If a pack is intercepted is it possible for LE to see all previous orders to that address?

It's actually possible if they have the same return address as the one that was caught, but only for that return address.
[1 Points] darknetpotter:
No. How would they?
[1 Points] willycloaks:
The only way I can possibly see that happening is if the vendor is compromised and LE controls the account. Especially if the vendor didn't wipe the previous orders, they can go into the vendor's account and if they have his PGP password they can decrypt previous buyer's addresses.

This has always concerned me as well. I think that is another reason first class is a little more stealthy compared to priority/express cause its not getting scanned into computer systems. I would imagine if your package containing a half pound of dank from california got intercepted and attempt Controlled delivery and you denied it to all hell they could look up the past 6 months (just because usps lets YOU see only the last 30 days doesnt mean they dont have 6 months-1 year on record) of consistent packages coming from california 2-3 times a month. Then its just plain obvious you WERE expecting that package....

Yes they could subpoena the postal company thingie and get the records, if they exist, and they probably do exist. But I don't think LE usually does this.
[1 Points] noseybast:
National postal companies (royal mail, canadapost, postNL) certainly wouldn't have that info, the rest its possible, though if they found out you'd had 10 parcels from Spain in three weeks what exactly would they use that info for, if they're looking at you like that they already know what you're upto or have one of your packages already

I'm sure they can do this, but how can they prove anything you received in those other packs were illegal without having said packs in their possession?
[1 Points] smokeeverydd:
i think it's depends. tracked or not tracked...
[0 Points] lovethedope:
Nope!
Think about it.....HOW would they? Even if they had a database of all the packages you received and all the mail youve received to that address, what good does that do them? It makes no difference.
