tripsit's intentions are honest and good, but I don't feel like we'll have the level of trust needed to communicate about darknet markets on an IRC network that knows our hostname (ie network provider, IP address, state), which can also potentially be correlated to our account here or even on one of the darknet markets. tripsit requires registration with nickserv and obviously has banned the Tor protocol from operating with the service. Is there something that can be done about this?
I know it's to stop abuse, but there's quite obviously a conflict of interests here. I know I'd like to keep anonymous about my role in using each of the sites on the sidebar, and I know many others would feel the same way.
DNM and #BMR were closed anyway because they violated the network rules (everyone who joined just asked for vendors and products, general black market discussion is allowed however no specifics), so I have no idea why it's still advertised in the sidebar here, Pinkslime was asked a few time to remove it.
However feel free to hang around in #drugs etc if you follow the rules ;)
Even unregistered users have a masked IP, at least that's nothing to worry about.
