Bitcoins disappear from account?

1/ Queue 2 orders from my account 2/ Fund my account 3/ Locked almost immediately (12hrs) 4/ Go to support 5/ Get my access back 6/ Coins gone and orders not processed 7/ Support claim I was phished. Not possible this account was phished earlier: New password New pin New wallet address Used url given to me by Alphabay support kept on jump drive Has this or similar happened to anyone else. This account was used after earlier phishing for a period of time with large amounts $1,000.00 plus and not touched and Alphabay claim queued orders should go straight into escrow when coins arrive. Any clues or ideas out there

You got phished, there's nothing we can do. Despite having 2FA, personal passphrases, link warnings, PGP proof of ownership for addresses, etc. people still find ways to get phished.

Incredible.

"This account was used after earlier phishing for a period of time with large amounts $1,000.00" Yeah, sure.

Although /u/alphabaysupport will claim that this is phishing once again, with every new thread I am starting to believe a claim similar to that which was said by /u/Vendor_BBMC. Since they aren't able to log in with the account's password (since they simply aren't able to access) they instead do what they're able to do as staff/admins and reset the password, and from there they do what they do to get the BTC account. BBMC makes a good point that a phisher would be unlikely to log into an account and then change the information, because... why? What is the actual purpose of that for them? They would totally be in a better position to sneak in and out of an account.

There have been far too many threads where /u/alphabaysupport will come in that they were phished and it's their fault, but it seems odd to me that, even though it is the largest market, it seems to go an absurd amount of complaints from people in similar situations to yourself to who are adamant about not being phished. I don't see any phishing complaints from any other market, or at least not even close to as commonly as this.

Although /u/Vendor_BBMC thinks that it was alpha02 who made the decision enforced 2FA to protect the vendors from the other staff, I think that the enforced 2FA could have been a decision to give a false sense of security to the users of the market, so that users won't abandon their market.

If AB really wanted to, there is nothing stopping them from disabling 2FA on an account and doing the same thing to them, is there?

This is could all just F.U.D. and paranoia, but I'm starting to doubt that it is...

Sorry no matter how this happened that you lost your BTC.
