Title: No more BTCs through Bitinstant's email feature? (Coinapult)
Post by: JustWokeUP on November 12, 2012, 10:19 pm
So I know bitinstant was redoing something with coinapult recently and the send btc's to email feature was offline, but now that its back, when u choose the deposit to email feature, it also asks for like name and address or something...woah that wasn't there before....(something about OFAC regulations it says) >:(

Does this mean you can't use this feature anymore and remain anonymous? If so it'd be a shame because imo that was the fastest and easiest way to get btcs.......

Also if so, what's the next best way to get em?

Yes, you have to give name, address, and DOB. Give this a read:-

And DO NOT USE TOR to access Bitintant. They say it is due to DDOS attacks but other people suspect that LE may be behind it. Anyway, no point in taking unnecessary chances IMO
