Um. Wow! I've always used get-bitcoin.com for my bitcoins and it's always taken about a day to get them into my wallet. Today though, I sent the money and then sent them the confirmation email and the bitcoins were in my wallet within like 15 minutes.
Very happy.

Do you have it sent straight into your SR Wallet? Or a different wallet and just tumble it along to SR?
-
They did the same thing for me yesterday. And sold me bitcoins at $5.11 when they were at about $4.52. Good thing I had some spare bitcoins, or I wouldn't have had enough for my order.

I have them sent to a separate wallet and then I send them to SR.

They have to take their cut which I understand. Honestly I don't know if their fee is excessive or on par with other bitcoin sellers? Like I said I've never used anyone else. Anyone have answers on BTC seller fees?

BTC Buddy charges 19%, Sugar Mama charges 17%, and BTC Pal chargers 10% off of the total amount of BTC's you receive.

They sold me the bitcoins at $5.11 AND took a 5% commission. It's not really too bad and I don't mind paying it for the speed in which they do it, but it would be nice if it was somewhat close to the Mt. Gox price, so I could estimate how much I needed. I can figure in the 5% commission, but not their random selection of price. I've known this in the past, so I've always just put in another 5% to cover it, but this was the first time it was so far off (~12%) that I ended up short.

Yep, its a great service for a great fee..
It's certainly cheaper than any of the traders we have around here.
One thing that really sucks about their service though; for purchases over $1,000 you need government issued photo ID.
-
Do multiple orders for totals over $1000.
I use them also. But this past Monday it took almost 48 hours to get my coins because MT Gox went down the night prior. But they waived the 5% fee.
You can set the max price. I usually just go with market and they're not too far off. Usually off the day's high but I haven't experienced >2-3% off using market.
But if they are turning around with 15min or even an hour, then yeah, A limit can be set without worry of the market going over.
You can't beat their 5% fee.

Same - 1K deposited at Chase. Showed up an hour later. Fuck you Dwolla

so minorthreat? is it 200 or 1k? it seems that you do a bit of different posting on behalf of Get-Bitcoin.com, who owe my ass hundreds of dollars while they seem to zip your order through

I've used them again. I never do $1000 at one time because that leads to delays (as I learned the hard way). I stay at $500 or less per account/bitcoin address. The turn around time has been 30mins all the way up to 16 hours when things are running normal. When they have an issue, it can take 48+ hours for them to send your BTC.
But they have always come true. I'll give them that, But they seriously need to up their game. They need better communications and better turn around tikes.

This is misleading. BTC Buddy charges $6.50 per coin, so his percentage varies; at the current rate of $5.32, that would be >22%. Sugar Mama charges UP TO 17%, but as low as 8%, depending on the amount. I've read that BTC Buddy is willing to give significantly lower percentages on large orders, but I don't know.
get-bitcoin.com still seems the best option, since on average it's cheaper than 8%.

get-bitcoin is the best place to get CASH IN MAIL for your bitcoins.

Yea.... good work Sherlock. I'm totally lying because I work for them. In fact, I make $15 a week, which almost covers my kids allowance.
Granted, I only post here when I'm fucked up, but I can, almost, do simple math. The $1K was cumulative rather than singular - I see how that could be deceptive. But, hey," I gots ta pa da bills."

Sorry, I misunderstood. CampBX is great for mailing cash (money orders) to them to get bitcoins. I don't think they have a cash-out option, however.

I have used them before and would again. Low fees and quick turnaround.

Yeah, get-bitcoin will mail you $500/day of cold hard cash without reporting it to the IRS. If you mix up the names & addresses that you have the cash sent to, just about any vendor can fully cash out using that site, fairly anonymously.

I'm planning on doing $700 via Chase deposit. Should I split that up into two $350 transactions, or will one $700 transaction be fine? I don't have to show my ID at Chase if it is below $1000, right?
