Vendor banned right after buying from him What does this look like to you guys?

Yesterday I found a vendor on dream with suspiciously low prices, I checked the reviews they were all glowing and praising him as the best things to have walked this earth. I made two orders, both in escrow. He asked me to finalize, I said I don't finalize early with new vendors. Then out of curiosity I finalized the cheaper of my two orders. He accepted that one and then canceled my order where I would'n't finalize. I look at his reviews all of them from the last 18 days are 5 stars saying "FEing out of trust", his earlier reviews described the product, shipping times, stealth etc so at one point packages were landing. He said he was on vacation so perhaps that explains the gap. But today I see his account is suspended? Why do accounts on Dream usually get suspended? And should I kiss the $50 I spent good-bye?

No, his packages were never landing. The earlier reviews and feedback were him padding his own account with shill buys. All those "5/5 fe out of trust" feedbacks coming in are the real buyers that are currently getting screwed over because they believed the padded feedback.

He said he was on vacation so perhaps that explains the gap.

Nah... that's him stringing everybody along, hoping they'll hit that FE button.

Thinking seriously about setting up a vendor account with just a tip jar that says "donate that btc you were gonna FE"

You talm bout Fantasy? Cus all his prices and shipping times were a Fantasy... Get it.

Yep, rule #352 of dnm purchases, never Fe with newer/unknown vendors ESPECIALLY when they ask you to Fe.

Any ask for Fe on an escrow order means high potential for being scammed. (Not nessacarily scammed for all the money, as in, they can pretend to send then when it doesn't arrive you have to accept their terms of 25-50% reship/refund that they actually send. Hence you still got scammed. Sometimes referred to as selective scamming)

Just curious of your age? Did you read up on anything before placing an order? Yes you have been scmmed
