HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS WORK!!!
so i have a order from say .. idk some one who on there page says they do 100% refund or reship...
so i wait till it goes to resoulution center... then what?
ask for all my money back if it hasnt came in?.. please someone whoes done this explain to me.. cuz i want to order a large ammount but dont want to get fucked

Fucking awesome name dude! If seller stated that on the seller profile you should start contact with him before it reaches resolution so he knows what is going on.

After 10 days or so you'll get a message from SR support reminding you to finalize or resolve before it auto finalizes. So if you have one day left before it auto finalizes and you still don't have the package, you can click resolve instead of finalize and you can extend the date or work something out with the vendor to get a refund.

if it hasn't come in 17 days, i would first put it into resolution and extend the due date by some time period, i personally extend it by 10 days. after those 10 days have gone by, if you still have not received your package, you can either extend it again or request a refund. throughout this whole process though, i would be in contact with the vendor. hope this helps :)
