[GeneralQuestions] What to do when a vendor "threatens" you?

I had an order with a vendor that didn't exactly work out right. I would like to think I received someone else's order because there were so many things wrong with what I received. Without giving out too many details, a dispute was initiated and negative feedback was left as the vendor was not responsive to my messages.

Once the vendor received notification of the the dispute, they immediately became responsive. At no time during this process was I demanding, accusatory or fit in the category of a "nightmare customer". In fact, I even apologized for leaving negative feedback even though I felt and still feel it was warranted. Because the vendor has my contact info, I was very careful with how I worded the dispute and all communication with the vendor as my worst fear is having a vendor retaliate against me. The vendor for the most part was decent in his replies and even apologetic.

I thought all was well but I received a very hostile reply toward the end of the resolution in which the vendor told me they would make sure that no vendor would do business with me again. This was very unsettling because of the language that was used in this message and the hostility of the message.

I don't feel comfortable outing the vendor at this point in time or copying the exact message, however I'm not sure what to make of the message. I checked my profile and even though this vendor was the one who messed up my order, they left me negative feedback. Although I can't see who left the negative feedback or any associated comments, I know it was this vendor as I had no negative feedback prior to this. Interestingly enough, the vendor demanded that my feedback be changed prior to agreeing upon a resolution.

Questions:

When vendors leave customer feedback, is there an area for them to add a comment about the customer (similar to how customers leave vendor feedback)?

Should the vendors "threat" be reported to the market admins?

He's full of shit. Do all other DNM vendors work for him? How could he possibly make sure no vendor sells to you? Honestly you should name the vendor, or at least report it.

If you are genuinely scared he might dox you or something you are probably just best to shut up and deal with it. If you used a drop or aren't worried about your name being brought up for any reason feel free to talk shit.

Can any vendors respond to my question about feedback for customers? On your vendor account panel for BlackBank and Agora, is there an area where you can write a review about a customer?

Isn't there someone assigned to your dispute that usually handles situations like this?

I'd totally report any kind of threat, no matter what.

Do not kneel by threats! Make post to public forum such as this and give identity of man who threatens! At the most minimum, make haste to report his actions to moderators of public forum and of website. Make no profit for him to act in such a manner! If you hand into demands, his knowledge is that his actions are useful for him. Do not hand in!

"A vendor had threatened me, and I obviously believe his threats enough to be concerned about them. But I will not tell you who just yet... Oh 'why?' You ask? Well actually, I have no reason for my actions. I just like to live life on the edge and be useless to the community."

Its harsh bro but you're helping nobody, including yourself, by withholding the vendor's name.
