we have been a Vendor at Evolution now for about 2 months and we still don't get why a marketplace is integrating an automatically declination after 5 days if the parcel doesn't get marked das shipped.
I mean if a customer doesn't get an answer from a Vendor, he will most likely be in contact with the support after 24 hours. Nobody would wait 5 days for a reply from a Vendor and the automated finalization only starts if the Vendor marks he parcel as shipped.
The only thing that this feature is doing is betraying the Vendors, if he is only sending the tracking info in a message. This has happened to us now the second time and we lost now over 1k USD due to this crappy feature.
We have contacted the Evolution Support about 10 hours ago and we still have no reply from them.
I have no idea why they have implemented this feature and I hope that after this post Evolution is going to stop with this shit!
Update: Sorry for the hard words against Evolution. We personally like this Marketplace for it's constant uptime and the big community. I see now, that some people are seeing this feature as something good, which has great advantage for them. I think it would maybe just help if a notification was implemented in a Evolution so that a vendor and a customer is getting notified if an order is about to be automatically canceled or finalized.
Lol. Don't get angry at a market for your laziness. Mark your packages as shipped if you want your damn money. End of story.
