So, I figured I'd give this a go as I'm in a tight spot atm. I had about $500 that was already marked for a bill bit wasn't due for about a week. Thought long and hard about the flip and figured that the time frame offered, I'll do a refund.
Long story short. There is no SE required. There are no magic words or secret employee customer service manual that you need have access to.
I told them the fucking box was empty. And it worked.
I counted the total words in my chat conversation and it was less than 300. I was asked less than 5 questions and one of which was to verify shipping address and the other was would I like a reship.
Took me 4 minutes. Quit paying for that shit and DIY. The only SE involved is convincing you there is some and you need to pay someone else to do so.
Couple tips that I picked up from leaks.
Empty box is better than no box at all as it keeps everything in house and not contacting a 3rd party like UPS.
An account with history makes everything much easier. Mine has been active over a year and had +$500 in sales over multi transactions.
Item MUST be sold by amazon. Search a product and pick a category on the left bar. You then get an option to filter by seller. Amazon LLC.
