Package lost but no love letter? Address burnt?

Of course this is possible but I find it extrememly unlikely that it was simply lost without being seized. Should I consider my address burnt? I've had a clean house for weeks while wondering about this.

It was international so I guess if it was seized before customs then I wouldn't have gotten a love letter.

One more thought if anybody can clarify. Does canada mark the postage stamps with ink so they can't be used again? Like the US does? The reason I ask is because I had a letter show up without any mark on the stamps and I'm suspicious that my landlords been going through my mail and that's why I didn't recieve one of my orders nor received a love letter. The stealth on the canada one was good so I'm thinking he might have opened it, thought nothing of it then repackaged it? Any thoughts or is this nonsense?

Edit: I think I may have been control delivered. Doubt that would explain the other pack though?

soo.. let me ask you this.. why and how would your landlord know to go through your mail? and if not to find anything to reseal it up? i mean sounds like the landlord knows too much or your not telling us something.

Do I need to say more? USPS sucks. This clearnet pack took 16 days to arrive, and USPS just claimed I should've paid more for shipping...yet it was at my local post office in 4 days....

I know this is plagiarism but it's still funny.
