Carmen SanDiego level OpSec??

So I'm running a windows machine with a paid for by BTC VPN, then I have whonix running in Oracle VM with a VPN after my Tor connection for safe browsing.

Note that I can't access onions at the end of it all, only with the last VPN turned off.

But say I was doing illegal things on the clearnet, at the end of the VPN > Whonix > Tor > VPN, is there much of a chance of being able to be 'tracked'?

If you're still using Windows, yes.

Microsoft provides advance warning to the NSA of vulnerabilities it knows about, before fixes or information about these vulnerabilities is available to the public; this enables TAO to execute so-called zero-day attacks. A Microsoft official who declined to be identified in the press confirmed that this is indeed the case, but said that Microsoft can't be held responsible for how the NSA uses this advance information. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tailored_Access_Operations#Known_targets_and_collaborations

tl;dr -- if LE wants you, they'll get you

The tor project doesn't recommend using whonix and tor I just don't care enough to find a source look it up. Just use tails and a VPN and that will be 1000 tines better for darknet activity
