Are those little single pill presses regulated by the DEA?

I know obviously the DEA is informed if you try to buy an actual full scale pill press, but what about those little ones you hit with a hammer that takes like a minute to produce each pill? Are those regulated?

Also this question is going to be retarded but if those are regulated, are all punch die sets regulated? If not couldn't anyone just buy a punch die set that is used for manufacturing other stuff and manufacture pills with it one at a time?

Order a rotary or a TPD-6 from china in 12 or so pieces

Pill presses were made to be used or else the fda wouldn't allow their production or use in the US but it's not illegal to own. Just most sellers are either law abiding sellers from domestic US or Chinese that don't give a fuck

Those hammer and die sets don't work. Believe me, I tried.
