Should I be worried about this package I signed for?

Ordered directly from a vendor site. Paid for express shipping. Pack arrived, but I was asked to sign for it (first time I've ever had to do this with a pack, but it's also the first time I've paid for Express). I signed, grabbed the pack and went home.

While opening the pack, I saw on the mailing envelope that it said "waiver of signature requested."

Should I be worried that they had me sign for it anyway, or is it likely just a case of a dummy employee?

Most likely employee mistake. Domestic express packages never require a signature unless it's over night (!but even then a sig is rarely required )

If there was anything to worry about. You would know about it by now.

The pack contained a live video recording and GPS device locating your every move. The DEA are live streaming your activities as you type right now. If you can see the pack, put in in your darkest pair of black socks, this will block the vision. Then put the sock as deep in your sock draw as possible to muffle the sounds you make.

Keep an eye on your window. Once the pack moves the DEA will move in. Remain calm. Sit in the loungeroom and pretend to put the socks on but notice there's something unusual about one of the socks.

Then proceed to tell them you bought the socks at an expensive sock store and they were packaged as such.

Case closed

Good luck buddy

most postal services require a signature as proof of delivery. If they also required to ID yourself, that would be a different story.
