[OPSEC/Computer]A Shout-Out to the Grand Wizard's Multisiggas -- Multisig is Taking Off at GWL BlackBank.

Since BlackBank came back up yesterday, we have had several orders -- and ALL of them took advantage of the Grand Wizard's Multisig special, thereby proving themselves both thrifty and safety-conscious. It could be that the Evo exit scam was the impetus people needed to get serious about multisig: it could be that people will do a lot of things for $10. Whatever the cause, it appears that multisig is not dead in the water like many (including the Grand Wizard) feared it was.

If you haven't tried multisig yet, BlackBank has an excellent and very clear tutorial which should guide you through the steps. The first couple transactions may be a bit confusing but you'll soon get the hang of it -- and you'll be on the cutting edge of bitcoin security. Learning multisig now will help ease the way toward its widespread adoption, and help you learn how future user-friendly multisig implementations work beneath the hood.

The Grand Wizard would like to hear from other vendors who are offering multisig at their stores. If we all work together, we can help bring about the Aeon of Multisig. As the great prophet Meat Loaf once said, more or less, "two out of three multisig ain't bad." Let's do this thing and make our Darknet markets safer.

You're the vendor we need! No seriously, you're an example how vendors should operate. Thanks GrandWizard!

I've recently created an account there due to everywhere else being down. Looking around and getting the hang of it, hopefully we can see that market get a lot of good vendors like the grand wizard.

I have 19$ in bitcoin.

Is there anything I can get from TGW with multi-sig?

Is it bad I'm more pumped to do multi-sig than to receive any kind of drugs?

The future is here maaaaan!

How does multisig work and how is that different from standard escrow?

[3 Points] BananaKing-BB:

We have had a flood of multi sig orders as well when BlackBank came back up. As much as all week in a few hours!

Very optimistic about the future!

Congrats but your pushing for multi-sig doesn't make sense based upon actual data:

http://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/2kz1ii/more_and_more_customers_are_encrypting_their/

and

https://pay.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/2nue5b/multisig_is_still_not_being_used_while_cleartext/

Both of those and /u/fun-gee clearly show and state multi-sig is being used less than 1% of the time. Yet evo had this and you continue to push this like it's a save-all, all-of-a-sudden.

What's becoming very clear is the push to blackbank. How much did they pay to be put on the so-called "superlist"? Has anyone else noticed that markets who didn't violate those rules don't get put there?

Would you like to know how much it costs to get put there? Did you know that the order is determined by how much you pay?

Not to rain on the multisig parade at BlackBank, but there are some problems with their multisig IMHO. The first thing you do to start a multisig transaction there is deposit your bitcoins in a market controlled wallet. Sort of defeats the purpose of a "trustless" mutlsig system when you have to trust blackbank's admins to not steal from the wallet. I'll give them some credit for at least putting up the window dressing of multisig escrow. When I pointed out the problems with their multisig, their admion didn't even bother to reply to my message. Just my 2 cents.

when the wiz gonna have doz bananannaantril doe?

[1 Points] youtakesally:

It'd be cool that BlackBank would charge a higher commission for the centralized escrow orders. It is for their own interest since having option of multi-sig payment deters hackers and gives a perception of honesty and reliability to the users.

[1 Points] L-U:

So let me get this straight GWL lost about $200? Seriously?

[1 Points] OnlyKenAndRyu:

Where would I find Blackbank's tutorial?

The Grand Wizard awoke this morning to four -- yes, four -- multisig orders. This is more than we ever got during our entire tenure on Evolution and gives us hope that multisig is finally gaining traction.

Where have you gone, TMPSchultz? The Darknet turns their lonely eyes to you, koo-koo-choo.
