Title: Is there a safe email service on Tor?
Post by: SeekEnlighten on August 14, 2013, 09:28 pm
Is there a safe email service for me to set up an account for using Tor? I heard Tormail got compromised so is there another one I can use thats completely anonymous and safe?

I set up an account on RiseUp.net - you have to be approved, but I didn't have any trouble with that. Not really sure how much I'd really use it, but a nice option to have regardless.

there was, but not any more. any email account should be ok as long as you sign up for it through tor, don't put any personally identifiable info in the signup (blag it) and PGP everything you send through it. just remember to access it only through tor

saying that, you're still not 100% safe from the NSA/GCHQ even with 4096 bit encryption. wankers.
