Darknet for piracy

I know the darknet is typically used for drugs, but surely it would lend its quite nicely to piracy (movies, tv shows, and sport).

I am in Australia and am happy to pay for my shows but we actually don't get most of them until months after the US release.

Are there any darknet sites I can download full hi res NFL games etc? (I'm thinking the transfer speed would be an issue) I was previously using usenet then that slowly went to shit when nzb matrix closed down. I'm now back on torrents.

On a side note, what do you guys find cool to look at/purchase on the darknet (besides drugs)

I have no idea if this is possible but I'm sure someone who worked at a leading university could potentially add someone into the alumni database (just like in the show suits) obviously it would be a related field to my current degree so I can talk the talk so to speak

You can buy memberships for sites like Netflix and I've seen one that sells all the NFL games and HBO networks. But these are streaming sites so I'm not sure that's what you want. But on silkroad and agora 'DrawkwarD' is probably the best vendor

you shouldnt torrent on darknet. it slows it down for all of us using it for what its made for, browsing

VPN > dnm lifetime Hulu/Netflix whatever >your couch. Outlay of twenty bucks, possibly another 40 for a year or five bucks a month whatever for the VPN, and you can watch every broadcast ever made for peanuts.

I once tried to stream netflix through a Tor connection, on a properly configured and WIRED connection (on a fairly good ISP to a business), on a computer that handles netflix quite well on it's main OS, but was using TAILS (Wine, and Pipelight).

End result: Tor is really not for streaming. Choppy, glitchy, almost painful. I2P is even worse. Watching the occasional video on MediaCru.sh is fine. Streaming just wasn't good.

Best to stick with VPNs and clearnet sites.

uTorrent + Kickass. What?

I doubt the person at the University would be willing to risk their job unless you paid them REALLY well. And if you have that kind of money who cares about the degree? Honestly, Ive never heard of anyone successfully lying about their degree and it working to the point of being able to pull transcripts etc.

Just on the degree thing, there are plenty that offer passports which are officially entered into the passport database, so I'm sure the uni databases are slightly more lax
