as if we needed another threat..

The Batman Of The Bitcoin World: There's a new type of criminal catcher in town, and while it's not exactly a hero like the Dark Knight is to Gotham City, there are startups in the blockchain world that are trying to crack down on criminals faster than law enforcement can keep up with.

Sabr.io was just one of many companies that was highlighted as being a company that's attempting to help investigators crack the code on bitcoin crime -- and illegal bitcoin marketplaces.

"Law enforcement has been and continues to be our partner in the development of this technology. They've shared their needs with us and we're building solutions to meet those needs. Our technology enables them to do their very important work," Sabr.io CEO David Berger said in an interview.

"I am excited about the future of bitcoin and am determined not to let it be hijacked by criminals. I have no qualms about helping to put child pornographers, terrorists and arms dealers behind bars," he added.

At least they didn't directly call out psychoactive peddlers; but still, how dare they parallel these jerks to Batman?

Good read. Anybody who is in IT knows it is only a matter of time before someone puts the block chain in something like x15. But what will it get them addresses? I still don't get that part.

Example : So they get addresses I used running the core and sent millions threw it then bought M-80 off agora and blew it up. No trace. They got my addresses. Not sure of the value it would have.

I asked this before and was shouted down. I am clearly missing something.

Old news, they're preparing to fight bitcoinfog, during the time in which we're starting to realize that bitcoinfog isn't very good at anything besides taking our money.

This service will not defeat grams. The only fear worth fearing, is fear its self. Perhaps the fear, of fearing fear as well.

I still don't understand how this will work.

How will they acquire the BTC address of DarkNetWallets?

Even with this information, you can anonymously transfer BTC through wallets. Even if it was traced back to my original wallet that has my information, what reason do I have to say that I control those other wallets used in purchasing narcotics?

This entire project sounds more like data visualizing as secondary information for collaboration with small information to form a big picture. This can be done now, except it's slow and hard to compile.

For example,
