I ordered from a vendor that I always order from every week and ordered about 4-5 of his products and used his combined shipping for everything. Well today my pack arrives and I'm missing about half of what I ordered. I trust this vendor a lot and have messaged him letting him know what happened. Its on hansa..do i need to start a dispute or wait for the vendors response back? This is my first time having a problem on the DN. thanks guys. I'm just super bummed because the one thing i really need for next week(the 22nd) wasn't in the pack. :-(
Just message the vendor and wait for their response, it could just be an honest mistake. Keep an eye on that auto-finalize timer though, you don't want to let it expire. Even if the vendor says he has shipped out the rest of your order, don't let that timer expire until it's in your hands and you're satisfied that you've received everything. If the timer is about to expire and that hasn't happened yet then dispute.
