Title: Buyer package intercepted by LE in another country advice
Post by: Whab on May 22, 2012, 01:20 pm
Hi

I recently got a package intercepted from another continent because of a vendor being caught. Has this happened to anyone else before ? What is the likelyhood of my address being passed on to my countries LE. Is it even worth my while ordering from that country or another country anymore ?

Just need advice because some stuff I have ordered is a little late.

Thanks

Last time I checked, when customs takes items, they don't pursue the addresses. They just confiscate, and that is the end of it. I would imaging you're even safer because it's not your country's customs, it's another. I'm sorry you missed your package, shit sucks, but you should be completely fine.

But as always, I'll acknowledge the slight chance of something bad happening, as there always is a tiny chance, just make sure your house is clean for a week or two. Keep your things very well hidden, and you should be fine.
Again, I seriously seriously doubt anything bad will happen to you as a result of this. Don't sweat it.

Cheers,
