[GeneralQuestions] Becoming a Vendor

I have been a long time off and on lurker at various darknet markets but never really made any purchases because I've always had local connections for what I wanted. I have recently found my self in a position to offer a pretty wide selection of awesomeness(from cheap socal buds/bho, to top shelf tastiness, to absolutely fire l and shrooms) and I am considering becoming a vendor.

I am pretty familiar with OPSEC and I am familiar with bitcoin(traded coins for a living for like 6 months) so that is not really something I am worried about. The parts that I am not really familiar with is stealth shipping, potential scams, general etiquette, and which markets are considered safe and have a decent volume. Well that and I don't know what is required to get started.

How long, on average, do I have to wait between the time I ship the product before the coins are released to me(on average)? What should I do to protect my self as a vendor against people claiming no arrival or whatever scammers do in this industry?

Any suggestions as to how/where to get started would be great. I also assume that I would have to do some sort of giveaway/contest to get my name/products out there?

If you have to ask, you aren't ready. Don't do it.

Just because you can source drugs, doesn't mean you should vend. There are also a lot of hidden expenses

Step 1: never post on reddit about vending

Don't do it. It's fun to lurk and read all the drama, but there are lots of other ways to pay the bills. I'm pretty sure you're going to hear the advice to make a bunch of purchases, yourself, from vendors with known great stealth. And are you going to drive around all day dropping off at random mailboxes? Are you going to keep your residence drug free for that day when LE comes knocking? It's not worth it, dude.

Vending isnt for you mr. questions.....

DNM vendors are creative and ask questions of no one...

They also would probably never post on reddit.

Making purchases is the best way to figure out stealth ideas I would think. It will also give you a feel as to what to expect from the customer's point of view. Weird that you wouldn't try that before coming to ask here

Find reviews about shitty vendors (PFM, Budcentral, etc.) and do the opposite. That should cover half of your questions.

We've all dreamed of being able to buy our drug of choice at the grocery store, rather than from a drug dealer.

So think like a shop, not a gangster.

You never know what problems you are going to have to solve. Whatever appens, I don't think "What would Michael Corleone do here?"

I think "What would Harrods / Marks & Spencers / Tesco do?"

Remember the 4 pillars of the "Silk Road Model" are

  1. TOR
  2. Bitcoin
  3. Escrow
  4. Vendor and customer feedback.

Finally, remember that your good name is your only asset on the darknet. Always do the right thing. Budget some money that you will lose, learn, then walk away.

Only 5% of trouble comes from customers. 95% is from dodgy vendors, scammers and the marketplace itself. You and your customers are on the same side. Try to have a second account ready on a lesser market, so when your current home grows legs and walks off with your money, your customers will know where to swim to.

It might not seem it, but this is really good advice that I'm giving. If you like a drug, somebody else will like it too.

If your 'thinking' about it. Your already behind in the mindset. If you mean you know OPSEC as in you can run Tails OS.? If you mean familiar with bitcoin as in you have bought a couple hundred $dolla$ worth on localbitcoin and moved them into your electrum account?

If you thinking about it your too late, its instinctual. Leave no pattern and leave no trace... TOR won't help you if you leave prints all over, cameras don't lie when you buy postage, and bitcoins can't pay your car bills or put food on the table. No paper plates and plastic spoons, but if you thinking about being a vendor you should probably really think about how much you really know.

General etiquette. Barr NONE. Don't talk until your spoken to. When you are spoken to, respond articulately. You just as much 'people skills' as you do serv'in it up to the homies.

You need $ to get started. Duh. Escrow. And dumbass people who forget to finalize and your stuck with a dozen G's in escrow and a box of Hot Pockets. Hope they last you for 10 days, because always assume the worst.

Giveaway. YOU SHOULD NOT BE A VENDOR. Who the fuck is going to pay for your 'giveaway' cuz there a grip of people who will take your giveaways. Provide FULL ESCROW for product @ 15% BELOW its current lowest price! Always be a little heavy when scaling or counting. Don't be shady, dont be a dick, talk to customers like your talking to them in the face ONLY if you are spoken to. They don't want anything else about/from you but what you provide.

People like you were meant to be darknet vendors, because you are ACTUALLY BRINGING SOMETHING INTO THE MARKET FROM OUTSIDE.

Don't do giveaways and competitions. You don't have to "push" good drugs. They just seem to melt away somehow. Don't compete and race to be bargain basement, and remember that half of your competitors are scammers who will hungrily buy any product brought in to the marketplace as scam-bait.

On your first day, somebody will offer to buy all your stock. That's the main scammer in your drug category. If you sell to im, photos of your drugs will ap[pear next to yours the day he receives them.

ow long bitcoin stays in escrow depends entirely on how fast you ship.

Take a poto of your drugs, and write as detailed description as you can. Scammers write 3 lines, so just write everything you know about what you're selling.

Within 3 weeks, it will feel like youve been around for ever. Customers become like pen-pals. After 3 months of actually doing what you say, you're beloved.

You will either go crazy at 4 months, or be fine. You suffer "TOR fatigue" due to the constant intrigue, so you have to ration reddit and forums until you're tor-hardenned.

Most vendors don't make it past 4 months. Humans are social animals. You can go crazy in an anonymous environment.
