I've been waiting 2 weeks for a domestic priority shipment. The vendor has been giving me the run around and promised a reship last weekend which has yet to come. His messages are vague and I was never told when it was reshipped, what the tracking says, when it should come, etc. I have no idea what's going on and the vendor has been unhelpful. I said that I would ask for a resolution if I don't hear anything.
He replied last night calling me a "child" and "impatient" and opened a resolution and said "i like resolutions it makes me look better bc i get to show the ab team how much of a good job".
Am I in the wrong here? He hasn't been communicating properly and I think I'm right to be confused/angry when I haven't been given a straight answer for 2 weeks on where my pack is. I'm in escrow.
First off name the vendor. Vendors who operate like children should not be delt with. After offering a reship after 1 week of no show it is clear that the vendor is straight out lying to you and never shipped in the first place. Have you requested tracking?

You should also calm down. I give vendors 10 business days (which is 14 days if I order on a Friday) before I even question where a package is.
