Welcome! We are a group of highly trained clinicians offering something unique to the Silk Road: Emergency Medicine! (and some extras :-)

Our supply of the highest medical grade FDA approved pharmaceuticals is nearly unlimited – direct from the manufacturer – and always well ahead of expiration date. These are the same medications and medical equipment used throughout hospitals in the US.

We also will have various pharmaceuticals as they become available to us – status of these will be updated as received.

_________________________________________________________________________________________________

1. Shipping:

For our protection, all orders will be shipped by USPS 1st class or priority mail with DCN (no signature required). Currently we will ship only within the United States; however, we will consider orders outside the states depending on customs in your country.

ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 ORDERS OR $200 OF PURCHASE HISTORY ON SR.

We value your patronage and will do everything that is necessary to receive a 5/5 positive review for our service. Please help us help the SR community with limited access to emergent healthcare by leaving a 5/5 positive review. If you have a problem, message us and we will do what is necessary.

This site will be checked once daily at a random secure offsite location and therefore orders will probably not be shipped for 2-3 days after placed. Sorry, but for everyone’s security this is the only way we will operate. What we’re offering is probably considered legal since pretty much everything is not a controlled substance and paid for directly by us, but hey – better safe than sorry.

2. Products:

All products are exactly as described:
     - *Highest medical grade pharmaceuticals (the same meds used in hospitals throughout the United States).
     - *Additional medical products are available (such as Nasal Cannulas, Bag Valve Masks, King Tubes (superglottic airway ONLY if someone has stopped breathing, narcan has failed, and BVM with OPA/NPA is ineffective), nebulizers [needed for use of Albuterol and Epinephrine in certain cases], IV needles, IM needles, SC needles, 16g, 18g, 20g, 22g, 24g, 1cc, 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 20cc syringes, tourniquets, tape, ANY TYPE OF BANDAGES OR DRESSINGS, SPINTS, and more – ask and we’ll see if we can get it).
-* LEARN HOW TO USE THESE MEDICATIONS AND HOW TO PERFORM THESE PROCEDURES. COMPARED TO THE COMPLEXITIES OF USING TOR, SR, PGP, ETC, FOLLOWING THESE DIRECTIONS SHOULD BE VERY EASY FOR ALL OF YOU:

http://www.nremt.org/nremt/about/psychomotor_exam_advanced.asp
http://www.nremt.org/nremt/downloads/P309%20NREMT.pdf

               - Message me to discuss price as there are too many products to list.

     - Meds come to us directly from US manufacturers.
     - Meds will never be past or near their expiration date (we experience a high turn around and therefore expiration dates are not a concern).

     - Medication Product list:

*note, all preloaded syringes have needleless safety ports that connect to IV tubing, etc. We will provide a needle or conversion kit along with product if requested.

*also note, search online for medication interactions before using ANY product offered. Certain medications will have unexpected effects if combined with other meds that can kill you. Check “Epocrates” “Micromedex” “WebMD” “google or the like search engine”

