Case by case problem handling is vastly superior to having dedicated policies. Talk to the market supports.
This scamming shit by buyers is on the up. Sure, general numbers across the board are increasing, but percentage-wise, there's a whole swathe of sketched and shady fuckers trying to tie one on.
Personally, it helps to lock up stuff tight from the start. I offer no reship/resend service, but will be willing to look at things on a case-by-case basis - and I do. All parcels are tracked - no exceptions, unless I've had sexual relations with you or your family, preferably both and at the same time. A firm but professionally polite 'no' works wonders, and I'll happily wear/respond to bad feedback or reviews.
In short, if your product and other aspects are top shelf, put the faith in that and stand your ground.
