I placed an order on bluesky (RIP) A week and a half ago from my_connect_buds. I've had previous business with him and have been pleased with his products. He messaged me indicating he would ship on Wednesday (11/5). His shipping time is typically quick (2-3 days) but I've yet to receive my package. I know it's only been a week and there are a variety of reasons it could be delayed but I'm starting to get worried. Should I just consider it a loss thanks to onymous? Alternatively, does anyone know if he is on any other markets that I might be able to get in touch with him and figure out if the package actually shipped?
One of you would have had to take the loss for the market shutdown. If he had already shipped it before the markets went down then you should get it in the normal period of time and he'd end up with the loss, but if he had already saw that it was down before shipping then he probably just kept the packs that he was planning on shipping out.
How long does an order usually take? A week is a long time to wait for priority and most first-class mail, but it's taken longer than that before. If I were you I wouldn't get my hopes up, I'd just write it off as a cost of business. Then if it does come it'll be a nice surprise.
