"Product was over weight" --You're kind of an asshole

So you ordered 7 grams of weed and got 8. That's great, really. But whether the vendor was feeling generous, or he wanted to get rid of the last of the bud from that harvest, it was an anomaly. If they were willing to do it for every order, they'd just lower their prices. The vendor did something nice for you, and announcing to everyone in the feedback that you got more than what you ordered is not a good way to repay them. It just leaves customers open for disappointment when they don't get anything other than what they ordered.

I just feel like a vendor giving a you a bit extra is one of those things you keep your mouth shut about, and if you want to repay them, you go back to order from them because finding someone who isn't a greedy fucker can be pretty hard.

Maybe I'm the asshole here, though. Just my thoughts.

You were right at the end of your rant, you are an asshole.

I am not a vendor but I used to deal quite a bit to get through college and it was always my practice to throw an extra bud in with every order. Why? Because sometimes your customers take the order home and throw it on their scale to make sure you didn't fuck them. Throwing an extra gram on the order gives you some leeway for scale accuracy differences. It also saves time having to break buds in half over chump change. The nature of the business is that if someone buys 7 and get 8 they are happy as a clam. But buy 7 and get 6.9 and the customer goes fucking nuclear.

If someone adds it into their review that they were overweight it demonstrates that the vendor is unlikely to short you. If they order 7 grams and get 8 grams of pure shit, the extra gram isn't likely to save the review. Announcing that the vendor errs on the side of the buyer when weighing out the product is absolutely relevant to the review.

When I see a review and someone says they got extra that makes me want to order from that vendor. I'm not going to place an order under the assumption that I'm going to get extra, but rather because the vendor already has a good price and there's a chance I may get more.

It's like playing the lottery. I don't get disappointed, I just want to order more.

Darknet is like a small village. You make a customer happy and they will tell others, increasing business. you piss someone off, you better believe the whole village will be out with torches demanding blood.

If a vendor lets me in on a special promotion I won't leave it in the feedback. Like the one time I got 5g of molly for the price of 2 on the condition I left the vendor forum reviews and good feedback. I wouldn't tell people "he sent it 3g overweight!!". But I think its commonplace to throw in at least a 0.1g over with most DNM orders. I like that about the DNM, most vendors send it a bit overweight. Some don't, its good to let people know. You a bit of an asshole. It cool tho

This is such an odd view IMO. Its the buyer that is making the assumption they will get free stuff. No where does the vendor mention that. Just becuase he getes a feedback saying someone got extra can you really assume all orders are getting extra?

Feedback - the whole point of it, is to be honest about the transaction. Why leave out info especially if the vendor did you right?

I feel the same. Asshole maybe a bit extreme though...

However...whenever I receive an order and subsequently leave feedback, that feedback is based on the product described in the listing and the vendor's service only.

I never reveal I received extras if I do, bc who knows, the vendor may only be including extras for loyal customers, those that follow instructions, those that finalize immediately upon delivery, etc.

As soon as some reviews start showing "I got extras", then vendor is expected to follow through with extras on every order after. When vendor doesn't, then some buyers look at vendor negatively and leave a 4 instead of a 5 (seen it before).

That is unfair to the vendor and is generally caused by the "I got extra" in the review history.

Often, buyers have come to expect extras even for the smallest of orders. If you're buying 500 of something, a few extra is to be expected.

Perfect example, recently had a 500ct arrive...and it was 500 exactly. Was I expecting maybe 510...youbetcha. But whattaya gonna doaboutit ehhh?
