Weird order/escrow situation resolved on Nucleus

Tried to place an order with a vendor on Nucleus. Shortly after order was placed, was moved into an "accepted" status. After that, it just sat there for 3 days, and when I checked back on vendor profile, showed they had not logged in.

After 72 hours, orders marked Accepted, but not Shipped, are supposed to revert back to the account (this was a full-escrow listing). However, when I checked back, the BTC still were not credited to my account.

I sent in a support ticket and asked for the BTC to be credited back to my account since the time had expired and vendor had not logged in.

The funds were credited back to my account the next day.

I know this is probably the most boring post ever on this sub, lol. No popcorn, disappearances or extortion here! I just wanted to submit this as a data point because people always seem so sketched out by Nucleus for some reason. I suppose most people don't post about things when they are going as expected.

FWIW, my market use so far has been SR2>Evo>Blackbank, and now am moving on to Nucleus. I always transfer BTC directly before an order, and only the amount needed, so I've never lost any significant money in previous seizures/exits.

I'm pretty agnostic about which markets I use, so long as they work.
