Is it worth it to make disciplined orders say once every two weeks, is that safer in anyway at all?

I think the answer is, it depends.
Of course, less packages will always be statistically safer, but there is always a risk no matter what. You could get one package a year and that could be the one that gets picked on.
The volume of mail that you receive will also affect the answer. If you never get packages and then suddenly are flooded with several a day, that looks strange. If, like me, you tend to get (non-SR) packages quite often, a couple extra should not raise flags.
