Food for thought.
Xanax and Modafinil are both Schedule IV, yet you never hear anyone getting arrested for ordering Modafinil, all over the clearnet
Food for thought.

Cocaine and meth are schedule II while cannabis is schedule I, yet cocaine and meth are cracked down on much harder than pot.
The scheduling system is fucked and means nothing
[15 Points] LedLevee:
Because Modafinil users don't black out, wreck their apartment, get in their car, wreck said car, jump out of the car into traffic and walk naked into a mickey d's. Moda users also don't get into a world of shit because they aren't 14-year olds blacking out in 3rd hour Algebra.
They sit at uni and study 12h/day.
[3 Points] None:
I've never really heard of anyone getting arrested for ordering Xanax over the internet aside from bulk customers either.
[2 Points] ImBillBraskyAMA:
Scheduling is done once and the Feds never go back and readdress it. Drugs are scheduled based on their potential for abuse and whether they have an accepted medical use. Schedule I has no acceptable medical use (per the Feds - their opinion) and a very high potential for abuse. Schedule II has an accepted medical use and a very high potential for abuse. III, IV and V all can be prescribed and are abused - Less likely to be abused as you go down in schedule. Xanax is way more likely to be abused. If their system was done properly, modafinil should be a V, or move Xanax to a III.

EXACTLY! Modafinil is a smart drug, for speeding your brain up and being a better student. Its also not mass-produced for the black market, or abused like amphetamines.

multiple 250ct+ orders of modafinil from India, absolutley no issues
No one gives a shit about narcolepsy pills, even though they are a very interesting pill.
[1 Points] None:
Finding Modafinil for under $1/pill is so hard unless you order from India man. I don't even think a cop would know Modafinil is illegal if he caught me with it anyway. I would've had to slip up on something else anyway for me to even get searched if I had it. Nobody is acting a fool on Modafinil.
[1 Points] HonkySpaceship:
Yeah and how does the hospitalizations due to xanax/modafinil correlate?
It's all politics, buddy. If it ain't a problem don't fix it. If it's a problem punish it to the fullest extent of the law and make an example.
[1 Points] jortiz682:
Xanax and modafinil, much like many other drugs, are scheduled incorrectly. Xanax should be a 2 and modafinil a 5.
[1 Points] SickleInThePickle:
There is not an endless amount of money for law enforcement to operate on. They, and the politicians that control future monies, pick and choose what pursue.
[1 Points] None:
I really don't see any recreational value in modafinil or armodafinil. It also doesn't cause people to black out.
[1 Points] FrozenMCVegetableCok:
No one is even talking about the big issue here.
XANAX BLACKOUTS MAKE YOU SCREW UGLY PEOPLE
Seriously, the funniest drug stories I've ever witnessed or heard involved xanax and bad/oddball hook ups
[1 Points] None:
YA MULE!!! Work them double shifts in the hospital now, here me?
[1 Points] FirstBaron:
There is a high potential for abuse for xanax. Modafinil is definitely lower.
[1 Points] gettomeetag:
modanifil doesnt do much for me
[1 Points] jurypaidoff:
wats modafinil do
[0 Points] TheOpiateKing:
No one is ordering 500/10,000 packs of that though and Xanax has a way higher chance of abuse.
It is because I don't sell modafinil.
