DDoS - Common problem (but only since Evo went down). So where's the common solution?

You think these guys would have an easy fix in place by now after having dealt with this so much. Most people are much faster at doing something the 100th time they've done it compared to the 1st. Yet these worthless admins demonstrate like it's the first time they've seen this. Blackbank had good intentions by offering up alternative URLs. But do the URLs even work? What was that even for? Darknet markets have never seen such a sad state. And what do you guys make of these DDoS attacks starting up around the time Evo went down? Seems to me Agora was up a hell of a lot more before Evo went down.
