Slooooow package -experiences with zunidog?

Sorry if I'm all over the place, I'm nodding pretty good right now.

Hey guys, some of you might remember me. I've been waiting for a domestic package for about three weeks now. Vendor's name is zunidog on Agora and he seems pretty reliable. I've also had a good experience with him before. This time, I was required to FE though and the package hasn't turned up yet. I contacted zuni and he offered me a reship. I lost my Ag password unfortunately so I contacted him on BB but he hasn't answered yet (he knows it's me, since I've sent messages signed with my Ag key on BB to him before).

I was afraid my package was intercepted so I've been keeping a clean house for some time now. I placed another order on Friday which got here today (EU shipping mind you, so the delivery speed is really good).

What I wanna know from you guys now: considering the second order went through rapidly, it's safe to assume my address isn't flagged, right? Or have they just not gotten around to flagging yet? It was a personal use amount of Oxy (400mg), btw. In my country, packages are opened when they don't have a return addres and the recipient's address isn't legible. If I'm correct, I assume I shoulda heard from LE by now. Based on the experiences on here regarding CDs/seizures, LE is very likely to make a move within three weeks of shipment.

The other possibility is a plain FE scam. Do you think a reship offer is enough reason to dismiss this scenario? If he wanted to scam, he could've just ignored me afterwards. Don't know if the mail could lose mail here in good ol' efficient Germany. Stealing postmen don't strike me as realistic either.

Thanks for y'alls input on this. I'm relieved since I strongly believe my address isn't compromised if a medium-tier stealth international order comes through.

He also goes by the name stefndl on other markets. He might have asked for FE on agora because of how unreliable its been lately. Can't honestly blame him for that. He's a pretty solid vendor, so I hope all is well.
