I'm a coke vendor and a cop ordered from me. What should I do?

He claimed the package didn't arrive after a week and the order details were still up so I checked out the name and address and he's an ex-sheriff. Assuming the worst and the pack did land, is there any way it could be tracked back to my general location? I have no tracking on it.

Cops like cocaine, too. He actually might just be getting high with his friends but yeah man hopefully you covered your tracks and are a great, stealthy vendor and didn't cut any corners.

No hand written address? Wore gloves? Followed the bear rule? Then you're good. Actually the outcome of this will speak volumes about how good of a vendor you are lol

I would be pretty shocked if LE used the name of a known officer/sheriff/agent if their goal was to conduct an investigation. That seems like poor investigation technique.

[8 Points] Theeconomist1:

One, as a vendor your opsec should be tight enough so that if law enforcement did order from you, you'd be insulated and okay. The thing is, if LE ordered from in for the purposes of an investigation, there is no way you'd know. They wouldn't be so stupid as to order to the sheriff to what I assume is his own or personal PO box. No way. They know how to conduct drug investigations and given the propensity towards violence in the drug game, I doubt they'd expose an officer of the law and his family to this.

More than likely he's a druggie that happens to be a cop. That sucks he claims it didn't land. BUt not like he is going to do anything above and beyond what a normal customer can/would do. I guess you can do just follow your normal protocols for a pack that doesn't land. You shouldn't necessarily worry that its LE.

[8 Points] -SeedofChaos-:

Likely just fuckin send it. But maybe I'm careless. It's worked so far.

I've had people once or twice say it wasn't delivered despite usps saying it was in their mailbox, they seemed sincere so whatever did it again.

[6 Points] Hank_Vendor:

Ship the coke. If its good maybe he can get you off if you ever do a hit and run

[5 Points] bobbiggs69:

Cops have been ordering packs of the DNM's since they started. In Ross's trial, they said they ordered hundreds. Depending on your status as a vendor, you may have had cops order from you already, and not just to get high.

I would deal with him, a sheriff is just a local cop. The federal cops are the ones you need to worry about. If the feds are ordering packages from vendors and still can't trace them most of the time, then you'll be fine with this clown.

[3 Points] drimilr:

Hm. If I were a cop I'd just help myself to the evidence locker. So I'd likely not be a cop long.

I swatted the sheriff, but I did not swat the deputy.

[2 Points] AliceInSwitzerland:

Dude, cops never, ever take drugs. I'm an ex-cop and I insist emphatically that I would never, ever take drugs, nor would I lie about never taking drugs on the darknetmarkets sub which I use to find out more about the drugs I take.

[1 Points] FebrezeBrotherCISA:

[DISCLAIMER]: Not a vendor.

Here's my 2 cents.

You looked up the guy's name, you know he's LE... so don't send the pack, maybe he'll dispute it, you tell support "Hey, I'm not sending a fucking package to Barney Fife god dammit", and... Idk, I'm not a vendor, I would assume support would side with you but shit if I know. They would also have to take your word that you are being honest and that the decrypted name is the one you gave them (the sheriff).

[1 Points] boofk:

Unless you're in his jurisdiction I wouldn't be too worried. Now if the name came back to a dea/FBI agent, then I'd be worried. And almost any mid-high level vendor will send a pack out to LE doing an investigation eventually.

[1 Points] scruffwuff:

If your opsec is what it should be you should not even be worrying or questioning this... good vendors should be able to send a pack to the white house and not have to worry.

[1 Points] moxy13:

Just tell him, "Coke-heads' lives matter!!!!!!" He'll back off.

[1 Points] xSwrvs:

Would be interesting to see if a sheriff would open a market dispute LOL

[1 Points] MLPismyBiznatch:

I only knew one cop who did coke, biggest dickhead on the force. His outbursts made the local papers and ultimately cost his job. Hope he doesn't get any vengeful ideas in your direction, glad you got ur A game.

[-1 Points] hangbellybroad:

I bet it's not a cop, but just someone who used a cop's name. Send him a bag of sand.

[-1 Points] None:

personally I'd anonymously email the local LE that the package he ordered has drugs, prove you were the vendor, then keep checking the arrest records until he got arrested. Also local LE isn't looking for you, its the three letter guys that want to find you, assuming that it was interstate

[-5 Points] None:

I'm so sorry to hear you don't have good opsec, because if you did you wouldn't be asking this question. Pleasejfor the safety of your customers, figure your shit out or stop vending.
