Hansa Vendor never received my order?

I placed an order a few days ago and after two days of not confirming I messaged the vendor. They said my order simply hadnt shown up and that he didnt receive any order to confirm. They told me to contact support, which I did, but support never responded. What should I do?

Did you have 2FA enabled on your account to make sure you didnt get phished? If so, did you use escrow or FE?
