[Agora] When do I start an order resolve/dispute?

Made an order late afternoon 15th May, marked shipped early 16th May. UK 1st class order should mean the item arrives within a couple of working days - often considered 1 to 3 days. On the 21st when no item still hadn't arrived I sent a polite message asking where it might be and then another about a day ago because a package taking a week to arrive seemed unlikely and because he hadn't replied to my previous message I said I'd give him until late monday/early tuesday for my parcel to arrive or to get a response from him until I'd resolve. He's been on repeatedly during this time but still no response. And considering he's been called a selective scammer and he hasn't been responding I kinda want my BTC back so I can just order from someone else now. I haven't finalised and I won't finalise.

Any time. The vendor does sound fishy and I doubt you'll see your order. I'd dispute as soon as possible, but be aware that it may take Support a while to do anything.

I've had pretty much the exact same situation happen to me. Go ahead and start the process now.

I got a full refund and cancelled order. PM me the vendor?
