Best thing to do?

Bought some herb from a very well known UK vendor. Have bought from them loads of times and never had a problem until last week. Bought a bag and over 50% of it was unsmokable and it cost me well over £10 per gram (for that price I expect something good to say the least). The funds are still in escrow and I will release the funds for sure but I have messaged the vendor and heard nothing back. Surely it doesn't make economical commercial sense for them to lose a customer for a couple of grams of weed but maybe not. What would you guys do? Dispute or just move on?

What do you mean by "unsmokable"?

Ask for a re-ship. If it was advertised as top shelf, that's what you should be receiving.

Sending fan leaves is just nasty!

Message the vendor again, they might have missed it. If no response within a day or two and the vendor has been logged in, open a dispute, still all friendly, like you weren't sure if they got the messages e.t.c but what you got was not what you ordered. Roll from there, seller should be sympathetic and reship.

Too right for not smoking fan leaves, that's where the plant dumps waste as the flowering comes to an end, they have three millionths of fuck all thc on them and loads of headache inducing nute leftovers.

Dunno why you would finalize, this is something that escrow is intended for. Dispute. But of course be in touch with the vendor and be very polite. Make sure you have some photos ready.

you got fan leafs that is unacceptable, i mean maybe a couple small sugar leafs wrapped around the bud you could let slide. message the vendor make sure he offers extra on your next order or a partial re-ship. if he doesn't respond then dispute and he will have to respond or loose his coin.
