This was Judge Forrest addressing Ross' lawyer Dratel before stopping for the weekend. For those not following the case, Dratel has, throughout the trial, created somewhat of a reputation for being totally uncooperative and kind of anal about every point.

From what I understand, this was the first time that the judge "broke character" and put Dratel in his place. LOL.

Also, I'm not sure if this is the first time we've seen it, but the prosecutors revealed DPR's tracking number for the seized fake IDs. It came during a conversation between DPR and the ID vendor KingOfClubs. Type EG014226242 CA into USPS.com to see what a confirmed international >>> US package seizure looks like.

There was a LOT of other interesting stuff from Day 9, so I definitely recommend checking it out here.

Well every time I criticize the job Dratel is doing I'm shouted down by legions of his fans assuring me of his absolute genius.

Hopefully we see some of it Monday when the defense gets to present it's stuff, because so far all Dratel has managed to do is turning the big hole the prosecution had Ross in into a bottomless pit.

Looks like a typical non-seized package, no?

I wouldn't say it was the first; she's slapped down both the prosecution and Dratel on several occasions. It's completely delicious.

(My favorite so far is when Dratel was trying to browbeat her about something and said 'every other judge in this court house - ' and she interrupts, 'I never worry about that. (pause) Never.' Yes, the pause is in the transcript.)

EDIT: she also refers to that incident in her recent ruling/editorial where she covers all the mistakes Dratel et al have made in their defense.

That CAPA page is awesome. Where did you find it? Are the original pdfs available through the site? The reformatting is a bit annoying.
