TheClearDistillate, why are you saving addresses for months?

Haven't ordered from this guy in nearly two months, and only ordered once via TradeRoute. I guess this is to show how to contact and DD due to market outages, but dude, please delete addresses frequently...this was unsettling as fuck to receive today. I knew I had no packs coming, yet here we have it...not wanting to say you're a bad vendor, because I enjoyed my experience with you for the most part, but dude, this truly just hurt the vendor/customer relationship I had hoped to build.

Censored the wickr and email so nobody uses them, as he may even be compromised. Can show uncensored to anyone who asks.

Pm me confirming your identity and explain it to me and I'll delete this thread, I'm jus mad confused.

Lmfao i love when vendors prove themselves to be retarded. In a way you are kind of lucky he sent this its a basically letter reading "Im a tard so you shouldn't order from me"

[42 Points] FreshestNuts:

Lol is someone supposed to type that whole pgp message in to decrypt it, new level of dumb with vendors but I've seen letter sent numerous times very unsettling.

[27 Points] Blackhippie_:

Lol imagine trying to transfer all that onto your computer

I mean, shit, at least throw in some distillate to make me the least bit interested. Lol

[4 Points] 2happytimes2:

Of all the dumbass things he could do. Of the most basic rules is "keep no records of customers". The only vendors who do are ones who are planning on using that list for LE if busted, aka scumbags...

[3 Points] PoorlyExecutedLifts:

I got the same thing in the mail today. Shit scared me. He shouldn't have kept my address.

[2 Points] ShitQuantikSays:

You guys would be surprised about how many vendors, large and small, keep "order books," for as long as they do.

I knew of a realitively popular vendor once who had 3k peoples worth of names, addresses, products bought, etc.

This is not an uncommon thing.

Was it labeled docs collections?

[1 Points] darksideofmyspoon:

There are tons of mobile apps.

[1 Points] darksideofmyspoon:

That allow you to make a PDF of the paper and from there you can use adobe to copy it. Not like you’d want to, I just don’t get why everyone thinks paper keys are the dumbest thing. The more effort it teams to penn an lock the less likely someone malicious will even bother

[1 Points] darksideofmyspoon:

Yeah for sure. It’s useful for paper wallets/keys for BTC

[1 Points] yardbird420:

I received the same letter a few days ago. My first thought was why the fuck does he have my address still, and why did you send this to me?

[0 Points] kyousaya4life:

Why do vendors seem to use Protonmail so often? That seems sketchy as fuck, surely they aren't immune to legal action just because they're in Switzerland, right?

[0 Points] scattrbrn:

Markets need to ban vendors like this after enough people corroborate it. Unacceptable.

[0 Points] magroobz:

Hahahahahah

Paper PGP encryption is the future

[0 Points] LilUziK:

Imagine getting raided by LE and they didn't find shit expect that fucking letter. (Even though you wouldn't get charged with shit the letter raises alot of suspicions)

[-3 Points] reasonwithher:

If you dont already know that 80% of vendors secretly keep addresses and names for THEIR OWN PROTECTION. Then hahahahahahahahahh what a shock for you. This is why you DONT NEED TO USE REAL NAMES ON PACKS. or you get a box like i do. why take the risk?????. Use a name of a friend who doesnt live in the area at all but has a COMMON first name like "tom" "chris" in case that small chance u have to pick up the pack u can have him do it for a fee. I dont care what the mods or rules say it isnt 100% needed. Been ordering on and off since SR days. Never had a problem not using my name. I get my pack i write return to sender put it on my shelf by door and wait 24 hours. CD proof.
