Title: Ketamine reducing health problems
Post by: SenorNice on October 02, 2013, 12:37 pm

Just wondered if anyone knew much about avoiding bladder damage from regular K use. I noticed on Erowid bladder damage had only started being reported in the last 10-15years so something must of changed with the ketamine supply, probably people cutting it with legal highs.

Obviously spitting drips and drinking plenty of water is going to help when sniffing. Avoiding sniffing by injection will reduce nasal damage but this means no spitting drips.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any prescription meds that could help defend against bladder damage or herbal medecines. I heard something about herbal tea helping.

Me and my friends use quite frequently but have never had stomach cramps or pain while pissing. However my friend feels he has a more frequent need to use the toilet now but this could be paranoia/anxiety related.

Thanks for any input.
