SEPA transfer never arrived to my Bitstamp account. It's been processing over one week now (seven or eight bank days) Any similar experiences? Is it normal? BIC (Swift), IBAN and individual account number are OK. No problems before this.
What should I do? I don't want to contact my bank and say: "I wanted to buy some bitcoins but you lost my money". Should I contact Bitstamp staff or just leave it be? We're talking about 100 euros here.
Is it safe anyway to use Bitstamp?
Thank you for your help!

Hello ,
Same thing here starting using bitstamp instead of intersango , they fuck it up say no trace even though never had this trouble with intersango , contacted vendor support no reply , so harsh we are the vendors who make SR worth coming too , and there is no support . Very frustrating. There go our profits. Do you reckon it will correct itself? or is gone ?
Kind regards

Hello ,
In all honesty i think bit stamp are alright , it was a problem with SR withdrawal system , i got the BTC back in my account this morning, so thought i would withdraw and sell and guess what they have vanished again very frustrating as for any small business cash flow is vitally important. Now too scared to withdraw any more . Big sigh .
Kind regards
