Before SR1 I was working on a site of my own, more of a catalog and cannabis info center.
But when SR1 went down I abandoned it, and never got any community response.
I don't see many other vendors with stores, other than ones with links to Deepify stores but those are all offline now.
So, would any buyers be more interested in a vendor had a .onion website with their info, links to their markets and accounts, and contact information (like many vendors post on their subreddits) or would you rather just search the markets and look at info there?
Just want to see if there is any interest and get the communities opinion before I start working on anything outside of the official markets.
Anyways, take care.
Wal-Mart
I have my own shop on Onionshop. They are morphing into more of a marketplace then an independent hosting solution which I do not like, but it is still a great service at the moment.
If you have a long and solid reputation I think you will find many customers who would rather work directly with you then involve a 3rd party (the various market owners). OS never touches the bitcoin and you only pay them after an order has been completed. They require no trust.
You won't get as much traffic as you will on a market, but the stability is better.
