Try tip worthy. I just came across it the other week and it's great for buying smaller amounts with a card. I'm not sure if you can use a prepaid card or not but its worth trying. My limit was $25 at first..but I requested for it to be raised and they upped it to $40. No idea if that's per day or what...it locked me out for longer than 24 hours after I bought the first $25 which was just to adjust to the price when it dropped so I could make my purchase.
It's a lot cheaper than LBC vendors, but if you can't use said prepaid card you might need to use LBC unfortunately. I'm guessing circle doesn't work with prepaid cards...that'd work easily and instantly if so though.
Try LocalBitCoins. They will take certain gift cards, but the price is somewhat high. ( usually around 50%) Your best bet is to use WesternUnion of MoneyGram with LBC. The exchange rate is a lot better than using cards and as long as use a reputable foreign broker..ie ..Chinese.. the transaction is quick ( usually with 30 minute after you send them the MTCN# and virtually anonymous because no personal info is required.
