I just made a new vendor brand on sourcery and had some trouble cashing out my first tester multisig payment (from myself) on Sourcery Market (just the shipping fee on a free sample sale).
I made a support ticket and went to bed and when I woke up, saw that Merlin_sourcery had responded 1 hour later to my problem. I replied with more details and Merlin_sourcery was replying so fast we might as well have been jabbering. Not only did he fix my shit, he took extra time to reply to help me understand my misunderstanding with multisig on a $0 Tx. Here is what he wrote in parting
"I work very hard and very long hours to ensure nobody is every left in the dark about their purchase or their money. I really appreciate the kind words. People like you make me happy to invest my time into this job and make it all worth while. Im so glad i could help, have a fantastic day! If you ever need anything else just let me know. "
It's been a while since I've had good support and I thought it desereved to pointed out.
