What are some legal drugs (medicines) that are super cheap online but priced outrageously in some countries?

No this is not for getting high.

I'm from India, healthcare is super cheap here (although mediocre in most places). I was absolutely flabbergasted when I found out that similar treatments and drugs are often a couple orders of magnitude more expensive in the west, particularly in USA, for seemingly no reason at all.

The government here (in India) intervenes and doesn't let pharma jack up drug prices 'just because' and the fact that they still make and sell the same stuff at the same old low prices means that they're already making a profit. So again it's got to be orders of magnitude worse in countries where pharma industry runs free.

I don't have much experience with dark net markets, I've looked around but that's all. So, what's the scene like? Is this a thing? Legal drugs, just cheaper on the dark net?

Adderall prices on the DNM is a sin. $1 per mg? Are you fucking kidding me? Who is buying this stuff?? Adderall street price is AT MOST .50cents/mg. I know pharms in general are expensive on the DNM but goddamn there are so many people who is prescribed to addys I would think the prices would be more affortable, especially if someone has insurance. Hell, I've seen pharm opiates priced more competitively than addys.

Benzos, I can get massve quantities of pharma benzos, some even in powder, for a fraction of the cost a 28 pill box of 5mg diazepam cost at the pharmacie.

For that matter, every drug on this planet is cheaper on the Darknet IMO with exception to Heroin and cocaine, which cost more than normal and are of the same quality as the street. The street might even be better for some users.

Everytime I've ordered meds from India they've been fake or shitty quality. I'll pay my premium for dependability.

Modafinil is still patented in the States, even with insurance a monthly supply will cost ~$550 at the pharmacy.

I can get a three month supply from India for less than $100

Some that stick out to me are Albuterol inhalers.

A few years ago I could pick them up for three bucks at the pharmacy and my insurance handled the rest. Recently they changed the propellant in the inhaler and re-patented it. Now they are $57 after insurance! This means my girlfriend has to judge whether or not her difficulty breathing is "serious" before she reaches for the inhaler.

Also, Advair is expensive as all fuck, over $400 per month AFTER insurance (she uses the 500/50 discus). That one we just import from India a few times a year.

The aids drug that everyone freaked out about when the CEO raised the price is pennies in India.

You can make aot of money with arbitrage this way, but it's illegal of course. Government's gotta protect those industries! The pharma industry does not run free in the USA, it runs with the full force of the government behind it.

Literally sell any prescription to the US, I don't know what's more in demand, but prescriptions are fucking ridiculous here

Prescription drugs without the prescription in your name is illegal here in the US

What do you mean by legal? Does this include POM or just OTC medicine?