http://www.nremt.org/nremt/downloads/P309%20NREMT.pdf

          - Epinephrine 1mg in 1:10,000 solution (pure adrenaline). Also available in 1:1000 multi dose vial. Used for severe anaphylaxis (allergic reaction), severe asthma attack, cardiac arrest; sympathomimetic agent. You will kill yourself or others unless you use this as directed – at the same time it can save your life if you have a severe anaphylactic allergy that’s about to close your airway and your greedy corporate insurance won’t cover your emergency auto-inject syringe.
          - Atropine. We’re not going to sell you this unless you provide proof that you’re at risk for organophosphate poisoning. You should be provided this if you work around certain pesticides and if you’re not – your employer should be sued. Until then, this is the medication you need. Symptoms of organophosphate poisoning include: Salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation, gastrointestinal motility, emesis, miosis (SLUDGEM).
          - Zofran (ondansetron); 4mg in 2mL vial. This is a fairly new and extremely safe FDA approved anti-nausea/vomiting agent. This medication can be taken either orally, IM, or IV [slow IV push over 2 minutes]). Used for chemotherapy nausea/vomiting in doses 8-32mg BEFORE chemo. (also used when you have the drunk spins, opiate nausea, etc) This medication has very few side effects (and BTW, 30 pills 8mg each retail for $1169.91 so you’re getting quite a deal for this INJECTABLE OR ORAL medication).
          - Narcan (generic for naloxone) (pre-loaded syringe, comes with Intra-nasal administrator [atomizer] and Intra-muscular needle). Used for opiate overdose. IM or IV administration will act faster but will likely throw patient into withdrawal. Therefore, use the Intra-nasal adapter (it screws onto the pre-loaded syringe). Push half in one nostril and half in the other. If the patient has secretions or something else blocking nasal passages then use the IM route: deltoid (shoulder) muscle, or vastis lateralis, or glute, or thigh etc… search “best IM administration routes.” REMEMBER, NARCAN WEARS OFF IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES – SO YOU DON’T HAVE MUCH TIME TO GET THE PATIENT TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM OR GIVE THEM A SECOND DOSE…. SOMETIMES PATIENTS REQUIRE MORE THAN ONE DOSE IF THEY HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY OVERDOSED. ALSO, REMEMBER THAT PINPOINT PUPILS INDICATE OPIATE OVERDOSE BUT SOMETIMES PUPILS WILL BE AFFECTED BY OTHER MEDICATIONS (SUCH AS BENDZODIAZEPINES OR STIMULANTS) MASKING WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO SEE. IN WHICH CASE, IT WILL REQUIRE PATIENT BE BROUGHT TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM. IN THE MEANTIME SUPPORT RESPIRATIONS WITH BAG VALVE MASK WITH OPA/NPA OR KING TUBE WITH BAG VALVE MASK. LISTEN TO THEIR LUNGS TO MAKE SURE AIR IS FLOWING (IF YOU HEAR GURGLING SOUNDS OVER THE STOMACH WHEN YOU BREATH FOR THEM THEN THE TUBE HAS FAILED. AND FINALLY, THERE IS A RANGE OF POSSIBILITIES THAT RESULT IN LOSS OF RESPIRATIONS: CHECK FOR PULSE VIA CAROTID AND IF NO PULSE IS PRESENT START CPR (100 COMPRESSIONS PER MINUTE HARD, DEEP, AND FAST).  THERE ARE SO MANY CAUSES FOR NO RESPIRATIONS IF NARCAN AND EMERGENCY BREATHING DOESN’T HELP WITHIN ONE MINUTE OR SO, GET THEM TO THE F****** HOSPITAL BY ANY MEANS.
          - Glucagon (emergency IM or IV kit for patients suffering from low blood sugar). This medication releases glycogen stores from the liver making the patient conscious long enough to receive some complex carbohydrates orally (like a sandwich). Depending on how much insulin the patient has received, this medication may last 30 minutes or far less.
