Grams support turning into shit ?

Was going to just delete this thread, but instead I actually want to update everyone who saw this, and to retract what I said previously.

/u/gramsadmin got in touch with me, gathered the details of the incident, did some research and actually ended up crediting my account for the coin. I'd definitely like to take a minute to thank him and /u/gramssupport for the help they gave, the time they spent on my case, and for putting up with me being a dick at times.

And on that note, also apologize to gramssupport for the way a lot of my comments came off. I truely appreciate the service they're offering, and will DEFINITELY not be leaving to use anyone else !

It is not our fault you used scam site. I can assure you you did not get the link from the /r/grams sidebar because that one has never changed. There are plenty of ways to get to our legit site url. We always post a message when a scam site is going around. The reason our support has been slow the past week is because of everything with agora. We have been getting around 30 - 100 message a day from people that their helix links expired before agora sent the bitcoins. We have been making sure all these people get their bitcoins.

Try to talk to /u/gramsadmin and second... Why in the world would you switch BACK to BTC FOG though? It's like asking to get fucked over again.

Copied this from other thread to answer some of the questions in here: Sorry, I haven't been on in a few days to check reddit. I used grams7enufi7jmdl.onion, and the address was -edit: redacted to meet posting rules-. I even took a screenshot to PROVE I was on the actual site - http://imgur.com/mZOTZE6. I posted this screenshot on the post I made and no one ever replied. If this was an address from a phishing site, why would the money STILL be sitting in that wallet, untouched. And it is. It's still there. As far as the support caring comment, I truly have not been trying to talk shit about y'all whatsoever. I loved grams. So much faster than Fog, not worrying about getting scammed, etc. I completely understand the amount of people you have trying to get in touch with you, and I'm sure they're very grateful. I guess where I had a problem is that I KNOW that I was on the correct site, that I copied the link from the sidebar, and now I'm getting called a liar about it (on the other thread). And the fact that my money is just written off as having been phished without any further research, despite the fact I've posted NUMEROUS times with proof that I wasn't on a phishing site, including photographic proof.
