Question of concern, oh so wise dark net dwellers.

Hi folks. I'm very new here and looking into a very cheap supply from a fairly new vendor (55~70 deals, 4.63/5 rating). What scares me, however, is that in his disclaimer for purchase is that he states:

SHIPPING POLICY: ALL THE ORDERS ARE BEING SHIPPED VIA REGISTERED AIRMAIL OR EMS THEY ALL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SUPPLIED UP ON REQUEST ONLY. THE PACKAGES HAVE TO BE SIGNED ON DELIVERY

This makes me uneasy as I've read almost all users which have been "dealt" with have signed their delivered packages.

My question is this: Should I trust this new vendor who seems to offer better prices on what I want than any other site or is this "have to be signed" a dead give-away that this is kind of a sting-op fleshing out the users to get to the dealers?

Any advice is appreciated and let me know if I'm out of line from the rules here, as they are extensive and hard to keep up with.

I get quite a bit of overseas mail (for work, not DNMs) and a lot of it needs to be signed for, no matter what. There simply isn't an option to leave it without signing.

Personally, I don't have an issue signing for mail that I am expected to sign for, such as express or sign to leave a larger package left at my porch the next day. In your case I wouldn't think twice about it. Additionally, I have yet to see proof that a signature is required for people who have been arrested or questioned as I have seen quite a few instances where none was requested or given. The rule is not to sign for packages you wouldn't normally sign for such as regular priority, but signing for overseas or express is perfectly fine because it's normal. I see nothing that would make me think it's a "sting." Keep in mind: the nature of the darknet makes it so buyers are essentially useless when it comes to trying to catch vendors.

However, a vendor rating of 4.6/5 with that few of deals would make me worry. Especially an overseas, new vendor. You run a far greater risk of being ripped off here than arrested. If you're able to find it domestic or at least from a better-established vendor, it will absolutely be worth the extra money for the peace of mind.

I had a vendor offer to send me a gram of oxycodone on agora but I turned him down because he wanted me to sign for a package with a fake name on it. No thanks not trying to burn my drop.

A lot of interneational vendors required signature as this is proof of delivery to them. This protects them if you try to open a dispute for item not received.
