UPDATE so far: LE seems to have given up after the first failed attempt. Being that no one is home during the daytime hours and all residents are working multiple jobs they may have come knocking, but no one would have been home... Will update as news comes in.
LE attempted to make a controlled delivery today, but the person named on the envelope hasn't lived at the address in several months. The other person who is still living there told the "postal workers" that the named party wasn't home. Then they asked if either of them knew anyone from the country of origin of the package, and they said no. The "postal workers" then said they would return tomorrow. How should the current resident get them to stop coming back and also not get the other person in trouble. The other person has no idea their name was used for the purpose of mailing.
How do you know it was a CD?
