A reporter who can neither spell nor punctuate nor research basic facts about black-markets nor apparently provide any bona-fides?

Well, you could do worse than my own http://www.gwern.net/Silk%20Road

Ehh this is sketchy

[1 Points] eof:

Darknet = Tor (roughly) but also i2p; both are anonymizing technologies that sort of "lie on top" of the 'regular internet' (which is often referred to as "the clearnet")

"Markets" you are familiar with.

DarknetMarkets == places to buy stuff on tor/i2p

The URLS are on the sidebar here.

gwern's (now deprecated) silkroad essay is excellent.

you can easily (but not "safely") browse any "onion" url by appending a ".to" to the end to pass through the onion.to proxy. I am not sure if there are any simple i2p proxies.

Stricly speaking it should be legal to browse any of the darknet markets so long as you don't venture into porno land.

Did you download 'tor browser'? It's not that hard to do.

[0 Points] Hctim-:

DarkNetMarkets a hidden websites use to buy and sell mostly illegal things. If you google and download a web browser called "Tor" you can look to the right and on the side bar copy and paste the link to a marketplace. I recommend looking at SilkRoad 2.0 and TorMarket. You'll need an account to look at the things they are selling but it only takes seconds and it doesn't take any personal information.
