Have there been any recent major crackdowns against markets, vendors or buyers? Do governments around the world start inspecting incoming international mail more carefully?
Compared to a year ago, did it get safer, more dangerous or is it about the same?

When you have a problem with an order and complain about it on this subreddit, do not PM the vendor's reddit account with information that might link your reddit account to your marketplace account, even if the vendor's reddit account specifically asks you to do so.
Only share that info with the vendor's marketplace account.
If you're safe, or you tell others to be so, you are clearly a scammer.
Only scammers need safety because they're guilty that they'll be in danger otherwise.
Vendors should close their profiles with a sarcastic insult like "Trip on a branch and break your leg, shithead"
So you know he has integrity and a sense of honour. Nothing is straightforward unfortunately.
