Sketchy Bank Fuck

So I always go to the same bank and use the same LBC vendor (CashToCrypto). I go so frequently, probably 2-4x a week to make deposits that I've actually dealt with the same clerk multiple times. Today, he goes "I like that you come to the bank every day" in a smiley way like hey it's nice to see a familiar person, that was fine. Then he asked me what the company was that CashToCrypto uses and I just told him it was a friend's company I work with and my friend performs services for me, and I pay him. I suppose this was the best it could've been handled, but it just felt like this motherfucker was grilling me, all was well at the end, he said have a nice day, but I'm wondering if he will attempt to look into this company.

I'm guessing it's all fine/irrelevant since CTC is massive and probably has hundreds - thousands of customer bank transactions a day that use their company name. I just didn't like that asshat asking me questions.

The teller was trying to be polite and engage in friendly conversation. You replied corrected by being nice and friendly in return. This is how you avoid problems.

You tell that teller to mind their own god damn buisness and if they keep it up make the biggest scene you can.

I had a collage account set up even though I wasn't going to collage, because there was no fees involved, the account was free and I got a free toaster.

I basically asked if I could have it and they asked me where I was going to school and I said I wasn't. I told them to try giving me a collage account anyways and it worked.

So when this teller started asking me what I was going to school for I told her it was none of her damn business and now she never asks me anything.

I think ive gotten peoples accounts closed on LBC before. Normally it takes all of 3 minutes, 5 max, to make the deposit and give me my receipt. Sometimes, tho, if im handing in a large amount of 10s and 20s and ive been to the bank with a different name every week for months, itll take 15 minutes for them to come back with the receipt. Then when i go back to LBC a few days later, that seller no longer has said bank as an option. The teller was probably filling out a suspicious activity report, and then after investigation the bank discovered the account was being used incorrectly. Bank of America allows business accounts to take deposits as payment, other banks don't and will shut down the account.

If they ask you for your ID, kindly say that it isnt your account, and that you left it at home. You can also remind them that an ID is NOT required to make a deposit. If they still give trouble take your money back and go to the next bank.

I had a teller mark my deposit as a check once, and then refused to do anything about it because i didnt have the debit card and my name wasnt on the account. (i refused to give them my name) I talked to the manager after 15 minutes and got it cleared up. Told them i was paying rent and they needed it to clear instantly or they wouldnt accept my deposit.

I used to go into the bank every day for work and I was asked pretty often what I did and what the company I was depositing to did. It's just small talk.
