problem with EIC multisig refund

I cancelled a order in multisig escrow and I am trying to get the coins back from the multisig address. On the cancel order page it says I need to sign the transaction and broadcast it but I'm not sure how I go on about this. Also the white text block which I assume was the signed transaction was empty is this normal or a glitch? Please help

Here's what you should do.

  1. Copy the hash that EIC gives you.
  2. Go to coinb.in, and paste that hash on the verify tab.
  3. Now you have a bunch of information, but what you want is next to "Output", there should be a BTC address.
  4. Go to your electrum wallet, to the "Addresses" tab, and find that address.
  5. Right clic it and chose "Private Key".
  6. Copy that key, and now go back to coinb.in, this time under the "Sign" tab.
  7. Paste your key and the hash, and clic submit.
  8. Now go to the "Broadcast" tab, paste the hash again and and clic submit.

The transaction should then appear as pending in your wallet.

coinb.in is the easiest.

Go through the steps verify, sign, broadcast

You will need the private key associated with the public you entered on the settings page.
