yeah they just fold the envelopes to make it fit, but if something doesnt fit, youre gonna have to stop at the front desk for it

[1 Points] MitalikaSucks:

Usually most of the letters will fit, but i saw a couple of vendors who used a big business envelops (I am in EU)

[1 Points] None:

they'll literally try to squish anything they are able to squish into those small boxes. but if it's something like a large or medium box you'll go to the front or get a key for a locker.

[1 Points] x2NaTe2x:

They usually try to make anything fit in your box and if there is no way to make it fit they put it in a bigger Locker and leave a key in your box

[1 Points] Minuserall:

They'll try their hardest to fit anything in there, but if it won't they'll put a key for a locker in your box or leave you a notice saying you need to pick it up at the desk

At my post office, I never have to pick up at the counter. I have the smallest PO box, and priority flat-rate boxes get put into one of the larger "lockers" next to the PO boxes. They'll put a key to that locker in my actual PO box. Priority envelopes do fit, on the other hand, but they will try their hardest to cram it in. This can be risky: my kratom orders come in well-stuffed priority envelopes, and they've been slightly torn open by their cramming attempt. Make sure your priority envelopes are gonna have visual barriers.
