Title: Gpg on an iPad?
Post by: Bobbychester on July 11, 2012, 06:25 am
Does anyone have a good way to do this?  Haven't seen much talk about it. My iPad is the only way I have to get online and I can't figure this step out. Have money in my account that I can't use!

Ipgmail, I use it on my iPhone, though I wouldn't get to crazy on idevices without a VPN.

Havent used the Covert browser but you can always see if changing your identity helps.
Onion Browser is only .99 cents I believe.

The only thing I would suggest before placing orders on your iDevice is use the JonDonym test to see how secure you are (test in safari too). and if you don't have pgp yet get igpmail and also possibly getting a VPN for added security.

oPenGP works great for me on my iOS devices. You will want to buy the full version which is like $2.

Covert Browser is a joke, I wasted $3 on that app too, which was really a good thing because it pushed me to jailbreak my newest iOS device to allow me to run Mobile Tor which is updated more frequently and runs with just about every application on iOS.

Great will do. Very exciting going to hook up my iPad also. I think I have the VPN. My buddy made it so I can have NetFlix even though I live in N. Europe. Have to pay a monthly fee for it. There is just so much to learn about security
