Even if the return address is a phony, is there a way usps can track who the sender is? I'm guessing its pretty easy if the tracking number is tied to information like credit/debit cards used to pay for that label, or if it was paid with cash, the location and time of purchase at a particular post office which can identify the seller.
Will using third party shipping labels like stamps.com make it more difficult to track or its still the same.
Thank you.
