So I oredered an OZ from a certain vendor, leaving his name out of it. I ordered on monday and I recieved the tracking number, which said it was suppose to be here today. I check the mailbox, and no package in there, so I check the track number again, and it said "undeliverable as addressed", so I go up to the post office to pick it up. So I speak with a clerk and she says the package did not have my apartment number on it so the carrier could not deliver it. So I waited for the carrier to come back to the post office. After talking with another clerk, and then the supervisor, they said the package would all of a sudden "lost". They are going on a hunt for it tomorrow. I feel like I brought to much a attention to myself. Should I accept this lost, or call back tomorrow to see if they found it? What do you guys think?
It's too late to back out now. You've already engaged them and made them do their jobs. If you let it go now, they might actually think about it instead of just getting you your lost package and going on about their day. As far as the post office is concerned, it's just another regular package that got lost in the ether and needs to get to its intended recipient.
