Hold Vendors Accountable, A new system Idea.

This shit where vendors are locking funds in by Marking shipped and not shipping till days later is getting STUPID, the customer is sitting there waiting for his product on pins and needles when you have not even shipped it. This seems to be happening more and more since customers can do nothing about it.

Here is what I purpose, if a vendor marks shipped and the post marks do not match the ship date the vendor is fined, 25$ dollars that comes out of their Bond. When the bond reaches 0 they are required to put double the last amount they had to use as a bond last time for having ill behavior. Vendor does not post the new bond he does not vend.

Also markets should start adding the # disputes won/lost ratio and the amount of times they get for late shipping.

Think this would help customers choose vendors who do not bullshit, and give vendors reasons not to bullshit.

Reason I am saying this is, SR1 BMR SR2 I never had a problem with vendors marked ship and them not shipping it till 5 day later. But since I have switched over to Ag and Evo it seems like a every other order problem.

Thoughts ideas?

umm this is retarded. What is to prevent BUYERS from just lying about when the package arrived or was sent?

The problems on the DNM Have little to do with vendors not shipping items but the markets being fucked

The Grand Wizard suspects that cocainecowboys3 would squeal like a prison bitch if vendors started holding buyers accountable for delayed release of escrow.

Look, another thread where people think the darknet is amazon.com.

And I ship on time for 99% of orders.

I am really glad I vend cannabis and not cocaine. My customers never come to me with ridiculous shit like "THE POSTMARK IS A DAY AFTER YOU MARKED SHIPPED!?!?! WTF"

OP why are you so convinced that Agora/EVO is Amazon.com? Your ordering narcotics through the mail, you should be grateful they dont send the cops to your door and keep your money.

Not too many vendors are going to go for that but I understand where you are coming from. A little clarity would be appreciated a lot. I didn't know this went on until just a few days ago. My go to guy had my order marked as shipped and did not post for a week and a half. There was a note added to his vendor page about the issue but that was after I had ordered. Some vendors, particularly those doing high volume sales, don't want to know about relaying supply issues and I can totally understand this too. Bottom line - check the vendor homepage if your item is delayed, they may have mentioned it.

I know it is frustrating when you are expecting something on a certain day, but give them a break. I feel appreciative of the DNM's existenence and it's convienience. Kind of the "better than nothing" attitude about it. I ran an eBay business for about a year, and I did my best to ship daily but things sometimes come up. Out of postage or supplies, crappy weather, Internet going out, ect.. Not to mention I didn't have opsec to deal with and would still get backed up or behind. Every once in a while I would be flat ass broke waiting for paypal to go through and not have money for postage after I had marked shipped and didn't realize it. Just saying that life happens to all of us and I'm always delighted when something shows up because in this game there are no garantees.

A remote administration that is required for vendors to install and a camera to take pictures of said letter or pace with the correct address(vendors then cannot claim u gave em wrong address0 , vendors then have to delete the image after the adminstrator remote view it. PGP that requries both party to also encrypt for the administrator of the site. This would clear up massive amounts of isuses.

My idea is simple. Communication. If a vendor is busy dealing with issues whether it be on or off the markets that's fine. I completely understand. But if there's going to be delays it's always nice as a buyer to know what's up. I wish more vendors would update their profiles as to what's going on. A lot of vendors do this and these are the types of vendors I try to deal with.

This is a horrible idea. The first market that "fines" me for shipping something after I mark it shipped will surely lose all of my business. It's horrible OPSEC to actually mark stuff shipped as you are shipping it or right after you do. Horrible OPSEC.
