Help! Quick!

Just noticed that I am apparently using RSA 2048 encryption, which from reading around here I know is incredibly bad. So question number 1 is am I screwed if I have used this encryption? And question number 2 is how do I get a better encryption?

Honestly, it's probably all been cracked. It's just a matter of allocating resources to do so. I don't believe gpg4win allows creation of a larger key.

May I take the time to recommend Tails? It allows the creation of a 4086 key and once you get used to HOW pgp works in it, you'll find it much easier ( IMO ). Tails is designed with anonymity in mind and really isn't that hard to adjust to. It is linux yes but made so that you rarely notice it. Install onto a USB with persistence and your ready to go!

How about question zero: how do you know you're using RSA 2048? How do you find it out?

1024 is only being depreciated at the moment, so don't worry.
