There is an element of risk for both parties, buyer and seller! Buyers are allowed to complain as long as it's justified. However, IMO, the seller has a responsibility to ensure items are packaged well enough to get through. I am yet to lose a package from any of the overseas vendors I use, (touch wood) however if the seller hasn't researched shipping methods and materials and sent some trial packages to test the waters , your immediately behind the 8 ball, increasing the risk of a shipment not arriving and potentially having your address flagged. All buyers should research who they buy from as there is more to the story than who has the best gear.

Vendors have the responsibility to get product to the buyer. If not, buyer deserves a refund.
I'm with you for the most part though. Some buyers have the nerve to expect and demand customer service. Some entitled assholes think vendors should be banned if they don't respond to messages within 24 hours. What the fuck? This isn't amazon.com, you're not going to get nice replies to your dozen messages asking "when is it going to get here" Vendor has to get the product to you, not hold your hand and baby you through the process.
Some complain "WELL THIS PRODUCT IS 70% PURE AND YOU SAID IT WAS 90%!!! FULL REFUND!!!" and some of them actually fucking get it. I also can't take buyers complaining about prices. You're paying for added convenience/lowered risk/insurance that you'll get your money back if product never shows. Obviously mot people are happy to pay these prices, that's how they stay so high.
I'm on the fence as far as refunds for lost/confiscated/stolen packages. The buyer shouldn't take the full fall for that. More often than not the only reason it got noticed was the vendor's shitty packaging. A few are too greedy with their profits to put some of that money into good packaging.
I'd like to see buyers try some of the shit they pull here with a dealer IRL.

it was so much different when i started buying here 11 months ago. everyone was highly educated and there was a sense of love and morals between the buyers and sellers

With all the advertising SR has received, along with customers it is sure attract scammers.. and why not? Accounts are easy and 1 scammer can go on forever, missing til they hit, which they definitely do. There are many vendors here that care for their customers, and they lose more I'm sure because of this. There are many honest customers here too..
Some go. Some come.
Nice few, who outdo the bad sum.
Forever stay none.
Music and memories people, only friends til the very end.

have faith good people, havent you ever heard the little saying "real recognize real"?
"echt erkennt echt und niemand erkennt dich das iss dein problem...:-)"
DO business with courtesy, efficiency and honor, and you will attract business associates that pride themselves on the same characteristics. The kiddies, scammers, parasites and alphabet-mafia-piggie-cunts are not a big problem imo, they will eventually pay for their stupidity and shortsightedness, and we as a community will continually get stronger and more cohesive by learning to deal with them.
I cant help but hand out massive props to allayou serious SRers once again, This community still blows my fucking mind and ive known about it for half a year now.
peace yallz and best of wishes.
