Title: MBB/mylar bag help
Post by: gtgeorgz on July 08, 2013, 08:55 pm
Anyone know where to get single small (around 2"x4") MBB or mylar bags in the UK? I don't want to buy bulk. And they have to be the thicker odor proof ones.

Thanks guys. :)

Search for "3M Dri-Shield" model 2000 or 2700.

Here's a hint: if you don't mind the extra work, buy BIG bags and cut them up.  You have to seal them anyways right?  This just means you will have to seal a couple more sides instead of one.  You'll save money instantly and bags will be less traceable with only a little extra effort.

Thank you peeps! Think I will give plutopete a go with his heat seal foil. Anyone used it before? is it completely smell proof to sniffer dogs?

Also, XXtcXX I will reply to your PM in a minute. :)

I've used PlutoPete's stuff a good few times, posting stuff to my friends in other countries. I have gotten stuff to Australia, USA, Sweden etc, so i'd imagine it is safe to say that it is smell proof, considering the customs in the countries I mentioned are pretty tough ;)
