BULK international order "Inbound Out of Customs" for a week and a half....CD incoming?

Made a bulk purchase from Germany and it went from " Processed Through Facility ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)" to "Your item cleared United States Customs, Inbound Out of Customs"....11 days ago. How worried should I be about a possible CD? Is the NY sort facility known for taking an especially long time, or is it known for being extremely strict and catching a lot of packages or anything?

Any information or experiences would be helpful, quite worried at the moment.

USPS has been horribly slow for the past few weeks for me at least. So idk if you should be worried or not. Im waiting 2 weeks on a clearnet pack.

That does seem like an awfully long time so clean up to be safe, BUT USPS has been astronomically slow since the beginning of July so you might be okay. Like so slow, amazon prime 2 day packages are taking 4-5 days to get to me.

Probably just backed up, my shits been taking longer than normal. Almost had to wait two weeks for a domestic.

Check DHL forums. You're not gonna get that pack, make sure you house is clean and refuse to sign for it. Lots of people have been reporting this too for packages that go missing.

AFAIK the majority of int. mail going through NY wasn't send for custom inspection at all for like the last year or so because of staff simply not caring. Now that this came out the workload has somehow doubled overnight slowing down the import. But 11 days....shit I'd clean house if you haven't already
