[clearnet] RC vendor theindoleshop scammed me out of $2k, /r/rcsources mods aiding scammers, dont be tempted by shiny clearnet image

This is from a clearnet vendor but given the market instability right now people might be tempted to try them, i just want to give a heads up that they are scamming and selling bunk drugs. Also /r/rcsources mods are complicit in the scamming, not sure if they get a kickback or if indoleshop has a mod acct, caveat emptor.

You can see the post itself was originally shadowbanned from showing up so no one would see it, then i direct linked to it and they [removed] the content of the post, then i posted a ceddit unedited version above and they shadowbanned me for it.

indoleshop is scamming hard and selling bunk and/or contaminated drugs, sorry to all who never got to see it because of the censorship but the mods are aiding scammers, i even offered to show hard proof to the mods and they ignored and shadowbanned me, here is the original post:

The Indole Shop scammed me out of $2k

TL;DR: Ordered $2k of product (CA->US) from (theindoleshop.com)[theindoleshop.com], requested multiple times to have signature waived (very important), was lied to throughout the process, received 'sorry we missed you' card with request for signature, then when asked to return-to-sender indoleshop called post office, had package redirected to another location in my area so that someone would sign and tracking would show it as delivered.

In the weeks preceeding the sale i researched the indoleshop on /r/RCSources, they feedback seemed to be predominately positive, with negative feedback having no follow ups from OP's inferring the problem was resolved. [Their website](theindoleshop.com) was professional, and PGP via email orders were offered which demonstrated their commitment to customer privacy.

I contacted the indoleshop sales rep sandra (/u/theindoleshop) via email (sandra@indoleshop.com) using pgp, i had forgotten to include my pgp key with my message, so instead of asking me for it she went ahead and responded anyways with the entirety of my message in cleartext included in the reply. When i made it clear that decrypting ones communications and emailing it back in cleartext was extremely disrepectful i got the first of many emotional episodes saying "she would not be disrespected by my mean attitude". I overlooked the outburst hoping it was some accidental lapse of reason. As it turned out this wasnt the first time she had doxxed her customers before.

After getting her to use pgp correctly, I got an initial quote for a smaller quantity of 4-aco-dmt early on, $1000 fo 18.5g was the quote, so 37g for $2k. A few weeks passed while i setup things on my end and contacted her again to state that i would like to get 50g's, she didnt seem concerned about reconfirming the price or offering a price at all, i had to ask if $2k was ok for 50g, this was among other questions, and she dodged it, answering the other things, so i stated i was paying that and took it as a silent yes and a desire to offer a steep discount to secure future business (this is only $200 over what chinese sellers charge, her suppliers). My assumptions were incorrect, this was the 2nd red flag.

-The indoleshop appears by her own admission to be two people, sandra and an unnamed male who acts as the shipper. -

I made it clear that i wanted my package sent with the signature waived since express has it required by default and there would be no one at my drop to sign for it, i reiterated this a few times throughout pre-order process and was assured it would be.

I also requested that they use a return address of a business not connected to them, as it would be trivial for customs to flag any packs with thier PO box as the return. When they shipped the pack i requested a photo of the label, they gave me a photo of the manifest, which had a part of my address omitted (fortunately nothing critical), and the return address which she told me was a local pharmacy, was actually their real return address, the po box she had previously admitted they use.

I receieved a 'sorry we missed you' card declaring that the package would require a signature. She confessed after i confronted her about this that they did not waive the signature as i had repeatedly asked and they repeatedly confirmed to have done. She attempted to convince me to go into the post office to retrieve it, citing multiple reddit ancedotes that claim there is no risk in doing so. All plausible deniability and anonymity goes out the window when one is forced to go to the desk, and given the uncertainty around the legality of these chemicals that wasnt a risk i was willing or should have to take.

I requested that she try to force the package delivered without signature, she said she called USPS who told her that signature requirements, once sent, cannot be waived, a cursory search reveals this to be the truth. I told her to call the local post office and see what they could do, otherwise issue a return-to-sender and refund my purchase, which shouldnt be a problem since they used their real return address.

She said she called the local post office and got the signature waived, another lie by her own admission. Tracking showed that it had been delivered several days later in the same zip code, and had been signed for, which wasnt possible as there was no one living there. I looked up the name of who signed for it, it was a fairly uncommon one, and found an exact hit at a house a mile away in the same zip code.

