I'm looking for the best/safest online Bitcoin wallet. Was looking at
http://easycoinsayj7p5l.onion/index.php (Easy Coin)
and
http://ow24et3tetp6tvmk.onion/index.php (Onion Wallet)
any advice on better ones? Going to start using LocalBitcoins.com and don't want to send them directly to my SR address. Thanks in advance and as always +1 for helpful responses.

Also, can you not change your address like you could before or am I missing something?

To be honest, Web Based Clients are not safe at all, such as Block Chain or Coinbase. Your trusting a third party to look after your wallet and the coins in it. They could disappear in a flash meaning you're likely to never see your coins again.
Go with a Desktop Bitcoin Client such as Bitcoin-Qt with Armory installed over the top for added security or even Multibit.
You can create as many Bitcoin addresses as you like to keep in your Wallet.
