[General Questions] When would a vendor doxx a buyer?
Just curious as to when and why a vendor would.

I'd say never unless he doxxes you

If you're not a psychopath trying to fuck with someone's business repeatedly, almost zero chance. If you have other ties with them though...it's not unheard of.

When said customer is being a real dick or claiming a pack didnt show that we all know made it there just fine

Never.
Doxx to who? The police? And why?
Many of my customers are scam vendors. I still would never doxx them, or even tell people that "vendor X is a scammer".
However, I think its acceptable to link two pseydonyms together. You k.ow the sort of thing:-
HQUK became QuickLicks. Gypsynirvana became overgrow.com became varietyjones became mrmerlin became Hiniguel who became theShadowman who became VendorZ-kind of thing.
Its not giving out any real-life identity information.
Sometimes a customer who has been banned by one BTVA member and gets onto our pink (dont serve) list changes their username, so we have to ban the PERSON.
We could ban a postcode. Only most of them live in Inverness, the source of most British darknet troublesome customers and strange goings-on

when they want revenge, be it warranted or not.
that can mean you doing something as simple as doxxing for you opening a dispute if they are a little psycho, or someone who won't doxx even if you fuck their sister.
no way to tell.
but thats why the review system is so skewed. first of all you have shill reviews/accounts
then you have lil kids who are all pissed waiting 10 days for their gram of coke then get it adn sniff a line and go yay cocaine im high 10/10 i wanna suck his dick
then you get the large majority who would rather leave no review then a bad review out of fear of doxx.
if i were to get ripped off which is pretty rare in my 10 years doing heroin and cocaine, its enough revenge for me to just discontinue my business there. it's really their loss big time and usually they'll come running crying that you aren't showing them '...no love' anymore.
to me a refund for a 100 bucks isn't worth a dox. i will dispute, and if the market doesn't side, i'll leave it at that. again..their loss.
whats important is to get the message out to the public one way or another what the vendor is doing - and that can be done without compromising your identity.
you dont need to make a post with accurate amounts or dates ordered or anything, you just need to let the public know they are mailing bullshit, or jerking you around, or whatever.

I think if you send a vendor messages everyday like a psychopath or try to kill his rep you deserve to get doxxed.
As a vendor I can tell you that it is not easy to get tempted. Every customer is just a dime in a dozen, every situation happens ten times over. But when there's a customer insulting you, lies during the dispute or just becomes incredibly fucking very rude it can make your blood boil.
I'm a calm person and my boiling point probably is higher than with others. But I have considered fucking people over by sending them weed in plain envelopes without any sort of stealth so they would get busted (never did it, but customer did induce that kind of rage in me). I'm sure other vendors have done this, or at least thought about it. So as far as a worst case scenario goes I wouldn't worry about being doxxed as much as becoming a personal target.
