What does this mean? Does this mean the package has cleared customs? I've been waiting for fucking ever on this package and it's been 4 days since it says 'processed'. The processing facility it was processed at is in my state.

It hasnt cleared customs until the next update comes through.
That means it has entered customs, even though it says "through"

A few years ago I ordered some highly illegal electronics from China and they sat in that "processed" status for a week. I was sure I had been caught and the FTC would be sending me a letter, but the package finally arrived. The next status update said "delivered"

That means it has NOT cleared Customs. If it takes more than 2-7 days you're probably getting a love letter or under investigation.

Maybe not under investigation.
ISC New York is JFK airport.
I have had mail delivered 3-4 weeks after being processed here.
Even postal employees told me "it should have been delivered by now, go tell the sender to file a claim." But it still came.
I get mail coming through NY a lot. Sometimes it gets processed again in NJ or CT. Sometimes I don't see any signs of it until it appears at my local post office, which is very accurate and reliable with scanning.
