Just got an order free for no reason... wtf

Placed a 100 dollar order last week and the vendor acknowledged it, but canceled it and refunded me my bitcoins 2 days later without any other communication. I assumed that he didn't ship out for whatever reason, but the very next day lo and behold, my order showed up at my doorstep. No idea what the fuck happened, but I kinda feel bad. I'm not sure why the heck he'd give a refund and I haven't gotten any communication since. Should I let them know and offer to pay? My conscience is killing me. But then again free drugs... hmmm...

If it was PFM/Humboltfarms/NiceDrugs or any of his other accounts, you are better off keeping your mouth shut and just enjoy your free drugs or sand. Sometimes being too nice to the wrong person can bite you in the ass.

Small time vendor? Give it back/let him know

Big time vendor? Fuck em, it was their mistake and they shouldn't be big if they're that sloppy

If you're happy to keep it and use it, pay the man. If you don't want it, pay the man, sell it yourself for coin.

Honestly, it's fucking ridiculous we need a thread to do the right thing. Apparently the drugs scene absolves us of any responsibility to not be a cunt.

It happens sometimes. I have twice gotten reships for delayed/lost mail and both times the original packages show up. Iessahes the vendors offering to pay and both times they refused the offer.

I would definitely let them know. They would absolutely appreciate you being honest about it and more likely than not will say not to worry about it. I don't at all subscribe to the "fuck them; their mistake" mentality since so much of what I believe about what makes these markets work is the voluntary trust/honesty people have to display for the system to work. There are so many ways people can be ripped off and it really does boil down to people's conscience telling them to so what's right, even (probably especially) when doing the right thing isn't in your own favor.

Communicate with him. Trust me, it'll make his day and he may remember you.

[1 Points] WhiteMatter:

Keep it ... But depends.. If you feel really bad, then send some bitcoins back IF he asks for it ?

[1 Points] throwahooawayyfoe:

do what you think is right, op. but i'd at least give them back half the money.

FattusCatteratus did this right before he ripped off a bunch of people and disappeared.

reports of a few people getting double amounts due to shipping errors boosted his orders through the roof and the dude just bounced with a bunch of idiots having FE'd

[1 Points] deezneezthrow:

This same shit happened to me with trump before he scammed everyone. I paid him back and of course he scammed a bunch of.folks a few weeks later. You should pay him back, imo

[1 Points] 13tom13:

thats happened to me once or twice and i have also had orders where the vendor sent the wrong thing luckily it just meant i got more of what i wanted tho

[1 Points] DicksWillBeFucked:

If you got what you initially wanted, even though the vendor may have cancelled, you should still tell them and kick them a few if they ask (like a bit less than listing price though). They'll prolly let you keep it free of charge, who knows, maybe send you more for your honesty or hook you up in the future, etc. Exchanging goods goes way beyond economic transactions yo.

Aside from that, if it's any of those vendors known for screwing people over, I'd say you are in the blight of the market anyways so do whatever you want.

Just because these are drug markets, does not and ought to not mean we treat each other like shit. Even if it's subversive, passive, or feigned ignorance. Let's keep this all a fun and enjoyable experience for all involved. Drugs don't have to be bad Mmmkay.

I'd be honest and let the vendor know. Go ahead and offer to pay what the order was originally for. Its the right thing to do. If you already spent that money on another order and can't afford to give him anything, I'd still let him know and offer to pay what you can when you can. We expect vendors to not rip us off, not to short us, and when they do, we expect compensation. I think it works both ways. If it was the wrong product or something you didn't want or don't use, that's a little different.
