Title: SSH Tunnel
Post by: TomsWay on March 22, 2012, 07:48 pm
I have been using an SSH tunnel, as recommended in a topic on the forum at some point, with CJB shell using puTTy. This was all find and dandy but since the last couple of days I am unable to connect and receive an error message that the host does not exist.

Is anyone else using this method and experiencing the same issue?

i.e. you're connecting to shell.cjb.net? Make sure your account hasn't expired, because they do expire.

yeh exactly am connecting to shell.cjb.net on port 22 but have also tried 443 still same problem.

Also created a new account but got the same thing happening on that too.

Are you using it as well? Is it working for you?

Haven't tried lately.

Are you routing tor via ssh or ssh via tor? Have checked to see that Tor is running and the port is right, etc.? Tried changing circuits, all that?
