So here's the deal, I'll keep it as short as possible: I ordered from him. I messaged him a couple days later to make sure everything was good, he told me the decrypt failed, I message him my correctly encrypted address. The thing is, he marked it as shipped before I messaged him my address, so there was no way for me to tell when it was actually being sent out. After a few days I finally get hold of him and he tells me it shipped (last Wednesday). I figure it should come Monday (today) at the latest. I check my mail, no package. I message him and ask if he could take a look at the tracking info to see what the deal is and he tells me his "vendor was running a few days behind" and it "just got shipped out".
At this point, there are less than 4 days before I have to click "never arrived" or confirm receipt. I have a feeling I will have to click one of these before I receive my order. What do I do?
I don't know why everyone here is sucking PFM's dick. Yeah, he's reliable, but his customer service is atrocious and OP's story is a testament to that. That being said, these things happen. Given his reputation, I'm sure the package will arrive. He ships Priority Mail so if he actually sent it today it should arrive before you have to worry about what to click. Let us know how it turns out.
