all dark net arrests

Not by a long shot (To be fair - the link does not say "all")

But they got this part right:

More than 40 people

Way WAY more

Here's a good place to start (search for "An Australian student’s MDMA was"):

http://www.gwern.net/Silk%20Road

And is also pretty far from having all.

I wonder what is the most common cause of people getting busted? Does it come down to: if they (FBI, DEA) decide to target you, you are going to get caught? Or is it strictly mistakes that compromised security?

This makes me not want to buy anything even more, NJ seems to be close to a lot of those arrests.

Any reports of a Canadian CD? I'm curious what their stance is on this, they're usually pretty close to the US

One of the difficulties is knowing if it's def DNM related. Some arrests are almost surely DNM but it's hard to know for sure. For example- there was that guy Tom Watson in Virginia who was almost surely a DNM arrest and he beat the rap with the "return to sender" sharpie trick. Pretty awesome story.
