Buying bitcoins with cash- Should I tumble?

I have always bought coins through bank transactions and tumbled them etc. After a few months of looking I have finally found someone who accepts cash through the mail. So I was just wondering two things: 1) Should I do this method instead of bank transfers? 2) Should I still tumble my bitcoins?

Tumble-dry on low for 20-35 minutes and your coins will be clean as a whistle.

There is literally no reason to trust a tumbling site. It's just one more attack surface.

Consider trading your bitcoin for doge or something, and then back again on a different exchange.

Cash through mail sounds risky, but if the seller is trusted I don't see why not. No point in tumbling if you bought with cash since it has no connection to you.

Why don't you use cash deposit at the bank? Much easier than cash through the mail.

Regardless, tumbling is a waste of time entirely if you bought with cash as there is no trace back to you so it defeats the purpose of tumbling in the first place.

I buy my bitcoin at an ATM that doesn't require ID / phone number, only a bitcoin wallet / Cash.

Personnally I use a new bitcoin address for every transaction and from there send it to the DNM. Not really tumbling but not straight to DNM.
