I've got a kidney stone so I'm looking to get enough pain relief to last me for a month but I'm poor as shit. Need something strong pain-wise, but idc about getting a high off it. Any suggestions?
Most cost-efficient pain relief?

Torodol is a first line script given in ER treatment of renal ailments.

Please go see a doctor instead of consulting us drug nerds.
I feel your pain with the kidney stones. I've had several and they're hell.
I have much other chronic pain, too, which I manage with poppy pod tea. It can last over 24 hours, so it's perfect for my long night shifts. You can get a whole pound of pods on a certain clearnet site for only $100 plus shipping. This much lasts me well over a month.
I'll add that I do not use the tea daily. At most I take it twice a week. This, of course, means that sometimes I am in pain, and sometimes I am not. Such is life. The reason I space out my doses is because with poppy pods, you're taking three different potent opiates, along with dozens of alkaloids which slow the rate at which the human body metabolizes morphine, codeine, and thebaine, which is why the stuff lasts so long. Poppy pod tea is very risky to use daily, because addiction to it can leave you in a world of hurt. Withdrawing from three different opiates at once is no good, so I hear.
But shit, dude, if you have a kidney stone, you can get pain medicine from a doctor, and a good doctor will assess your condition and give you the best medicine for it.
I've always gotten Toradol for my stones. It does not get you high at all, but it makes the pain VANISH. It's like magic.
Be warned that daily use of Toradol, even over a relatively short period, can have the nasty side effect of internal bleeding.

Opiates on the DNM are very expensive. When I had a kidney stone they prescribed me percocet, hydrocodone, mepreagan, diuladid. (sp) Honestly none of those took that pain away. I would go up to my doctor and get a shot of demerol and that is the only thing that worked. That kidney stone was literally the worst experience of my life. Had surgery and a stint too. Fucking nightmare and the only time I've had suicidal thoughts. You need pharmacy prices. I hope you get well soon.

Kratom if you're really poor.

Tramadol is cheap

I'll probably get a lil heat for this suggetion, but if your opiate niave, you could purchase #4 H and take 10mg to 30mg lines. Heroin is morphine with two acytle group atached. It's stronger too. I know there is a bad stigma with H, but it's pretty much strong morphine. If you you use H with thraputic doses, like mentioned before, you can buy a gram or 1.5g's, and have it last until 30 days. Obviously there is big chance of becoming addicted.
Btw, heroin is 4-5 times the strength of regular morphine.
Most effective pain killer for kidney stones would be an NSAID suppository. Diclofenac 75mg (50mg+25mg suppositories) should be cheap from an online clearnet pharmacy because it doesn't get you high (so there's no black market demand).
Try simple paracetamol/acetaminophen 4x a day plus rectal diclofenac 75mg twice a day.
If you're still fucked then consider an opiate. Oral tramadol or codeine would be a good start, if you're needing heroin you probably need medical help as severe pain not controlled by tablets/suppositories suggests a big stone blocking a ureter or maybe some infection on top.
Also be aware the majority of kidney stones pass within 2 weeks so you shouldn't need a long-term supply. And if it hasn't passed by 2 weeks it's a lot less likely to pass on its own and you need to get medical help.
