Support ticket queue is now almost completed, and should be completely clear by the end of the day. Any outstanding issues that haven't been resolved at the account level have been noted in the system by support staff and the admins will be processing it for now as the help desk has not been updated yet for us to do so easily.
Withdrawal issues that were experienced in the last few days ocurr regularly on most markets, simply caused by the blockchain on the server not being up to date. Any missing withdrawals will have processed automatically now, if not, please open a ticket and it will be looked into promptly.

The order cannot be marked shipped as it is a multi-sig order and the user has not yet paid the full balance of the order. This is not a bug in the system and has been explained before, it could however be made more clear, which has been handed to the development team for the next updates. We appreciate everyone jumping on the bandwagon with this, but I can assure you this is down to the buyer not paying and nothing more. If you feel this is in error, keep it to a support ticket as Reddit isn't the best place to raise it and now that we are some-what back to normal standards with support responses, we should be able to provide a better service as a whole.
There has also been misconceptions on one person running the market, which is completely untrue. While it would make sense with all of the on-going support troubles, the support staff have had no physical way to respond to support tickets as the help desk has been barely accessible to them to do so. It is still not back to normal now, which is why some things can't be easily managed, but we are able to at least take on queries from users and provide a response as to how it can be resolved. We were unfortunately left a little in the dark by the Admins whilst they completed things behind the scenes.
Something I will remind you of again here, is that the market is in an Alpha testing stage and not a full release. It was built with security in mind, the design came after. Most bugs are caused by the implementation of the design and all of the necessary UI elements not being integrated 100% correctly. The initial response from the community was completely unexpected, beyond anything predicted, however credited to the untimely Trade Route exit which became a blessing and a curse. Another thing to take into consideration here is that the market was built from nothing, no pre-made source to get started and was pretty much barebones from the start for a reason. Every market you see today with the exception of Dream and Sourcery, use an open source market framework which is already established and contributed to. Which of the current markets have had multiple/severe issues? You guessed it, Dream and Sourcery. Most markets get a really easy and slow starting period where bugs are identified by initial users and they can be promptly resolved, where we didn't get that opportunity due to the huge influx of users from Trade Route. Lots of things couldn't be fully tested without a mass of real-world user data and it has helped to identify anything that is out of place, which were fixed quickly. Anything now remaining we are aware of and it is now down to the rest of the higher level team to complete these. I cannot do anything as simply PR staff and can only relay whatever information I am given.
I'd like to sign this off with a sincere apology on behalf of the team, I have been personally pushing for more action from the Admins to get updates out faster and to somewhat restore service for support staff as it would be detrimental on the market, for users especially. I believe once we have established the next updates (hopefully early next week) they will be able to slowly release the new planned features to work towards the promised version 1.0, which will be the first stable release of many.

I initiated a ~1 BTC withdrawl weeks ago. I have been very patient while it has been posted that everything will be taken care of in a day or two to no avail. Multiple support tickets still ignored and this seems to be the case with many.
Being in alpha is one thing but not being able to withdrawl without warning is another.
There is also no way to keep track of BTC/Monero balances. Makes it difficult to keep things accoutable.
Sorry for the public shaming, but people need to know their coin is stuck if they use the market and I will reply back when this is taken care of.
