For purposes of anonymity, I apologize, but this will be a little vague.
Ordered about a month ago from a reputable vendor. US to US. Not a huge order. Never came. Vendor has been communicative. Partial refund given. No tracking.
Shouldn't have taken more than 6 days to arrive. After a month, no love letter. No knock on door. No flashbang through door. No phone call.
How common do they just intercept shit and keep quiet about it for this long?
What did the tracking say? If you weren't supplied tracking, then I'd generally lean towards a scam. ON the hand, its great the vendor communicated with you, BUT on the other, if they are scamming, this is a nice, tidy way of doing it.
Ask for tracking. I assumed you FE'd? And no, packs don't just disappear. USPS is pretty good at what they do, albeit sometimes things take longer, but its not terribly often. USPS usually doesn't just lose shit. If it was shipped, it'll turn up. But all of these burning questions could be answered cogently with a tracking number. Get a tracking number. If you can't be provided one, I'd demand 100% refund. Although if you FE'd, good luck with that. But you could still leave a review.
