My vendor sent me some stepped on, weak AF blow. I finalized as soon as I got it.
After I used it, I contacted him to let him know that it was bunk. He agreed that it was a poor batch, but the next batch would be better. No offer to make anything up to me. So I left a neutral review: great stealth, but purity was low.
The vendor then contacted me because he was upset that I left a neutral review without giving him a chance to make things up to me.
But what more was I supposed to do? He knew he sent me bunk; I let him know. He essentially shrugged and told me better luck next time. I think a neutral review was a kindness at that point.
Am I wrong? Did I need to push for a refund in a second message instead of leaving the review?
The way I see it, it's kind of poor business practice to knowingly send a new customer bunk, tell them, "sorry, better luck next time," when they complain, then get bent out of shape over a neutral review.
Update: the vendor has remained in civil contact with me and has offered me TWO FREE replacement grams. He was even willing to get the order out the next morning.
I'll update again if it comes through, then report on quality, along with a name.
Update: two quality grams! Thanks, TopTierDrugs!
Admit it was a neutral review and tell him next time you'll make it up to him
