Whatever you do dont FE. Just try and find another vendor who does not require FE SAY NO TO FE
-
100% agree, that's what escrow is for, no need to get ripped off.
-
Sounds easy enough, doesn't it.
Then you realize that for larger purchases, all the vendors are requiring FE, especially on international.
Sticky wicket really.
-
Seems like many of the highest rated vendors require FE but i'm new so what do i know.
-
Say no to drugs!
Er...
No I mean to FE!
-
I just find it akin to buying on the street and giving a group of 3 big dudes your money and they say say "yeah we will be right back, just gotta go down the street" Then you never see them again.
-
My first purchase was from Lucydrop, who requires FE from new buyers. Having done research on the forums I felt confident in FE with Lucydrop. I knew it was a risk and I accepted it. I promptly received my product.
I must add Never say Never :P
Just make educated choices... derp
-
Though with the rating system, it's like 100 of your buddies told you those 3 big dudes delivered quality products in a timely manner for them, on several occasions.

That is true, but in my humble opinion it's not worth the risk, selective scammers are about.
-
Never gamble with money you can't afford to lose :)
-
Have FE every time and bought from darkesspresso 3 times 1 onion and 2 elbows. Shit comes SUPER discrete overweight and on time. So if you do your research on the vendor see they are in good standing then FE, BUT if it a new vendor or someone with no reviews of product received then I would not do it. But that's just my 2 bitcents
-
no need
-
A very good rule to live by. Especially if you're doing bulk buys - imagine the disaster if a seller suddenly flipped when he got an order for 10k+ (which I KNOW occurs here).
Regarding the issue of trust, it stands to reason that no one can be trusted fully on SR. And I stress that I do not mean to be offensive, but that's the way it is. I'm sure many people here are normal, down to earth folks, with good jobs and families, who simply wish to act in opposition to our governments' policies and set an example for proper counter-economics. But, it is a black market, and you do need to tread carefully.
-
I never ask for F.E on my account 8) check it out got some good hashes

yip its true 8) check out my vendors page for good clean hash thats reasonably priced
-
Never! :)
-
There really isnt much on here you cant go and buy from another SR vendor that doesnt require FE.

So true, couldn't agree more.
Im still about to make my first buy but it seems really hard to find some1 how offers a fair agreement about FE and repost
-
I think of more buyers especially new people than the sellers will require it.
You are taking 100% of the risk if you FE. Doesn't sound like a smart way to go. A lot can happen other than theft.
If a seller plays by the rules and uses the escrow system what is the risk to them?
The seller isn't left twisting in the wind even if the buyer drops dead. His/her Funds are realised automatically.
-
I FE'd on my first purchase and I was fine. Though the seller didn't require it, it would be shipped out earlier if I did.
I don't advocate FE though, you can get scammed. But you just have to look out for who the vendor is. However as many people have learned, even if the vendor is in the top 5%, scamming is still possible.
Look out for yourself.
And with that, I'm at 50 posts :)
-
I FEd for the first time a few days ago because a reputable vendor warned me he was slow and package could take 2 more weeks to arrive. I didn't want to bother with resolution and certainly not get an auto-finalize on my rating. If the product doesn't arrive and I don't get a satisfying resolution, he'll get my BTC share of bad rep on SR and in everyone of his thread and product thread in this forum IF I EVER GET OUT OF THIS DAMN NEWBIE SECTION.
-
I will FE for somebody with a 97+ rating and hundreds transactions. It just gets it out of my way.
-
97 already makes me nervous, unless it's on 300+ transactions over a year or more. I wouldn't think about FEing below 99/100. Ratings going below those levels start smelling of selective scamming, especially when the vendors ask to FE...
-
Ever!
-
Never FE!
-
its been said before .... never say never ... use your judgement. be smart
-
never did
-
dont ever fe
-
Nearly fell into this trap myself, was about to FE to a seller who disappeared off the radar, luckily my order was canceled first.
Close one
-
Only FE once and that was for 50g of meph.
Stayed in escrow for several hundred pills, you do feel much safer in escrow for some reason.
-
I agree in principle, however there are some (I'm looking at you, Frank) who insist on FE. Frank is legit.
I''ve been trying to post again in the review thread for Frank Matthews concnering arrival times, but can't due to post limit implementation.
Anyhoo, I find he's good. Whenever I get the heebie jeebies about it being late, it turns up the day I message him. Which makes me look like a twit.
This time it's been five days - nothing yet, but hopefully tomorrow.
-
Seriously though never FE.
-
Seriously though never FE.
I don't agree. I have FE'd on almost all my purchases with no problems at all. It depends on the vendor.
-
If you don't have any buying history you might not have any choice. There are vendors that won't require it for first time buyers, but you might be limiting yourself in terms of choice. Do your research on the vendor. Don't rely only on the feedback on their sellers page, make sure you check the forums. Start off with small orders. Once you have a few buys under your belt, if they say FE you say FU!

