How can Germany off vendors / customers so fast yet it isn't happening in U.S.?

I know I read some things saying that German police are going to crack down on DNM sales within their country, but it's happening at like an unprecedented rate, and I am wondering how this is not happening state side if it's this easy for them to just swat their asses down daily like flies?

Anyone have an explanation to this? I am genuinely curious why the US would not take the same stand as Germany, and try to escalate their war on drugs to the next level, like Germany obviously has and is still running strong as ever.

Motivation as well. After that shooting a couple months back, it was found out that the dude bought his gun off the markets. Definitely caught the attention of German authorities

Can't compare the ineffectiveness of the US government to Germany.

Smaller country, easier to surveillance mail drops. Also a lot of the idiot vendors over there are running clearnet sites as well.

No offense OP, but do you even live here? If not, what else qualifies you to deliver such an assessment of the German Darknet scene?

I do live here and this whole crackdown BS is just the cops running their mouths, making big announcements, yet not deliverin on them.

There have been TWO major busts in Germany now, one of them was a clearnet idiot and the other one was just an idiot, who also shipped Molly internationally to everywhere, and from the Netherlands to boot (talk about red flags)

It's about the same level of Police activity as in the US

I'm pretty sure the US is on the path to alleviate resources on the war on drugs. Pretty obvious to the common man now that it is a failed operation and all the money should be put in other efforts..

Shiny-Flakes is working with them would be my first guess.

[2 Points] Morvu:

this fud posts popping up in the last time come from people using clearnet drug dealers or people who bought weapons...not sure what you are talking about, could you provide links to this "crack down on dnm"?

[2 Points] MySpeed:

Maybe you read that post of the guy who disguised himself as a policeman? He was just a fake dude high on meth

Just because there aren't busts, doesn't mean that work isn't actively being done to bring them down.

My sad prediction is that there'll be fewer, but way larger busts down the line.

[1 Points] PurpleBeamz:

I've read that the US is trying to figure out how to stop the flow of dangerous drugs via USPS but not sure how they will accomplish that. But on the bright side for every pack that gets intercepted hundreds others touch down without an issue!

[1 Points] rilksoadvb5piz3r:

police and prosecution in germany are legally required to follow up on every single case they become aware of, regardless of severity, so everyone on a vendor's customer list will at least get a letter of some sort. this actually ties up a lot of resources on minor possession charges, which i figure the DEA wants to avoid and apparently has the leeway to do so.

on a side note, every single DNM related bust in Germany was achieved through traditional policing methods, i.e. people just being idiots IRL.

You read some things?

Think of if it like this, a few years ago the Post Office was hurting for cash and posted a 10 million dollar loss one quarter. (I know my number may be off but it was a lot of money lost) So they are happy that the mail is being used again and that they can keep their jobs to put food on the table. The mail man gives no fucks about what he or she is delivering so long as it something that does not put them or others around them in danger like mailing, I don't know, a fucking chainsaw, candles, and a can of gas. As long as they have no reason to get mad at you why say shit?? I know I wouldn't so long as a ball of coke doesn't fall out in front of a supervisor. Even if it did, if you have a cool manager, you can just snort that shit and pack up and send it on its way. The USPS does all of us a huge favor and deserves every half chub I get when I see a mail truck drive by.

Yeah I suppose the country size is a very valid point, however I was not aware there was so much clear net sales going on, that part is kind of face palmy.

more of a police state

[-1 Points] None:

First the country is much smaller.

Second, have a friend over the see who is working in germany for the police and they have right now a lot of trouble with muslims. Every month there is a new guy who would like to blow of some parts of the city, that is why the gov is monitoring the citizen (all of them) much more.
