I'm looking to make a purchase, but would like to see some reviews first, anyone place an order with them?

I got an order from them.  Packaging maybe could have been better, but I was completely satisfied.

I ordered twice so far. I agree the packaging could be better, but they got here quickly and safely.

I have ordered with success. Luxxia is a good vendor.

I agree with packaging, the handwritten has to go - but the prices on his gear are always on point, and his shipping is good.

recommended in my book

I didn't get the package.
It's important to see how a vendor reacts to that.
I waited, and was cool headed.
The vendor was cool, we waited.
Communication couldn't have been better.
2legit2quit, and lttm could have learned a thing or to, on how to treat each other when things get screwed up.
He finally refunded my BTC because he had no product. Sucks cause BTC is worth half now.
No DCN, that concerns me.

The vendor handled the situation well.
I would think he needs to work on his shipping methods, but he has good A+ customer service.

Many thanks to everybody who posted compliments &/or criticisms about me as a seller! It's really, really helpful to hear previous customers honest opinions about me in a forum setting; the few comments I've received thus far in this thread are actually THE most valuable & helpful pieces of feedback I've received as a seller. Hopefully, more people who have ordered from me will decide to share their thoughts about my service as well :)

In regards to all the suggestions that I improve my packaging,
Quite recently I actually did begin typing address & return labels as opposed to handwriting them; however, I've only been doing this with some - not all - orders, because of the inconvenience it causes me. However, now that I understand that the handwritten addresses are a much bigger deal than I ever realized before, I'll from now on do my very best to ALWAYS create address labels using a printer instead of a pen.

If anybody has any other specific complaints regarding my packaging or suggestions as to how I could improve, I'd honestly love for you to share them with me! Because I don't want too much information regarding my shipping methods to be available on a public forum frequented by LE, please send any of the aforementioned complaints/suggestions to me via either SR's Private Messaging or via TorPM (jawlines@TorPM). Thanks!

Best regards,
luxxia

They do work. I loved what I bought from them and I suggest using them. :)

wow I posted my review and now it's missing :/  Oh well I'll post it again:)

Ordered 3 items from him, 1 has arrived, 1 is in transit, and 1 is pending.
The order that arrived, came quickly.  However the packing was sub-par because the pills were
all crushed :(  (not good)  I still gave him a 5/5 and msg'd him about the pill issue.  I re-ordered
to give it another go and to see if this was just a fluke.

His communication was also sub-par when compared to the other vendors I've dealt with while on the SR,
as I have not heard from him about the crushed pills issue.  I'm not looking for any deals or freebies, just
hoping he will upgrade is packing to make the pills safer, that's all.

I'd say my overall experience with this seller is 3/5.  I'm hopeful that the other 2 orders will arrive safely
and in one piece.  Because of his excellent seller feedback I didn't want to give him a bad rating.  I'm hoping he's somewhere reading this and will make sure the next orders will be up to speed.  If not I will give feedback reflecting this.  My fingers are crossed, yet I am hopeful!

Nothing arrived broken here. Maybe I was lucky.

A difference between good vendors and  better vendors is how they handle problems when they arise.
Still, the sellers have a right to protect themselves from scamming buyers. I'm not implying anyone in this thread.

Maybe, trust me I know things like that can happen, maybe I was just unlucky

Well that's good to know your not implying anyone (me) in this thread.  Because in the messages I've sent him, (and he has yet to respond) I never asked him for "freebies" or "discount".  In fact once the pills came all broken I P A I D him again for another shipment, reminding him of the condition of the first set of pills and to take better care in his packing.

If you've ordered from him you are completely aware of his packing, and how easy it would be to crush the pills because quite frankly there is little to no protection for them.  In my feedback to him I STILL gave him 5/5 just because I know these things can happen, but rest assured, if the following pills come broken to hell and back, if he fails to return any messages  (i've pm'd via pgp and torPM to no avail)  he will most certainly receive 1/5 feedback.

I'm a patient man, and slow to jump to conclusions.  A respected vendor SHOULD receive the benefit of the doubt.  It is no different in this case.  I will update this post with the final results

I've placed two orders and gotten both of them. As stated above, the packaging could use some work, but the shipping was fast and the price was fair, so no real complaints.

If you still are dissatisfied with my communication &/or have any problems with the condition of your subsequent orders, please address it with me through SR's messaging system, & I'm sure we can work out a satisfactory resolution. I thought that all this had already ended happily?

I placed an order on Wednesday I think, some empty gel capsules and some little baggies, and my order is still processing..
Has anyone placed an order or received anything recently? Or do they just never mark it in transit? Lol..

That's odd, as I'm completely happy with your service.  As I mentioned above my review, (portions of it) were missing.  This seller def came through with all 3 orders, and the packaging was supurb for the last 2.  Nothing arrived broken or out of place.  I feel confident in this seller and would order from him/her again.

I ordered from luxxia about a month ago, and communication from this vendor was great, and shipping was fast. The packaging was good and none of my pills were crushed when I received them.

I ordered all of luxxia's klonopin and valium listed, and messaged them to confirm my order. They said I would be receiving my order shortly. After 4 days, luxxia had added and removed many listings, meaning they were online a lot, yet did not reply to messages asking when they would ship my order, or even read them. Needless to say, I cancelled my order with them. You'd think that placing a large order with a vendor would motivate them to get off their lazy ass and go to the post office, but I guess not. I do not recommend using this vendor.

The product I've ordered from Luxxia has been "in transit" for 10 days.  This is shipping within the U.S.A. via USPS First-Class Mail.  I messaged them about it yesterday mid-day, and they haven't responded.  If it doesn't arrive today, and given the reviews I've read on Luxxia in the forums, I'm going to pursue the Resolve option.

Edit:   Product arrived after being in transit 11 to 12 days for shipping within the U.S. with First Class mail.  No response to an inquiry sent when the package was at 10 days "in transit".  Product arrived in one piece.
