Confused at Abraxas' input and bored of this ongoing dispute.

I'd messaged this vendor on Agora but was rejected as they said they weren't currently accepting new customers with little feedback (I'd only done <5 transactions). After Agora went down I saw that they'd opened up a vendor account on Abraxas and sent them a message there, as on this market neither of us are established. He agreed and let me place an order.

14 days ago - Place order, marked as shipped. Note that this is UK>UK.

In this time he slowly starts accusing me of lying when I tell him the product hasn't arrived, that it must have been stolen etc, and that he can only refer me to his 'terms of service' (anyone with <10 5/5 feedbacks aren't eligible for refund/reship). To this I replied that I would be opening a case with the market had it not arrived by Friday (meaning 6 working days after placing the order).

This conversation/argument went on for about a week.

7 days ago - Vendor has initiated the resolving process.

We exchange a few messages then I state that I'm not happy to respond until Abraxas step in.

5 days ago - "Order has been resolved."

At this point the coins are still in Escrow and there was no comment from Abraxas. When I see that it was marked as resolved I reopen the dispute.

4 days ago - Buyer has initated the resolving process.

Since then the vendor has called me a thief and told me that he will notify other vendors at 'vendor round tables' (what does that even mean?). Still waiting on Abraxas to do anything.

Any suggestions on what could happen next? I placed an order with a different vendor the day after this first one, and received that 4 days later and finalized.

The vendor is trying to strong arm you into giving them the funds. Hold tight until staff comes on and have the vendor give their proof. If they have no proof and the market give your coin to them anyway, then find a new market.

People with a TOS like that are fucking idiots. All I read is "If you have less than <x> feedback, I can scam you".

Vendor round tables are usually private forums (for vendors) where they have shitlists of scumbags who try to run a game on them. Get shitlisted, expect to get ignored/orders canceled/sent anthrax.

All you can do is wait it out and hope that the abraxas admins believe you.
