vendor says tracking says my mail was Undeliverable.. even though my address was correct.. I've never had that problem, they have lockers for bigger boxes if your pack is too large to fit in your small box, or they'll leave a slip that says get it at the font desk..
This vendors comms were great.. He doesn't release tracking, so I can't see what it actually said.. he only sent me a section of it.. Now my vendor is being very quiet, I certainly don't want to bombard him with messages.. I just want to know, should I dispute? should he cancel & I reorder? Use a different drop this time? Can I place another order?
I know he's signing on every day, so he is certainly getting my messages. We're still in escrow so if I don't get an answer today.. I have no choice but to dispute. It sucks because He's a really cool guy and our first order went swimmingly.. 2 days, NO problems at all. I believe it was handwritten though. Perhaps they couldn't make out his handwriting for the actual po box number? It's something I really would like ASAP. I'll even pay for express if he has me reorder. Eh. Sorry I don't think I really even have a question, just blowing off some steam.
