Getting Caught

If my package was seized and investigated, how exactly would they prove I knew about it? I mean, how exactly would they instantly say, "Let's see if he has ties to dnm."?

Unless you were ordering a very very large amount to supply the whole side of the country you live on then they would just send you a letter and if they tried to press further just deny deny deny. And don't send to an address that got a pack seized with that address on it. Geez they already have this question answered just use the search option in the top right

don't get caught. wear your opsec during the day to minimise the risk of data exposure.

Well, they would CD you and catch you red handed opening up the pack.

Even signing for and opening a package does not mean you know what is in it! If they can't scare you into confessing/incriminating yourself, all they could do is seize your computer stuff and scrub it for evidence you made the order. I believe in many cases, particularly customs seizures, if it is a small personal amount, they just destroy it and don't pursue it. Much too costly and time consuming to go after someone for a gram of coke or anything else.

[1 Points] King_Zagan:

They prove it by making you confess or imply it.

Which is why you only tell them exactly what you have to. Your name and that you'd like to speak to your attorney. (they aren't legally allowed to ask you anymore questions once you've asked for your attorney. That doesn't mean start talking though)

[1 Points] unkn0wnklone:

I don't know what you're talking about.
