Dark nets

So with all the new posts that have been surfacing about the creation of a new dark net I was wondering exactly through what means a darknet service is written? What exactly makes a wiki different from a seller? Through what programming methods? What languages can be used for the development of the websites, why not certain high level programming languages such as PHP and javascript are not able to be used? What languages can be used?

I have no idea what you're talking about in terms of "PHP" not being used. Literally every market runs on PHP as far as I am aware and that is perfectly fine. There may be some running on ASP, however as a developer I think I would be aware by now, I'm by no means saying I have been on every onion site around, but the main markets are indefinitely using a PHP code base. JavaScript isn't used now as it is a security vulnerability running scripts that could load content from external clearnet sites or could be used to automatically force file downloads to users, in order to try and reveal their IP. I believe LE used this method through JS when they took down the original Freedom Hosting and added the exploit to all FH seizure pages.

Of course at the time everyone was happily using JS so if they had actually managed to send out malicious code in this attempt they may have been able to reveal people's identities from it, from that point Tor has inherently blocked JS by default.

Can you provide any links to these "new posts that have been surfacing"
