Looking to buy a death certificate...from South Korea.

IDs and other forged paperwork I remember finding on Silk Road when it was up but I don't recall if anyone specialized in Korean or any foreign documentation. Can anyone lead me to the right direction? Not really proud of asking but hey it's honestly the least worst thing I tried finding on the dark web with the best intentions.

My grandfather had a heart attack and my sister attempted suicide last month. This was all in South Korea and I dropped everything to fly there and support my sister as well as my extended family (aunt was going through a divorce as well). Unfortunately, my academics suffered and I'm looking into hardship withdrawal. These were severe events for me but my university requires either a family death certificate or my own personal medical history. Neither really applies to what happened.

Worst and most likely case scenario: I retake the course. But if I can find a decent counterfeit and save tuition money over a family crisis, then hey I won't lose sleep over it.

Depends on if they require one on official paper or not. If not find a korean death certificate and just change the name on it and information on it to meet your needs. You could even use ms paint to do this

That's OUTRAGEOUS that they are allowed to straight up demand that info. But anyway, there will def be some darknet photoshop wizard who will whip you up a photocopy of that sort of thing. I expect the person you're thinking of is/ was "perfectscans".

Be warned though a friend claims that perfectscans is now working/ or suspected of working with LE. I have no idea if that's true but that was what the SR2 grapevine told me. So, go for someone else. Check their feedback, set up a throw-away safe-mail.net email account for them to send it to and you'll be all good.

Also: for recommendations try the forums over at Evo. They're a nice bunch of folks.

But, er, can the college look the death up on the death register themselves? I guess not? In some countries you can.

I'm horrified they're allowed to ask for that kind of info from someone who's grieving. Jeez. When I've had relatives who've died I have never once had the death certificate to hand! and would hate to ask whoever did! And, really sorry to hear about your grandpa and sisters' respective problems - I hope all is well now. xo

Go to the doctors and say you have depressing. Grab a doctors note. I done it when I was booted out of university and it worked.

I know it sounds silly. But, have you tried asking on 4chan? There might be somebody there who would even be willing to do it for free.
