The secret mentor of Silk Road's mastermind

"Ross Ulbricht's grand ambition was to build an underground, high tech, black market for drugs like nothing the world had ever seen, the U.S. government says.

Right from the start, however, his reality was markedly different.

Ulbricht currently faces a range of charges for allegedly operating Silk Road, the first major online marketplace for illegal drugs, including narcotics trafficking, computer crimes, fraud, and more. Federal Bureau of Investigation agents arrested Ulbricht at a San Francisco library in 2013, where they seized his laptop before he could lock down its contents behind strong encryption. Wednesday's proceedings reveal just how valuable the evidence found on the computer would be for the prosecution's case."

I've developed this theory over time and haven't told anyone until now. Although, take it with a grain of salt, and research it on your own. If you go to the antilop.cc/sr you can see all the chat logs and evidence from the sr trial. In one of the logs Variety Jones talks to ross about how it would be easy to figure out who he is if he took the time to try. He says something like how many texas physicists are there really? VJ goes on to say he's surprised ross doesn;t know who he is, and he gives away the big hint "Plural of Mongoose or P.O.M."

So VJ is also P.O.M. Variety Jones was selling cannabis seeds on the SR, and was selling seeds before then. Now, if you search those keywords you come up with discussion on weed sites like rollitup.com and related sites. Apparently, in these weed growing community/forums it is common for the top growers to secretly sell seeds to other growers for money. The site I think gets a cut of this somehow. Try and stick with me here.

IIRC back in the mid 2000''s overgrow.com was one of those big communities and the main seed seller/admin was a guy named Gypsy Nirvana. He was married to another grower called Dutchgrown. Now, Dutchgrown had gotten surgery to be able to have kids because Gypsy Nirvana wanted to have one, but left her to marry and impregnate a young Phillipino woman. Dutchgrown was heartbroken, and here enters the fucking guy, Plural of Mongoose. POM/VJ started dating Dutchgrown, and hatched a plan to extort Gypsy Nirvana to give over admin privileges to POM and Dutchgrown or they would give police info about his seed operation.

Gypsy Nirvana got busted in the Philippines for sending seeds to the United States. He's sitting in a Philippine jail at the moment. So if we can figure out who Gypsy Nirvana's wife is we may be able to uncover the true identity of Plural of Mongoose/ Variety Jones!!! How about them fucking apples huh?

Sources: hearsay on different cannabis forums.

Edit: Oh who just popped my gold cherry? : ) Thanks

Edit #2: So POM is Thomas Clark, which is known from the lawsuit made against Gypsy Nirvana aka Glynn Foster (idk correct spelling). Thanks everyone for inputing their own two cents for me to further understand this crazy story. Wow, is all I have to say.

[3 Points] -STIMUTAX-:

Awhile back someone posted a video of P.O.M and Gypsy Nirvana hanging out in a flat. I thought it was /u/lamoustache ? But I could be wrong. He offered the same theory you have. I will see if I can find it.

Variety Jones sounds like a talk show host name. Never trust talk show hosts.
