Title: AUDirect - possible LEO/Scammer?
Post by: lawlita on August 13, 2012, 07:53 am
Been a member for less than a day, offering free samples of a pharma with a small postage fee, has no pgp. Further investigation is required, personally cbf'ed as the points I just mentioned are more than enough for me to steer clear.

I looked at his listings and it's looks pretty sketch. I know he's new but i wouldn't have any business from a new vendor unless they try to start a rep here at the forums. Considering how strict aussie's law is it could probably be a set up, i may be wrong, but maybe i'm not. He set up his account pretty fast in only an hour he's been a member with no pictures lol.

Am I trying to scam people with my $2 postage fee on the free sample? This is amusing. Pictures will be up tomorrow. Let the rep speak for itself, I don't need to claim my innocence my reputation can do the talking, just give it a few weeks. I'm guessing this was another aussie vendor who started this up, trying to scare people off so he doesn't lose business..

I really do dislike contradicting myself, but after that baseless allegation, I can NOW be fucked further investigating. Before I go into more detail as to how your vendor account is sketchy, I say your allegations are baseless as my post history is publicly viewable and there is nothing there to suggest this is a shill account. I just don't post too often.

Now "Let the rep speak for itself", what rep? You say yourself your rep will take weeks to accumulate, what is a buyer supposed to base their decision on before that? Your profile and your listings, and that's where the dodginess abounds. As for the postage, it is a financial transaction and nets the vendor an address. What's so sketchy about this? I cite the case of "Happytime"...

Look if you are a real vendor, then you are either lazy, ignorant or stupid. There is a veritable shit tonne of information on these forums on how to become a new vendor. If you do not do the due diligence required, this road is not the place for you.

Well how about you start criticising after you get some evidence. These false allegations are just ridiculous considering I only just started up. I'd say your either a shill account or jealous of another aussie vendor starting up. When I say "let the rep speak for itself" Im saying don't start making judgements till people put feed back up. How are vendors supposed to provide rep against people like you, when it's their first day. Everyone has to start somewhere and its funny because soon you will realise how stupid you are and that your allegations are false. In the meantime, your keeping me amused, so thank you.[

How are new vendors supposed to provide rep? Oh I don't know lets see:

1. They can provide a working pgp key,
2. Establish contact with their potential customer base on this forum.
3. Send out samples to long time trusted members so the initial feedback they receive carries some weight
4. Have detailed listings with photos

Those are just off the top of my head, I am sure the more experienced members on here can think of a few more. As for being "jealous of another aussie vendor starting up", explain to me what possible motivation a consumer would have in keeping the market less competitive? I don't think that's covered in any economics textbooks I've read. Oh and you can repeat your allegations if you wish, but I've provided the evidence to refute you, so that just shows what kind of man you are.

I hold Silk Road dear to my heart and I share DPR's vision in growing the Road to the point where it strikes a major blow to the war on drugs. Without new vendors that growth is not possible. I've ordered from Elk and Halfbaked when they just started out and you know why? Because they took the time and effort to make a good first impression, something you have cleary failed to do.

So whatever your angle is at this point it does not matter for me. You have shown that you are an idiot regardless.

At the end of the day it all comes down to how well you can service the road. By providing quality, decent prices, efficiency, customer service, security and good shipping times. Which is exactly what I'm aiming to do. So therefore I don't really care about your opinion, it really is worthless. I will be providing the road with quality products at a good price and with good shipping times. So go spam someone else, maybe the next aussie vendor that starts up, because know one really cares what you have to say.

You need a PGP key.

Wow, your posts just further strengthen my opinion of you. And yes it is my opinion, the only one I can speak of with great certainty. You on the other hand speak for "everyone" it seems. I thought arguing with an omniscient deity was going to be harder than this, apparantly I was wrong.

Still no pgp key I see? Still somehow popping up the top of "sort by seller rank" despite having zero transactions and being a member for less than a day? (to be fair this very well could be a bug, but just for you I am willing to bet it's sinister). I have laid my case out for all to see and it is up to the reader to decide whether they agree or not. You on the other hand offer nothing but empty platitudes and attempts at character assassination. Please do continue defending yourself in this manner, one can always do with more evidence to prove a theory.

this is ridiculous.

being a member for less than a day != being a scammer or 'LEO'
offering free samples with a small postage fee != being a scammer or 'LEO'
not having a pgp key != being a scammer or 'LEO'

threads like this serve no purpose whatsoever.  it's like if someone put a sign up on your front lawn saying 'this guy is a possible paedo (cuz he drives a van)'.  except this guy can't take it down.
