Dream market's support, beware

I intented to retire from this particular market and left a note explaining why... However the cunts banned afterwards me so I won't be able to talk with my customers !

This is how they threat a vendor :

Support is definitely much stricter on Dream from what I've seen. Being a reputable vendor on multiple markets they never allowed me to FE. I haven't had any run ins with support thus far as any issues I've had with customers were resolved without the need of support involved, so I can't comment in that regard.

However, it also seems like quite a few customers are complaining about not receiving their product so from Support's point of view you have to understand how it looks.

As much as Dream's support may be a pain in the ass, the market does have quite a bit of customers and they seem fairly honest. I hope you resolve any possible shipping problems you may face. Alphabay is much more lax so in the meantime I would suggest to focus on that.

It's really convenient that they allowed your account to be banned with open support tickets on your account.... seems like there were enough complaints of seizures and not received product that it certainly looked like you were scamming and also why were you planning on retiring after this? With the percent of people who "close" business by scamming I cant really believe any of this until proof of PM's is posted.... I'm not sure why you planed posting PM's with no screen grabs being a viable form of evidence but this also goes to show your agenda of scamming pushed even more.... I think you just got caught scamming and a little butthurt...

Those "policies" aren't legally enforceable. Market admins decide what's fair if you can't agree.

Also had a strange Dispute with one of them. My Pack didnt landed in the Time AUTO FE was running out, so i messaged the Vendor that i will dispute to avoid this. I open dispute and wrote exactly the same, that im disputing to avoid AUTO FE. ( never mentioned anything about a refund !! ) The Mod replies that the Seller has 1 Day to reply or it will be cancelled and Funds returned to me. The Vendor replies that it should arrive soon. Next Day, Order gets refunded to me with the Explanation " 1 Week is enough for EU-EU. As of today it has been 2 Weeks " and i got refunded 100% .

I arranged with the Seller afterwards in PM to make 50/50. i trust the Seller 100% .

Looks like Mods are scamming in favour of the Buyers, lol.

Of course we've had some seized parcel ! Operation Pangea fucked tons of Canadian sellers. Lot's of them are long gone already while we're here trying to sort this mess.

We were just doing our little thing... arranging deal with customers for reship/refunds. Then they decided to act like this so we decided to stop and warn other sellers. Look on AB/DHL, hardly any bad feedback.. we're doing on honest part.

Just look the way their handling this right now, it gives you a good idea on how fucked they are !
