Alphabay support team seams to be gone

I have been waiting almost 24 hours to hear back as the helpdesk forum is being flooded with new posts about missing deposits, withdrawls, and 2FA issues. I know their support isnt fast but has anyone ever had a problem solved by Alphabay support? I'm starting to get nervous

EDIT:

SUPPORT HAS RESOLVED THIS ISSUE.

If they are gone for more than 72 Hours, deserves a Warning on the sidebar about support being unresponsive.

99% of posts in the helpdesk don't warrant or deserve a response, hence there being thousands of "unresolved"

Weird buddies deposit made it 9 conf last night about an hour wait time. One thing that blows my mind is why people don't use the KeePass program built into tails, stores usernames, passwords, URLs, and even can add pin in the comments section. And if your not using tails then your dnm'ing wrong.
