I posted recently about not being able to connect to WiFi using tails. Are their any other OS like tails? Someone on another forums suggested Liberte? Any thoughts on this?

Whonix, but you have to know your way around a VM

Whonix sounds like it might work, but I have no experience using it. A quick google search indicates people are using it for darknet stuff though. Found it on prism-break.org, sounds like it might share some DNA w/Qubes.
What's stopping you from fixing your wireless issue or buying a compatible/working wireless adapter?
Linux doesn't have drivers for some wireless cards - you have one of those. Get an Atheros wifi card for $8 on eBay. Problem solved.
Other distros will not solve this problem, they all share these difficulties. There are some distros that include proprietary (closed-source) drivers to enable a couple extra cards, but you don't want to do that. And none of them are the anonymity distros.
Just get a more compatible card (Atheros).
And FFS, don't use Liberte Linux. It hasn't been updated since 2012. Do you have any idea how many security holes have been found in Tor Browser since 2012? Hundreds, probably.
