Vendor got shit twisted..

I ordered some mdma pills about 4 weeks ago. Pack still hasn't landed. Been extending the AF because I wanted to give the pack a little extra time before opening up a dispute. I contacted the vendor to inquire about the status of the pack and dude IMMEDIATELY responds very rude and stand offish..

Where the fuck do vendors get this shit attitude from? Don't you want repeat customers? Do vendors think because they have a drop address for a customer that they can act like dickheads?

I'm waiting till the end of the week then I will call this guy out on here.

Edit: I haven't named & shamed yet because I'm a very understand client. I know how the game goes and shit happens. People have bad days, things happen, etc.. I spoke with the vendor again and he seems to have sorted out his attitude issue. Last message I received was "if not arrive monday, we will sort it out"... So will give him till monday.

As a vendor I work hard to provide fast, efficient and friendly customer service. It's good for business and it's just the right way to be imo. So if this vendor is being a dick, go ahead and name and shame. Maybe post his response, properly redacted of course, so we can get a sense of how bad it is. You might be over-reacting or something, we don't know.

Both buyers and vendors have to deal with idiots on both sides, but vendors have to deal with a lot more of them, it's just math lol. ~95% of my customers are on point, ~4% are a bit iffy (bad opsec, manners, etc) but workable, and that last 1% make you want to walk away. So there are times I just want to rip someone a new one, but that's never going to help, so I try to be polite and get through it.
