Why is there no peer-to-peer marketplace for drugs?

Things like Openbazaar exist already, so why are there no such things for drugs? I don't see why this wouldn't be possible. It would decentralize the market, making it impossable to shut down and it would be still safe becuase you could just use a VPN and even route everything through the TOR-Network, right?

Sourcery market is a good option actually. They allow for "contracts"...basically DD with no coin stored on their market.
