Do I have to dispute - 2 days left.

Hello,

I'd like to ask advice from you. I ordered 12 days ago something from AB. Nothing has arrived yet. I politely messaged the vendor about my worries and he told me there's no reason to worry since he said I need to wait 12 business days before messaging him. And the order would arrive within 12-15 business days.

Alright. My problem is that the order automatically finalizes in 1,5 days. So should I dispute if nothing arrives tommorow? He said he won't give any reship in case of dispute. Otherwise, I don't want to lose my money, or receiving a lousy 50% reship if I don't dispute.

Can you guys help me?

Vendor sounds really fishy. From what you're saying, it seems like he is trying to let the order auto finalize and just take your money. Theres nothing wrong about disputing a late pack so you don't lose your money. Dispute now and get your money back before it's too late. If he is trying to blackmail you into not disputing name and shame the vendor because that is very poor business conduct.

Always, when I had similar cases, I informed the vendor that i will dispute "just to extend escrow" 24 hours before the auto finalization, and agree with vendor about new dead line for the order

Vendor sounds sketchy as fuck. There's nothing wrong with disputes. Don't let it finalize until you get your pack. That's the point of escrow.

DO NOT LET IT AUTOFINALIZE you must dispute to extend the timer

Is there anything else I can do now? I told him that I have disputed this order to extend the escrow. Now he starts mentioning his policy again that I shouldn't have ordered by him if I don't agree with his policy. In his opinion, I am not entitled to dispute the order - and in case it doesn't arrive in the next days it's not his fault.
