I'm sure in everybody's drug career something significant must happen to make you stop doing drugs. Kid Cudi had a kid and stopped smoking weed (more or less). Friend 1 got arrested and decided the shit wasn't worth it. Friend 2 graduated with his Masters and finally got real bread. Friend 3 got a job as a weatherman and shaved his beard. Friend n+1 got married. The list goes on and on.
I'm just wondering how many of you guys have had the conversation with yourselves that when (insert unknown lifechanging event here) happens you'll stop getting drugs in the mail or just leave the game in general. Do you see yourself in 10 years still picking up your biweekly ounce at the PO and dropping acid once a month? I don't think people have the ingrained ability to "outgrow" drugs. Sure I can pay my extravagant rent with two weeks selling, but does it take a CD or otherwise getting arrested to walk away?
My roommate has to medicate just to fucking leave the apartment basically. I'm probably way too drunk for this right now, and I think I just hang out with too many chicks that do drugs. All I want is what I can't buy now.
Edit: Apparently you can't italicize a title smh reddit.
Yes I will stop doing all drugs...the day I die!
