Direct blackmail via reddit.

I want to ask how paranoid should I be.

Let's say that I received direct blackmail via my not so protected reddit account. It was obvious scam but there was some info included. Not my real data but one I used (connected with a person i know and that person agreed to get my deepweb packages). Should I call that person and say that he can expect LE soon? House cleaning etc?

The I need to add that blackmail itself was real bullshit - like pay us 1BTC in 48h or we send huge amount of drugs to that address and you will get busted hard.

Should I be worried? It is rough lesson thou i should protect my anonymity way more.

Clean that house and just wait a bit, nothing usually comes of it. Also, stop posting brah

give us money, or we will waste a lot of money sending you drugs worth money to get you in trouble!

They are trying to find someone dumb enough. I would still clean that house.

Worst case scenario is he calls SWAT to the address.

[1 Points] fibonacci420:

yeah you should be worried. tell him to expect swat to shoot his dog, throw a flash-bang on his TV, etc. 100 americans get swatted every day. This isn't a game man if you are not having 100% anonymity you are way more exposed than you would be on the streets because the evidence is forever preserved.

Why did you receive the threat? I can't imagine being a vender and sending threats. I would be to busy trying to stay low key.

Just chill and lay low for a while OP. It will blow over.
