So, this is not the right spot at all, but its my community mainly the only place i read or respond to.
I was hoping for some help, I need to write an article about treatment for my sister, I plan on sending it to news stations and the heads of the hospital.
Anyway, excuse my grammar I am drunk and its been a long few days but, tonight has put me over the edge. My sister is "special" and since Thanksgiving basically has lost touch with reality, I dont want to get to much into it, but there has been a complete lack of action by hospitals and highly regarded doctors, so I plan on writing a story to some stations, but family has strong ties to said giant hospital.
I am going to use TOR and a VPN and a burner if it catches traction, but I am lost on email. I used to use safe mail but have been out of tor related private email for a while. This is the main issue is that I have no clue what a safe email is anymore. I know none are really safe with breaches and server seizures, but there has to be something to keep me safe from media sniffing around if need be.
MODS, if we need to delete thats fine, but this community is my community and I need to hide the story the best I can, so just looking for suggestions. I know this is not DNM related, but I have seen us be the most capable of dealing with hiding ourselves. The severity of the situation requires me to take action not only for my family but other families as well.
If anyone wants to send me somewhere else(sub) I will be more than happy to post there or even give as much of the story I can while still remaining as anon as possbile to protect my family and their living.
I am at a lost, sorry for rambling, I really just need a safe email option when I send the story around that will protect me, its not like it will involve national intelligence, just want to make sure the members that work there will not be harmed.
Can I ask an odd question? Maybe I am misunderstanding your situation a little bit.
Your sister is sick and she's not getting the treatment that you believe she needs. You want to write an article detailing her illness/whatever and send it to the media...and you want to be anonymous.
Who exactly do you expect people to believe wrote the article? I am misunderstanding why anonymity is:
A) so important in a situation that is seems so personal
B) how you hope to remain anonymous if/when it gains traction and the media comes to your/your sister's door?
