WARNING: QUALITYMEDICINE IS MOST LIKELY A SELECTIVE SCAMMER

Okay. Here goes. Placed an order with QualityMedicine last wednesday. It was marked shipped thursday night, so it would be reasonable to assume that it was either shipped out thursday or friday at the latest. I expect this package to come on Monday or tuesday, as his delivery window is commonly within 2 or 3 days, as is with most vendors that use priority. Monday rolls around, no package. Not worried, but I see an influx of feedback on QM's account, from many who ordered thursday and received on monday. This concerns me slightly, so I politely ask QM for a tracking number. No response. Tuesday rolls around, no package. I again politely ask QM for a tracking number, and place the order in resolution, as QM says that is the best way for him to be on top of the orders. At this point, I still have nothing in my inbox from QM. Wednesday rolls around, no package, and no message. Eventually, he gives me one line "i am looking into it. do not worry".

His profile explicitly states that he gives out a tracking number after 4 days have passed with no delivery. That one line was the only communication I ever had with QM. it is now thursday, and nothing has come in my mail. Nothing has come from agora, and nothing has come from QM. my $600 is in purgatory, and I can literally do nothing about it. I even messaged him on his review thread. After I posted, he posted back a few hours later, responding to others questions, but completely fucking ignoring me. What the fuck kind of treatment is this? It's straight up unprofessional and just blatantly rude. Any advice here would be appreciated. This guy is an absolute piece of shit and a horrible vendor. I miss XK.

TL;dr- It has been a week and I don't have my package. I messaged the vendor but he only responded that he is looking into it. Despite his policy I still haven't received a tracking number, and the vendor hasn't looked at the tracking. Shitload of money is gone because I didn't use escrow.

If I did use escrow and forgot to mention it, then I really am overreacting. I should really give it another couple days before I am sure something happened or didn't happen.

Did you finalize early? Escrow protects you from selective scammers for the most part.

Give it 2 weeks (or 2 days before it auto-finalizes) to see if it shows up.

If the vendor has no tracking info to give to support (which QM claims to have tracking numbers) than you should get a 100% refund from the marketplace support as the vendor has no proof they sent it.

Had a feeling this would start happening. I've had problems with QualityMedicine before but it was for trees. I placed an order for a qp back in april, and long story short he basically marked as shipped and never even really shipped. There was also a few other people going through the same thing, some people that even FE'd and didn't receive shit from QM. Communication with him was horrible, he made up a few stories as to why he was slacking. I think it all had to do with him not actually having the product on deck. He eventually refunded me 100% though because I didn't FE (luckily).

Yeah,he's really starting to piss me off too. Ordered Tuesday morning. Goes into vacation mode saying tryin to catch up later on in the day. Makes 2 updates that say all pending orders have now been shipped.(On Wednesday). Mine still has not even been marked shipped. Check yesterday. Nothing. Okay.Check today..nothing again.(I was figuring that he had so many orders that he just told everyone he shipped them instead of actually changing the status) I've messaged him twice just simply asking if mine has been shipped or not. Not even for a tracking number.Just to know if its been at least shipped?! Ignores both of them and he has put his listings back up(which he said he wouldn't do til all orders have been shipped) I'm goin to check my drop one more time tomorrow(cause if he did send them all wednesday without markin them shipped,it should definitely be here tomorrow) This asshole has my money tied up in escrow...how long til I can start the resolving process? I can't stand vendors with poor communication. I understand being busy as hell,but a simple yes or no is not hard at all....
