Hey all. Running a mac with Tor and looking to up security a bit. Are there any free VPNs out there? Or, if not, any recommendations?
VPN Suggestions?

In my onion these are the kinda things best to do some research for yourself, look at the country they're located in (so which governments laws they come under) etc.

MullVad

I think it's mullvad, or mole vpn or something Swedish that allows you to pay cash sent in an envelope, also doesn't keep logs. I wouldn't use a us or uk vpn as they will comply with LE and give logs. Like the previously popular uk VPN THAT gave up anon members.
Edit: to be safer, use your vpn from a public wi-fi, McDonald's etc.
Yes, there are free VPNs (hotspot shield is probably the most notable)... Should you use a free VPN, no. It doesn't provide the same kind of privacy that a paid VPN will.
Mullvad is an excellent paid VPN which accepts bitcoin, and the only login information you need to access is your account number. The client is easy to set up as well.
Remember to tumble your coin if you are gonna buy a vpn subscription.
