In the past, I've participated in multiple successful transactions with Humboldt Farms. Usually very smooth, complete within 6 days from payment to doorstep. This time, however, has not been so smooth. I placed my order, paid directly for it, and now I haven't heard back from HF in over a week. I understand there may be delays with my pack. this is not the "when is my shipment going to land???" post. I am posting this to say that I think it is poor business practice to ignore customers. Especially returning customers whose money you have, meaning you technically owe them a product. I feel disrespected at this point. Hopefully it all gets straightened out, it just needs to be said:Communication is key! It can keep everyone at ease. Even if you're scamming, be gentle like Rex and pillow talk me all the way out the door.....

Thats what you get for doing business with Humboldt Walmart. Customer service will never be GOOD from them.
