[Vendor Complaint] BudCentral Order Delays and Lies

Hey, so myself and others have recently been dealing with issues with delays from Bud Central on CR. I've seen posts almost every day in regards to Bud Central's delay on orders. I placed an order with BC three weeks ago and it took him over two weeks to mark the order shipped. My order is going to auto-finalize in the next few days and the date for priority shipping has expired. I messaged BC a few days ago and he lied to me saying that the latest I could expect my order was Friday. Today is Friday and I have not received my order, only my usual mail. If proof is necessary, I can post the conversation between me and Budcentral. It's unacceptable and unprofessional that BC has taken over two weeks to process and ship orders as well as the fact that he lied to me about when I could expect my order. I'm opening a dispute on CR so I can get refunded. I strongly recommend that anyone else who has been experiencing similar issues with Budcentral open a dispute so that these issues can be brought to the attention of the moderators at CR and be resolved.

I hear ya man. I waited 14 days from order date to my doorstep. Totally unacceptable. I've gotten international orders from 10,000 miles away in HALF the time it took BC, and this was before they came out and were saying they were having delays. I think Trappy is a cool ass dude, but his boss is a fucking dumb sack of rocks and absolutely does not know how to run a business. I've been a top 10% vendor on the original SR so I know all about how the selling aspect of the business goes.

Managed to get my auto finalize date extended. If its not here on Monday I will be going the same route.

Such a shame.

Dispute asap. I got scammed by PFM like that. Dragged me along until the order Auto finalized and then stopped messaging me back.

I wouldn't pull out the torches yet. Recently I've received a couple orders in 6-8 days that were sent 2-day on the date they were marked shipped. Neither was from BC but blame USPS before a vendor.

I also wouldn't worry about it since BC/TP came through on the bunk bho reships.

i'm really not sure what the deal is with the smaller orders and why he isn't able to send them out quickly, but that's none of my concern, message /u/trappy_pandora for a quicker response, my pack came very quick and the quality was good.

Delays and issues can happen to even the best Vendors it is how they deal with issues and complaints that keeps a Vendor strong.

The fact that they are still in contact with you is promising and CR support timeframes are pretty good so hopefully next week will bring you either a delivery or a refund.

That's shitty. I read about all the delays right after i ordered so i immediately messaged him saying not to tie up my cash and refund me now or promise to ship soon. He replied saying it would ship that day, and it shipped 2 days later. All in all 8 days from order turnaround time and his crumble is legit crumble. Dank.
