I've been waiting a day and half on one (no change to miners fees), and made another deposit WITH a change to minors fees and still nothing is going through. 1 day and 14 hours and 1 day and 1 hour (with changed fees).

Gonna be waiting a while. I deposited a good amount about 14 hours ago and I'm still waiting.

You can try https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

If this does not work there are two things you can do to make it confirm faster

  1. Use a wallet that has Replace-By-Fee. New versions of Electrum (Included in Tails 2.10 or newer) has this, you have to activate it in preferences. This only works for transactions created after activating and using this feature. If you did then you can right click the transaction in History and click on "Increase fee".

  2. If you did not spend the full amount of your wallets bitcoins then you will have a change output in your transaction. You could spend this in a new transaction to yourself, this new transaction should pay a higher fee to compensate for the missing fee on the first transaction (parent) + pay enough to cover this new transactions fees. This is called CPFP, Child Pays For Parent.

thats nothing to do with blockchain, that's because the bitcoin networks been slow as fuk lately. You likely need to increase your transaction fees and itll work a lot better.

use .45 cents or higher fee and it will go quick
