Alphabay - locked out of account after deposit - can't reset password

So before anyone says I've been phished etc. please read all of what I'm about to write.

Okay so I have had an account on alphabay since about january but had previously only made 2-3 deposits and withdrawls with the amounts being between $50-$200. These all went through fine. Fast forward to today. Now for all market links I have them stored on a literally handwritten piece of paper beside my laptop inside a book (paranoid much lol) so I know it was not simply a phishing link because it was manually typed out and 100% correct (double checked link after all this shit went down.

Anyways, I deposit approx. $320 to my account and wait for 15 mins. Check blockchain, 3 confirmations all fine and dandy, but then I notice the exact same amount was withdrawn to a different wallet with $600,000 in it in BTC. Now I am beginning to get worried, but I haven't been on alphabay as of late so I figure maybe it is on of their new startegies for storing btc in hot wallets or whatever (I'm no bitcoin analyst so at this point idk whats happening.) i then go back to my alphabay tab in tor, it prompts me to log back in as has happened in the past, I am locked out of my account. Try resetting with pin and memonic, nada.

Now I am extremely worried, $300 is a small chunk of change to lose but a chunk of change to lose none the less.

Can't log into alphabay, can't reset password, coins in random wallet, and no apparent phishing. I will add that I'm an idiot and didnt have 2FA enabled as I usually DD or use Hansa but the specific vendor I was looking to purchase from was only on alphabay.

Have contacted support on both my forum account (of the same name) and on a new account I made.

Confused at where I went wrong.

If you get locked out right after depositing, it means that you got phished. Since we offer purchase PIN, mnemonics, passphrases, 2FA and security messages, there's no excuse for this to happen. Nevertheless, you can open a support ticket and we will see what we can do.

Your coin might have been sent to a internal alphabay wallet for proccesing. I'm not to savvy on the way a market handles incoming deposits but I do know they have been trying multiple things with moving around wallets recently.

This is very risky friend. Don't write the links down when you can store them in tails encrypted. Plausible deniablity is shot if you have the market url wrote down next to your laptop and tails drive. Save that ish in the persistence on tails.
