Question over bitcoin fees

I'm new to bitcoin, the markets, etc. Bought my first coins this morning, then some more because I forgot about transfer fees out of the exchange to my wallet.

Anyway, I'm looking at Dream. I don't want to leave any money in my Dream wallet, but I don't want to have to make another transfer incase I'm missing something.

My question is:

My shopping cart has one item. I see the total cost (product plus shipping). Can I transfer this amount to my Dream wallet? Or is there another transfer fee when I click "Order now"?

Essentially: Is there another bitcoin transfer fee from my Dream wallet when I checkout? Or can I transfer just the amount I need to?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

i have no idea why people are still using bitcoin for deals. the amount of money you lose in fees trying to tumble, waiting on confirmations and trying to be safe is such bullshit and i just got tired of it. I recently did a DD with litecoin from my go to dude and i lost all of 1 dollar in the whole process and every transfer was instant. dream takes BCH and XMR- use those man, its a game changer.
