Using an uninhabited house for shipment.

Due to certain reasons I'm currently without a safe address to send product to and was curious if I could send any product to my neighbors house, which has been uninhabited for around a year. I live in a trailer park (for lack of a better term) with group mailboxes like this except with 16 boxes. The trailer has not been noticeably uninhabited as the drive gets plowed in the winter and even has cars because the neighborhood uses it as guest parking. So my question is, is it safe to send here?

I'm sure your mail carrier knows no one lives there. That could be an issue.

Give it a try by sending regular non drug mail there first!

Maybe stick a meth heads life size image behind a curtain so hes always looking outta for the cops and squirrels and shit so they think someone lives there, but dont ship any mail thats a bad idea.

Maybe a PO Box would work.

I use drop addresses all the time I've never had an issue. I would recommend an apartment complex that leaves packages outside, that way you can just ship it to different apartment numbers. USPS and UPS dont give a shit they'll leave anything in those apartments. Fed Ex has a policy where they won't leave it, so you just have to wait outside for the deliivery drive. Getting illegal stuff mailed to your house is fucking retarded in my view. Go somewhere downtown theres tons of apartments like this, or a house that hasnt been for sale for too long.

In order to use an abandonded house, you have to prep it first. I do things like (but not limited to):

Mow the lawn regularly

Empty the mailbox every couple days

Shovel driveway if applicable

Clean the yard/porch/no abandonded stuff lying around

Send mail to the address under an assumed name

Order cheap magazines to the house under an assumed name

Send a couple empty/cheap ebay packages to the house

It's important to establish a history (of this assumed name) at this address before using it for drug shipments, the mailman will be interested in the first week or two of mail, but then he'll assume somebody moved in. The neighbors can be told you work with a property management company for the bank and are just maintaining property.
