So about two hours ago I sent some coins from Coinbase to Helix Light for tumbling. It had the right destination address and I put the listed Helix address into Coinbase and it all seemed fine, just waiting to go through. After 10 minutes or so I tried reloading the Helix status page but I got CloudFlare instead, and obviously their site was down for the moment. When the page finally reloaded, I double checked all the information, but realized a different Helix address was shown than the original. The Helix ID was exactly the same, but the address was different, and in the verify key no destination address was listed at all. I compared the new key to the original I had saved, and the PGP hash was exactly the same, the only difference being the addresses. Coinbase now says the transaction has gone through, but Helix still says waiting for payment, and I am worried my coins have been lost in some kind of glitch. I tried emailing Helix Light support but got an email in response saying their email address does not exist. I don't know what to do at this point...
That doesn't make sense. What url were you using?
