What VPN service do you use?

A VPN is crucial to OPSEC.

Since the CIPA/CISPA bill has been passed by Barack SuckMyDick Osama, I am assuming all US-based VPNs are now unsuable.

I am looking to invest in a non-US based VPN service, asap.

Never use a free VPN, and make sure any VPN provider you want to use states that they don't keep logs, and aren't based in any of the "Five Eyes" countries. NordVPN is a great choice, and it's what I use after CISA/CISPA made me wary of PIA.

ip vanish is pretty good its not free though

nvpn , Never had any issues with them. Pretty sure their based out of some country near africa ( I could be wrong). But I am also curious if anyone else uses it too.

EDIT: nvpn also takes bitcoin as payment which is a plus. And their prices are reasonable. (60$ for a private IP for a year, and you pick the country. Just remember EU data retention laws are strict. Try and get one not part of the EU. Like Russia.

Buy a russian vps for 2 bucks and install OpenVPN on it

I really like cyberghost. German based, high concern for privacy, fast, plenty of servers in different countries, and they even have a mobile app.

Got mullvad a couple weeks ago. No complaints so far. Paid with btc and they don't keep logs

Your VPN may be worthless.....

I've been using PIA for the last year or so but the new law makes me wary as well. So what's the best choice for a similarly priced ($7/month) good non-us based VPN. And what are these "Five Eyes" countries... or which I suppose? How much is NordVPN? If i pay for my VPN w/ CC# is that risky?

I use TorGuard. In my opinion they're pretty cheap and it's a decent and easy to use VPN. They also accept Bitcoin. Though the service is intended for torrenting, a vpn is a vpn.

I swap out VPNs on a regular basis...just a habit to make The Man work harder to find me

Ipredator.se from the makers of piratebay! It's cheap and easy to use. Makes me feel all safe & cozy

I have a couple but the best ones don't advertise and have limited access so essentially you won't know.

Barack SuckMyDick Osama,

No reason why privacy concerns have to be mixed in with old school racism towards brown people.
