Lost BTC from Declined Order...

I'm not going to say the vendor because this is a work in progress and I'm not making any assumptions. Just wondering how some of you guys feel or operate in this situation...

My initial order I put in, I forgot to add my name. So I immediately sent a message to the vendor and explained what happened and provided the encrypted information to them. They said, "Got it :)" and I was happy to know I'd be cool.

Well I guess ya know they deal with a lot of orders and must have forgotten that mine was the one without the address and declined my order stating a lack of address. This is cool in my eyes bc whatever shit happens it's an accident, but I did take a hit of 0.0459 BTC at 218 so like idk 10.00 bucks.

Do I say something or is this just the price of doing business on DNM?

Edit: Well damn. That sucks. Whatevs. I just hope it gets here soon because I hear this dood's Cid is craycray.

BTC prices went down over the period between when you bought the item and when you were refunded. You are refunded the same amt of BTC, but that bitcoin most likely has a different value. Could be higher, could be lower.

It's nobodys "fault", it's just the volatility of BTC.

Just part of the risk on the DNMs. Prices are pegged to a currency so the BTC automatically changes on the product to reflect change in btc price. Vendor risks it while in escrow. And in cases like yours you took the hit. Just happens.

You ask them where your coin is and keep the rest of the dnm updated throughout the process, if that doesn't work then you might be inclined to reveal his name. Ask support as well.