          - Dextrose 25g 50% solution (essentially pure sugar – this medication is preferable to glucagon for treating low blood sugar in the unconscious diabetic patient via IV; however, when no veins are available or extravasation has occurred then patient should be given Glucagon IM).
          - Albuterol 2.5mg in 3mL packet (Steroid; Beta-2 agonist for the treatment of wheezing (secondary to asthma, COPD, etc). First line med used for mild-moderate asthma attack/wheezing before epinephrine is necessary. Nebulizer with oxygen supply is required for this medication to be aerosolized.
          - Benadryl 50mg injectable preloaded syringe. We have had IV heroin users tell us that slamming this pre loaded syringe is like slamming heroin. For some reason I doubt this, but I’ve never tried heroin so who knows. If you’re looking to get high (or stop a life threatening allergic reaction or need something to put you to sleep) give it a try.
          - 1000cc of Normal Saline with 10ggt drip set (10 drops/second) – Not surprisingly this is one of the most popular items on this list (a close second to zofran) - it comes with two IV start kits (in case you miss your IV). These can have many uses as you have direct intravenous access: 1. If you’re really hung over, starting an IV and giving yourself a 1000cc bolus with 8mg SIVP of Zofran rehydrates you in a way oral intake of water cannot (the Zofran helps with the nausea). It really helps a bad hangover, we’ve all used it – repeatedly. 2. Someone may have a life threatening low blood pressure (usually accompanied by high pulse rate unless patient is taking beta blockers or some other pharmaceutical to lower heart rate). Not definitive care for someone with such a low blood pressure. Unless it’s certain that someone is just really dehydrated, the CAUSE of the low blood pressure must be determined (in other words, they need to be seen at an emergency room ASAP).
          - Sterile Normal Saline. In addition to bags, we have 10cc preloaded syringes, 2mL bottles (to draw from) if you need to mix a water soluble solution such as hcg.
          - Nicotine pills. Stop smoking aid – but many of us prefer them to smoking. Essentially it’s pure nicotine in 4mg crushable pills. 1mg = about 1 cigarette so crushing up a couple of these and putting them under your lip gives you quite the buzz. Snorting NOT recommended. Snorting will burn terribly and won’t give you a better buzz. DO NOT SNORT. Each pack contains 27 pills. 3 packs per box. Other nicotine products also available upon request (gum, longer lasting lozenges, etc).
          - Sodium bicarbonate pre-loaded syringe. It’s liquid so you can pop it open and drink it for heartburn. You won’t get high injecting it IV… it’s used when a patient is suffering from metabolic acidosis. It’s rarely used and can crystallize in the IV tubing when combined with other meds, which can kill you. It’s pretty much only used (inappropriately btw) by drinking it when you have heartburn and don’t have any Alka-Seltzer available.
          - Airhorn. This isn’t a med, but it will annoy the hell out of anyone around (we use it when the cat bangs on the door at 5AM even though it has it’s comfy bed and unlimited food.. damn cat. Anyway, it’s a maritime compressed gas airhorn used for 64 foot/19.5 meter boats. At 134 decibels it will cause permanent hearing damage if used improperly.
          - Various joke/party supplies/dildos/condoms/BDSM supplies/lube, etc. Ask us for what you want and we’ll see what we can do at a price that’s right for you. If this little offer shouldn’t be on here, let us know and we’ll take it down. Sorry in advance. We’ve got some kinky people on this crew :P who apparently want to spread the funk.

