Cancelling an order on DHL

I have had a order pending for over 48 hours on DHL. This is my first order on DHL, I moved over from Nucleus. I would like to cancel my order and try a new vendor. I did not see an easy way to do this, so I put in a ticket with support. Anybody ever have to cancel an order on DHL? If so how did you do it?

I am in the same boat right now, had an order pending since Tuesday with no word from the vendor. Let me know how it goes with the ticket, maybe I should do the same.
