Agora not giving the pin or withdrawling money

So basically, my friend had two agora accounts saved on his computer. He reformatted recently and he can't find it in his windows.old, and I'm pretty sure it's gone at this point. So his main agora account that he usually uses is out of the question, since he literally doesn't remember it (ffs). but he figured out his backup account, so once he got his coins he threw them in his backup agora account and planned on instantly ordering, only to find out that he couldn't figure out the pin. He tried using anything to his memory, and we still can't figure it out for him. So he sent agora a couple messages, and we can't come to a conclusion. they are now ignoring him because he does not want to wait 2 fucking weeks to reset his pin, i personally think that is a load of shit. They won't work anything out, or reply to anything at this point. All they said was "you can reset it on your profile and check our forums for informations" My friend either wants to get this money out of the agora account, or have them give him the pin. I think this is such a load of shit, the account has no history and had no coins in it when he threw them in there so what's the big deal about giving the pin or resetting it? What would be the next step here?

TL;DR Agora won't help my friend out with his account pin or come to any sort of solution for him. It is a backup account with no history and this is ridiculous. He shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to reset it.

For fuck sake, he can reset his pin in a bit. Tell him to quit fucking whining and wait for his drugs like everyone else.

It's Agora's fault that he reformatted recently without backing anything up?

The PIN reset time is based on the amount of BTC in the account. If the account had 0.00 BTC in it, there would be no waiting period. 2 weeks might be a bit long, but it's there to prevent a hacker who has the PW without the PIN from instantly draining the account.

stop and think about it for ten seconds. it's completely reasonable for Agora to have this process, since the entire point of the PIN is to stop coins being stolen. personally I'd rather they refused to help at all, since it closes off an easy way to steal.

Your bitching about a mistake your "friend" eseentially made. Not agora's fault.
