I'm sure he does a fine job on his own OPSEC, but doesn't seem to give a shit about customers safety.
Before the Nucleus problem, I had two orders with HF. Both were marked shipped. And surprise, surprise, they hadn't been shipped yet. Nuc went down, and I never got my packs. When Nuc came back I put the orders into reclamation. A few days later, HF finally logs in and gives some horseshit excuse about having problems with his shipper flaking out, that he honestly though the orders were shipped when he marked them so.
The next day he cleartexts me a tracking number through the Nuc message system! He basically gave my address and the time drugs would arrive, cleartext on a market that has been compromised! I complained about this and the fact that he only shipped one of the two orders owed, so he sends me a privnote with the tracking details of second package. Does this motherfucker even know how to use PGP?
Also, he didn't need to get my address again somehow. If he has sent his "shipper" my address, and assumed it was shipped, why the fuck is he keeping a copy of my address?
Then the replacement packs were both sub-par. The wax was 10% light and not the same quality as an HF pack I got a month ago, and the caps weren't full(to be fair I haven't tested them, maybe they are fine.)
Yawn.
Tired of these daily HF cry threads. Everybody knows the guy sucks, yet y'all still continue to fuck with him. Sorry, no sympathy from me. Spend a few extra bucks and use a good vendor next time.
