From what I've read and understand (bound to be wrong...) all I really need to encrypt is my name and address in the order page box. Is that right? So I encrypt the message to their specific key and paste it in the box as an encrypted message?
Sorry if this is a "dumb" question. I've been trying to figure this out for over a week and only got this far. First time.

Correct. You encrypt your sensitive info using their Public Key, found on a vendor's Home page, with Gpg4usb or Gpg4win. Some vendors want all correspondence Encrypted, especially if talking about bulk orders, but generally speaking, Encrypting your sensitive info and pasting in the Address box on the order page is spot on. :) :)
