/r/RCSources redditors found posts claiming China is about to ban many popular RCs (2-FMA, 4-FA, 5-MAPB, 2C-x, ...) effective Oct 1st. Others claim it's BS

The original post was on the RC forum chemsrus where some popular vendors have claimed this rumor is true and a large list of chemicals are about to be banned.

Here, on reddit, some users claim they spoke to their suppliers in China and whether or not these new laws are to be applied it won't make a difference in their ability to manufacture these drugs, for whatever reason. Confusion ensues.

Check this thread for more details:

This might mean prices will soar as these chemicals become harder to procure, or it might mean nothing because China.

On paper it's banned... But you could honestly still get it.

Lol it's China. I'm sorry, but if you think things become illegal just because they wrote some legislation you have another thing coming. This isn't the U.S.A or EU where cops come kicking down doors because you aren't keeping up with health standards by the FDA or w/e.

You know someone, you pay someone, etc. Not going to have a huge impact I think.
