Updated Tails; now Electrum 2.4 needs my seed every time I log in?

I updated to Tails 1.5, and now every time I try to open the built in Electrum wallet it asks if I want to open a new wallet or restore my seed from an existing one. It didn't do this before. Is there any way to save a copy of my existing Electrum wallet in Persistence (even though it's already saved there) so I don't need to keep retyping in my seed? Thanks.

Go to configure persistence in the menu and it will let you choose that option.

Does tails 1.5 have electrum 2.4? Tails 1.4.1 still had electrum 1.9, I haven't upgraded tails yet. I'm sure I read somewhere that electrum 2+ doesn't recognise the older versions' wallet files. I could be extremely wrong though. But that would explain why you have to enter your seed now
