I was supposed to get a shipment from California last week, priority box 2-3 days. When I checked the tracking, it was out for delivery in a different city. Later on USPS updated the tracking with an alert saying "undeliverable as addressed" I got the tracking report from a local post office I visited in Texas and the address on file was for an auto-zone in Loredo, Texas (boarder town with mexico) and only a zip code for a return address. I am not sure if the sender is trying to get me to think the package was intercepted. Or if the package was actually intercepted. Or at some point the address was changed by the post office. Has anyone experienced anything like this/ what do you think is happening here?
Empty box sent to a nearby location so that the tracking fools you into releasing escrow.
Fuck that vendor, imho. Ask for a reship or refund, but dont expect it because he "sent it to the address you provided"
