Now that a few states have legalized Marijuana, the importance of customer care and shipping have become more important when selecting a vendor than finding quality bud.
Its a new age so far as Cannabis is concerned, ship when you mark shipped not before, use stealth, it is important to your customers. .
There are SO many vendors with Top shelf or Greenhouse Buds that if you are not shipping in a timely fashion, and are not using good stealth, there is NO reason for a customer to stay with you.
I say this because I have noticed a slip in this area with more than a few Vendors, who at one point were very professional , and then just let their customer support go to shit.
Back in the day, there were far less options, now there are nothing but options.
I say that to say this, if you have a customer base, dont get so comfortable that you end up losing them over sending packages late, or get lazy with stealth, or they will find another vendor.
Not going to name the vendors that come to mind out of respect, but hope that some of the smaller guys take heed , that when you get big you dont get comfortable and lazy , taking your customers for granted, or they wont be your customers for long.

Don't pull that "we only ship 3 days a week and cutoff time is 3pm the day before" shit. If you're that overwhelmed, hire help or raise your prices so you have less demand. People are going to get sick of that shit real fast.
Don't just send us whatever you have. If I order indoor and I get what is very obviously greenhouse, or my order is stemmy as fuck, I'm not coming back.
