Hi, if you don't know me, I am the administrator of TheoryOfHarmony's Dream account.
I'm going to give you an update and what we believe to be going on.
1st - a week or so ago we started getting prompts to change our password because it expired and to change our pin.
2nd - We start getting reports of buyers not being able to finalize orders.
3rd - ?
4th - Profit???
Anyways, seems like step 4 isn't going to be part of the plan considering we have much more money in escrow than I like to admit.
What is going on from our point of view:
Even after altering passwords and pins, we still get prompted to change them.
Buyers are unable to finalize - Many message me and have all sent the same thing. When they attempt to finalize, they get an error that says something along the lines of "This vendor is not allowed to FE."
Ummm, no, they are trying to finalize their order because they received it.
Even once the auto-finalize timer runs out, the account is not being credited with the money from that order.
I'm not trying to scream scam here because it could just be an error, however i'd advise you to either steer clear until the problem is fixed.
Business will continue as usual until (if) we put the account in vacation mode.

If you already have more money in escrow than you'd like then it makes sense not to allow that amount to grow? Why not vacation mode right now?
Wouldn't it make sense to stop trading, go through support, let them know you need it fixed ASAP?
Have they made any comments to you on this yet?
