BitcoinFog=>SR is considered safe. And don't use your real name OR give your ID. There is no need to have a fake ID as it might cause unnecessary problems. Shady liquor stores that also do MoneyGram work best! They deal with crackheads all day and you, assuming you don't look like a crackhead ??? not having an ID wouln't arouse any suspicions. They will ultimately ask you to write down your info on a piece of paper. Be prepared with a name, address, phone number and date of birth and memorize it.

They might have mail forwarding set up. May work if they only moved out very recently. Do not expect any vendor to refund you or reship because they left a notice and now you can't go pick it up because it has your neighbor's name on it. Also the smell might become obvious to postal workers after it sits a week on the shelf and they might get LEO involved after that. Your best bet would be ordering under your real name from reputable vendors after checking their feedback and forums.
Good Luck
