Cancelled a withdrawl on Bitcoin Fog. Are my coins gone?

This might be a newb question. I tried out bitcoin fog, sent about 0.25BTC to it and it showed up in there after a few hours. I went to withdraw them, but after about an hr I realized I didn't withdraw them to the wallet I wanted to so I cancelled the withdrawl. It shows up in the transaction history as being cancelled, but the blockchain shows the coins were removed and there's a zero balance on my bitcoin fog account. It says finished 7 hrs ago. There's no coins in the destination wallet either.

Any one have any idea whats up? Think they'll be returned to my account or am I screwed?

can i ask why you are using bitcoin fog? anyone using this subreddit should be up to date with bitcoin fog having issues and other users complaining... Helix Light should be your choice next time

Send a message to their customer support if they don't show up after a couple hours. The coins have to have gone somewhere and they are able to look at the blockchain and figure it out. It may take a little bit of time for them to hit your wallet again, since they do start the process immediately after you submitted the withdrawal request.

Do not use Bitcoin Fog. I have sent 14 messages now no reply from support after over a week. Use Helix only reliable tumble option until bitcoin fog either sort out everyone who has lost money (me well over £1000 stolen by them) it would be different if they had someone you could speak to and sort out issues but they just take your money lock your account out and ignore any support messages.
