Coinbase Safe?

I was in the hospital for about a week and then saw that Circle no longer does that handy instant buy. So, I went through the trouble of waiting for a Coinbase order to go through (it's supposed to be here tomorrow). Will they actually cancel a bitcoin transfer even after you send your coin out? I'm a bit confused by some of the stuff that I've read. I know them cancelling people's accounts because of tracing where it goes, but will they actually stop the bitcoin from making it where I send it? I use AB and am a bit concerned since I've waited this long and I'm in need of my purchase for medical reasons. Has anyone had this happen? Any advice on how to discourage this? Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

The advice is...don't send directly to a DNM or Tumbler.

Coinbase > Electrum > Hidden Service Electrum > Tumble or DNM

Don't forget about all the cases where they double charge your bank account give you half the Bitcoin then support waits over a week to get back to you while you have multiple overdraft fees. Yeah happened to me......like 4 fucking times.

Did you tumble to Electrum first? Or straight to AB?
