You are leeches? There are better ways to hurt banks before you go to that bullshit.
Carding doesn't hurt anyone? I'm a vendor who sold BTC on LBC and now I'm being accused of fraud because the buyer was committing fraud. 1000k+ in legal fees and a closed bank account because of someone else.

And this ladies and gentlemen is why a vendor with half a brain doesn't cash out this way, why legitimise your coins to go and then sell them to illegitimate people

Proof or you're full of crap.
Your supposed legal fees are off by about two orders of magnitude. They also wouldn't have pursued you in court unless you were a party to a substantial amount of fraud as their legal fees would make it illogical to do so for cost reasons. The only way they'd have come after you for reimbursement is if they had cause to believe you were a part of the fraud and could prove as much.
You bank account couldn't have been closed unless the chargeback overdrew your account, and if you hadn't emptied it first, the money would have still been there to fulfill the chargeback.
So just going off your own alleged "facts", you defrauded an exchange for BTC using stolen card info, bought those coins from yourself to get cash out of the transaction as well, withdrew the ill gotten money before they could claw it back, then your surprised you got taken to court.
I bet you were dumb enough to use the same IP for both sides of the exchange transaction given how stupid you sound just in the post you made.

1000k, huh? Must've been a damn good lawyer to cost over a million dollars.
