--- UPDATE --- The money came in. Whew. A few hours behind schedule, but it's all good.
Still, I'll leave this here as a general warning that BitcoinFog is having technical issues and to tread with caution.
Hey folks. I know this is gonna be met by skepticism by people who assume I'm a shill, especially because this is my first post (I've lurked for a few months, just never needed to make an account before) and I'm not sure how to prove my claims without divulging personal information, but somehow BitcoinFog lost track of about half a bitcoin of mine.
- I deposited the money in BitcoinFog; it showed up in my BitcoinFog account balance without any problem.
- I withdraw the money to a DNM wallet (Agora). About a day later, the transaction is marked "Finished - xxx amount of money withdrawn to account yyy". But from my DNM account, and from blockchain.info, only around a third of the requested money was actually deposited in the account. The other two thirds are just MIA. I can't understand what would cause the service to claim that the bitcoins were withdrawn/transferred successfully when the blockchain evidence is clearly to the contrary. No response from support yet.
Has this happened to anyone else? I read about the big fork earlier this month but I have no idea whether that is relevant to what's going on. If you have any suggestions for how I can prove this without disclosing my identity, I'd like to hear them also.
