Shit, are they going to say that they ARE interested in de-anonymizing servers or IP addresses? That means nothing. Besides, isn't the NSA already copying everything that happens on the internet? They (NSA, that is) may not be able to de-anonymize everything, or assign identity to every server or dark net user, or decrypt all the traffic, but I think it would be safe to assume that they are copying everything.
