[BSM] Tomorrowman non-receipt of goods Australia

Hey all

Just seeking a little advice and guidance as this has not happened to me before.

45 Days ago I placed an order with Tomorrowman on BSM. I had no choice but to FE due to my location. Two weeks ago I wrote to them and advised that I had not received the goods. They were quick to reply that my address must be "red flagged", or something to that effect.

The problem I have is that I had made around 20 odd successful orders prior with various vendors around the globe, and several orders from other vendors from their region. In addition, I have received two further orders placed more recently than the order in question and they have arrived with no issue.

I feel like I have been scammed, but as I'm not one to point fingers I was wondering what course of action I should take in this situation.

I understand completely about the risks of delivery into Australia and I am willing to take that risk, however, something just seems odd on this occasion.

Furthermore, all the order information, correspondence, hell basically everything pertaining to this matter has been auto-removed by the BSM system.

What would you do?

Thanks in advance!

I've ordered from tomorrowman several times before (all domestic shipping), with absolutely no complaints.

Today I noticed (on BSM):

Therefore, I strongly suspect that something has happened. Sorry about your luck.

Yeah gettin things into your country are not difficult. I have heard of people with 100% success rates. It was probably a selective scamming tactic, which is something that is very hard too avoid. Test too see if your location is flagged by ordering legal things from the same region. Large orders. If someone were suspicious of your address then you will recognise someone has opened and searched your parcel. But.. That's just like.. my opinion.. man.

Yep I'm in aus as well and all together I have lost around 500$ due to scams. Nevita and snapback fuck you

The chance of your package being intercepted is independent of previous success.

I think you'll just have to write this one off as a loss. With both FE and the order removed from the system there's really no recourse through the market dispute system.

Though it wouldn't hurt to ask the vendor nicely for a reship or a partial refund.
