EDIT: Recieved the package eventually. Tracking shows it was delivered more than a week ago but for some reason it showed up in my box today. Still weird I didn't get any communication.
6/9: I FE for one of his listings.
6/10: Pack was marked shipped (priority)
6/16: I message him on the order page for tracking of my package which is just barely late, but still past the priority mail delivery window.
6/18: I message him on his vendor profile to send me tracking for my package which is now just a few days late.
6/19: He posts this: "6.19- Sorry,we have not been online for a few days. We have a ton of messages and we're sorry for anyone who hasnt gotten a response yet. We will be going through all of these. As an update to our situation,we will be taking an undetermined amount of time off...we know this is a big blow since fest season is just starting,but I could not let my team and I work during these hard times that we are going through at the moment as it could lead to mistakes and we do not want mistakes especially in this business,please give us time. I will personally try to be on once a day to answr any questions and messages and to give periodical updates."
6/19: He responds "Please send us a PGP message of the FIRST NAME only on the recipient used on address. " on his vendor page. I respond 4 hours later with a PGP message of what he asked for.
6/20: I message him again asking for tracking.
6/23: He posts this: "4.23- PLEASE send us a message using the messages instead of in your orders please! Every order shows updates when you give a rating/feedback/message/release coins etc. etc. It doesn't tell us what,just that something has happened within this order and that could be over 50+ updates on our order list at a time. If there is a problem with an order it is best to message us on our page,we will see it WAY quicker and fix the problem asap."
6/23: I message him twice more to confirm that in fact I have been messaging him where he asked in his announcement and I just want tracking or an update.
NOTE: The last three messages I sent to him were on his vendor page NOT in my order. I have been checking his "last seen" everyday and he has been on at LEAST twice since I last messaged him. No response.
Any ideas on what I should do? I FE'd for an FE listing so I don't think I can dispute? I just want this mess to be done with, whether its by getting a refund or a reship or something else.
Lol at first I thought it was a vendor review and thought 6/9, then 6/10, then 6/11 and I'm like damn, this guy has a weird rating system lol.
