[GeneralQuestions]Buyer to Vendor Etiquette

I'm not quite a newbie to the markets, but I've always felt awkward about interacting with vendors over the markets. Luckily, every order I've placed has gone smoothly.... until recently. I could just be paranoid and don't want to agitate some anonymous slinger with nagging. Basically, I don't want to portray myself as vulnerable to selective scamming. So TL:DR - What are some tips for initiating comms with vendors and how approach them with potential gripes without sounding like a pansy or coming off dickish?

Vendors are essentially a business. Approach them the same way you would any other company. Explain your problem, be polite, show patience in waiting for a response, thank them for their service.

I think that differs from vendor to vendor. But you should try to keep it short, accurate and clear. No vendor wants to read your 2 line explanation why you are asking him if he did sent the order.

Personally I always had good results by strictly using business englisch, writing in a distant but respectful manner and keeping emotions out of it.

Just be straight to the point, and be polite. Say thank you and make sure to use pgp
