After reading a bit about it, I'm not sure how it could be utilized in a way to replace PGP.

I did find this github repo though, might be worth checking out if you are really interested.

Like young_k said, it seems like the possible use as a replacement for pgp would be quite limited. However, it would be interesting to implement this type of thing as a sort of failsafe for if a user somehow gets compromised irl. Give LE anything other than the true password and it just logs in to a completely fresh window-shopping account instead of the real one with money and evidence in it.
