Should I blacklist asshole buyers that don't log back in to finalize?

Or what can be done about selfish buyers that only care about themselves and have no consideration for vendors, not even enough to even just log back in to finalize their orders? I'm sick of 90% of my buyers not finalizing or taking their sweet time getting around to it.

Send them a glitter bomb!

we have a HUGE problem with this too! The worst are the customers who will message nonstop about their order all the way up until the very last second before the order arrives then are never to be heard from again until they want to place their next order.

We had a guy even give us a play by play of his btc deposit confirmations. messaged us non stop about when its shipping, how long, ect. then we he finally logged back in 1 day before auto finalize. instead of finalizing he just places another fucking order. :(

Yes. For sure. Are you serious that 90% of buyers don't finalize in a timely manner?

[3 Points] None:

Some people are just inconsiderate of others in all aspects of life. I totally hear your anger/frustration. If loss of business is worth backing your principals, go for it. Unfortunately it sounds like "late or don't bother to" finalizers are in mass.

Figure out a way to penalize on their next order or just bite the bullet and be thankful you're making money; reguardless.

[2 Points] psychotropicnexus:

Damn, that's a lot of people. I have done this once myself and feel really bad the vendor had to wait, but I was in the hospital with no access to tor. I left him a good review though as soon as I could.

[2 Points] EastCoastHippieDNM:

In my experience as a vendor, 50%+ of people never log back in to finalize, so that'd be alot of blacklisting. It's crazy to think, because even before vending, when I was just a buyer, I still knew that vendors should get their money when I get the product - it's just common sense and common courtesy. So generally, I leave just a note on buyer feedback (AB has buyer feedback vendors can leave on finalization) when user makes me wait for auto-finalization. If you're aching for business next time they order, you can accept it in preparation of knowing you're going to waiting for awhile, or if you're sitting pretty with orders you can choose to avoid/cancel their order.

[2 Points] BHOmber:

Jesus Christ is it really 90% of buyers that are lazy fucks? I never remember it being that bad back in the SR1 days. Whenever I grab my packs from the mailbox, I'm logging on an finalizing within a couple hours.

[2 Points] MyPupilsAreFineSir:

Gotta remember the customer base you are dealing with

[1 Points] phearlez:

Wait, am I an asshole? I don't meant to be. But when stuff auto-finalizes after three days I don't feel any pressure to go do it manually (since it's about the same time it shows up in the mail and I don't log into the markets that often).

Is there some compelling reason to manually do something as well if there's auto FE?

[1 Points] None:

growing pains my friend. when you hit that next level, it'll be all FE and smooth sailing ahead

[1 Points] JburnaDNM:

I always finalize for a vendor even the ones who do not deserve it. I think if you banned them and every vendor did the same it would start a good precedence and get these fools to sign back in to finalize their orders. Make it temporary then if it happens again give em a full time ban.

[1 Points] None:

Annoying AF.

So what happens when you "distrust" a customer? they cant place an order from you?

[1 Points] Tossingthislatertho:

:( I'm one of THOSE guys. I can only finalize on week ends because of the way I access the market

[1 Points] Throwaw1776:

I can't believe so many buyers behave so poorly, but I keep seeing these complaints from vendors, so there must be something to it. I mostly buy dope, from the few big name vendors that are still operating that I was familiar with from the start, and they require FE. I can tell from their feedback that many buyers can't even be bothered to update their feedback after getting an order. So I believe that many wouldn't log on to finalize. Even on my FE orders I log on within a couple hours of receiving and trying the product to update the feedback.

[1 Points] GreenMatters:

FE-only solved all the "buyer" problems; except the thieves asking for a reship 3 times in a row...

[1 Points] stickykitty1:

I guess I've been lucky, so far 100% of my customers have finalized in a timely matter. Still a newb vendor though, with 30+ orders. I just added a note to my HOW TO ORDER section ;-)

I know the second I get my pack the first thing I do is logon and release my funds. I deal with some amazing vendors that always come through with 2-3 day shipping. I say fuck an asshole who doesnt do the same. The best part is I bet those fuckers are the first ones complaining when the pack doesnt land in 2 days.

[1 Points] tipmeursparebitcoin:

A guy I know use to do this when he first used the DNM. However, that stemmed from his paranoia, being a first time DNM user, and not being framiliar with the system. Sometimes that same guy won't finalize, until he has tried the product. Shitty, but most people work M-F and are weekend warriors. I'm not rationalizing this guys negligence, but it's just part of the DNM.

[1 Points] qemist:

Sorry. I was too stoned.

[1 Points] None:

I've been lucky enough to have only a few of these tardy customers. All it takes is messaging support and they will usually release funds :)

[1 Points] Chardlz:

If it's repeated yeah but for a one time thing, everybody makes mistakes yo

[1 Points] noonehear:

Don't deal online anymore?

[0 Points] None:

A lot of people will think I'm dumb for this, but even with an escrow option I ALWAYS FE or send directly to my vendor before my order is even processed. I do a lot of research and only order from a person if I am 100% confident that they are working clean.

My vendor is in this just as much as I am, so I WANT him to have his money that he worked for.

[0 Points] None:

Just take away their escrow privileges just tell them they have to finalize before you will send them anything.

[0 Points] noonehear:

This one time I was without a computer for 5 days and there was no way I was going to log on to finalize an order via an Android device.

Shit sucks on both ends... with vendors sucking at shipping and with people sucking at finalizing in a timely manner.

It's part of vending grow up.

[0 Points] EastOaklandCase_Boys:

Maybe keep a list of the usernames and from now on, order isn't getting sent until they FE. This is a result of their own lazy actions. They should be grateful you aren't scamming them and are offering escrow.

[0 Points] None:

I finalize when I receive my pack. If it takes 2 weeks for me to receive than it's going to auto finalize and you are going to penalize me for it? Are you even tracking these packs?

If 90% are making you sick maybe you need to better communicate your wishes or understand you are being unreasonable.

[0 Points] Vendor_BBMC:

You make them FE, or ban them.

On their feedback, give them 5/5 but put an asterisk * so that other vendors know they took a long time to finalize.

I only had one customer who I would only serve if he FE'd, he's terrible. For 6 months I've been doing DDs with him, and I made the mistake of giving him credit 3 weeks ago. He still hasn't paid.

He's not short of money, he has houses in London and Edinburgh but ordering drugs is the one thing he can't get his PA to do for him. he will have remembered he hasn't paid me when about to order again, and he will have been too embarassed.

A drug-free spell will do him good. The fruitcake.

What drug do you sell? heroin users are notorious for nodding out instead of finalizing, then selling their laptop.

[-1 Points] LEandCompetitors:

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret: customers who do this are LE or your competitors.

For me, I don't finalize because it proves that you received the product. If you leave it to auto finalize it gives the vendor the money without you having to confirm that you actually got it. Maybe its unnecessary though, I just thought it would add a little something to the plausible deniability factor. Also some buyers are new and won't even consider it, I don't think they do it to spite you.
