should i open a dispute?

i made an order from a vendor early last week. And on his page it says priority shipping 3-5 days MAX, this is now the 8th working fay since my order has been marked shipped. Would you wait until theborder is about to auto finalize or open a dispute now?

If I were you I'd message the vendor see what's happening with it, maybe ask for a tracking number and then dispute just before it auto-finalizes.

The only way a vendor on AB can "accept" an order is to mark it as shipped. Likely the vendor didn't ship it out the second it was marked shipped, but rather a few days after. Did you message the vendor before posting this?
