ReximusMaximus - Customer Service complaint

I hate to put a vendor on blast like this, but I just wanted to speak my word on a situation. This isn't anything dealbreaking, just upsetting.

I placed on order about two weeks ago. It was said to have shipped the next day. Five business days later, nothing. I contacted the vendor, just trying to see what's up. He got back to me the next day, told me to send him my order number and date I placed it. The next day he gave me tracking, it said it was shipped to an address in Kentucky. I contacted him and told him this was not my address, along with what the correct address is. At this time, his profile has been updated and he is taking a break to deal with OPSEC and other things. He said he'd be around to answer some messages. He wasn't. Four days later, he contacts me and says that he has no record of my address, and would usually only offer a 25% reship, but this one time he'll give me a full one. Though I'm going to be receiving a full reship, it was heavily implied that he thinks I'm trying th scam him. I don't like being called a liar, especially when the vendor made the mistake. I heavily disagree with a reship policy of 25% when the vendor doesn't even ship your order. The fact that he is FE only is even more worrying. I heard so many great things about this vendor, but I guess the customer service is lacking. I love his product and shipping speeds (when he ships) but if you have a problem with your order don't expect to treated fairly.

So wait, he's giving you a 100% refund when it's usually 25% and you're putting him on blast??? This is the first complaint I have EVER heard about him. You should be thanking him.

Rex is by far the best vendor ever. I can't explain how great his customer service is. He has gone out of his way to ship me products before I paid for them before, then when I accidnelty double paid, refunded me the extra amount.

I found his customer service to be good. Have an order again with them. He has been active on DHL. He offered a full reship. I don't see why you should be complaining so much. A lot of customers try to scam vendors and he is a big one. Fuck ups are bound to happen once in a while. He was probably dealing with his team to get everything better organized so things like that don't happen again. Take the reship, and take your business some where else then instead.

You literally should never shitpost again. Rex is the best vendor on the markets, and the fact that you're getting a reship proves it. Take your hurt ego and gtfo. I hope he blacklists you.
