It seems like every time I go to their onion site, I get the "quota exceeded" error. And the clearnet site only tells you to go to the onion link.
Did they give up?
Has Blockchain.info given up on Tor?

I get the same message. I haven't been able to connect in weeks. Fuck em.
Use an electrum wallet (on tails) and use blockexplorer.com or walletexplorer.com for block chain monitoring.

You could always use a web proxy to surf to blockchain.info/address/addressinquestion

A crapton of applications make requests to blockchain.info through tor, so when they allow 100 request a minute per IP, you might be on an exit node that has exceeded the quota.
There is nothing you can do about it.

Could be your device. I only received that error opening on tor browser while using a windows OS. Never from android or TAILS.
