Large order with reputable AB vendor, FE'd, late and no communication. When is it reasonable to start a ticket?

First I would like to thank the community, I have been reading for months and just now moved into my first orders. I have eternal thanks for many of you, helping me modernize my operation and take my business to a new level. You should all be proud as you are Pioneers, developing the biggest innovation in this industry since dime bags.

So I am a long time US Distro working the old fasioned way, I made my first DNM purchase a couple weeks ago and hope to progressivly move my orders to the markets. I should mention my current acquisition method involves me flying frequently and handling my own logistics. I cant say my success rate in shipping was ever as high as some of the claims on here but fiscally even with lost packs it has worked well and I have learned the drill.

Please dont ask for name and shame as I want to remain respecful and give the vendor a chance to resolve the issue on the market. I have been making test orders to basically shop around. I am concerned with one order from a reputable weed vendor on AB, he has great feedback much of wich comes from buyers ordering bulk, which is very important to me. There are some negative and neutral feedback specifically about shipping times and communication, this I understand the echo of a minority group and though it was natural when running such a big operation. The order is for just under 10k for some of the various quality in stock. I have nemerous orders with a handful of vendors, almost all asked to FE for bulk so I had no problem with FE on this order. It was marked shipped 11 days ago (I understand because of FE the vendor will mark it asap) I figured it would go out on the following business day which would've been 9 days ago. Now in my experience a pack leaving from say two hours outside a city in the northwest (with the assumed proper methods) in 4-6 days, 3-5 days from most of the midwest... hoping for it to drop 2 days ago. I have recieved other packs as well as tons of ligit mail at this drop almost every couple days for the last 3 weeks. On day 9 I sent the vendor a friendly reminder to chack for me and he said it should be delivered that day. Now I have NO COMMUNICATION from him at all! Day 11...

Is it strange for me demand a tracking #? At what point should I open a ticket or start to involve other people? I routinely pack and send 3 times what this order is, I know when I do it, no matter if I am on the completely opposite side of the country, it would've been here by now.

The only recourse you have is to leave negative feedback. That's pretty much it.

That said I am interested, are real bulk orders not typical on the DNMs. Im intersted in hearing feedback from anyone reguarding this. Is 10k to much to put through the market?
