So say I wanted to print a label off of usps or endicia, etc.
If I were to do so on a vpn and then over tor could it be tracked back to me since you essentially have to download the label? I'm sure I'd have to enable JS to do so.
We're not talking payment here but would this be a safe thing to do from your home? We know JS can be used maliciously but I highly doubt the USPS site is actively infecting users.
In other words would this work and why or why not?

ask in /r/privacy hopefully someone there will know how to find out what tracking goes on when buying and printing postage, but I suspect it is pretty thorough with IP and MAC addresses.
