Electrum to DHL Bitcoins lost

So a few days ago I sent .25 bitcoins (about $450 right now) to DHL. I logged into my DHL account that I've had for a couple years and have had no problems with so far. I copied my deposit address directly from there into electrum and sent the coins. Due to the crazy shit going on with bitcoin it took a long time for it to go through.

I come home today and open electrum to see that the coins had gone through, so I log back onto DHL and see there are no coins there. The deposit address on my account is also different than the address the coins were sent to. There is no record of them landing in my account.

I've looked at the blockchain but I'm really just not experienced with it enough to know what the fuck I'm looking at.

So what the hell happened?

Edit: Support fixed it very quickly, no worries.

I wanna say this has happened to me on their site before so just wait for them to respond to your support ticket and try not to freak out about it too much until you get a response from them. I know thats a decent chunk of change hopefully it's there.
