Are Tor drug-markets still up and running?

Back around 2014 I had a friend who was ordering LSD, MDMA, and DMT online regularly, he remembers Agora, Evolution, Silk Road. He used Tor and PGP encryption, and bought bitcoins from a local atm. It was very easy for him to do. There were plenty of sites and vendors to choose from, there were reviews for vendors, it was all very reliable.

He's been away for awhile and is wondering, is it still possible, is the darknet marketplace dwindling or being run-down by the government? Is it any more difficult than it used to be? Any input is appreciated, thanks guys.

Nope. The government succeeded in shutting the whole works down when they did Operation Onymous.