Im not sure how she managed this as package intercepts arent supposed to be used for intl packages but apparently she conned the local PO into redirecting it. You would have ask why even bother if the intent is to scam someone, i believe it was to seed doubt in my mind that the package was delivered and maybe someone else grabbed it, but given the circumstance of my drop this is just not possible. Now some random elderly guy has 50g of tryptamine and i have to assume my drop is burned which was more valuable to me than the order itself.

I'm whitewashing alot of how the communication went down, the emotional episodes mirror that of a 12yr old raging at every single perception of rejection, occuring any time she did something incredibly stupid like putting my privacy in jeoporady or reporting that they may have forgot to put a return address (whoops, nothing sketchy about that https://about.usps.com/posters/pos84.pdf). Interesting note, just showing her that pdf to point out the sketchiness of having no return address was met with hostility and the response "your package looks nothing like that".

The fact is this was business and despite the problems in communication i sought to maintain a level of professionality, even having to go so far at point and tell her this is a business transaction and that she needs to keep her feelings her to herself. I guess i should have seen the writing on the wall, but was assured that if anything went wrong i would be refunded or reshipped, i didnt forsee that she would intentionally mis-deliver the package in order to wash her hands of the situation.

The only thing i can say positive about indoleshop is that responses were always within 12-24 hours, however after she pulled this stunt but before i could find out she ended the last email with 'farewell' and have since then ignored my attempts to contact her.

Though they may be straight up scammers, the fact that their 4-aco-dmt was recently reported to look like literal shit and (poisioned one user at low doses) [http://www.ceddit.com/r/researchchemicals/comments/6n2szn/need_opinions_on_4acodmt_from_reputable_vendor/] and is being (reported by another user as bunk)[http://ceddit.com/r/RCSources/comments/6n4k0u/_/dk7cvj1] might mean they themselves were scammed by their supplier, and this is a case of them passing it off to recoup their costs, which explains why they sold it nearly at cost. Whatever the motivation this has been the worst buying experience ive ever had and ive dealt with my share of scammers.

Oh no, we've been summoned. Anyone who's curious, check out our reddit post history. Everything we have to say has been said there. RCsources removed the post because it was clearly an attempt at a reverse scam. All my explanations for why are in my post history. In fact, you can read the whole thread here. There's a reason why this user got kicked out of RCsources. Proof can be provided.

TL;DR we accidentally forgot no signature requirement, bent over backwards to offer customer every possible alternative (refund, reship with no signature, even to call their local psot office to have the signature waived). Customer requested we contact local post office, we did, got the signature requirement dropped, it was delivered successfully to their address. Proof here and here (all private info redacted). As you can see, it clearly shows the item was successfully delivered to the recipient, to the postal code/town that matches their shipping address exactly. Now the buyer is saying they never received it (despite every online tracking registry saying they did) and claiming we somehow scammed them. No offense, but we'd have to be really stupid and naive to offer them any sort of refund. It think it is pretty clear that no online business of any kind in their right mind would offer this. Not Walmart, not Canadian Tire, not an essential oil vendor on etsy, not anyone. It seems like a bad attempt at a scam to me, plain and simple.

They emailed us about all this noise on the 15th, we were going to reply (usually we take 2-3 days), but the buyer didn't even wait 24 hours before posting on reddit saying we "scammed" them. Proof of email history (or screenshots of our inbox) can be provided to verify this is true.

Also, IDK why I am even on darknetmarkets, anything to do with HC or illicit compounds violates our terms of agreements, and every buyer on our website must agree to those before making a purchase. I don't know why this buyer would take it to Dark Net Markets when we are a legal company for analytical-grade compounds for testing only.

You scammed yourself buddy, but thanks for warning us.

This is your fault, you stupidly returned it to sender. The RC's they sell aren't even illegal, why were you so paranoid?

Check their policies, they probably say that they require a signature to prevent people from scamming them by saying the pack was never delivered. This is very common with Canadian RC vendors. And most vendors don't do refunds if the package is not delivered due to something that's your fault, like a wrong address or refusal to sign.

The Indole Shop is legit, you just did something stupid. You scammed yourself LMAO.

Edit: did you even read their terms? You forfeit your money if you refuse to accept the package lol

Returns are not accepted after orders has gone out for shipping, but orders can be cancelled if we are contacted before shipping has occurred in most circumstances.
