I am not a vendor here but had two questions:
Tracking on Priority and express packages are tracked automatically so even if you buy postage stamps couldn't LE buy a couple items from a vendor and narrow down the location in which they live ???
I guess it could go the same way to customer ???
Maybe there is another way to do this but please explain if there is a way around the post office not knowing where the package was actually sent

Stamped mail can be tracked down to the mail sorting facility, labels purchased at the desk can be tracked to the PO and labels purchased online can be tracked to creditcard/paypal and IP as well as sorting facility. If you dont have a paper trail they cannot track you down close enough to catch you.

What about stamps/labels you purchase at a newsagent/grocery store?
Maybe you could put them and drive every day 1hr away to another city and drop them off, would this be of any good?
Cheers
