[TradeRoute] Incompetent Support Staff, shitty refund system

I recently made an order that was around $600 in bitcoin, and for some reason the vendor cancelled the order, and when I signed the multisig transaction to receive my coin back, there was about $40 missing. I opened a support ticket and this is what the admin said...

What the fuck? Have any of you guys experienced shit like this on traderoute? I thought I finally found a semi-reliable market, then this shit happens...

The FEES are out of this world right now.

I love TR so far but I will say their refund system is pretty frustrating and clunky.

I was forced to cancel a transaction that was multisig and when I cancelled it, it got all messed up and split the refund... it refunded my electrum wallet (used for multisig) a portion of it and put the rest in my market wallet for some reason.

Since I don't store cryptocurrency on markets, I didn't have enough to buy what I wanted unless I combined the amounts into my electrum wallet. So I had to w/d funds into my electrum wallet. It was a pain in the ass. I'll be more precise next time. If I had taken time to choose the right vendor in the first place I wouldn't have had this problem...

Then again, I didn't attempt to make a purchase that would pay for a portion of a tx with the funds in my market wallet... if it lets you do that and pay for the remainder out of your electrum wallet, then that would be pretty awesome. Like giving a cashier $5 and putting the rest on your debit card... Lol

Now that I think of it, does anybody know if it lets you do this? Has anybody tried? I should have tried this but didn't think of it at the time.

puh-lease... I heard TR support isn't that great, but don't give up.

I think they also have some issues with multi sig.

Pretty sure BTC prices fluctuate. You aren't "missing" anything.
