CaptainWilly is a scam. He has ignored my messages, won't read them, ignored the resolution center, and yet he has been on today. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!! He will tell you he has shipped, when he hasn't! Captain if you are on, how about your scamming ass explains?!

Shit... I hope you're wrong. just placed an order with him on wednesday
-
Yeah, I placed an order on the 17th. It was marked "In transit" about 10 minutes later. Then, crickets... I actually placed an out-of-escrow order with another seller (and didn't expect it to end well) on the 20th and received that order two days later. Still waiting for Willy. PM'd him the other day and he claimed that he had a minor delay, but got it shipped (no mention of what day.) I think this order is headed for Resolution Town. Giving him the rest of the week to deliver.
What a pain in the ass. Vendors: If you've taken the package to be shipped and sent it on its way, THEN you get to mark it "in transit." Not before. I wish I could truthfully say that this was the first time I've had a vendor pull this crap, but unfortunately, it seems to be commonplace anymore. Wastes my time and ties my money up where it could be spent elsewhere with a vendor who actually keeps his word.
I'll post back here when the order situation has been figured out. I hope it arrives, but if not, I'm putting it into resolutions.

Thanks for the heads up guys. I thought he was a heads up guy.....not anymore..

I'm not saying he's a bad guy, but he's certainly playing some kind of a game, and that kind of behavior pisses me off, as it should everyone else who gets jerked around like this by vendors. The "In transit" status is to be used for items that are actually "in transit," not 10 minutes after an order is placed/before actually shipping it.
Who knows, my order might show up today, tomorrow, next week, or never. Since I have no idea on when it really shipped (or if it did,) I have no degree of certainty that this transaction will go through as it should. The only thing I am certain about is that I'm not going to put up with this shit from vendors anymore, and that I'll at the very least get my BTC back if the package doesn't arrive. I'm sick of having my time wasted and my money frozen while waiting for what should be a straight up transaction.
I hope other buyers see this and follow suit. If your vendor marks your order "in transit" and then comes back a few days later indicating that it didn't ship exactly when it was marked, don't let him string you along. As soon as the "resolve" option becomes available, click it and put the ball back in your court. This way he can't play the waiting game and get his BTC by default while assuring you that it shipped. There is a reason the escrow system is there, and if you use it properly, it WORKS.
If my package arrives today or tomorrow, I'll leave a good feedback for CaptainWilly, but I'll still stand by what I've said. I don't see what's so difficult about not lying to your customers.

Yeah, I a placed an order for 2C-P 9 days ago with him, he marked it in transit day of and he accidentally admitted it wasn't shipped when we were discussing how he separated the dosages. (He sent a PM to all of his customers, you know what I'm talking about). He said he will separate them how I asked, but of course he couldn't do that if he shipped them 3 days prior as the in transit status indicated. I'm not really angry about it because I'm sure I'll get my BTC back if it never shows, but it is indeed annoying that he has wasted my time. If he's a scammer, I'm not sure how he's actually ripping people off other than taking their time.
