Use BitInstant but use a MoneyGram kisok instead of the phone/in person method. A local 7-11 in my area has the Kisok (basically an ATM that offers MoneyGram, which is owned by CitiBank). No ID or in person required.

Bitinstant is probably the quickest or Liberty Reserve that is a little more time consuming.

i wouldnt use bitinstant right now, theyve had hacking issues and massive delays.  just buy a moneypak and use a vendor here.  i can recommend some for you.  i have it in a thread on the newbie forums somewhere

Check the money section.  Be aware that these transactions aren't protected by SR.  Look at their feedback.  Look at how many transactions.  Look at how long they've done business here.  Make sure those numbers are realistic and not boosted.

I just used the bitinstant cash deposite at walmart to fund mtgox a couple of days ago. they did not ask me for ID.  it only took about a minute after leaving walmart for me to get the email saying my mtgox account received funds.

bought bitcoins and transfered them to a new wallet that day. worked great for me.

I  think the ID part was with MTG....Don't they ask for a copy of an id on first deposit and to send coins to address?
