[General] How does the reseller "connect" again?

Hello everyone,

I would love to hear some opinions from you people:

Imagine a fictional weed reseller. He/she had a long-term partnership with an internet source in the clearnet and a five-figure trading volume with this source. The relationship had been slowly built up during years and the trust and respect for each other had been enormous. Now this source is gone and other connections, such as local ones, have not been made.

Is there even a place for this reseller, other than, for example, in the local market? The DNMs seem to strongly focus on end-consumers and some sources might not like to advertise that they sell big amounts of drugs. On the other hand, one will lose the security the escrow system offers if he/she makes 'private deals'.

Questions in short:

1.) Are DNMs always your 'second choice' vs. local markets when it comes to reselling or larger quantities? I personally can only see negative points in comparison: fees, shipping duration, shipping risks, bitcoin price movement, acquisition of bitcoins, fraud and others.

2.) Is it not hard for you to compete offline with others that do not have to pay all these fees?

3.) Does an 'ebay-like' DNM work for bigger deals or do you prefer a local/personal contact?

Can you clarify what you're asking? It bounces around, and I can't figure out what the actual question is.

It's not necessary to be coy with "fictional/hypothetical" - it adds to the confusion. Are you looking to purchase bulk and resell locally or online? Are you asking how to find a bulk vendor? Set up a market account to sell to end users? We can't help you find any sort of connections outside markets - that's completely against the rules.

I'm removing this until you edit your post to clarify that you are not asking for info/advice about anything other than markets.

Edit - you apparently edited it while I was writing.

This subreddit and the market forums definitely trend toward personal use deals. But there are the plenty of transactions taking place on the markets like the one you describe.

On most of the markets you can go into your category ("weed" for ex) and then sort by price or weight. The vendors at the top of that sort are the ones you'll likely want to start researching.

There are a number of vendors that I would like to try from all the great reviews but I can't because they only sell large amounts of weed. Try BC. supposed to be great weed, only sells in multiple ounces or something like that IIRC. You might not get the profit margin you're used to, but there is still profit and opportunity on the DNM's, you'll just have to search. Start with CannabisRoad
