Package intercepted or..?

I may just be paranoid about this but i am tracking my package and in 3 days its gone from New York, to Capitol Hills Maryland, to Washington DC, back to New York where it started...

what could this mean?

It just happens from time to time, mixed up mail/bins/sorting, whathave you.

Happens all the time. the APPS (Automated Package Processing System) machine is a finicky bastard. it will read the origin address as thesend to address and vise versa. god i hate that machine. it shredds packages all the time too
