Well I dont know.

I always use Bitstamp and worked out for me quite well. So I don´t see any reason to change.

In Europe "Virwox" is better  :) but bitstamp is also ok

Bitstamp does it require an authorization like lots of personal info?

Well they ask you name and so. Address I can remember. But there office is based in Slovenia.

But they are fast with EU bank transfers. Less then a day sometimes 12 hours some times 18 hours

I just use coinbase but I personally don't mind the wait time.. it's pretty convenient IMO

US - Coinbase.. at least they filled in all the bank applications forms correctly and the Feds are not after them as a result. EU - MTGox. Poland account is convenient, but with the clutter of non-elected representatives in the EU parliament, it is only a matter of time before this one is closed - unless MTGox did in fact fill the application form in correctly and indicate that they were not involved in monitory exchange. Thereafter, it's wire transfer to the Japan account, which, although a few days delay, is still very viable, and the Japanese are not too interested so far in the US controversy on Bitcoin... So far.
