Pretty sure I'm getting fucked. Please advise.

Usually, I order from est. vendors, so I haven't had many serious issues, and I am not sure what to do here.

The facts: I ordered from a new wax vendor on Dream, escrow, with good reviews. Within hours, he marked it as shipped (07/06). The next day messaged me telling I'd recieve the pack in 2-3 days and asked for FE. I politely told him I couldn't help him out with that. I hoped the reason it got marked so quickly was bc he had prepared the pack to be shipped the next day- which he promises in his listing.

He sketched me out with the FE thing, and I haven't gotten the pack which was supposedly shipped Priority. Today I messaged him to ask what was up, and to ask if he could give me an ETA. He told me to check "tomorrow or the next day." Obviously, if he has a tracking number he wouldn't have to guess.

Meanwhile, his page looks funky. Ratings that I saw yest. (ex. 2 from 2 days ago, no text, just 5 stars) aren't there today. I ordered 7/5, but his join date is now given as 7/6. Yet, he had like 20 good ratings when i ordered. How could any of that be?

I messaged him back, told him I was concerned that he didn't know the ETA, and asked him for tracking. Should I have done that? How should I handle this from here on out?

EDIT: VENDOR IS GROWERDIRECT. I've initiated a dispute. Seems he's asking others for FE, too.

Sounds like growerdirect. He did the same thing to me just now, messaged saying it's shipped and asking for Fe.

He just told me he was backed up on orders and didn't ship until Monday. Well here's hoping.
