So I received my vape oil cartridge from Humboldt Farm the other day. When I received it, the bag it was stored in was a bit oily. I assumed it was normal from the transport. I took about two hits and called it a day. I stored it laying on its side and unscrewed from the battery. The next morning, the oil leaked out of the cartridge with about 10% left. I feel ripped off but I feel it's partially my fault for not knowing how to properly store it( if there is one). I've tried contacting the seller and I haven't gotten a response. It's been 4 days without any response even though I see him active. Is it my fault or his or both?
I would keep trying to contact them until they respond. There should be a certain trust between vendors and customers. The customers put all of their trust into the vendors when sending them their coin. I've never had personal experience with cartridges but I don't see this complaint too often, which means it's a possible defective item. Is there any other feedback on this vendors page about this problem? If so, I would demand a reship or refund. Good luck, I hope you get this figured out!
