Options for online payments

I work in a "legit" (non-drug) business where most of my clients are online. The goal is to collect online payments that can easily and efficiently be converted into cash, while avoiding the financial system.

What I usually use is bitcoin, as I can meet people in public and trade for cash. However, the downside is that bitcoin is price volatile, and can't be purchased in a short amount of time unless you're willing to pay a premium. Ideally, I would want a client to be able to purchase $1000 in minutes, at a good rate, which is basically impossible.

So, an alternative that I've been thinking about is Amazon gift cards. They buy a gift card with a credit card, and then send it to my email address. I can then cash it out either by buying expensive used electronics, or meeting people who buy a lot of stuff on Amazon, and then offering them some sort of discount for using me as a middle man.

What are the dangers of that approach? If a bunch of people send me Amazon gift cards, could it raise a red flag with Amazon? Also, when you buy gift card, can you then find out information about the person who uses it?

Western Union below certain amounts.
Are you in the US? You still have to declare that income on your taxes, even if you keep if out of the financial system.
It would be illegal to not declare it.

I sell as well and looking at your post it sounds like a lot of work for used electronic. I think pre paid Visa/MC might be better.
