Pack from NL was "out for delivery" today but never came

Not used to PostNL tracking but on USPS tracking when its out for delivery it means it will be here that day. Is the case different for PostNL?

Being from NL: When its shipped NL->NL that usually means it's enroute with the driver, so delivered that day.

Sometimes tracking gets fucked up I have had packs marked out for delivery and then it came the next day.

Well being that the contents are not legal i would worry however i've had that happen before. Its probably sitting in one of the mail trucks. If it does not show up tomorrow at your front door or in your mailbox by your regular postman you are assfucked so hard. And if you tracked it from your home ip you just have bad opsec.

In my experience, I've seen 'out for delivery' and I've had my normal mail (letters and what not) dropped off on the mailman's regular route and not deliver. Then a few hours later some rando car will whip by and drop my pack in the mailbox/porch.

PostNL tracking has always been delayed 2-3 days for me.
