I started vending on hansa about a month or so ago, and I'm honestly blown away by their support.
They are very responsive, it's like a live chat service...When I had problems with multi-signature, they helped me fix it...
When I made a deposit of $300 that ended up being a non-refundable deposit, they went out of their way to help me get my money back.
They have now settled all of my disputes in my favor since I have provided all the proof that I have delivered what I advertised.
Pegasus I think his name is, seriously runs a great market and I really advise you to check the market out.
I guess this kinda looks like a shill now hah, but seeing all the posts about how bad some markets support is, a post like this is deserved.
