Simple communication question

I have never had to communicate with a vendor before. All orders I've ever made just came through fine. But with the state of the markets currently, I've decided to message one personally for a P2P order. Should I include my public key in the opening message, or we'll he be able to respond after I sign his key?

Yes.

Also, don't use an email account that is associated with your home IP address (in other words one that you have connected to directly without using Tor).

If you haven't already, create an email account on a free service that allows connections from the Tor network.
