Found an inspection stamp on a package invoice

Recently received a small package in the mail containing a glass pipe which was ordered from a legitimate online head shop.

I found this stamp on the invoice, and I cannot tell if the stamp was placed by USPS after an inspection. Or if this would have been from the seller. Has anyone seen this type of stamp before or knows what it is? http://imgur.com/rqFPj44

That could be from one of two things. Either a person in the headshop put that on there just to make sure it was packaged safely considering its glass, or it could be usps who opened your package and inspected it. I'd say the headshop did it but I'm not 100% sure.

This invoice is from 420 science I have a few with that same stamp.

Pretty sure USPS would have their logo in the stamp. Not 100% positive on that but sound logical to me..

That's a quality assurance stamp put there by whoever packed up your order.

Yeah that's more like a quality assurance stamp from company.
