To me it seems alarming to randomly get a package from the netherlands coming into US. Does anyone have any experience on this or feedback on what they've experienced?
-
As in you received one you weren't expecting, or as in if someone sees that you got a package from there? Because if it's the second circumstance, I haven't run into any problems with any international shipping.

I mean for customs. Do you think they monitor all envelopes coming from there?

I'd say it's scrutinized more closely and there is definitely a higher amount of NL packages that get seized.

Ya but will they do anything, or will they just take the stuff out and throw it away?

For small amounts, they'll just send you a love-letter, which is really nbd, as far as legal trouble is concerned. But I would expect them to be a little more suspicious about NL packages.

When I think of Netherlands, I think of green tape. They check anything large enough to hold something other than paper, unless the sender is willing to attach a false declaration to the package. Which sometimes works, sometimes doesnt.

Tordeman, what counts as small amounts? Would 5 grams of mdma get you a love letter?

I'm certainly not an expect on the topic, but I'd think 7 grams is where they'd start getting concerned, personally. This is based on absolutely no facts, and is just a guess. They'd be concerned only if there were signs that you were reselling the product.

Ok, thanks for the response.
