Tracking Exception?!!

So I am awaiting a priority package that has been in transit for the last 10 days now. Anywhom, yesterday the vendor gave me a tracking number as it was taking forever. So I look up the tracking and it showed being at a nearby PO nearly a week ago. Theoretically, it should have shown at my door that day or the next. However, the package ended up being shipped to another city across the country, from what I imagine was the result of a shipping error. It seems to be stopped there. USPS no longers lists the package as "in transit" and only gives the update "Transit excpetion". Should I be worried? or is this the result of the package being erroneously shipped across the country and theyre working to fix it?

That happened to me once. It turned out to be a postal error and not a big deal. It was an order from REI and it took a lot of phone calls to straighten it out, but eventually I got it. So, don't necessarily worry, I'd say.

It didn't go to D.C., did it?

Lol if it went to D.C. Yikes. They usually do their best to cover up shit when they run a controlled delivery. I would be moderatel-decently concerned if you got from high profile vendor, and if it contained a decent amount of heroin, meth, blow
