Nucleus Market is selective scamming, don't deposit

Deposited 1.2 bitcoins last night and went to make a purchase.

My password + PIN are very complex and I'm 100% sure of what they are.

I'm also 100% sure I used the correct .onion site, so I know I wasn't phished either.

Kept getting error "Invalid PIN" when I try making a purchase, so I reset my PIN and have to wait 3 days now. Their forum is also offline, so people can't complain.

There are about a dozen complaints on /r/NucleusMarket of this same problem recently.

Stop depositing into Nucleus, they are selective scamming :(

I am no longer taking these complaints seriously. Shit is getting annoying.

I believe everyone who claims markets are selectively scamming are dumb users who fucked up along the way.

Is it even worth asking if you use 2FA?
