Is it safe to assume European customs would be much more strict after Charlie Hebdo attacks?

When shipping from Europe to let's say, a country not accross the ocean but not in Europe either?

Most likely, following the Boston Marathon bombing there was a large increase in seizures for a period of time, vendors who's packages never had problems were getting seized.
