Would you pay for the drugs?

Today I received 2x my order weight, basically $1000 worth for my $500 order. This if from a fairly respected vendor and I have purchased from him 5-6 times in the last few months I'm inclined to let him know and pay for it, as I can actually move it. But I could keep it too and play dumb if he asks. I'm currently fighting a fucking scammer on a BTC exchange so I'm not feeling like being very generous. What would you do?

Update: I let the vendor know, and he 1/2 doesn't believe me, 1/2 doesn't seem to care that much. So for the time being I'm calling tigers blood! If another of his customers starts complaining he might change his tune lol.

Let's leave it to chance and summon the mystical "coin-bot" shall we. Heads you will keep it and never say a word, tails, and you tell the vendor his mistake and go from there. You ready?

Flip a coin

Edit: This usually summons a coin flipping bot that gives a random response.

I would offer to send it back, and when he declines say you dont have the money to pay for it.

If you can afford it maybe at least let the vendor know his mistake and offer to pay for it.

Let him know.

If you wanna be nice then pay for it. If you're a normal person then don't. His mistake not yours. If he demands payment then I'd defo tell him to get bent.

I was sent an extra 8oz of weed with one of my orders a while back. I told the vendor as it gives the other person a chance to get the refund or product they will be missing.

I couldn't afford to [pay for it immediately but he let said it's fine. I did however send over the spare coin I had which he appreciated.

tell the vendor as you win the lottery it is yours to keep. if vendor has a avarage business he wont mıss the product. it is yours

I would always offer to pay. In part because its the right thing to do, and in part because the vendor probably has your name and address. :)

i remember one time CosmicBites sent out extra weed to a customer by accident and ended up actually like demanding/trying to get the customer to actually pay for it. that's pretty shitty if you ask me. if they can't afford a small loss they shouldn't be dealing in the first place. But anyhow, if you want to keep a good honest relationship with your vendor i would hit him up and ask what he wants to do since you say you can move the product no problem and are willing to do so :) Maybe he'll let you just keep it, explain to them your situation about fighting a scammer..

Message him, say you received 'more than expected' and how you should proceed. Most will say 'oh it's okay', some may expect some payment. Honestly he has your address and shit...be polite and courteous.

[1 Points] ahrakun:

let him know

maybe he sent the 500$ order to the guy who have ordered for 1000$, so he can prepare to correct his error

no need to refund I think

I've paid one once, order got cancelled but somehow ended up coming still. I paid the vendor. Got a double order another time and did not pay the extra

[1 Points] EmailEater8293:

I would NOT offer to pay it back. That's just my own opinion.

If I only had $500 to spend on a product, and the vendor gives me double, making me come up with another $500, that would absolutely piss me off.

Offer a ship back, but nothing more.
