What the hell is wrong with people?!?!
Supertrips is one of the best vendors on the road! I want people to take a moment to look at his profile page, look at everything he is selling, Look at where all of those packages are going. He sells everything under the sun and ships world wide! I am tiered of hearing people (mostly in the USA) talking shit about how he didn't respond to your message in two minutes, how your package is taking to long, and how your just over all unhappy. Do you know why his rating is so good? It's because his stuff WILL get to you!!!! People blow up the forums talking so much shit the whole time their package is on the way, then when the package shows up, poof nothing more to say.
I have some crazy news for you that you have probably never heard before. Are you ready? Here it goes..
Number One. This is the most busy vendor on the road. Hands down. If you want great communication go with someone less busy.
Number two. Your package contains drugs and is coming from halfway across the earth!! If you want shipping that takes less then a month (YES IT CAN TAKE A MONTH!!!!) go with someone else!!!
Number three. You are not the only person who has ordered form him. EVER!! He moves a shit ton of product if you want your shit to be marked in transit the day you ordered it.... ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
Number four. Your package has to go through customs!! NO WAY YOU SAY!!!! Guess what it is true. Your package can be held up in customs for up to three weeks. Holy shit yeah really 3 weeks!!! Have you seen pictures of US customs? it is fucking huge!!! It might take a few days for your tiny 5 gram package to get through there!! If you don't like that. Order Domestic!!!!
Please if you don't like to wait on the best shit on the road because you are an impatient fuck Then don't order from him! Most of all if you are an impatient fuck and you do for some dumb fucking reason place an order with him, DONT get on the forums after three weeks bitching about how your shits not coming and your pissed and you dont understand how he has such good feedback and how he wont return your PM's.
I like ordering from him and if you whinny little bitches make it so he wont deliver to the US I will freak the fuck out!!! Sit down and shut the fuck up! Your shit is coming and it will be the bomb and you'll feel like a real asshole for getting on the forums after 3 weeks and talking shit about one of the best vendors on the road!!!
Sorry about the language but damn give the guy a fucking break already!

I agree one one aspect about bitching on the forums. but if your package is more than a week later than the estimated time of arrival there is nothing wrong with asking him about it. how about you smoke a bowl and chill out "bro".

What good does that do? Really? All he is going to tell you is it is on it's way. What else would he say? Oh yeah I forgot to send your package. No it's on it way, thats all he is ever going to say. He doesn't know where it is. The tracking overseas is horrible no matter who you use. He doesn't have a crystal ball and I am pretty sure he doesn't work for the post. So really your guess is as good as his. Just know by his stats that your package will come.

SuperTrips is the best .
-
When the estimated shipping time to the UK is 5 days on his profile I think sending him a message after 12 days is ok. When after 20 days you got no reply......I think its ok to come on and let people know what you are going to deal with ordering from him. It is my first purchase from him and the only reason I did was because of the apparent good coms and product. I AM NOT IN THE US YOU TOTAL FLID I AM IN THE UK.
I am a very patient person but dont think a single message is much to ask for.
-
supertrips quality was just way under par. when i gave an honest feedback he got all mad and say why didnt i contact him first.. well thats because i dont want his limp noodle mdma. i couldnt sell it or barely give it away ...
it was said that he does all these great things with all these drugs.. but usually its the ones that overextend like that that have poor quality product IME.. but to each their own .. if you like his gear why would u get mad at what someone else thinks? this is a retarded thread indeed

Average transaction of $263.11
That don't impress me much.

If your a avid user of the road as I am, I am also sure that you realize that buying smokes dvd's and whatever other BS you come across that sounds interesting bumps up those transactions. I spend around 2000 a month or more on here. I have had great transactions and I have had shitty ones. What gets me going are the new kids on here that expect the world on their first order. They buy that 5 gram listing and are freaked the fuck out that they might lose a hundred bucks. They don't look at everything involved and they sure as the fuck don't think about what they are doing before they blast a good vendor on the road. People don't seem to realize that what they are saying on the forums and on peoples reviews are what vendors are using to sell their product. If one person doesn't buy from a vendor because some dip shit got his shit two days late and decided to plaster the forums with BS than I think that's a shame. These guys work fucking hard and it pisses me off when people just go off half cocked about this and that, and when everything turns out to be ok after all they don't say sorry I was wrong or take down the garbage that they wrote. It's just oh cool I got my drugs. I think that is very evident if you look at all the shit written on the forums about supertrips and then look at his stats. All I am saying is think about what you are doing and try to have a little patience.

