[GeneralQuestions] Potential risk in decriminalized state

Hi everyone, my interest in DNM is to order cannabis in small amounts (1/8 oz-1/4). In my state anything under an oz is a civil offense with max penalty being a $150 fine. What are potential consequences I could face using DNM instead of simply having the amount, and is it at all likely that I could get caught?

Just remember that while it may be decriminalized in your state its def not legal at the federal level. The Feds are looking the other way right now for dispensaries and such. Also you'd be using the mail service which has a federal component. I'm no lawyer but those are the things that pop out

That being said with the right vendor the risk of being caught is low.

Possession is one thing. Using a DNM is much mord illegal since its classified as a criminal organization. Also mail fraud. and also i think money laundering too.

Doesn't matter what your state laws are. Federally it's illegal & you are committing inter-state trafficking by ordering from another state. Even if you live in a legalized state, having it sent through the mail is a federal offense.
