I just started using a vpn client called OPENVPN it's free but i don't know what is it's security level 128 or 256 is it enough or i should get tails for extra protection ?

There's no reason to not get Tails. Yes, you should also use tails. It can only make you safer.

I agree with CE, although configuring VPN on TAILS is officially not suggested by the TAILS team, and may be tricky at best. If you have a router that allows, you can configure VPN on your router itself so TAILS will connect over your VPN.
Otherwise, you can use Tor on TAILS to then connect to VPN, which insulates you from any possible security concerns on the VPN provider's side of things.
But I agree that Tor + VPN, however done, is better than either alone IF the VPN provider is trustworthy, or you're connecting to Tor first.
