I'll quote my original post first to give you the background.
"I placed an order with the Agora vendor FreedomNow on Tuesday evening. I FEed because I've ordered from FreedomNow before, he has an excellent reputation, and he's generous with extras for FEing. Normally he logs in at least once a day and ships on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. At this point he hasn't logged in for five days. When I message support is there any information in particular that I should include? Also, how do you think support will handle this, considering I FEed? I'm hoping that since he hasn't logged in since before I placed my order and the status still says "Pending" they'll refund my coins even though I FEed. Any thoughts on this? Has anyone had a similar problem before?"
I messaged Agora support and I wasn't that hopeful that they would do anything because of the bad things I've read about their support on here. I received a reply within a day and was reimbursed all of my coins! I know other people have had a bad experience with their support, but in my case the support was phenomenal!
