Sorry if this information is already available, I searched for it on multiple sites but never found the clarity I was looking for.
When you send someone an encrypted message and sign it, do they receive your public key? Or do I have to send the public key separate from the encrypted message for them to respond privately? Since I don't have a vendor account I can't post my key publicly on SR and I just need to know if I should be explicitly sending my public key to all of my vendors.

Most Vendors dont require to have your public key because most of them require it only for senstive information like address, its usually just a one way message. What I have found that works, I dunno about sign it. Is to Export your own key to your desktop then opening it in notepad. Really the best way to figure it out whether to send your key or not is to read there profile.

I do not sign any encrypted message others can chime in here. I always forward a copy of my PGP key to the vendor as it saves them time in searching for it or having to ask!

when you want to contact anyone privately, first get their key, write whatever your message is and put your public key at the bottom of the message. then encrypt the message using the key of whoever you want to message and send it. afterwards, you will have his key save, he will have your key saved, and you don't need to worry about exchanging keys again.
don't worry about signing the msg.
