Post by: foxymeow on January 20, 2012, 06:01 am
How many stamps do I need for padded envelopes? I have heard anywhere between .88 and 1.71

Assuming you are shipping USPS this site will tell you exactly what you need. Hopefully you have a scale to weigh how much the package is.

Is there a different in price between padded and non-padded envelopes? I can't figure it out on the website.

I'm fairly certain that there's no difference.  Assuming that the envelopes are fairly standard size - i.e., legal size or smaller, it's just a question of package weight.

According to this site padded envelopes are 1.71 as they are considered a "small package"
