Will a vendor selling RC's labeled "not for human consumption" gain plausible deniability?
I know K2 was sold with this disclaimer, that didn't seem to protect people distributing them, just wondering.
"not for human consumption" does NFHC label = plausible deniability for distrubitor?

Lots of people have been busted selling RCs and this has never helped anyone. I've been in the scene for 10+ years and this shit has never saved an RC dealer. Especially if the user dies. Look up the parapalegic dude that dosed 2c* by sticking his tongue in the bag, he got the golden era sites shut down (and they all should have been "technically legal"). Then there was the dude who sold some RC to a kid who had his house broken into and the bag stolen, the kid who stole the bag took it to a party and busted out lines thinking it was coke and people OD'd. They traced the stolen bag of RCs all the way back to the US distributor and charged him.

How much and what would the distributor be selling? Is he selling on the darknet or clearnet? How are payments being processed?
Virtually no one is prosecuted for selling RCs because possession in upon itself isn't illegal. The feds have to do a lot of work to show this thus they generally avoid taking those cases to trial.
Every kratom pack I've ever bought has this sticker on it. One of the criteria sufficient for prosecution under the Analog Act is intent for human consumption, so it might protect those clearnet vendors selling 1P-LSD and AL-LAD.
