First of all I don't get the point of all this drama with the subpoenaed, we know for a fact that this is not the first time LE is requesting this sort of information from multiple pages/boards/forums/etc, and it's obvious that any darknet activities must always be made having the very basic security precautions in mind. The main point with this one is to find any sort of path or fuck up that may lead to any of this guy's irl, as most of them are related to Evolution in a direct way (Other than the guys full of shit speculation, and I have my doubts about gwern, he was not one of the most liked guys by the Evolution administrators, I guess his activity here made him a target as well, sucks for him).
What happens is that none of them had a real insight about Evolution or had any sort of information about the market or it's owners, in the best case they had their jabber address and access to the moderator portal, no more, and that didn't give them any hint regarding the market's set up, security, location, servers, nothing due to the wise way it was set up.
So in the worst case scenario, we will see a guy in Australia being arrested, and another in the US, but no Kimble or Verto, I would search through other means.
Possible scenario A: Some of these subpoenas have merit. 1 or more of these individuals have real info.
Possible scenario B: None of these individuals have any incriminating evidence and all of their posts are FUD.
In scenario A, the chance is likely they took the time to encrypt any relevant info, and took proper opsec precautions. Nearly nothing to be found.
Scenario B, they're just a bunch of trolls who wanted their 5 minutes of fame. Little to no illegal activities.
Either way, regardless of who some of these people are, there isn't likely much LE will find. But they'd be stupid not to subpoena it.
Tl;dr, nothing will likely come of this. In both cases there could be potential criminal activity, but that will likely result in fairly light legal action either way.
