How to ensure quick BTC transfer from localbitcoins to Dream?

Last time I bought BTC a few weeks ago for the first time since it blew up, I used 65sat/B (or whatever the units are), not knowing that nowadays that's too low, and it took about 9 days to go through from my Electrum wallet to Dream.

Gotta make another order ASAP and my question is: how can I set a higher transaction fee on Localbitcoins? I often do LBC -> mixer -> Dream and have never had it take days, but I'm really worried it's gonna take over a week again; am I at risk for that?

2nd question: alternatively, does anyone know of an exchange I can buy bitcoin cash with USD at a reasonable fee, that doesn't take several days to process? I'm outta luck trying to find one

Thanks so much

When you withdraw from LocalBitCoins it will set the fee appropriately for a quick confirmation. You don't get to set the fee, but don't need to. They will send it with a sufficient fee. Just remember that you can't withdraw all of your money because some will need to be used to pay for the fee.

Isn’t localbitcoins segwit?

Try paxful.com ,i read a comment the other day that seems plausible. Basically the guy said to create a burner email to sign up with. They don't confirm Id up to a certain point. Then when you transfer from paxful wallet , it leaves the wallet in the negative. I know this is possible. A few months ago, I bought btc for first time from them and when I came back after the transfer, my account was ~ -8 neg. I asked support and they said it came from transaction processing.
