Happens all the time. the APPS (Automated Package Processing System) machine is a finicky bastard. it will read the origin address as thesend to address and vise versa. god i hate that machine. it shredds packages all the time too

It just happens from time to time, mixed up mail/bins/sorting, whathave you.
