Does the USPS keep track of who gets tracking labels

If someone ordered a book of labels will the post office know who's they are when they are used?

Not unless you allow a paper trail when buying it.

I really dislike the posts on here where you can tell someone is basically asking how to be a criminal without putting in a lick of research themselves and everyone rushes to answer them. This guy doesn't even know they are free to pickup and y'all want someone like this shipping drugs to you.

I thought this sub was to discuss the markets and vendors on them. It shouldn't be a how-to guide for clueless people.

You asking abunch of drug addicts what USPS internal system does, lol, use a btc label service like shipnik.com, thats the easiest way to get your packages flagged and your customers arrested, easier than having your labels link to you and all your packages.
