Haven't personally had it happen to me but I follow this sub quite closely and have heard of quite a few different situations.
Typically when a package gets discovered and the police decide it's worth their while they'll attempt a controlled deliver, this is a situation where a mailman will come to your door and attempt to get you to sign for the package. If you then sign it incriminates you and you will be subsequently arrested.
That being said this is a really rare occurrence and it doesn't happen too often but that doesn't mean you should loosen up with your OPSEC as that's what keeps this sort of thing from happening.
And of course, if this ever does happen to you by some crazy chance.
Don't say anything, Simply just say "I want to talk to my lawyer".
As soon as you say that you have a constitutional right to be silent regardless if they ask you questions or not.
How likely is this?
As for how likely this is.. It's not really quantifiable since we don't have knowledge of every single arrest made from this happening. That being said i'd say it's something like >5% as long as your OPSEC is tight and you use a reputable vendor.

I think there are a lot of variables. It just depends on the LE that finds it. They might attempt a CD but (my associate had this happen)- with a small amount you might just get a call or visit from Postal Inspector. My associate had an express package go missing and about 15 days received multiple calls from postal inspectors asking him to get in touch with them. He never returned the calls and nothing else came of it.

Dont think that every CD is going to come with a signature request. And dont think that every signature request is a CD. One time I just happened to be on my driveway when my regular mail lady pulls up with my package. Before she could get off the truck I looked down the road to see if i saw any suspicious cars or persons. Then made convo as she walked up to see if she would act weird. She came up handed package and asked for signature. I signed and when she left i freak out threw package in a ditch behind house thats not part of property and waited a few hours. Nothing happened went back and got it. Now one of my friends brother received a 20lb pack they actually left the box at his door they let him take it inside. He even got to count them all were there and boom door gets kicked in. You never knoW how its going to go down.

If you're talking domestic it's unlikely. I'm not as familiar with international but there are obviously additional checks but it's definitely successful enough that people keep ordering international.
My thoughts are that it's very rare for a pack to be discovered randomly. If it's going to get discovered it's going to be the vendor got profiled or the pack broke or something like that. using a good vendor with good stealth and packing will ensure a very high rate of success.

Personally, I have a PO box and clean house before I ever go to pick up my packages. Additionally, I also order some clearnet shit too, that way you create the most plausible deniability for yourself.

Iv had an oz of heroin caught.... They came up with a narcotics agent and a postal inspector and a warrant in hand. They asked a bunch of questions like have I been getting allot of packages from different states and I didn't say anything. They said ill be taking the heat and luckily I was smart enough not to open my mouth. They tried to get me to snitch on myself lol. You will be fine just expect a visit from the piggys. Remember this is USA we are innocent until proven guilty

Not very likely at all!!! Just don't use express all the time

Does anybody know about an order being CD'd domestically? I mean I always see these CD posts and shit but its always international or they don't say. If I got CD'd Id go right on here with a throwaway and give every bit of detail I can without incriminating myself since LE watches reddit 2 lol. we got 40,175 Perfect Law-Abiding Citizens right now. I can only imagine that their is at least a few cops that troll here.
welp 18 days later and im out 1000$ i had a nice visit from some local LE. saw how scared i was. didn't let them in. had a nice chit chat saying they would be back.. me telling them i don't think they will. welp 7 months later and a slap on the wrist i think i did pretty well. my more little ole UPS store man was probably so shook up....
PROTIP: DENY DENY DENY. DONT ADMIT SHIT. STAY CALM AND CONFIDENT BUT DONT GET COCKY... ASSHOLE
oh cool. down votes for sharing my story. you people
