Much love to the staff at Abraxas

I cannot give my thanks or love enough to the team at Abraxas!

My first ever DNM purchase and it went sour. Vendor FlyingFlamingo seemed like a very generous user, painting himself as a kind soul. But after waiting an incredibly long time for my order to arrive I log back in and discover the worst news, the vendor had been suspended indefinitely for scamming. This sucks. I immediately notified the support staff about the situation. It must've been less than an hour later and all my BTC had been refunded, no fuss. I cannot express how much faith that restored in me. The support staff at Abraxas are running an absolutely amazing service and I cannot thank them enough.

If anyone else has stories about great experiences with Abraxas staff feel free to chime in! I just wanted to share my positive story with the /r/darknetmarkets community!

I changed my Abraxas password with KeePassX. Later as I was powering down Tails, I remembered that KeePassX doesn't automatically save changes, and I hadn't manually done so.

Sure enough, I locked myself out. I had about $100-$200 worth of BTC in my wallet, and a deal in escrow.

Fortunatly, I was able to talk to support. Since I had PGP set up, they were able to verrify my identity using that. Huzzah!

i had a rather large order open w/vendor that was split half escrow/FE few days it was confirmed, then the vendor didnt login again for over 3 days. i started to worry and think the worst so i sent a mesg to support asking them to keep a close eye on the situation and mabye i could be refunded the $$ i FE'd if he didnt login soon. and i,d wait out the escrow time on the other half.

i didnt expect much of a replay let alone anything else done. but the next time i login i see i have been refunded the order i fe'd
