So, I've been using this vendor for a long time. Kept up with him after EVO and have done numerous orders and even trades with him. Never had a problem and any issue in the past had been promptly taken care of. Well, I made an order for 6 2mg k-pins to be thrown in with a trade, but he said it went out separately. Here we are over a week later and it didn't arrive as the trade did. Seems like a simple enough thing to get fixed. $21 worth of product would hardly be something to try and scam a vendor on by saying it never arrived. I asked him to fix it and at first he was apologetic and said to let him know if they didn't arrive and he'd quickly get them out to me. So I gave it several days in good faith and contacted him again when they still didn't show and the response I got was simply "I sent them last week". I asked for clarification on what good that does me if they didn't arrive and now I'm just being ignored. I've begged this guy to make it right. I've written vendor reviews of his products and sent customers his way, and personally spent hundreds of dollars with him. I don't know what to do. I'm not willing to drag his reputation through the dirt yet because he's always treated me so well I'm sort of in shock I'm being ignored. I just want it to be made right. I haven't included the vendor name for a reason. Seriously would love to keep this guy as a go-to vendor cause he'd been awesome to me in the past but I don't know what else I can do. Left negative feedback with the promise of changing it to a 5 when I got the items that didn't show up and noted that I fully expected it to be made right. Maybe I've been blacklisted at this point for simply bringing up that an order didn't arrive? The whole situation is just stupid. I'm going to give it a few more days before I throw in the towel and accept I was scammed, intentionally or not. What would you all do in this situation? I feel like I'm being retaliated against as a customer simply for trying to get what I paid for. I've even asked for tracking or for him to track it and see what happened to it and I've gotten nothing. Expressed that it would have been here by now if he threw them in a business envelope with a Forever stamp and still nothing. It's gotten ridiculous. I absolutely hate to leave anything less than a 5 on feeback. I give vendors every chance to make an order right if it was off. Really would like to get this sorted out amicably, but at the same time I'm not going to roll over and submit to someone who scammed me. I'm the kind of guy that will give someone $20 if they need it with no expectation of anything in return, but I'll physically hunt your ass down to the ends of the Earth if you steal $5 from me. I seriously appreciate any advice you guys can give me. I've never been in this position with a vendor I'd really like to keep doing business with but who isn't giving me much choice
Format your posts better if you want more response. However, I can relate to this situation. I had 4 sheets go missing from my favorite L vendor that I'd bough atleast 2k hits from. No compensation, no nothing. "Someone must have been in ur post, mailman stole it, are u sure you didn't throw it away" the whole 9. It was FE only so I got boned. My suggestion is vote with your money and take it to a vendor who cares about you.
