Fentanyl laced Paracetamol being marketed as "Ultram"

So in December I received a package from a pretty large, now defunct, importer and re-seller of pills. His reviews were mostly fine at the time except for reports of fake benzos but I wasn't buying benzos, I was going for Tramadol.

I made a thread back then about how he simply sent me paracetamol, later I found that each pill had seemingly random opiate effects. Some of which I have never felt before and they left me in a pretty messed up state when I returned to real stuff.

Because of the side effects and withdrawal I was experiencing I had to know what the deal with those pills was because I'm a reckless prick. Long story short, they tested positive for Fentanyl while typical Tramadol does not respond to a Fentanyl test. It coincided with most reports I have read about the drug's effects.

I have no idea if these are being distributed by other vendors, I just feel I need to share this information. Cheap "Parecedol" branded Paracetamol pills are or have been dosed with Fentanyl and resold.

I can't really provide any more information without obtaining more of them. Just be on the lookout if you're buying from someone new.

Sounds like the best tramadol ever.

did you use the fent testing strips they give false positives all the time

Are you sure? Before we jump the gun, I'm thinking this might be a false-positive from a fent urine strip test.

Paracetamol is just ibuprofen basically and would offer no opiate like effects at all so they were fakes just based on that. Shame it's fent in a seemingly harmless otherwise pill though. Extra dangerous.
