Be Transparent. It has been my experience that when a dealer doesnt have the goods they tend to go silent.
Look no one likes to hear you got nothing, but it is far worse to say nothing. Silence is shady as hell. It forces people to draw the worst conclusions.
For example a certain meth vendor, just disappeared for 5 days with orders out. No comms, no nothing. Now this was a dealer with a very good rep. When he reappeared 5 days later he tells what happened and brings some relief.
Now if he had just made that announcement, at the beginning of the 5 days that he went silent, there would have been no reason to draw conclusions. it would have allowed people to keep the trust they had when they made the purchase.
Now on the other hand, NWConcentrates, when faced with a dilemma, contacted ppl who had orders in, asked them to hang tight, then bought more expensive product to send as a replacement.
This is exactly what dealers should do, and I commend them for having that kind of integrity.
Yes the order took longer, but the waiting while informed is SO VERY different than the waiting in the dark.
They then took it a step further and ate some of the profits to maintain their integrity, and keep their customers.
Now they have even more loyal customers, because they treated their customers with respect, and remained transparent through a dilemma.
TLDR: Its always better to be transparent and honest than to say nothing at all. Keep people informed, and they will keep their trust in you for a time. Silence is Shady, and no one likes shady, not even Slim.
your use of commas is fucking atrocious
