Hello guys, i'm having trouble with a customer. I shipped him stuff (tracked shipping) the tracking shows that they tried to deliver the package but couldn't because no recipient was available so they left a notice to pick it up at the post office. The problem is the customer hasn't come to get it for 4 days now and my listings are escrow. What should i do?

Since it was delivered, he should release the funds. Assuming you've already told him to pick up his package, if he continues to not respond to messages as well as not pick up his package, your only solution is to open up a dispute which you should have no issue winning as your package has been confirmed as delivered.
I would consider giving him a few more days, and give him fair warning of what you plan on doing, and then do such but if you really feel like he's just gone for good I would consider opening it now.
