(Functionality Question) - Filtration of Uninteresting (to me) Threads: Does This Feature Exist?

Is there some mechanism for building a contextually-driven filter that would hide/mute uninteresting posts based on key expressions?

My list would be something like:

[x|X]anax

[b|B]ar(barian)?(s)?

living\s+at\s+home(with\s+mom)?

[b|B]arred\s+(out)?

etc.

Basically, I want to cull out the Xanax garbage and patethic stories about "mom just found my stash!!", leaving more of the good stuff.

Since such a feature is very easy to implement, I'm going to guess that there is some site policy, and was intentionally omitted. <sigh> Please tell me I'm wrong

use RES like me (reddit enhancement suite). Lets you block threads by certain keywords.
