Title: Allegra -New Aussie Vendor.
Post by: Allegra on September 03, 2012, 08:02 am
Hi guys,

I just wanted to introduce myself.  I'm Allegra and I'm a new Aussie vendor here on the road.  I've been a frequent client of the SR marketplace for some time but decided it was finally time to take the plunge and start vending.

Currently I'm offering cannabis seeds for sale in Australia (start of spring *wink*wink*).  In due time I'll also be offering magic mushrooms and other assorted pleasantries.

I'm offering FREE seeds on my vendor page at the moment.  All you do is pay the $3 postage.  The first 5 Aussies with at least 5/0 stats get them.

Thanks for stopping by.

Regards,

***Allegra***

Hi Moksha,

Cannabis clones is certainly something I would consider.  I have shipped these successfully before, express post and all that.  A lot of the strains that I carry are Sativa based and hence probably not hugely be suited for indoor growing.  If the market dictates that 'indoor' clones would be desired, then I'm sure that's something that could be worked out.

Cheers.

Thanks to those who jumped on my free listings.  The response was quick, so I've added a few more.  I hope to get some positive feedback in the coming days.

Damn i don't meet the purchasing requirements for the sample :(

Do you know how well these will grow outdoors? Also do you have any plans on getting Sweet Mango seeds?

Hi sensitive,

I sent you a msg on the road.  All of my listed strains are sativa dominant and best suited for outdoors.  I haven't heard of sweet mango before, sorry.

Thanks for the free beans, definitely looks like a nice strain.
Extremely helpful and insightful regarding his seeds.
Clones might be interesting in the future.
Good luck here.
Cheers.

Hi Allegra.

Do you have a recommendation on which people in which city along the Eastern coast should be growing which strain and why?

Hi croprotator,

When I have some free time, I'll update the information on my listings to include some geographic recommendations.  There are however A LOT of variables.  As a basic rule, the further south you live, the quicker the flowering time you would want.  I.e Don't grow a Thai or other equatorial strain in Melbourne.

Any coastal city from Nowra to Cairns should be able to finish any of the strains listed.  If you live inland, strain choice becomes a bit more important especially if you live in an area where frosts may occur.

Cheers.

I take it the free sample of seeds are over?

Just as a general question I've noticed the prices of seeds are fairly expensive. I seem to remember from my days of buying ounces from my local guy that the bag would have a whole heap of seed mixed up with the bud. I thus assumed seeds were just cheap give aways but it seems people are charging a fair price for them.

Is that due to the risk involved in selling on SR or are these seeds of a higher quality that are generally fairly difficult to find?

Reputable breeders and seedbanks will charge a premium because of the time and effort that goes into the actual breeding of their plants.  In many cases, this is several years worth of work.  It can take a long time to fix desirable characteristics and weed out any unwanted ones.  Bagseed can be a gamble. It's better to have some idea of the genetic background of your seedstock.

Any chance you're gonna write a basic on how to grow these?

There's plenty of information out their on the web.

Cannabis is very easy to grow, though like most things, practice makes perfect.

Late September/Early October is a good time to plant for most of Australia.

Cheers

Pictures are the same because the seeds essentially look the same.   I'll be changing a few things around, including pictures during the week.

On a different note, is anybody interested in alprazolam (xanax) capsules?  I had been making them for personal use, but have more than I actually need.  I dose them in 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3mg.  I use a scientific grade analytical balance (+/- 0.1mg) to ensure safe accuracy.  If anybody is interested, shoot me a PM on SR and I'll consider putting a listing up if the demand is sufficient.
