I skipped bail, I am a fugitive on the run. Accused of LSD crimes / drug crimes

I have skipped bail because I was charged with intent to distribute an outrageous amount of LSD. Where I was charged this is a 15+ year minimum, combined with the weapons I had with me I was looking at at least 20 years.

I need advice on obtaining fake IDs and fleeing into Mexico, Canada

Can any one help me?

The sad part is that I will never be able to see my family or the death of my loved ones, I can never go back. But I refuse to spend 10+ years in prison.

LOL. You want to go on the run for the rest of your life over 500 tabs?? Dude lawyer the fuck up and ride this one out. At absolute minimum you will be offered a plea deal...get sentenced for 6-8...maybe serve 3-4. Trust me this kind of crime is NOT worth a life on the run.

Can't help with the fake Id...but I will say that running SUCKS.I spent four years ducking on a warrant for bouncing on probation. I was young and didn't give a fuck...got a five year sentence suspended ...went to see po twice and said fuck that..... big mistake...went on the run for four years. In that time I sobered up...had a daughter ...realized I REALLY fucked up and was going to have to handle my business. Lawyered up, saved up enough money to pay all my fines then went and turned myself in....UGGG...worst day ever. Sat in jail for a WHILE because of that ....but I did my time....it was NOT WORTH running...jail sucked but not as bad as running....how old are you? If you're 50+...then yeah ..bounce....if you are 20-25...go do your time...get it out of the way . I feel for you and wish you the best...wish I had something better to tell you....this post just made me think about a really bad period in my life...I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Eh. As long as it's a discussion I guess it'd be fine - but this sounds very sourcing'ish, which isn't allowed here.

No, you need to get your ass to Russia and travel to a European country and just restart. Mexico nor Canada can help you.

You have been charged not convicted. LAWYER UP. Take a plea.

[25 Points] Tweek-er_Timmy:

GUNS ARE NOT COOL, around drugs anyway. its just not worth the time.

ah my, thats a outrage! 15+yrs for LSD. drug laws are way way way to harsh. tell ya though the guns are whats gonna fuck ya, big time. its not worth having them around, if you cant protect your stash without one your better off to just give all your shit to someone willingly, if ya get robbed. friend got caught with alittle peice of lithium strip on the ground. charged with manf. meth. took it to trial but because he had guns in the house he s now serveing a 15yr sentence, no parole.

i wish ya luck man, anyone of us could be in your shoes tommoro. may things work out fer the best. be safe.

[24 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

At any one time, millions of people are living in the USA without the knowledge of the authorities. They all find somewhere to live, and jobs.

You clearly have a computer. If you still have some LSD to sell you can live anywhere in the country where you can post a letter. You will need a couple of android phones with internet accesss and bitcoin wallets. Use one as a portable wireless hotspot for your laptop.

I live outside the law, earning bitcoin. So can you. With bitcoin you've got your bank in your pocket. Don't live in your car, go to a hotel and book it through expedia.com using bitcoin. Find a clearnet website that sells supermarket gift cards for bitcoin and get some groceries.

Then think of somewhere you would like to live in the US. Maybe somewhere touristy where strangers won't be noticed, with lots of temporary accomodation.

We live in a post-bitcoin world. Fuck Mexico. I wish you the best of luck.

[21 Points] None:

/r/Fakeid

DarkNetMarkets can get your passports. However, since you've been arrested for drug related crimes, your assets were probably seized and you don't have access to large amount of money required for passports (10k or so)

Keep in mind, FakeID's do not work if they are checked on because the database the houses the information will throw up all sorts of red flags on a card with bad picture/information.

Your best bet is too clone a person's card that looks slightly like you. This way, if it's ran, it's legit and you'll just have to explain the picture.

Fake ID's from my understanding go for 300$ 100$, I've was wrong.

Onto fleeing the country. You can cross out flying because you'll be flagged and cops will probably wait for you.

So your only bet is to drive and pray you aren't stopped.

Next choose a country. I'd recommend Mexico, because Canada will most likely arrest and fly you back for anything. Mexico has cartel problems. Again you don't want to get caught there.

You might want to make your way down to South America where there is less governmental reach than you would see in America.

Just my 2 cents.

Or you could try and fight it in court, prison in America is much better than you would get in Mexico.

[13 Points] xenight:

Canada won't work, sorry to say bud. You'll just be extradited.

[12 Points] None:

Bro real talk. Throw as much money as you can to your "really, really good lawyer." Be prepared to spend 5-6 years in jail. Running is not worth it. If you really care about your friends and family then going that route is equivalent to killing yourself in front of their faces.

This is part of the game. I know you're scared at the thought of going to prison but unless you're a snitch, weakling, or bitch, no one will fuck with you. There will be other Asians wherever prison you go as well. Start doing those push-ups now.

