What is your vision of a perfect market?

In the wake of Alphabay's and Hansa's untimely deaths we need to stop doing the same thing over and expecting different results. A market needs to be created that will trump all other markets. In my opinion, a perfect market would have the following things.

Anyone else have any ideas? I may add them to the list.

Reviews that publicise the specifics of a vendor's stealth are considered very poor opsec. It could make it possible to profile packages. If LE have multiple leads and one bulk orders a material mentioned in the reviews, that could sign the warrant. It could cause any number of unforeseen problems that aren't possible when we keep our cards close to our chests. A 1-10 system is adequate.

e: Also instead of auto-encryption the site should reject messages that don't match the format of an encrypted message.

e2: And absolutely no javascript.

2FA

[10 Points] SlingDNM:

Mandatory 2FA, unable to send non PGP messages, Dead Mans switch, multi-sig.

Also at this point I'm pretty sure there is a huge backdoor in Tor, maybe switch to i2p

[9 Points] None:

One that can't be taken down by LE.

[8 Points] SaksiSaksi:

Forward secrecy. Forced key rotation by sellers. Sign the new key with the old key.

PGP Public keys must be listed at a 3rd party with link.

Big fucking notice about how many hours PGPs were updated ago.

No javascript. If javascript is on, javascript code will PREVENT you from logging in or doing anything.

Barriers to entry to keep out the 15 year olds. The market should work, but access should require some thought and ability. Mandatory 4096 bit PGP.

No passwords. You get a login public key at account creation. You must sign a long message to get access.

Total ban on destructive objects/substances (weapons, fent and maybe all opiates and benzos). Extra commission/tax on moderately-problematic substances.

Don't get too big. Charge variable and flat-rate commissions. Commissions are raised/lowered to achieve X transactions/week.

Auto-refund for funds held on the exchange. Funds unspent after 7 days are automatically sent to your backup wallet.

Slim/minimal support. Less loose ends. Lose your password? Tough luck.

Good list. As to monero we need vendors to accept it. Markets will follow, but it won't matter at all if markets incorporate monero but Vendors don't accept it as payment.

[5 Points] NoFreedomWoAnonymity:

It must have API for device similar to Amazon Dash button. No need to logon, press button, have drug of choice order go through automatically, deduct coins from wallet. Drugs in my mailbox, same day delivery. Plus, it must use Monero.

edit: It should also add to their terms that any authorities should be forbidden from using or infiltrating the market.

[4 Points] None:

One which is not in a hot country! Someone could make millions, why be in Germany, Holland or Thailand.

[1 Points] PM_UR_DNM_TAKEDOWNS:

Anonymous, uses Monero only, and Decentralized. Thats it.

[1 Points] Inthewirelain:

Evolution but the founders aren't carders and fraud is not allowed.

[1 Points] prettyleafart:

A kill switch. Is that possible?

Our own open-source client software which offers client-side auto-encrypt. Making it impossible to send or receive cleartext messages, but completely transparent once you have set your key.

[1 Points] Hanshee:

Amazon

[1 Points] saltmens:

Hansa unseized

[1 Points] The_men_in_blue:

I'd make markets focus on a class of products: just cannabis, pyschedelics, coke, meth+speed, etc. One problem with markets that sell everything is that users risk getting caught up in LE's attempts to deal with more serious things, like weapons, fent, kiddie pron, etc.

[1 Points] Iamtyu:

No LE

[1 Points] s0ulwax:

No fucking leaks, decent reviews, doesn't get shut down.

[1 Points] jadenpls:

Ethereum with zn-snarks and smart contracts could solve this

how does this recent marketplace bust compare to previous other marketplace busts?
