Was I scammed?

So I made an order off of BlackBank on 5/6 from a reputable Canadian Vendor, I was hoping to have the order by the following week for a festival, well that didn't happen. No big deal, as I saw other post stating that Canadian Post was moving slow. When I got back from the festival on 5/18, I was updated with all the DNM drama and downtimes. I wasn't able to log onto BlackBank, but I remember the vendor was on Agora. I messaged the vendor through Agora and the response I received was that it was still within shipping times, Okay that's fine, I'll wait a couple more days. After a couple more days and confirmation of BlackBanks exit scam, I messaged the vendor on what I should do? I got a response today, It says there is nothing we can do.

I think that the vendor did not send the product (on accident or on purpose?), but since I can not get onto BlackBank and prove the order existed, I am basically screwed on this one?

I think the only proof I have would be a transfer of BTC for the amount to my wallet

vendor probably didn't send product, realized by the time you told him that he was not getting money from escrow since BB is exit scamming.

sorry dude, that money is gone but it will be BB's fault ultimately. Let us know the vendor to avoid him

I understand that the vendor probably did lose out on the money in escrow unless it auto-finalized (I think escrow was extended for everyone). The thing is, I did everything right. If the vendor would have sent the product in the first place, this would not be an issue. I just think the vendor forgot to ship the product and like a commenter said the vendor realized he wouldn't see the money and therefore why would he even think about fixing this. The vendor has a excellent reputation. Not sure if he is having issues at the moment or how much how lost on BB, but I'm not trying to call him a scammer. I just wish there was a way to resolve this. Anybody having trouble receiving packs from a well know Canadian Vendor?
