Unprompted Changes of Wallet Addresses on Bitcoin Fog

I intentionally have not requested new wallet addresses on bitcoin fog for 2+ weeks. A couple of nights ago, I went on to make 4 deposits using the wallet addresses on the deposit page. The first two characters appeared unchanged, so went ahead with the deposits. During the transfer, I went back and compared the wallet addresses to what I had on file and even though the first two characters were the same, the remainder characters for the wallet were different. All of the addresses had been changed! Again, I never requested new ones because I was expecting more deposits to those addresses from outside sources.

When I realized this unprompted change in wallet address and when I saw that 20+ confirmations had passed without any credit of the 4 deposits to my account, I quickly sent a message to Support requesting that my account be credited for the nearly 4 BTC that I deposited. AFTER receiving the credit, I requested that they change the addresses back to the original. The following morning, I logged into bitcoinfog hoping that this would be resolved. The first thing I saw was that I still did not get credited for my deposits. When I went to the deposits page, I saw that all the addresses had been changed back to their original wallet address, which matched what I had on file. I then went to the Support page hoping for a response, but received none, so I sent another message asking about why my account was not credited for the ~3.9 BTC I deposited the night before. It has been a couple of days and still no word from Bitcoin Fog Support. Below is the message I sent them:

"Made 4 (four) deposits with 20+ confirmations each over 2 hrs ago, but BTCs have not been credited to my account.

  Wallet ID: 1BR...... ~1.4 BTC
  Wallet ID: 17B...... ~0.9 BTC
  Wallet ID: 19n...... ~1.0 BTC
  Wallet ID: 1Hf...... ~0.6 BTC

"Also, there appears to be unprompted changes in the deposit addresses. Have not changed them since Aug 24, 2015. The first three should be:

1CXv...... 17pw...... 1Kip......

"The last one should be:

  1HfUU......

"Also, the last wallet address (that currently reads: 1Hf......) is inconsistent with what is on blockchain. Blockchain shows that only one deposit was made to that address, which I made today for ~0.6 BTC, but there is a deposit of 1.7706 BTC that has already been credited to it (not shown on Blockchain). I made the deposit of 1.7706 BTC to that last wallet address (1HfUU......), which is no longer there. This is another indication of a change in my wallet addresses, which I did not prompt or want.

"Love the BTC Fog service and would love to continue to use it as my business grows. I would appreciate it if you could credit my account for the deposits made, which totals ~3.9 BTC. Also, if you could change back the wallet IDs to their original after crediting my account, I would appreciate it as well.

"Thank you in advance for your help."

Because I have not heard from them, I wanted to know if anyone has experienced this problem with Bitcoin Fog before and what happened. I do not want to think that I have been scammed by them, but can't rule it out. I have used the service many times in the past without issue. I am just concerned because I have not heard anything from Support. Hopefully they will credit my account for what I deposited.

Fog was endorsed by agora or the other way around at its launch so they know each other to some extent or are run by the same people.

Let that sink in as the coins that have no txid have never been delivered.

Still have not heard from support and still no coins credited to my account. I have screen shots of the original and changed deposit pages as well. I am not sure what is going on at this point...
