I had a CD go down but I didn't get in trouble. I don't want to get into the details but the situation had all the hallmarks of a CD. A mail man came to the door for the first time ever with a small priority box that I was expecting. I didn't answer the door and I never picked up the pack. I also didn't press my luck and never ordered again.
I'm wondering if my mail will be scrutinized in the future at other residences...I doubt anyone can know for sure but does anyone have a rational opinion on this question?
Are you still in the same town? The postal workers and police will probably recognize your name even if there isn't a formal alert on you.
