Anyone aware of any vendors that artifically inflate their feedback score?

EDIT: I should've rephrased the question to ask if anyone is or has ever been aware of a specific (unnamed, that's policy, right?) vendor doing this. and if anyone has any good stories.

There is one vendor (a 'trusted vendor') on Oasis that I was curious about. They had a significantly higher score than anyone else. So I tvake a look at their reviews and notice a trend/

They put items up for sale at virtually no cost and, using fake vendor accounts, give themselves positive feedback. Much of the feedback is so similar it's funny. They then turn around and make the listings a believable price.

This person has a score on grams of over 1000.

called padding. its been bein handled left n right on cm. i was just about to start a oasis vend but due to my feedback score i need 48 more. now i gotta pay 50. better just to do it the right way . give 50 people their stuff , and hope noone tries to pull a fast one on for free stuff. i just realized its a sketchy game in all directions lookin at it that way.

Mahakala maybe a little bit, a lot of his reviews are pretty much the same, but that's just my view

I've noticed the best scammers put there account profile on private and build 200-400+ positive reviews, so no one can see their account while they build their 'reputation.'

then, those who don't check the market often enough, don't realise that one day, this vendor magically popped out of no where with 400+ 5 stars. Then, they scam the next 20-40 orders saying they don't ship express because that's there 'OPSEC' precautions. It's obviously FE only.
