I have a prescription for a C-V substance that's super expensive in the US (~$600/month). Is buying the amount prescribed via bitcoin on the darknet for way cheaper technically illegally if I have a valid prescription?

The only place that can legally fill a prescription is a pharmacy.

Do it. I've ordered medication from overseas and it came in professional packaging from a pharmaceutical company.
It varies by medication so if you find anyone else that's done it and commented on their experiences, go for it anyway.

Since we are on the topic...how risky would it be to order small amounts of this and have sent for EC testing? Is it 'addictive'? Does it make you drowsy like gabapentin somewhat does? And no, gaba doesn't always make me drowsy. Just sometimes. Lately, it only makes me sleep heavy when I take it before bed....I've been salvaging the last of my somewhat large gabapentin scripts for whenever occasions. But this sounds interesting to me.
Also, what about cymbalta? My father was prescribed it to try for his nerve pain. Have not asked about his trials with it though.

Here's the actual law:
It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess a controlled substance unless such substance was obtained directly, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, from a practitioner, while acting in the course of his professional practice, or except as otherwise authorized by this subchapter or subchapter II of this chapter.
It looks like no, if the substance is controlled, buying it from DNM is not legal.
In practice, simple possession is never prosecuted federally, so you should be fine.
Have you gotten lyrica before? Order off the dn, then just put those tabs in your medication bottle. Plain and simple.
