BTC Debit Card

https://bitwa.la/ any experience? hypotetically vendors could load btc onto their bank accounts after tumbling and cash out at multiple atms, does anyone know the daily withdraw limit or max limit allowed on their btc cards or if theyre legit?

Bitwala, Xapo, e-coin.io all are legit, they use the same debit card supplier: www.mychoicecorporate.com. Can get cards through all of them. I am also trying http://coinsbank.com/ now. Advcash also has a btc debit.

theyre usually legit but you spend a good 5-6% on their charges, and then more each time you use an atm to withdraw.

I must say i got just yesterday a card from Bitwala and was wondering the same.

Looks absolutely different, and the fees are fine (high but not insane)

Not sure though, if it could be useful for vendors, since seems that the "dirty" bTC will be connected to their identity

That would make no sense for vendors; their problem is getting money into bank accounts cleanly, not getting cash -- they've already got LocalBitcoins for that.
