Title: GERMANY - What happens if a package gets seized?
Post by: nwbsclient on September 17, 2013, 09:40 am
Hello dear SilkRoad community,
a question bothers me lately. What happens (in Germany specifically) if the Customs (i suppose the German Zoll) gets the package. Do i recieve a letter informing me that they have seized the package? Or do they immediatly raid my house (or the the adresse where the package was supposed to arrive)?
Any kind of Information or personal experience would be helpful.

Greetings

Long live Silkroad

See this clearnet link for a case like that:

The same as always: Don't say anything, don't admit anything, ask a lawyer for help. They can not prove that you ordered that stuff (assuming proper use of SR). Unless you ordered several kilos or bulk explosives they will not raid your home because of a package.
