Take a few organic chemistry courses at your local community college (or current college if you're enrolled).
You could also just find and read through the books or guides recommended on just about any established drugs forum (Bluelight, drugs-forum, Shroomery) to learn and buy your equipment along the way. I'd recommend against that path though because becoming familiar with the almost-free lab environment provided by the school and getting to actually know your stuff is its own reward.

If you want to make what people around here want to buy you better for a very reliable precursor source.

If you have to ask this you will definitely need a lot of time and research. Since no one else mentioned it, total synthesis II by strike. Also organic Chen lab survival manual by Zubrick as someone else mentioned.

Precursors are going to be your biggest problem. If you spend over $100 on a precursor (DCM for example), the company has to report it to the DEA. It doesn't look very good if you don't have a license.

wrong subreddit. go to the library or college bookstore and look for texts for undergrad organic chem courses

Zubrick's "Organic Chem Lab Survival" book or whatever it's called. Good for understanding glassware/procedure/etc.
