helix blender

SO here's the story. Yesterday morning I sent (tried to send) some btc to helix blender for tumbling. However, over a day later the transaction still isn't confirmed! I just put it into the transaction accelerator but this is well over the "about 15 hours" that helix says I have to send them the bitcoin, after which the helix address disappears. Am I fucked? Is my bitcoin going to just disappear into the ether? Thanks for your help.

Also, I am an idiot and didn't save the pgp key that they give.

Grams says that the blockchain is basically all jammed up right now. It's clearly not affecting all transactions, but it's affecting grams particularly hard right now and I do think they're telling the truth, all things considered. BTC is at an all-time high and there's likely a lot of holders who're trying to sell the high right now and a lot of newcomers trying to buy as they're realizing BTC is not only legit but will continue to grow. Which means the traders moving several bitcoin around at a time are going to get confirmed first and smaller amounts will be left in the queue.

Helix has a record of your bitcoin being sent when it was sent, so the load address going away doesn't change anything. It's just waiting on confirmations. Some users have been waiting for a couple days now. Stuff like this has happened before in the past, I wouldn't be particularly worried. It's frustrating, but patience seems the only reasonable response at the moment.

Can you check the status of your mix in Helix to see if it still shows your unconfirmed input payment?
