CannaXpress000 - Order cancelled EIGHT DAYS after being marked shipped - UNACCEPTABLE

I had an order in before he switched to FE/the new indoor bud. It was marked shipped on December 8th and then cancelled on the 16th with the message "out of outdoor sorry". This is completely unacceptable. Used to be a loyal customer but I will never buy from them again and I would advise others not to do so especially with their new FE policy. Why couldn't they have sent me another kind or cancelled the order 7 days earlier?

I am sorry for the terrible customer service and the inconvenience this has caused. I should not have cancelled your order but instead, shipped what we had in stock.

As compensation, I can offer you my topshelf bud for the same price that you paid and I will throw in an extra OZ for the trouble. Message me on evo and I will get this resolved ASAP.

I cancelled the order because you did not finalize it, I know I did not tell you to finalize it so it is not your fault. I usually go through my order and ones that I have not shipped yet and are not finalized got cancelled because it was such an old order.

sounds like its ur fault for not reading the vendors profile bud....u can only really blame urself. in the future make sure u re-read the vendors entire profile before ordering.

Dude..... honestly, very few people have had trouble with CX000. No vendor is on par with his shipping except maybe US Dank. Even so ... this new bud is far better than his normal stuff. Just because there was one mishap with you doesn't mean he needs to be written off. He did say he was sorry. It just goes to show that even the most reputable vendors make mistakes. Come on everybody !! Grab your pitchforks!!!

Edit: I just realized this dude didn't FE. That's why his order did not ship. CX was FE well before EVO started their new FE policy on Dec. 10th.. It sat there because after Canna marked it shipped you did not finalize. While he was waiting on you to finalize he ran out of GH bud. It is an honest mistake, but you need to realize that is what happened.