I don't fucking blame you for running, but before you dig in deeper to your decision see if there is a plea bargain.

I would get in touch with a lawyer remotely and securely. Find out if it's actually 10 years you're facing.

I had a friend who was cough allegedly selling large weight of cocaine and other drugs. Got busted. (I saw the busted down door myself) and is currently out of jail running around doing pretty much whatever he wants.

find a way to communicate with the prosecution.

Otherwise, your options are to law low in the US and create a new identity or hop the fence of Mexico and make your way to Colombia or something. That seems like a lot of work.

500 tabs? dude there people getting busted with ounce jars Thats not so big... how did you get caught?

I think Marc Emery used to help people get fake docs and a way into Canada. I think they called it the underground railroad...

[7 Points] -lobali:

You are young with no experience with the legal system. You are rushing where the system moves slowly. You've been arraigned and released on bail, which you skipped.

Stop making it worse. Contact your attorney, arrange to turn yourself back in. In the USA you have a right to a speedy trial. You'll almost assuredly not be granted bail, but until a deal is reached -- and for a first offense at your age, you will almost assuredly reach a deal with far, far lower punishment and charges that what you are looking at -- the worst possible case scenario.

Without knowing the details of your case AND DO NOT POST THEM ON THE INTERNET - nobody here will have any valuable advice except go to your attorney and listen to him, and only him. Fleeing is the absolute stupidest thing you could possibly do.

Right now you are scared with scared and upset family members, but you are currently fine. You are in a position to only think of the worst. I am from a family full of attorneys, with my dad practicing in a college town as a public defender. You'd be astonished what youthful first offenders are offered, and the sooner you stop panicking and make an impossible to repair even stupider decision - it's time to go mitigate your damages. You will come out the other side inconvenienced to a degree, but much better able to life a happy, fulfilling life than anyone telling you that you're best off running away.

You're at the stage in adulthood where you need to learn that hiding under the blankets and not seeing the world around you isn't going on. This is not a fantasy book or movie or worst of all, what a bunch of internet people who you have no idea what their experience is (including me) - but I assure you, the only valuable advice you are getting is "don't flee" and "get your attorney on the phone immediately."

[4 Points] excon668475:

I doubt you can/will find a fake ID that can pass a computer check at a border crossing. Then they would fingerprint you in a heartbeat!

Your best bet is to head to Canada and enter through one of the National forests or huge open wilderness that spans both countries. This is EXTREME hiking and hopefully you have the skills need to make it and survive. Winter is coming/ here already.

Good luck and god speed, if you make it to CA some crime units should be able to smuggle you abroad via boat or some such nonsense.

[4 Points] ccashcow27:

Well buddy. It's looks like you're in a tough pickle. Now, there's two ways you can play this. You can either run - or own up to your mistakes and the prosecution might start shifting their mind. Let me share my experience of owning up to my mistakes.

Now, I was 17 at the time and was facing possibly a long time for fraud (post 9/11 fake ID), selling alcohol to minors, and some other stuff. However, I didn't fully understand the legal system at the time. Now, I was probably on the run for maybe less than 2 days, but at the time it felt like forever. But I think my heart and mind really joined together for once and made the right decision.

But after refusing to hop on a bus heading out of the city, I did the following. I spent the remainder of the night at a hotel. I counted my money, I had about 3000$ with me in an envelope. I wrote down 10 things I wanted to do in my life, and slid that into an envelope. Next day, I went and purchased a nice suit, nice pair of shoes, and had my hair cut. I also went to one of those internet cafes and printed out my Canadian Armed Forces application. [To clarify - I was planning to join irregardless, but my parents didn't know at the time]. In the evening, I went to Station and straight to the detective. He was very surprised to see me. We kindly exchanged words, I gave him the envelope, and he took me to booking. Spent the night in jail. Next morning, met my parents, my lovely girlfriend, and some friends. And about 6 of the 10 things I listed happened. Before my court hearing, the prosecution offered me a pre-trial plea deal.

On contingency that I served my (mandatory) 3 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, all charges would be dropped - no criminal record will exist, and I could even keep my money.

This just goes to show what swallowing your pride, accepting your mistakes, and showing what a little bit of class can do. Now, I was probably in a much better position than you, but this just goes to show what you can do.

Best of luck my friend. Best of luck to you.

[2 Points] chef234:

When in Mexico keep your head down. Go to tourist towns where you will blend in. You likely won't be a victim of extortion since I assume you're white and not running any business. It really depends on much cash you have. Learn spanish and don't ask straight up if you have to pay a bribe, beat around the bush "is there any other way you can help me out?"

Note; US marshalls won't have guns there so you can flip em off and get the FUCK out. But sometimes if they have you well targeted and know exactly where at the federales might be down to bust you but I fuckin doubt that since you don't have a murder charge.

