DID I JUST HIT THE ELECTRUM LOTTERY?

I just got a new laptop and moved my electrum wallet to it with my seed from my old laptop. When the wallet synced it moved the decimal point 3 points to the right on all my transactions and gave 200 extra bitcoins. This is probably too good to be true, but what would happen if I were to send these extra bitcoins to another wallet. Would there be an error? Would I have a negative balance?

PS: I have tried reopening Electrum five times and it still gives me this result.

I am an idiot, the new base unit of measure for the new Electrum is mBC. Will go hide in a hole and die now.

You can test by trying to send me 1 btc, but in all likelyhood there might be an error somewhere. Check your address with the most btc's in it on blockchain.info and see what it says.
