Vendors - have you ever blacklisted a buyer? If so, why?

Simple question really. People are often paranoid about a vendor blacklisting them, but does it actually happen, and if so what does a buyer have to do to piss you off enough?

Also - does blacklisting mean you just blacklist their username or will you save their address? Do you share your blacklist with any other vendors?

Sure, there are buyers that I hate dealing with like those who don't leave any feedback when I always leave them feedback. Buyers that don't use pgp, ask for tracking numbers before anything is amiss. Nor releasing payment and letting the 14 days run all the way. Sometimes I'll cancel the order to not clog up the posts for decent folk but there is no physical blacklist as such.

Blacklisting isn't anything but a vendor being petty.

This is an anonymous marketplace... Blacklist a user and what is stopping them from making a new buyer account?

At worst, the buyer's drop will be burned IF the vendor has a fantastic memory or if they keep records (big no-no)

So how can you enforce any blacklist as a vendor?

Pointless when a bad buyer can just create another anonymous account shipping to another address.
