This post should just act as an explanation to those who are unable or unwilling to read the recent posts regarding Team Trust's issue. No one knows for sure what is going on, with the exception of Trust and perhaps members of the team.
I've been on these forums in one capacity or another for quite sometime, but lately I have just been lurking due to time spent IRL on more constructive interests. Take this with a grain of salt because you don't know me. All I can say is I actually read all that is posted here, while doing my own evidence-gathering and critical thinking. While my background is computer science, my efforts are better spent on real work rather than trying to infiltrate online drug suppliers.
The question(s) being asked most frequently seems to be the following (or some variation thereof): "Is it safe to order LSD?" and "Is TT really compromised?"
The short answer is nobody but Trust and perhaps members of the Team knows for sure. However, a longer answer to this can be relative on what you consider compromised.
There is no real evidence that TT or members of TT are LE or are working with LE. If they are LE, they sell illicit substances against their own laws, and if this by some chance is revealed as fact, it could be dire for whatever agency is involved (except perhaps the CIA looking at history).
Now here is why I personally would consider them compromised. In order to receive fronts, the Trust requires your personal dox. In my opinion, this is stupid and goes against the most fundamental of OPSEC principles. Logically speaking though, it does provide some sort of security for whoever provides the front. They know who you are IRL, and if you try to take the drugs and run, they can ruin your life. If these members of TT are dumb or desperate enough to give away their personal identity, I personally assume they are also dumb enough to give away customers info (if they save it) or at least access to this info via encryption passwords or some other means (which for many/most means the customers and/or drops dox). This is an assumption, but it is the safest assumption to make when you consider they already gave the most valuable information away. Them saving customer info is also an assumption, but it too is a safe assumption in my opinion. It has been proven in the past that many vendors have saved customer info. My line of thinking is if even one does it, I must assume they all do it because how could I know otherwise. For this reason, I consider TT compromised.
Does this mean that personal users are at risk? Probably not. However, are you willing to risk your livelihood and freedom on anything less than certainty? Some will argue that you give away your dox or drops dox to vendors anyway when you encrypt your address or drops address to them, but many do this with the hope or at least ignorance that there is not another entity that can blackmail them with their own personal information. You will always have to take some risk when ordering drugs off the internet, and this is one of the main ones.
The person ( /u/TruthInPudding ) who made the post containing screenshots proving The Hub was compromised literally did not prove anything other than he compromised that forum. I personally felt good about what was said in many of those screenshots. The editing posts is always sketchy, but the response by another mod to these edits was spot on. His facts, in my opinion, only made Trust look better. He only illustrated a security flaw which taught Trust a valuable lesson. You live and you learn. Even the very best of vendors are not perfect.
Savior is a little more difficult of a situtation for me. I called him out when all the MediBuds nonsense was going down, and I was wrong. I will not discredit him again without more information. I still believe he is immature and childish, but some things he says holds some truth. At least it has in the past. That being said, he has no solid proof that I have personally seen, and come to think of it, these accounts that were created and then deleted were never even verified to be Savior (to my knowledge). Perhaps he lost access to his PGP key, but if so, that speaks volumes. Anyone feel free to provide proof from him if you have read something that you believe I have not.
Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to answer a question(s) based on my own conclusions and opinions. I must emphasize that my conclusions are by no means perfect or even close, and there most likely is some information that I am unaware of that was not taken into consideration when writing this post. Nonetheless, I hope this helps at least someone, and hopefully it even helps me learn something I didn't know before writing this.
It seems that recently as soon as a vendor gets good shit hits the fan.
