Order never arrived. Want money back out of escrow

So if I placed an order last week and it never arrived. The vender keeps blowing smoke up my ass saying that his shipper took Friday and Monday off and would get the tracking for me today if it never arrived, which it hasn't and no word on the tracking info and the money is sitting in escrow on sr2. How do I get that money back? The vender marked the packaged as shipped and for some reason I don't have the feedback option to say how I feel about this vender on his page. does this vender get that money released automatically after how ever many days? or can I dispute it some how to sr2 and get my money back? I know they say to contact support but where is support?? is it some kind of hoax?

Dispute the sale man, contact a mod or admin.

You have to start a dispute on the sale after a fair amount of time passed to be sure it is not only late on the order, you are obviously in hurry to receive your order but 1 week of wait is not a lot...You re not shopping on amazon or ebay here...

If i'm not doing a mistake there is no Dispute function in SR 2.0 contrary to other DNMs, and you have to contact the seller and contact the support to solve your problems on a transaction and arrange a solution depending on the Seller Profile Conditions.

If the Vendor is not responding and assume his duty by providing answers to your questions, and a solution to your problem, you will have to solve the problem with the SR 2.0 Support.

Note that the Support of SR 2.0 usually take time to answer to your request and questions because of the current reduced staff (after the events of November December 2013) and the enormous volume of work they have due to the size of SR 2.0.

There are other DNMs with a more efficient Support and friendly use for buyers with not a lot of experience, BSM, WRM, Agora, DrugsList, and new sites that have still to proove their reliability in this field but that sound promising like Evolution or Utopia.

In the end if you have no solution from the Vendor or from the SR 2.0 Support you will have to use the feedback after the finalization to left your whole impression about all this, but don't be in rush for that, feedback is definitive and can't be changed if i'm not doing a mistake...so wait that the case is completely closed to let a feedback on your transaction.
