So there might have been two small orders open(relatively small amounts).
Now I got a letter from my local police station summoning me as a guilty person.
Reason: Violating drug laws
What do I have to expect?
Invited to police station?

Nothing more really to add just to echo what the others said - lawyer is a MUST and do NOT call, talk, look etc.at the police. And RESEARCH. Research your attorney too. Info is power - don't just rely on your attorney for all the answers - seek them for yourself also. LE's inquiry may seem relatively small or not a big deal & LE may seem nice & act like it's not a big deal but that can change quickly especially if you talk. I'm also not in a European German speaking country but advise on this type of stuff is pretty universal on a broad level at least. Good luck!! Let us know how it turns out too!

Take a load of drugs and pretend its not happening.
They do this in the UK. When you get there, you are arrested, asked if you want a solicitor, fingerprinted, photographed, and put in a holding cell with a blue plastic mattress for an hour or two.
Then somebody comes to get you, you put your shoes back on (which are left outside the door), then you get 10 minutes in a private room with your solicitor who reads the charge sheet with you and tells you not to comment.
Next, you are interviewed on video, then sent back to the cells. After about another hour, a policeman comes in and asks if you accept being "bound over to keep the peace" ie a slap on the wrist, but it is written to your criminal record.
They are trying to scare you straight, old-fashioned style.
When this happened to me, it was something I actually wasn't guilty of, so I said "No, I don't agree to that". This seemed to really puzzle the policeman, like it had never happenned before.
He came back an hour later saying I wasn't going to be prosecuted, and was free to go.

If it is Germany (sauce: am German), you do not have to go to the police station and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER TO GO THERE. But if you get a letter from the public attorney office ("Staatsanwaltschaft"), you have to go there. If that happens get a lawyer. DO NOT order again to the same adress and CLEAN your house.

I'm JOKING. It's just my way. Good for morale.
They do this in the UK, if they don't have enough evidence to get a search warrant, or its not even serious enough to send a policeman to your house. "Get the bus here. We would send a policeman but....meh"

So, in your german-speaking european country (so nearly all european countries, had Churchill not stood alone, then convinced the US to come in and knock some heads together), expect to arrive at the police station and it be informal and friendly, then suddenly serious and scary. But it isn't really serious. Be prepared to spend the whole day there, nd listen to the free legal advice we europeans get.
Don't waste your money on a lawyer that will cost more than the fine that you won't get.

nothing. because you don't go.
seriously. That's like accepting an invite for your kid to go to a slumber party at Gary glitters house.
clean house and burn the letter. what letter? am I under arrest? so I'm free to go then?

First of all you need to make sure your computer is clean hopefully you have good opsec and use tails. Then clean your house I don't know what country your in but in America they may be talking to you to get probable cause to search your house. I doubt any police would charge you than still give you your drugs for no reason. Lastly like everyone said you need a lawyer. I don't care if you have to sell half your shit this is going to be what makes a difference. if you have a clean house, clean laptop and have a lawyer that doesn't let you open your mouth than their case will be very weak against you

Do not go. There's a damn good chance you won't come back very quickly. Call your lawyer immediately and talk it all over with him/her before you do anything.

Prison rape
Contact a lawyer before you ever walk through their door. Depends on your country and the substance. If you got mad money jump a border.
