I have heard clams that:
ddos attacks are coming from compeating markets
claims about lost coins come from compeating markets
claims that ____.onion is a honeypot? compeating markets
Fake doxxing from.... you guessed it.
So, is this effective for market owners? Is there that much at stake? Isn't it better to have MORE stable markets so there isn't a single big target for LE?
Naturally consumers want more markets, it means more choice.
Market admins that go around making those "claims" don't give a fuck about what we want (many different markets), they just want to grab as much of the pie for their own market as possible. No matter how stupid of a long-term strategy it is, greed is too overpowering.
