I wouldn't FE. The money is escrow is the only bargaining chip you have. Maybe message the vendor and find out what they think of the situation.

Hey bro, damn your situation is a bit tougher. So my normal advice would be, if you've used the vendor and received good service, go ahead and FE. For my vendors, I would do this no problem. But my orders aren't terribly huge either, but they aren't small. OBviously if I had a few thousand in escrow I might be hesitant to FE. But, I believe you ordered personal amounts.

So do I understand you correctly in that you had 2 orders with him, only one showed up (and it was one you had ordered AFTER the first order which hasn't shown)? I'm not terribly familiar with the vendor. But the blocking issue I'd have with FE'ing on this particular transaction is that it seems long overdue. This is problematic. Especially if the vendor isn't replying back with a status. If the vendor shipped late, I tend to think this is on him. If vendors want to mitigate escrow risk, shipping quick is the best way to do it.

So here's what I'd do. Don't FE yet. Ping him and ask for tracking and status. Tell him you really want to work with him, you don't know how long Agora will be down, and you'd love to be able to work things out if he's shipped. If he doesn't reply back or provide proof, consider opening a dispute (I know its early but b/c of Agora's situation I don't think unreasonable). Unfortunately they may not get to the dispute but my hope for you situation is that the admins might be plowing through orders and disputes to get them done. Someone needs the coin. You or the vendor. I normally don't say dispute this soon but this isn't normal times. We don't know for sure Agora will come back. Who knwos. Transactions need to be settled.

Now if he does reply back with tracking and its on its way, looking unmolested, play it by ear. Consider FE'ing. You said you've dealt with him before and found him to be honest IIRC. I guess you are giving him the benefit of the doubt in this situation but it is what it is. A lot of it depends on your own intuition and your own dealings with the vendor. For me, the vendors I use I would have no problem FE'ing in this situation. You need to figure out why it was late. My guess is he shipped late or hasn't shipped. This sucks, but he put himself in this situation if he shipped it late. I'm not at all saying this is what happened or blaming the vendor, for all I know USPS lost it and its bouncing around. But he needs to show you this.

Does that make sense? Essentially, don't FE at this point. Ask for proof of shipment/tracking. Depending on what tracking says, use your best judgement. If it seems fine and he shipped it late, I guess you could do him a solid and FE. If its USPS' fault and it appears fine, then I'd go ahead and FE. Again, use your gut and your past dealings with the vendor. I assume he has no other complaints on his reviews or on the sub?
