Where can I find 5-ht3 antagonists (anti-emetics)?

I'm looking for a prescription only drug. I tend to get pretty bad nausea on mescaline so I'm looking for an anti-emetic. I've tried ginger and staggering the doses over a span of an hour, but this does not help. I'm not a fan of weed, and I'm not looking to use something like DPH either. Does anyone know where I can possibly find something of the sort? I'd greatly appreciate it.

have you tried meclizine? it works really well for stifling nausea and is available otc in the form of motion sickness pills like dramamine. btw... if you have to puke while on mescaline, just fucking do it.

Just fucking ralph during the come-up. You feel so much better -- I'm talking spiritually cleansed -- afterwards.

OTC: I use Dramamine (meclazine, non drowsy formula) which is only marginally good at best at reducing nausea. Diphenhydrinate doesn't touch my nausea.

Promethazine can be ordered on the clearnet pretty easily from UK and NZ pharmacies and it is wonderful for nausea. My physician will write me prescription for it as well. It makes you drowsy though.

If you have insurance and are able to visit a physician- the best anti-nausea medication I know is Zofran (odansetron). Most doctors are generally willing to give people nausea medication, especially if they complain of a tendency to get motion sickness. Most cities have quick care clinics in drugstores with physician assistants who will readily write for nonscheduled medications like this. It has no significant side effects and now that it has a generic formulation available, costs only a few dollars. It's safe to use long term.

The Grand Wizard's Lair is going to be stocking generic Ondansetron soon for those who like to trip but don't like to puke. As Lobali and others have noted, Ondansetron is a powerful anti-emetic which should keep away the nausea and let you focus on the visuals.

Sublingual lemon oil. I was already messing with the stuff for research on terpenes in cannabis, then found out it works for serotonergic nausea.

Are you typically prone to nausea on other psychedelics as well? I'm curious because I'm getting synthesized mescaline from GammaGoblin soon and am wondering about potential nausea. Did you take pure/extracted mescaline or did you have some peyote/cactus concoction? Thanks for info on this
