An order has been stuck in in-transit for almost 65 days

The vendor has already given a refund but the package is still out there according to the usps tracking number. Last update was almost 65 days ago, processed at a facility. I don't want to just ignore it because what if it comes back to haunt someone. How can this package start moving again? Should I contact usps?

Here's an idea. Sign up for myusps that way you have plausible deniability. Give USPS a call saying that you see a tracking number on your myusps dashboard for a package that is 65 days old. Success?

Stolen by postal worker. Happened to me. Was it from cali or seattle?
