I am a new vendor with no reviews yet. My first customer received their order today but opened a dispute literally before it was delivered and 3 days after I accepted the order. They have negative feedback saying they asked for a full refund from another vendor too. All my other samples have been sent so I will get reviews shortly. Its only $20 so idgaf but is this guy going to win this dispute since I do not have reviews yet? I provided tracking to mods already I'm not sure how long they take to respond.
Just any help if someone has dealt with TR admin or the dispute process. Thanks BB

I believe I am your dispute moderator. I have already messaged this dispute and I am just awaiting buyers response, as both parties have the right to state there issue.
What makes you think a vendor loses disputes because they don't have any feedback yet? That is not how we work disputes. It will get solved fair and friendly just like any other dispute.
