Missed you slip from USPS, what do?

So recently I placed a small order for a personal amount of steroids. I have ordered once from this vendor before and everything fas speedy and smooth. A couple days after the expected delivery date I contacted the vendor as I had not received the goods. Vendor said tracking showed the it was returned to his drop. Unsure of why this happened he asked me to resend address to confirm it was correct (red flag #1). Address matched so he said prob a mistake by USPS and reshipped. So today I check the mail and I've got one of those (sorry we missed you slips). I have never gotten one of these before on a dnm purchase. Also, the slip is checked registered mail, which requires a signature if i am not mistaken. Previous order was priority and the shipping I chose and paid for said priority as well. Still waiting to hear back fro! The vendor regarding this. What do you guys this I should do? Based on my extensive research, I am very hesitant to put my signature on anything. With

The deliver without a sigmautre if I fill out a redelivery form online and ask thhem to leave the package without a signature in the notes? Is it safe to pick up fro! The post office? I can't imagine this is a controlled delivery. It was an order for about 100 bucks and I live in bumble fuck nowhere, we don't even have localnpolice around here. What are your thoughts?

while i'm sure you would be fine going to pick it up, I never like to advise people to sign for illicit packages (unless they are sent from overseas, as it is usually required).

when you say the package was returned to his "drop", is it ACTUALLY a drop of his, or was it just some random return address?

if it was a random address, an individual could have opened the package when it was returned to their address, found contraband, and reported it. situations like this do occur

Postal workers aren't an exacting bunch. They do a terrific job, but with billions of packages floating around, every .01% error rate is still hundreds of thousands of packages gone missing. In marking it registered mail they may have been simply missing the box they meant to mark, or laziness.

I laughed at 'based on my extensive research'. No offense intended, but did your research involve anything outside of forums related to markets on the dark net? ;-) Signing for a package does not indicate you have any knowledge of it's contents, or that you are even expecting it. The do not sign mantra started out of paranoia, if you read criminal complaints they often do say someone signed for a package, but that is never presented as proof of intent or prior knowledge. Often it's the damn person themselves that gives the info required to convict themselves, or the bust is part of a large investigation and the person was observed making more than one pickup.

Another thing that isn't mentioned nearly enough, if you refuse a package and send it back to 'sender' then your address is burned. A random person is going to receive drugs in the mail with YOUR name and address on it, a likely outcome of which is a call to the police...

TL;DR Go get your damn package! :D

Why are you buying your steroids on the dark net? They're all over the clear net & cheaper

The registered mail is more than likely the love letter like autism said. My friend got a love letter and it was the same deal...something he had to sign for and he picks the package up it a little envelope sent either certified mail or registered
