[Complaint/Warning]Cannaxpress000 - Now its a complaint/warning

Link to my original thread originally didnt want to post this as a complaint/warning because I thought i'd have some sort of idea as to whether or not this issue would be resolved without labeling the thread as a warning. But alas....9 days still have yet to receive anything. Have sent him messages on both Blackbank & Agora regarding my order and still have yet to receive any sort of update.

Keep in mind I made orders with Medibuds & Cultmadeline the same time as I made the orders with /u/cannaxpress000 received both orders from MB & CM in the regular timely fashion. This guy though cant even respond to a simple question as far as the status on my pack.

Ill give the benefit of the doubt up to a week for a domestic order hell even 8-9 days IF there was any reassurance as to the status of it. BUT no not a single response. Why is this guy being lauded all over the forums again?

Vendor communication is hilariously bad from the vendor interface on more than one market. It is very easy to miss a message thread and not respond. Just my two cents.

There should be a flag for read messages and a separate flag for responded messages.

I've heard of people getting a hold of him via TorChat. Have you tried?

I ordered from him for the first time and should be getting my pack this week. I did weeks, if not months of research before I tried Canna and don't believe he is a scammer. The guy just gets a ton of orders on multiple markets and prefers not to take the time out to reassure people that their pack is coming. In defense of all vendors, customers are very annoying about this. 4 days go by with no pack and they're spamming messages bugging the vendor. I can't speak for the guy but I'd imagine he saves a lot of time not going back and fourth with people because they can't wait a few days. Though, yeah, your case is different, and that's a flaw in how he does business, but it's not without it's own benefits.

(Commented on your other thread) I placed and order with him either two days ago or yesterday (can't even remember lol) but Ag says he hasn't been online today. I'm sure that means he's busy shipping out packs or stocking up--either way when you're in the business like Canna is, I don't think you spend a lot of weekdays NOT doing cannabis/DNM related activities for an entire day... Or maybe that's just me trying to rationalize it.

But I'm sure you'll get your pack bro, even though waiting sucks. Feedback from yesterday and today indicates people received theirs. Though funny enough, I think I saw your 0/5 on there as well, haha.

Want to give an update:

Finally got into contact with CX000 on Blackbank. He said he messed up my address and thought he had messaged me already. Gave me two diff options of either a full refund or a reship with a $30 refund (havent received that yet). I decided to go with the reship because i'm still interested in trying out what he has.

On another note he did give me a more direct way of communicating with him which was nice because waiting for responses on DNM's are annoying as fuck. Def made the lines of communication much smoother.

Will update again if i receive the packs.

Canna messed up my order (sent me OG over blue dream) and would not respond to PMs on either Agora or Blackbank. I heard some have had luck getting in contact with him on TorChat, but that's about it.
