Would you consider a week with no package means to dispute? Priority mail.

No package, no communication, no MyUSPS, and the guy hasn't been on it 2 days.

sometimes USPS is weird where the packages might not be on time. One pack took 9 business days. If you feel like you need to dispute, you're free to do so if the vendor says a certain amount of days.

what I recommend is asking the vendor to check tracking and see where it is. If they dont want to then ask to give it to you and you check it (do not use your home inet, do not use your home computer, the basics don'ts)

If they don't want to track then you can dispute or wait until 2 days before finalize and dispute.

one week for a priority pack isn't weird at all.

I would dispute about 48-72 hours before the auto-finalize
