Hi, is it safe to directly transfer BTC from exchanges like LBC to my SR wallet?
(i'm a buyer only)

Yes, SR tumbles your coins. If you are uber paranoid you can send them through a personal wallet first, but its kind of overkill, imo.

You can also use a tumbler service suchas bitcoinfog to tumble them. Better safe than sorry!

Hello everybody. This is my first time using btc and shopping in silk road.
I just did a few minutes a go the transfer to my wallet on silk road, is it normal that the btc haven't arrived yet? i did it from localbitcoin.com using TorBrowser about 15 minutes a go, and i'm just wondering, is it normal to take this amount of time?

I was just reading the article about the guy whos bitcoins were seized by dea and the site lets talk bitcoins was able to trace his bitcoin account to a deposit into silkroad? How in the hell can they tell where the deposited coins were at SR? If that is the case that doesnt make me feel very good. Can anyone attest to how that works can these bitcoin houses tell the address you send them to is related to SR? If so it would only be logic that the next transfer made of those coins would be to a vendor. Scary if that is true

Thanks for the information :D
