i've ordered from Supernaut. he filled a tiny order for me and sent it. arrived fine, however the pill was crushed en route. not sure if you can really blame him tho, it was loosely wrapped in bubble paper.

i was going to order from him again after he filled this order, but he wanted me to operate outside of escrow, so i said "ok, just set the order to sent, and i will finalize" - then he was like "you don't understand, i'm not gonna send it until you finalize".

he doesn't seem to understand how this site works. even after i told him like 5 times you can't finalize until the item is set to "sent" (just on SR, not ACTUALLY SENT) he told me to just straight up send him the BTC. but then... he didn't cancel my order first. finally i got him to cancel my order.

anyway, i decided this was enough with this guy and i ordered from someone else. to be fair the next person i ordered from was EnderTheHegemon and as of right now it seems i may have lost some BTC with this guy. can't for sure yet tho. probably would've been better off dealing with supernaut out of escrow. :/

The scammers hop all over the opiate section cause we're willing to do more to get our drugs I think. We (well at least me) need it. So it's easier for them to take advantage... I've talked to a reputable vendor and he's stated that the most scammers are on the opiate subgroup.....

Sorry to hear about your story bro. I've lost some $$ dealing with an opiate vendor out of escrow so. Makes two of us. :./

learned my lesson!

I ordered from Supernaut and got my stuff as promised. He didn't ask me to go outside escrow. It sounds shady since you already successfully completed an order. No experience with mellowyellow yet.

I can relate to the opiate thing. I'm not hooked right now either, but I still like getting high a few times a month.

I ordered from Supernaut a couple weeks ago. S/he was communicative, polite, sent the exact number of pills ordered, pills were genuine and the advertised brand, and were shipped quickly (on a weekend no less!)

This was all done within escrow and I was very happy with my purchase. I hope she gives small discounts to repeat customers because I would certainly order from her again. :)

Supernaut treated me fine.  I presumed any errors on his part are just 'new vendor' errors.  There are ripoffs and scammers on both sides of the fence, here, but we need to help out and encourage honest vendors who are just 'learning the ropes.'

yah, i wanna be clear that in the end, supernaut has been legit in my brief experience with him. he doesn't exhibit any of the suspicious behavior that other known scammers do.

in a pinch, if my usual vendors aren't in stock, i'd go to him.

Derperson: You left out a fair amount about our transaction, and I can explain the request for going out of escrow.

Without asking me beforehand if I would comply, you deposited a little less than my asking price into my account and claimed if I let it go this time, you'd make a HUGE order soon. It wasn't much money so I said fine and sent the pill: you never told me it was crushed, that's a first TMK. I'll see what I can do to keep that from happening, but at least it was in a sealed baggie.

A few days later you placed your "huge" order. Your 5 transaction buying record is less than stellar, and with buyers with less than 10 buys, especially ordering more than 1 or 2 pills, I ask for payment before shipment, seems reasonable to me - I didn't realize until Monday that I had to finalize before someone could do this, I don't recall you telling me this (I can't get on right now to check my PMS, but you even sent me a pic saying "do you see a finalize button?) - you're right in that there are a few things I haven't figured out yet, I logged just now to ask a question about something else, anyway:

Despite knowing how to send me money outside of escrow, you insisted there was no way to finalize as I was requesting (when you apparently knew damned well why the button wasn't working even sending me a screenshot to show me the button wasn't working). So we agreed to cancel the order and you'd send the btc through the send btc route in "account" and I'd send the pills - in hindsight I'm not sure why you just didn't explain, but when you didn't send to place the order I figured I'd probably just dodged a scammer.

Maybe I did or maybe I didn't, but I don't think asking someone with a %20 refund rate for money up front is unreasonable for >$100 worth of goods.

Thanks for the help though, and you're welcome for the discount..

derpson   ok well.. guess my product isn't being shipped today. hopefully you log on later so that you can set it so i can actually release the bitcoin.

here's a screenshot of my orders page. do you see a finalize button anywhere?

derpson   until you set the product to "in transit" (on silk road, not actually SENDING the product) there is no link to finalize the transaction for the buyer.

at least, i don't think there is. and when i order from vicodin, that's how he does it.   5 days   read

derpson   i don't know how to release the btc.

i thought that you just put the order to "in transit" on your end wihtout actually sending it, then i released, then you actually sent the product.

i'm more than willing to release the coins, but i don't see any link to press to do so...   5 days   read

Supernaut(100)   If you release the btc now, I might be able to make the last mail pick up tonight.

Supernaut(100)   You're missing the point: I will ship the goods, *after* you release the coins if you haven't completed *10* transactions, which you haven't.

Had you read my profile, and followed the directions, your envelope would be included with the ones going out now.

derpson   yes, i will finalize but you have to change the order to in transit before i do that. send to this address

<snip>

please hurry and ship today :/   6 days   read

Supernaut(100)   I've only now been able to login to the site today so I just saw your messages and your order.

I'll need you to finalize before I ship, and I assume you want me to ship to the second address you provided?

there ya go, there are the PMs in a shitty format, of course.

dude, i don't have infinite bitcoins in my account. what bitcoins i had were tied up in the order i had with you which you did not refund until i told you you had to in order for me to send out of escrow. it's BECAUSE of people like YOU that i have any kind of refund rate on my transaction history at all! so thanks for that!

i mean, look at the condescending tone  you took here:

when you yourself was wrong. questioning my integrity is going to get you nowhere here. i even said in my above posts that you are legit and i would order from you again. and then you respond with this vitriol? please.

I'm really NOT trying to start shit with anybody, I simply don't believe you accurately represented the entire picture covering the transaction.

No big deal, I think my feedback speaks for itself..

Well Supernaut, it sounds to me like you're learning the idiosyncrasies of Silk Road. I experienced the same "growing pains" as a new vendor... like when I realized that I had to click 'confirm shipment' before a buyer could finalize early.

A word of advice from a fellow vendor, never do anything that you've felt forced into doing because these misunderstandings can occur too easily.

Back on topic I haven't dealt with either vendor so I can't comment on them OP.

Just received my order from supernaut. I FE and it took two days to get to the midwest. Shipping was discreet and supernaut answered messages quickly. I was very happy with the purchase and process. 10/10.
