I see it posted as #1 on deepdotweb, maybe it is good.

I've used it for a couple months and it works perfectly so far

I use it, but only for proxy for xmbc viewing or torrents. Very happy with it but I never use whilst using Tor.
Edit: UK based

Have had only a good experience with IPVanish (using Linux in Europe), speed and connection-wise both. But just now, trying to change my password, I got this message:
"Failed Update: Invalid characters in password"
which AFAIK means that they do not store a hashed version of the password, but the password itself - a pretty big (basic security awareness) no-no...
Anyway, came on here to let you guys know. Seems very odd to limit the characters used in a password - I think I've only ever seen such an 'error' message once or twice before.

VPNs don't do shit to protect you, to the contrary they are likely to give you a false sense of security.
you'll get considerably better mileage out of understanding how this whole internet thing works, what your risk profile looks like and where the loose ends are.
I used it for a time and liked it, but not anymore keeps switching itself off during the worst times when I´m in the middle of something on tor.
