This is for Valhalla/Silkkitie.. I have an order that was supposedly sent first class nearly 3 weeks ago domestic which has yet to arrive. I have been in contact with the vendor about it and they have been really good at responding up until the last message I sent them, but I just realized I must have passed the auto-finalize timeframe because it shows my payment has been made even though I never finalized manually.. and they are no longer responding. This is a new vendor with nothing but good reviews so far..am I screwed? I know they have my correct address. I have never had an issue like this before in all my years of doing this, am I even able to dispute an order after auto-finalize occurs?
Vendor name? I've just recently made my second purchase from Valhalla/Silkkitie and was wondering the same thing as I'm nearing the one week auto FE mark.
