There have been alot of post lately mentioning the possibility of vendors being compromised. What are some signs that a marketeer should look for if they should find themselves suspicious of a vendor? Has anyone been faced with this type of situation? How could a person know for sure? What could you do to prove to others that a vendor may have been hacked or under LE control?
Well I've been around since sr1 but haven't ordered in years.
But lost pgp keys? That was almost unheard of back then for a legit vendor. So just be careful if you See a vendor who "lost" there pgp . I'd count that as very suspicious .
I read reviews sometimes but since I haven't ordered in a few years , I try to help people out who are new. Idc what types of mistakes you make. Nobody should want someone to get arrested for this. That would be the worst feeling. Everything's good until it isn't.
I'll tell this, two postal inspectors came to my house In an all black suv. Some big truck. I thought it was my friends dad cause he has a pickup but they introduced themselves . And I let them in cause I pannicked. But they were trying to get me To sign a paper that admits guilt, when they said it wouldn't admit anything . He was telling his partner to get some "waiver" that would make my signifure on the first paper not mean anything . I told them I wanted a lawyer and they left.
Always ask for a lawyer before you say a word. According to case law the perfect wording to the police would be , " I invoke my right against self incrimination , and I'd like to speak to an attorney ." They can't use that as an admission of guilt according to a few Supreme Court decisions.
Say that before you let them in your house ! They have to leave without a warrant.
Edit : I should delete this but learn from my mistakes I'll delete it in a little
