Title: Au Relevant Law

I am pretty sure as far as international transactions go you are best to look at the Customs Act 1901(Cth) although I dont know relevant sections as yet.  As I come across things via study or experience I am gonna post up here relevant sections and case law. It may not be possible to do it for each state, but  as I find it I will post it.  I hope that myself and any others who are interested or have some experience in this area can help out and we can create a bit of a resource. Its a bit of a shit that i KNOW we have journalists on here who are making a tidy career out of reporting 'he said she said' bull shit without giving anything back. She knows who she is.

The other relevant Act is the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth). It defines border controlled 'drugs, plants and precursors'. I will post up the list when I can be fucked and also point to relveant sections ... although I think someone may well have done it allready ... but as I said previously this thread is to consolidate the legal information and resources for Au.

some of your posts are rubbish jezuz, but +1 for that one

i agree, Australia is now more like a politically-correct dictatorship, than the true democratic country that it should be.
