Title: NOT SURE IF IN RIGHT POST BUT IMPORTANT ISSUE!!!!!!!
Post by: Pharmacare on June 16, 2012, 10:43 pm
Hello Iam a buyer and love to research and ask question before I spend my hard earned money from someone on line I know nothing about! My topic and feel is very important is:---- Communication, many vendor's don't understand how important communication is to the buyer, yeah there busy doing orders yet even the busiest vendors like UGS :) find time to respond to me within an hour or less!I feel that a good vendor, meaning one that is pretty successful should respond within an hour, your on here checking orders hourly! It's because it's the buyers that allow you to profit and the buyers who have money out there waiting!!! So to give updates to there customers messages and especially orders! Now updates even if there not good,HONESTY is KEY!!! Updates would put customers at ease and keep un-needed messages for vendors very low, That also would give customers reason to repeat just over customer service. It would make up my mind when trying to pick between a few vendor's :)

For me, it's as simple as this. If I send a vendor a PM before I place an order with them (which I do to test the waters so to speak, if not previously used by me), I take note of how quickly they respond. I take into consideration that they are obviously busy here on SR, may live on the other side of the world in a totally different time zone, could very well hold down a 40hr a week job and could potentially live with their family. They probably also indulge in many other activities which when added to those already listed, doesn't leave  a lot of time to set up and run a SR Business. I've found that some vendors can be quick to respond to a question you've asked them but in saying that, the response is either 2 words or complete jibba which doesn't make sense, and the end result is I still don't have an answer. On the other hand, some vendors can take 1-2 days (occasionally more) to respond to your question, however, they have answered the question with detail and were polite in their communication. This doesn't relate to all vendors of course, just something I've noticed with some vendors. If a vendor works a normal 40hr week job and then sells when he can, that's fine with me as long as they inform their customers prior to ordering and be REALISTIC in what they are capable of doing. Some vendors seem to tell untruths regarding when the packages were actually shipped or re-shipped and that infuriates people and I can't blame them one bit. They should strive to "under promise and over deliver" rather than "over promise and under deliver." All I want is good communication with a vendor and some honesty when it comes to shipping together with some WICKED SHIT! 8) :) :)

My definition of a perfect vendor is one who you dont have to ask ANY questions because everything is clearly stated on his or her profile, and his or her reviews here on the forums do all their talking for them.

When you can put in an order without contacting a vendor, and its marked in transit a day later, then arrives at you door a couple of days later....it really doesnt get much better than that. Then its as simple as finalizing and enjoying your DOC in the comfort and privacy of your home  ;D

Wadozo, Joeyjojojr.....I agree with you both. Some vendors have awesome pages and leave no question to ask. Some I am sure have other responsibilities as well. I wouldn't really rate them due to slow response though. The majority of these vendors are top notch, we should all feel privileged to be helping each other, vendor and buyer. Without us there is no business for them, at least on SR-they can do this in real life or other sites.  However without them.......hello????? Many of us would not even be able to touch some of these goods, let alone at such quality. I for one appreciate their services and the hard work and time that I KNOW they put in. When I was an in real life dealer it was busy and stressful enough, I cannot imagine how much work they are doing.

Joeyjojojr and Stinkybreeze, Some valid points made guys. Couldn't agree more with what you've said. In reality, a vendor need only apply a set of Guidelines that would ensure his/her continued success on this fabulous website, which are as follows - Offer top notch quality products direct to their customers, locally and/or worldwide at fair and reasonable prices. Respond to any customers or potential customers questions or queries in a timely and courteous manner (it doesn't cost any money to write Please and Thank you!). Post any items purchased within 24 hrs and mark the package as "in transit" within this time frame. Take the time to draw up a new homepage for your business which is both clear and concise in what it says. It should include all the information (regularly updated) that your buyers may require, such as info. on completing a sale, shipping and handling costs and estimated delivery times and any other information you wish to display which may benefit your customers. Operating safely and anonymously is the key to your success here on S.R so you can never devote too much time or money to ensure your survival. Always allocate time to update all your security/encryption software when updates are released as that is extremely important and always look to improve your level of security when time and money permits. Never get complacent when using SR so ensure you dot your I's and cross your T's and leave no stone unturned in your quest for complete safety whilst using this site.
Feel free to inform me of any important information I may have over looked here :) Lets just say that I'm currently not operating at or even close to full capacity and am beginning to "die in the arse".
PS. - While vendors work hard to provide us what we require, we as buyers should remember to finalize any orders we receive IMMEDIATELY. Vendors sometimes wait many weeks for their money, which affects their cashflow to re-stock, so buyers who receive their orders and continue to hold off finalizing only add more stress to vendors in an already very stressful position. Never, ever finalize early for anyone and keep your bitcoins in  Escrow after making a purchase. You only have to browse through these forums for a short period of time and the amount of people who have finalized early but are now complaining for one reason or another is absolutely astonishing!! There are many reputable vendors who don't require you to F.E with gear just as good as some other vendors. 8)
