Is there a private forum where youneed to like PGP verify your online criminality to discuss issues not intended to be seen by everyone, but defiantly worth talking about among Vendors.

Is there like a forum where you need to do PGP signature to prove that you are a 'cyber criminal' to become a member, where among themselves, ask OPSEC, NETSEC, mail, and other sensitive yet critical topics that need to be discussed? Then the drug dealers can get in contact with the accountant and they can link together. A black bookkeeper. Or have a shame USER sticky with customers that are annoying...

Are there such forums?

Not sure why everyone is laughing at him. There's lots of message boards where you need invites/prove yourself to join

Your question makes literally zero sense. Learn to speak english.

How would they make that forum and know for a fact that LE wasn't pretending to be someone they weren't?

Classic shitpost.

As far as reddit goes, once you are deemed "useful" your username will be invited to a sub whose name is a long alpha numeric stream. There are some better conversations in there, but I haven't seen anything worth the secrecy

Hey, hardened cyber criminal here. Have the pgp to prove it;)

Just kidding....

I think you're probably looking for something like The Hub or The Avengers forum? They're .onion boards that discuss market related topics. I'm not sure how active they are (or if they really cover fraud etc? That's not my bag at all) as I'm not really in the loop at the moment. Haven't ordered much of late but I guess those would be a decent start for you.

I don't think they do anything with regards to vetting members though.

Vendors have their own section in the market place forums ( or at least used to) which could only be accessed by registered vendors from that market, is this maybe more what you mean?
