We certainly need more political parties. Thats going to be the upside of the inevitable hung parliament - battleground gets reset and "brave new hopes" will be forced to step forward.

What with America considering a federal decriminalisation of weed it would have been a good Lib Dem/Green idea to at least moot the idea of the same thing. No way the conservatives could accept that on a manifesto and keep its iron clad core support. And I think it would have saved the Lib Dems from trailing behind the Greens and UKIP. It would be a powerful message to the voters that there is more than a rizzla paper between the parties ideologies.

A DNM party would be childish, exactly like the pirate bay party. But grass root support for a rethink and acceptance of drug use and making it safer and reducing harms would be a good stand for any party looking for votes. Both in the young and middle aged.

Lol

[1 Points] Sysol:

Green party seems to have the most rational approach.

[1 Points] galudwig:

Whichever party gets elected the state will fuck you. I say don't legitimise the system and don't vote. Or, if you must, vote for a tiny party that's just there to try and change people's minds, like the libertarian party or some hippie or anarcho syndicalist party. Heck even the pirate party.

Vote Lib Dem or Green. Neither will get into power but the more mps then the more influence they have for the internet and drugs law reform.

Voting labour is the only option really, most of my friends and I will leave if tory's get into power again. Green would be ideal but there policys don't stand up in reality.
