If you're getting a refund, shouldn't the vendor get a decent rating and not negative?

I'm just looking at Nucleus and for example this vendor I am looking at, it seems he had sample listings but it looks like he may have gotten too many orders cause some people said he was taking forever to ship it. Anyways, a couple of people said they got refunds but then they give him a 1 star review.

If you get a refund, shouldn't the vendor get a review that doesn't bring down their rating? What incentive is there to refund you if you are just going to leave bad feedback? Sure you didn't get your product, but you got your money back so there's no reason to give the vendor bad feedback.

And in this case, its a fucking sample listing, like jesus christ, sometimes you people expect a little much out of these vendors.

Edit: Yeah, vendors shouldn't have product listed that they don't have, but I guess some are just lazy or maybe their supply is running behind. Just don't think it should hurt their feedback if you got your money back or whatnot.

I'm gonna add, if someone TAKES my money in exchange for a product I want and they tell me they have, giving it back later is just an inconvenience.

You expect what you are told the seller can supply, a refund IS the seller admitting 'i can't do what I advertised'.

You think expecting a vendor to actually fulfill the orders their taking is too much to expect?

Sample or not, the vendor put up the listing, the vendor took more orders then he could possibly fill, and from the sounds of it he dragged his ass before finally refunding people's coins. A 5-star vendor he is not.

The vendor should have been expecting bad ratings and reviews when they realized they weren't going to be able to fill the orders. If they decide to go into delay and deflect mode instead of full on customer service mode, they deserve the bad ratings.

I had a vendor on Agora who did the same thing to me, canceled and refunded a sample listing. I left a review explaining that what had happened. The vendor later pulled an exit scam and I suspect that the sample listing was just a free way of boosting his number of sales and 5/5 reviews.

Nucleus has a quantity part when you make a listing.

Only an idiot would put the number higher than what he could provide so it's his own fault he got negatives, buyers are random like that.

Asshole move on the buyer? Maybe, depends how the vendor handled it.

Why would I give a vendor a positive review for inconveniencing me because they don't know how to handle stock and account for potential sales when making listings? You guys all act like we need to suck vendor dick and they are doing such a favour for us. You forget we are the customer. If your goal as a vendor isn't to satisfy a reasonable customer I suggest a different line of work may be better for you.

If I put money in escrow and it gets tied up for a couple days before being refunded, that's time lost I could have been using that money for getting a pack from someone else. Of course there is reason to leave negative feedback. If I'm dope sick because a vendor is too much of an ass to keep his listings updated and he or she wastes a couple days of my time I sure as hell am leaving a negative review.

Say what happenned truthfully, and leave a 5. Scammers don't give full refunds.

It depends. If its a sample listing then a 1 star review isn't fair. If you're buying bulk product with the intent to resell and the vendor makes you wait 2 weeks keeping your money hostage before telling you he won't be shipping then a bad review is fair.

[1 Points] drugsnboobs:

No, it's a pain in the ass. I don't want random people to hold my money and give it back that's not a service.

If the vendor couldn't make good on his promise to sell you product and does the right thing and refunds you it should be known that it happened incase he/she makes it look like there a big vendor and create a major event of a sale and can't deliver... It's a sign of size of vendor this person is... However I agree it shouldn't plumet there rating however it should maybe go neutral or hell keep it and give incentive to have the vendor use the correct inventory count on there products page

i agree with u you goy ur money quit bitchin

No, getting a refund does not warrant a positive review.

[1 Points] Stoogeshillington:

Hell no why dont they just make an ad for something called disappointment. Because thats what they are selling when you place an order and have to wait 3 days for it to auto cancel. If you cant sell drugs then dont try. We buyers have no patience.

[1 Points] lordredvampire:

Leave a neutral review, or none at all. As long the vendor refunds you 100% of the BTC.

if u get a whole refund whats the fusss

[1 Points] Dutchdrugz:

As a vendor myself, no.... The vendor put up listings, only to not send it once you order, even if he refunded, he deserves 2 stars at best, he took the money, and than didnt do anything for it, and once you complain you get your money back!? Thats no service, you shouldnt offer it if you in over your head... Know what Im talking about, more than once busy untill 3 oclock in the night, but hey, I decided to put listings online, so I should deal with it too :)

[1 Points] Early_C:

When I have had to get a refund, I just dont leave a review. I can't leave a bad review cause I got my money back, even if it was a pain the ass, but I can't leave a good review cause I didnt have a successful transaction. I just call it square and move on.

[1 Points] poorer_but_wiser:

Yes, you should leave positive feedback. If they were honest enough to give you your refund you should let everyone know that this vendor is legitimate and plays fair. Just take a look at all the posts left buy who have been screwed over by vendors and about the vendors who do it with zero conscience.

[0 Points] None:

I'd say a refund deserves 3 stars. It's not a good experience but it's not a bad one either.

[0 Points] sullyrb:

of course they deserve negative feedback, they are crap at vending.
