Question: If a nucleus vendor doesn't accept your order

...and it expires from them not accepting it, how do you get the coins back in your wallet? They're still showing in escrow and I don't know how to get them out. When I go to the expired order it has no option for me to cancel it or anything.

Any help is appreciated. --thed00der

UPDATE: Coins were back in my wallet after filing a support ticket and waiting a little over a day

Click the box(orders) on the left menu. Under the orders tab, you see at the bottom of the list of options is reclamations.

I had a similar situation a few weeks ago, was in my post history. I opened a ticket with support and had the funds back within a day.

Mine went straight back into my wallet, even after he accpeted it, but never sent it after 4 days.

I even got my order without paying for it, result.

I've made on order. All went through log on the next day, no sign of my order and no coins. Is this because vendor hasn't accepted order??
