Dear Noriega,
Until now i was believing that you had no evil intentions and kept defending you. I still tend to believe that the mess you caused is at least partly due to a combination of factors, which are in your sphere of influence.
Please consider these suggestions for your future dealings on sr:
- Improve your communication skills
Your vendor and product pages are almost 1:1 copies of Aakovens. Please adjust those pages in a way, that they reflect the realities of your way of conducting business.
You don't ship next day. You don't ship the next Mon/Wed/Fri after the orders are placed. You don't inform your customers when their order has shipped. If you answer questions about shipping date, your answer is not the truth. How i know that? Because on the letters received there is a fat stamp with the date and that date is not the date you tell when things were shipped.
For your customers it is very important to know *reliably* when their order has shipped. Please provide this important piece of information for each order.
There are other good reasons for your customers to contact you. It is rude to keep them waiting or to completely ignore the messages sent to you.
- Improve your processing skills
Many vendors ship within 24 hours. Longer processing times are acceptable, especially when they have been communicated *in advance*. When placing an order with you, there is no way of knowing if and when the order will be shipped. My previous orders with you took 6,7,12 days, the last one is 16 days and counting. The postal services always take 2 days for my letters from NL, so your processing times are very long and unpredictable. That's not acceptable.
- Improve your packaging skills
When you put a bulky 3-D postcard into an ultrathin envelope, what happens is that the envelope gets torn so badly, that the innards are visible. When you have 2 minigrips that you have to stick in one envelope, be smart and don't roll them one on top of the other, because it is better to have a flat envelope than a fat one. Please just make a nicer job with the packaging in general, it doesn't take that much more time but improves everyones security and the chances of the orders to arrive.
- Limit your business to what you are able to provide
Congrats to the good products you once had and for the short period of time that you were close to being the #1 opiate vendor. As you have experienced, it is easier to get close to the top then to remain there. Good products and prices are one thing but with the communication and processing skills lacking, they are not worth much.
- Stick to your obligations
"I honor my part of the deal, you honor yours." is a nice slogan. But in the context of the mess you have caused it is more a joke than anything else.
The many people waiting for your products won't just disappear because you look away from them. Trying to push the responsibilty for your actions to others like: The US customs has my orders/The H clients are stupid junkies/The mailman (or his dog) has your order etc. just is childish behaviour and doesn't solve any problems. The packaging is the single most important determining factor whether an order arrives at the destination or not and it is clearly your responsibility alone.
This said, i still have an open order with you, like many others, and i hope that you will fulfill your obligation and send my order. Since my order with you has been placed 16 days ago, there have been other orders from NL and they still take 2 days to arrive and they still all arrive.
I sincerely hope that you'll stand to your word and make it good to everyone who has been waiting for their orders from you for ages.
I sincerely hope that you'll again get to your #1 place on silk road and remain there. I loved your products and would love to be able to again order from you. It is only because this is important to me, that i took the time to write this post. It is meant as a constructive criticism and by no means to attack or to upset you.
Good luck and success.
