Title: Dumb Question
Post by: LaChemie on March 27, 2012, 04:28 am
OK guys/girls, new here.  Do you use your real name shipping packages to your address?  I've thought of a lot of different ways about doing this, but my thoughts are if I want the package to get here quickly and correctly, just bite the bullet and do it.  Any insight is welcome.  Thanks.

You should use some celebrity's name like Bruce Willis, and your actual address. or use your real name, and an address of a random stranger a couple towns over. OR you could make it blend in with the rest of the mail you get by having it delivered to your proper address to your proper name.

I have done both fake and real...  It's a hard call for me.

You can always say you never requested the package if LE gets involved...  Neighbor, friend, friends business, those have been the best for me.

When a package is sent to "The IT Department" at a small company, such as my friends, it's an arrangement we have.

I was thinking a slight rearrangement of the letters in my name, so I can always say"its not me!"... but if the package gets hung up at the PO for that reason, I'd be sweating it.  Thanks for the replies!
