I've been reading the replies to a post I had on the forums....my reasoning behind the post was a simple forgotten password....which they say requires 2fa authentication....which, by the way, is fucked up. my pubkey doesnt show up on my profile page and when I enter it into pgp key above the password change section it says
"The multisig public key is invalid. You can also leave this field blank."
The drop down menu for the 2fa only offers DISABLE 2FA....now I was told my a staff member to enter my pgp key into the box and then save...doesnt work....I am literally going to make sure my orders get here and go to dream market.....I have NEVER had an issue with them. they rock.
Anyway....A LOT of people are saying their account has been frozen, they cant log in, btc frozen, pin doesnt work etc....ALSO stating they understand phishing and know 100% they have not used a phishing link.
There are A LOT of complaints about admin not responding....staff not fulfilling there duties and a general lack of customer service.
I see on almost all staff responses "you got phished your dumb bye".....they CONSTANTLY pass off any issue as a result of phishing...which is presumptuous and if so....CAN YOU PROVE IVE BEEN PHISHED? no? then give me a chance to prove im the original account owner.
My problem isnt even not being able to log in....I simply forgot my password/screwed it up while trying for a bit to change it......Im still logged in though.
I've waited days for a response to a thread from a staff member and for a response to a direct PM!
Also...I've forgotten my pin which is another headache staff hardly attend to.
Ive been seeing MANY posts on the forum about lots of people smelling an exit scam or a failure of this market coming soon.
