Title: Getting sick of Ivory (UK)

Someone give them a kick up the ass.

Just sent them this message:

Ivory, my order has been stuck in processing for several days.

I've messaged you twice with no reply.

Your communications are awful.

Is it a little too much to expect a vendor to communicate especially considering my money is tied up all week?

This vendor is a top vendor with a top score but offers dreadful service.

There needs to be a better way to handle non-responsive vendors like this because the result is my money is tied up all week and i dont get any drugs for the weekend.

*moan*

By the way this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in a week meaning my money is continually tied up while I wait for these non-responsive vendors to time out.

You need not worry JPD in future ( from the 5th onwards (possibly sooner) ) just search mrhendrix for ALL your needs excellent communication and super fast delivery. Can i ask what the order was for?

I guess I time out on thursday or friday. Not sure. Either way I want it for the weekend but that's unlikely now

Wow so ivory got back to me. Cancelled my order and told me to bugger off.

How nice of him.

I of course reported him for being non-responsive and total jerk.  He didn't like that. Tough shit mate.  Improve your comms and service or lose business.

Your customers are not your bitch.
