Title: Cancelling orders.
Post by: Oldeuboi on June 17, 2013, 11:31 pm
I tried to order 2 items from a vendor earlier today, and on the checkout page it had if you order 2 items they'll ship them for free.  Well I got a message from the vendor not long ago saying that I had to pay for the orders to be sent, but I don't have enough BTC left to cover it, so how can I go about cancelling the order?  Do I have to wait for the vendor to cancel?  If so will I get my BTC's back in my wallet or are they gone for good now?

after i believe 4 days, you should have the option to cancel your order if it hasn't been marked 'in transit'

send the vendor a message, explain what happened, and have him cancel the order..

I contacted the vendor and actually got a quick response.  He cancelled the order for me, he seems like a pretty cool guy.  I'm going to replace my order tomorrow and hopefully everything will go smooth this time, thanks for the advice amigos.
