[SR2] When to assume a package has been caught or i have been scammed?

A package was ordered from meerkovo on SR2 10 days ago. Estimated delivery was said to be 3 days. The package is 7 days late. When should i write my negative review?

Don't leave a negative review; contact the vendor. I had the same thing happen to me and it was domestic US.

I contacted the vendor and he gave me the tracker, which showed USPS thought my house was a closed business and didn't deliver. The vendor sent me a second package and when I got it, I also got my original package with it (meaning USPS saw the new package and thought "oh wait, we have another one that we didn't deliver for this same address"). P.S. The vendor was AstroHaven and he was absolutely amazing through all this. Even sent me extra with my new order because he felt bad about the first package even though it wasn't his fault.

Sometimes the post office makes mistakes. You can also call your local post office and see if they have it there.

Contact the vendor, if he has logged in after you have sent the message and it's been 24 hours write the negative review. Then you know you have been scammed. Otherwise the vendor should take care of this situation for you!
