I have an order pending which is getting close to resolution center time and I prefer to be proactive and not have to use the RC. But what do I do when a vendor has been online everyday but isn't answering my emails? The emails are all polite and pleasant and just asking why a product marked in transit 8 days ago isn't here yet. All my previous transactions with this seller have been good.
If anyone knows him please ask him to read my last PM at least. The longest priority has ever taken is 3 day. Even first class would have arrived by now. Money is just sitting in escrow doing no good for DT nor for me!

Going on 10 days now for me since it was marked in transit, and no messages answered at all. Something is definitely up.
