Is it possible to move PGP keys from one persistent volume to another?

My USB that originally had TAILS and all my shit on it got corrupted somehow. I made another one and was able to move over my personal data from persistence into the new one, but I lost my keys. I didn't have the private key in a separate file... is it stored anywhere that I could just move it onto the new drive? There is a gnupg folder that I can see, it contains a folder called private-keys-v1.d that seemed promising but is empty. I tried just replacing the gnupg folder in the new persistent volume, but I'm not sure what to do after or if this is even possible...

You'll get some good help in there. And don't let the name fool you, some of the most tech savvy people here help in that sub. It's not just for noobs.

yes.

boot the new usb then plug in the old USB. then open up the disk utility (applications, utilities, disks) to view the files on the old USB. You will need to put in the password etc.. then Open the files and open the GNupg folder in the old USB's files. you should see "secring" and "pubring" files. these are the files you're goin to import. To import them, click on the clipboard on the top right of the screen. click on "manage keys" then go to file>import. Import both the secring and pubring files.
