Ive been waiting almost a month now for my international LSD order, [NL to NZ]. After 3 weeks i sent them a basic message explaining that it still hadnt arrived, and i was told to be patient and wait until wednesday of that week, and to contact them again on wednesday if it still had not arrived.
Wednesday comes, no package. I message them and explain the situation, being as polite as possible because i know if they did ship my order, it really is out of their control. They set a 'final deadline' of saturday, and to contact them again if package was a no-show.
Saturday rolls around, and no show. I messaged Lyseric and he said he can set a deadline of thursday.
This is frankly unacceptable in my opinion. I will wait until thursday, and i can say at this point im 99% sure it wont arrive. Im more than happy to be proved wrong and receive the order, but right now i think its quite unlikely.
To be told 'final deadline' and then to set another deadline afterwards is pretty shitty customer service imo.
