[SR2] How long does it take support to respond to a escrow refund request?

First time having to message support.

How long should it take to get a response?

I just got my BTC back- order sat in escrow for about 15-16 days before the dispute button finally appeared. Hit button, messaged support, did it again after 2 days of no response. Today my BTC magically appeared back in my wallet, the "shipped" order that was never shipped showed canceled, no comment from support just a quiet refund. Total time from initial message to support was about 4 days, maybe 5.

I understand there are people who have been waiting a lot longer though, and there is planned downtime to upgrade the support system tomorrow to get rid of the backlog of tickets.

That's cuz it was cancelled. SR2 Support is back logged but they "say" they are answering them so it will take a minute
