I have an open order with a level 5 Vendor. 700+ transactions with 600+ feedback only 1 negative and 3 neutral. None were for nonreceipt. Ordered ten days ago. After 5 (and seeing so many others post 2 days! Coast to Coast feedback) I messaged the vendor. The package was misrouted but is on it's way to me. Fine, whatever. Three days later still no arrival. Message vendor and they said it had left the closest sorting facility and was on it's way to it's final destination which is very close. Two days later (today) nothing.
I'm going to wait until tomorrow to message again if it doesn't arrive but if it doesn't show up by the time I have to open a dispute this is the type of situation where I can get get my money back since I didn't FE, right? I've never had to open a dispute so I just want to make sure I'm thinking correctly.
Read the vendors refund-policy act based on that.
I'd try to arrange a reship first and give it until the order is about to auto-finalize before disputing.
