Lost $40 on AB and hasn't contacted me in a month.

Ok about a month ago I put 40 monero into my AB account in went smooth, well when I was trying to purchase something it wouldn't let me buy so I was stumped. I ended up withdrawing my monero from my AB account to the same ID. Now I thought that it would just resend it to my account again but it didn't. I waited a couple of days and nothing. So I decided to contact support, the first person was very nice he said that they would have to send it to the higher up staff members and told me to wait about a week for a response. A week goes by nothing happened, waited another week before I made another support ticket, person told me the same thing wait until a staff member sends you a message. We'll it has been about 2 months now and nothing has happened, i'm really dissapointed, not that I lost $40 its that the support hasn't really helped me out at all.

Now has anyone else had this problem before? Has anyone else tried to withdraw moreno to the same id?

Btw this is my first time using AB, if you have any tips or anything that could help me in the future please say.

Haven't had this problem, but I would recommend posting to the AB forums to try to get some help as well as sending a direct PM to the admin, trappy, bigmuscle, or someone who is capable of helping you out in a more detailed manner.
