Is showing somone how to buy drugs on the darknet illegal?

A friend of mine wants to help sick people get access to drugs otherwise unavailable from the pharmacist (THC/CBD oils etc.)

They think it is not against the law to show someone this information but im unsure if it is or not

Could anyone clarify if it is illegal or not to show people how they would go about buying drugs online?

Thanks,

A LEO told me that using the deepweb isn't illegal, its the whole conspiring to ship drugs across state lines that is.

Anybody is aloud to explore the deepweb/darknet. It's the matter of actually ordering illegal drugs and having possession.

Edit: obviously CP is highly illegal and if you look at/for it you're a fuck boy and should drink bleach but, you get the point.

Nope, that's a big no-no. Just have your "friend" or SWIY distribute them if need be. It's going to cause more problems than it's worth otherwise.

just browsing the DNM's is not illegal in most countries...you can even buy btc, transfer it to the market wallet and create a wishlist...as long as you don't purchase the drugs, you do not act illegal. I dom't know any law that covers this situation (EU & USA) where you become guilty or have to pay a fine or something.

If your country prohibits / blocks the access to the tor-network, it could be possible that even just browsing the markets is against the law, but I don't know how countries like China or Turkeye (Türkei) handle it...I just know that they block direct access to the tornet, so these people have to use bridges ^