Agree with agentlee agree in principle however if your a newbie and want to get things moving in terms of bulk buys you sometimes have to take a punt as most vendors wont entertain you.
-
I'd just say try to find a new vendor if one requires FE. So far all 3 vendors I have used dont require FE. But if you do decide to FE read the forums before you do.
-
I agree with the NEVER FE advice but I also make it a personal rule of mine to never buy from vendors that have pages and pages of un-updated FE in their comments. I wouldn't even risk an escrow deal with a vendor like this because it just seems too lucrative for the vendor to walk off when that many people are FEing.
I'm not saying that I don't trust the escrow system, I'm just saying I never want to get to the point of having my coins tied up in resolution.
-
I FE'd for a new vendor that just disappeared. She was getting really good reviews and they changed. Not sure what happened. She sent me a tracking number for a package that has just passed through customs. We'll see if it's what I ordered and if it actually comes to me. In any case I won't be FE'ing again unless the vendor is well-established.
-
Sorry, I meant they *never* changed. I.E. nobody ever said anything bad about her.
-
FE is fine as long as you choose a vendor who has loads of good feedback.
-
I think you should never FE but sometimes its at your own discretion
-
i did...FE... but its all good... just check out ur vendor properly b4 doing so... x
-
kk
-
first of FE look at this forum the information about your seller
прежде FE посмотри на этом форуме инфу про твоего продавца
-
FE is bad.
-
I was asked to FE on my first purchase. I wrote a message to the vendor about why I wasn't comfortable with it, and the vendor said it was all good, I didn't have to FE (which is good because I wouldn't have). I have not had to FE yet, and am still damn young around here. On the contrary, the vendors I have chosen have all been really fucking great. I will not FE, there is simply no reason to do so. The escrow system protects both the buyer and the seller and if you are a stand up individual that should suffice.
-
I would never FE on a new vendor or a vendor who doesn't have good feedback. If the vendor reuqires FE, look at his %rating, if it's over 98% and they have been selling with good feedback over 300 tranactions I would give it a try, but only a small amount to sample.
always start of small. alot of people bullshit
-
Some products are hard to get, you sometimes have no other choices than vendors asking for FE
-
I'm new and it seems the best vendors quite often need FE. I try to avoid it as much as possible but if a vendor has a very high rating and has been around long enough I probably will accept the risk. Just not for large purchases.
-
FE is for chumps >:(
-
I'm brand new and offered to FE on my first purchases. Both vendors told me NOT to. I'm TRYING to give them $$ and they wanted me to wait to be sure.
I'll be buying from these guys until .. I dunno, they stop selling or I stop buying.
-
I fe'd my first purchase and my order came on time. But I was fucking nervous the entire time.
-
hm, i'll be careful then. thanks
-
If you have less than 5 transactions and/or less than $100 spent most vendors will want you to FE since your still relatively new. I know myself my first 3 transactions all required a FE but those days are long past now 8) One thing I can say is if you trust the vendor and you want to release the coin early then go ahead but be aware of the risks. I myself FE one time and my package never arrived, since then their is only one cat I will FE for and even then I only use them as a backup because if you do some digging you will eventually find someone else supplying the same shit w/o the FE nonsense. As for the one vendor I would FE for, I have done over 6 transactions with them and FE every time and every time I received my product quickly, and stealthily and the only reason for the FE was due to intl order.

noted as a newbie i will try to find some other vendors who dont require it thanks for the heads up ;D
-
I will never finalize because escrow is a great protection that I value.
-
Here's newb for you... What is "fe"?
-
Some products are hard to get, you sometimes have no other choices than vendors asking for FE
That's the way I felt. Then I lost ~$90 to Evilution for a gram of DMT that I was made to FE for.
Now my rule is. Never means never! I don't think finalizing early is ever going to be the best choice unless losing money is hobby you like.
-
Here's newb for you... What is "fe"?
FE= Finalizing Early
Basically you release your payment before receiving your product. If your a newb you may be required to FE depending on the vendor so choose vendors wisely, but you should do that anyway all the time.

