DHL question

I placed an order last night was a little short on BTC. DHL has the option to place order and pay with in a certain time period. So I went ahead and placed the order and payed the short BTC within an hour. I checked the order today and it is still in active orders and says payment pending and the time has elapsed. The BTC has not shown back in my wallet and the amount owed states 0 BTC.

This was an escrow order, so there is the option to cancel. I guess my question is, is everything fine and I am just waiting on the vendor to accept the order and I need more patience or should I cancel the order and resubmit since I will have the correct BTC amount?

Are you sure it says "payment pending" or just "pending" because that confused me at first as well. Pending just means the vendor has to accept it. If it says "payment pending" but you owe 0, then you need to hit up support, they ought to take care of you.

Just make a support ticket on the market. I had some strange order cancellation on DHL too and I had to get the vendor send back the coins before I could place a new order.
