Title: UKSales doesn't give what I ordered and offers a 15% refund...

UKSales and his habits...

I saw others give a 5/5 even when they got something else then the Zydol they ordered.

This how it went between us;

if you left me a message along with your address I would have seen it and sent you the zydol

That product cost money and so did the shipping 50% is the maximum I offer for lost packages.

you received something.

I have spent time dealing with your order as well as money, so I do not think 100% refund is viable.

It was not my mistake you did not leave a note!

I will not go along with your suggestion, order something more and you will give me some extra.

I want the item I payed for and the item you sended to me, I can send you back.

I have made e few deals with you, but if this is you way of doing business it will be the last order too.

Just send the fucking blister of ""Zydol"" and everybody is happy.

The order is worth 0.14 btcent.

You are not going to make a whole lot of trouble just over 14 btcent, now are you?
It is not my mistake you send tramadil (the wrong brand) while I asked for Zydol

And the command;;""Buy some more and give you some extra , I aint going to buy
I will not spend a single cent on ""UKSales"" before you have given me , what I have paid for.

Tramadil is still ok I don't think there is any difference in quality Zydol is just more well known.

I ordered Zydol.
The tramadil, still in blister (is on the foreground) I have.

Please send me the Zydol, where I paid for and was the item I ordered.

Please refund the 0,14 btcent +0,05btcent = 19 btcent in total

I prefer a full refund, but I have a few deals made with you and had never anything to complain.
If you rather send me a few more MSJ, that would be O.K. as a second choice

I think you made a honest mistake and did nit not send me something different as I ordered on purpose.

Dear readers of SR, I have dealt with UKSales before.
Never had problems.

 Even when the delivery took 8 days (less then 100km per day) I gave a 5/5

The phrase i had to leave a note next to my address, puzzles me.

What is so hard not to understand when you read this;

Is it me?
I am quite sober, but can't see what I did wrong.
And his offer to refund 15% over a deal of 20 btcent, is that normal?

I think UKSales is acting a little strange here.
Putting his good name on the line, here, I think.
And to lose a good name over not even 0.20 btc is a little strange too.

Help me out and give your opinion please.

Your post is a little hard to read, but let me see if I have this correctly.

You placed an order for 10 50mg Zydol tablets, correct?  In its place you were sent 10 50mg generic Tramadol tablets, correct?

It is my understanding that Zydol is simply a name brand form of Tramadol, is that also not correct?

So, your objection is that although you received 10 50mg tramadol pills you are want a refund because they are generic, not name brand, is that basically the gist of your post?

Yep that is the case.

All correct. Except that Tramadil is a brand and not a brandless generic

If you paste  http://fs1.hidemyass.com/img/66E6b.jpg  in the address, you see I need zydol to compare with tramadil.
I have enough of those green/yellows, and now I can still not compare tramadil with zydol. (Both are tramadol, the Tramadil and the Zydol.

I offered to be satisfied with a 50% refund, but he thinks 15% is enough

OK, I had a quick look at the vendors profile and product page and I'll explain what I believe to be the problem. 

I checked the vendors profile to see if it had anything to say regarding refund policies and I read the product description page for the item listing you purchased.

First, the item description page has a graphic image of the product, in that image is a statement that says, and I quote:

Either Zydol or Tramadil (you choose ;)
Subject to availability.

In the product description it states:

~reminder please leave a note in the address field if you want Zydol ~

Taking some time off Items will be dispatched on Sunday's only, for the time being

ZYDOL IS BACK PLEASE STATE WHEN YOU ORDER IF YOU WANT THIS AS IT IS IN SHORT SUPPLY

Unfortunately what I believe is that you simply clicked 'add to cart' for the listing without reading either the vendors profile page or the product description.  The 'note' that the vendor was referring to was the note you were supposed to leave in the address box regarding whether or not you wished to have Zydol or Tramadil as your chosen Tramadol brand.  Absence a note from you the vendor simply filled the order with Tramadil.

So, the vendor is correct in stating that they have indeed shipped you what you ordered, but that in the name of good client relations they are willing to give you a little extra on your next order even though they followed their product description page and you didn't.

As for a refund, again, you need to read the vendors profile page for their refund policies.  This vendor has a fairly clear policy of providing 25-50% based on a number of different scenarios.

I realize this isn't what you were hoping to hear, but it is the truth.  There is nothing SR will do in this situation and to be honest, it would probably be detrimental to your reputation if you were to push this any further as all they are going to say if they do respond is that you failed to read the product description page so the fault is your own.

If I was in this situation, I would send a brief PM to the vendor apologizing for the misunderstanding, explaining that I had misunderstood the product information.

I'm sorry, but as Captainjojo has pointed out you are at fault here. You did a mistake by not reading the description of what you did buy and the vendor is 100% right.

You should take responsibility of your mistake and not blame the vendor for it.
