[Complaint/Warning] Buyer got screwed on evolution

I placed my first order on Sunday Feb. 8 with a vendor that stated in ad that I would receive my order in 2-4 days. In less than 24 hours I was locked out of my Evolution account. My password no longer works. I filed a ticket on Monday. Now it is late on Thursday and, I have not received my order or a response to my ticket. Buyer Beware

What's your thinking, that a website with tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars of daily traffic went out of its way to fuck you out of the value of your order? Why would they do that?

Was everything legit on your end of things? What exactly comes up when you try to login and are you 100% sure your username and password are correct? I fuck up the captcha at least once per dnm login...

Chill. I guaranty you that the username or password was incorrect. I know you'll insist again that they were correct and maybe even claim you copypasta'd from an encrypted file, but no. I hear that shit from my clients all the time and they're always wrong with a margin of error of zero. Simple PEBKAC error.

Everybody should also stay off of Gmail. I tried to log into my account a bunch of times without success. I don't know if the whole internet is a scam or if I'm just an idiot.
