Package seized by customs, but vendor is not offering a reship. Instead he is offering a discount on my next order.

I ordered something non-domestic and it was seized by customs. Sadly before I knew the transaction auto-confirmed. I contacted the vendor as soon as I knew the pack was seized and showed him the seizure letter and requested a reship. However he said that he would not reship me anything and instead he would offer me a discount on my next order.

I spent 100 dollars on the order and lost the money. I don't want to have to spend more money because my package was chosen at random. His refund policy states that "In the event of a seizure I will provide a reship or refund"

Can i do anything about this or am I just fucked

get a mod involved and tell him you do not feel safe receiving anymore mail from him and politely request refund, quote his policy you showed in the post. tell him you don't have multiple drops to use and the seizure letter has you paranoid. its not normal for this to happen, at all.

$100 is not much and to get a seizure letter should tell this vendor he fucked up, least he can do is refund you. otherwise put him on blast and leave neg feedback, but be patient and work with him

Charge it to the game , don't get emotionally attached to your money .

Depends on what his refund policy is like. Are you covered under his refund policy? If not you can ask him nicely but it's up to the vendor.

Does it say in on vendors page no re-ships to certain countries, maybe to the USA????? If so....S.O.L!!!!!

That's how the game works. This isn't ebay where vendors have to fufill what they say they are going to do. I'd be more worried about the person who that package was getting mailed to because now they are being watched and possibly going to get in trouble.
