It really sucks but to show you some perspective from the other side:

We ship both traced and untraced. We have a 0% loss of traced packages. We have a very small loss (less than 1%) on untraced packages with low value (up to 50 euro's). We however, have a waaay bigger loss of high value, untraced packages (50-400 worth).

It can be explained with a couple of things:

The problem here is that neither we nor the customer can prove whos wrong and whos right.

Guess it was ripped by a sorting machine and product fell out.

I got 65ml & a free bonus vial recently, stealth was so good I almost threw it away.

Honestly, if you are telling the truth, it sucks that some postal worker somehow knew to jack you, but it wouldn't be because Bobby's stealth is lacking or anything, looking at the package, it looks so authentic, a postal worker would never think to steal that.

I don't think its the vendors fault TBH. He fulfilled his end of the deal.

My guess is a sorting machine ripped it open.

I've mentioned this before. Refund policies are nonsense and no vendor should offer them for the sake of security. It should be a given that things can get lost and never arrive when partaking in this business, and it should come win the territory. Vendors take enough risk, buyers should be also expected to reciprocate and take a loss as potential outcome of a dealing.

This whole nonsense of giving tracking #s to customers is a sure fired way to create a point of weakness in the security of the whole ordeal of ordering online. Let vendors cover their asses when the time comes for dispute.

Why would he? For all he knows you ripped it open, kept the goods, took a picture of a torn up box, and then claim you never got anything. Not calling you a liar, but you have to understand a picture won't prove anything to him at all. People are constantly trying to scam and beg vendors.

Most likely it got ripped by sorting machine or someone caught on to what was inside and stole it.
