Helix Light taking longer than usual

I deposited a low amount of btc on to Helix Light to send to my Evo wallet. Over two hours have passed and the status is still stuck on Waiting for Confirmations. Should I worry?

Edit: The status just changed to Processing, it should be fine now.

I don't think you can use Helix Light to tumble coins to Evo. I think you can only use Helix, since Evo generates a new address every deposit.

"Helix is now compatible with evolution marketplace deposits. Users just need to check the "one transaction" check box on the Helix form and only one transaction will be sent to the Evo deposit address. This does not hurt the cleaning process since Helix gives users brand new coins instead of just mixing them with other coins (like most tumblers). "

I'd just contact Grams support, they've helped me in the past and are quick to respond.

i always used helix light to send coins to evo. always took me 1-2 hours. no more than that.

If it says "waiting for confirmations" that means that blockchain is taking a long time to confirm. That has nothing to do with helix. The helix process can't start until the transaction is confirmed. You probably sent no or very little fee with your transaction.
