Title: calculation for how many BTC = $1?
Post by: stemcell on December 16, 2012, 05:08 am
is there a BTC to dollars converter or anything so I can see how much im actually paying  for something? I dont know if theres a program or math equation to get it but that would be really helpful if someone can point me in a direction.

You might not realize, but you can set your SR preferences to display as $ value instead of BTC value.

I can't comment on the mechanics of it, ie/ what exchange rate it uses and how regularly it updates etc.

But, from my watching rates closely on my exchange of choice, it seems pretty accurate to me.
