first he got a letter to go to police because he is guilty for narcotics law violation. He got a lawyer, refused to go to appointment. Through the lawyer it came out FBI has collected a massive data from buyer and vendors in SR2 and in his case they have a list of all his orders in 2014 which came to his address. Since he had reputation comments, they assume he has received all of them. All are in small amounts, but different drugs. Now what should he say to his lawyer and how he can defend himself? Any similar experiences?
I already got convicted for this, on part this is my fault but my fairly good lawyer told me it would be best to admit to it. They were able to link 6 purchases to me, mostly very small samples only one larger purchase. I was convicted for a 5GR speed purchase and must pay a fine. Total costs including lawyer are around 2000 EUR now. If I had fought them in court it could have been 5x that with no conclusive say in whether I'd win the case or not. So many people have been convicted now that judges are taking vendor logs as hard evidence. Most people like me are just admitting to it, which is helping the judges.....it is silly i know. The fines are lower than the court costs and so far nobody has taken a stand yet it seems?! I'll use this throwaway once and then bail out. Proof below, rejoice:

First one is first letter from police to me (called lawyer 5 minutes later, refused to show up for the police appointment)
Second letter is my laywer admitting to the crime and appealing for a lower fine (which worked ).
PS. My lawyer has many other of these cases, it is a big German lawyer who has just started to specialize in Darknet cases like these. Edit: just a note to the OP. Your lawyer will receive a whole fucking binder full of information from the investigation into the vendor, I was charged 50 cents per copy (total around 200 EUR). I didn't request the info, but if you ask the lawyer will also give you this.
