Has anyone had their wallet on AlphaBay reset to 0.0?

Hello,

I deposited a little under 1 BTC earlier tonight.

It showed up in my account and I made a purchase/entered escrow for an item costing ~0.42 BTC.

That item entered escrow fine.

I then attempted to purchase/enter escrow on another item that cost ~0.28 BTC (while still having over 0.5 BTC in my account) and as soon as I clicked purchase on the 2nd item, it took me to the funds deposit page and reset my balance to 0.0.

After looking at the blockchain.info for the deposit and subsequent transactions, everything looks to have had at least 5 confirmations.

Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone know what is going on?

This "fresh account" flare is a really good idea.

Throwaways are usually used to tell lies. I'm no fan of alphabay, but these guys should use their main accounts to stand by their words, instead of saying them in a funny voice.

When I see "fresh account", I imagine the words being said in a foreign accent, or a Mike Myers Dr Evil voice. "Is that an EVIL petting zoo?"

They have currently disabled any large deposits, which they won't admit to, and they have been randomly emptying users accounts for months now....there are dozens of reports of this happening just in the last week, yet everyone just ignores it, keeps depositing and pretends they are not scamming and posts regarding the issue on reddit are being randomly deleted and buried so no one will see them. So yes, many many people have experienced this before and no one seems to give a fuck so why would they not continue to do it?
