Long story short I was helping my friend buy some norcos from The Doc and after reading all the reviews we felt like he would be a good vendor to get his feet wet in the DNMs. Right off the bat, he messaged TheDrRx and he replied immediately about how to order the quantity he wanted. Feeling confident, he submitted an order for a decent amount of norcos. Two days later it was marked shipped and autofinalized. For those of you who don't know, due to TheDrRx's high level of trust and positive reviews, he can autofinalize a deal after its marked shipped and it will release the coins to him.
Over ten days go by (his limit before asking for the tracking) and we do not see anything on our my.usps app and have yet to receive anything even after selecting the priority 2 day shipping option. We send him a message asking what is going on, also asking for the tracking number but all we recieve is silence. This goes on for about another week before we get fed up and threaten negative reviews and to get AB's support team involved.
Once he hears that we have created a thread on the forum, he immediately responds apologizing all over himself and offering to make it up to us and will send out a ton more to make up for it. At the time my friend was okay with this. He said he was having trouble with shipping and problems with alphabay and a few other reasons why January just wasnt his month. Now, personally I do not like to give someone negative reviews until its for sure a scam or just a shit order.
Shortly there after, we receive another message from him saying he found our order and sent us the tracking. Well the tracking he sent was for someone elses address. I sent him the order number and the exact address I had sent him before and asked him to double check once again between the address I had just sent him and the address in the buyer's notes to show that he had sent it to the wrong address. However, once again nothing and nothing continues to show up in my inbox for the 3rd week after his last message.
So I reopened an investigation on the AB forums and hopefully some good will come from this but for those of you thinking he is the reliable vendor he used to be, he most certainly is not. I was forced to give him the worse review I have ever given someone on the DNMs during my tenure unfortunately. My two cents is that if you are going to scam then why lead them on for another month? So you can ruin their DNM experience further? Not cool man, and I am definitely never ever going to order from this dirt bag again.
I'm sure others have had great experieces in the past but I would be wearry moving forward with future orders with TheDrRx.
Update/Clarification: When I had originally told DrRx that the address he sent to was wrong and asked him to double check the buyer notes along with the address I sent him to double confirm, he did not respond although his account showed that he did log in for the next 3 days before going MIA.
Fastforward to today, his most recent login was Feb 7th, still no reply and I am sure others are also worried as the threads continue to mount. I have still have yet to hear anything from AB "support" on the matter. I sure do hope this gets rectified soon and we can all go home happy.
So what were his excuses? He was Mia uncharacteristically long. He finally logged back in the other day.
