Authenticity

As a newbie to both Reddit and buying anti anxiety pills on the DN, I apologize if this subject has been dealt with extensively elsewhere. I am wondering if there is a relatively easy way to determine whether the pills you receive contain both the chemical, and the dose, they they claim. I recognize that most of these are European-made generics, it must be almost impossible to obtain American-made pills that "fall of a truck."

I have heard that is an International company - something about energy - that will analyze pills without questions asked. However, their website does not inspire confidence. They also offer a product, three so-called "Benzo reagents" that allow someone to identify whether a pill is a legitimate benzo or not. The offer a chart of sorts to identify what color the different benzos should turn when mixed with the regents. However, since the chart seems to include 5 reagent reactions, it is not explained how you are supposed to use 3 reagents t0 achieve 5 colored reactions, nor whether the reagents reveal the concentration of the desired chemical, not simply whether it exists. I am a mediocre chemist.

I do not know of a way to find a chromatograph or mass spectrometer to use without arousing suspicion, and I have not the expertise to operate these machines anyway. Pharmacists and poison control employees I have casually (and anonomously) spoken to indicate that they know of no way to identify with certain the contents of a pill other than confirming its external markings with a tusted database of pill markings. My concern is that vendors have found a way to duplicate the markings of pills, and are making a killing selling pressed or counterfeited drugs that contain less or none of the chemical they claim to have.

My two questions are:

  1. Do vendors possess equipment so advanced that they can create essentially a sugar pill of perfect shape and markings that cannot be destinguised from the original by visual inspection alone?
  2. Is there a more thorough way to test whether a pill contains the contents it claims to contain?

If you all feel that a pill which appears to identical to the images shown in trustworthy databases is likely to be genuine, that's good enough for me. However, I cannot shake the feeling that what I've been receiving is not as strong as what I normally obtain from American pharmacies.

Thanks for reading and responding to this long-winded post.

Nothing advanced it's very simple until you make massive amounts but in principle it's all simple

You can get the pill tested saying what benzo is in it, but determining how many mgs is actually in the pill is quite hard.

I'd say 9 out of 10 benzos being sold on DNMs are pressed pills. Go with reputable vendors for your best chance of strength accuracy.

Easiest way is by weight - most vendors use a different pill binder than pharma. I would say their binder is proprietary, and no matter how much i have tried, i cant get the sane exact same weight as pharma. Also, chances are, you sre getting the real benzo. Alprazolam, the benzodiazepine in xanax, is fucking cheap as shit so its easier to just press with the real deal anyway.d
