Question to the community: list gambling sites on the superlist?

recently a tumbler owner contacted us mods and asked if we could list his new dice betting site on the superlist.

currently the superlist has listed markets, email providers, image hosters and tumblers. we mods were unsure if we should list such services on the superlist so we want to ask for your point of view. do you think a gambling section should be added to the superlist?

I think it's beyond the scope of what we do in this subreddit. Do you want people posting about gambling sites here? How would it benefit what we do here?

Do you want people posting about markets here? Well, look at the name of the freakin sub. Duh. Email providers? Well, it sure does make it easier to contact your vendors when a market goes belly up, etc......you're saving a lot of people from just using gmail for really illegal shit. It's relevant.

Image hosters? Well, everyone bitches if theres a review without a picture! Tumblers? Well, if you didnt list them, they'd be asking for links constantly, and people would give them fishing links half the time...sadly....

The superlist is quite long and this sub is specifically for darknetmarkets, not darknet. There's an /r/darknet, and maybe they could make a /r/darknetgambling sub if they wanted.

I think it's unnecessary.

Eh idk personally. It seems like a DN gambling site would be like a scammers wet dream. There are already some low key clearnet gambling options for btc gambling since it's not an official currency of any kind, and this may just be me but I'd rather deal with one of those sites than an onion link that could disappear with all the chips at any given time and not leave a feasible trail to follow. Particularly with SB Sunday coming tomorrow, I'd avoid it. Too much chance for a scam.

Gambling isn't very relevant to DNMs, I don't believe.

All the other non-market sites in the list exist and function in synergy with the DNMs.

Gambling sites, in my mind, would be impossible to 'vouch for'. As there is no tangible product, how could people be aware they were not being scammed? What are the payout rates? Are the only people winning shills

It'd be hard to separate the actual feedback from shilled feedback if there were sites that did have a feedback system.

Is it peer-to-peer gambling? Or like a casino?

Peer-to-peer would possibly be more trustworthy, but a casino type site would be so easy to set up to just milk bitcoin from people with gambling problems imo

How much did they pay you?

I agree with druggiekitten, let that type of debauchery have its own sub.

Do folks on this sub use gambling sites to gamble? Or do these sites serve other purposes like tumbling, bitcoin cashouts, etc.

do you think a gambling section should be added to the superlist?

No.

All the other sites have to do with the darkmarkets though. Image hosting for product reviews, email for TMG and the like and tumbling is a given. Gambling just doesn't seem to fit in with the direction of this sub. Do any of us really wanna deal with a new generation of exit scam, slow transfers and noob mistake posts?

edit: I've been thinking and I've heard of ways in the past that people have used these sites to tumble coins and launder. I don't have any information relating to the practice but I distinctly remember reading it before.

[1 Points] mejuwi1:

Just list them, FWIW. People who know, know that gambling sites are excellent way to tumble coins. People who dont know much always gonna say gambling sites are not related to DNMs lol

Its tough finding a decent gambling site that does a part of the tumbling job without too much fees or minimum bets and shite.. but quite a few great ones do exist ;-)

Or atleast have them announce it so that those who arent aware of the service can check them out

it would be nice i looked around for a bit looking for before i ended up using nitrogen, for betting w bitcoins and they take deposits and withdrawals asap and payout bets within minutes of the game ending would recommend them
