I have a hypothetical situation which I'd like to know how it would work out legally
Say Alice buys drugs off the dnm and has it go to someone (Bob) that is not expecting it's house. The package is left at the door and Bob opens it because that's what an average person does when they get mail - it's very rare in my experience to see someone write return to sender because they don't recognize the package, they open it thinking they got a gift or something. If LE comes after Bob what defense does he have?
Please note in my personal experience this hasn't happened but I'd like to know how this would play out.
In LE's eyes what separates Bob from Eve - someone with flawless practices that orders off the dnm and leaves no trace (Tails, PGP, multiple tumbles etc.)
If Bob's house and computer are clean, he may have the charges dropped. Not my place to say how likely that is, I definitely wouldn't count on it happening. Bob is fucked either way, and Alice is a huge bitch for using her friend as an unsuspecting drug mule
