Dream Took my Money

EDIT: I will not be providing the transaction info because I didn't tumble, or screenshots of the conversation because I could fake them anyways in about 5 minutes if I felt like it and so could your 6-year old niece. I do not think that Dream market intentionally took my coins, but that a bug misdirected them and the admins are unwilling to fix the issue.

As stated. Last Monday, (8 days ago), I deposited a measly 160 dollars into the market. The site went down immediately after I sent the BTC, and when it came back up there were more than enough confirmations but no money.

I didn't get phished; I change my password prior to every deposit because I'm anal.

Xray's communication has been spotty at best, and he just denies responsibility repeatedly. Although I didn't lose some huge sum of money, I would like it back. There was no mistake on my end, and as far as I can tell the disruption to the site is what caused this.

Just wanted to share; I'll accept donations, sympathetic words and heavy trolling. Thanks errbody

Lets see the BTC Tx then, as well as screenshots of your conversation with X-Ray.

Changing your password all the time provides literally zero phishing protection... Sounds like a pain in the butt for something that doesn't actually improve security.

Why would a market as big as Dream care about 160 U.S.?

Oh man no way! I ordered some spores from dream and they arrived, I hope my BtC aren't unsafe there...

Dream seems to operate like a severely bipolar entity.

I had an order that I expected to take around a month to arrive and it was in escrow. I kept extending the escrow to keep the money safe while the order was in transit. It got snagged in customs according to the tracking # the vendor provided after he saw it got stuck.

At the thirty day mark, the Dream system itself automatically opened a dispute stating " this order is taking to long. dispute opened"

I logged in to find the mod assigned to the dispute had stated if I didn't log in within 24 hours he was releasing escrow. That seemed like a berk thing to do given the vendor and I had already handled the situation between ourselves like adults. He was reshipping the pack Ems at his expense and providing the tracking for it as soon as it showed up in the system. We both replied in the dispute conversation that the issue had been discussed and resolved so far between the vendor and customer and that the vendor would be providing the tracking # in a reply to the dispute as soon as it was active on the tracking site. The mod then came back with a reply "No reshipping shit unless I fucking tell you too. Customer escrow returned to customer." So in one dispute conversation, it went from screw the customer if he doesnt long in today to, fuck you vendor even though you already reshipped and have proof"
