So will any Darknet markets start accepting altcoins?

Potcoin and Darkcoin for example

Annoying to have to keep getting BTC when there's plenty of people out there with altcoins stacked up.

Use the searchbar! Is is getting asked once a week.

Answer is: No, not in the near future, not popular enough and harder to cash out.

But come on, if DarkCoin does prove to be truly anon, surely that would be a massive plus for the any market willing to put in the effort involved in adopting the currency?

Potcoin is a joke, that's why no market will use Potcoin.

Darkcoin, while it is a very real contender for the next big altcoin, is still in beta and is still heavily under development. It's also not on the more popular exchanges such as Cryptsy (last I checked anyway, I don't use coin exchange sites like Cryptsy much though) so it's harder to cash out. I assume that's why most markets aren't using it yet.

There isn't a point for having so many ridiculous "currencies". I can't wait until most of them completely crash. It is a ridiculous, pointless bubble with absolutely not purpose. Just redundant bull shit. How anyone expects a "pot coin" to maintain long term value is just baffling to me.

Nobody wants to use joke cryptocurrencies.
