[OPSEC/Computer] Question: Is it too crazy to have one public TOR email, that then forwards mail to 5+ other TOR emails, that are checked in random order to prevent leak of IP?

Or is that just to much?

Sounds pretty crazy.

You will end up not getting an email and not knowing if they just didn't send it or if something has gone wrong with your email forwarding setup or with one of your email providers. It would be better to just put a VPN in front of Tor and it would also be easier to debug.

Just use pgp and stop being so paranoid

That's too much.

Just use a Tor esp that is a privacy advocate and does things correctly. Create an alias once you choose the right service (there are plenty to choose from in 2015, unlike back in the day)...bada bing, bada boom, zig zag zoom.

My suggestion would be Lelantos. Yes, it there is a reasonable price associated with their service...but consider that as a down-payment for some piece of mind your provider is security conscious.
