PSA: JUDGE REAFFIRMS CONSTITUTION FREE ZONES 100 MILES INSIDE U.S. BORDERS

Chances are you now live in a 'Constitution Free Zone'.

US Federal District Judge Edward Korman, has reaffirmed an Obama admin policy that grants officials the authority to search Americans' laptops and other electronics without a warrant, citing a controversial premise that makes citizens within 100 miles of the border eligible for a warrantless police search.

Pretty sure this isn't true.

I didn't read the article but I'm pretty sure this applies to those border protecton checkpoints, which is still fucked up. But I cant see this upholding in court where if you LIVE within 100 mi of the border your constitutional rights are waived. Even though this judge reaffirmed it, the supreme court eventually wouldn't

Best bet is to just act like the scumbag govt. does whatever they want anyway because most of the time they do.

Been looking into this ever since the amendment to the NDAA and this is really lame. I live right on the US border I can literally see it from my house this sucks.
