Placed an order on Monday that required FE (which he never required before.) Wednesday I see my order cancelled, BTC gone, and Snapback's account deleted. I've bought from Snapback several times previously. And I used the BTC I recovered from FE to Sleepforeve
edit: Snapback's profile on Agora now has him flagged "Restricted/scamming investigation."
So...yes. Contact support, maybe they have some of their vendor bond left over that they can partially refund you from.
