Title: can the seller's feedback on SR serve as a "proof" against him?

my guess it won't, but still i find the question interesting from a legal stand point...

Well of course, I think a seller's feedback would count as proof, probably some of the most important information they could get ahold of.
That's why anonymity is the ultimate goal here. If they can't prove the account with the incriminating feedback belongs to or is linked to you, then they can't really use that evidence. But if your password is the same as your e-mail's password or they can prove you've got access to an account, then that would suggest the feedback is written about your services, pretty much putting the nail in your coffin.

Just be safe and share as little information as possible. Keep your computer clean, and it's nice to have a way to ensure you could easily and quickly erase any incriminating evidence that might be on it.
