I think SR2.0 is coming back

After all the brouhaha around the transaction malleability attack and their issues with Bitcoin deposits showing up late etc (which sounds a lot like the same issues all markets are fighting with), they seem to be making a good return. A large number of people have been paid back all the money they lost in the attack, all orders I have recently placed arrived...I think we're in good territory there again. I also think the warning on the sidebar should include the fact that SR2.0 aims to pay everyone back who lost any money in the attack. And no, I do not work for them or endorse them at all...in fact I was on the brink of quitting SR2.0, but it seems as though getting into any darknet market these days is like breaking into fort knox. Which is probably a good thing but also incredibly frustrating.

To me it doesn't matter whether or not they are paying people back or not. This is why I'll never use SR 2.0 again:

  1. FE-only policy. Okay, why not just do direct deals with the vendor then? The price will be lower because they won't have to pay SR 2.0's transaction fee. Right now you're paying SR 2.0 for essentially nothing.

  2. The current admins have proven incompetency time and time again. How many chances do they get? Even if the last "heist" wasn't them and it was indeed a hacker, their incompetency still stands. They have failed to make really any positive changes to their market since its inception and continue to have the same old problems.

  3. Site admins were compromised long ago. I'll be damned if LE isn't running this site as we speak.

tl;dr: SR 2.0 isn't worth it. There are better markets out there, and even direct deals are better. At this point the admins (who are probably LE) are making money by doing absolutely nothing.

The big problem with SR is how popular it is. Its in the eyes of the media, general public, and (most important, arguably) LE all over the world!

This site has and always will be targeted first.

No. SR2 needs to be taken down. Its just a matter of time till they pull the next scam!

Honestly, what the fuck is wrong with people. How many times must you endure a dick in thy ass to stop coming back to a site that does just that.

SR2 should be buried in a shallow grave. They've scammed their users "been hacked" what, like, 3 times now? They shouldn't be able to coast on their brand name forever.
