I wasn't going to be such an onerous dick about this but at this point I care less about getting my money back and making sure this community is aware of some shady things happening @ Alphabay.
The moment I created the account to try them out, I had 2FA turned on and used the market superlist to access their website. These are both the links I used exclusively: alphabayxsxlxeaz.onion alphabayyz46ymdr.onion
I move some BTC over to the wallet on Alphabay using the address that was provided on the page. Nothing shows up. I wait. I check later, nothing still and I wait over 24 hrs before I start doing some look up. I saw the transactions occured on blockr but was moved somewhere else within 3 hrs. I also notice my address to the wallet on alphabay had not changed. Weird I thought. I posted all this in a support ticket. Something even weirder happens, the address I had used and was entering in the support page kept getting scrambled into other addresses. I found a way to circumvent this by putting spaces in between the address. BigMuscles responds to my post and suggests I had been phished along with a list of their links. Closes support ticket and leaves me confused considering I've been 2FA this entire time to the correct websites. I start another support ticket bringing these points up and BigMuscles replied with no message and closed my support ticket again. Thanks bro, it sure was useful having you address my concerns with a vague answer. Pictures for proof of the weirdness.
I no longer trust them and don't think I will be shopping there.

Sorry, but it looks like you were phished. Neither of those URLs are on the superlist:

Where did you get those URLs from?
Both of them are listed as phishing links on this site:
