Flubromazolam vs Flubromazepam

What's the main differences, effects, durations? Which benzo is best for what? Which do you prefer? And what are the dose conversions

Flubromazolam contains an additional substitution to the diazepam ring bearing the same triazole compound as Valium or Xanax make up. Benzodiazepines bearing a triazole are higher potency compounds. The azolam is stronger with a longer half life than azepam. The azolam is nicer imo.

Lam has a longer half life , iirc. This q is for /r/researchchemicals

Be so careful with either of these- especially if it is in powder form and you're dosing yourself. I accidentally lost 5 days on Lam because I thought I was dosing 1mg from my etizolam jar to fight off a stim comedown. Pissed everyone off and was totally belligerent. However, .25mg of Lam is extremely relaxing and much more hypnotic than etizolam. Can't speak on flubromazepam though. If you're going for a "legal benzo", etiz is probably your best bet.

Potency and duration.

Fpam- a few mg, a few days

Flam- half a mg, ~12 hours

I have some experience with Flubromazepam. I believe the half life is around 96 hours and the recommended dosage is between 4-8mg. I would only recommend this compound for someone tapering off of other benzos. Even if you dose every 4 days, the chemical is still building in your body. I generally have to take Etizolam to fall asleep. I was able to take a single 4mg dose of Flubromazepam and fall asleep easily for 5 straight days with no Etizolam.
