Be careful with this guy (GoingPostal,MarijuanaIsMyMuse, etc). Possibly his operation was sold/handed over to a new crew. He tried to fuck me over and then tried to threaten me. Very possibly a selective scammer and if not, he's too incompetent to run a large operation and is completely unethical. Check past reviews.

I ordered off him for years through SR1 etc. with no issue, directly towards the end. I took a break from the markets and when I returned I signed up on Agora under a new moniker. I placed a pretty large order which marked as confirmed (not shipped) the next day. A couple days later I asked if it had been shipped. No answer. I asked again a day or 2 later, asking for proof of shipping (tracking number). He said it had been shipped and that he forgot to update it on Agora. Conveniently doesn't mention the tracking. So I wait for it to show up, since it only ever takes 3 days.

The weekend comes and goes, and I send another message. I politely say that it's been well over the time that an Xpresspost package should take to arrive, from anywhere in the country. I ask for an explanation, however I receive no reply in the next 24 hours, despite him logging in numerous times. So I send him a self-destructing message (which I confirmed he read) and an email. Neither of which garners a response. At this point I start to contemplate when would be the time to contact support. After another day I miraculously get a reply from him over Agora. He tells me there was a mix-up between him and his employee who drops off the packages, and that mine had not actually been sent out, but still marked as shipped. He assures me it will be sent out within 12 hours, and messages me 6 hours later to tell me it's been mailed. This to me seemed like a carefully crafted story, due to me starting to pressure him. But I had little choice but to wait. I asked again for the tracking number. He says it's been lost in the mix-up and that not to worry, it would be at my door in another couple of days. Surprise, those days came and went with no package. I sent him a message on friday evening saying that the package has not arrived. I say it's been well past even the longest estimated time for when he said it had been dropped off, and that it was all a very suspicious bunch of events. He tells me to wait another day and that he was so very sure it would arrive. I wonder if this is the point to contact support or not.

On Monday nothing arrives. I tell him I have been a happy customer for years and that I'm sure we could come to an agreement about reimbursement, rather than get Agora staff involved. He becomes belligerent (even more so than in the short and vaguely rude comments I've been getting up to now) and tells me he owes me nothing. He says he has never had a domestic package go missing, and that I wasn't going to be the first. He said I was taking advantage of him losing the tracking number. I try to reason with him, explaining my viewpoint, and also the stated refund policy but he won't calm down so I decide to dispute. I check after some time and nothing yet, and then I get called in to work. When I get a chance to log in to Agora I see a message from Agora staff. They say (paraphrasing) "We've talked to GP and he's offered you a 50% refund, that's pretty standard for things like this." I also notice a new message in my order with GoingPostal. "Order #xxxxxx has been refunded in full". I assume he realizes I'm not an easy scam and decides I'm not worth the trouble.

A couple days later the threats start. He says he will contact all the big vendors and make sure I would never be able to order ever again, that my area would be blacklisted, that if I ever vended I would be destroyed and ripped off, threatened to expose my address and the name, etc. etc. etc. Turns out he's a piece of shit. Try not to use the big "supervendors" that sell like every drug.