I never ordered from supertrips personally, but from what I've read, people often have to wait, and are often less than impressed with the product quality. Other people receive their orders and are completely content with the quality of the product, and the experience with the transaction. So I make any conjecture about ST one way or the other, until I order from him myself and make my own judgment.
I have however ordered from a good number of other vendors though, from all over the world, and offering a variety of different substances. I have 122 transactions and spent "too much" money ;-)
The fact is, if you receive an order, you should always leave a 5/5, unless the product was *very* falsely advertised, or has some other serious problem. The algorithm that computes seller rating unfortunately makes this necessary for sellers to be competitive amongst themselves. I think an absolute rating would be better, ie. 35 people left a 5, 62 people left a 4, 10 people left a 3, 1 person left a 2, 1 person left a 1--that kind of deal. Much more accurate, and gives a more complete history of the sellers quality. But I suppose there are security concerns...
BUT, as a buyer, you have every right to honestly and respectfully share your experience on the forums and in your feedback text. If a vendor gives a timeframe for delivery, and you have been waiting for a good deal longer than that timeframe, you are completely entitled to post on the forum that you are waiting excessively. You are also entitled to message the vendor. The vendor gave a timeframe, and your order was not delivered in that timeframe, and not even soon after the maximum limit--that means you are entitled to inquire about the status of your order. Don't tell me the vendor is too busy to respond to my inquiry. The resolution center is available, but should be avoided if necessary. If a vendor is too busy to respond to PMs about late orders, but not too busy to deal with Resolution, then they are not keeping customer service as a priority.
Sellers do use their feedbacks to advertise their products, but that doesn't mean I as a buyer need to apologize about sharing what I didn't like about the transaction, be it late delivery, or sub-par product. I am paying the seller for their product, they are not paying me to advertise for them. Buyers are NOT REQUIRED to leave positive feedback for just average transactions. If a vendor wants their buyers to speak highly of them on the forums, then they should be doing something above and beyond to distinguish themselves from all the other average buyers.
I've encountered plenty of vendors that are able to consistently have their products delivered quickly to almost anywhere in the world. Postal issues *do* happen, I grant that, but there are a number of measures that vendors can take to ensure that the frequency of such postal issues is optimized to a minimum. I've also encountered a good number of vendors who for whatever reason, take a long time from the time they ship to the time the product gets delivered. But guess what? They usually indicate, honestly, what the buyers experience with the shipping method will be like. And if you look at their feedback, many of them say something like "shipping took a long time, but thats what the vendor said on their page, so no complaints".
My point is--just like IRL, vendors need to work to get good feedback. Not busywork, smart work. They need to be unique, have a supply where there is a demand, be fair, and distinguish themselves and get their name out there. coca cola didn't get to be the company that it is just by selling a lot of volume, they made a name, and a brand for their product, and consumers came to love the brand, more than they love just the product. The same principle applies on SR. Even if your "brand" is just really really good customer service, or really really consistent shipping, it's still something that distinguishes you and makes you stand out.
Honest feedback is the concept that makes the feedback system work. It's what makes vendors work hard to get the feedback that they deserve.
But above all, EVERYONE needs to show RESPECT. It's the disrespect around here that makes things fall apart. Kind of like the original post....................just saying.

You're stats clearly show you have no idea about Tony76... Spend some time on the road and you'll find out that even vendors with astounding stats can say fuck it and scam people for more money than you can shake a stick at.
This is not to say I don't have faith in ST being a honest and good vendor, I'm only saying this since I get the impression you feel like you have the biggest cock in the barn when you have only spent 3 months here.

i didnt read everybody comments, just skimmed it.
But I'll through my opinion in.. Be careful of any vendor. No matter how many deals you have done with him, there isnt much honor amongst anonymous avatars.
People like to think there is. But any vendor at any time can come undone and say fuck it.
So it may sound like bitching to you, but the only way we can spot the scammers is by listening to everybody who is "bitching" and make an educated assumption.
I'm not saying Supertrips is a scammer, im just supporting those who speak up against vendors.

this is so true! FE at your own risk! two months back Dr NyX sent me 5g and said to pay him when I receive. And we were talking about a rather large order for the future...and So I made my promise when I received...Two weeks later, i placed an order with him...and I DIDN"T FE... I was one of the lucky ones who got a refund before he "went to jail" I will only FE based on the circumstances...never for anything more than 1k tho...
My first purchase on here was from ST. It was for 10g back for the 420 special where you get 10% extra on your order + 10% when you FE. I did both. It took me 9 weeks to received after a re-ship, 9 weeks later! and it weighed out to 10.5g. I was stoked when I got it, and honestly to this day, it has been the best MDMA that I have ever tried. Better than Skyy,PF, AH, and Dr NyX. 200mg straight put me on my ASS literally! Anywho, yes he is the busiest guy on the road.He sells everything on here. And his gear is TOP quality! if you want his shit, you have to wait.bottom line.
-
i wish he delivered to Aus, ive read a lot of good things about ST.

