Hi Everyone,
We've had some computer issues and I am using a computer that is not available to me all day to send you this message. All the orders have been shipped but I haven't been able to get into the system to confirm them.
***PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE SHIPPED 85% ON MONDAY AND THE BALANCE TODAY***
I have someone bringing me a computer in the morning with Tor on it so that I can confirm everyone's shipment and send out DCN's. I am even trying still to borrow one tonight so I can send them out later.
This is a matter of trust, and I am sorry that we haven't been able to get you the info. You know that we do what we say and if your orders were not shipping I would tell you.
Thanks for your patience and either late tonight or before noon tomorrow everyone will have their DCN's from Mon. and Tues in hand. Provided the SR is up. At the moment it appears to be down. But I assure you that you will get your DCN tomorrow morning as long as SR is up and running.

Bummer, I feel for you...this is why SR needs to implement another state in the order process...after processing should be "order accepted", before "shipped", so that vendors like Pharmville (who correctly do not mark stuff as shipped until it is actually shipped) don't get burned by people who stay in processing for 4 days, and then hit cancel.
That happened to me twice, (once with Pharmville, once with another, now-defunct vendor) and I was of course honest and sent them the BTC they were owed (I figured, when I cancelled it, that since it was still in processing, they hadn't shipped it yet). However, there is this unfortunate window where they have it packed and ready to go, but because it's not shipped yet, they do not mark it so. If the buyer is able to cancel then, and does so, the vendor must hope that the buyer will be honorable.
So yeah, please add that feature to make it easier for our vendors.

Never had any doubts on your end. Sorry to hear your having technical problems, they can be a real PITA. Everyone be honest and support honest vendors like pharmville!!! don't cancel!

Darn it, my order made it to my town but not my house. It was returned to sender today. :-\
