Title: New Seller

I placed an order from a new seller with no history and the package is now about three days late and I did not finalize early.   On the other hand I have a perfect track record on SR with 30 purchases and zero complications. 

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Contact the seller and ask if he shipped the product, and if he has any additional information. If he doesn't respond or comply, give the item the allocated time to arrive and use the "resolve" process, listed in the orders tab.
