Usually I wouldn't put out a public vendor complaint on the entire DNM but this is probably the worst experience I've had with a vendor in all my time here.
So my order started like any other, and after I had given him the shipping info he said it would be shipped out tomorrow (a Saturday). Slightly weird but I guess they do things differently in other countries.
Fast forward 20 days...
I ask chipz where my product is, and they apologize and say they will check tracking. The next day they say their "Shipping team" did not put tracking on the package. Offers to reship it, and I say okay.
I have to mention this entire time the market page has switched to vendor vacation, and though they say they will be down for a week it has currently been two weeks and counting.
At this point I do not expect to get my product. Do not buy from this vendor, or his related account. (tribunalextracts) At the best this guy/gal is very disorganized, at the worst they have intentionally been doing this since they were on Agora market. Though this vendor claims to be a wholesaler, they are not punctual enough or hold enough communication to be trusted.
Shipping team lol why do these idiots always pretend to be some kind of huge mafia
