my best advice is even though TOR is safe, encrypt your order so no one except for you and the vendor can see your personal information, welcome to the Road my friend

If your hands are busy enough, they won't slip up?

Maybe use a VPN to connect to Tor? Then your ISP can't see you are using Tor.

Excuse me if this sounds dumb, but what happens if your ISP does see that you're using Tor?

I know they won't be able to see what you're doing with it, but are they likely to consider it suspicious?

I use PrivateInternetAccess, but hear good things about Air VPN, too. With PIA i paid like $33 for a year. Great deal!

If LE keys to SR activity in a certain zip code its possible that they could get the ISP's info on that area to see who is using Tor.

Lots of corporate types use VPN's so they are not suspicious to the ISP's, while Tor is for dissidents, child porn, drugs, etc. Connecting to Tor through a VPN tunnel that is exiting from a good foreign country is good protection. Remember the NSA is watching us all now & the predators go after the low hanging fruit.
