Applying basic sales Techniques to selling Drugs

Upselling: By having a cheaper product, and top shelf product you can offer the lower end product for standard price and offer the nicer stuff for more, this creates a customer surplus. If you have a new customer don't always tell them you have the drug. If you say you can get it from your buddy who just happens to be at your house you can charge a higher price even if this customer is your friend as there is no trying to get a better price, you simply say i can't control the price it's his.

Distributing vs Selling. Be careful out there. Selling comes with a greater risk even if the penalty is less severe. If you can manage to get people under you selling for you, not only is risk mitigated but there is more profit to be made.

Customer Service: As with any business Customer sevice is key. Be ahead of time and always avaliable. Never short and make sure the scale is +.01 over at least. This will have your customers talking among themselves about how highky you are regarded. If multiple people in the same friendgroup by from you, and they are having someone else over, if 2 are talking highly of you the third will want to buy from you if nothing but for a sense of belonging.

Unforunately, with drug dealing, because it's illegal, you have to balance sales techniques with risk-management techniques, and the two don't agree with each other most of the time. Rely only on sales techniques, and you won't last out here.

In the end, you cannot avoid or mitigate the risk that someone will inform on you. For example, whether you sell directly to customers, or "have someone sell for you," you can be CI'd. Whether you transport yourself or have someone else do it, you can still get caught with drugs.

There are so many variables, it's impossible to write a manual. The best advice I can give is to understand human nature more than the economics of the drug business.

Listen up, DNMs. What you need to do is integrate systems into your market that allows continuity (month by month) payments, upsells, downsells, and cross-sells. It will not only make you more money, but it will make the vendors more money.

If you sell coke, even if you cut it to shit, and know your supplier cuts it to shit before you get it....All you have to do is tell everyone, its the best around... or even better, that you get it so pure, that you NEED to cut it, for customer safety.

Then you can still charge high amounts.
