Firstly I want to appologize to /u/Canna-juice for taking so long to get around to writing this. I had mentioned him in a thread about 3 weeks ago, and he offered me a free sample of his juice. He responded to me on the 15th on nuc saying it was going out, it arrived on the 21st. Stealth was really good IMO, without giving away details, I thought I had forgotten about a clearnet order.
He sent 3x 1ML refils (not the co2 listing he has) this looked like it was probably made with crumble, it was very cloudy and not clear like the juice I get from medibuds. I'm unsure whatt he strain was, but I loaded it all into my kanger subtank nano and gave it a few minutes to settle/wick.
I did have some residual juice of medi's in the tank as well, and this stuff seems to be much thicker (medi's floated on top of this stuff). Can't really make any other comparisons to viscosity, but it wicked well in my tank after I got the tempature dialed in.
As far as potency goes, i'd compare Canna-Juice's bud to outdoor/greenhouse and medis to top shelf. There's a pretty wide gap in potency, however even without bying in bulk from canna it's about $20 cheaper per compareable sized bottle (medi lists his at 2.5 but I honestly think they're 3.0 they fill this tank completely full just like the 3 refils from canna did.)
One huge difference between Canna and Medi's juices is the smell. With medi's juice it smells straight up like dabs (dissipates EXTREMELY quickly though) you'd never be able to track someone down by smell alone IMO. That being said, Canna's juice has zero smell. I vaped it around relatives all christmas who do not smoke, and only got one question about the color of my juice from another family member who vapes. Told them I was experimenting with making my own and no one questioned it further.
Would I buy it again? Yep, planning on making another order with canna in a few weeks. This will make a perfect "out and about" vape for me that I can use infront of other people with little to no risk of being called out. Bonus points if he ever makes his juice flavored (even basic mint would be fine, as an extra layer of security against smell, that dosen't really exist anyway.) With my kanger nebox I can easily palm the viewing glass for the juice if in pubic where it might be noticed.
Is this what I'd vape if i'm looking to get stuck in the couch? Probably not, like I said the potency difference is definately there, but so is the price difference. I'd rathar take 2-3 rips of medi's juice at home than 5-6 of canna's. However that'll come down to personal preference.
Canna also included a peanut butter cookie edible. I ended up saving it for christmas night, wasn't really sure what to expect as far potency, but i've only been melted by edibles once so I ate the whole thing. Didn't taste super weedy but it was still definately there. Took about 30-45 minutes to kick in. Was about the same as smoking a bowl (my bowl is about .7 for reference) and a pretty strong body high. Lasted about 2 hours.
I don't buy edibles on the reg, so I'm not the best person to review the cookie, but it was appreicated and definately got me stoned. If this was anything other than a single strength edible I'd be dissipointed though.
All in all, will definately order again. There's room in my life for both of these juices, and if you're looking for a cheaper vape alternative (or a less smelly one) i'd check out canna-juice for sure. If the coin dosen't matter and you've got no reason to want less smell Medibuds all the way.
Apologies for no pictures, but there's not a whole lot to see with juice anyway...and it was gone before I got around to writing this.
Thanks for the review, I've been interested in trying a product like this for a while. I'll almost def order from the 2 vendors mentioned, they were the ones I've come across so far in my browsing.
Would you mind elaborating on the difference between the thc eliquid and co2 oil? I'm well-versed in normal vaping but clueless when it comes to concentrates. I've toyed with the idea of trying to diy with ejmix or peg-400, but with no experience, I'm pretty wary.
I'm thinking anything called oil would be pretty different than typical eliquid in terms of thickness, but I could easily drip it rather than using it in a tank (but would prefer a tank, like you used). Thanks for the insight.
