As you have certainly read about, there are new more powerful opiates trickling into circulation far more powerful than even fent. For now these are not great concerns due to the very limited nature of their current distribution methods, and ot is not the business of the markets to dictate what you may or may not put into your body.
However, we have a vested interest in continuing to enjoy your business. If you are going to handle ever increasingly potent substances with smaller and smaller margins of error in dosing then the chance of your passing increases which hurts our profits. You have value, to us, to your vendors, and to your community don't ever forget that.
I try to get more narcan and nalaxone vendors around and I will continue to do so as there has been some success so far. Anyone with a desire to sell narcan, nalaxone, Diprenorphine, and anything of the sort you will have your vendor bond waived. Any market with strong desires to retain customers will do the same.
You don't have to fear the reaper when you have the tools to close his door.
Existing vendors that make such products available to those needed will be rewarded privately. After a period of time related vendors required to have these products available, and I feel the best means of doing so is to partner with a new or existing vendor of narcan or nalaxone or Diprenorphine. Such vendors will be contacted by staff if things do not appear up to par.
Thank you, and please at all times focus on your health and safety above all.
Hey Trappy, my state allows that narcan/naloxone allows it be given away at exchanges, I'm not sure how much we are able to take though. I will find out, and then how do I go about contacting you? As someone who no longer uses, I would love to be able to provide to those in need whenever possible.
