ShroomTycoon order giving me the run around BEWARE!

I placed an order for 2oz of shrooms from ShroomTycoon on May 10th. I sent him a message on AB on the 11th asking when I can expect, he replies the following day and says "It should be there by the end of the week :) If it isn't there, let us know!" Now I'm thinking why wouldn't it come right? Anyways fast forward to 14th I got no pack which should have came on the 13th or 14th. So I sent ST a message on AB telling him I didn't get the pack and if he can check the tracking. He replies by saying it should be there already and he'll update me later. Um, why not just update me now since you're replying to my message. I didn't get an update, I contacted him the next day asking for an update and he says it should be there Mon or Tues. and asks me what did I order again. So i tell him and he tells me i should give it a few more days. I tell him I'll wait until Thursday and let you know. Well guess what? Thursday comes and no pack. He claims that if it doesn't come by Thursday that he'll reship with faster shipping. I keep getting this stupid run around, its been since May 10th I placed my order and FE'd. Heres the last message he sent: "It seems that you were not the only one that did not receive the pack from last week. Once escrow drops, which should be by the end of the week, we plan on reshipping all packages at 0 cost. You will get a personal confirmation and your tracking number so you can keep track of it. Expect to hear back in a day or two. We apologize for this major inconvenience." So now he's making me wait even longer for something that isn't my fault. Beware of placing orders with ShroomTycoon.

Umm, not sure who you are since your username does not match any orders. We like to be upfront with all of our customers and do a very good job of doing so. Any packs that do not land we offer a refund or a reship. If we could come down and hand deliver your packs we would, but unfortunately it doesn't really work like that. It is out of our control once we send it off. Good reviews are still coming in and people are getting their packages. For anything that doesn't land within the given time range, we are diligent about reaching out to the customer. If you message us back on AB and simply answer the question of reship or refund we can further assist you, but I guarantee you coming on here and freaking out is not going to get your pack to you any sooner.

Ok I have ordered from ST recently. I have been lurking on this sub and others for sometime but I never wanted to make an account and "interact" with the community, I'm not very tech savy and am still learning about Opsec. I messaged ST before I ordered and basically told him I was a noob at this, and my biggest concern was dealing with untrustworthy vendors and getting scammed. He messaged me back several times and helped me through the entire process. With that being said there were delays, but he always communicated what was going on, people were not releasing coins from the market so he couldn't re-up. But my pack arrived with great stealth and the product was fantastic. We have been in contact since then, and he asked me if I wouldn't mind doing a review on reddit of the whole transaction. I told him I would and I know this isn't the correct format for a review, but I wanted to actually stick up for and show my thanks to ST for being an awesome vendor, and providing excellent customer service! Vendors are people too and any number of things can happen that may affect how fast your package gets to you. If you got scammed, I was wrong and I'll eat my words, but give the guy a chance to make it right before you put him on blast. Anyways I can only truly speak from my interactions with ST, but I fucks with you man! I hope you see this and it can count as the review I said I would leave. Stay safe everyone and thank you to all the Domestic vendors who provide top notch products and don't dick over their customers.

11 days and you are already freaking out over not getting your pack while vendor stays in contact with you. maybe their shit got profiled and they are waiting it out? maybe there is just some delay in USPS or with their own shipping process and they dont want to send doubles out when they know your pack will probably arrive? jeez some of you dudes are spoiled as hell. i wait for packs like crazy sometimes and i dont come on here shit talking the vendor. when your pack finally comes you will probably leave a 10/10 positive review. when in reality you should be leaving a negative or neutral.
