Strange but tempting,

First of all, an order was placed from the origin of France and I asked the vendor for tracking. Later, almost going on four weeks I receive a large letter from SWISS post. By that time, I had opened dispute and asked for tracking. The tracking number was lost by the vendor thus he refunded me. Now, what was received was not what I had ordered, completely different stamp but he confirmed that was his product. Later he asks me to 'help [him] with shipping tactics as such as speed of arrival and his concepts of stealth" he could repay this favor by giving me half-price on his products. All in all, he delivered...slowly,from a different origin, and different but top notch product. Is this guy acting as a middle man? I cannot decipher exactly what is going on. Is this a good opportunity or should I pass?

Strange written all over it, straight up ask him for a no bullshit explanation, otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Use your brains. As long as you don't compromise your security and there's money to be made, go for it. Whatever sounds too good to be true, probably isn't.
