I know my PIN on TradeRoute and all my login info. I don't believe it has been compromised as there are funds there that would have been taken by now.
Has anyone else had an issue with this? Is it possible that it is an issue with the website, or should I reset my PIN and wait the 7 days.
Anyone else ever had this issue?

My support ticket was replied to with a generic "if you have forgotten your pin then..." etc etc. And closed. I have opened a new ticket with more detail, hopefully I can get an actual response this time. I believe this is a real issue with TR and not an isolated incident.