I'm not here to knock SuperTrips, in fact I get on with him very well and he's a cool guy BUT when people read the thread title and the OP did anyone think "LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!"?
Maybe that was just me..... ::)

Hahahaha. Ahhh Limitless! You are like a wise Perez Hilton-Buddha... That happens to specialize in Drugs/Money Laundering/Specialist Electronics/Lab Equipment/Ballistic Armour and Armoured Cars. haha. But in all seriousness, I feel like you or googleyed probably deal with an equal mass influx of orders if not, possibly more; and it seems like you guys are still able to handle quite well. While im sure the guy is obviously a tad backed up (or significantly), the least a vendor could do is inform his customers of the status of everything . Iv had orders take more than 20 days to arrive, but iv never had to wait that long for a response... Except with Tony... Still waiting on my reply if your out there Tony. haha. Ultimately though, I know Iv heard of alot of great things about SuperTrips over past 6 months, but you just never know what kind of situation a fella in this market could find himself in. Hopefully all is well with him on the legal front and lets just hope no more Tonys are born. Best of luck to ya folks.
-
Limetless, that was hilarious. I was thinking the same thing. We should be skeptical of all sellers. From what I have read it seems like people are getting other things than MDMA from him which makes me think that he just got too many orders and did not have enough stock. I do not know about him answering messages though. That is kind of sketchy.
-
To be fair mate I am going to have to correct you, I know for a fact that I probably don't deal with half the amount of orders per week SuperTrips does, in fact probably less than a quarter actually. I can't speak for Googs but I'd imagine he's busier than me too. My time on SR is spread between my orders and my ML work which brings in a significant amount so when I'm busy it's generally because I'm working with individuals. I do much more Mephy business offline than on SR. :)
Like I said, I am not here to knock or stand up for ST but I will say the guy has a lot of shit to do and not a lot of time to do it in. I mean, I think there isn't enough hours in the day most days but I wouldn't want ST's workload, I'd just end up being pissed off at everyone on here lol. Having said that I sell a bit differently to ST so it's a different situation.
I do understand that it can be a vex waiting for your shit, my last order from ST took ages and eventually had to get a reship. That reship was rapid though and the Blow was good so I was happy despite the wait.
That is all I have to say on the issue anyway, as I said I am not on any side. Just passing an opinion.
-
Also I would like to say I think it's wrong to be skeptical of all vendors in that sense. I think what is better is a healthy cautiousness and the strict adherence to some basic rules.
1. Never spend more than you can afford
2. Always use tracking on expensive orders
3. Check your shit out when you get it
4. Accept that buying from SR will always carry a certain level of risk
5. Ensure that your system and home are secure on the days around delivery
6. If possible STAY IN ESCROW!
If you do that, you can't go wrong. :)
-
On his profile it says:
“Please extend your due date by 'resolving' your order until you have received your order! In no way or intention do I want to steal your money.
Orders made during september have a delay, i will try to compensate accordingly and honestly. A backlog is worked on chronologically, not priority based.”
Now he’s probably got 1000+ messages regarding this update and many skeptical buyers who are paranoid. I ordered my second from him two weeks ago and FE. I have a transaction number so I guess that means he shipped it. Does the above message mean ‘wait’ if anyone have an idea?
I really miss his Dutch tracked shipping which was at my door in a week! That was superb. Hopefully he’s not booming without adequate infrastructure. I could help out as an intern:)

priceless!!! ;D
Like you said stay in escrow if you can!
-
I got caught up in 2 transactions with S/T and am dealing with the no ship / no reply situation. I bought some flake which I F/E'd (mistake) but I never thought this was going to occur as I no prior problems with S/T I had 6 or 7 perfect transactions. My Speakers transaction is currently in escrow and I extended 10 days for S/T then was contacted by SR Support and more time was added to the resolution.
Point is... as stated by a post earlier - do not F/E.
My guess is S/T grew too fast and we're feeling the pain now.Today I had a PM from S/T's staff saying my inquiry was forwarded to S/T.
It is frustrating being out a good amount of money and uncertain whether you'll see anything.
-
To the OP, just wanted to say, told you so.
