Why aren't they charged? Maybe AK can give details

all these big vendors have runners to drop off the packages, but why aren't these runners being arrested? your runners face is on camera and the runners fingerprints are on the outside of the box.

i just don't get it why aren't they charging these people or investigating them right away? Or is being on camera and fingerprints on the outside of the box (not on the inside) not enough to charge someone?

a lot of the weed vendors in California have been busted but it doesn't exactly state if the runner even got charged at all. I'm having trouble understanding how they are able to be on camera and have prints and not worry about 20years in prison..lol

ryan berchard dropped packages off everyday himself with no gloves and his face was on camera each time.. like wtf I thought vendors were smarter than that??

Well for one you would be VERY surprised to know that ALOT of vendors don't use runners, maybe if they are big enough to have a group of workers that took care of lets say the logistics, packaging, labels, confirming addys and researching the orders and provided drops also without retarded sender names like dank mcgee or the addy not coming up as even a real one but likely just bc the custy cant "COPY N PASTE" or they leave a # or two out of the zip or address...Hell im sure some DM cstys can admit they fucked up there citys name, formatted it wrong leaving out the state or the actual address? Also most smart vendors prob make sure its not an LE,FBI etc building (has happened, haters, or real barneys) but if its a jealous hater or them fishing to get that nail slammed in the coffin such as a hair/fingerprints or any other clue or evidence that can help or make the case stronger if needed but also things like ,triangular gridding, mailing the packages(smart ones will drive 45mins and drop theres in the many blues thats are aleast 75miles away...the ppl arrested usually are one man ops who eventually become hot and make a mistake...Bigger OPs someone either flips from irl trouble and shit like that (but not always) but really theres multiple possibility's for being busted but looking at the #s the arrest rate on DM vendors is low compared to irl or NON DM related busts or what alot assume it is. Low hanging fruit using the wrong setup and not covering there tracks or using good opsec is what most comes down too. Lot's dont even use tails let alone pgp so u can see there chances off the gate really.

don't they have small mom and pop places that can mail stuff for you. like a hub or something? i know ups has small stores that do p/u drop off.

Because if you're smart you don't actually send runners with their real faces to drop drug packs in front of cameras. You either arrange it so that the cameras are offline when they drop the packs, or you change the runner's face, both of which require some level of connection and preparation.

The are couriers, they don't know what they are dropping off

it's pretty obvious and easy how to stop prints showing up without using gloves. doesn't take Einstein.
