Question about avoiding going to jail

Ok, so long story as short as I can make it. I got put on probation in June for 3 years, have slipped up and violated. Trying to avoid going jail or worst case them pulling it all and going to prison. So if I went the route of getting a fake ID and using that in case that I do get pulled over, have any opinions? TIA

tl;dr Dont get caught.

From someone who has spent a good bit of their life in the system, go and get your time over with. hell 3 yrs isn't shit and depending on the violation I seriously doubt they will pull all your time.

If you do insist on running do not get a fake ID from a DNM to present to the cops. You will be arrested for your violation and brand new felony!

Yeah prison isn't as bad as people make it seem bud. I had fun for real as fucked up as that sounds. I got high, chilled with my buds, worked. It's just a little community of people behind a fence bud. Tell them to gas up the bus and run it.

If you're dumb enough to fuck up on probation you probably aren't smart enough to efficiently avoid the system.

Yeah the best advice I can give someone on probation, or parole is DO NOT FUCK UP! Simply put, follow the rules and be happy your are outside those walls. I would not use a fake id, someone I knew got pulled over and did that. It gave them instant access to his vehicle, considering he was commiting a crime(giving false information to the police, they knew it was a fake after they ran it) they worked from there. Guy had a gun and drugs with him. Let's just say he is visiting the place that you want to stay out of for a LONG time...

I suggest staying clean as possible. If you paid for a lawyer, you should have asked if that would cover them asking to get you off paper sooner. I'm looking at 3 years myself, but if all goes well, I could be done in 18 months. Of course this depends on the judge too. But hey, go to school (even if it's self certification), get in a substance abuse class (if you haven't already; most are court ordered when involving drugs) and have as much good things to tell the judge when that time comes. I'm praying I can get off early so that I can move to Colorado.

First violation? Like your PO sent it to court? Did you catch a new charge?

I failed many drug tests before my probation officer sent me to a judge. And they would have just given me more probation, but I took the jail time so I would be free and clear.

No fake ID's to the cops. You want to add on additional charges bro?

[1 Points] Udaypbuh:

Your not going to jail let alone prison, it takes several violations and you being an overall asshat for that happen (from my experience). Just do your time and move on its not the end of the world.

You can't just not do drugs for a while? Sounds easier than prison to me. You didnt really say if you're a heroin junkie or what though, that shits hard to kick.. M

[1 Points] AmazinPride:

I would rather serve 3 months rather than get 3 years probation.

Be a man about it, you know the old saying about- "if you can't do the time"

[1 Points] OldschoolSR:

If you only rucked up once. And havent a set court date to see the judge. Your no going to just go to jail.

[1 Points] DumbVendorQuestions:

Do your time, be a good boy, and you'll get out early. Running is no way to live.

[1 Points] EastOaklandCase_Boys:

I'll give you the realist advice on here. Lay low, have your fun, if your addicted to drugs, detox with WD's in the comfort of your own home. Then man up and do your bid. You'll get wrapped up either way, but you have the opportunity to do it your own way. The bitchass DA will consider the fact that you turned yourself in too.