I think like anything, it's not quite right to say *never* FE.
Once I've used a vendor for several transactions and they have a generally positive reputation, I almost always finalize their transactions as soon as they're marked "In Transit". Otherwise, they are having to wait to get paid for something they've already sent. As a person who occasionally sells on Ebay, I hate the fact that I don't get my funds right away.
On the other hand, there are clearly times when you should *not* FE.
I would think very carefully about using any vendor that requires FE, especially if they don't have a good track record on feedback for completed transactions and/or the forums.
BTW, this newbie crap of having to get 50 posts before being able to post to the general forums is BS IMHO.
The most likely people to get scammed are newbies. And suddenly they can't alert the general community when it happens. Plus, maybe I just don't post much.
-
Further, I've heard vendors complain about having to wait for transactions to auto-finalize, which means they probably are waiting a long time after the customer has the product to get their money.
I don't understand this at all. SupremeSmoke, who has the most awesome dope has had to blacklist people because they didn't finalize on time consistently. If you have your product, why wait? It's not like you have access to the funds anyway.
-
I agree I was burned once with this, never again.
I am to this day now tempted to FE with supertrips a well respected vendor here that just had a falling out a bit ago but I will stick with my current vendor even if his product is somehow inferior to ST's just for the escrow and tracking.

yes a guy is going to ruin a rep on a long-standing vendor account for 10k... check your fucking head, there are people making a lot more than that here you goof

Say NO to FE
-
I feel like all the people spamming OMG NO FE are under 20 years old, raver kiddies who can't afford real drugs locally and don't understand international business. Get the fuck off the website if you can't afford to lose 100 bucks. The prices for almost everything here are on point at like, spending $1000 locally in the states or canada, but you're getting it for 30 bucks... and still complaining? It isn't worth most the vendors time to ship these kinds of orders, they're fucking SAMPLES, not SHIPMENTS for you to have fun with your friends on a weekend lol!!!!
I've met plenty of your kind locally, just because you're behind a screen name doesn't mean you're not easy to pick out.
-
hi guys I JUST FOUND THIS WEBSITE and like i saw breaking bad on tv a few times and i am totally going to be the best drug dealer ever!! oh ya american gangster kicks ass.
i don't want to FE anything i buy thats bullshit!!! ecscrow is to protect ME !!! right??? also i'm going to sell all the shit i buy to my close friends for 4x the price and make a killing and be the coolest guy ever!!! also there won't be any risk at all right because FUCK FE but that's fine cuz im just a small fry dealer loOTLORTOLOLOLOLL@@@@@@@@
oh ya WHAT NAME SHOULD I USE FOR MAILING ADDRESS OR SHOULD I SHIP IT TO MY PARENTS HOUSE LOL
______
????????????????? this is what i read when i read "dont FE"
-
Ive finalized early for a few weed dealers and havnt been ripped off yet so knock on wood
-
Haha, you know everyone in this thread FE's behind everyone else's back. Yeah it'd be great if you convince everyone to not FE and actually demonstrate some consumer power, but if a vendor with a perfect track record and a perfect product comes along...with the drug you're looking for...you FE. Everyone does it.
rule number 1: do not talk about fight club?
-
:-X
-
FE for very well trusted vendors with LOTS of feedback. i do it with trusted vendors and have no issue
-
FE for very well trusted vendors with LOTS of feedback. i do it with trusted vendors and have no issue
Bump. If the vendor looks legit and has A+ feedback i wont hesitate to FE early, majority of vendors r doing it
-
FE is an option if you are new and making a small order from a trusted vender.

Thanks! Sadly I don't have status enough yet to help your karma. You'll just have to settle for real life karma instead...

TRUE STORY. LOL.

I wouldnt FE until i did some business with a vendor. even then its risky.just due to the nature of the business
-
vever fe
-
I understand why venders require it of newbys......I see both sides.......I also have been on the other end when customers say they did not receive the package
when the tracking # says delivered.....you know they got it....but refuse to pay the balance.....That is why I am here.......
-
fe if u have too and they got a good rep like limitless

Yeah, I can also see both sides, but it's still the internetz and lots of people are indeed scamming. It's so easy to make a new account, order something then say you didn't got it resulting into a partial refund.
If a seller is trusted I see no problem in FE though. Seems like you can still change rating to 1/5 if you actually didn't get it and I'm sure they'll want to resolve some way.
-
When I buy there stats Determine a lot!. I buy from Vendors which have 300+ transactions behind them. then I don't have a problem with FE.
-
It,s obvious to me your losing your protection, you never know what,s gonna happen ppl are like the weather changing all the time.realistic view
-
I have placed about 100 orders from 20 different Vendors and never had an issue and never once did I FE.
-
I have heard it all now. OH hes aTRUSTED VENDOR or THE VENDOR HAS GREAT STATS package is always on time etc etc........ EVERYBODY WHO SAYS FE IS NO BIG DEAL type in TONY76 into the forum search
and find out what happens to people who fe for a trusted vendor
-
Never had a problem with FE. Just do thorough research before you make your decision, reputable vendors do still exist.
-
:(
-
fe < 50 posts
-
Sometimes you need to take the risk...
-
I have to agree with this with the exemption of Lucydrop. I`m only saying this because of the many happy customers he has me being one of them. 99% of the time I would agree to not FE, just do your reaserch if you do.
