3 weeks ago I ordered a product off of a vendor on Nucleus. The product never arrived before escrow ran out, so I contacted the vendor. Vendor said there had been a delay, so despite changing the order status to "shipped" two weeks prior, he hadn't actually shipped anything.
The vendor commented back that he would ship the product the next day.
Seeing as escrow was running out, I decided to open a dispute, so that I would still have some chance of not being scammed, in case nothing arrives.
Now, the vendor wrote back on the reclamation/dispute page and as you can see, there's a section stating: Seller: 100% Customer: 0%
I haven't dealt with disputes before, so I just need someone to clarify what this really means. Let's say I pressed accept, would I get a 100% refund from the vendor? Also, what would happen if I wrote my own message where I also asked for a 100% refund?
I'm assuming that pressing accept now would in fact give me all my money back, which would literally be equivalent to me scamming the vendor, correct? Now, I'm by no means a dishonest person and I never value money above trustworthiness, but I just want to get this clarified, so I don't end up either scamming myself or the vendor, because I didn't know the technicalities of the dispute system. :)
Thanks a lot in advance.
If you accept now 100% of escrow would go to the vendor.
