I have searched the forums and haven't seen this question, but when buyers ask for a refund do they need to show proof the product was ever delivered?

if you can point in the direction of a post that has this info.. or if you could explain it a bit more.... I got 100% refund but I know it's because the guy never sent it...i would greatly appreciate it

It's worked on on a case-by-case basis. If you got a full refund then no need to worry. :)

So what if a vendors policy states, " 100% refund with free tracking " and the tracking ends up dead...how would you go about the refund?

Weird, I bought from ST before, I thought he was an ok guy. Anyway what is the issue? If you got a full refund then surely case closed?
No there's is no problem..i too made a purchase from him before and it took 9 weeks to arrive after one re-ship...i did catch him in a few lies about the date of him actually shipping out the package..but once i finally did receive it, the quality was the best i've ever had! and so i want to make a purchase for 50g and i can't afford to lose that money...what if i never receive the package? I've only made a few purchases and have never been to the resolution center, i always FE... so I wouldn't know on how to go about getting a refund if it never arrives .

I don't really have an answer for you mate because as I said it's a case-by-case thing. If you aren't prepared to take the risk with ST then don't go with him. Also why do you always FE? Unless you are new when sometimes you have to that's not a good idea.
