Known banks that don't require identification on CD?

Tried one of the local credit unions around me today. Was told they didn't ID and then when I got there I was told that they implemented ID requirements on the 1st of October. Not only is it a violation of my opsec but I also don't actually have my license right now so it's hindering me greatly. I think I've heard some things about Wells Fargo being a bank that doesn't ID but I want to be sure with my choice before I go again. I understand my account is new, I was going to wait until tomorrow morning to post but I don't want to not get responses, and I definitely need to make my trip tomorrow.

CD as in certified deposit?

I can't imagine any bank in the US would offer that without some sort of identity verification process.
