I'm relatively new to DNM's. Joined AB and made 15 successful transactions this year, until I decided to do business with EY. I purchased 200 blue kenzos and 50 2-CB's for a grand total of nearly 600.00, including 23.00 for tracking. As the auto finalize date approached I disputed the order. We approached the one month mark and no sign of the shipment. I asked her on three different occasions for the tracking and got the runaround, once she even said "I'm pretty sure I gave it to you." Another time she sent me a link to the postal service outlining various delays, none of which applied to my order. I decide to remain diplomatic even though I see this thing going south fast. The moderator was Botah and he never once intervened, probably because he was busy getting his cut of the exit scam. So at a month she wants to wait two more weeks before we agree on a resolution. Fine. Two weeks comes and of course no product. I offer to let her keep 100 dollars (sum of the 2-CB's) and refund the rest to end the fiasco. She says she believes there's a good chance the order is still in route and as such can only offer a 50% refund or a full reship. Then she has the audacity to ask me to pay for the tracking again. She also tells me not to mention the resolution in the feedback for fear of scammers looking to score free drugs. As though she was doing me a favor by having the grace to allow me a 300.00 loss if I chose the refund. I provided a new ship to Sunday and the site went down Tuesday. Anyone believe I'll ever see my investment? The bottom line is that if you can't be transparent and honest then your no better than the ones who exit scammed on AB. She/he boasts of a 100% success rate on tracked orders. Obviously not true unless mine is the first to go MIA. Also she claims to ship from multiple countries. I personally do not believe it. I've read feedback both good and bad stating the product is coming from the Netherlands. Had I been armed with this knowledge I would have made an informed decision to look elsewhere. The bottom line is that I can't blame anyone but myself for not doing my homework. But if this is how a vendor handles issues on a substantial order, imagine the nonchalant attitude there will be when your 50 dollar or so order never arrives. In the long run she really screwed herself out of a lot of future business as this was a test run. Sure the communication was good and cordial, but why stress for a moment doing business with the likes of her/him when there are much more professional vendors such as qualitywhite? She didn't even deem my order worthy enough to protect by procuring the tracking number I payed for! But maybe on round two....if I payed again. I asked her if my reship made it out by contacting her on here and she responded, but avoided the question completely. Simply amazing.
