[GeneralQuestions] Has any one from the UK successfully used WEDINOS testing service?

I recently sent a sample of some Ketamine to WEDINOS,
I had correctly filled out the forms provided on the website, sealed the sample in foil, then put it inside a plastic baggy.

I included the completed form with the sample and posted it to the address provided.

I have been checking for the results regularly and today saw that instead of test results I had a "The sample was not analysed for the following reason : Inappropriate submission"
this has annoyed me slightly as it appears I have wasted my time, some of the ketamine, and the cost of postage. Worst of all I have no idea why the submission was turned down!?

does any one have any similar experience or any successful tests that WEDINOS has done for them, if so can you say step by step how you sent the sample and filled out the form incase I did something wrong?

Thanks,

WEDINOS is for testing legal highs. I'm guessing you wrote "ketamine" in the "What did you intend to buy?" field and that's why they turned you down. Strangely, they do seem to have a lot of listings which say things like "Intended purchase: cocaine", "Actual contents: cocaine, levamisole", so it seems to be pretty arbitrary. In future, pretend you believed it to be something legal, preferably something close to the actual suspected drug (MXE would be ideal if it was still legal; I guess MXP would be the next best thing if it's still unscheduled).

Also, it's a Welsh lab and I think they officially only accept samples sent from Wales. They also state on their website that they reject faked postcodes so you can't lie and give a Welsh postcode. That said, I'm pretty sure I've seen listings with postcodes like SE1, and last I checked, south-east London was not in Wales, so again, it seems pretty arbitrary.

I was thinking about this week as well. I have had two recent samples which I sent in rejected for testing, depute previously having 3 samples which were tested, using the same 'responses' not the form.

Possible problems could have been listing purchase intent as a controlled substance, although there are lots on the website people have written "intended to buy cocaine" for example.

The other could be writing a postcode on the form but then sending the letter from a slightly different postcode?
