Issue with a non responsive vendor

I placed an order with a well known vendor who had several hundred sales on agora/evo all 5/5s. I sent the vendor a message 2 days ago when my product was shipped asking a simple question about the product. The order was marked shipped but after sending a message asking why they have not responded even though they have been online for the past two days. They have yet to respond and I'm slightly sketched about it. I have not used many vendors or been on DNMs for a long time is this common to experience?

What did you ask? Some vendors won't answering questions answered on their profile/ reveals tomuch in their opinion.

how often were they onlibe though.

alot of the time I can only get online for like an hour a day. then I dont even look in the messages.

wait a minute. is it me? cos ergh what happened was , ergh. I got hit by a falling jumbo jet wheel. abd it erased my memory.

on a serious note. you didht say if you messaged him on the order page or pm. so if not try the order page. when time gets tight its orders that take priority.

also dont encrypt it if its not sensitive info. encrypters take a back seat at 5 mins to post deadline too

For me it is, it doesn't seem like vendors care any more.
