[Complaint/Warning] Nothing Gold Can Stay

You all did this. 5 years ago, the Silk Road was coming up. It was a small, but slowly thriving market. The Hidden Wiki was just that - hidden. Bitcoins were $2-3 a pop. Everything was on the dl. And then, the needy conforming users of reddit had to make a fucking page on a clearnet website ADVERTISING illegal darknet marketplaces. Why. Why does reddit have to ruin everything? Why can't you keep your mouths shut? Why can't you just enjoy what you have instead of bragging about it to everybody else? Learn to live for yourselves for fucks sake! What makes you needy fuckers tick? What made you think this was a good idea? Everything is going to sh- scratch that. Everything has gone to shit.

I really don't care if I get banned at this point. Maybe something will rise out of the ashes. Who knows. And maybe it will last a little while. But, as always, the new-age clingy conformists (maybe not even reddit) will fuck it up. As always.

theres my rant. go fuck yourselves.

I remember those days and even before SR1 with TFM and others. I remember being ticked off when btc reached 10 bucks. I agree it was much more low key back then. I think once SR1 was taken down back in 2013 and it broke on the major networks (cnn, bbc, fox, etc) the DNM's began to experience enormous growth. It went from having only a few selective close-knit sites to a plethora of markets within a short period of time. The scene began to change....
