Today marks 2 weeks since order with zicot

Just wanted to mention. He said he shipped express a week and a day after I ordered, but I still haven't gotten anything. I asked for tracking on tuesday but he only replied saying he would need to get back to his safe house, but since then he's stopped replying. I mean, it's escrow and all, but if he actually ships this will be the longest a pack has taken to arrive in my hundreds of orders of domestic packs. Get someone else's dmt 1/5 communication 1/5 shipping speed. I sort of expected better, being that he's on DHL..

Ya I tried to order some dmt from him and he just let it expire instead of canceling it which I think is kind of rude.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for DMT from him on DHL. This is the longest I've waited for any pack, it's ridiculous. He said he 'fucked up' when I messaged him after 2 weeks and no pack, said he was shipping again Monday, it's now Saturday and nothing has come.. Luckily the funds are still in escrow. At this point I have no faith it will come, so I've opened a support ticket trying to get the order canceled and money released to me from escrow. Terrible vendor. 1/5.

yup slowest fucking shipper alive. He came through on his K for me though. i wrote it off as a loss once it was 2 weeks on a domestic pack.. then suprise :)

Hey guys, zicot here.

I would like anyone to go ahead and look at my actual feedback from DHL and make a judgement. If you have ordered from me and see this and are unhappy in anyway, please PM me on DHL immediately and we will clear it up.

As it stands I had to fire someone who was handling support and packaging, and brought it back to a one man operation. It seems about a handful of people experienced long delays, and I brought it back to just me to clear things up. My feedback shows three people who didn't give a full 5/5 feedback, but that doesn't matter as anybody who has a bad experience will be fixed up.

Right now there are currently three orders out of DMT (of hundreds) that didn't get out and one changa order from DHL, the only market I am currently active on. Please message me on there with regards to the fact it has taken this long and specify this thread, and you'll have it handled personally by me whether by reship or refund ASAP.

It doesn't matter that it's 1-2% of orders that have a problem, they matter just as much as the 98% who had a perfect experience and will be fixed. I really mean it when I say I want my customers to be completely satisfied, it's not a gimmick.

I do this for the love of product, and will keep it up.

In regards to TMG; I do not go on that site as I personally met there standards for vending multiple months ago and have been ignored since then, and stopped going on the site actively about a few weeks ago when several trolls and users on that site pretty much pretended to be customers of mine, were called out, and banned. They threatened to DOX my actual customers as well. After this, I declared my account Inactive and only would post every few weeks to remind people of that, and clear up any customers trying to reach me there.

I was "banned" from TMG, but had maybe posted there twice or three times in the last month and declared myself inactive a long time ago. I consider this "ban" to be pointless as I wasn't active on the website anyway.
