I am in shock right now, SR2 paid me back in full and actually responded to my customer service ticket

I vended on SR2 prior to the "hack".

I locked myself out of my account because of 2-way authentication.

I have been trying since about, idk, march to get some kind of help or response. About once a month I sent a ticket asking them to please help, giving them all the information they could possibly need to know that I was the original owner.

For months I would get the same, almost automated response, "please give us more information, blah blah blah".

I sent in my ticket again just a few days ago, and to my shock and awe, today I got a real response, they disabled 2-way authentication on my account and I have my 1btc sitting in my account......!

Super fucking excited to get this money because I need it right now.

Not sure what's going on over there, maybe they grew a pair and hired some fucking support.

I still don't trust them. But I am in shock right now.

I'm still waiting for SR1 (a.k.a. the FBI) to pay me back the bitcoins they 'hacked' from me.

Currently worth around $2000. Oh, they auctioned them off? Fuck. :-p

good for you

Mine are still lost in the abyss.

I still can't fathom why people still use SR2...

Still would withdraw, but good news all the same. Congrats!

So did you get back your pending escrow? Or just the BTC in your account?

For most vendors the BTC in pending escrow (remember, no resolution center meant no auto finalization) dwarfed anything in the day to day account.

[1 Points] None:

Does anyone know if the big vendors who lost a large amount of money were paid back?
