I'm having a hard time finding a cheap scale to measure in micrograms, and building a large contraption is out of the question due to space. How do you all measure your doses?

Do you mean milligrams? 1 microgram = 0.001mg.
If you can't afford a milligram scale, you probably shouldn't be taking the sort of drugs which need such accurate dosing. You're putting yourself at risk, not to mention anyone you give the drugs to.
Gem Pro 50's are okay for the money. They allow you to weigh down to about 20mg accurately, then you can liquid dose after that.
So if you want to dose 16mg 2C-B, measure out 50mg and dissolve it in 10ml solvent and take 0.32 ml of the solution.
