I have heard a lot of people say that running tails through a VPN isn't advisable. But what about running tails through a wifi connecting which has been parsed through a VPN? For example:
Connect an android phone to my WIFI
Set up a VPN through the Phone
Set up a mobile, hidden hotspot through the phone
Make tails connect to this hotspot instead of my own house WIFI
This way my ISP would never see me browse TOR directly, just connect to a VPN somewhere outside of my country and have traffic come in and out.
Why would it be bad to run TAILS thru a VPN? I would think going thru the VPN first and then use TAILS would be an extra layer added to the overall connection. If I'm wrong, someone please chime in.