[2 Points] None:

I wish you the best OP. Gotta say that you're better off trying to get a plea out of this. With it being your first offense and being a state case, I think you'll end up with far less than you think. You'll go to a low sercurity prison and it'll be easy time. Your parents and friends can see you whenever, you can take college correspondense courses while you're there so you can possibily find a better job when you get out. In the long run you probably won't regret it.

[2 Points] karachay:

Get a fake id/passport take a cruise ship(less security) to Jamaica, grand caymans and don't get back on the boat, jamica is a good start and then go to South America/Europe from there. Best of luck, sucks that you get this heat for lsd when they could be chasing fentanyl chemists instead.

[2 Points] Cozzafrenz:

Go for a life on the run. Good luck OP. If I wasn't living paycheck to paycheck i'd give you money. Your life is now going to be crazy forever. Find an exotic country that won't extradite and start a small business. learn local customs and find a beautiful wife.

[2 Points] None:

Face your crimes. You knew the risks with drug dealing and you took them and lost the game. Man up and serve your time or your going to make it worse for yourself.

They told me 10 years for my crimes but i got off with 1 year probation and no criminal record. They always tell you the worst outcome so your prepared for the worst. Your young and have money just lawyer up and not to sound like a racist pig but your most likely white and that sometimes works in your favour with some judges, it's sad but it happens.

[2 Points] None:

If you can afford a fake or copied passport get to a coastal town and ask for crewing on a sailboat bound for Russia or China and get to Mongolia... No one will ever bat an eye and the government is fairly chill.

[2 Points] None:

OP your not a criminal mastermind, I doubt your well off enough to live a life on the run confortably, why not hire a decent lawyer reduce your sentence as much as possible and do something productive with your time inside. Maybe you can get a degree or learn how to not be a dumb ass when traveling with and illegal substance.

tl&dr; Man up, just do the time.

[2 Points] armorpiercingtracer:

Sad you're not in China , a stack of cash under the desk can solve most of your problems here. I would find somewhere to get rid of all those weapons , preferably for money (unless you really need them) , grab all you've got in cash , cross over to Mexico and make your way over to South America . Find a place with a lot of English speakers (as many as possible) , rent an apartment , get new IDs n shit and get a job. You are now starting anew , think of a name , a sensible backstory and try to go to places as crowded as possible , that way both cops and cartels don't fuck you up. I'd be on the move all the time , working at places for a year or two before moving on to another and settling down maybe after 20 years or so , when the feds probably gave up on searching for you. Good luck.

[1 Points] barethgale:

Go to SE Asia, Bangkok has everything you need to get a new life Thailand and Cambodia are very cheap and awesome places

[1 Points] None:

OP how did you get caught? Was it from dealing IRL or from ordering from the DMN?

If you can make it to Alaska you might be able to get work on a boat, there are a lot of people on the run there and captains are sympathetic. I think Canada is better then Mexico because people speak english and your chances of finding work for cash under the table are higher. Mexico is sketch, with no connections and no money you will be fucked. From canada you could find your way into iceland or somewhere up there eventually you just need to save money. Just don't take any unnecessary risks and fly under the radar, go get a job somewhere up in Canada and figure out how to support yourself. Lay low for a few years and just keep telling yourself its better than prison. Don't talk to anyone if you can. You can get fake IDs from r/fakeid Mr Rep is good but obviously you need BTC and an address to send it to. I would use a UPS store or something wherever you are going to be and just pay the 5 bucks to receive it. Hippie communes are always an option as well. There are some places in Colorado up in the mountains where people go that are on the run. Just don't ever trust anyone and keep your resources stashed somewhere secure. Never use your real name. Honestly you should just get in your car and drive the 2 or 3 days to Alaska, when you get there start looking for work on a fishing boat. Alternatively if you can afford a plane ticket to the USVI you could then take a boat to south america.

There was this guy in my apartment complex that always wore a jacket with hood and covered most of his face with a scarf everywhere he went. I lived there for 2 years and I never once saw his face. The landlord said he paid in cash every month and never saw his ID. Its possible to survive you just can't do anything that would put you in contact with law enforcement. People go years and years without LEO contact. But definitely get to a non-extraditable country as soon as you can. And if you have nothing to trade and no money

If you have a car have someone sell it and get you the money. Find a gig that pays you under the table. Research a way into mexico/canada (preferably mexico). I wouldn't worry about extradition. If you manage to get their its unlikely anyone will be able to tie you back to your crimes in the states. Its been done before. Good Luck.

