Agora - Finalize to recieve refund? (refund process)

I had an order I placed weeks ago. Vendor marked confirmed, never shipped. Time went buy - I disputed the order with Agora. Another week goes by and I finally recieve this message:

Order finalization

The vendor has set a refund on this order. Upon finalization, 0.19490197 will be returned to your account.

By finalizing this order you are confirming that you have received the product/service and the money will be released from the escrow to the vendor.

Is this the normal refund process on Agora? I am a little off b/c I have to finalize & release the coins before I get coins back as a refund. Am I safe? Can ayone confirm this is the normal process? Thanks.

As other people already told you: yes, this is normal on Agora.

You will have to finalize to get your refund.

Okay guys, it seems this is par for the course, and just how Ag works. It's a vendor initiated refund (good guy vendor) - so it might work differenlty than other returns people have gone through. I'm going to go for it. It's not much so I'm gonna give it a try. I'll follow up if anything does'nt work out as expected.

Yes, it's the normal process. finalize it and you will receive your refund. It's automatic and I have had this before.

This is normal for all agora refunds. Anyone who says otherwise is lying or never had a refund on agora. I have had multiple and yes this is how it works.

All's good. I clicked finilized -> taken to page that reminded me I was recieving a refund after clicking confrimed -> coins right back into walled. For future reference: If you are going through a VENDOR initiated refund, you'll be asked to finilized, confirm, THEN you'll get the coins back in your wallet.

Sounds like a scam.

I've relieved refunds on Agora and it doesn't require any buyer finalization that I can recall.
