Hansa is the market of the mainstream.

Because it acts as close to direct dealing in an online platform. Not having to deposit any money on the site is exactly how people want things. One doesn't go to Amazon and transfer money first to the Amazon site and then to the seller. In essence it is the closest you can get to a CC transaction as you can get with a market. They have eliminated the 'middleman' while providing a very nice platform to work from.

Since everyone knows that those who deal in crime are typically on the cutting edge I would not be surprised if Hansa is actually able to go mainstream. It's the simplicity of it that makes it worth so much.

In fact I see the value in it so much that I would donate just to keep it active. Wouldn't be much, but I would donate.

My favorite market, don't understand why AB doesn't do this.

Really good market. More vendors should roll through.

I wrote a tutorial for using 2-3 multisig on Hansa.

https://www.reddit.com/r/DankNation/wiki/multisig-hansa

It is a work in progress but may help some people.

I've been thinking of trying Hansa since AB is being all fucky! Ty for the advice :)

I've left the alphabay ship... maybe if hansa had more vendors

I like Hansa. I trust them more than Alphabay as they don't engage in desperate PR on reddit, they're not pumping-and-dumping a cryptocurrency which they then expect their users to actually trust, they aren't selling weapons, there is not constant and occasionally credible accounts of vendors and customers losing funds cause they "got phished" (AB should trademark that term) by AB staff and Hansa is not run professional thieves.

Hansa is unique in that it actually puts its money behind a full multisig system. This probably costs them revenue. Noobs are left with a choice of learning how to use multisig to make purchases or going elsewhere. I think the Hansa admin's motivations are honest and they genuinely believe multisig is a better choice when buyers and vendors are mutually distrustful.

I wouldn't say this is "mainstream." That said, i guess we are all DN hipster because we got here before multisig was mainstream. Every good vendor should come to HANSA; it's the fucking business. We need more legit dope dealers there. However, i guess most of the H dealers on other markets are used to FE. Adjusting to this new system would make things better for the buyer and the vendor. That said, some of the vendors on HANSA are fucking top shelf. I would love to see SAW, CC, alexsosa come over there (i haven't sampled yet). I don't order off of them out of pride. Candidly, i don't FE for anyone. As a buyer i am excersizing my vote with my bitcoin in hopes of a better future.

P.S. Hoping to get some testing in this week....results in a few weeks

One, does not simply, go onto Amazon....

[1 Points] ScoopDat:

God I wish that great writeup some guy did a week ago pinpointing anonymity flaws to be had with multisig in comparison to an escrow market as has been the norm.

I never fucked with ab until agora went down. I'm still not a huge fan but some of my main vendors aren't on hansa

[1 Points] Dmandp80:

My very favorite market, for sure. So easy to use, huge selection, easy to get in contact with vendors, and a very user friendly interface.
