Anxiety relief - UK ?

Hello all, ill keep this short, I can suffer heavily with anxiety from time to time (Still in treatment) but im not sure which benzos are best for me,

In the past I have used HBB, UKB, UKXAN and the realheara,

UKXAN's prices seem good on the Mylans but their is no feedback for 9 days ?

Should I go with alprazolam due to how quickly and effectively it works or go for something with a longer half life from hera like diazepam, clonazepam etc.. ?

all help welcome, and I know its not the answer but I am getting help with my issues.

benzos are not the answer to anything other that short term extreme anxiety, (think, your family just been in a car accident). using them for anxiety for more than a day or 2 will not help your life at all. go to your doctor, ask for Propranolol hydrochloride (half Inderal), a beta blocker, this will help a lot with anxiety without turning you into a drooling mess. benzos are fun, but stick to recreationally use around people who won't mind you being bared out. good luck

Coming from a benzos addict of 6 years don't do it. You will fall into the same pattern most of us do.

It's so easy to pop a benzo and everything becomes ok. That wears off after a while and you need more or other things.

I'm now a junkie and benzo addict. I've tried rehab once and failed.

If only I had sort other means of treatment instead of benzos.

I'm also on propanol and if I had tried this before benzos my life my have turned out differently. Talking to a professional might help to.

Good luck

If you are intent on using benzos for your anxiety I would try Etizolam from a legal RC vendor's website. I have to warn you though, I have been down this road self-medicating with benzos (Alp and Etiz) and every time I've had adverse effects such as worsening depression, increased anxiety over time, fits of anger and sadness, and a gnawing "dull head" feeling. This combined with the fact that you don't have a medical professional monitoring your usage/dosage can be a bad thing.

All in all, if you are suffering from anxiety/depression, benzos are risky to self-medicate with. If you're intent on getting better, talk to a doctor and psychiatrist honestly. It is what's best for you. Good luck and keep your head up.
