Is Bitcoin Fog Scamming Me?

Over the last week, there have been unprompted changes to my wallet address on bitcoin fog. I have not deleted any wallet addresses and have not created any new ones. I have tried to contact support over the past 3 days without a single response. The worst part is, I made deposits to the changed addresses without being credited for them.

Original Wallet Addresses:

  1. 1KiKp... 0 BTC
  2. 17pm2... 0 BTC
  3. 1CXST... 0 BTC
  5. 1HfCW... ~1.7 BTC deposited by me several days prior

Day 1 (addresses during deposit, none were changed by me):

  1. 1KipM... 0 BTC deposited by me and no indication of any deposits on bitcoinfog, but blockchain shows 3 deposits totaling ~0.6 BTC made in April 2015
  2. 19nJp... ~1.0 BTC deposited
  3. 17B8f... ~0.8 BTC deposited
  4. 1BR6L... ~1.4 BTC deposited
  5. 1HfUU... ~0.6 deposited (there was indication on bitcoin fog that ~1.7 BTC was deposited to this address, even though blockchain showed only a depisit of ~0.6 BTC)

As of this message, there has been no movement in deposits.

Day 3 (the first and fifth wallet addresses were reverted back to the original and the middle three were different from the previous two):

  1. 1KiKp... (one of the original addresses)
  2. 19nBj... (new)
  3. 17BrJ... (new)
  4. 1BRSv... (new)
  5. 1HfCW... (one of the original addresses...correctly shows credit of ~1.7 BTC to my account and consistent with blockchain)

Again, I have prompted no changes to be made to any of the wallets - I have not deleted any wallets and I have not created a new wallet. It is strange to me that the wallets that are kept are the ones where there are inconsistencies with blockchain. I have used this service many times in the past without issue and do not want to think that this is a scam, but am not sure what else it can be. Support has not responded and it has been three days since I first contacted them.

Yeah they've been known to do that. If you search this subreddit for Bitcoin Fog you'll see tons of posts. I think they have it down at this point, they either take everything after a lot of successful transactions, or they just take a little btc out every transaction; and I don't mean the small % that they take out for there cut. Sorry for you're loss.

LOL is bitcoinfog scamming you?

YES. I didn't even read your post, I honestly have no idea why people still use that site when there is a post weekly about them scamming.

Appreciate the response. But yeah I've been using Bitcoin Fog for over a year now and with each tumble would just create a new account. The only thing I did different this time is use it for more than 1 mix for my coins. Assuming a 2% fee, they probably make 3.9 BTC from me in fees every few weeks for the past year. In the long run, it doesn't make sense to me to run a scam like this because it is just bad business. I hope it isn't and will update if the coins come through, but at this point I am just not sure. Sorry for your losses GeneralStarkk and thehendrixshow, appreciate your comments.

I know a lot of people are in the same boat with all the uncertainty surrounding Agora, but I am not getting a response from support and reddit is the only other place I could turn to for help.

Again......

Fog was endorsed by agora or the other way around at its launch so they know each other to some extent or are run by the same people. Let that sink in as the coins that have no txid have never been delivered.
