Question about Shipping and Receiving

Ok, I work in an office where mail and parcels get delivered in the lobby (Secured Lobby, IE, public doesn't go up there).

I've been thinking of using it for a couple of deliveries, I would just use a fake name so nothing can lead back to me if the package gets seized by LE.

My question is, is it common for vendors to ship a package or letter that requires a signature when received? If so then obviously I wouldn't get the package / letter sent there.

If not though, I should be able to get away using a fake name in this case correct?

use a fake name

Nope.

use one of the names on the list/address, add something like Mr, MRS or someshit to distinguise your mail.

of course, none of this is safe, but my suggestion is the safest option you got.

Nobody's going to answer the first question?

NO! It is not common. If signature is required, something is WRONG.
