Ordered for a guy I know only by first name, to an address of a guy he knows. Package says delivered, but the guy who was supposed to receive it says he wants to meet up with the guy I know. I'm thinking he probably got a CD and wants to meet up with the dude to bust him.

It seems ambiguous at best.
Ive read stories where the CD happened almost the day after it was supposed to be delivered where tracking was normal.
Ive also read stories where the tracking stopped or gave some weird message and the CD happened days to a week later :( I sure this didnt help you, but moral of the story is do not bet on tracking giving you anymore info
