Ordered product, received different product. Vendor is lying. What do I do?

Prior to placing my order, I got permission to order their promo item (they only wanted certain people to order this item). I received my product in a timely manner with great OPSEC. I open the package and notice it is not the same product that was pictured. I contact the vendor very respectfully and he responds back within a few hours asking for a picture of the product. I send him a picture of the product and I get no response for over two days. So, I dispute.

FINALLY, after almost 3 days of no response, he responds saying he wants to see a picture of packaging, label, and pictures of the bag. Obviously, at this point, I threw everything away so I don't have it. I kindly let him know if he responded 48 hours ago I could've dug it out of my trash. Now, he's saying the oil is not theirs. WTF?

So, now I'm waiting for the mods to get involved (if you're a Hansa mod and can look into this, that'd be nice). If things don't workout with this vendor, I'll be sure to let you guys know who it is.

if that vendor doesn't make it right on his own, open a dispute. customer is always right
