Best VPN for UK users using the darknets?

So my current VPN subscription with Hide-My-Ass Pro has just expired. I was paying £7.81 ($11.52) a month for it and it was pretty easy to use but i read an article the other day that there's a chance they log all activity.

So understandably, i need to find another VPN now. Can anyone give suggestions as to what they use? Preferably one with servers in the UK so i can switch my IP to UK addresses if possible.

Some VPN services claim that they don't keep records, it's either that or they only keep records of encrypted traffic but I believe it's the former one. So if the feds asked for information they could comply but there would be nothing to give. I'm not saying that ensures they aren't lying but I would hope that at least some businesses don't sell their customers out to the feds. Check out PrivateInternetAccess VPN, it has high ratings and it's my favorite. You can change your IP to multiple parts of the United States and well as many other countries. Just check and there are multiple parts of the UK to choose from, as well as other European countries and a few in Asia.

I don't use my VPN while on TOR but when I'm on the clearnet, I'm always connected to a VyprVPN server.

https://cryptostorm.is is by far the best. They have been around for many years and access is based on tokens to completely separate payment from account. I have never seen a bad report about them.

TOR is a bunch of free VPNs, one after another.

The best way to get caught is to add an unnecessary one between you and TOR that knows your name.
