i placed 2 orders at the same time, 3 weeks ago, paid for priority and still have not got my mail, or a response in 7 days. i live in the northeast usa, and received a letter from CA in 2 days, yesterday. a week ago before xmas i received a christmas card from arizona in 3. i know people are saying theres a holiday rush, but come on, wtf? i have never had a letter, a package or anything of the sorts take over a week from USA to USA, and he shipped with a DCN and i asked him to give me the number, and i got nothing. if i get less than a 100% refund i'm gonna be pissed...

Maybe it got intercepted, that does happen, even with domestic mail sometimes. I would suggest contacting viktor and explain your issues. He seems like a decent guy so I am sure he would try to do anything he could to work out your issue.

thats the thing, i have contacted him several times and got no response or excuses or its "in transit", it's getting a little fucking rediculuos. and if it got intercepted theres pretty close to a 100% chance that i would have gotten a love letter, or worse

You most likely wouldn't receive a Love Letter for a domestic seizure. The LL's come from US Customs so it would have to be intercepted at the border.
If it were seized domestically and was a small order you most likely won't hear anything, if it's a large order or a product being cracked down on you may get a visit or attempted controlled delivery.
Remember, NEVER sign for any packages.

the other fucking horrendously gay thing is i can't even dispute it because the fucker makes people finalize early, now i see why, this is fucking retarded, something needs to be done about the shit that goes on here on silk road. i understand people have cried wolf claiming they never got it their shit and it ruined it for alot of people, but I AM NOT ONE of those fucking people, my shit legitamately never got here, even if it did, it's been 18 fucking days since it shipped. the only thing i can think of is the fucker shipped my shit on a camel like the original silk fucking road. this sucks

The statement about not getting a letter after a seizure is completely incorrect. I have read multiple threads where people claim that at times the US gov seizes things and doesn't send a letter to the person that the package was addressed to, this is 100% wrong. It is illegal for a government agency to just seize a package and never notify the address-e regardless of the contents of the package. Dont believe for 1 second that the government seized your package and you wont receive a letter. The law obligates them to send you a letter. The only reason UCBP sends a letter when they seize a package of drugs is because they are obligated to by law. In more than one case "illegal" drugs were seized in transit to someone that had a DEA license for said drugs. It is very difficult at times for UCBP or any other agency aside from the DEA to tell if the address-e has a DEA license to have cocaine, lsd, etc etc. This is a big part of the reason why the law requires the agency that takes the package to send the address-e a netter of notification.

I assure you that there is no scamming going on. I had one buyer who didn't receive his package for 21 days. He was upset, but very apologetic once it arrived.
The holidays jams the USPS up big time, plus they hire temp workers who have no conseqiences to opening and stealing mail. Just give it some more time and if we still don't have a resolution, we will work it out between us. I'm no scammer- trust me. I have several people who will vouch for this. It's most likely just a case of slow mail. The DCN still says "in transit" so, I'm thinking that it's just the holidays lowing things up.
Don't be worried about me scamming you. If you must worry, worry about item interception and LEO's catching on to things. I'm here and I'm not going anywhere, but a thread like this is uncalled for. We could've talked about all of this in PM. As you can see, not one other person has replied that they were scammed by me. Instead they've explained to you that I am legit and that the mail is fucked up thi s time of year. Also, my drops hit three locations before they are on the way to you, so please be patient.
It may be slow, but slow USPS does not a scammer make.

this is a very good point, but it assumes that government agencies and LE always follow laws. while they are subject to severe penalties if they don't follow the laws, many times they get away with it. crooked cops and all that. it's a fucked up world (and country) we live in...

What everyone is saying is true. Several things could have happened. It could be just very slow, misplaced, things do even get completely lost in the US Mail and unless you purchase shipping insurance there is no recourse, theft, and lastly confiscation. I always fear the worst. After everything that happened with me (my HDD crashed with all the info on it, a loved one is in critical care in a hospital after a severe bleed out, break up with a girl) I drop shipped every last order I had to go on it's journey, then shut down all my listings.
Like I explained before, it isn't a direct route. It goes from me, to a family member in another state, to another family member in another state, then opened and all drop shipped from the east coast in a super small town that is known for its slowness, all in the name of security. This is done for both of us. Yes, it takes a LOT longer, but this way, no one can trace it directly, unless they are on to it from the start. It's like Tor, essentially.
Please just give it another week and if the DCN still shows "in transit", we will work something out. If it was confiscated, there's a good chance they'll watch for it again, though. I'm sorry about this, but shit does happen.
-
yeah, dude even shipping to a different person in 15 different states, and 10 small towns with slow shipping, it would have been here by now if it was gonna be here, if i've received a bunch of random letters from the west coast in 2 days, then it would have been here. theres no way that it's gonna be here, i think giving it almost 4 weeks is enough

If the USPS catches any employee of stealing mail or discovers that while they worked for the USPS they stole mail 100% of the time federal charges will be pressed.
You’re a good guy viktor but don’t get it fucked up. If you steal mail the USPS doesn’t play and they have a 99% conviction rate, the highest of ANY government agency.
My dad has worked at the post office for 30 years. He has had a management position for 15 years.
I know more about the post office than anyone I have met besides post office employees in management positions. My dad does drugs just like me. Just like me he has been mailing them for years. We live in different states........so this isnt something we are new to. I have the benefit of advice from a senior employee at one of the US 20 largest cities.

i highly doubt thats true, and if it is i bet 50% of those false convictions are on the wrong people... i've personally worked at a post office in a city, as a contractor, and saw first hand how shitty of a business it is. theres no cameras, but instead a gallery above the floor where a postal inspector, once a month mind you, checks on various things, mostly the flow of the post office. working there first hand did not give me a very good feeling about mailing anything, and i was told first hand from the maintenance guy just how shitty and sloppy of a place that it really is, and it's not necessarily the people that work there stealing things, they have contractors in and out of there all the time, and don't watch, pay attention or keep track of them. i would guess the only people getting caught stealing mail are fucking morons and have a pretty piss poor idea about how to steal something, especially an envelope that you and easily fit in a pocket... or better yet, open it like i've seen many people get over the years. conviction rate 99% maybe, but catching them is probably 1%

im officially pissed, all i got for a reply was "whats your address again so i can check dcn?" almost a week ago, and nothing since then, but has logged in since then, a little communication would go along way and as far as trying to get ahold of you in pm, that has been done enough in the last month i've been waiting
-
i just talked with viktor, he lost his usb with keys, and had some other shit happen, he is still around and trying to make up. he says he has 2 orders out. 1 has full tracking and dcn showing delivered which is the one i suspect you are complaining about.
and there is another one named compudor...
anyway contact him here
