Who else had their BTC stolen from alphabay?

Alpha02 is claiming 3 people (i assume myself included) have had their BTC stolen. The BTC were apparently credited to a different user accounts and then withdrawn.

I am seeing many people reporting this same issue here and on the AB forums. However, Alpha02 likes to lock any threads discussing the thefts, claiming that the issue is resolved and that all is well.

So a show of virtual hands please, how many of you have been robbed of your BTC by alphabay? I get the feeling there's more than 3 of us...

edit - as a slight side note,

I have seen at least one post on the AB forums which indicate that a seemingly non-scamming users account was credited with someone elses BTC, which implies a screw up in the alphabay back-end rather than BTC stealing malware.

In fact the user whose account was accidentally credited with the other users BTC also appeared to have lost some BTC ->

what a total fuckup

Edit2 -

This thread also also shows that BTC were being credited to incorrect accounts.

Either a shit ton of people are infected with some kind of alphabay-specific BTC stealing malware (why redirect the coins to another AB account rather than to an off site wallet?) or someone on the inside is stealing our coins.

I didn't steal anyone's BTC. It's not my fault if people re-use passwords / get phished / use a weak PW / don't enable 2FA / get a BTC stealer / mistype an address / try to SE to get free coins / any other reason that can cause someone to lose coins. We never, EVER, had such issues with an account while 2FA was enabled (at least, I didn't receive any reports). Losing coins because of one of those reasons is frustrating, it stings, but it's part of the game. Now stop spreading FUD. I already make the relevant tests, and found out that the server hasn't been compromised. I took time to write a full report on this situation.

you are not alone OP and something is most certainly up at DNM's newest darling Alphabay. people are so relieved there is a market that isn't down 24/7 they are failing to see the big picture. shit is going down and has been going down for a while. what is happening can only be described as a long drawn out painful exit scam. like a scab that wont heal funds are continuing to bleed from that site at an alarming rate. how quick are you all to forget. read this and tell me something is not up. go to Alphabays own forums and see the mountain of missing btc threads piling up. OP is right when he says /u/alpha02 just locks those threads and says 'solved'. Solved my ass. The only thing that is solved is we have a market admin that knows how to talk the talk and rob you blind at the same time. A market admin that seems a little too familiar with this subreddit. Some might say he's very familiar with this subreddit.

go on /u/alpha02 unleash your army of shills and bury this comment. we both know time is the only thing standing in the way of the truth and from where im standing i think its safe to say your time is running out.
