Possible Scam. Dispute advice please

I'm locked in a dispute with a vender from alphabay. I read on the forums after searching information on this vender after my package didnt show and saw a post by someone else stating instead of their order they just received a empty box.

I think I might be part of a similar scam after receiving a package that's undersized and under weight. I'm not expecting any other packages and I haven't opened it. Is there a safe way to film me opening it up as proof. He has his tracking number, so He has the upper hand in proof, who is to believe me when I say the box is empty?

Advice please

1st put some masking tape over your address. put on opaque (kitchen) rubber gloves. video opening it - make sure you have a nondescript background. Make sure you can only see the gloved portion of your hands & not your skin tone or anything identifiable. Then use a app to make that to a gif. put that into tails and run it through MAT. delete all original copies. post it on anony.ws with a 2 day delete time and then share the link to the support team.

Number of disputes should be posted on vendors history.
