I had an order in before he switched to FE/the new indoor bud. It was marked shipped on December 8th and then cancelled on the 16th with the message "out of outdoor sorry". This is completely unacceptable. Used to be a loyal customer but I will never buy from them again and I would advise others not to do so especially with their new FE policy. Why couldn't they have sent me another kind or cancelled the order 7 days earlier?
