EDIT: PACKAGE DID ARRIVE!! :) It did arrive 6 days later than the estimated delivery date, but this is obviously not SeattlesBest's fault... Thank you SeattlesBest!
I have vowed off replying in the main sub because it has become a toxic shit hole but I refuse to let someone slander my favoirte vendor without a response.
SB has had multiple people not have packs land, they are re-shipping them. They responded to me yesterday and sent out my Re-ship I will update somewhere (not here because fuck this sub) when it lands.
My order was also for $500 and they have been nothing but nice and accomidating. It has been 2 weeks since my order was confirmed but they have kept in touch. Are you emailing the correct email (now Sigaint)? Have you attempted to reach out to /u/seattlesbestsupport? They have a spotless track record and will do anything to keep their rep. They responded to all of my questions within 24 hours via e-mail. They only get online (M - F) around / after 10PM EST so do not expect responses during the day or on the weekends (not saying they wont respond then, but it is just not usual).
Please have a little more Patient for a pack to land during the busy hoiday season. I have had a pack take 16 days domestic non-holiday season. shit happens in the mailing system sometimes and that is beyond their control.
TL;DR: have a little more patients. SB is one of the best vendors on the DN.
Now I will continue my vow of silence on this shit subreddit.
