Is it safer when becoming a seller's to just make a new account, or should I use my existing one with all my buyer stats/etc.?
It's not that I have anything to hide, it's just that many transactions have been conducted, with much communication, etc. and i'm a little worried that the tiny little trail of breadcrumbs i've spread over all my purchases might be a risk not worth taking?
Loose lips sink ships.

Remember friend, not all vendors are so nice. There is always the chance someone is just waiting for you to give an address when you are purchasing, and will turn around and use it for blackmail or other distasteful means. Not worth the risk, other than having to start a new reputation (just offer some samples or a new seller sale and that is no problem) I can only see positives to making a new account to be a seller.
Hope that helped.

I hadn't considered the fact other vendors may have my address. Thanks :)

Any sensible vender will be destroying all addresses. There is not advantage to holding them, only incrimination.

I think it is sellers guide, do not use same account for buying and selling.

Fresh.
Not just vendors but LE may have your address.
There was a vendor threatening to reveal a buyers address over a rating dispute, obviously not all vendors are sensible or nice.

Deffo go fresh mate. That way you can order product from the SR anonymously with your "buyers" account.
