Inquiry: Tramadol from Centurion Labs, India

I have purchased Tramadol (200 mg tablets) from ME market, vendor lindalovelace, and I'm just not sure about the product, feels weird, gives me a bad headache. The manufacturer is Centurion Labs, located in India. I'm taking 50mg a day for chronic back pain (works very well for me), so I split the pill into four pieces and take the quarter. Now I'm used to Mexican Tramadol (Citra brand) that worked flawlessly for a long time (I take half of 100mg pill), minimum side effects and good analgesic properties. This Indian tramadol feels worse - migraine and also slightly upset stomach. Feels weaker in the analgesic effect as well. Anybody else has experience with meds manufactured by Centurion Labs, India? The little info I have found on the net was not very encouraging? E.g. this:

Now, I have to say the vendor lindalovelace on Middle Earth has been excellent - very fast shipping, good stealth. 5/5 vendor in my book. The only problem I have is the actual product. I have to note that it looks professionally made - nice blister pack and all around looks like western-made pharmaceutical. But the company is still sketchy and I know there are a lot of fake and low quality meds made in India. It would be excellent if somebody had experience with this manufacturer and can share it, esp. the tramadol. At this point I'm not sure what to do, I might just toss it and try a different vendor.

BTW I have ordered 50 pills (could last up to half a year), next time I know I should try it out before jumping in with a larger purchase.

You bought something from India. Why?...

That country is the open sewer of the darknet. Do not touch anything that comes from there.
