This is bloody annoying. I gave a guy poor feedback for giving me a non working product. I upped it to 5/5. I go buy another thing from him he has banned me from his user list. Ok I'm fine with that. What I am not fine with is I have over 600 messages from this fucker and I can't cancel my order and it keeps auto sending. Its bloody anoying. I do have some messages in there I do like. I cant seem to block him nore can I cancle the order.

You can only cancel your order after 4 days have passed and your order was still being processed and hasn't been put "in transit" by the vendor. The vendor can cancel your order at anytime though.

If you have a legitimate problem with this vendor, go to his Homepage on SR and click "Report this vendor."

Well Im not sure if it a issue with SR or just him. I did report hm for spam all ready My inbox is sitting at 1200 messages atm Befreo you know it will be over 9000

as far as I know SR doesn't have an option for vendors to send automated messages so it must be some script on his end.
it's good that you reported him. getting thousands of messages from a vendor is totally unacceptable. that said, it's probably a bug in the script and not his intention to flood you.
and if it is his intention he should be banned!

My best advise is to get in touch with 'SR Support' on the marketplace http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/user/104259 it may take them awhile to respond as they're a small team who are inundated everyday with countless messages or as Wadozo recommended click the report button on his vendors page, as your situation is urgent for the sake of your sanity it's best to do both, be persistent and don't let him get away with it, if you have a genuine case I'm sure they'll find a solution. You have every right to air your honest opinion on the service and product you received, especially if you felt it wasn't up to the vendor's description, stand your ground, and if you believe this vendor is being dishonest report him for both his dishonesty and your auto spam harassment, that's no way to treat a customer, I feel really sorry for you. I wish you smooth, stress free, and happy orders in the future :)

Not the moderators, while I'm sure they'd like to help if they could, they have no power to do anything about this situation, the administrators are the only ones who have the power, DPR and inigo are our forum admin team who also take care of the marketplace.
Edit: To remove flush from the forum admin team because I didn't realise he's no longer a forum administrator.

well it stopped at 1.2k messages. Now the question is how do I just remove his messages without removing some of mine that I want to keep?

Yes, remove everything. I don't see the point in keeping any messages after you have read them unless it's needed as evidence in a dispute with a vendor in the Resolution Center. Keeping messages just leaves evidence of your activities on SR should your account ever fall into the wrong hands. It may seem far fetched. but it's happened before.
