Which market to use

I have experience with both agora and evo on small personal scale purchases and both have had there pros and cons. i read a lot on here that agora is really the only one to trust she it comes to getting scammed. Is evolution really not that trustworthy to have my coins on? the speed and website layout on evo is so much better but is it lacking some sort of security when compared to agora and thats why agora is so much slower?

No market is really all that trustworthy for keeping coins on, IMO, although agora does seem to be the most trustworthy out of the bunch if I had to pick one. Only transfer coins to your market account when you're ready to make a purchase and don't leave any substantial amount in your account for more than a short period of time.

Both agora and evolution have been around a long time and never been hacked or stolen anyones coins. Top tip - avoid scamroad.

All the markets are sketchy to some extent. They're illegal and anonymous black markets after all. Hacks aren't uncommon nor is the admin fucking off with everyone's bitcoins. Both Agora and Evo have never lost anyone's money and have been around for a while.

I use Agora. I've found if I use it early morning which is the middle of the night for North America and the rest of Europe is getting ready for work or at work, I don't have too many problems with it being down or ridiculously slow. The downtime etc doesn't especially bother me anyway, I can wait a couple of hours and it's not Amazon, expectations should be lowered plus I fully believe Agora in that security is their number one priority. I think they're the least likely of the DNM's to steal escrow and so I'm hoping they'll do a Backopy and bow out gracefully when their time comes.

I don't use Evo as I have yet to get passed how it originated and I choose not to leave my coins in the hands of confirmed thieves. For many though, it is their first choice of market and very popular around here.

Whichever way you go, you take the chance that you may lose your coins either from scammers, hackers or the market itself which is why people on here are always saying you should never spend more than you can afford to lose.

On TMP you don't have to trust the market, it's multisig only, there is no traditional escrow, so there is nothing to steal or hack.

No site is trustworthy tokeep your coins on.

You deposit when you want to make an order, then withdraw the balance. The end.

If you do keep btc on deposit in a escrow style site, have 2-factor auth set up at the least. But it simply is not prudent.
