Apparently electrum is not able to sign transactions on Hansa for some strange reason, so they require a wallet type that I have never heard of and is not endorsed by the bitcoin foundation.
Other markets presumably have no problems with electrum and multisig.

Coinb.in isn't a service, it is just a piece of code which translates BIP0032 into hexadecimal code...or at least I believe so. You can go to the Coinb.in Github page, download their entire open source website, and carry out any of the instructions on a machine that has never been connected trough the internet. It is fairly harmless...
