Am I doing something wrong?

This is all on Agora. Not sure what info you guys might need, so I'll just detail my brief experience.

I made a couple orders a few months ago with my PC and had no problems. A couple days ago, on my mac, I made a couple more rounds of orders. One guy replied to me and said my PGP wasn't working and I worked things out.

I then tested my PGP both on reddit and with a friend, so I know for sure it's working now. I figured my mistake must have been a misclick on my contacts list.

Now it's been 24-36 hours which I realize isn't a huge span of time, but out of my 3 other orders, none of the vendors have responded. This has me really concerned. I realized last night I didn't have a PGP in my account info, so that might be a factor, but no message really needed a pgp response. Mostly I was just asking "can you decrypt my message?" because I was concerned from my first experience.

I followed the same process as I did 2 months ago when I successfully ordered. Buy the product, ESCROW it, and submit my address in PGP. No orders required FE.

Am I just being impatient?

Probably. A lot of vendors don't even say anything, they'll just mark the order as shipped when it's ready.

yea just take a chill pill holmes, a lot of big time vendors are busy

Buyers overestimate what types of communications require the vendor to PGP to you. Almost every time I've felt a question needed to be PGPed they would respond in cleartext and just outright say I didnt need to pgp messages like the one I was sending.

Half of fantastic vendors will send you a canned message back (definitely not PGPed) saying order sent. the other half of fantastic vendors won't.

TLDR: calm down, be patient.

It's pretty common for Agora vendors to take a while to process orders. It's a big site with a lot of business. Plus with 4/20 coming up people are all trying to stock up at the same time, just like you see for NYE.

encrypt and select your vendor and also your own key, and then attempt to decrypt. if you can decrypt so can he...

most vendors dont respond to bullshit like that, they get mad messages all day long and dont have time for petty questions.
