CISA BILL PASSED!

http://techcrunch.com/2015/10/27/senate-passes-cybersecurity-threat-sharing-bill-that-tech-hates/

We're so FUCKED! How will this affect DNM and Vendors alike?

EDIT: I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN AND ONLY ONCE!

LE can trace back to the node and have ISP subpoena the IP address - NSA/LE/DEA IS NOT STUPID - that's the whole point of the CISA bill - all agencies are requires to SHARE INTELLIGENCE! AND THAT INCLUDES THE NSA! LE WILL HAVE A FIELD DAY ON THIS ONE!

It will only take one Police Officer, like Sr. Ben Fields, to JiuJitsu DNM into oblivion in one fell swoop. You have been warned!!!!

Why would it have any impact? Most of the activity in DNMs is already highly illegal and I don't believe that passing any more laws will make it easier to catch vendors and markets. IMO...

Let's kill this thing like we did SOPA. Contact your local senator. Even if you think this doesn't effect the darknet, this bill needs killed regardless.

If we don't let our senators know we won't stand for this shit, it's on us for letting it happen.

So what? The government will know I'm connecting to TOR without needing a warrant? Doesn't make a fucking difference really.

[1 Points] Mdmaxdestroyer:

Dumb question.. is this in effect NOW? is it bad to use tails on home wifi/ethernet on laptop? even with this bill passed?

Here's the solution people: More people go out and use Tor! Go tell your friends and the more people that download and and use this browser, the stronger it becomes. LE can see us using tor(Yes, even before CISA ISP's were required to give LE certain info about your privacy) But If more people use TOR then it will not be 'reasonable cause' enough to get a search/seize warrant or put surveillance on you because you're using tor and may or may not be getting a gram of pot in the mail sometime in the next month. They can share intel all they want, they still gotta catch us with evidence they can use against us. There's no way the IP-Exit node correlation will send "DNM into oblivion". OP needs to smoke a bowl and relax.

[1 Points] ModernDemagogue:

You do realize CISA has absolutely no impact on DNM, and that you don't really have any valid objection for getting caught breaking the law on the dark web, right?
