Pandora

is anyone else getting the feeling that it is a major coup and will end up like sheep? the support is terrible and never answer questions and there are continual problems. of course some transactions are going through, but it seems awful fishy.

I imagine it'll disappear due to "hackers" or "scammers" soon just like every other market eventually has. If a market lasts more than a couple of months these days I get surprised. And anxious for the inevitable ending.

Anxious in the horrible, gut-wrenching, FUUUUUCK! NOOOOO! Kind of way of course.

Use it and make sure your coin is passing through as quick as possible.

Yep, I'm waiting for this to happen.

My highest hopes is that, due to it's semi-archaic layout and formatting, it'll end up like BMR. I believe Alice and his team haven't been too responsive with scammers/technical problems with their site because they've been designing "Pandora v2" and the decentralized vendor shops (of which I'm super excited to see).

iirc Thee Hares Bazaar was based around the model of collecting an overarching fixed vendor commission based on the aforementioned individualistic seller page.

That being said, no one can really be sure of the stability or reliability of these markets anymore; at least not after the string of horrible events that shook the trust and integrity of this framework of vendors/buyers (TorMarket, Sheep, etc.)

We're slowly progressing into more advanced and complex forms of DarkNetMarkets, but it will take time, a lot of people getting scammed, shitloads of code, and psychological paradigm shifts in the way we conduct business over these protocols.

I have been waiting nearly 5 days for a domestic parcel from a verified by Pandora Vendor, have been around the markets for a while now and it was my first time finalizing early..

I remember when sheep was sinking that a few of the trusted vendors started scamming people but can't remember any of the details.

Maybe it is just because most of the vendors there are from Tor/Sheep originally but I am getting the same feeling something isn't quite right.

When I was using Tormarket I saw all the ddos allegations and how DPR 2.0 was responding and decided to stay away from Silkroad 2.0, however after getting burned by Sheep & Tor I fear admins taking the money and running more than LE shutting down SR.

I don't agree with how SR handled the Tormarket situation and don't agree with all their libertarian ideology but they seem to be doing it for more than the money.
