Hi Reddit,
I'm having trouble logging into my AlphaBay account. One day, I was just messing around with my settings and decided to enable 2FA. In order to do this, you need to enter your PIN so the changes will save (which I didn't know about until I hit enable), which I swear to all that is holy I never set one up when I made this account years ago. So I figured that was the end of that, but when I went to login a couple of days later, a page came up about 2FA and decrypting with your PGP. I'm essentially locked out of my account, since my PGP and everything else on my profile is wrong since I can't change any setting without a PIN. I don't know my mnemonic, either.
What I DO know is this: my bitcoin amount, my last deposit amount, how much I have spent total, when my account was created, who I last messaged (which should still be in my inbox), and even the name and date of an alternate account with a similar name which I created to use as a main after my usual account gets pretty old. The thing is, on this alt acct 2FA is also enabled and I haven't logged in there for a long while. Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction as to how to get this fixed? Is it even possible? Even though I don't have the info the AB support team wants (and I'm sure they'd delete any request for help), I feel like I have undeniable proof that I'm the owner of the account. Thank You to anyone that can help; it is much appreciated.
So you never made an order on AB before? Because I swear to all that is holy, you need the PIN to make an order.
