Something to be aware of: Methylone I ordered recently tested (kinda) black on Marquis, then similar to all other MD compounds on other tests, with some variation. Details within.

In short, I believe that someone is selling Methylone in bulk and cutting with an agent that gives a black-ish test on Marquis. Probably someone packing caps for festival season (personal speculation).

I am confident that this compound is Methylone. I have discussed at length with the vendor I used, Owlcity on Alphabay (awesome vendo, great communication), and the aesthetic/smell is perfect. The powder is cakey and fine, with the distinctive Methylone smell, just like it came pre-ban from Chinese labs. I know and love this molecule, but I believe it is being cut with either Asprin, sugar, or a miniscule amount of MDxx to give the desired reagent test.

Does anyone have any insight into this? Am I being stupid? Anyone aware of highly active cuts that might yield THIS reagent result?

Top to bottom: Marquis, Mecke, Folin, Mandelin. Note the greenish Marquis, the reddish tint to Mecke and yellow greenish tint to Mandelin. Folin is consistent with MDMDA.

Any luck figuring out what it was? I recently got a hold of the same stuff from owlcity too. Apparently he's been busted on or around July 28th and his accounts been banned. I was going to message him asking what the hell this "methylone" really was because my reagent tests aren't what to be expected.

my results:

marquis - thing greenish yellow ring with orange center mecke - went from green to a very dark reddish brown (slow) mandelin - thing greenish yellow ring with an orangish/brown center.

I couldn't figure out what it was and it seems it'll be difficult to determine now. Might as well trash it. Not worth the risk.
