Clotted cream is a very thick cream with a distinctive crust on the surface, it's made by heating milk which is left in a shallow pan for many hours causing the cream to rise to the surface and 'clot', hence the name. Clotted cream is delicious, you should try some one day, it orginates from Cornwall (UK). Back to the pies, I'll have a mince pie with clotted cream :)

Im glad that me and Princess Amongst others add to the levels of british class on the road.

imagine living your whole life and not knowing what clotted cream was.

are biscuits non-sweet pancakes? we dont have biscuits & gravy in the traditional fasion of the southern states,

but we do have motherfucking yorkshire puddings. you cant eat them without gravy.

Sunday roasts, toad in the holes (sausages cooked within a large Yorkshire pudding and served with gravy), Yorkshire puddings are part of our culinary heritage. A tradidional sunday roast without a great yorkie just wouldn't be right!  :)

I think I did a toad in the hole once.. but then I found out one of the guys had herpes and it ruined the whole experience...

In all honesty though any pie is superior to cake. It's like cake with liquid filling.
I second the pumpkin pie notion though.. pumpkin pie makes chicks horny.

No they are not non-sweet pancakes, they are amazing.  Can't imagine having lived not tasting them :)
