DHL support nonexistent?¿

so on DHL i attempted to make a purchase through direct deal through my usual vendor with spare coin as it's cheaper. was notified that my funds were insufficient (like $5/6 off bullshit) so i canceled as i couldn't pay the vendor. yet all my coins are gone? i love this vendor, he has amazing product but sadly only logs in every day or 2 so my refund would be very slow. tried looking for DHL support but there is none i guess? any tips on what i should do? already got robbed by fuck ass local dealers on christmas so i really hope i'm not fucked AGAIN :(

Support takes several days usually. I wouldn't expect an answer immediately. They've always been more prompt than Nucleus though, and they will figure it out in the end. They're running a good ship over there.

Never had to wait more than 24hours for a response from DHL support, They have been the most helpful market support thus far actually

There's a big button that says SUPPORT on your profile page. Click it, and voilà - you can submit a ticket. Only had one issue on this market so far but support handled it within a few hours.

I agree with comments below, you can change the level of importance in your ticket request, maybe that's the reason? Try setting up a new ticket with a higher level priority. They have never taken more than 12 hours to get back to me.

Non-existent? I'm about 98% sure you tried contacting support through the forums rather than the support button on the market. The 2 times I needed them they were pretty attentive.
