Just sent some quantity in the mail, and when I track package it says this.... The package in domestic with usps... Anyone ever see this??

"Your item cleared United States Customs"

I'm freaking out a bit. Please tell me some of you have seen this.

Only thing that really weirds me out is the customs thing...

Is that your country's tracking servce you're using? If so, go directly to USPS's tracking system, enter your tracking number there instead, and read through the status reports.

If cleared, it will usually say something like the following:

Origin country preparing shipment

Arrived at sort facility, ISC New York

Processed through sort facility, ISC New York

Depart sort facility

It sounds to me like the most likely scenario is that your vendor simply lied about it being domestic.

5 Lbs at a time though? In one package? Fuck thats so reckless.

I think the main thing to remember is that any law enforcement planning on performing a controlled delivery arent going to tip you off to it on the tracking for the package. Their number 1 priority prior to the delivery is going to be to make sure that the tracking information doesnt tip off the buyer in any way.
