Helix : Lower Fee + Improvements

Hi everyone,

Since the Bitblender hack , helix has received an influx of new users. This is great news for us but has also kept me and my support staff busy answering emails for the past 2 days. The biggest problem new users are having is with the expiring reload addresses. We never had this problem before but I guess silk road is taking a long time to actually send their withdrawals. Even though it says on Grams if you send a transaction after the address expires it will be lost, We have been busy making sure all the missed transactions got to the right users. To combat this problem I have added a new button on the bitcoin page to reset the 10 hour address time. So if a reload address only has a few hours left and you are not sure if the coins will be sent by then, users can now click the reset timer button to reset the expiration time back to 10 hours. So I begging users, If you think your coins are not going to be sent before the reload address expiration time please click the reset timer button to give yourself 10 more hours.

With all these new users Helix is making more money than before and keeping the fee as low as possible has always been a priority with Grams. So I have permanently
Reduced the fee from 3% down to 2.5%

If we keep getting even more users I will reduce it further in the future. I have spent the day editing the site trying to find all the places the fee is said to be 3% but if I missed any please just send me the url or post it here and I will fix it. Remember even if you see it as 3% I have changed it on the backend code so you will defiantly get 2.5% for all Helices. You can view info on the different types of Helices at

and as always the easiest and fastest helix is

Thanks for all your support and stay safe out there,
GramsAdmin

That's cool, thanks

Why does Grams bring up unrelated vendors sometimes when you make a search for a certain vendor?

I still think you should do the random fee between x% and x% (whatever it is). Just makes it harder to track :) (although you could also use the multiple address output which is what I do)

I absolutely love helix light. I have used it about 10 times and it is fast and easy. Definitely my favorite.

I got absolutely raped by fees when I transferred btc through helix.

In every helix thread the OP is downvoted and is called sketchy. I don't trust this service.

Where do most people tumble? I was using bitblender but I guess they exit scammed (who keeps money on a tumbler anyways)?
