I tried to order 20 of his OC 80s...at 32.50 they seemed kinda cheap...too good to be true?
Absolutely! Today he sends me a message saying I have to finalize early 'for his protection'...right.
Buyer Beware! He's gonna bounce with your money...I was born at night, not last night...
-
You can't call him a scam out right unless you have absolute proof. Hard evidence. Unless you have like 50+ transacrtion history with no problems I understand why the vendor would be weary of a relatively new buyer.
-
I guess it'd be different if I was a relatively new buyer huh...if I was a betting man I'd bet the farm someone is gonna get screwed.
I just don't want to buy things with my vendors account so I use this account...it's what I've shopped with for the last 7 months..;) I've been here from a good long while and I can see a scam from a mile away. Isn't that what tracking and escrow is for? To protect yourself?
-
So after he asks me if I want to cancel and I tell him yes he doesn't take the time to refund my money...doesn't return any of my messages either. So he's not sending me any 80s and he's holding my $650 hostage. He's taken the time to read the messages I've sent, yet won't take the time to push a button.
I am thinking he doesn't want to refund so I don't leave bad feedback. The other guy he asked to finalize gave him a 1/5 since he did the same thing to him. I don't think his hustle is working out too well for him. I don't really want to get SR involved yet but will have to within 24 hours. $650 is a good chunk of money for him to just not send back...I wish I would have taken his 47 rating seriously
Edit: Instead of having his original quantity of 2 orders available he now has 5 (4 plus the one he has for me) which brings his total he's trying to scam to $3250...
Good luck anyone that thinks this guy is legit. Go with Pharmville.

You will have the option to cancel after 4 days. SR will also cancel for you if you send a message. You will just have to tell him there is suspicion of this vendor scamming and you want to cancel your order. Hes usually pretty good about it.
You guys need to not be stupid about people doing shit like this. It happens at least 2x a month and I'm so tired of seeing people fall for it and then cry about losing their money. Fuck.
-
I'm not going to lose my money, it's still in escrow. He has already marked the package in transit, so in the worst case scenario I have to wait until it goes into the resolution center in order to get it back unless he cancels. Like I said, I'm also a vendor, I don't want to use my vendor account here...I've been here since June so I'm not new. I have already messaged SR. I'm letting people know so they don't get hustled out of their money.
I don't see a reason to talk down to me davidd..."you guys.." I have been around for a while I just don't post with this account. I don't want to see someone else finalize with him and wait for their nonexistant package.
-
I wonder if he'll ask for an early finalize for a smaller order (3 oc80s) $45 a piece just seems too good to be true
-
So I asked him to cancel after he said I needed to finalize early...4 days ago. Now he will not cancel the order, and I have to wait til the resolution center pops up. Shady dealings folks. Buyer beware.

Thanks for your experience, it will help others. I sent him a msg about the 3 OC listing and when he replied with privnote to finalize early, no bother of using PGP to respond to mine, I knew something was off. I then told him he wouldn't get any buyers and needed to build trust at those price points. only response was finalize early.
Dont order or even message it's a waste. Good luck on getting your $$ bob, and can anyone supply cheap/close to street price OCs??
-
I got my money back 5 days later...so at least I got it back, he didn't try and hold it for the 20 days or whatever...
I wouldn't trust him folks. I think he's trying to pull some money together and roll out.

I knew this guy was a scam as soon as I saw them prices...
