Clones are cheap and most people that do have them end up having extra to sell since if you dont use them soon enough they just die. But I would imagine that to mail them the best way to do it would be using a priority box and then airmailing it. So the person might charge $10 - $15 for a clone but then you might end up paying like $30 for shipping. I know in real life you can buy clones for like $5 a pop just because alot of times they end up dieing.

Would you say you get a better survival rate from clones or seeds (that sprout)?

There are too  many variables to say. For seeds it depends on how they were stored, when they were collected and the lineage they came from. For clones and sprouts it depends on how you take care of them. You also have to take in to account the genetics of your plants and what conditions they prefer. Under the right conditions (which are much simpler than most think) your sprouts and clones should flourish.

any specific questions I'd be glad to answer,

I think its better and faster to grow from clones. Clones are also really easy 2 grow. Growing from clones also cuts down on your grow time. The worst part about seeds is that they seem to be so over valued. I would say if you can get clones stick with them because they are cheap and easy to manage. Eventually you may want to have your own clone plant though. Usually when I see people growing weed in a house they have 1 room thats dedicated to the clone plant and clones and then the other space is for actually growing the bud producing plants.

A good piece of advice is in general its a good idea to stay away form purple strains. Purple is desired because rappers talk about it but purple isnt any better than some other strains. The reason purple is expensive and rare is because purple strains suck to grow. It takes more expertise to grow purple and the yield is less. So they arnt more potent or any better than regular strains they are just harder to grow and produce less which equates to high prices and rarity. Seeds are also a pain in the ass when compared with clones. If you have a good source for clones you will have a much easier time getting started then using seeds. Seeds take up alot of space and time only to have to kill the males.

yeah some strains just tend to purple if you lower the temps in late flower, which reduces their growth. outdoor more strains tend to purple even if they dont have any typical "purple strain" in their genpool.

btw. if you are still looking for some in or outdoor clones just visit my SR shop
