Yes it can. It still has to go through a few more sorting facilities before it makes it to your house. It has the most chance of being caught when in Customs, but it not the only place.

If youve already received a reship, it sounds the vendor has done his part. Generally speaking you receive a reship or a 50% refund if the vendor wants to do anything at all.

TheFijiGod thinks that for all intents and purposes, if the pack clears customs you're good. The only reason a pack would get stopped after clearing customs is if there is something about the pack that is a dead giveaway that it contains drugs, like a pack reeking of bud or something along those lines. As to why it's taking so long, TheFijiGod has no idea. TheFijiGod feels that if they were to do a CD they would've done so already. The mail system is a shit show & TheFijiGod hopes this is ultimately the problem.

Yes. My friend got CD and it didn't even go into customs on tracking

Of course. It still has to go through the domestic mail

"inbound out of customs" is also what tracking will say if it got rejected and is being shipped back to sender

Check the tracking number on the postal website of the country of origin and you'll likely see that it has been returned.

I think customs is just opening lots of packages without a federal warrant. had two large ones never make it in the last month. I have one since the 12th "outbound of customs". My seller is reshipping. (crossed fingers) I have only had luck with sellers that have a decoy. I would pay a crazy upcharge if I could find a good vendor with killer stealth and a good decoy. Decoy is key.
