Why does silkroad have a 'WARNING' next to it?

There's usually an explanation as to why others have a warning but I'm not sure why SilkRoad has one next to it. This is my first time using TOR or anything of the sort and I'm really lost. Any help is greatly appreciated

SilkRoad is totally safe if you order from reputable vendors, that also sell on other darknet markets.

Even if there's no escrow, shit's still working.

And all 'stolen' funds were given back again.

SR2 doesn't have escrow. All orders essentially have to be finalized early, which makes scamming people incredibly easy.

I wouldn't ever order anything from SR2, even from known trusted vendors.

SR2 is still a good place. Many Vendors on Agora and Evo and C9 ask for FE anyways. Its really all depends on what your looking for, but your best bet is a market with escrow so you dont get scammed. PM me if you need some help.
