Open Bazaar 2.0 - Looks good to me so far?

But the one thing I keep asking myself, too good to be true?

Pros: - Decentralised (no more DDoS attacks from LE) - Connected through TOR (same level of security as used when accessing other markets) - Moderated Sales (the idea other users can police disputes for a %age is genius - carful who you pick though!) - Easy to use store (probs. the best UI out of all markets I have tried) - OpenSource (although not fool-proof, I haven't seen any evidence of any reasons why we shouldn't trust)

One downside is the first-time setup to get OpenBazaar working is a little tedious. But other than that, I believe OB2 is a game-changer.

Finding trusted moderator is an issue - but I'm sure DNM community figure this one out sooner or later

So I installed it on Linux, it was a breeze. Almost too easy with how much people were complaining about the install.

I have three search items, OB1, Duo and Raw Flood. Which one should I be using? Also how do you find a trusted vendor on there? I see no review system for the vendors so I'm not sure if they are all scams or not. Does anyone have any vendor recommendations?

There are just very few vendors right now and I ordered some lsd from Empathogene and I have yet to receive it after 7 days but perhaps it'll be here soon, hopefully.

No

The video tutorial made it seem easy like first installing tor? Tor > OB 2.O?

stfu about OpenBazaar 2.0

Exactly, what everyone is gonna think when they see a post about OB2.

Syscoin's Blockmarket seems better.

Edit: nevermind.

time will tell, its like any new market. you can for sure go for it, like for any relatively new market, but you must be aware of the consequences you probably have to carry.

as far, there isnt too much bad i've heard about it to be honest. but actually i didnt heard too much at all. right now for me its something like craigslist. not more or less.

Honeypot. Great designed UI? Sure - those developers who got caught and now work for the government. "Haven't seen any evidence of any reasons why we shouldn't trust". So naive. The fact that this sub still exists and DNM's are mainstream now means that no market is safe. Be very, very careful. This whole war on fentanyl has given LE the green light to do as they please. Stay far, far away.
