Tending drops

So now that the season is a changin, how do you fellow redditors that use residential drops tend to yards and lawn growth?

A few of my drops are houses for sale and it wouldn't exactly be easy to go over and now the lawn, would bring landscapers be a better idea of just raise more questions?

You might want to put in some really choice Astroturf or spring for a holographic landscaping solution.

I have hired a lot of landscaping crews for my drops and they always get wise to your operation at some point. Then you have a landscaping bill PLUS either hush money or the cost of a hitman/cleaning crew. Those costs add up fast!

Optionally, you can tear up all the grass and put in a Zen garden and have it tended to by Buddhist monks, like a fucking monastery. Monks are prohibited by their code of ethics from employing any form of blackmail.

Knowing is half the battle, good luck champ

So this place was recently listed up for rent like right by my house and the person has just recently moved out. If I get stuff sent there, what name should it be sent in? the name of the bank, previous resident, or realtor? The houses are rented so I think they have received many different names over the years although I'd obviously not want to run that risk. Thanks!
