Don't download anything but I would like someone to review the code on github. One of the comments on the thread was this:

I've been following this since he first posted it this morning. Have a sandbox environment set up, ready to verify the 10 blocks he says he's going to release.
As for the issue on github, I'm not sure what to make of it. If he wanted to actually use the Bitcoin, he'd be forced to reveal the key for decryption. Sure he could hold onto the documents/Bitcoin for as long as he wants but what's the point? He seems to want to make a profit off of this.
