Order 1: I was issued a refund by the vendor 6 days ago and still have not received my bitcoins back.
Order 2: Made an order from a popular vendor. Vendor didn't confirm it after 4 days and so I started the resolution process. I messaged him 2 separate times. Once on day 2 and again on day 3. No response.
I messaged agora support and its been 3 days now and nothings changed. What do i do?
Edit: Vendor responded finally and we sorted things out. Thank /u/VendorBacta for your first point. I didn't know this ("If the vendor issues a partial refund, you don't receive them until you finalize.") as I had never had to ask for a refund for anything before.
When the vendor doesn't confirm you can just cancel it, you don't start a resolution.
