I was reading up on this a little, and it's confusing to me.
Anyone know what any of this means ?

Its a load of shit. They're claiming you can sign for something and then invalidate the purpose of signing by adding their special magic words which for some reason aren't known to the public. It's borderline scam level stupidity. If you ever ask a real attorney if this worked they'd laugh and tell you no.
