OPSEC Discussion: PO Box gets tons of previous owners mail, should I take advantage?

TLDR in the bottom.

OK so this is the case: I'm not from US or EU.

about 2 months ago I decided to rent a PO Box in my name for my return to DNMs since SR1. I live with my folks.

Right away, I started to get tons of legit mail of multiple previous owners. I'm talking cell phone bills and stuff, they just didn't update their address, and the PO terms say "if your po box number is on it, we're gonna put it inside, no matter the name or anything else".

So I was thinking I can take advantage of the situation, and as I see it, I have 3 options:

  1. Order in my name

  2. Order in some previous owners name

  3. Order with some bogus name and if something happens show them the shitload of letters I get

Now, my default is 3, since they don't care whose name on it, nobody is at risk. But I could go 2, so it will perfectly blend in, but I'm not sure I'm willing to put some random person at risk just so I can trip balls, even though they literally have zero connection and LE can never find a shred of evidence against them, there's always the chance.

So obviously I decided to turn to reddit for advice.

What say you?

TLDR; Not from US or EU. Rented PO Box in my name. Getting tons of mail addressed to multiple previous owners. Thinking of using their names to order from DNMs. Looking for advice.

I'm thinking if it's an actual package, priority envelope or priority box they might take a little more care with that vs. just some junk mail or bill with someone else's name on it.

Test out your theories 1,2,3 and see what shows up. Order catalogs and junk.

No. If previous tenant puts in a forwarding order, you're gonna have a bad time. A few other reasons as well, but that's enough.

And if it's a bogus name, they may not deliver at all.

From FAQ: The answer to this question is almost always, "Use your real name." Your postman is familiar with you, not John Doe. A package addressed to John Doe that is delivered to you may make him suspicious. In addition, the majority of vendors and site admins will not give refunds to customers who use fake names or addresses.
