Any ideas on contacting Humboldt Farms?

I made a relatively large order with HumboldtFarms, which was marked shipped nearly two weeks ago that I have yet to receive. I've sent him two messages on AB but have received no response. I'm pretty pissed since I have been doing regular business with HF, and have spent over $10k on his products since I first found him on Agora nearly two years ago, and I typically FE given that he's always been very reliable with me.

Does anyone know of a reliable way to get into contact with him other than through AB messaging? Have other users had issues with communicating with HF?

He has a contact email on his AB page try that. I placed my first order from him for some vape carts a few days ago, took like 3 days to mark shipped luckily I had some other juice coming from another vendor to hold me over until it makes it.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else here... ordered on a Friday, marked as shipped Monday morning, a week later still nothing. I've ordered from HF recently and got my package in 3 days. This is taking forever!
