2nd ever BTC transaction, and ripped off by Abraxas?

The potential of BTC in general, and DNM's is really interesting to me. But in reality, the security and infrastructure is shit.

I just went about my 2nd ever BTC transaction, and the deposit isn't showing. It's confirmed in block, etc.

Hopefully there is just some "issue" that gets resolved and doesn't cause anyone to lose any BTC, but this is bullshit.

Just read the reddit, something is going on

Deposit issues reported for past few days.. A lot of deposits completely missing over the past 24 hours. A slew of reports on reddit an their forums. No word whatsoever from Support. Pretty shitty if you ask me.

Re: "/rant"

I suspect a typical glitch that all markets seem to have. Have you contacted Abraxas support?

At this point most markets can exit scam, but that doesn't seem likely. They can make more profit by hanging in there.

I just started doing transactions on Abraxas, and I have had the worst time.

One Vendor shipped, and I didnt get it One Vendor shipped, and I didnt get it One Vendor didnt ship and said he did, money stuck in escrow, now he is suspended. I had 1 transaction that was successful.

Like Damn

I've noticed that they don't exactly have up to the second blockchain notifications, sometimes it wont say 6/6 and confirm it untill 8 or 9...But i've never had any issues.

Note though, I haven't deposited to Abraxas in about 2 weeks.

[1 Points] thedarkknet:

Everyone else that reported issues did so around 36-24 hours ago, you posted this 8 hours ago, are you late to the party and depositted in that window?

On a side note there's gonna be a hell of a lot of phishing victims expecting refunds

I feel for you OP. I'm in the same boat and yes, this is utter bullshit. They had either better fix this, go ahead and exit scam (even if it is piss poor timing for them), or say goodbye to becoming the next Agora, which I believe was the direction they were headed. I can say, if I don't get my coin back, I will never use Abraxas again. Some sort of official statement by the Abraxas honchos would go a long way in assuaging the fears of those who were apparently ripped off. I suggest we flood the Abraxas support with demands that this issue be addressed.

I made 2 deposits, went in ~40-45 mins later. No problems.

Exit scam. Agora also runs Abraxas so this is their way of exit scamming without having to damage the brand name/legacy of Agora.
