Advice on AlphaBay account with lost mnemonic and orders in escrow needed (:

I accidentally formatted my Tails USB stick, including the persisted partition which had my private key on it. I use 2FA for AlphaBay, so obviously losing the private key is a problem. Better yet, I mislabeled my AlphaBay mnemonic phrase as my Electrum phrase, which I then threw away last week after deciding to ditch Electrum.

I know my username, password, pin, private messages, all of my orders, pretty much everything.

There's 0.27 (~$340) stuck in the wallet, which wouldn't matter too much but I owe $200 of that to someone. Also, I have over $1.5k of orders currently pending, and if for some reason they don't deliver, and I at least don't have the option to dispute, I'm gonna be fucked.

Has anyone every dealt with this before? I already messaged AB support once, and without the mnemonic phrase I am apparently fucked. I can absolutely prove that the account belongs to me though.

Does anyone think there's anyway I can dispute an order for my lost account with a different account if need be? I'm honestly kinda scared that I'll get very fucked up for losing this guy's $1.5k+.

I've given up on retrieving the $300 in my wallet (which fucking sucks but whatever) I just need advice on the orders in escrow, thank you.

Um don't use other people's money for orders a promise product? Cover the costs yourself or mention you aren't responsible for lost money. You kinda done goofed

You are indeed fucked, they offer no help without the mnemonic even if you have all the rest of the account info (and some) - and message them politely and regularly over a few months. Would have to be a god-damn dedicated bastard trying to get my £200.

AlphabayIdiot1: Maybe look into a different occupation? This one doesn't seem to be working out.
