Contacting Nucleus support about no access to account?

I've been trying to log on to Nucleus for a good week and a half and can only get on the first page after login then any other page I go to, it'll take me back to the login page.

The update from December 21st says: "please send us message with subject "Account recovery - nameofyouraccount" and be patient." How can I do this if I can't access the messaging page or support page. ? Even when I make a new account it will still log me out.

I know the link I have isn't a phishing site because it shows my correct coin balance and the links were from the DNsuperlist.

Any help is appreciated

If you can get Nucleus support to respond, let them know I have a ticket that's been gathering dust for a few weeks.

Open a new account and try to do it from there.
