Nucleus - Can a customer cancel Reclamation?

I placed an order into reclamation because I hadn't received my order and the auto-FE timer was about to expire. I selected 0% for buyer and 100% for seller and the page says something like "waiting for vendor."

It's been a few days since I received my order but I can't get my order out of reclamation. Do I need to wait for support to review the issue or is the vendor just taking their time to respond?

youve just gotta wait for the vendor to accept it, send them a message saying that youve set the reclaimation to 100% of funds to some so get off their arse and collect it
