Whenever I have to get a package, I have to go to the post office and sign it to pick it up. Is signing in this occasion bad and can it be used against me if I get caught.

There's no way around signing the package, I can't get packages, small or large, with tracking number or with no tracking number, without signing it at the post office. I'm not in the US btw.

You're going to jail in hours if not minutes.

IF you get a CD you will get letter telling you to pick it up otherwise you should know yourself

Im not very knowledgeable on this type of thing. So these are my own thoughts, so take them with a grain of salt.

I know there are times where packs do require a signature.. but I dont know the specifics of your situation so Im not sure what you should do.. Unfortunately you're kinda stuck in a catch 22 here. If you don't sign, it gets sent back, where the return address may report the package, putting your name on the radar. But if you do sign, you're running the risk of a CD. First, I'd message the vendor and see if he can help. Second, really ask yourself if the value of the contents in that pack are worth risking getting caught.

I hope I at least kinda helped more than the other two comments..): good luck, friend

No offense but if you say you're not in US, but don't tell us where, we can't exactly help you. I mean it really depends on the laws where you live. I would say yes it could be used against you, but if you have to do it for every single package, then maybe they will say it's not enough to confirm you knew what was inside.

its a good thing they don't have like tracking numbers that have your name and address in a data base, its so good to know our government doesn't store records to spy on citizens for no reason. i was worried for a minute.
