I am writing this about 5 hours after taking 2 vials. I had a salad about 2 hours prior, so...not really a full stomach, heh. I decided to try it alone at my apartment, in a controlled environment if you will.
Background: I am a computer engineer, 32, gainfully employed, single, living in Colorado. I have been a daily weed smoker for the better part of the last 12 years with a few breaks. I hadn't experimented with other drugs or even thought about it before I moved to Colorado about a year ago. Just something about this place....Between moving here, and discovering the DarKNeTz, and still being single and childless, it's pretty much the perfect time to experiment. And boy, I'm glad I did.
The first non-weed drug I tried was MDMA, which I bought in crystal form and made into my own gelcaps. I had done a shitload of research beforehand on MDMA itself as well as darknet dealings, so I got pretty much exactly what I expected: highly pure, potent, cheap happy pills.
I was really blown away. As an introvert I loved the social feeling I got from it, and music just sounded incredible (more on that later...)
After one time I was super hooked. Not on MDMA, but on the darknet. On the possibilities, the ease of the process, and assurance of quality that is unprecedented in the drug world. I respect that.
Ok this isn't a trip report about molly. Let's get back to the topic here.
As a scientist, I feel compelled to document this drug's effects. The brain stimulation literally will not let me ignore a meticulous mental note-taking, and I am immensely grateful that psilocybin allows and encourages that....I feel as if I could write volumes nonstop....the creativity faucet is just completely open. And yet the disconnect with the physical world is conspicuous and, at times, jarring. I found that smoking some weed (or concentrates preferably!) helped with that aspect.
To quote a text to a friend when I was reeeeaally trippin balls: "I basically feel like I have the senses of spider man right now with the brain of hank McCoy" "And the coordination of a drunk 12 year old Peruvian village girl"
I didn't get a TON of trippy visuals, but laying back on my couch and staring at my highly-textured, vaulted white ceiling was mind-blowing. The patterns were infinitely intricate and moved at the speed of shifting clouds. Cthulhu himself deigned to surface briefly before returning to his abyssal slumber. As I watched the ceiling, actual clouds were passing over the afternoon sun, casting shifting patterns of light and color onto the melting, swirling fractal patterns. I always disliked the interior of my apartment, but wow that texture was truly mesmerizing.
About an hour or so in, I walked to the gas station to get some beverages. This was about 5pm, in a smallish but busy town. I put on shades and realized I left my earbuds at work, and the thought of leaving the house without music was just gut-wrenching. So I put on my gigantic, hot, ridiculous home headphones, plugged em into my phone, and headed out.
This turned out to be not the best idea, for a shit ton of reasons.
1) Cars. My situational awareness was EXTREMELY reduced. I had a huge difficulty watching traffic from BOTH sides of the street.
2) I couldn't stop smiling, laughing, grinning like a fucking delusional idiot. Also couldn't really walk straight. Molly is much easier to pretend to be normal on than shrooms. Duly and loudly noted.
3) I also couldn't stop texting people. Combined with listening to music and severely reduced cognitive function -- hell, it took me halfway to the gas station to even figure out how to play music on my phone -- I was a walking car accident. Definitely not a good idea. But if you do have to walk around in public, cross at MAIN intersections, try to keep a straight face, and wear shades.
I made it home safely to the cool, comfy couch with music still playing. I laid and stared at the ceiling for I have no idea how long. I got some mild closed-eye visuals, a lot of words to describe what I was feeling, and my favorite thing about this drug....the music.
The heightened senses combined with the wide-open mental stimulation receptors, subtle auditory hallucinations, AND the powerful euphoria just made listening to music the best thing on earth. This drug is an audiophile's wet dream.
I listened to music for a long time, probably 3 hours, taking hits from the volcano and texting / skyping. I had a much easier time texting and typing after a little sativa treatment.
Pretty much for the last 3 hours or so I've just felt really, super duper high and it's awesome. There is no amount of weed you can smoke to get this high (trust me I've tried). Starting to come down now, getting a little hungry, but so far there haven't been any unpleasant side effects at all.
Ok so in summary:
I've done molly several times so far, and they have all been amazing, borderline life-changing experiences. I didn't think I could find a drug that I like more than molly, but I just did. This is like the introvert side of molly. As an introvert, I responded really strongly to this drug's effects. The ideal situation for me would be either sitting on my couch, listening to music for hours and watching cartoons, OR up in the mountains with that special someone, laying back looking at the stars. I did not like being out in public on busy streets at all, so each drug has its own ideal setting and I love that.
I drastically underestimated how much I would like this stuff. I can't wait to share this experience with close friends and there will definitely be some unforgettable weekends with a combination of molly and shrooms. Burning Man 2016, perhaps...?
If you still made it this far, I love and admire you. Thank you the end :)
UPDATE:
I bought six vials total, so I ended up trying a one, two, and three vial trip. For me, each vial is essentially one trip level. The three-vial trip slowed time to a crawl, and the body high was so freakin intense it was almost overwhelming. I am glad I chose a calm and controlled setting, because the trip itself was really intense. I loved every second of it and the afterglow was incredible.
Now I have to buy more to see what level 4 and possibly 5 is like :)
WoW fuckin awesome review man. Im so stoked to try TWS liquid shrooms. The shroom gods are definetly calling my name. Happy trippin ma friend :) What dose you recommend?
