Getting money back from escrow on AB

I have reason to believe somebody I placed an order with is hitting the road...the money is in escrow, what steps must I take to reclaim my funds (the order is 'processing') or should I say CAN I reclaim my funds?

Kiss that money goodbye or hope that the AB "scam watch team" aka alpha bay carding staff looking up eachothers asses, will take their sweet time and fight to give your cash back

Don't even bother with scam watch. They have whack jobs watching over the reports.

So far all the comments have said you are screwed, but I disagree.

I've had this happen to me twice and AB's support resolved the dispute in my favor both times. If the order is 'processing' then you obviously didn't FE so there is a period of 14 days after it's marked shipped where the $ will sit in escrow. During this time you can 'dispute' it and it will create an arbitration 3 way chat between an AB admin and you/the vendor.

Since the order has not yet been shipped and I'm assuming it's been at least a couple days, I would contact the vendor so you have proof on your end that you were unable to contact them before contacting scam watch. I don't believe AB allows you to cancel processing orders, but if you can I would.

Regardless, if you can show the vendor ignored you and/or no product was received it should (hopefully) get resolved in your favor.

It auto refunds you in 3 days as long as the vendor doesn't accept the order
