Soma, Tramadol or stick to Bud/BCD?

Im RXd some 30mg tramadol which are hardly helpful so I was wondering besides Soma (more on that later) if the 100mg tramadol blister packs are effective or not? Those are really the old mg of tramadol i've seen online. This is for general knee and back pain. I can only think of these three drugs (soma, tramadol and bud/cbd) to be helpful and cost effective. Opiates are out of the question. Any other options besides the mentioned above?

As for soma, I've looked around but can't really find anyone that has domestic soma blister packs, seems as if vendors only send from overseas... at least at the moment.

tl;dr Do you or others you know find tramadol and soma for low to moderate pain helpful and cost effective?

Kratom also may be very helpful, in case it fits your budget and others do not help. But look in clearnet, it is cheaper there

Tramadol should just be otc. It has almost no recreational value unless you have a mild back ache

Tramadol yes, somas a tad overzealous.

Sticking to bud is the safest. I love Tramadol though. Started my opioid addiction.

"Opiates are out of the question"

Uh.. Tramadol is an opiate, a synthetic one.
