They seem like the only three markets that have stood strong during this debacle we call the Darknet.
I personally use BSM and Agora, so I would like to know how safe they really are compared to the shit thats been put up.
Has no one tried to hack BSM, Agora, or Pandora?

You can't infer very much from silence. Sheep was up for half a year before it was hacked. SR1 had been hacked but the hacker had been paid off and no one knew about it. BMR had been up for almost 3 years before it too was hacked. More recently, sites have ran for weeks before a random person took a look at them and discovered they had beginner-level SQLis etc.
'With enough eyes, all bugs are shallow' but it looks like there's not actually very many eyes by competent hackers.

LE, hackers, and the just plain curious, are constantly attempting to hack every marketplace.

Pandora and Agora are the only markets with substantial traffic though. They are taking the bulk of vendors and customers that are fleeing the burning ship of Silk Road 2.
TMP, BSM, AGORA, PANDORA, all have managed to keep their shit together, on the other hands SR2 and ...... oh wait the rest of them have been hacked or shut down and SR2 is a community theatre company run by a cross-desser. BUT IT HAS THE GREEN CAMEL I TRUST IT
