Nucleus deposit not going through?

I deposited a larger amount of coin, ~$50 worth. It never showed up, and then an hour later, I deposited ~$30 more worth to the same address. That one went through in like 20 minutes. Blockchain shows both transfers fine. Still only the 2nd amount in my account though. It's been 1 day and 20 hours as of this post, since the first deposit was sent.

The only odd thing is that the deposit that went through, along with the transfer to the deposit address, has a transfer in the same blockchain thing to an address I don't know, of the amount 0.00001678 BTC. The deposit that didn't go through doesn't have this. I used MultiBit HD to send the coins.

I messaged support yesterday, and am still waiting for a reply.

Any ideas?

Edit: Looks like right after I posted this the address I transferred to has transferred the same amount of bitcoin as the transfer that didn't go through, to another random address I don't recognize. 2015-11-22 16:30:34, with 4 confirmations so far.

Both of my deposits have ~270 confirmations btw.

Actually 2 random addresses. The amounts add up to the total of the amount I Sent though. 2 addresses in one transfer. One much larger than the second. ~14.5 times larger.

This doesn't look good to me, with still nothing in my wallet aside from the 2nd smaller transfer that did go through, which I transferred elsewhere. That balance remains on the address btw, only the deposit that didn't go through was transferred to another address.

Phished.

You weren't phished. I had this same problem a few weeks back, it's a bug in Nuc's code. Support eventually got back to me and got me my money back, though I lost more than you deposited in fluctuations. Took them 13 days total from my first message to refund, so be prepared to be patient.

edit: Oh, and I shouldn't even have to recommend this, but make sure you're polite when you message support. They got my coins back, but I can easily see them telling you you got phished and to go fuck yourself if you come off all hard and dickish.

Did you ever get this issue solved? I'm in the same predicament at the moment except with $1550.00 in coins. waiting for a response from support i placed an order and deposited the coins on saturday, and had less than .1 of a bitcoin left, then the order was cancelled the next day and coins deposited into a random address with no previous withdraws or deposits and now have been sitting for two days.
