Canada - Received Love Letter: Panicking, effect INTL travel next month?

Was pretty active on the SR years ago but hadn't bought in a while.

Bit the bullet and ordered some MDMA from NL. Used my real name and address as advised on here and on vendor's page. Lo and behold 2 1/2 weeks letter I get a love letter from the CBSA. This was my first one so I did some reading here and it seems 1) It's not too serious and 2) consider the address burnt. Fair enough, lesson learnt. Won't be ordering anything from darknet markets anymore: International or Domestic.

However, I am worried about how it will effect my future travel next month (something that I haven't come across in my search here). I'm going to Europe next month with my GF for 2 weeks. Is this something that upon returning to Canada they could question me on? I guess it means that it will most likely mean that they will search my stuff and question me about my travel.

Could this also impact future job hunts, such as when they conduct security clearances?

Edit: I also just found out about bill c-37. I thought they could start searching now for things under 30G but in my letter it still says they are prohibited by the customs act. Does this mean that they are now FORBIDDEN from searching it despite the new law? I'm trying not to panic and any words would be much appreciated.

Thanks

How would we know? Should we guess?

IMO i think ur good and you have nothing to worry about if your not bringing anything back. I dont even think they will treat u differently than others

No. Love letter is usually just a scare tactic. You won't be on any "NO-FLY" list or anything like that

Canada doesn't even have border control when you fly out of an airport so you should be good to go
