Negative feedback shouldn't be possible without a dispute first

Leaving negative feedback on an order shouldn't be possible without opening a dispute first. A vendor might solve the customer's issue during the dispute, making one less negative feedback, and one more satisfied customer.

Leaving a negative feedback shouldn't be allowed by the market without a dispute, vendor should have a chance to make it up to the customer whatever the the problem was.

You can't dispute on a fe order.

How is a dispute going to help piss poor packaging that could compromise you. I say give them shut reviews so others will be warned.

Also, a dispute is a pain in the ass, as we have all seen from posts on this subreddit. If I have to dispute something, it's because you weren't being a stand up vendor, so I'll still leave the negative feedback either way. Handle your business like a pro, or go sell on the street. I'm sure you wouldn't have to worry about negative feedback there.

Why do you give a shit if you're just a buyer anyway?

I say both buyers and vendors should not rely on the feedback so much. Rely more on forums and word of mouth. The feedback is sketchy af imo.
