Ready to Vend, One Major Obstacle

So I have been contemplating vending for about a year now and am finally ready. The problem is I only completely trust one other person enough to run my operation with. I currently move product on the street, but it is obviously much different than DNM. The guys I work with now would have absolutely no fucking clue what to do in order to maintain proper OPSEC and even if they did, somebody would fuck up quickly.

My homie I've known all my life is the only person I could trust with a darknet operation. IMO there's no way just two of us could maintain the vendor page, properly package the product, and mail at different PO's while making enough profit for it to be worthwhile.

To those of you out there vending or former vendors, how many people did you need for your operation? Did you just train people who had no idea what the darknet was?

TL;DR: I am planning on vending oxy, hydro, valium, adderall, and maybe coke.

Not a vendor but why don't you just start vending by yourself on a small enough scale that you can maintain the operation without getting overwelmed. After you feel like you know enough about what your doing, feel like you've mastered Opsec or whatever, feel like it's time to expand then you train your buddy and introduce him to an ongoing operation. Instead or both of you diving head first into as much business as you can handle without really knowing what your getting into.

Do what someone like Rex does. Set a quota for the day you know you and your partner can safely handle filling then close shop until the next day. In the meantime, if you trust those other people that are clueless. Start teaching them. As long as they are trustworthy

If you do both make sure you put a Chinese wall bw your dnm op and your street op. Your street op is riskier and there is more exposure and attack surface so make sure it's like a cell - one piece doesn't compromise the other. That means isolating your team. The street guys know nothing of your dnm venture. If you hire help for the dnm they shouldn't know of your street op.

You could do both and slowly bleed away the street op if that's your desire. Or keep both running carefully. I've spoken casually to a few vendors who brought on help. This will be the hardest thing to do. Finding good people is tough. It's true in anything. If you have nobody notable in the bunch, aside from your one buddy, I wouldn't bring them into the dnm side. Keep them out there. Hell, depending on how you have it set up let them be entrepreneurial and do their own dealing with you providing product to them. Don't involve yourself beyond that.

You need to reward the persons you bring on too. Make it worth it for them so they aren't as tempted to fuck you over. And as always maintain as much distance as possible. I wouldn't let anyone touch the vendor page that you don't absolutely trust. Hire people to do the packaging and drops but they know nothing beyond that. You can focus on managing the technical side of things.

IMO vending if done properly is way more secure than pushing on the street. Just have one guy deal with the orders/online presence and physical inventory the other weighing, packaging, dropping off at post office etc.

What price do you think the oxy will be? If it's cheap enough I would definitely buy around 10-15 a month.

Not for you. If you fuck up you are risking your customers wellbeing.

To be honest, I wouldn't order from a vendor connected to a street op.
