Delivered to wrong zipcode.

Placed an order with Thomasscheer and after a lot of sketchy action on his part (claiming it had shipped when he had not logged in for 6 days.) He said it was delivered today, tracking shows it was delivered like 800 miles away from where I live. Ijust want my coin back from this unprofessional dude. Will agora support side with me?

Possibility he gave you a tracking number for another customer... you can only see the zips unfortunately. Are you 100% sure your address was correct?

I usually keep a copy of the message I send to the vendor, encrypted with my key, so that if there is ever a problem, I can refer back to exactly what I sent the vendor. Can take the decrypted message and re-encrypt with vendor's key to verify the ascii all matches up on the encrypted message.

Well if you fucked up and gave him the wrong zip code, that's on you, not Thomasscheer. Honestly, I think Agora will side with the vendor, because they did ship it but because you fucked up, it went to the wrong place. Now of course if he sent it to the wrong place and you can prove you gave the right address, then you might have a chance.
