Helix Technical Difficulties

Hi all,

I regret to inform you , with in the past 24 hours, Helix was experiencing tech problems. Some of the transaction we were sending out weren't being accepted to the blockchain because the were coming from unconfirmed change addresses. My code perceived them to go out because there weren't rejected until a few minutes after they were broadcast.

Long story short...Some people didn't get all of their bitcoins back. I am very sorry for this. I spent all day working to fix the code and make sure this doesn't happen again. The good news is no bitcoins were lost.

Helix still controls all the owed bitcoins, Users will receive them shortly!

Edit: All the bitcoins have now been paired with their rightfull addresses and they are going out now. Everyone who is missing bitcoins form this will have them back with in 2 hours

The part that is not good news (for me at least) I must now spend all night manually going through the transactions and checking them individually to see which ones need resent. This will take some time. Please give me 24 hours to get the owed bitcoins to the rightful users.

After the 24 hours if you still are missing bitcoins, this is what you should do...

It's funny how a little good PR makes almost every small mistake understandable. But it's true, shit happens sometimes. It makes me trust grams/helix even more every time there's a little bug, they let us know, and they fix it promptly. You guys rock!

Most admins would be dicks and not tell anyone until the issue is fixed, leaving those few affected to worry.
