how would an exclusive in-city delivery system work?

i'm pondering the idea of setting up shop in a large city like seattle/NYC/LA/SF and then taking orders from people who live in the city. after an order is recieved i set up a pack and deliver it to the doors of the customers much like a USPS or 1800FLOWERS guy would. is there any good ideas in this or is this LSD-fueled post completely incoherent :)

The concept of a darknet "drop zone" system has been theorized for several years, but it hasn't ever gotten farther than that in the U.S. or Europe. I've definitely heard stories of this being successfully implemented in Moscow though through (I believe) the Russian Anonymous Marketplace (RAMP).

I just started looking into their forum a few hours ago after I finally managed to get registered (I mistakenly believed they went private and were not taking any new registrations, but they're actually still open to the public). I'll try and do some research there to see if I can find anything relating to this topic.

Here's a pretty thorough article discussing this idea to get you started: http://www.metzdowd.com/pipermail/cryptography/2015-March/025212.html

Even if it could be safely implemented, I'm still a little skeptical of this ever working in even the most urban of areas like NYC or London though. Most vendors are just too spread out to make this work effectively, especially in the United States.

Edit: Just realized that you were suggesting a system where vendors would deliver their products to their customers directly. That's an absolutely retarded idea for several reasons. I'm not even gonna bother explaining why, because it should already be obvious to you.

you should use drones to deliver the drugs

This exists in very dense areas. But orders definitely don't originate from the DNMs. More word of mouth and some vetting of the customer via a vouch. Otherwise extraordinarily risky. If your customers are not vetted, LE will just pop the delivery guy and try to work up the chain.

The DNMs offer the advantage to the vendor that with proper opsec they cannot be identified easily. The network would easily be identified without customer betting

There's a dealer in Germany sticking stickers up on lamp posts, bus stops and the city center advertising his wares. People can email him or message him through a special app on android. People have to pay in Bitcoin and then the drugs are delivered by mail or left at a random spot where it can be picked up by people who buy it. Has been in the news a few times now. I think it's a quite innovative way...pretty stupid but it probably works. In my opinion that's still 100x safer than dealing in the streets. But this type of trade is more for Heroin, Meth, Cocaine than psychedelics.

[edit:] Did some Googling but can't find it. Saw it on a local newspaper website several weeks ago, it was in German but could have possible been an Austrian or Swiss website.

I think this is a LSD-fueled "this is the way life should be". But, whatever you do, just be safe.

These markets are by far the safest way of conducting these types of transactions.

The first step, is to be Russian. Everything will go naturally from there.

You gonna go to prison if you do this. You're call bro

There have been delivery services like this before in major urban areas for many years. Do a bit of digging about 'pot bike messengers' and see what you find.

You'd get arrested very quickly

Denver has a very renown heroin delivery system. I'm sure nyc and lots of other cities do as well. LA has skid row and that about sums LA up.
