I had 3 orders that had 1 day left before they were to auto-finalize. So, I went and sent all 3 into the complaint section to open a dispute and I left a message asking them to be left in the dispute category until I actually got the product.
I logged in later today and all 3 orders were finalized and no longer under the reclamation page.

sorry for your bad experience with Nucleus. All 3 orders are finalized because you set dispute wrong. There is written: "As the customer I want back:" and you set 0 % instead of 100 % and vendor accepted your offer. There's no autofinalization active.
We are glad you can agree with vendor on reshipment.
