$140 was withdrawn from my account to a an address I don't recognize while I was offline. pls help

I deposited around 140 dollars into my Trade Route wallet and placed an order. The order was cancelled and 2 hours later the refund was sent to my account. In my transactions it says that the refund was sent the same instant my funds were withdrawn. I've contacted support and after a full day I've gotten no response. Is there anything I can do?

I did use the correct link

Update: I messaged the vendor and he says he doesn't remember cancelling the order

Well support is going to be best with helping you here.

But, it seems like you're getting slammed by people saying you got phished. You probably didn't, if you used the correct link like you say.

There is a high chance this was an error on TradeRoutes behalf and they should fix it if it was indeed an issue on their end.

However, if you fucked up, you fucked up sir.

But I have a question for you,

Do you use 2FA authentication to log in to TradeRoute?

First let me say that sucks to have money gone without knowing why but....

Literally every time this happens I think "dude, you were just fucked up on something and fucked up something"

I'd like to see the numbers of incidents of "missing" coin for people that use the following 100% of the time: Tails w/Persistent + 2FA + Sober Link Checking/verification versus literally any other dumbass way to do it.

It's lolable that every post jumps to the conclusion that the markets fucked them or they got hacked or whatever when its way easier to explain with 1) idiocy and 2) drugs; both of which this sub has in abundant supply.

Obviously you didnt have 2fa enabled and probably phished. Even if you used the correct link this time. Or you used the same log in details for other sites. Your fault for not using 2fa, you aren't seeing the money again.

What address did you use to get on Trade Route? Post it for us..... Prob a phishing link?

Obviously you got robbed, better call the police!

Could it have been sent to an address you specified for refunds ? I don't use trade route but I know hansa did that so it can't hurt to check

Definitely message TR support and ask them to return your money because its totally not cool for them to just take it from you without asking first. The nerve of them!
