so a month or two ago i ordered some aromasin which is an anti estrogen, 5g.
i saw by tracking this got into customs so i was waiting for the seizure letter and today it came. Im in Australia melbourne
i got a seizure letter - firstly they idnetified it as the incorrect substance androstadiene, that or the vendor sent me the wrong product...
sounds like the good will just be destroyed after 30 days... that said im never ordering overseas again... O_O
the items were deemed "suspected on reasonable grounds grounds to be special forfeited goods". they did not check the box below saying they were narcotic goods
it says if i have an import permit i can file a claim to get the goods, which i obviously do not.
the next section is titled, what are your options? a) do nothing - the goods will be taken to be condemned as forfeited to the crown and the department will arrange for the disposal of the goods
b) make a claim for the return of the seized goods in accordance with etc within 30 days.
it also mentions that the claim for the goods cannot be made if an infridgement notice has been served, i didnt get this, so thats probably a good thing...
