I ordered something from Canada to the US with my regular vendor which was shipped 18 days ago, and has been sitting in San Francisco (customs?) for over 2 weeks. I contacted my Vendor 9 days ago asking for an update or a refund or something with no response, and again 2 days ago with still no response (Agora shows him online 1 day ago).
I want to initiate the "resolving process" with Agora, but I'm afraid that it will piss off my vendor somehow and I wont have a good "relationship" with him anymore. Should I initiate the resolving process? Or should I wait a little for him to respond? Sorry if I sound paranoid, but just looking for some advice.
Thanks
The thing for you to do here, is to give it a little more time. Unfortunately, we are around a holiday, and you are relying on governmental workers to get a job done here.
If in a few more days, you havent heard back from the vendor, or received your package, I think it would be fine to go ahead and dispute.
Its just a little to soon, its hard to rely on 1)strangers across the internet, and 2) the mail system
