I have a facebook page with around 310,000 likes and am looking to sell it. How much is it actually worth?

Hey guys

I'm asking this on here because If i do sell it, it'll strictly be via bitcoin and not anything else that could potentially scam me. Also I'm not sure if its against facebook t&c to actually sell pages but hey ho

Backstory: Sometime in 2010 me and a friend made a stupid page name and just left it as is. It then grew and grew and grew before it got to a stupid amount of people and then we just kinda left it. Occaisionally I post random things on it (advertising my own music and friend stuff) but the page kept getting tonnes upon tonnes of inbox messages saying stuff like "HEY ADMIN I WANNA BUY YOUR PAGE FOR $390762957603872850274502376 AND MY CAT PLS"

I'm fully aware to look out for things that are too good to be true and the risk of getting my account hacked by one of the scammers in order to nab the page off me is all too high. So my plan of attack is essentially sell it, ask the person who buys it to send me the $$$ via bitcoin and then give them complete admin rights of the page.

The page (STILL!) gets 500 odd likes a week and text posts reach anywhere between 7,000 and (its highest) 60,000 people per post.

Top 5 countries of this page are

Thats basically it.

tl;dr I have a very popular facebook page i'm just sitting on, how much is it worth

Firstly, stop posting your own bullshit music and start posting more related content so you can double it and get 1k likes per week. What you have is very very valuable!!

If you want to go with more of a legit route, consider reaching out to start ups that are in a similar space and "sell" it to them for a cash/equity deal. They'd be more than happy to pay for access to 300k people.

Shoot me a PM if you're OK sharing the page. I know a start up who did exactly what I described above and it doubled their business. They say it's one of the best decisions to acquire new customers.

Nothing? You would have to pay me to login into facebook.

Have you looked into promoting tshirts through a platform like teespring? If not then I would suggest at least testing it - you design a tshirt that you think would appeal to your page's audience and if it sells you get the profit over the base cost, usually around $10 per shirt, and there is zero risk. There are FB marketers making six figures per month from tshirts alone.

Check a blackhat forum, I'm not going to post a link since I don't want to advertise shitty forums but they have buy/sell categories etc, you'll find tons of ppl who want to buy fb pages there, more than on DarkNetMarkets.

I'd get it appraised on Hackforums too. There is a decent market for all social media pages there, this isn't really DNM related. I used to sell instarams and vines on there.

Much like the other commenters here, I have no idea what your page is worth. It is a shifty market with varying prices, depending on what kind of fans you have and what the business that wants to buy it will pay. I will warn you, though, to absolutely DO NOT, in no way, shape or form, EVER add someone as an "Insights analyst". If they aren't satisfied with timestamped screenshots, then they ARE looking to scam you.

If you sell it, see if you can arrange some escrow thing.

Buyer gives money to escrow. You give credentials to escrow. Once everything is in, escrow transfers. Seems like the only way you can be safe.

Around $200 or basically nothing really.

FB organic reach is only 1-3% of total amount of Likes unless you boost the posts.

Post the Page Reach Insight stats here for all to see.
