"Inbound out of customs"

Should I be worried? I know there was a huge delay in packages and all the information I have searched for so far has given me mixed results, some saying that it means its seized others saying that they have had it with this title for weeks until it had any movement. Some clear answers will be nice. More specifically, is the address burned or could I order another pack to this address?

If you ordered international it had to go through customs, that's the message that shows when it departs customs to be delivered. If they were gonna seize it they would not tell you it's leaving customs.
