I placed an order with vendor Bud_Central (who I should have researched beforehand, I later found out was a notorious scammer). He sent me a tracking number which claimed my order had been seized, so I immediately opened up a dispute. Bud_Central agreed that he would give me a full refund, as soon as a supporter was assigned to our dispute.
This morning, when I checked my Dream account, I noticed that supporter "Technic101" had FINALIZED the order rather than refunding me. It appears that the market staff may be in cahoots with this vendor in scamming customers. I had been a loyal supporter of Dream up until this point, but now I will stay away from this market like the plague if they do not fix this. I have attached screen shots so you can see for yourself.

I have sent a message to Technic101 explaining that he finalized my order when the vendor clearly agreed to a full refund, and I have asked him to immediately refund my account with the BTC from the order. When/if that happens, I will update this post to let you guys know that DM staff has taken care of this issue. Otherwise, I just want everyone to know what to expect when opening a dispute on Dream. I am embarrassed that I have supported/defended this market only to be royally screwed like this.
***UPDATE: Believe it or not, the vendor, Bud_Central, sent me a full refund to an external BTC address outside of Dream Marketplace, so he has made good on this. However, I would still be weary of Dream Marketplace staff as they offered me absolutely no assistance in this issue.*
This has been going for a while with this admin. He's either crooked or completely stupid
