Hi i wanted to share this so it doesn't happen to you.
Today i send some coins through the helix tumbler and selected "random transaction number"
The amount was not high and it was splitted in little parts. Each part was under 0.01BTC the minimum deposit level of alphabay but the whole transaction was over 0.01BTC. I had enough confirmations to see that the transaction was a sucess but the deposit never showed up on my alphabay account.
I contacted the support and provided everything they require to not refuse the ticket including:
- BTC amount
- BTC adress
- Transaction ID's
I also provided the helix ID so they could see the amount was over 0.01BTC and stated that i splitted the amount (for better security).
After about 3 hours they close the ticket without any information on the case. No Answer. They do nothing to help.
I have 2FA and all other security options enabled so there is no way i sent the bitcoins to a false/phished adress. Also higher deposits worked already on other transactions.
Why the fuck do they recommend helix on their own site and do not consinder that one payment can be split up to several and still be over 0.01BTC?
EDIT: Okay solved. BTC received.
Did you really make a post like that for 0.02 BTC (that's 8 dollars)?
Just PM me your username, we'll give you your 0.02, but you probably need to review your priorities in life if 0.02 BTC makes you write such posts.
