Package (ems) seized by customs?

Order was shipped out the 2nd. Updated the next day where it was 'sent to customs for verification'. Since then there have been no tracking updates via EMS - at 11 days now. Seller submitted a complain to customs (w/ case #). Should I consider this order gone?

I've had normal stuff sit in customs for two weeks before, so I would give it another few days before you give up on it.

India, you can be in for the long haul. Dispute the order, say you want an extension on the auto finalize timer.
