AlphaBay Mod Finalized escrow order when in dispute?

Unsure if this is standard but what a load of bullshit

Ordered MDA in Escrow from a vendor in Canada (To UK)

After 14 days it hadnt arrived. I Messaged the vendor explaining the situation, that it hadnt arrived but i disputed due to the fact i was attending a music festival and wouldnt be able to check my post til 5 days later (Escrow timer would have ran out while i was away)

Move forward to today and i have a message off the assigned mod saying that if i dont reply in 72 hours he will finalize to the vendor (Obviously i wasnt able to go online) and low and behold he has finalized the order

Is this normal practice? Seems pretty pointless. I didnt claim to have been scammed/want a refund/want a reship. I just simply wanted to extend the escrow time until the order arrived. Now im stuck hoping the vendor has actually shipped the product (Day 18 now....)

Think ill stop using alphabay after this, Is dream anygood? (Usually spend ~£800 /month)

Should have downloaded the AlphaBay App.

You can't just say you won't log on for 5 days. That's not how shit works.

I've had an order sitting in a dispute on alpha bay where the mod said you have 48 hours to reply to both of us. Neither of us have replied yet and that was 9 months ago