3. Miscellaneous rules and information

FINALIZING EARLY: The SR rules say no early finalization, so we will not ask anyone to do so. We’d like to say that we’ll never ask anyone to finalize early, but this policy could change depending on how you all act.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Please provide your real name and address, EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on the package. PLEASE use PGP. For the next month, this is a request--after that, we must insist. It's really not that hard. DO NOT use a fake name or address; this can reduce the chance of a successful delivery.

COMMUNICATION: Please use PGP encryption for all sensitive correspondence, and use the SR PM system. If you don't have PGP yet, get it. In the meantime, or in case SR goes down, you can reach me at novartis@tormail.org

PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Bitcoin only.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Make us an offer...

- SPECIAL AND URGENT NOTE: YOU MAY KILL OR SERIOUSLY INJURE ANYONE (INCLUDING YOUSELF) YOU ATTEMPT TO USE THESE MEDICATIONS OR PROCEDURES ON. BENADRYL, ZOFRAN, IV FLUID, NICOTINE PILLS, GLUCAGON, DEXTROSE, SODIUM BICARBONATE (TAKEN ORALLY FOR HEARTBURN), ALBUTEROL ARE ALL FAIRLY HARMLESS; BUT, WHEN USED INCORRECTLY CAN BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE AFTER READING THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT ACCOMPANY A MEDICATION OR MEDICAL TOOL (LIKE THE IV’S) THEN MESSAGE US SO WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WILL HELP. IF YOU’RE IN THE UNITED STATES, CALL 911 WHEN SOMEONE OVERDOSES OR COLLAPSES WITHOUT REASON (DUE TO MEDICAL PRIVACY LAWS THE POLICE WILL USUALLY NOT BE NOTIFIED OF WHAT OCCURRED TO GET YOURSELF OR OTHERS IN SUCH A BAD SITUATION). BUT BE AWARE: THIS IS OFTEN THE CASE FOR LARGE MUNICIPALTIES AND MIGHT NOT BE THE CASE FOR SMALL TOWNS WITH OVERZEALOUS POLICE OFFICERS. WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT, PLEASE CALL 911 OR IF NO PHONE IS AVAIABLE BRING THE PERSON TO A HOSPITAL – BETTER TO DO THIS THEN LET SOMEONE DIE UNNECESSARILY. HIPPA LAWS IN THE UNITED STATES PROTECT YOU TO A CERTAIN EXTENT. FOR EXAMPLE: IN SOME AREAS A PERSON WITH CHEST PAIN CAN TELL THE COPS THEY’RE A HOOKER WHO JUST SMOKED CRACK AND THEY’LL BE SHUDDLED OFF TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM PROSECUTION FREE. AFRAID TO CALL BECAUSE OF WHAT’S INSIDE YOUR HOUSE OR APARTMENT? CALL AND THEN GO OUTSIDE. CALL FROM OUTSIDE. FLAG SOMEONE DOWN SO THEY CAN CALL.

MANY OF THE TREATMENTS SUPPLIED HERE ARE FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE, THOSE IN VERY RURAL AREAS, OR THOSE WHO LIVE IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES WHO MEET OUR PRIVATE SHIPPING CRITERIA.

ugh, just realized we have to create a vendor account before posting. Our BTC was just transferred to create the account so it should be up by tomorrow. We would still greatly appreciate any constructive criticism before doing so... we'd like to appear as trustworthy as we actually are. We work with these medications and do outreach with a lot of people - we want to be here to help and give back to our godlike party supplier.... Thank you again! :-*

I think posting is fine as long as you don't try to sell anything outside of SR.

You have a few run-ons and spelling errors at the end of section 3 where you use all caps. Other than that you're off to a nice start.

Sounds more like somebody done robbed the ambu-lance.
True clinicians wouldn't risk their careers peddling benadryl but if they did, they'd probably have more to offer than an ambulane arsenal. Just sayin'.

It's cool you offer narcan though. If i was an opiate addict  or had friends who were, i'd definitely keep some on hand. That sit could really save some lives. Every H  and oxy user should have some on hand.

Zofran  might also go over well for the opiate crowd.

PS, I dont see how yo u can justify selling dopamine. Nobody with acls would need to buy it. The only people who might buy it are people who don't know any better. Someone could and likely will get hurt with that.

yeah would go for your narcan. maybe the bag of water and zofran if you could tell me how to use it

Thank you all for the feedback.

We’re going to redo the page with some corrections, if anyone still thinks it’s too dangerous or inappropriate we will change it further to satisfy the higher ups around here :-)

Good point about the dopamine – that will be removed, it’s hardly used anyway and when it is the patient better be near an ER if they want to have a chance.

We were also concerned with the IV start kits… starting an IV seems fairly benign but then again if someone doesn’t do it right they could shear off the catheter and kill someone. Same with not flooding the IV tubing and sending a giant bolus of air into the blood stream. At the same time, it’s great to get a 1000cc of Normal Saline when you’re all hung-over so for people who are capable it would be nice to offer.
We can remove it if you all think it will be more of a danger than help… let us know what you think. Everything's going to have detailed instructions for use and questions regarding proper use will be answered upon request.

So…  as far as the other equipment, rather than WARNING people of the danger of their use we just won’t offer it. Our thought was that it might be nice for someone who doesn’t have access to Advanced Life Support could get a bag together in case they needed it. But you’re right, if someone doesn’t want to read the instructions or doesn’t understand the instructions it won’t be much help anyway.

Maybe if we can receive some sort of anonymous proof that they’re licensed or certified THEN we will supply a full bag of ALS equipment, otherwise we’ll keep it limited to stuff that doesn’t have the potential to seriously harm or kill.

