what percentage of the population do you think know about the DNMs?

do you ever feel that strictly by knowing about the DNMs you are already at a slight advantage? Out of every 100 people you talk to on the street.. how many do you think would even know about the DNMs or would have been confident enough to place multiple orders. Do you ever feel like you should be making bank or atleast decent steady money off the markets if you had more balls/knew more people?

too many in my opinion.

[4 Points] None:

Know about or use?

Know about it 25% due to television coverage. Use it less than 1/2 of 1%

Too many people know now since silkroad got shut down.. it was all over the news and now people are looking into it.. also its advertised on fuking reddit now

I agree with CocaineNose, but it really depends on what your definition of "knows about" is. A large number of people could easily be convinced that the Internet is all inside their PC. Many people living in technologically advanced societies may have heard of DNMs, but the Fox News bobblehead might as well have been reciting a gnostic incantation.

This is why Sarah Palin exists.

I think most people understand the notion that there exists "underground" black markets available online - I'd put this at near 100% of the adult population. But there might be some Amish folk who don't know, thus it isn't 100%. A smaller subset of that group understands that its not readily accessible through a normal browser. Yet a smaller subset knows specifically about "hidden services", TOR, Onion, etc.

Out of every 100 people you talk to on the street.. how many do you think would even know about the DNMs or would have been confident enough to place multiple orders.

Even if someone said they've heard of Silk Road, they may not get that it was not accessible from a normal web browser. Out of 100 people, I'd say that anywhere from 1-4 would have the confidence/ability/balls/whatever to actually order something.

Do you ever feel like you should be making bank or atleast decent steady money off the markets if you had more balls/knew more people?

I don't know if its a question of balls/knowing more people in terms of making money off the DNMs. Its more a question of whether or not someone lacks other opportunities and whether or not its something they actually want to do. While certainly there are going to be people who would want to vend and simply lack the balls/connections to do so, many just wouldn't choose it for various reasons. Not everyone wants to be a lawyer, politician, doctor, nurse, or a drug lord. There is no free lunch and making money is usually always going to require a combination of ability, luck, and the ability to absorb and take on risk, no matter what profession you are in. In other words, vending is (or at least should be) less a question of having the balls to do it and more a question of having the desire to do it. Doing something simply for the money tends not to work out well, you have to actually like what you are doing.
