Define personal amounts?

So I've only ever ordered mdma and lsd from dnm and in the amounts of an eightball and 10 tabs respectively

how much would you describe of a specific substances is an "intent to sell" amount, for lack of better term.

I ask as I have lost my good coke connection and am thinking of ordering a large order of fishscale domestic (US here), to sit on for weekends.

thoughts, ideas, experience anything welcome =]

In Australia, personal amounts isn't so much defined by an amount, however, if it is under a certain amount - you won't be charged with intent to supply. Even if you had a sizeable amount, they would still have to prove that you did have the intent to supply (which is made easier for them by having such a large amount), but the biggest difference with the amounts is that if you have over a certain amount, you end up in the supreme court, instead of a magistrates court.

The Magistrates court is filled with old angry judges, the Supreme court is filled with older and angrier judges, and will cost you a significant amount more to defend your charges, to the point where most people will accept a charge, no conviction and a substantial fine and/or community service simply because it is the cheaper option for them than to defend the charge.

It's a fucked legal system that encourages people to plead guilty to reduce costs, hey.

It will depend on the jurisdiction, the drug, and other factors.

There is no universal definition of "personal use" versus "bulk". You could order a 10-year-supply of cocaine legitimately for yourself to use over the next decade, but if caught, you'd definitely get the "intent to distribute" charge. Even if you're a total recluse who literally knows no one.

The arbitrary nature and uncertainty of all this speaks to why drug laws are moronic and should be abolished.

This all completely depends where you live. Look up your local jurisdiction and what they determine as a felonious amount. I know for instance that where I live, anything over an ounce of weed is a felony, and MDMA is 3 grams. Also possession of a scale can amount to an intent charge even though you don't posses the required amount of drugs. Obviously, this is all determine by a judge. Another thing, cops are shady fucks and will weigh the drugs in the bag and tack it on the the total amount. Edibles are weighed in their ENTIRETY! One time a dumbass cop tried telling me I was a just a hair shy of a felony even though I only had 300mgs of MDMA.

MDMA - couple doses, personal. Grams of it? Not personal any more. That's how i would figure law enforcement looks at it, especially because they want to tack on as many charges as possible.
