packs been in customs for well over two weeks with no updates on tracking only that it was handed over to customs then nothing. assuming it was seized, the vendor is not offering a reship immediately and wants to weight it out, should i request a refund through resolving the order? give it more time? which i don't really have, or use the same vendor with a new address...? or new vendor new address all together? worried his packaging methods may be insecure now but his success rate on agora and evo is both very good prior. also extended the time for auto finalization opposed to taking my $.... annoyed and hurting from this especially w holidays coming
