Issue with messages on Hansa

I had an issue on Hansa and curious if anyone else has ever had this issue. I'd been having a conversation with a vendor over an issue with my order. This conversation was over multiple days and got to the point I told the vendor I was going to dispute in a day because they weren't resolving the issue. The next day I login to see if they've responded before I actually start the dispute and the whole conversation was gone. I just thought it seemed very fishy to disappear right after telling them I'm planning on disputing.
