So, I am sure everyone knows about the operation that took place in June and July. Which resulted in Alphabay and Hansa shutting down, and leaving behind yet another victory for law enforcement. Since then we've seen two quickly made marketplaces open, only to later leave together with vendors and users funds.
With the amount of plugins available today it is very easy to build your own marketplace in a few days. You don't even need to have a technical background to do it. This is what bothers me the most, because these scams only happen on the "international" scene. Meanwhile, we can see French, Russian and German marketplaces who has been around for years. Who has had structure from the beginning and who has a development team who knows how to maintain and manage a business.
Agora isn't that far back in time, when will someone with the same vision, skillset and operational knowledge come forth?
Darkweb is quickly leaping towards the end in my opinion, with Grams having announced that they may shut down and right now the left overs is only Dream marketplace. One can say what they wish about them, but personally I would not conduct any business there.
