Is it too soon to dispute?

I placed a large order from a vendor with which I had good experiences with on 3 previous orders. The vendor has good feedback and only one negative feedback out of hundreds of orders.

I paid for Priority Express hoping to get the pack by the weekend. I ordered Thursday, pack marked shipped later that day, I expected it Sat at the latest.

I know it's the holidays, but it has now been 5 days on a pack that should have been delivered in 2 days max.

I messaged the vendor this weekend asking for reassurance that the pack was sent and did not get a reply.

How long should I wait to dispute?

Really nervous about this order because it was the largest order I have ever placed and my friends trusted me with their money :(

Thanks ya'll !

I recently got an order that was supposed to take 2 days in 6 days so it's most likely just lagging cuz of the holidays

As guy before me said, its holidays, second, dispute the order when its close to autofinalize, no point in disputing order that has long before autofinalize as mods will still wait before atleast week and something go by to be sure the pack isnt just stuck somewhere and then the dispute will be resolved, between you and the vendor.

Everything is slow at the moment. Even Amazon is telling people 4 days for Prime delivery right now when it's normally a 2-day service.

Did you order gummy bears?

Thanks for the reply. Still not here and no reply from the seller. I noticed the item has disappeared from the store. I wonder if the vendor ran out of product. Totally understandable if that's the case but I just wish I could get a reply from them!!

Thanks for your reply. Still no product and no reply to my message. Since the product is no longer listed in their store, my guess is the vendor ran out of product. Completely understandable, just wish they would respond and let me know :(
