Hey, I placed a QP order on Nucleus from HumboldtsFinest on December 17, as I have done many many times in the past on SR1/2, Sheep, and Agora. It always comes reliably in 2-3 days in the past. This time he marked shipped by December 18, but my package never came. At first I thought it was a Christmas mail slowdown, but then it really never showed and I received more recent orders from others already.
Before it auto-finalized, I sent it to reclamation (it was escrow, is this not the right thing to do when you dont receive?). I did not accuse HF of scamming, I simply submitted a 100% buyer reclamation request stating "the time allotted by nucleus has expired and I have not received the item".
Many days later HF responds with 100% seller, saying that he "stated in the ad he couldnt use tracking at the time and, as (he) expected, (i) decided to take advantage of that." he says "I know my pack arrived". "And who are you? Oh thats right, some new account trying to scam me, a 5 year vet".
Is there anything I can do? Has anyone had similar issues of a reliable vendor lashing out at the customer like this? If I received I would not be fighting the transaction, nor would I have ordered from another vendor right after reclamation began and finalized for them since then. Does anyone think Nucleus will ever step in and decide, or will reclamation stay open until me and HF agree?

HF is always disorganized and overworked. It seems like he has a number of people working for him who are all assholes to varying degrees.
98% of the time his orders go fine, but in the 2% of orders that go wrong, the customer always gets fucked. I had a pack that never arrived, was treated exactly like you, he called me a liar and a scammer. I asked for tracking and he sends me a tracking number that was delivered on the other side of the country. Never apologizes and makes me hound him to get the pack I'm owed. I did finally get it, if that's any consolation.
