What it do what it do
With regards to vendor reviews
The rating system will only be helpful if people aren't either A. Too Nice or B. Too Mean. I also believe that the majority of people reading this on the forum understand that and attempt to create valuable reviews; However, there are, I fear, many people using SR without taking a good look at the forums first. In my mind the only way to get better reviews is to ask better questions. With a 1-5 rating and a comments section - much of the onus is upon the reviewer to provide the SR community with critical info in their review.
I believe that the rating system should be revamped.
Instead of an overall 1-5, by breaking the order into several categories would allow for more accurate and uniform reviews. Just off the top of my head it seems as though, Shipping, Communication and product quality are all important factors in an order. I'm just spittballing here but i'd like to hear what others have to say. The end goal is to have fewer reviews such as:
(1/5) This order sucked!
(5/5) Took two and a half weeks to get here and the bud was covered in bugs but its dank bruh
