I've had a couple of really shitty experiences turn into really positive ones recently on the markets and I just wanted to share what happened with the community.
First up, I ordered from Marty McHigh in the middle of January. The pack never showed up and for a while there it looked like Marty was selectively scamming. He was under investigation on Nucleus and a few users on here were also missing packs. Anyway, I wait my five weeks and ask for the 50% refund. At this stage I was expecting Marty to disappear into the aether but no, as soon as the investigation was lifted on Nuc he refunded my coin. Then what arrives yesterday? That's right, Marty's pack. 43 days to the UK from BC, but that ain't Marty's fault.
When Marty's weed was missing in transit I shifted my business to FeelGood, also on Nucleus. The first pack I got was great quality but the second pack (of his cheese) was really poor, more like shake than anything else, and it smelled of cut grass which is never a good sign. I messaged him and within, like, 15 minutes he replied apologising and offering a free reship of a different strain. Some people my say he shouldn't have sent to shit weed to start off with, but he needs to make his money and it is up to the customer to complain if something isn't right.
So there you go, two stand up vendors making things right for their customers when things go wrong. Fair play to both of them.
From your description, I wouldn't exactly call FeelGood "honest" and "stand up" if he purposely shipped you trash and only rectified after you brought it up. It's cool he came through in the end, but this post reads more like a vendor warning with thinly sprinkled praise for their 2nd attempt at getting your product right
