i live in the USA, in a southwestern state (think of the desert)  therefore we have lots of sun all the time, but very high temps and sometimes lots of rain (but irrigation is never a problem)  i would plan on growing outside in my backyard so i can tend the plants etc... but what would be a good strain for me in this climate,  i dont think i would need an autoflower since we get 12 hrs of sun well into oct, and it doesnt get cold till like decemeber.

Hello,

All the TK's (& Green Dragon) are harvest ready october -> november (in Europe), anyway at 13-12 hours of light they start flowering, depending on what you want to do with them, it will take an additional 8-14 weeks before they are ready.  Normally all of these should do fine.

Autoflowers needs a much light as possible as they start flowering in whatever light regime, don't overdo it and put them 24/24 but anything below that will do just fine, the more light, the more harvest.

Manitoba Medicine, starts flowering at 14 hours of light per day, so is sooner ready then all the others (except for LR#2), and needs about 8-10 weeks to finish.

Best advice to give depends on your expectations:

LR#2 and Manitoba Medicine will give you the quickest results (If you would have everything germinated, etc and then put outside (greenhouse) at the beginning of august, you would have your first harvest half, end of september with Manitoba and begin to half of october, your LR#2 would be ready.

The TK's take longer (big tall bushy Indica's), so depending on which of them another harvest would be ready by the end of october, first two weeks of november

Hope that his explains it.

Best Regards,

Omnibionta
