Opinions on this? Is it strategy?
So it sounds like everyones coin is still in their EIC wallets. Wouldn't they/he be draining by now?

EastIndia seemed really principled to begin with. Then they decided that yes, maybe they would like some US$ too.
They're just another marketplace now, a strange one that's hard to search for your drug in your own country, sailing round in a circle with nobody at the helm, and the crew don't know what's going on.
Sounds to me like the captain has gone on a drug bender. Hanging around us druggy types has been a bad influence on him, because I've never seen a non-politician abandon his ideals so quickly
. Maybe he's either just lost interest, or realized that allowing bitcoin through individual pipeline escrows is a security flaw, and anyone can find his commission wallet.
Will he be too scared to come back? At least all your bitcoin is safe in multisig escrow, eh? Eh?

If you lost coins on EIC, you kind of deserve it. They provided the tech, so you wouldn't lose coins and you didn't use it.

Maybe they want to retain confidence and continue to optimize depsits coming in. But, if that was the case you would expect a formal announcement of downtime.

Let's wait for the [Fresh Account] EIC exit scam experts cough cough alphabay shills cough cough to come around and tell you the coin's on the move.
...Only if they had a way to cash it out that required them to move it....if they had no intention of cashing out the coin right now, why would it be moving.
They probably have been cashing out coin as they needed it for the whole operation of the market, therefore, probably no rush to move ALL of the coin anyway. Its not like you can do anything about it cause you know which wallet its sitting in or anything.
