Customer emailed from hotmail, unable to reply

I have been accepting DD's to my bigralphexpress sigaint email for some time and recently someone emailed me from a freaking hotmail account. I replied but received notice from hotmail that sigaint is blocked. So I'm unable to reply to this guy. I'm just thinking, what the hell do I do here? He's going to think that I am just not responding, but I can't. lol. My even bigger question is, who the hell uses hotmail?

  1. Don't be stupid.

  2. Sign up for a different email (ruggedinbox, openmailbox, anonymousspeech).

  3. Send an encrypted, signed email telling the buyer to use a better service.

  4. Start thinking for yourself.

Oddly I've had this happen before when sending to gmail. I was corresponding with someone (non DNM related) with a sig email and it was working fine for weeks and then suddenly it bounces back. I can't R remember the exact error but it sound similar to this. I messaged the sigaint support and they offered to dig in to help but it started working again. It was weird.

Do people still have hotmail addresses? I thought it was shut down a long time ago.
