Respect to Valhalla. This is not an attempt to tarnish their name. I'm not going to name any names because I know there's a certain etiquette around here. I don't want to enrage the wrong people.
1 month ago, I made 2 separate orders of X amount of MDMA, from a vendor, whom I previously purchased 1 of the same X quantity from before. After not receiving it, this was his explanation:
"I can tell you that we've recently had a staffing issue and some packs may not have made it into the mail. We're investigating the details and will have more info soon. Any failed deliveries will of course be covered by our standard re-ship guarantee."
Now, Support has resolved ONE of those disputed orders in favor of the vendor, essentially giving my money away. This was their response:
The dispute over "xxxxxx" has been closed after both parties were given chance to express their views. Customer got 0% of price and vendor 100%.
The sale has been removed from list and no feedback can be given. The decision is final."
Can someone please offer their opinion on this? I need closure.
Edit: I want to add that the vendor has been accumulating several, though only a few, negative feedbacks in the past few weeks.
Edit: I also have screenshots of my sent messages to support and the vendor remaining unread since the 18th.
