BlackBank has always and will continue to have a free vendor program for vendors who meet the below qualifications:
- Minimum 100 positive feedback from an established market
- An account with at least 90 days of activity
If vendors do not qualify during application, they are always welcomed to apply via the $300 fee or re-apply once they meet the minimum requirements.
We understand there is some question on the high standards, but at BlackBank, we focus on the quality of the vendors. Our requirements are strict in order to maintain these standards. In addition, if a vendor does qualify does not mean we do not monitor the accounts.
We have implemented a full dispute resolution center where our staff is promoted to attend immediately through a commission of every dispute resolved. Some other features of BlackBank focused on maintaining the quality of vendors include:
- 5-Day automatic holiday mode to remove listings from stale vendors
- a buyer extendable automatic finalize where buyers can proactively extend the auto finalize period to prevent scams while allowing vendors to receive funds earlier if the product has been received
We also offer vendors a variety of escrow options, but they must be advertised as-is on the listings:
- Multi-sig Escrow
- Centralized Escrow
- No Escrow (FE)
If a vendor has listings that are stated as escrow, they are strictly forbidden to request FE. We proactively monitor vendors and FE is only permitted to vendors meeting minimum requirements and may be revoked at any time. All listings can be sorted by the type of escrow service provided.
The strict standards set is to maintain a higher level of experience for our community members.

Love BlackBank's site since it first rolled out, and it's good to see an update from you guys. You're one of the quieter markets as far as advertising goes.
Only thing stopping me from using the site is how high the fees are, like the withdrawal and deposit (I think there was a deposit fee? Or maybe a transaction fee?) so I haven't felt obligated to use it yet.
