Agora Vendor offline, Question

I'm at work at the moment and unable to connect to TOR to do my own research. If an order has been placed with a Vendor and he hasn't been on-line for a week, so the order is not processed, am I able to cancel the transaction myself or ask the admin to do so? Anyone with past experience here would be really appreciated.

If vendor has not put your post into confirmed status, when you go to the order page it will give you an option to cancel and return coins from escrow to your account.
