Australia: House got raided, they intercepted my package, raided my house and took my computer. What next?

So I ordered a package drugs domestic AUS as well as another order from another vendor. My first order got intercepted and the police woke me up burst in with a warrant searched my place and all they got was my computer.. they're not going to be able to find anything on my comp... all my keys are encrypted and I don't have any bookmarks saved on tor and it's not like they'll be able to get into my DNM account and read anything so idk what they can do.

Weird thing is the other thing I ordered arrived two days later... Wtf? Wouldn't you think my address is flagged now? Why did the second pack come... Is it safe to continue ordering? Maybe they found what they were looking for and they're doing an operation to catch my supplier?

Can anyone give me advice on this situation? Should I set up a PO box in my name? You can't set up a fake one right like they require ID? Is my name potentially flagged as well as my address?

Any thoughts welcome

Tell your lawyer that /u/spez edited your reddit comments if there's anything incriminating.

If you were just raided... ordering more should be the last thing on your list...

5/5 FE will update on arrival

Bruh you should lay low until this blows over... especially with LE potentially working on a case against you.

How big was the pack?

Ir's further proof that addresses don't get blacklisted which i always suspected

If you have whole disc encryption you have nothing to worry about!!!!!!!

Did you encrypt your computer with LUKS/Veracrypt? You said "I don't have any bookmarks saved on tor and it's not like they'll be able to get into my DNM account and read anything so idk what they can do." I assume you meant Tails OS? If it's encrypted via persistence (or not) you should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it, as long your password is good. I wouldn't use persistence, but hey, that's me.

I think your vendor's package got flagged by LE? Or maybe the stealth was really bad? We don't have enough info.

The EXACT same thing just happened to me. Woke me up with a warrant, searched and luckily I had nothing so they took my laptop and said they'll be looking at it for a week or even more. Wtf though....they told me they had seized two 3.5g parcels from early November. ..so why wait until now? They were also naming other dates that mail came through so if they knew about all those why let them come? And the very next day 2 packages that I had ordered before this happened arrived just fine. I'm so confused. Anybody know what the hell is going on? Is my address or name flagged? Did they know all the other packages were bad but just didn't give a fuck? The only ones they kept were the two 3.5g ones but they named off a lot of orders (all small and all personal) that all came to me fine. Maybe they were just naming dates that mail came and guessing what those were? Anyway any advice would be much appreciated . I'm also in aus, always order domestic and always only for personal use. They left telling me nothing but maybe you'll have court and a fine we don't know yet.

That's so odd. Maybe stigma is so severe over there that you go to jail simply by having a package get to your home. Here in the US the smartest (and nasty thing) they could do if they were smart would take the house under civil forfeiture.

The concept behind it is they take the whole house as the defendant in a prosecution. Yes, here in the US you have the logic boggling notion in law now - that you can sue non living things. There are no anti-abuse measures against this practice, police can take anything from anyone and hold it for nearly any period of time due to bureaucratic stalling, it's how some peoples money has been taken and repurposed for out of institution spending (yes money can be taken and lost with nothing to show for it). Seems Australia's incompetent at best and stupid at worst with respect to law enforcement.

They do all that but forget to seize all future shipments? What kind of stupidity is that? I don't know the law over there and whether witch hunts still exist, but judging by what you claim your situation to be, they're just wasting their time as morons, and yours for when you'll have to get a lawyer to clean up your mess. Aside from that it seems you're okay?
