There has to be something hard and fast that can be condensed down as manageable opsec notes. These things aren't specific but more generalised absolutes. I therefore would like to kick off this with rule #1 always be mindful of your opsec.
I'll edit this as new shit pops up and boiled down.

3. Don't order under the influence.
