Karma is just a way of approving of someones post, therefore giving someone a + means you approve of their post, a - if you disagree. You can give it out when you reach a certain post limit or a certain status. I think it may be 50 or more posts, not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong. This is how it works on most websites who use the karma system but I'm not sure how it works on silkroad because I haven't seen an official explanation.

Hope it helps.

Karma is like shwarma but inedible.  It says in the bible, "a man reaps what he sows."

The karma is not avalible to you until yyou become a junior member. Wchich is at 100 post.

And to answer the persin who started the post unless they specify in thier post +1 you will not know who gave it to u.

Just try to  post informal post and always be nice to people and you will recieve good karma. Post untrue information or a jackass comment and u gwt negative karma.

You get the ability to give +/- karma at 100 posts which is when you become a 'Full Member'.  Anyone can give it to you both positive and negative once every 72 hours.  Honestly though it doesn't really affect anything at all so I wouldn't worry too much about it.  If you're a nice helpful person you'll just accrue +karma naturally.
