Alphabay Support severely lacking.

have had multiple disputes open for over a month now and not so much as a single response from either mods assigned to the case. other than this i've had 0 issues with AB. wish they would fix this so i can continue to use the market. has anybody else encountered anything like this?

include the order number in a message and only message them once. every time a new one is sent you go to the bottom of the list

My experiences with Alphabay have been pretty shit. But I have also had a few good experiences with them too. It's pretty random but on a whole I'd give them a 2/10. For various reasons.

you go on to the forums and complain. alphabay is a scam,they won't respond to anything and the 2 different disputes ive had the "mod" sent the exact same message as the other one had before,as if there is no mods and its a robotic response

While we're talking about customer support, I had a really good experience with Dream recently. I placed an order and FEed (because I trusted the vendor) but the order sat there for over 5 days without acceptance from the vendor. I wrote support asking if it was possible to retrieve the BTC even though I had already FEed since I assumed that the vendor forgot to go into vacation mode (or died or something, still haven't heard back from them).

Dream customer support VERY promptly canceled the order and returned my BTC. I wasn't expecting that to happen.
