I had a friend who went over to a mutual friends house and they were taking bong rips of spice. Well he has a seizure and ends up being in a coma. They lock our mutual friend up at first for attempted murder, Brian ends up dying and they hit him for murder. His last offer was 15 years for manslaughter , which in the state I am in means he would be out in about 4.

Buddy of mine got locked up on charges of drug-induced homicide, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis. All for selling heroin to a kid who OD'd.. Fucked up laws.

I had a group of friends hanging out getting high. One friend Died and the other idiots assumed he was sleeping. They were messing with him while he was asleep (dead) on the couch and it was all a big joke.

Thats like saying rape is the victims fault.
"In recent years, he says, drugs have been linked to 85 to 90 percent of the major crimes — burglary, theft, armed robbery, forgery, identity fraud."
Drug laws cause that crime.
