Thoughts on opening a dispute.

So I made an international order on dream and it hasnt arrived, the vendor have a 50% refund policy if seized at customs. They will only show tracking if a dispute is opened. Should I open a dispute to make sure it was actually sent In the first place?

Edit: I have already been in contact with the vendor before I posted this. They said they would reship or refund 50% but how do I know if it was sent in the first place.

Ask the vendor for an update first. Just make sure it doesn’t auto finalize.

Yes

You should message the vendor first, unless you're about to auto-finalize...in which case you should have already messaged the vendor, but go ahead and dispute. Always attempt communication first, it's just courteous.

The dispute button isn't going to solve any problems, you will most likely lose the dispute since all admins for Dream are shady as fuck. I would recommend trying to fix it with the vendor if not then of course dispute but you better have some physical evidence and hope the vendor didn't put some gay policy saying no re-ship if seized.

Depends on too many factors.

Most importantly how long have you been waiting for the pack? It's Christmas and vendors never actually send when they say they did.

The vendor having a policy doesn't mean shit if he decides he doesn't like you or thinks you got the pack but scamming for a refund.

Is this vendor 'fragrantuntidy' by any chance? I'm having the exact same issue with him, and have opened a dispute.
