I recently bought twenty 125 µg hits of LSD for $80 (+$8.00 for shipping) from AlbertHoffman1943 as a part of their Christmas sale.
I accidentally forgot to include my name in the address. When triple checking my address for proper formatting, it was easy to be blind to the forest through the trees. That is, it's easy to get focused on the little details and not notice that an entire line (which isn't technically a part of the address) is missing. My mistake. I fucked up. They noticed the error but shipped it immediately anyway. I understand that they state on their profile that they won't take the time to correct mistakes. But it's a terrible policy. Mistakes are just that--mistakes. Shit happens. It would have taken such little effort to hold off on shipping the package and ask for my name first. It's not like I told them my name was "Current Resident" or something stupid like that.
I contacted them to let them know that I disapprove of the policy, and I just got vitriol back. They scolded me, insulted me, and even threatened to put me on the market's buyer blacklist or whatever it's called to contact the admins. I thought that that was rather excessive.
They even unnecessarily put me at risk by not using PGP. I used PGP in all correspondence in regard to the order, and I included my public key in all but one message. Their profile said that they would use the sender's public key to encrypt messages, but they didn't. Instead they revealed personal information about me via cleartext. Not cool at all.
I even notified them beforehand of a serious pricing error on one of their listings instead of trying to exploit the mistake. I kinda expected the same respect in return.
The package did end up arriving in a timely manner and the product was excellent (despite the artwork being super lame), but I cannot look past their unprofessionalism. The stealth wasn't even good. I definitely would not recommend opening it in front of anybody who should not see what's in it. I made a mistake and was willing to take full responsibility for it and just wanted to suggest that they consider the policies. They are the only LSD vendor that I have ever done business with that has been less than reasonable and polite. While you can certainly get what you want from them, I highly discourage doing business with them if you can.

Is this correct? 30 125µg hits for $90? I ask because it conflicts with the title which suggests that it was supposed to cost $120. I just wanted clarification before FEing. Thanks!

you're right - thx for pointing that out

you gave no name with your address - the item has shipped - if it does not arrive, there will be no refund or reship
Me (encrypted, paraphrasing):
I am not happy at all that you shipped without asking for clarification.

Look friend, we take great pains in writing our listings so that customers know exactly what they are getting into BEFORE they make their purchase.
We also emphasize very specific information to avoid exactly this kind of problem.
Clearly you did not read the listing all the way even though in the first few lines, it says TO READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM.
Had you done so, you would have read the following:
"Take great care with your shipping info because if you do it wrong, we will not be able to fix it for you. After you submit your order, you have maybe 3 hours to get back in touch with us to fix it before it gets processed.
We are hella busy so we do not have the time to inform you of a "mistake" you made if we are lucky enough to spot it so TAKE GREAT CARE WITH YOUR ADDRESS before submitting it!! "
We couldn't have been more clear so sadly, this is 100% on you.
That is how we run our business and we are VERY up-front about it in the listings and our profile.
We appreciate the heads up you gave us on the mistake in the other listing but our order processors had/have no idea that you did that. They just process - nothing more.
We still believe your package will arrive.
But we ask that you don't leave us bad feedback for mistakes that you made, that we tried to avoid with the warnings we included in the listing.
That would be unfair to us and totally uncool.
Over the next couple of weeks, we encourage you to open all mail, including junk. One of them will have your goodies.
And remember that we did the best we could with the info we had.

You are assuming that I didn't read the entire listing. I can assure you that I did. Mistakes just happen. Maybe had you have actually taken the great pains that you claim to have taken in creating your listings, *you* wouldn't have made a mistake in the pricing. The point is that [sic]
However, it is very clear that your order processors recognized that there was a mistake, and it would have been a trivial task to clear it up. I implore you to reconsider the policy to proceed with shipping despite an obvious error. I don't expect your processors to be vigilant about catching every possible mistake, but if it's something as obvious as a missing name, any reasonable person would expect that to be mentioned prior to shipping. Your remark about being too "hella busy" to notify your customers of mistakes is nonsensical in regard to obvious mistakes. It would have taken next to no extra processing time to notify me of the mistake and wait for the correction, especially considering that the processor already took the time to notify me of the mistake. Waiting for the correction would be similar to just waiting for an order--no effort. It's a silly policy. Any other company, regardless of how busy or not busy they are, would clear this up in the interest of repeat business. It is in the interest of both parties that the order goes smoothly.
Additionally, blaming your customers is not good for business ("this is 100% on you"). There's a reason "The customer is always right," is a common policy. Obviously, I don't expect that you have such a policy, but you have to understand that good businesses treat their customers with respect. Saying that an error is the customer's fault, whether it is true or not, is just unnecessarily rude.
Perhaps you think your business is running fine. Fine. But if that's the case, I can't say that I'm particularly motivated to order from you again. The whole point of this message is that had you have cleared the obvious issue up with me, you'd likely get repeat business from me. But because of your policies, you have lost a future customer.
I'm not saying any of this to be rude or to try to cheat you out of some extra product (like I'm sure some people do). I am just giving you some honest feedback. And I am doing so in a private manner, mind you. I think you'd agree that you appreciate me expressing my opinions privately rather than through the public feedback system.

you have some weird idea that you're dealing with amazon or ebay and that their business practices are ours.
they're not nor will they ever be - and if you can't figure out why that is, there is no point continuing this discussion.
in fact, there is no point continuing...
you live in the unreal world kid - and yes, we know you are a college kid who is living off his parents who hasn't a clue about the real world
please....take your naive arrogance and weak quotes from your business 101 class and shop elsewhere
you came to us not the other way around
and just a head's up - if you leave us bad feedback for this fuckup, which is entirely your fault, you will end up on the vendor blacklist and be reported to the admins, who take this sort of thing very seriously. if you leave us no feedback, that will be fine - we will do the same = but under no circumstances should you ever shop with us again

Please do not contact me again via unencrypted messages. You require PGP. You have the tools at your disposal. I have given you my public address four times now. Use it or do not contact me again.

They made several assumptions about me--one of which is true--which I don't particularly appreciate being sent in plaintext.
What kind of personal info could he reveal if you didn't even leave your name? I doubt he responded with your address clear text, and a random bs communication doesn't need to be PGP encrypted.
