This is a great idea. Is there a way to pull multisig into this? Specifically I would like to be able to share the receipt with the arbiter (third party in the transaction) so that he/she can verify the details in case of dispute.

Only the ill informed will do this, and I will make sure to inform them.

SafeMarket does not provide a method for receipt exchange, it is assumed buyers and sellers will use tools such as email, IM, and bitmessage to exchange receipts.
If your marketplace demands buyers and vendors have direct contact with each other, I don't foresee any real long-term need. Honestly, you can already do that now if that's how you want to play.
Other then escrow services you aren't providing any real benefit.
