Title: Fairly new to btc transactions
Post by: Bubbles67 on November 09, 2012, 12:47 am
Hi--I've been on here for awhile, but have never posted.  I just read all the scam messages from people who have stolen over 12k and counting from newbies, and now I'm skittish.  Are there any reputable btc vendors for people with LESS than 500 bucks who won't rob me blind?  Anyone?  Thank you for your help.  I am communicating with someone named, "Cashing Out Bitcoins"--is he/she on the growing list of scammers?

Don't buy bitcoins on SR. Get them from a bitcoin exchange like Mt Gox or something. If you need a list of trusted ones, pm me and I'll write them down for you.

Also, when buying Bitcoins there are some security precautions to take to make sure you cover your paper trail. If you want some pointers, let me know.

Happy Buying!
