[Agora] Optional 2-Factor PGP Authentication Implemented

Since the Agora admin (admins?) rarely post outside of their own forum, I took it upon myself to create this shill account, and copy the update they posted today, thought people would be interested.

Text: "From now on the market has the 2-factor authentication support in form of PGP message authentication. For the PGP auth to work you have to include a valid PGP key in your account description on the Profile page. The PGP auth mode can be activated either if somebody tries to login to your account too many times (so the system is suspecting that they are trying to find your password), or manually from the Profile page. When such mode is activated, after entering your username and password, the person trying to log in will be also required to decode a PGP message which was encrypted with the key used on your profile. Only upon successful decryption can they log into that account."

Where to activate it on your profile:

I eagerly await the downvotes and comments about inability to reach the site. Ready... set... go!!
