Can LEO query banks for coinbase deposits in a given town?

Im looking to cash out through coinbase, i got the laundry element covered in case i get audited, but like how we use vpns to cover our connection to tor if LEO got isps to monitor who was connecting and when, has anyone heard of LEO being able to get all banks in a given town to report if any deposits from a particular source are being made? I dont think they could get coinbase to report this because coinbase wouldnt know anyones location based on their banking info, only the banks would know this.

Banks and more importantly law enforcement do not work like this for a variety of reasons. They cannot just say " hey all banks give me anything relating to this now ". If you are trying to move a lot of coins out a suspicious activity report could be filed, but that doesn't really mean anything would happen anyways, especially depending on your overall account status etc.

Coinbase is going to need your routing number/details so they will say we shipped the money to this person who used this account, if they were subpoenaed for the information.

As far as the localbitcoin option goes, it is perfectly safe, and legal to do this in a non reoccurring manner in most states, especially if its not for large amounts, the issue and possible IRS/LEO interest comes in when you are moving large amounts at once probably 5k+ or if you are doing it in a continuing fashion without the proper licenses to transfer money.

Basically if you are only moving a limited amount out of bc into your bank you will be completely fine. If its a large amount you are going to have to be more creative. Creativity costs money.

If you got all your bc from doing something illegal, then you have a whole extra sort of issue that will need to be dealt with.

Dude. Coinbase has your I.D. and banking info, and wouldn't trust them to keep it safe.

I would sell locally if I were in your position.

Of course they can. Why wouldnt LE be able to get a warrant for either your bank or coinbase? Why is this even a question.

i got the laundry element covered in case i get audited

I highly doubt you do. The easy with which you talk about laundering money is honestly laughable. If you think you've got it covered that easily, you're fooling yourself.
