What will Net Neutrality do to DNMs?

With the FCC set to kill the rules of Net Neutrality on December 14, what does this mean for the future of DNMs? Will they be affected even when using tor? What does this mean for Bitcoin and other cryptos?

I apologise if this is breaking subreddit rules; I read through them but didn't see a mention of posts like this

did that shit go through in US?

Could mean a lot of things, I doubt ISPs care about tor users and see them as liabilities so you could see tor traffic heavily throttled in the US. How it would work regarding, US User > International Node or International User > US Node remains to be seen. VPNs may be a requirement in the future to get decent speeds in the US who knows.

edit: found this post here https://www.reddit.com/r/TOR/comments/7egzvm/how_would_the_destruction_of_net_neutrality/ but with no responses yet, so keep an eye on it.

I'd hazard a guess that not much is gonna change, just like what happened when rule 41 went into effect.
