Anyone have an idea as to how well the agora support team works? This will be my first time dealing with them so I'm a bit nervous. It's been about two weeks since I've placed an order with a vendor who ships priority however after being very patient and giving the vendor the benefit of the doubt I decided it was time to take action and resolve the order. The vendor tracks all of his packages and promised me the info when I send him an encrypted message of my address however it has been three days since and he has been ignoring my messages (he has logged in multiple times and even updated his listings). At this point I'm just hoping for a full refund as I have other reliable vendors who can provide the same product in a timely manner, not to mention I kind of question this guy's ability to reship after telling me multiple times that it will arrive soon. do you guys think this type of argument will hold up against the support team if I hope to get a full refund? I have a pretty smooth record as far as my account goes (10 successful transactions) plus the vendor doesn't have the best record for being reliable. He had some past troubles However he recently seem to have gotten better since his return according to people on the agora forums which is why I ordered in the first place. Agora support is awesome and extremely helpful. Just expect to wait about 48 hours to respond to issue.
