I'll try to keep this brief as it has been going on for more than a month. Started of as a medium sized order from DiamondSeller on DM, requested shipping with tracking but never received the number or the package.
Seller gave me the option of 50% refund or 100% reship. Picked the reship and made it clear that I wanted tracking this time. He sent me an encrypted message saying that he shipped it. Two days later he sends me another message saying he reshipped it (apparently he forgot what he said in the encrypted message).
Long before this I already contacted support since he was very shady and told them of the situation and the first package not arriving, and never getting tracking. No response.
Now after "reshipping" they told me it would take 3 days for me to get the tracking for safety (when the package leaves the UK). Exactly on the third day an dispute has been opened automatically. I did not want to offend the seller if they actually somehow did reship it. So I wrote another msg to support saying that I'm supossed to receive tracking that day, and I'm going to wait for that before accusing the seller of scamming in the dispute.
Well day later, no tracking and the admin (OxyMonster) has closed the fucking dispute, giving the vendor all the money. Since I did not respond. They closed in in 24h despite saying we have 48h, since I did not respond in the dispute box despite sending two messages to support explaining my exact fucking situation.
Fuck the dream market for offering zero support fuck OxyMonster for having zero patience and awareness of the situation and fuck Diamondseller because he is a god dammed scammer.
Shoulda disputed from the beginning , fuck these vendors with their empty promises ... I've gotten into the habit of disputing at day 13
