Should I cancel my order?

Ordered on hansa about 3 days ago, vendor accepted the order within the hour but has not marked it as shipped, order still says 50% processing. Today I go view his profile to send him a message about it and he no longer has any listings and is in vacation mode. Should I dispute my order and try to just order from another vendor?

Btc dropped in the past days so my $550 worth of coin is now only worth $450 so I really don't wanna have to cancel this order. If the vendor didn't have sufficient stock to complete my order why would he accept the order and keep me waiting for nothing instead of just cancelling it?

wait for a reply to your message, if none in 3 days or so, open a ticket for a refund.

Chances are they're waiting to see if btc comes back up, asshole move imo (i don't see any refunds every time they make a profit off btc).

Or they're overwhelmed by the new influx of customers and went into vaca mode to catch up.

Please pay attention on the auto finalize date. U can extend it if your purchase is not at yours yet. After the extension u can dispute it if it still did not arrive

I know exactly who you're talking about. Same thing happened to me. :/
