high quality home made ones (some parts i can make on my own, some i can't), or commercial ones

If you are in the EU, you might want to look here:
http://awc-silencer.com/
If I understood that correctly, they will send two parcels with one part each.
Each parcel by itself is legal, if you combine the parts, you get a suppressor, which is illegal in
most (maybe all) countries in the EU.
You maybe need special ammo (sub-sonic), but I am not sure about that either.
And then there is an ofer on BMR, a MAC10 full automatic with suppressor for 3000 $.
If I may ask: what do you want a suppressor for?
I am interested in one myself and have heard many different comments. Some say that you can shoot more accurately, some say less accurately, some say that the shot can barely be heard, others say that the noise is still quite loud.
I will probably buy one in the next 1-3 months, if you are interested I can tell you about the results then.

interesting link, thanks. will they send offshore?

no, I don't think so, EU only, they won't even ship to Switzerland.
So you would need to find someone in the EU to forward it to you.
I could do that, but you would have to pay for it from your bank account, since I am very short on cash currently,
and since you don't have any reason to trust me, I guess that is not feasible.
btw: The subsonic ammo is not needed, it is just recommended to reduce the noise further.
They also sell special adapters, so no changes on the weapon are required.
The suppressor is 399 EUR, the price of the adapter I couldn't find on the website.
