No because the names on my passports are totally different than the ones on my incoming packs. I can't say for sure if you're rolling it all combo-pack style tho.

I feel like I keep getting "randomly" selected by tsa but i dont travel with anythign illegal so ti doesnt bother me.

youre more likely to get hassled leaving the US than returning. while i've never been charged, i have been arrested for misdeamnor (again, all charges were eventually dropped), but border patrol does question me when entering their country. canada pulls me aside every fucking time.
edit to add that i've gotten love letters at former addresses over the years.

Is that a LE question for american citizens only?

I got 3-4 (US Customs) love letters in the late 90's and was hassled going into Canada in 2002. Ten years later I traveled all over southeast asia and to japan with no issue.
Love letters for years before DNMs.
Never hassled once.
Edit: I also have a friend (former vendor) that got popped during a CD towards the end of SR1 (it was from SuperTrips, but was not a technical DNM bust). His name and address were on all packs.
He hasn't had a problem going in and out of the US for pleasure after the fact. They are more concerned with terrorism, bombs and things of that ilk.
