bank account frozen after poor circle OPSEC, what to do?

my assests are frozen and i need to go in and talk to someone in order to get it back to normal. if they ask about bitcoin, what do i do? my last few transactions will show circle obviously...i know i should have been smarter but whats the best thing to do here?

Bitcoin isn't illegal. Circle isn't illegal. There are plenty of reasons to use bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. If you ever HAD to answer a question, you could simply say that you were paying a friend for a service, and that was their preferred payment system (or that you were investing, or that you were donating, etc. etc. etc.).

depends on the bank, and their security measures...sometimes if your trade volume exceeds the normal person "limit", they will freeze your account and ask if thats right and what you are doing, they dont think your a drug lord right now, they think you try to avoid taxes and stuff, thats more likely

Damn ppl need to be extra aware of direct Circle - market type shit, I thought they just shut your acct down, this is bordering on police level involvement for sending fucking coins to a market you may or may not be buying something illegal off of. Or are markets entirely illegal? Idk
