Canceling an order on dreammarket

First post and need advice please. On Sunday afternoon I placed an order with a vendor that has great feedback. The product was FE only and so I went through the process of doing the FE and everything went fine. It's Tuesday today and I have messaged the vendor twice now with no response. The btc is 'in escrow' as he has not fulfilled the order or accepted it on his end. If I hit 'cancel order' will it release the funds back to my account or will I have to do that and file a dispute? If so how do I file a dispute?

I will only now deal with one vendor who is awesome. Whatever was going on on his end(new vendor) is understandable but so needed the product asap due to w/d

I appreciate the correct response and sorry for all the posts but I am curious. Can we get some feedback on shipping times? I always use 2 day priority and it has always come in in 2 days. I think this is mainly due to his promptness(ships same day if order is placed before cut off point of the vendor I use regularly). Just curious for those that receive from a separate coast if the order is sent out the next day with priority does it usually take 4 business days to reach you? Also tracking from the vendor is guarded and mainly not given out. Except for orders that include tracking for priority do you have a successful time obtaining the shipping tracking number. I live with others and have to beat them to the mailbox. What about requesting an expected delivery time based on the tracking USPS provides without the vendor giving you the tracking.
