I have procured bitcoins using UKASH bought from different locations and converted them into bitcoin using mercabit.eu
Now, would you recommend I use a mixing service before bringing them into SR?
How many of you use Bitcoin Mixing Services?
I would have used Bitcoin Fog if necessary
Thanks

I like the fog, has always done the job for me.

It certainly wouldn't hurt.

If your concerned about your anonymity, a mixing service is highly recommended. There are quite a few mixing service available, but the main ones are, Blockchain's Bitcoin Mixer 'Guaranteed 0% Taint Anonymous Transactions' (clearwebalert) https://blockchain.info/wallet/send-anonymously they charge a 1.5% transaction fee. As you mentioned, the Tor option, Bitcoin Fog http://fogcore5n3ov3tui.onion, they take a 1%-3% commission fee to be randomized for obscurity, which I think is a great feature to further hide your anonymity. BitLaundry (clearwebalert) http://app.bitlaundry.com/ is another option, they take 5% commission, plus BTC 0.02 per outgoing transaction. Hope this helps you :)

Be careful when selecting a mixing service. We don't know who sets them up, it might be LE. Personally I'd go with bitcoin fog, because they've been around for a while (possibly the first one?).
