Let's say an individual was considering opening a dispute, what all things would said individual have to do? Also is it reasonable to dispute something if it's been over two weeks, messages not being responded to, and the vendor stating on their page they have yet to receive the items they are vending even though they've already marked orders as shipped. The individual only made a small order (less than 15$) for a legal item. I don't think the vendor would loose anything, since it seems nothing has been shipped yet. So with this it seems like the vendor shouldn't be pissed, but even if they are the mentioned individual will more than likely not use this vendor again due to inconvenience, so it doesn't matter too much if they are (this individual is usually not a screw everybody else for their own sake type of person, but in this scenario this person is beginning to lean that way)
