well it's supposed to dry out, but if you do that you lose more than 50% of the weight, i've found. Here in the Netherlands nobody wants to pay more than €10,- per gram, so production adjusts. It's the same with coke, a gram on the street is always €50, but it isn't a gram, it's actually 0.9 or 0.7 if your not lucky, and then on top of it its cut. Some people know that for a good gram of coke you sometimes have to pay 60-80€. With speed it's even crazier, amphetamine (or benzedrine d-l-amphetamine is what speed is) is incredibly potent. People can spend 10 euros on a drink and 20 euros + on the cover charge of a club but with speed they feel screwed when they have to pay more than 10 euros per gram. With the recent difficulties with acquiring the precursors (BMK) mainly, speed has become more expensive. So basically, everybody deals with paste, just divide it in half and you have it in dry powder. So it's just not as cheap as it looks, you just have less...

always remember: wet speed = bad speed.
Always let it dry, the wet stuff is a unhealthy solvent you do not want to ingest.

The wetness has nothing to do with availability of precursors. It's used to make a homogenous mix of Amphetamine Sulphat, Caffeine, Lactose, RCs, etc. Dealers tell their customers it's 'fresh and wet' what is utter BS of course.

yeah but letting it dry out takes more than half of the weight away, so more importantly it looks like more when you buy it, like they do with meat sometimes, inject water so it's heavier. this is not that much different, doubling your product is a big margin as well...
