Receiving Pack in USA From China via EMS Shipping... Safe to Sign For?

I am considering ordering 1g of fent off the darknet. The vendor ships via EMS from China to USA (where I am). vendor said sometimes his customers have to sign for the pack upon delivery. Is it safe to sign for if the pack makes it through customs?

I was thinking that if the package cleared customs, then it would be safe to sign for right? Usually if customs discovers an illegal package, they confiscate it and send the receiver a letter telling them it was seized. If USA customs allows the package through to be delivered, then that would indicate that they do NOT know it contains an illegal substance, and therefore it is safe to sign for, What do you guys think about this?

Also, hypothetically, if I use my regular address and the pack gets seized by customs, does that make the address red-flagged for ALL mail (even domestic), thereby flagging every single package going to the address even domestic packs (that I order from the darknet)?

I'm curious about what effect a customs seizure has on the address and domestic mail going to the address. thanks for all responses..

I doubt you'll even have to sign for it and honesty with the amount that gets ordered from China I'm sure it's be okay and customs would stop something had it been caught
