Why is this dispute on Agora taking so long??

A little over a month ago this vendor decided to pull a scam and ever since then their profile says seized and they have been on vacation mode for almost 1 month.

They marked my item as shipped, but I never received it. A couple other people reported the same thing. I opened a dispute 3 weeks ago, but Agora nor the seller ever responded. I sent a message in the dispute about once a week. I also messaged Agora twice asking politely to please resolve it, but they never did and never even replied.

I did not FE so I can still get the money back since it's still in escrow. Has anyone else been having this problem lately with dispute and/or Agora not responding?

Just keep messaging in the dispute until a mod responds. Agora is usually slow to resolve stuff like this unless you make yourself a bit of a pain.

In the same situation order marked shipped about a month ago been messaging support for 2weeks now

Edit: logged in just now to see my first response from Agora support. They told me "this vendor has zero balance left" when all my funds are sitting in escrow!! Wtf do I do about this???
