Wondering if anyone else is having a flashing sign on the onion icon, prompting an update to the bundle? I tried updating and it didnt work, I keep getting the flashing warning?
-
sounds lie a personal problem
-
I also had that problem once.. I deleted the tor browser folder and re-extracted it. Maybe you didn't download the right update though?
-
You're are not on your own 'winowish' got the flashing icon on the onion did the download but it wouldn't run after installing ::) So deleted first download went through the whole rigmarole again and it still won't run or install. ::) So I've given it up as a bad job and will put up with the flashing onion :D ;)

Are you guys stupid?

Sometimes the browser "knows" about the update before it actually gets to the main site. Try downloading it now.
-
just get the updated version through **CLEARNET WARNING** http://www.torproject.org
when i see the flashing exclamation point on the onion i just delete the tor browser folder..then start from scratch...
click, click, Boom...yur all set to go gain in less than 5 minutes :)

Export any bookmarks then delete 'Tor Browser' folder. Download the update. And you're done.
