Okay, so at my place I have three roommates and share one mail box. They're all cool with drugs and I'm usually the only one checking the mail normally I think. I plan on buying 1oz shrooms, 100mg dmt, and a dmt chocolate will be bought from Evo. Also, 0.5g of MDMA from agora. I was originally planning to put my real name because on my last buy I used a fake name and it was hard to get because my apartments hold on to and make you sign for anything that doesn't fit in the box or sometimes even if it does. But now I'm wondering whether or not I should put my name on it. Luckily I managed to get it anyways by just telling the guy I lied because it's something personal and it's mine. Surprisingly he gave it to me and I didn't even sign. Didn't even ask questions. I think I only got it cause the guy was "cool" or knew what was up.
Anyways, any tips on receiving in the mail? What exactly should I do here? How risky is it to put my name on all 5?
Just think it through logically. What does a fake name get you? It actually only introduces more risk. Using a fake name is psychological, it makes you feel "safer" b/c it puts some distance b/w you and the illegal act you are committing. So you know it won't fool a cop right? LE will figure that one out pretty quick. I'm certain this is not an uncommon tactic. I don't think by using a fake name, the squad who is set up to do the raid will suddenly say "Alright boys, wrap it up, the guy used a fake name, we're done here, nothing we can do, its not his."
But in all seriousness, what is one very important thing you have when you order contraband over the mail? Plausible Deniability! I get packages in my name all the time, sometimes stuff I don't expect (legit packs). I sign for them, I open them, etc. Nothing suspicious orwrong with that. Now, you get mail with someone else's name on it. If you are being watched and you open that piece of mail, and worse, after opening the mail and finding drugs, you don't call the cops, you no longer have plausible deniability my friend. You have essentially connected yourself to the pack. A person would, or at least shouldn't, open mail addressed to someone else. Doing so tells me you are either steal mail OR you have an identity that is not your own that is used to order contraband. And by opening it, you've tied yourself to that identity. I'm not a lawyer, this is just me thinking out loud. Just logically speaking, saw the prosecutor has 2 cases in front of them:
Case 1: Alice receives a pack addressed to Alice with a shitload of drugs, hell HouseOfSpirit actually came through (remmeber, I did say this was fictionally). Alice opens said package and police raid. Alice STFU and her lawyer reminds the police that opening mail addressed to one self is evidence of NOTHING. There is nothing to see her. This would be a difficult case for the courts to prove IMO. They'd need other shit like finding illegal shit in the home. Alice is enjoying her plausible deniability.
Case 2: Bob receives a pack addressed to Carol. Bob opens said pack. Police raid. Bob fucked up b/c his lawyer is going to have a hard time explaining why Bob opened Carol's mail. In fact, it appears like Bob was even EXPECTING a package in Carol's name and that is why he opened it. Guess what Bob, you are NOT enjoying plausible deniability. By opening mail in someone else's name, you've kind of fucked youself to a degree.
There are other issues as well such as mail man realizing someone doesn't live htere and returning to sender.
Use your real name. If you are experienced enough, look at getting a drop but this isn't as easy as it sounds. I'm guessing you don't have the experience to do that quite yet. If you want your pack to arrive safely in your hands, use your real name and use a great vendor with great stealth.
