I want to sell a legal item on the darknet, too risky?

I'd like to sell sterilized grain on the darknet. The grain is used to grow any sort of edible mushroom. I mostly want to sell it there to get cryptocurrencies like Monero but I'm worried that it could be legally problematic despite being a legal item.

What should I be considering when it comes to making the decision to sell it on the darknet or not to sell it on the darknet? I would be using a marketplace and not my own shop.

For sale you can sell almost anything .. si esque you buy it .. What I do not understand why you want to sell something legal .. and that you can buy it in the store in the darknet .. best sells on ebay maybe you have more success.

You could probably do this on the clearnet with little worry. Unless you intend on including that good good colonized grain hehe

I assume your site has HTTPS, and your site says it accepts bitcoin, now if you could also send a PGP encrypted address.

Then I suggest you do not expose your business to the risk of doing this.

However, maybe a drop shipper suddenly appears on the DNM? Maybe they claim to be official.

Maybe they get and order and a short time later one comes through on your bitcoin/PGP address.

One entity (your business) is legit and pays taxes and records as the law requires. One entity doesn't. Every so often some of the business sells it's bitcoins and does quite well with it (cause it has extra from the other business ;).

Who's to say who is who?

There's an important phrase that we use here, and think it's time that you all learned it. Act as if. You understand what that means? Act as if you are the fucking President of this firm. Act as if you got a 9" cock. Okay? Act as if.

EBay. Dnm may work but will,be more expensive to setup, then its probably worth.

Could you hypothetically get in trouble for getting mixed-up with DNMs for a legal item? Yeah. If LE wants to stick you with a charge, they'll find something. Probably along the lines of conspiring since it would be obvious what your target demographic is. Now, would LE want to stick you with a charge? Not likely. Perhaps consider doing some research into the same methods/techniques illegal item vendors use to play it safe. No point in being balls-to-the-wind if you don't have to be.

Sell something useful like a cubensis isolate

It doesn't really seem like you're too worried about it, but maybe rethink a few things. I wouldn't sell under that name. I'm like 99% sure I know who you are and know your full name. I didn't go searching for it, I've just used your clearnet service before. If you don't care, aight just thought id give you a heads up.

I want to sell my used panties on a DNM and I am trying to figure this out too. If selling something legal on a dnm is in and of itself illegal...

All the vendor busts I have ever read about I have never seen any charges like what the people on this post are suggesting

It's not misuse of the postal service, if you pay taxes and claim your income it's not laundering or tax evasion...

I don't know. What did you end up deciding?
