I feel like the focal point of a well laid prank. Like I can't believe what's turning up when I do a search for domestic K on TradeRoute. First of all, EVERY fucking vendor is brand new and don't even understand basic dark net protocols. Every public PGP key I've checked so far is only 2048 strength (as opposed to the recommended 4096 RSA), with unlimited expiration date, gmail address tied to the PGP key (totally unnecessary and bad Opsec).
Also, TWICE now I know of instances where an order was placed with funds held in escrow, and the vendor suggested "canceling" the deal so I'd get my coins back in my wallet and THEN wanted me to send the coins to a separate bitcoin address that they provide. They said that AFTER that, they'd send tracking info. Seriously ?!
Also, 2 instances of vendor repeatedly requesting address even after it was encrypted with their public key and sent to them. Then after telling them it was already sent, they suggest to send the address via Wickr - again, WTF ?
If that's not enough, another vendor claimed that they couldn't send the order unless a phone number or email address was also provided "so they could double check that I got my order ok" - yea, right !
Get your act together folks - it's probably a mass infiltration of LE but these are noob mistakes that shouldn't even be made by the noobest noob on the net ! :/
All I can say is that there's a gold mine of opportunity if a "real" K vendor ever shows up on TradeRoute. I'm just surprised because on every other marketplace there's always been clear leaders in every industry but sadly that doesn't seem to be the case concerning K on TR :(
Dude are you gonna name the actual vendors?
