PSA to vendors: Please use a decoy!

My friend's aunt works for USPS and we got to talking about all the weed coming out of medical states and how such a low percentage of packages actually get intercepted.

Long story short, if you've ever had a package with a small hole the size of a pencil or pen punched in, it was most likely a narcotics officer that made it to stick a camera into your package to check for drugs!! So vendors that don't use even a simple decoy, please start using one.

Do you know that a warrant is required to do that and that if what you're saying were true then any "narcotics officer" doing this would be breaking the law and, even if they found drugs, wouldn't be able to use that evidence against you? I don't know why people insist on pushing this probe theory but when we're talking about domestic packages not going through customs and being carried by USPS, it's utter horseshit. Please, please, please stop it.

Almost everything with my name on it comes with a hole.

Thus is why u wrap ur pack in serval pieces of phone book paper. The prob can't get through it n a camera won't see shit. My mom said thus is a old head secret n its been used since the 60s

I wonder if they don't consider it 'searching' and think they don't need a warrant because they are technically not opening the package. That would be some bs, but these days could be.

Has anyone gotten a domestic package with this sort of "small hole the size of a pencil or pen" in it? I haven't seen any reference to this myself.

SQUUUUUWK

Its more likely a hole to sniff for drugs using a fourier transform mass spec or something.

I tried to use a decoy, but George Clooney wasn't available

Lies lies lies lies

They dont stick a camera stupid. They poke it with an object then rub the object down with a type of wipe that they put into a machine to test for substances.

Ever heard of xray? Lol cameras.
