A question about using my filthy filthy bitcoins without revealing my precious IP address.

I generated a random address which I have stored securely. I have been sending my change to it from a DNM or two. But now I want to send the coins back to a DNM for a purchase. The problem is I don't want to do it without the protection of TOR because I don't want my IP related to the BC address that was used on the DNM.

To this end, is there a BC wallet software I can run off a USB that uses TOR to hide the IP of the transaction? Or an online wallet that I can create anonymously through TOR that I can upload my Public & Private keys so I can send the coins to other addresses without revealing my IP?

Is there a better sub to ask these questions?

Sorry this is a bit convoluted.

Do you use TAILS? It has electrum built right in and everything goes through TOR
