Trusted vendor said they'll refund me but its been 5 days now

EDIT: Received the refund! Only lost half a bitcoin because of Agora fees.

I FEd over 10 BTC on an order with a legit vendor that has been around since SR1 and has over 500 sales on Agora. They went into vacation mode over 24 hours after i ordered and said they'll refund my order. Its been 5 days and i haven't received a refund but i have received messages from them daily saying they will refund or reimburse my bitcoins so i know they are logging in. I even gave them a bitcoin address to send the bitcoins to.

I don't know what to do. I haven't left feedback yet and i know the vendor can just wipe the order in less than 9 days. Any advice?

Why would you give them a BTC address? The refund should be handled using Agora. Tell them you'll have to open a dispute if they don't give you your refund tomorrow, then open it if they don't.

Sounds kinda like you got scammed, man. I would definitely contact the market, and you may want to let us know who the vendor is so no one else does the same thing.

Name of vendor pls :)

If they're logging in they can very easily take an extra 15 seconds and refund your coin. They're playing you. Open a dispute.

Glad you ended up getting your coin back.. that's a good chunk of change.. sounds like a stand up vendor

Wow, I'd be freaking if I were in your position. I'm glad you got your coins back though. 10BTC... holy shit man. I'm not going to try and give you a lecture on FE'ing, you've heard it all before and you obviously gave it some thought before sending over 10BTC. Man that could have gone bad quickly...
