Title: Vendor MIA
Post by: enterbenq on May 27, 2012, 02:59 am
Vendor aussiesupplies put up a listing, marked the order as in transit, sent a message that it was posted express and said 2 days max.
It is now 10 days and no sign of the vendor or package. I have clicked resolve and asked for 10 days extra but can't see any resolution happening there.
How do we go about getting 100% refund?

speak to the admin, they should give it to you

I thought the correct procedure was to use the resolution center, request a 100% refund and wait until the "due in" days reaches 0, at which point an admin will step in. If this is wrong can someone please tell me how I should be going about it...

I had the same issue enterbenq, I submitted a resolution to his order requesting a 100% refund, that will wait 4 more days then if he hasn't responded I imagine I'll get the refund.

What's interesting is that after 10 days of being logged off aussiesupplies has logged in today, yet he has not responded to my messages or to my resolution request.

I would be more worried about your personal details being in the hand of a unscrupulous vendor with no track record, be very careful as information is king and should be treated carefully.
