A word of advice for PO box receiving (CD)

Many of you may know this method by LE and avoid it. I learned and now will always avoid it as well.

A few years ago a friend of mine ordered some stuff to his box from overseas. Small amount but evidently still enough for them to bother with. Tracking showed it not even touching customs, it was an express that arrived at his PO box 4-5 days after order max.

He would usually let it sit a couple days anyway and this time would be no different, he had work for 2 days straight and then on his day off he was going to grab it.

The next day at work he checked the tracking to see if it was awaiting pickup as I believe the last update before that basically was at a very close by hub. The tracking showed undeliverable as addressed, return to sender. Or call to schedule pickup or redeliver. Which he did and that's how they got him.

Basically be careful with those return to sender. I'm aware many are mistakes etc. but me personally I would just let it go and forget about it.

Couldnt he have had it just redelivered and followed his normal routine ?

How about story time OP?

is it a pick up limit when you have a PO box? you can't let packs sit there for 1-2 weeks?

whole point of outsourcing LE becomes meh...

PO boxes kill all possibilities of plausible deniability in court

There's a lot of bad advice that floats around here, on par with "if you ask an undercover if he's a cop he has to tell you." PO Boxes are not less safe. And when you inevitably have to burn the address it's a lot more convenient.

Your friend has terrible opsec. Lol. Express has a lot more scrutiny than other shipping methods. And he ordered express with international on top of that, which adds even more scrutiny. Constantly checking tracking is also a bad idea, since that shows you are expecting something. And the fact that he actually called was a pretty retarded move also. In conclusion, he probably wouldn't have had a "return to sender cd" if he didn't use express, order domestic, and refresh the tracking page.
