I placed a fairly large order with CX on friday morning. He usually ships out same day, but this is not the case anymore. As of today He has responded to none of my messages, and 5 days later the order has auto-declined due to his inactivity. CX was one of my favorite vendors and easily the most reliable so this is truly weird for me. There are other reports of the same thing for the past couple weeks, so I would beware when ordering from CX for right now as it seems he is very behind on orders. Also not like CX to completely ignore his customers either. If you were considering placing an order with him right now, I would hold off until he can confirm with the community that he is back to the CannaXpress we knew and loved.
Edit: Finally got a reply back from CX 6 days later, apparently he was sick so hence the delay in the orders. I'll be placing a small test order with him later this week to see if hes back to his usual shipping times, will report back with how that goes.
Edit2: NVM - looks like CX has got heat on him, too many packages being seized and all of this that has developed over the past week or so just seems really shady so I'm staying far away. Stay safe everyone.
I hate to hear this. He has been my go to, but I always message a vendor before ordering. When I didn't get a response I went with cannalution this time. And wow... just saying if you need another option. He also vends on Evo and is very quick. also killerQP is new but I am trying him my next go round. I am hoping that cannaxpress is just a little bogged down.
