Title: Stuff from China | Counterfeits | Electronics | Digital Goods
Post by: TwoToneMan on March 01, 2012, 04:36 am
Hello Everybody,

allow me to make a short introduction of myself, my goals and plans.
I live in China, and I have a sellers account since a few weeks. I have a real job which feeds and clothes me well and started the whole thing more or less out of curiosity.
I'm an honest guy and definitely not just looking to scam somebody for a couple of bucks. I want to know if the silkroad community can already carry a vendor like me - I am confident it one day for sure will.
Workforce is cheap in China, and if I get the feeling that this is going to develop into a real serious business I am willing to go the way.

What I am able to do:
I can get any kind of brand fakes, watches, handbags, wallets, jewelery, cloths, etc..
There is a broad spectrum of prices as well as quality for those things. I would be interested in what you want.

Watched reach from 30$ to 400$ - where a 300$ watch is already a pretty well faked product - hard to distinguish from the real one if you don't look inside. The 30$ fake is easy to make out as such.
Handbags are made well but do not seam to interest anybody here - nobody was asking for them, I guess there are little woman around here?

I can get cellphone and wireless technology for very reasonable prices. Antennas like you see them on those cellphone towers all around. A 30dBi 2.4Ghz antenna goes for 150$ here. Problem is this stuff is heavy and big and shipping is a killer.
I can get jammers, really strong laserpointers, etc. Would you be willing to carry the shipping cost? Could you live with weak documentation on a cellphone amplifier?

DVD and Blu Rays are faked here on an industrial scale. Also here the shipping cost is heavy - 13discs are 1kg. For time reasons I can only do packages at the moment - I already posted a 58pc selection of Blu Rays.
Most of the software has some kind of Chinese installer and Chinese - I guess nobody has use for that as I trust all of you are able to get their warez from somewhere else.

If you post suggestions of what you like I will keep a list and come up with the stuff people are asking for.

          Much obliged!

                TwoToneMan

Rave glow sticks are already chump change, why would you buy them from china via SR?

sky lanterns cost next to nothing here - shipping will be the major cost factor... aren't they legally available in your country, same for snap light sticks?
police scanners are regionally different i believe? somebody is already selling them on silkroad for USA I believe.
I didn't find fake camelbacks - the rest is avaible as price worthy counterfeit.

now im only thinking of this as a possibility yet but what about tailor made clothes? i hear that its incredibly cheap to have clothes made over there so would it be possible for people to send you the required measurements etc for say a suit or jacket and you get it made and sent over?

There are definitely girls here - I am not the only one. :)  I would be all over LV/Hermes bags, and Louboutin shoes.  I think this is a great place to sell that stuff, might even bring in more buyers.

How good are these counterfeits? Saw your listing for Ray-Ban sunglasses, would probably get a pair or two if they're of good quality. Would someone familiar with this brand be able to tell the difference?

thanks everybody for the great inputs!

@AstroTurd: Believe it or not, I was already thinking of that. I have some samples at home - problem is that I cannot put on high quality pictures because you would find the company who ordered the holograms from the same vendor, hence the vendor, hence me :(
I think of something. I could probably do any picture - As long as it's not for counterfeiting money it hardly would raise eyebrows. I like people who think alike! What would you use it for, if you want to tell us?

@lrp72: good to hear - I already have some handbags listed, if you are searching for a specific type of LV/Hermes please let me know.

@liveghost: I guess you mean programmable laser lights? Sure... Are they hard to get in your country? I know that many tourists here buy the 2000mW green laser pointers which can light a match and have a beam reaching for many kilometers. Those are illegal at least in Europe...

@jimmyg: You want to sell it on ebay as the real thing? Convince me of BIG business coming and I might be tempted to send you a sample for a reduced shipping cost i.e.
My Ray Ban's are on the upper side of the available range here - you can also have some real cheap fakes.

@Joy: No can do, sorry. Apple is really monitoring this very strict. Foxconn and the other suppliers are on a short leash.

I'm sure I would end up buying something from you -- maybe most likely innocently labeled chemicals -- if you start selling. Good luck.

@aciddeath & etal: what precisely are you looking for? I can check for you.
There is already somebody (foxymeow) shipping RC's from China - he most probably has much better contacts then I do...

@AstroTurd: the holograms are listed - i check if anybody is interested before i come up with stickers and overlays 1000 piece are 196US$

Wanted to ask details about the blu ray discs you have listed. Are they identical in appearance to the real thing i.e packaging and design on the disc. Also when you play it does it have the menu and special features like the original. Also in terms of quality what's it like in comparison to the original? Thanks

I have ordered replica ray ban glasses from china (but not from Two). They LOOK very authentic. They even had the letters engraved in the lens. The plastic is cheaper and you can tell but if you want wear them nobody will be able to tell they're fake. Let me know if that sounds about right TwoTone

@PiercePatchet: The Blu Rays are in china-made packing. The printing and looks is of superb quality, but there is no plastic box.  sometimes there are spelling mistakes on the package - i even found one with a scathing critique on it because the chinese photoshopper didn't know what he was copying from the internet :) - you can hardly sell it as the real thing. the disc itself is a 1:1 copy of the original blu ray, made on an industrial machine, printed and non-distinguishable from the real.

@Walnutst: the do look very authentic, indeed - i am wearing them myself. also the quality of the lenses is absolutely top. however i do not buy the originals to compare it to - the numbers of goods i am selling at the moment don't allow that. if you really want to know the quality there is anyways only one way to find out... and it's not even so expensive

@blockrockinbeats
i am not familiar with these dunny toys, but the are cheap here and expensive on ebay. i am gonna check the weight as shipping will be a huge cost factor of the fakes - they come in different sizes, what is the most common one?

the 3 inch dunny toys from kidrobot are the most common. i think there are 19 in a blind box set.
