Security question regarding Amazon refund offers

There's been a couple of items I've wanted to purchase and honestly don't feel like paying the ridiculous cost for them so I've been looking into utilizing one of these SE (social engineering) offers. From what I see it looks like they need your Full Name, Email, Billing Address, Order # and some other minor things in order to do what they do.

Feedback has been stellar for the vendors I've looked up in regards to this but my question is: Having this information can these vendors do anything malicious to the accounts afterwards? They're being given a good amount of information that could possibly lead to hacking later on (I'm not expert so maybe I'm overthinking and being paranoid). I would obviously change my password and email associated with the account after the transaction but is there anything else to safeguard or prevent something from happening?

I can see nothing bad ever happening after sending a professional scammer your personal information. Seems legit.
