Title: does mail still remain in transit on sundays?
Post by: mrxempire on September 23, 2013, 03:53 am
I know that there is no mail on sundays because the postal offices are closed, but if I have a package on the way, is it still taking the journey to my mailbox, or to the mail planes and trucks take a day off on sundays too?

Depends what country but I third that

A great deal of interstate road mail is trucked over on the weekend. Mondays are usually the busiest day for local mail centres.
