If I am located in the US, Canada, etc, and I obtain a passport+identity for UK, Australia, etc, how would I actually get into UK, Australia, etc on the passport? Isn't it suspicious that I never travelled out of the country?

You fly to the country that your new passport was issued in and then fly out using the new passport. As a foreign resident or visitor to the US, you will never have a blank passport.

doesn't that make the original U.S. passport unusable, as you have no re-entry into the U.S.?

Arrive by boat. It's a week or 2 trip but the price of paying the captain of a boat vs a plane ticket should be similar. Airport security is as hard as it gets... Boat's have to check themselves in and report their landing. You can lie and say you never checked in while in North America. The hard part IMO is getting the accent right >_>;

I don't think you understand what I am saying:
1. You buy the false papers (the ones for sale here are a scam btw)
2. You fly on your US passport to the country
2a. If you cannot legally travel, you must illegally get to your country of choice.
2a1: If you have to travel illegally, I recommend walking across the Mexican border (if you're in the us) and paying cash to fly out of Mexico City to the EU, and then traveling overland on your US passport.
3. Once you get to your country of false papers, you discard your US passport, or if you're there legally, apply for a long term stay visa (think 5 years).
4. Travel on your false papers
