Are you using tormail's onion site through Tor to access and send your email? That could help, and also make sure that you're using the tormail.org suffix.

if you just want to buy, you don't need tormailor any email to use SR, although it can come in handy now and then.

are you sure you are using the real tormail and not a phishing site?

This is the site I use to access tormail -  http://jhiwjjlqpyawmpjx.onion/

It seems to work in squirel but not roundcube? is it something to do with the scripts? I normally have them set to forbid, or should I just allow TOR and not globally?

Is it safe to validate the link form my tor mail to blockchain while still in tor?

1. url is correct.
2. round cube uses javascript which is deactivated by default (for security reasons) when you use the browserbundle
3. it's safe to validate whie using tor, just don't use it for accessing clearnet accounts which could reveal your identity (FB,Yahoo whatever)
