People should consider using a Tyvek envelope as to enclose the vac sealed/mbb inner packages. Then place the whole bundle inside your mailer or box. Tyvek is very hard to puncture or rip. Very tuff stuff. If you want to go on the cheap the Chinese equivelent to Dupont Tyvek is also available. Discuss...

The baggy Priority envelopes from USPS are Tyvek and free.

You can still cut tyvek with a razor pretty easily but if its inside other packaging its probably harder for probe to get into. Im surprised more vendors dont use it actually. I used to work in a mailroom and we used tyvek for everything.

+1 this idea... ive actually had an order come with it before, i think canadaflag(canadian vendor) used it one time for me along side MBB. id love to see more vendors using it.

umm the express envelopes and priority ones in usps offices are free and tyvek
