Elisa Yamaha moving to Hansa, BUYER BEWARE!

I'm relatively new to DNM's. Joined AB and made 15 successful transactions this year, until I decided to do business with EY. I purchased 200 blue kenzos and 50 2-CB's for a grand total of nearly 600.00, including 23.00 for tracking. As the auto finalize date approached I disputed the order. We approached the one month mark and no sign of the shipment. I asked her on three different occasions for the tracking and got the runaround, once she even said "I'm pretty sure I gave it to you." Another time she sent me a link to the postal service outlining various delays, none of which applied to my order. I decide to remain diplomatic even though I see this thing going south fast. The moderator was Botah and he never once intervened, probably because he was busy getting his cut of the exit scam. So at a month she wants to wait two more weeks before we agree on a resolution. Fine. Two weeks comes and of course no product. I offer to let her keep 100 dollars (sum of the 2-CB's) and refund the rest to end the fiasco. She says she believes there's a good chance the order is still in route and as such can only offer a 50% refund or a full reship. Then she has the audacity to ask me to pay for the tracking again. She also tells me not to mention the resolution in the feedback for fear of scammers looking to score free drugs. As though she was doing me a favor by having the grace to allow me a 300.00 loss if I chose the refund. I provided a new ship to Sunday and the site went down Tuesday. Anyone believe I'll ever see my investment? The bottom line is that if you can't be transparent and honest then your no better than the ones who exit scammed on AB. She/he boasts of a 100% success rate on tracked orders. Obviously not true unless mine is the first to go MIA. Also she claims to ship from multiple countries. I personally do not believe it. I've read feedback both good and bad stating the product is coming from the Netherlands. Had I been armed with this knowledge I would have made an informed decision to look elsewhere. The bottom line is that I can't blame anyone but myself for not doing my homework. But if this is how a vendor handles issues on a substantial order, imagine the nonchalant attitude there will be when your 50 dollar or so order never arrives. In the long run she really screwed herself out of a lot of future business as this was a test run. Sure the communication was good and cordial, but why stress for a moment doing business with the likes of her/him when there are much more professional vendors such as qualitywhite? She didn't even deem my order worthy enough to protect by procuring the tracking number I payed for! But maybe on round two....if I payed again. I asked her if my reship made it out by contacting her on here and she responded, but avoided the question completely. Simply amazing. Keep your free promotional tabs on Hansa and I can rest knowing that your downfall will be a result of a shady business practice.

How do these vendors I've never seen anything good about continue to do massive business... seemingly more than anyone with a good rep.

Edit: hahaha please downvote me more shills only proves my point :)

[10 Points] Modders_Lil_Helper:

We do ship from multiple countries, albeit most from holland yes.

Holland isn't a country, numbnuts.

So, to recap:

Not two people, not female, not a real vendor, and not "Dutch".

LOL

[9 Points] ResearchSlore:

They've been selling shit MXE for like over a year now lol they should be run out of town for that alone.

[10 Points] None:

For me, EY is for a long time a no go vendor. I was one of the first buyers when they opened a shop in AB, but after I understood how low they play, I stopped to deal with them

Here, again, they show absolute inability to solve the situation. Instead, copy pasting feedbacks from AB and going low in comments.

[4 Points] cryptolavdalasun:

They are absolute scum and confirmed scammers. Anyone dealing with them beware.

If you had broken that up into paragraphs I could have read the whole thing probably.

TL;DR

[1 Points] IssuewithVendor:

This dumbass vendor just told me she lets customers wait 6 weeks so they cannot leave negative feedback. Due to AB system buyers cannot leave feedback after 6 weeks of placing the order.

Nice system scammy cunt.

[1 Points] fuckElisaYamaha:

I have the exact same experience with Elisa Yamaha. Vendor is a scammer.

Placed a small order of 2C-B that arrived fast. Then placed larger order that never arrived.

EY politeness and communication is part of the scam. Do not be fooled.

If I am correct we supplied you the tracking number but you couldn't decrypt it/forgot your pgp key/whatever and we most likely purged your tracking number on our end after we forwarded it the first time. Honestly, right now I dont know and cant really tell as I have exactly zero information on anything that happened on Alphabay, as we dont keep logs so everything went down together with Alphabay.

We do ship from multiple countries, albeit most from holland yes.

We are currently flooded with people asking if their packs got shipped/where the packs are/if we can retrieve the coins they lost from ab etc etc etc and we simply dont have a lot of information so right now we are unable to do anything.

We replied this to you on hansa:

Hi there,

Really sorry but I dont know what order/conversation you refer to and I dont know if your order has been shipped either. Right now there is nothing I can do unfortunately. We're getting a load of messages from people asking similar questions and since we dont keep logs of anything we're unable to answer any of those questions to satisfaction..

Thank you for understanding!

- Elisa

Message us with all relevant information you might have + postal code and country and we can see if we've got the tracking number for you, because I think I already shipped it although I am not totally sure.
