SOLUTION: Get your credit report and copy that address exactly. Coinbase uses credit reporting for verification and the input is CaseSensTtivE.
I was very frustrated with Coinbase verification like many of you trying every old address I could think of for a month. But after I realized they use the credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) to verify your information I went to [clearnet] www.AnnualCreditReport.com and requested my free report. Every American is entitled to a free credit report thanks to the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. God Bless The USA, specifically the Democrats that fought to create this agency and establish this regulation.
The questions asked to request the credit report are similar to Coinbase and I wasn't immediately able to view my report online, so I clicked through to request my information by mailing in identifying information. I got a letter in the mail with exactly what I needed: the text of my address the reporting companies have on file. It was the address I expected but the trick was that my address had the suffix for street capitalized and did not include a period. It wasn't "123 Address St." the report showed "123 Address ST". I typed that into Coinbase and boom, Level 2 Verified!
Good luck and happy purchasing!
