The Real Implications of Getting Caught?

I find it hard to believe that the cops come knocking and buyer says "I ain't expectin' no mail!" and the cops slink back to their lair, defeated, and plot their next move. But this is how everyone seems to portray CDs; does anyone know the truth? Is that the truth?

[5 Points] None:

It all depends on the situation. Whether its federal or state. County or city. Pounds or grams. There is no good answer for your question. If the cops are coming you're more than likely going to jail. That doesn't mean you're guilty. That just means you've been charged. That's why we have a world full of fucking attorneys who are rich.

Truth is....there is not definite answer. All depends on LE and how busy they are to deal with you. Most likely if they come they will at least take you "downtown" and have a "little chat". This is the part where you don't say anything except "who are you? why are you talking to me? where is my lawyer? Fuck off you cheeky cunt."
