[CommunityDiscussion] Evo mods are so useless...

I had a dispute open with cocktails for over a month now. It took multiple weeks to reach a resolution where I would change a negative feedback left for him to a neutral, and he would refund me a order that never made it, yet he claims it was delivered. He has offered tracking to the mod only.

After arguing over if the package made it, he offered a reship, I declined due to lack of trust. I wanted a refund for an order that never made it.

Cocktails agrees to refund if the neg feedback is changed to neutral. Boom. Resolution.

I posted in our dispute that it was resolved, asking kindly for sniperfox to change the feedback. A couple days go by, nothing. I open a support ticket to change the feedback. I am responded to overnight by Oxy-something saying I already have a dispute open. (Man if only you could have taken 20 seconds to do what I wanted instead of telling me that)

I msg sniperfox asking him kindly to change the feedback as we have a resolution. 11 days go by, nothing. I message him again and he posts in the thread saying

"So vendor offers refund if neg feedback is removed? Why was neg feedback left in the first place? "

WHO CARES. WHY DOES IT MATTER? IS IT YOUR JOB TO QUESTION OUR RESOLUTION? NO. YOU SIMPLY DO YOUR FUCKING JOB TO SOLVE IT.

Goddamnit. If any of these mods had any common sense they would fucking just do what the vendor and the buyer wanted.

Oxymonster or whatever easily could have done it himself and just communicated that he did so, instead he took the same amount of time and told me that sniperfox should do it.

And they complain about having so many tickets open.... maybe if you put any goddamn effort into closing some of them, there wouldn't be as many open.

RANT OVER.

TL;DR - Takes over a couple weeks to come up with a resolution, has taken even longer for the mods to respond. And then they question the resolution that buyer/vendor agreed upon, instead of resolving the dispute.

EDIT: Can't wait till nswgreat sees this and starts telling us how great evo is and how efficient, busy and stressed his mods are.

EDIT2: finally something was done. Refund granted. Jesus fuck. Only took them almost two months.

You disregarded your question but maybe that's the reason you haven't gotten a reply. The answer to that is...because you finalized didn't you ? If you FE'd and then disputed. Sorry for ya.

Although I am not 100% sure that is what happened here. I thought you don't leave feed back unless you finalize the order though.

If the order was disputed before auto-finalizing, the vendor could just cancel it and you'd be refunded. But I guess since you were able to leave feedback, it was FE'd at request, right?

I had two disputes with a mod assigned to each, but never heard of them. In the end the vendor cancelled both orders and I got refunded without them having to interact.

Still, I have to say that you are always better off first talking to the vendor before leaving any feedback at all.

Evo Mods are shit this is true. I have had disputes not get answered for a long time and then somehow the vendor won when they never sent a pack or tracking. Evo is build in fraud which I really dont like. I prefer Agora if I can.

That sucks, both of my disputes were handled in under 48 hours. One of them was easy, as the vendor agreed to a refund (shout-out to WhiteyFord, standup vendor), but the other one I posted a ~1000 word essay for the dispute. I guess I'm just lucky, but I've never had to wait extended periods of time.
