Really fucking paranoid

Okay so I ordered some modafinil to my friend's house from ModaCat because I've done it before with no problems. Well it was held for pick up because nobody could sign. No big deal, I had USPS say they'll deliver tomorrow. Now my friend tells me that his mom's probation officer noticed packages coming in fake names (completely unrelated to me, idk what they ordered but it was in fake names, I know it wasn't DNM related tho) so he's going to be at their house from 9 - 12 to check on the house.

Now the package is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but I'm calling the post office as soon as it opens to tell them not to deliver it and hold it. But there's always the chance that the driver already left.

So I told him if something comes, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT and reject that shit. I feel like if he does this the cop can't really say anything, can he? I mean it's not like he took possession. Oh yeah and the package is coming in my friend's name. I mean everyone I've talked to has said I'm fine because he needs a warrant since it's USPS but I want to be sure.. I'm thinking about cleaning house even though there isn't really a link to me because the cop is there because of my friend's mom, not because of me or my friends.

Any ideas? Thoughts? Sorry for the noob post, just wanna be sure. Also Modafinil is schedule four so I mean it's not like I'm ordering meth or something but.. idk. Thanks!

his mom's probation officer? how does his mom's probation officer know whats being delivered to their house?

I honestly don't think ANYONE cares if someone orders some modinafil. I mean, sure, it's scheduled, but it's less psychoactive than caffeine in my experience with it

In my opinion, it would be really awkward and obvious if you were acting all nervous and paranoid, but I understand that uncomfortable feeling some people get when around 'authority figures'. From a total legally ignorant point of view, with some confidence and social engineering there should be little problem..

Everyday, people receive packages of items of all types.. but you DID use the name of someone (your friend) who clearly doesn't live at the address, so that's the only reason to worry.. pass it off as a Christmas gift you ordered online.. you know.. for your friend.
