New black bank account bitcoin address already used...

So I have a new account on black bank. I go to deposit coin in the address given and when I check the blockchain, it shows that there have already been 4 deposits I to that address in the past few days. Wouldn't I get a new address when I created the account? The URL is legit but this concerns me. Am I missing something? Thanks

Thats not actually your "wallet". Its just your deposit address now. Any bitcoin that lands in it gets credited to your site account.

It was probably just an address in blackbank's tumbler before.

More worrying would be an address that received bitcoin before the market openned.

That would mean its another website that renamed for some reason, but is still the same under the waterline.

I believe BB just has a plethora of wallet addresses that they rotate around. When a user clicks "Create new wallet address" you may receive a fresh address or an address that another user previously used. The address you just changed goes back in the pile to be used by someone else. I wouldn't be surprised if many/all markets do this as well.

As long as the address is attached to your account, that's all that matters. IMO this is a good thing as well since an address can't be tied strictly to your account.
