Is there anyway I could get a fake prescription written for something? I know I've heard of it here on the DNM's before but I don't know if it was just a myth or not.
Fake Prescriptions?

Script pads have the doctors name, signature, and some other identifier like a number. So it's going to be pretty obvious to the pharmacy you take the script to, that it's either fake or they just won't fill it.

The likelihood of success or arrest hinges on the difference between "fake" script and "forged" script.
If by fake you mean completely made up, then no, it won't work.
It is possible to forge a prescription using a stolen pad. Still pretty risky. Important factors: -Do you have a history of using this pharmacy?; -Do you know how that specific doctor confirms authenticity (if/when the pharmacy contacts them--they do not always contact but often they will for schedule II); -How presentable and confident you appear; -Time of day and probably many others...
For example, I know a woman who works as a receptionist at a doctor's office. She has successfully taken blank rx pads and wrote herself out an rx for adderall (schedule II) on numerous occasions. She only had them filled when she knew the doctor's office was closed. She also probably knew about their confirmation process. My guess is that the pharmacy would leave a message, and fill the rx. The next morning she would go into work and probably was the person checking the messages. So she could delete delete the ones related to her forged scripts before forwarding the other inquiries to the doctor. Or maybe she was the person who was responsible for talking to the pharmacy and confirming prescriptions.
I don't know. I wouldn't do it. Just find a shady doctor. They're everywhere, but usually a well kept secret and take new patients only through referral of current patients.

I can guarantee it won't work. It'll take them all of about 5 seconds to realize it's fake. Especially on a C2.
