Have been out of the game for 1year+ and one of the reasons I retired was because I was paranoid/sketchy 24/7! How do you guys deal with all the risk/fear/paranoia/all the sketchiness with dealing 24/7?
Question to all the business man/resellers.

Don't resell to people who make you paranoid.

i honestly turn the paranoia into adrenaline. make it so im more alert and skeptical. it also helps to take breaks as staying on your game can be tedious at times

At a certain point you get used to it man. And if you don't then it should be a sign that you're just not cut out for this work. Paranoia is healthy early on. But once you understand the ins and outs and have been doing this for a couple of years paranoia becomes unhealthy.
At some point there is only so much you can do and if you have all safe guards in place, a exit strategy, a clear mind and know how to operate safely there is no reason to be constantly paranoid. Of course you need to stay ontop of your game, be creative and innovate.....but there isn't all to much to improve on if you already have all your OPSEC bases covered. I'd rather flip burgers for minimum wage than to spend all my waking hours in paranoia and stress, that is not worth the money.
I have seen people age 5 years physically just in 1 year from the stress of the legal workday grind, the type of stress that stems from constant vending paranoia is 10 times worse if you accept it and let it ride you. It probably helps that I am in Europe too, so I am only facing 5-8 years at the very max (likely much less than that...3-5), would be out in half my time done on probation and get out of jail with a degree and career perspectives.....I wouldn't enjoy jail one tiny bit, there is so much in place to avoid ending up there but I don't think it would be too bad either.

Basically I'm a rl version of the onceler (from the book) except I have a laptop and peddle drugs instead of hippy wetdreams

Depends on what you are doing mate, to be honest it's easy as fuck for me, but I'm not in it to get rich. Just to make a little extra money whilst at University so I'm not constantly grafting.
I literally order 8oz of dank weed, CA>UK for around £1000, arrives in a bout a week. As soon as it lands I go to a guy round the corner and sell 4oz for £800, then another guy buys the rest over the next few days at £230/oz.
So there's not so much for me to get paranoid about, I see 2 people and it's gone (apart from my personal). It's more the delivery I get paranoid about.
But also take breaks for a while (I've just had one due to CA Post) and then suddenly pop up again with more shit. You don't want anybody thinking you have it in constantly or you may get a scruffy cunt trying to burgle your house looking for your stash (true story)

It's better to be paranoid than care free.

I'm not out to get rich. I have a full time job that, if I left the drug game, I could still pay my bills. This money is strictly for "fun"(Electronics, Vacations, Eating out, ect).
I stick to one product and to bulk buyers. I only order LSD. I get about 10 sheets bi-weekly. Sometimes more. Ever since Team Trust I can get a sheet for around 140. I sell them for 300, no less. They are gone in 1 week and the next week, we all take a break while I order more. Keeps the heat down instead of having a constant flow of LSD.
Steps I take to keep my safety net tight;
I only use encryption texting. I have an app where I can erase the text messages, and it erases it from there device also. Uses something like PGP but for texting.
I moved and never let anybody in this business know where I live. I don't care if we were best friends since 4th grade. You are not coming to my house.
I keep clean. I don't use drugs. I'm in this for cash, not to get high. I like keeping a clear head.
Basically that's it. Haven't been caught after 8 months of doing this and I don't even think the local police are looking due to the spike in Meth and Heroin.

Being a fed helps with the paranoia. :)
