Did i fuck up with my PO box?

So I have a bit of an issue that's kinda stressing me out.

I made a couple orders to a PO box that I opened recently. The first is a scale, domestic. The second is weed from Canada (I'm in USA) the third is some acid from House (domestic). Now, here are my concerns.

The PO box is empty. Dead and fuckin empty. Every day I go and check the box, and every day I go and ask the attendant if there are any packages that didn't fit in the box, and every day I go home empty handed. For the first little bit I was just thinking that I was getting a little too fiendish, and to give it some more time. But when it happened again yesterday (they've been out 9, 8, and 7 days since shipment respectively) I figured that something must be up.

Since scale guy gave me an estimated date of delivery that was last Saturday, I figured it wouldn't be too impatient of me to message, so I did. At his request I resent my addy, and here's the kicker - the tracking says that it was delivered last Saturday. What the fuck? I also reached out to House requesting a tracking update, but so far it's all quiet on her end (I actually just noticed that she has a thing about shipping delays on her page, but still). I understand that the weed, being international and all, can take a while, so I'm not too worried just yet on that end. (That said, will international shipments even go to a PO box? If it's not USPS carrying the package... Anyone know?)

Am I doing something wrong? This is really rather odd. If House replies and says it's delivered and there's nothing in the box, then I know that I'm really in a pickle. Has this every happened to anyone?

Onetime I had a domestic express package show delivered and there wasn't a pickup slip nor a thing in my box. I simply asked and said the tracking showed delivered. Guy went back and found the package right in the back under shit. It was a guy who was filling in . ( I have a small town PO.) The point is sometimes weird shit happens USPS has been shitty with stuff for me lately at times.

First of all, yes you are fucking up by asking about your package.

They will put a slip into the box when you get a package, I promise. Ordering illegal drugs to your door is a privilege, not a guarantee or a right. Part of your job is helping the vendor's package blend in. Postal workers deal with lots of packages, and you want yours to blend in as much as possible. The way you describe it, I'm imagining Bubbles from The Wire, scratching, track marks, always looking over your shoulder, straight up sketched out crack head (no offense, going for humor here :D ) . Seriously, though, you need to chill out when ordering to a PO box, especially when ordering weed.

Now, to help your vendors blend in you can do things such as ordering (legal) packages to the same name, having letters sent to the same. Repeatedly asking the staff if you have a package is a no-no simply because it brings attention to you; they're going to remember you. When your package finally comes in, natural human curiosity is going to make the staff wonder what's in this package you're in such a hurry to get. Poor packaging + postal employee curiosity could = bad time. If one of the staff has a stick up their ass they might take it upon themselves to bring extra attention to your package, either because they're concerned about possible illegal activity or because they're on the lookout for packages to steal.

I can think of two situations. Either the package hasn't arrived or the packages aren't coming for a reason that has to do with LE.

Very strange though.

You gave the wrong box number or something

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but they are just sitting in the back of the PO waiting to be put on the box itself OR the employees havent filled out the slips for the customers to know they have a pick-up.

why would you ask the attendent the same thing every day. they put a slip in the box or will hail you if you have a package, or sign up for email delivery. that definitely looks shady. real parcels have accurate tracking you dont have to be physically checking the box every day for. just my opinion.. its certainly something i wouldnt do.

first of all its a new box. second of all you open it and immediately start getting mail 3rd your ocd level checking for packages
