What type of programming would one need to be fluent in to create a secure script for a DNM? (ex. HTML5, Python, etc.)

Asking out of curiosity.

You would have to have a strong understanding of a lot of them. There's quite a lot of technical ability required to run a secure hidden service. Even then, no matter how secure you think it is someone will find holes. That's where security bounties come into play.
