Have they started professionally handling dispute mediation again? Vendors know what I mean.. been out of loop so wondering if I can trust them again with lots of money or are they still making dispute decisions like they were 7-9 months ago?
I don't wanna bring up a old story but here was my gem: mediator said I have 24 hrs to rspond. So I used the about page PHP and sent track number 20 mins later. 2 mins after, dispute awarded to customer. Please tell me this shit is back to normal and they got rid of all who think that's a good way to mediate a 1 sale buyer vs 1000 sale member.. just curious
Idk whenever I disputed I won and it was fine in under 20 minutes
