I just wanted to vent my anger here. I'm having an issue with an vendor for an order over $2000. I disputed the order exactly 9 days ago. The vendor has not been online for the past 6 days. There has been no reply to my dispute. And there has been no reply to the 5 tickets I have send through the support form. The forum is offline, and there is no other way to get into contact with support. I have spend close to 50 BTC on Nucleus and buy on there almost exclusively. But I really don't understand how they can run their market like this when issues for a customer pops up.
I literally make all of my support ticket titles: PLEASE RESPOND GOD PLEASE RESPOND. And I get an answer in a day or two.
