I've been trying for about a week.  It shows the same text every time.  How can I obtain my own depositing address?  Can customer support help with that?

if its just a plain account, try making a new one. unless the "request new address" button is there.

It isn't.  At this point, I would be happy to hear that this has happened to at least one other person.

I think that before your first deposit there is a guide you are directed to, prior to the address appearing... Just in case that's the issue

That's weird. Have you tried creating a new account to see if that fixes it? If you still don't get an Sr wallet then you might have to contact SR.

Wish I could tell you this has happened before but I even did a search and nothing like this came up.

Did you try refreshing the page?
