Honestly, ever since I watched Breaking Bad this has been a question of mine.
Is the income more than what you could make elsewhere? Does your family know if any? Would you choose a different career if it was an option? Is it your only job?
I understand if you don't want to reveal any information like this, so please just don't answer and not yell at me if you feel this way.
Hello, I would be more than happy to answer some of your questions. For security reasons call me "BudVendor".
Q. "Is the income more than what you could make elsewhere?"
A. Depends. In my situation, yes. It really matters what kind of person you are. You have to know your product and Market your business. Customer service is always #1. If you stick to those simple guidelines you will have repeat customers and more lined up. I currently make 4-5x more than a minimum wage job. But, it's takin a long time and a lot of experience to get where I'm at today.
Q. "Does your family know if any?"
A. I have a friend who knows and 1 sibling. All cool with it. Those are the only people who will ever know. You gotta stay low.
Q. "Would you choose a different career if it was an option?"
A. If it pays more :) But then again I love love love meeting new people and just chatting about w/e. Being a vendor is quite social. It does get stressful at times and I occasionally become paranoid. But all in all, it would be hard to give up. I love what I do! I believe the only way I will stop is when I get arrested.
Q. "Is it your only job?"
A. Yes. I get bored when business is slow & many times have thought about a minimum wage slave job. But I just can't handle being someone else's bitch for $8.25 an hour. lol
Any more questions? I've got time :)
