Fuckin' Alphabay

So I just made a deposit a couple hours ago and tried to sign into my account and it wont let me. It says my password or name is not correct, but theres no way this is true. WTF alphaBay. I have never had problems with them until now. I know my pin but I dont think I saved my mnemonic. Im assuming there is nothing that can be done here?

EDIT#2 So I opened a ticket and AB got back to me and said Your new pin is _______ AB doesnt deal with passwords" So i was finally able to change my password and my coins have been withdrawn......seems pretty fishy me, the funny thing is it was only $55 why would AB go through the trouble for such a small payoff? EDIT: Found my mnemonic and still wont let me change my password...

You probably got phished bruh

[5 Points] alphabaysupport:

When an account gets phished, if it has no balance, the phisherman will take note of the deposit address, put it on his "watch list", and leave your account, so you don't know you've been phished. As soon as you deposit coins, even weeks later, the phisher gets an alert, and at the 3rd confirmation, he logs in your accounts and cleans your balance. This is precisely what happened. It was even mentioned in several official FBI arrest documents.

tl;dr; You got phished and you lost your coins.

Try contacting support on AlphaBay and did you use the official link from the superlist

If there are multiple links in the superlist, I tend to avoid using the first one, because I feel like everyone uses that one.

similar thing happened to me. I only use the verified onion links and even have 2fa enable and yet i sent coins and they completely disappeared . admins refused to help

The same thing literally just happened to me but for $2200. Alphabay said I got phished when I had always used the same link to get onto the market so I don't understand how I could have been phished.
