I just put my iTunes on shuffle.

i use cracked pandora on my phone, no adds and unlimited skips
or i like grooveshark.com for on the computer since i can choose the songs and no audio adds.

If I could give out karma yet, I would +1. If you haven't heard of Minus the Bear, I would recommend you to them since you enjoy Portugal. Start with their album, Menos el Oso.
I enjoy some 311, Minus the Bear, and Incubus ("The Warmth" is amazing when high). All great for smoking and listening to some good tunes ;D
