We are the controllers of the price of bitcoin.

I would bet that we hold the majority flow of bitcoin at the present moment. What if we stop converting as much btc to usd, or any other fiat system? I understand that we still need cash for certain things, so perhaps limiting the amount changed from btc to fiat. The demand will increase once the supply is limited.

If the suppliers still want cash, try to convince them to accept btc. Once true suppliers begin accepting btc then the roots are firm and the tree will begin to grow.
