Is Purchasing Firearms That Meet State & Federal Requirements On the Deep Web Legal?
[7 Points] None:

You live in a country with the least strict gun laws on the planet. Almost anything you could possibly want can be bought legally. Just go to a gun store because you will get fucked over if you're caught with illegal guns.
Cheap guns suck anyway. It's really worth your money to buy actual quality products.

For the US at least, you would need to have the weapon shipped to an FFL for it to be legal. Anonymity for both the buyer and seller would go out the window at that point.

OP just go to a gun show or buy one off of gunbroker

If done on a marketplace or similar outlet that happens to also participate in illegal activities, definitely. You would be aiding a criminal enterprise.

Well, I got myself targeted by the NSA but I got an answer that was basically "Do shit that's 10x less sketchy". worth it

Most firearms on the deep web are a scam but its never been tested in court if you can actually buy legal items off dnms. For those saying because there is illegal things on the market it will be illegal its not necessarily true. If i go buy a TV from a drug dealer im not going to get in trouble if he gets arrested.
