So i ordered during the recent bitcoin network congestion and the order timed out before the btc transfer confirmed.
Messaging support they said no worries, let us know when it confirms or is rejected.
Some time later the order confirms. I message support telling them such.
Support then ask for my order ID. I look in my order history and the order has been DELETED. It was 100% there the day before. I am really worried now that i have lost my coin. Support is slow as shit... haven't heard back from them.
What is the consensus here? What could have caused the order to be deleted? Am i going to get my coin back?

Your first message was replied after 24 hours and your 2nd after 48hrs and now you have a solution pending.
Actually you sent quite a few messages but no Order ID nor payment address which could help with a faster solution.
