What to do on Agora if you are scammed?

So I ordered a quarter more than a week back. Nothing arrived - when it was supposed to arrive the next business day. Early this week, the vendor told me that he would get back to me with a tracking number in a few hours and re-ship if necessary.

Of course, then Agora went down for a day. I have been contacting this guy on multiple markets (including Agora of course). I haven't FE'd yet.

Do you think I have been scammed? (I didn't FE). If yes, should I file a dispute? What is the process of dispute filing on Agora? I am slightly scared since this guy has my address.

EDIT: This guy is apparently known to be a selective scammer (according to one post on the Ag forum). However, he has a rating on Ag of 4.98/5 (out of around 500 deals I guess)

What is wrong with you? Have you even contacted the vendor since then? Have you asked whats going on or did you ask for a refund. You're being an asshole about this, don't open a dispute before even contacting the vendor again.

You're not his only custoner, people make mistakes, and shipping times can vary Wildly.

Dont make a dispute. Contact the seller. If he doesnt reply within week, then start a dispute. Shit takes time, and dealing with stuff isn't exactly painless for the suppliers either.

Well the first thing I would do is come to a forum with no affiliation with agora and then ask all those members if they have a magic crystal ball that would tell me if I got scammed or not, instead of just taking it up with support/ or the vendor.

Okay, I have been scammed. This fucker is still telling me that I re-shipped it blah blah blah.

I should have received 5 packages by now. I am going to file a dispute.

start a dispute, this will make him talk to you and bring it to his attention that your serious and you can work it from there.
