Hansa dispute advice

Hello all. I've been using AB for ages. Spent over £1000 on it. I know that will be sweet fa to some of you, but I'm not trying to win any competitions here.

During the maintenance downtime earlier this month I signed up to Hansa and ordered some hash through 1TEAMGB. Bearing in mind I would have been a level 1 with no previous purchases.

Nothing arrives. I dispute just so I can stop the AF what with it being the festive season and all. Vendor is very uncommunicative and has days where they aren't online (I check daily). I can let this slide as this is a time for family and friends.

To give a timescale (UK date format):

Ordered on 13/12/16 Disputed on 20/12/16 Vendor replies 21/12/16 - Only said "I am having trouble with my internet provider" Nothing else, no apology or any offer for a solution. I opted in to allow a Hansa staff member to try and help - 27/12/16.

Still haven't heard anything from both. I get that it is busy, I am a patient man. I haven't gone accusing anyone of scamming or such like.

I am posting here to see if anyone else has had similar problems.

I used 2-2 multisig and didn't FE. Just checking in to see if anyone else has had a similar problem, or can offer me any insight into how the dispute system works with Hansa.

Aye, saying I didn't FE is just force of habit.

Vendor was given 48 hours to comment, they didn't and I'm getting the money refunded.

I'm away from home so haven't checked if that's happened yet but it's a start.
