Any update on chaletla?

Does anyone have any information about what has happened? As summarized nicely here, it seems very likely that they were compromised on the 15th or 16th.

In particular I'm hoping to hear from private buyers (direct transactions, not through markets) who have been buying direct for at least a few months. Has anyone received a response to an email you encrypted with "the new key" (couple months old) since April 16? I'm in agreement with the linked commenter above that this is not a scam. I have faith that they were careful enough to not keep any cleartext addresses or records on hand, but inquiring minds want to know if his private key and password have been compromised.

I was not aware they started up on SR2 again recently. I read one listing just now, and it is not written by the person I know. Like, obviously not. It almost reads like season 1 walter white trying to use drug lingo to sound like a real drug dealer.

I have no info except that my last contact from them was perfectly normal, the message to me was encrypted as usual. This was shortly before April 16. They always responded to emails within 24 hours at the very most. No responses in many many days for me now. Also I can see btc I sent is still in the same wallet for way longer than ever before.

I hope he/they didn't get nabbed and are instead just dropping off the map due to a security scare. I really hope PGP is not compromised.

Please no one mention on here any of the specific security measures they used apart from 100% encryption.

Damn. I hope this speculation turns out to be just that.

[1 Points] Dram-it-all:

I live in Chaletla's shipping area, and when I was driving home last night from work I heard this story on the radio:

http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?section=news/national_world&id=9524170

Might be the reason he's disappeared, and actually makes a lot of sense given the quality of product he was moving.

All the coins I sent to one of the addresses directly were withdrawn and this was about a week after the 16th.

Probably an exit scam as the heat was bearing down on him and he took off with what he could.