And the Benadryl, along with everything else, is ordered from the manufacturer – there’s no real risk to us other than giving tools to people who aren’t licensed. To us, getting high off of a shoot of Benadryl is preferable to someone shooting heroin. Of course it's no substitute for heroin though for people already using. And it’d be good to know someone had a Benadryl or epinephrine pre-load if they know they have a severe allergy. Epinephrine’s contraindicated for those over 40 or 50 with cardiac problems… but if they’re gunna die from their airway closing off we’re not going to deny them that treatment. The epinephrine might be a problem for someone just trying to get high off of it - so maybe it shouldn't be offered. We're not really sure what to do here.

Also not sure if people on here reuse needles or what, but we have a “harm reduction” program over here for people that shoot up… we’d like to provide those materials to help stop the spread of infection and infectious disease. Offering just that was our original idea but this might be going a little to far – again, let us know what you think and we’ll tailor it.

I don't think you should remove it, mostly because I want one, hehe. But I know how to install an IV.

A basic list of do's and don'ts should be enough to make sure a person doesn't do something stupid. I'm sure there's some kind of IV's for Dummies site that will walk a person through the procedure which you can pm upon purchase.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. The revised page will have to be overlooked by all involved then will be posted here once more before the final copy is posted to the vendor page. It's probably not going to be done until tomorrow. Sorry for the wait, we're all trying to work on this together to offer the best harm reduction program we can.

There's a harm reduction program in our city that is somewhat limited and as much as we lobby the medical director to offer more it all pretty much falls on deaf ears... but what we have still helps a lot. And I know a lot of smaller towns have no such thing and honestly it really pisses me off. You're not going to stop people from using drugs and you're almost contributing to people's death by making them afraid to call 911 for help because they're afraid they're going to be arrested. Sorry to get off topic, I can go on rants about this forever.

Ok Thanks!

Oh, and after we post we're going to have to decide on prices that are deemed fair. We don't want to offend anyone for charging too much as a new vendor so we're going to need feedback on our prices once they're in place so we can adjust as appropriate.  We're going to try to offer the necessities of harm reduction at a loss to us for what we pay from the manufacturers. The bare essentials are offered in our area for free for those that can provide proof of income (or lack thereof) but we don't know how to manage that on this site (will have to consult with others involved).

I'm sure you will find people who will buy your products.  You seem very knowledgeable. I hope you don't get caught swiping supplies from your workplace.  Using SR to get extra cash is great, but not at the expense of your career.  Be safe and welcome.

haha thanks for the vote of confidence. Don't worry about us though, it's all purchased through our accounts and the harm reduction stuff is handed out like candy in certain areas.  :)

Products and vendor page posted. Many more products to come. Prices will go up or down depending on what is deemed appropriate for a new vendor.

Also some issues regarding price vs quantity are confusing some of us (we do medicine, not computers). In any case, the page is up and suggestions are very welcome VERY VERY welcome. We don't won't to alienate any customers so if you feel something is under/over priced or shipping is not appropriate please let us know (we are still researching USPS anonymous shipping so for our protection we have chosen prepaid boxes until we can determine the proper way to ship as most vendors on SR do). We have made inquiries as to quantities.... We have enormous stock but are unsure how to list. You may order as much as you want but the prices listed are per item.

All of this may change depending on feedback - we just want to keep our customers happy and safe.

And like we said before, if you are in a third world country we will work with you if it means saving lives.

thanks again,

Novaris

Absolutely, unfortunately the wait will be a few weeks most likely (depending on what exactly you want).

What are the specifics (name/generic, dose)? Message if you prefer.

Just thought I'd give an update, the official review thread has more products listed and future info - also, antivirals are two weeks out.

AND, before I forget, a few of us can use "back pain" and other bullshit excuses to get MEDICAL GRADE MARIJUANA! THANK YOU *STATE WE'RE IN*

Anyway, if we could offer medical grade marijuana, would people prefer the higher THC content weed? edibles? hash?

And if so, what prices would you expect to pay? (if the weed shops are too pricey it may not be worth it)
