UK: package delivered to a different name, what should I do?

Long story short, I ordered a small amount of weed on one of the stores (a domestic order) but forgot to add a destination address to the order. A bit later I sent a message to the vendor with my name and address. Today a postman knocked to my door early in the moorning asking if I'm Mr XXX YYY, I said that I'm not because it isn't my name and he's gone with the package. I still was a bit sleepy and couldn't think clearly. Only after some time I realised that it's about the day when my order is supposed to be delivered. I immediately thought that the vendor just didn't check my message and could send the package to my address (which he could know because I ordered from him before) but with a different name.

What shall I do now? AFAIK undelivered packages get to the return centre where they can be opened if they don't have a return address.

If that does happen just be glad your name isn't on it

It didn't have a return address on it? Learn your lesson, order shit in your own name next time.

They'll try redeliver if you're lucky, this time take your package. Don't blame the vendor, this is your fault at the end of the day. However, there's no need to panic anyway, you're in the UK, some guy at the center is gonna upon up your package and get a massive grin on their face whilst they pocket your weed.
