How common is it for a vendor to get an order wrong?

I'm not going to say his name quite yet, as I just messaged him and i believe I should at least hear what he has to say. The situation is pretty straightforward I ordered 14Gs of wax, and only 7 showed up. He even wrote 14 on the paper. How common are accidents like this?

I fuck up quite often.

I seem to have a habit of putting two bags in instead of one. I only find out about this because honest customers tell me all the time.

Its my mistake, so they get it for free. If I charged them next time, its a disincentive to re-ordering, when I would rather keep honest customers like that.

If you want to avoid somebody, let them owe you money....

Shit happens. It just happens man. With an issue like that it's pretty much your word against his if he won't make it right. I could be wrong, but I got a feeling I'm not.

It happens but fortunately not to me so far. Out of dozens of orders I end up getting extras and free samples quite often.

Before BestBLOW exit scammed, I ordered 7gs of his blow and he tried to make me pay an extra 50$ on it so I left the order unconfirmed and a few days later got a free qaurter of blow in the mail. So yeah I imagine the bigger vendors probably make many mistakes. But I think the guys doing operations on their own deserve a mad props! 👍

See - if someone fucks up an order, this should be spoken about. I don't order a 42 inch flatscreen from Amazon and when I am sent a 21 inch just leave a 5 star review and say the packaging was really nice, ignoring the fact that dude literally halved you on the product.

Make a throwaway and put him on blast for the next person searching the sub for the vendor name, this will help keep people from going through the BS.
