I have to use an alienware $1700 laptop, the Green LEDs under the keyboard and around the laptop allow me to deflect all federales and it has super hacker 1337 encryption automatically enabled

Any x86 or x86_64 laptop will do, but TAILS isn't compatible with ARM.

I'm using an old T400 ThinkPad - you can get those or even newer ones for dirt cheap already.

The common thing for people who don't really know a lot about this stuff is to use Tails. You download the Tails ISO and burn it to a disc, and then boot to the disc and there's an option on the menu to install it onto a USB stick. Then you do that, and boot into that, and setup "persistence", which is a chunk of the USB stick that doesn't get wiped. You keep all your contact and other info on there, and your Electrum Bitcoin keys are saved from one boot to the next, etc. You have to learn to use PGP in Tails, which is also pretty annoying and difficult to learn, but it'll be expected. Spend some time googling, reading threads, and watching videos on online/digital "privacy" tools and general things to be doing and watch out for. See if you can figure out how to put Bitmessage on your Tails USB persistent folder and run it.

It's gonna be a bit of a learning curve, but vending in this new digital world requires being digitally savvy, that's just expected now. It'll take time, but you'll get it.
