I was running an old version of tor (now uninstalled) on a windows 7 and i used tormail (only for confirmation emails from bitinstant and btce) but i haven't logged into my tormail in over two weeks, I've never been to any other compromised sites, only using tor for SR. Am I safe?

It sounds like you probably are safe, at least from the exploit, since the exploit wasn't likely on tormail two weeks ago. Any tormail you sent/received probably it is safest to figure it is now public knowledge.

Hopefully you had the coins from any adresses that could be linked back to you in your account for a little while. I -believe- that SR use a 'tumbler' to obsfucate the tracing of transactions back to particular btc addresses - obviously this process takes time though.
Does anyone know if SR still tumbles?
