Hi all. I made a deposit to the correct address (confirmed by AB) but it didn't show up after 24 hours, so I contacted support and they quickly rectified the issue by crediting the deposit to my account correctly. I then made a few orders using the majority of the BTC I had deposited.
Now, a few days later, the same deposit has been applied to my account again. I opened another ticket with AB stating that this had happened (and referencing my earlier support ticket) but it was immediately closed with "youi got phished".
This alerted me a little, so I checked over my account and I still had the same password, same 2FA PGP key verification, and everything looks good - so I'm guessing it's just an automated response and that nobody really bothered to read my ticket.
So - what should I do? I'm obviously reluctant to spend the coins but at the same time, AB support could have read my ticket in a little closer detail...
We have no means of going through each account to find out who got free coins due to having a mix of automatic and manual credits. So enjoy your coins,