[1 Points] young_k:

[1 Points] Cronyx:

Op, I don't know how old you are, but if you've ever thought about joining the military... You could look into the French Foreign Legion. They're a French hard core black ops division that's made up entirely of foreigners. Those with French citizenship can't even apply. Most of their applicants also have criminal history, or are actively wanted. That's why this next part is so appealing: After your tour is over, they give you free French citizenship, and if you request it, a new legal identity.

[1 Points] loureedstrackmarks:

Buy the best jew lawyer you can afford do not under any circumstances use a public defender a good lawyer will drag this shit out for a long time if you are not a violent felon house arrest while this is winding the halls of justice either enroll in school or get a good job or both by the time trial or plea bargain be a model citizen who a judge would rather extort you for house arrest fees drug counseling etc be an idiot and you will get a lesson on prison life n

[1 Points] LRADoperator:

first id get in touch with a lawyer. if you cant get the charges dropped down, i would rather run than spend 10-15 years. youre young. when youre older you may look back and enjoy the years you spent as a fugitive more than if you were to have sat in jail. worse that happens if they catch you and put you in jail anyway.

[1 Points] neutral_cadence:

You're fucked, especially if you are only planning to just run to Mexico or Canada. You're too poor to win that one. You'd be better off running and staying in America under a fake identity, being low key, saving money for a real legal defense for when you get tired of running and being paranoid about when the hammer will drop.

[1 Points] Athletichunta:

I have heard of people robbing a bank maye what you should do? Steal a 1000cc motorcycle so no one can catch you. What more could they charge you with at this point. I heard Slip a note over the counter a few times can make a about 45-60 grand, there is a youtube video of someone doing this, posted it online, people have robbed 80 or more banks this way like clock work . Or an armored truck with 2 cans of grizzly bear spray or a gun. Make 350 grand in a day lol. Going for the safe would be risky I assume. Like the movie with the president bank robbers. that's probably pretty accurate. Then take a boat to somewhere remote and live life like a king

Also have heard somthing like 60% of bank robberies people are on meth. meth makes you absolutely confident and feeling like a god. I can see why it's so prevalent at those times.

[1 Points] Vegetano:

time to go to serbia my friend.

[1 Points] druggieslut:

Mexico. Mexico mexico. Don't bring any weapons or drugs or children with you and they won't even Id you if you drove across the border. A pic is automatically taken which could be a problem for you, and if customs does stop you and ask you, the biggest problem is that they don't speak English well.... Just tell em you don't speak much Spanish, you're just coming for the weekend to visit your in-laws, you're married to a Mexican and she's already at the in-laws.

Mexicans don't follow the law like we do. If you're on a small road in like a residential area, fucking stop if you are at an intersection that isn't a 4 way alto and doesn't have an alto sign for you.

Mexicans don't give a fuck. They run around telling everyone about how they are in the cartel and smuggle weed into the us and shit and people think its cool. Lol.

You could easily sneak into mexico in some areas.

The biggest problem is the cartel and the zetas (sp?). They're assholes. Cartel acts all friendly but will dissappear you over nothing. Zetas are a bunch of americans running around mexico killing people. The cartels hate them. :)

130 bucks a month will get you a 2 bedroom house. Get a window ac. 120 volt only, Mexicans don't have 240volt service usually...

[1 Points] perpetual888:

if you happened to choose indonesia i could help you here a bit/give some hints, help find place to stay etc. you need to have a credit card though, you wont be able to get a bank account in indo. most problems with police/immigration etc can be solved by bribing someone (like 1-50 usd, depends how serious it is). visa on arrival is free now, no checks, but only valid for 1 month so it needs a bit of perpetual tourism. also it's a good place for getting cheap forgeries of any kind.
edit - obviously, you need to have money. it's cheap to live in indo but money is pretty much the only thing people care about here. it's fine to show an obviously fake id to a policeman because to check that would need to have it in protocol hence they wouldn't be able to ask for bribe because for official fines they need to produce a check/ so they'll just let you go...if you get what I mean.
But as someone else here in thread said, "if you need to ask how to turn fugitive, you ain't ready to turn fugitive." it's probably true, it's a fucking schizophrenia especially at the beginning. But I also don't think people should waste their lives in jail over lsd. That would be the dealbreaker for me, not which option looks easier from where you are now.

[1 Points] jabbercocky:

What state? What charges? What's your prior record level? Are you sure you're looking at fifteen years? In my experience, most who run wish they'd just done the time. Also, most lay low in another state for quite some time before attempting a border crossing.

edit: oh and morroco, youre forever safe there. Forever.

these countries that I said, youre safe, and people speak basic/advanced english there

do not forget even the shittiest countries passport better than the best fake one.

PLUS there's a thing called world citizenship, it's kinda stupid thing but u can obtain it for like 30$ and you can legally go into Zambia Tanzania and some more 4th world countries also if you think these countries betterthan jail time keep it in mind
