Title: question about purchasing stats
Post by: killerglass on January 11, 2013, 01:14 pm
I recently placed an order with a vendor, and due to no fault of my own, it auto finalized...(still waiting to receive it).  I realize now that I should have tried to resolve it before that happened.  But I just checked my "purchasing stats", and they seem to be WAY off.

I've been a member for well over a year, and have had perfect stats.  And that is important to me.  18 transactions, $1100 spent (just a casual user), and one auto finalized $40 order has put my auto finalize rate at 19%.

WTF???  I'm not great at math, but that just seems off......

Anyone know how that's calculated??

Thanks

I suggest you start buying cheap digital goods or whatever to improve your rate but only 18 transactions in a year?
There's no telling how it's currently setup but the system is still easily abused to your advantage if you think about it.

Maybe higher prices give higher percentages. or it works out orders in the last x amount of months and disregards older orders?
