Hey there...
I know there already exist some methods for laundering, for example with online wallets, and most of you probably launder your btc like that. I don't know for sure if this method really cuts the trace or just adds a few "hops".
Anyway, here's my idea which would truly cut the trace: Wallet Diffusion.
Works like this: After you bought btc's, you go to "www.walletdiffusor.com" (tor accessible), upload your (encrypted) wallet, enter the pw, let it be checked, and then you get another wallet from somebody else (with the exact same amount of course). After you have downloaded the new wallet, you'll get an encrypted message with new wallets pw. VoilĂ ! =)
Because there was no transaction between these two wallets, there's nothing that can be traced to each other too.
Any trace from the old wallet to you is completely removed and sent into the limbo.
Maybe I made a logic mistake in my thoughts, or I am just overseeing something, but to me this seems possible.
Of course it would be a bit more complex (for example how another wallet of the same amount is found). But I thought I share this idea with you, because if it would work, and a lot of people would use it, BTC payments would really be "untraceable".

Not bad, if it's actually a legitimate site.

Good idea, but you should make a new unique wallet every time you do this,
to avoid people sending bitcoins to addresses you no longer own
