Bitcoin fees

Came back after months of not ordering and see people complain about ridiculous fees. If a vendor accepts Bitcoincash/monero on dream how can I actually pay him with the different cryptocurrencies on dream? I only see a option for bitcoin and everythin is listed in bitcoin..

EDIT: what would you set your bitcoin fees at? I have them at 2mbtc/kb is that enough? Can wait a day or two for tha to go through

Dream is BTC only as far as I know. If a vendor want you to send monero or whatever to an personal wallet I would not order. There would be no escrow. And not even an recorded order on dream since you can only buy with bitcoin.

for fees use these two websites:

https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx

Use electrum and go to preferences and then "fees" and then type in the fee per KB reccomended at the top of the website. If the recommended free is outrageously high (like .003 or above) use .0002 to .001 per KB and it should confirm in a block within a few hours.
