Ordered 25 pills, got 18. Am I screwed?

Here is the vendor reply when I asked about it. "i may have sent you something meant for someone else by mistake. if you release funds ill send you 12 to make up for it. i lost a few packages and need to free up some money so i can send out the rest of my stuff. resend your address" I may be paranoid, but this is setting of alarm bells. What do? Eat the loss( with semipoor rating for vendor on site) or keep pressing the issue? I don't want extra pills. I only want what I paid for. And to not go to jail.

Cut 7 of them in half. Problem solved.

Who is the vendor and what site? Vendors make mistakes too. If you believe he could have made a mistake. Release the funds. If you don't trust him. Take it to resolution centre.

Wait before reviewing either way.

1/5 if you release but don't get anything.

5/5 if you go to resolution and get some money back. Shit happens.

5/5 if you release and you get your pills.

I may be even more paranoid, but couldn't "resend your address" mean that they are under control of law enforcement and this is a trick to get customers to confirm their address that the vendor originally properly secured/deleted? In that case you could wait a while and see if anything hits the fan before contacting them again. Maybe I am too paranoid.

I would say just chalk it up to the game and move on.

He sent 18. Release funds and send address. Asking address is because he deleted yours - a good thing. You got majority and with a little trust will get the rest. Release the funds, don't write review yet, wait til receive or not then review
