So having deposited a very small quantity of bc, attempting to change my pin or password (which I did moments before depositing with no issue), now gets me:
Sorry, an error was encountered.
We were not able to authenticate your request.
URL: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/error/20001
So I'm thinking maybe I've been phished/something/somehow?
Attempting to contact Client Support from this same account gets me:
http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/error/10000
Sorry, an error was encountered.
We could not find the page you were looking for.
Is that likely behaviour if someone has somehow changed my password? Any advice on contacting support/anything I could/should do now (even if i've lost the tiny quantity I was playing with) would be appreciated...

logged out to create a new account to try to contact support - same issue. Am I just going round in circles on some bullshit phishing website that I've foolishly failed to comprehend?

hmm, sorry for the spam, appears to be working again now. very strange...

I think the phishing sites will ask for your PIN at the login.
