Title: What's up with BTC?
Post by: Poisonouss on April 26, 2013, 01:54 am
I've always used bitfloor, since their service is awesome and I can get bitcoin super easily. But now they are closing indefinitely, and I checked out a few other websites from the wiki, such as bitcoin-central.net and bitcoin-24.com What is up? I'm really wondering if something big is going down with BTC, I wouldn't be surprised. Probably the feds trying to take down anything that opposes their currency monopoly. Also, for the time being, where else can I get my btc? Thanks.

There used to be so many neat ways to acquire BTC in the UK.

It has now become a living nightmare to get your hands on them, might as well go back to using street dealers. I heard somewhere that PayPal are thinking of accepting BTC trade, one can only hope!

Using MtGox requires you to jump through too many hoops, not preferable.
