Issue with DoctorLisa and recent order

I've placed orders with DoctorLisa before, all received in good time and with no issue whatsoever. (Though I have seen the many posts on this sub about her).

Recently I placed another order. It was shipped out and was taking a very long amount of time. I asked about this and was told it would show up soon. I kept waiting.

I was then told that I provided the wrong zip code and therefore, because it is written out in her rules, she won't reship or anything. This is the exact same zip code I used in all previous orders so there definitely shouldn't have been some zip code issue here. This is also where I receive my mail and I've never had an issue before. I'm not even close to the other zip code she was claiming I used.

It just sucks. Was really waiting on this and now I can't do anything.

Have the vendor provide tracking to back up their claims.

SECOND UPDATE: Recieved a message this morning that says:

I just found the address you used on your order before this one and it appears you did provide the same exact address and it delivered successfully.

Since we can conclude this is indeed the carrier's issue and not yours, a reship/refund is absolutely applicable. I will issue a 100% refund since a reship may not be the best choice. Let me know if this works for you, I've issued the refund!

Don't doubt it. She is a shilling slut

Did you use that super good good zip code with the extra four digits?

I'm going to be competing against DoctorLisa under vendor name DoctorFaggot...discount code: paging doctor faggot

Sorry you lost money. You know of this sub just by the fact that you posted. Dnm tip of the day: search function on reddit has been pretty good for the last couple of years. If you did your due diligence, you would have seen the red flags. I am sorry you lost coin. But, not a surprise.

Always encrypt your address using BOTH your public key AND the vendor's key. This is possible, and then both of you can decrypt the same message.

Then later you can go back if the vendor makes this claim and verify the truthfulness of their claim.

UPDATE: DoctorLisa ended up writing back and saying that her colleagues do not allow reships for the buyer's typo and after looking into my address I had given her the wrong zip code. Once again, I showed her that the USPS website verifies my zip code and that it matches what I have given her. The zip code I have given her and the zip code that the USPS assigns to me is NOT where she sent it to as per her tracking.

She also said it my previous orders do not matter....even though those addresses were THE SAME lol. She still insists it was my typo and I gave some wrong zip code.

She requested I delete this thread, and explain the entire thing was a misunderstanding. I was finally provided a refund...but it was, unfortunately after (what I believe) somewhat of a headache dealing with all of it to get there.

Is there anything I can even do now since I cant dispute it? I've wrote in the forums on AB
