Is it Legal to deposit/withdraw Bitcoin from Darknet Markets?

Say all you do is trying to mix up your coins or mess around with getting untraceable coins, how much trouble can you potentially get into with L.E for just depositing into these markets and withdrawing Bitcoin with the sole intention of tumbling?

Which also makes me wonder, for acounts who had not made any purchases on Silkroad but deposited when it was taken down and Bitcoin had been siezed, would it be legally possible to ask for it back?

I'm going to completely ignore your question, and ask you why the hell you would use a DNM to tumble your coins?

Also, no you cannot ask for your coin back.

ask for your coins back

You don't understand how this works. Please read up on bitcoin some more.

I wouldn't do this myself, for one simple reason...

It's like throwing pennies into well, but rather than water, it's full of piss. You might not get your own coins back but you're still getting dirty coins back.

Instead of being caught and having to do the time for it, you'll just end up doing time for someone else's crime.
