I currently ship Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays via First Class USPS mail for orders under 1/2th oz and via Priority Mail 2-3 days for anything 1/2th oz or more. Domestic only. I use printed postage labels identical to what's printed at the PO counters or self service machines, making them identical to most other mail without being traceable to a single user account such as a click & ship postage account. All orders are now being sent with moisture barrier bags wiped in bleach, making their detection by dogs extremely difficult. About 50% of the time I drop off mail in the evenings for security reasons, thereby the mail doesn't actually go out until Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Cutoff time for batching is generally 11pm EST the night before. Please note: I'm now only doing email support Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the evening. This is also when I batch the orders. Please don't freakout if I don't respond to messages on Mondays, Weds, Fridays or Saturday. Prices are not negotiable, and it's not that I don't aim to please, I just don't have time to negotiate a new price on every sale. I don't sell wholesale, quarter pounds, etc, due to limited supplies on my quality indoor. If there's ever a problem, I will try my hardest to make it right. Note: My prices might be slightly higher than other vendors, but the potency/quality of my product is generally MUCH higher. Top quality indoor is what I specialize in. This is for people who want the best. I strive to have excellent support, however please don't email me ten times and act like a decapitated chicken if your package arrives a day late. Proper etiquette is to do this only if it is three days late :) If it's over three days late, please feel free to msg me. I will generally reply that you should simply wait longer and be patient. Literally, I can't do much else other than reply to wait longer. 99.5% of the time the package is late because we shipped it late due to low stock. Yes, you're probably wondering how it could be shipped on Friday when I marked it shipped on Tuesday? Well I'm not actually the one doing the packaging, I mark it as shipped when I batch the orders because I'm assuming it will ship when sent to dispatch. About 95% of the time when it's marked as shipped and batched, it actually shipped. You can see from my feedback that my shipping times are pretty dang fast and reliable. The 5% of the time that there is a delay it's because too many people ordered that particular strain and it takes us a few days to get more. Please don't freak out that it was intercepted and you're about to get raided. They don't raid people for an ounce or less of weed. Occasionally we have small delays due to postal/security issues such as difficulty obtaining postage stamps via a secure method but this is rare. Yes, I understand you were really wanting the herb by the weekend and hoping to have it overnighted. Please send me an email describing your sorrow over having to wait a few extra days to get your weed. Tracking: I don't track packages anymore for security. You know those tracking pads that they have at USPS that most vendors use? Well the tracking numbers go in numerical order. If they intercept one package with tracking they can figure out what's likely in those other 99 from the tracking pad. This is for your safety as well as mine. Non-delivery: Please give it up to two weeks to arrive. After two weeks I will typically refund or reship via another carrier. Most non-deliveries are due to improper addresses or attempted deliveries where the person was not home and it was not a place where the USPS felt they could safely and securely leave the package. A lot of times they're supposed to leave a note to the person explaining about the attempted delivery, but the postman is lazy and doesn't properly leave the note. Non-delivery because I simply failed to send the package does not happen, although a late delivery is possible due to back order of stock. Note: Quality vendors should never require FE and I certainly don't. However, if you're a repeat customer and have been happy with our service, FE is appreciated as it reduces our exposure should the market go down or get hacked. Disputes: Please give at least two weeks before disputing an order. Please contact me about a non-delivery before disputing so that I may refund or reship. Failure to abide by this rule will result in blacklisting from ordering in the future. These kinds of customers are not the kinds I want to serve. Quality: I'm like the rat in the movie Ratatouille. I'm extremely picky about the quality of the herb I sell. Note: If you order multiple items at the same time with the same username, as habit I only decrypt and send to the first address, because 99% of the time people want everything sent to the same address.
