Quick Questions!

Hey! I am wondering if you guys think using Jabber on a iphone using chatsecure can be traced as in the MCIN number of the device its being used by on the app connected to its user. I usually connect through tor on Whoonix to chat with vendors and clients but chatting mobily would be nice but would not like to sacrifice opsec. Another question is I when dropping off packages to clients I have thought about ways I could be identified and looked into purchasing a UHF VHF jammer which is highly illegal where I am at but it can jam and disrupt the frequencies wireless cameras being used by post offices and traffic stops that could see me but the mere chance a cop is nearby and has trouble with their frequencies I would be fucked. What do you guys think? Sorry if I may be too paranoid over overthinking I take better safe than sorry serious

Don't fuck with jammers and gov buildings, they REALLY don't like that and will most likely cause them to investigate. Also I'm pretty sure USPS uses CCTV not WiFi. As for ChatSecure, it's open source and it mentions being able to connect to XMPP services through Tor, so sounds good to me as long as you do that. I mean it sounds secure either way from my limited reading, but why risk it? Do I get free drugs for these answers now?
