So which version of TrueCrypt? One person recommends 7.1a and another recommends 7.0a. Also can anyone tell me where these are available?

If you cannot be bothered with trucrypt for whatever reason and you have bitlocker then use that (at least).

Truecrypt is unsupported and the devs claim it is unsecure.

Apparently they recommend Bitlocker but personally I'd go with VeraCrypt.

Like if I hear da police coming i double click the app poof smoke comes out and my hd is unsalvageable ?
