I've gathered some information from an email from someone I know that happens to live in Lubbock Texas. Bust was at an apartment complex in close proximity to a college campus. Packages were being sent to a "non-resident" and they were flagged by the usps. There was a sting operation which caused a commotion, I am assuming that person receiving the packs was busted causing this uproar thus the email being sent out to the residents of the complex. TL;DR don't send packs to your name and not your address. It'll get flagged and you'll (maybe) get busted.
EDIT: Pic time https://anonimag.es/image/Npr I edited out the name of the complex...why..idk just to be safe I guess. Flame away good people on the DN :)
What were they shipping?
