We do step on our USB stick which contains everything we need to login. Sorry for not being able to fulfill orders or reply to messages in the last couple of days.
Yamaha smashed her heel right on the USB and broke it. We're not really technical and didn't want to ask for help (for opsec reasons) either, so it took us a while to bend everything back in place, make it work and transfer all the data.
We will get back to normal operations right away and will offer compensation for everyone affected by this.
Once again, sorry!

Guide to securing your vendor data:
USB #1 - in daily use
USB #2 - backed up monthly and hidden somewhere reasonably inaccessible in your house (under a brick in your basement etc)
USB #3 - rarely updated but contains all vital information such as PGP keys, password hints, bitcoin wallet backups and kept offsite somewhere (under a floorboard at your Mum's house)
This all seems excessive... until something fucks up and then it's all suddenly essential.
Everything should be appropriately encrpyted (almost goes without saying but some people aren't that bright).
