Currently I have been waiting on an order for 25 days (domestic). The vendor offers tracking numbers but went on vacation unannounced right after he sent. I messaged support 6 days ago and clicked the "Scam Report" button but have not gotten a reply. I have read all good things about the support on Abraxas and was wondering, what the fuck am i supposed to do now? This is for a huge order and my money is stuck. I believe I have been patient long enough. Any ideas?
Edit: I should note the vendor sent one day late and offered a 10% refund but I wasn't sure if this would finalize the order or not. Does anyone know?
