Alphabay reviews questions. Easy FE scam?

I have a vendor I think is not sending anything, requiring FE, and refusing to track packages. He says his shipping takes a long time to me, so each time I've ordered the ability to review him disappears 30 days after the order. But he keeps saying 'any day now, just wait please'

When you review an order, it shows it as the date you finalized, right? So then, if there is an order dated December 27th, and the reviewer says "it took two weeks to get here A+++" is that evidence that he is ordering from himself and fakefully padding his own reviews?

all his reviews are glowing except for two, but when we discuss his vending here on reddit, nobody steps up and says 'yes his package came'. I've ordered several times from him (on two different markets) and it never came, every time. I just want to be fair and determine if my suspicions are reasonable before I put up my truthful review.

You're a moron, move on.

[5 Points] None:

I wouldn't have ordered a 2nd time if the first one never came

Third times a charm HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

So, this guy got you once and you ordered again?

Oh, I know I'm a moron. But when you clean house and get paranoid (thinking your address is burned) it's sometimes worth it to know that in fact, your address is fine and they're the ones who are lying.

Cost benefit analysis. What is the cost, to me, of assuming my address is flagged? I need another drop, or to pay for a mailbox. Perhaps risk sending it to my workplace? Too much stress. This was also just after BTC appreciated suddenly, so I thought, why not?

I knew it likely wasn't coming, but I wanted to be sure. Now I am. My next step is helping others avoid him too. Now is there anyone who can confirm the workings of AB's feedback, or do you just want to poop on me for being an idiot, and not help me determine how some scammers keep scamming.
