So I have some money in a verified account on dwolla. Is there a way to turn that into btc?

Go to bitinstant.com. They have the ability to take your dwolla bucks and move them to several exchangers and I'm pretty sure more than one of em can get you bitcoins for it.

What does 'red flagged' mean exactly? That the transfer doesn't go threw or is law enforcement involved somehow? Is red flagged a big deal? Thanks

Another question. Does verifying your account using bitinstant require photo ID or proof of residence (like mtgox does)? Or does one just have to login using the email I have for dwolla and then using the password? What exactly does verifying your identity entail? Thanks
