Many Agencies within the UK are cracking down on UKash real hard.

Buying small amounts will probably be alright, but cashing out thousands is probably not going to be a wise idea.

No its perfectly safe to buy ukash. Im staying off the forums now until i have a vendor accoutn as ive been advertising my trade without a vendor account which is breaking the rules!

What do you mean by safe?
It's totally legal to buy UKash vouchers and sending those to someone to exchange for bitcoins is also legal and assuming you do this even remotely anonymously then of course it is 'safe' to buy with.

To cash out your ill gotten gains?

It is legal tender, if you're talking £100-200 a month then NOTHING to worry about, If you're talking thousands then this isn't a question about UKash but a question about money laundering and there's a thread for that.

Don't worry too much about UKash mate. It's a tricky one for the law anyway.

Oh and when you're buying it NO OE THINKS IT'S FOR DRUGS!!! At worse they think it's for gambling!
