Title: I just got a message from SR support, im a newb and need help please

This is what they sent.... "One or more of your shipments have not been confirmed in over 10 days . Please finalize any shipments that have arrived, or click "resolve" next to the ones that have not arrived. If you do nothing, your payment will be released to your vendor 17 days after your order was shipped.  Best regards, Silk Road staff  NOTE: This is an automated message. Please only reply if you need to reach Silk Road support staff"

I ordered from Dutch so we all know how long that takes lol..So what is my next move? Wait until day 16 then resolve by extension of time? That's what I'm thinking, is this right? Or do I need to resolve and extend my days now?  Thanks

Wait until there's one day or less left before auto finalization and extend in the resolution center if it doesn't arrive yet.

i generally tend to hit resolve a wee bit longer than a day, just incase the vendor doesnt get time to get online intime to goto res centre.

no one wants an autofinalize stat.

Also with the current downtimes, it might be wiser to take one more day.

Hit resolve, Ask the seller for another week to finalize. That's what I do when I'm ordering internationally and it takes forever.

Thanks everyone...I received my pack yesterday! My first one too! Shout out to XTCEXPRESS for getting me my pack to SE us in 11 days...great product(orange bombs)
