Legality of a Guide

After being active on the DNMs for over a year now, with dozens of purchases under my belt, I've been considering making a website detailing exactly how, start to finish (with pictures!), to buy drugs online.

By start to finish, I mean every last thing from TAILS to at least three different ways to get Bitcoin to a comparison of all markets to how to order on various markets, with a baked-in PGP encryptor/decryptor, to OPSEC and how to handle CDs, what all the little terms mean (from FE to love letter to exit scam), EVERYTHING. Would a little 4-5 page standalone site like this technically be illegal?

I'd probably not put a ton of work into anonymizing the hosting of it, and if I needed to I'd probably just leave it to a plaintext/imgur links copypasta for forums and whatnot. But I'd rather have it as a snazzy site, seeing as I recently took a course on how to make pretty damn gorgeous and responsive webpages.

I just want all of my people out on the streets to know that there's a better, safer, cleaner, more effective way to get their fix. Community thoughts?

Well I would try to obtain a high level of anonymity because if you're going to show pictures step-by-step on purchasing drugs... then that means you'll actually have take screen caps of YOU actually buying drugs haha.

I think this was done quit a few times before on here:

http://www.deepdotweb.com/

http://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/wiki/index

And on agora site something and Evo site something (google it) and there was old one for SR as well

This would be great to have, and I don't think it is illegal in the US. For example, you can easily find PiHKAL/TiHKAL entries on how to make drugs on erowid and elsewhere. The Anarchist's Cookbook is sold on Amazon. And as mentioned here, Deepdotweb publishes many guides related to DNMs.

If you are still concerned about revealing your identity by registering a domain, I suggest you contact a known website/blog (such as deepdotweb) and ask them to post it as a permanent section on their website which you will keep updated. As an example, see: http://www.deepdotweb.com/jolly-rogers-security-guide-for-beginners/

It's nice you want to give something nice to the world.

Some people already started to make a darknet market guide on the psychonautwiki. It's far away from being complete. You are welcome to contribute! A comparison of all the market places exists there too.

That all depends on what country you are in/the content is hosted in

I for one think a lot of people could benefit from this.

If you simply organize information that can be found elsewhere and don't direct it towards any particular activity (don't say it is a guide to buy drugs, just a guide to use the DNMs for instance) it won't be a crime. Be sure to reference every piece of information you write. Any 'new' information that could help someone commit a crime could be problematic from a legal point of view.

Anyway, if you do so, I can help you to translate it to Spanish!

I personally don't think this would be good although i am sure its already out there. The level of complexity when ordering securely probably keeps a lot of idiots out. If you can't figure out how to make an order you should not order. Because its not very hard.

Yes we need more children buying drugs with your guide. Any adult with a brain and intention to use the markets shouldn't need a guide.

There is plenty of information out there. Creating something that easy to follow will only encourage underaged kids
