Do you guys think Vendors on DNM buy bad batches from pharmas and sell them for relatively cheap? (Specifically talking about Modafinil)

Only curious, not accusing Vendors of it. Because I just had a bad batch from a guy selling Modalert on there. It was cheaper than the prices on clearnet websites but considering actual prices of pills in India, it's not really that cheap.

I just want to know this because, I don't want to keep ending with bad batches. I'd rather pay more and have a better batch then waste my time on DNMs.

So do you guys think, some vendors buy poor batches at nothing price to sell them on DNMs?

Yes, a heavily regulated industry like Big Pharma would risk getting in legal shit and killing people just to make a small profit by selling to low-key unaffiliated drug pushers. Makes perfect sense.

I recently saw some posts on /r/afinil about bad batches, might just be a thing that's happening.
