Is this normal? (alphabay)

So I finally made an acct on alphabay after finding a listing I wanted but I'm not being allowed to buy, or at least I think.

When I go to the listing and select the amount and shipping, pressing the buy button just reloads the page... nothing in my orders box, no redirects, nothing to enter further information about shipping.

Wtf, is this normal? Is this how the buying process at alphabay works? Ie pressing the buy button notifies the seller who then initiates the process?

The question, while admittedly worded poorly, is honestly quite straightforward. Figure it's worth mentioning that I've been buying in DNM's for years, I van assure it my problem isn't coming from lack of knowledge how DNM's usually operate. I do have the funds deposited.

When I click the buy button all it does is refresh the page rather than ask me to input my shipping information nor does it take me to any confirmation page. Never had this happen on any other DNM. If clicking the buy button is supposed to redirect me to a page where I enter my shipping info like every other DNM then it's obvious that it's just my browser. Some links don't even work for me on the particular version of tor I use.

this is a noob question for the noob subreddit. but you need to fund your account first. otherwise the page just reloads.

Last time I logged into alphabay was a while ago, but if trying to purchase something without enough coins, it would give me a message saying so.

Try to go to an item that costs $0 (browse & arrange by price). There are quite a few such items for digital delivery. See what happens.

Like Avrsunit says, you need to first deposit enough funds into your account before you can buy. A screenshot of what you see would also be helpful.
