BudCentral comes through!

If you've been here for awhile you've probably seen questions about BudCentral and encountered people complaining about delays and whatnot. I was certainly one of those people -- way back in May BC was offering a special price on BHO. Well, it turns out that it was underpurged, so the vendor offered free replacements to anyone who ordered. I missed the first round of reships, and would periodically drop BC or Trappy a note seeing if I could still get mine. It took awhile, but almost exactly 6 months later, Trappy saw one of my posts here and got the ball rolling. There wouldn't have been any negative repercussions had they just dropped it as I'd pretty much given up, but when I checked the mail on monday there was a very generous package waiting for me in my mailbox.

They've had some ups and downs as far as shipping delays go, but I'm more convinced than ever that they are an honest crew. I absolutely found myself getting a little cranky over my tiny order, but this restores my confidence to the point where I would place another order with these guys. They might not be the fastest, but all vendors will make errors and I have respect for those that go above and beyond in trying to fix their mistakes.

My experience was the exact opposite; avoid BC like the plague

I guess I'm coming at this from a different place than you guys. I don't put $30 worth of weed on the same level as my car, which I need to get to and from work. Prior to the darknet, my only option if I wanted weed was to go walking down the street looking for gangbangers that would sell to me. That's a risky fucking proposition for a 30 year old dorky white guy who doesn't know anyone in town.

As much as I wish otherwise, this isn't Amazon. I am buying illegal drugs from a drug dealer who risks serious jail time by sending said drugs through the mail. Try buying $30 worth of weed from the shady dude on the corner, put it in your pocket, and then tell him that it's no good and you want a replacement but you're gonna go ahead and keep the first one as well.

To me, the situation is simple -- a drug dealer just gave me significantly more product than I originally ordered to make up for an error 6 months ago. For sure there were some hiccups in the process, but damn -- I'm in a weed barren part of the country and I'm getting free drugs sent directly to my house (again, significantly more than my initial order) to make up for an honest error. From a drug dealer.

I have never said that it erases the delay in the first place, but don't forget that I am the guy that had to put up with the bullshit and I am 100% satisfied that this made up for it. Trust me, I spent time being pissed off about it, so for me to come away from this not just content but happy means that the vendor went above and beyond in repaying the debt.

Your mileage may vary of course.
