Help with communication for tracking #

I had recently purchased an item off agora and opted for the shipping that includes tracking. a day after i bought it, i got a message saying "please send an email request in standard email cause that is the dept that distributes the tracking #'s." so now, I would like to know what that means as I am confused as to how i should correctly contact him. All help is appreciated.

If you look at the vendor profile page, they often have safe-mail type addresses. Send an encrypted email to that (from your anon email) or just not worry about tracking.

Tracking really only serves to prove a dispute; it's nice to be able to see your package progress, and know what day it will come, but if it's tracked, it's priority, and if it doesn't come on day 2, it will come on day 3. On day 4 is when I would worry about it.
