You can buy the flavor concentrates on DIY sections of vaping supply websites. One 10ml bottle of flavor is pretty cheap. If you have 10ml of canna juice, add 1 or 2 ml of flavor concentrate (the same percentage of flavor in most ecig mixture regardless of nicotine content) to change up the flavor without diluting your solution too greatly.

A lot of the canna juice blends use concentrates and special e juices such as EJMIX as they were made for dissolving the very dense concentrate. If you tried taking wax and just mixing it in with regular e juice, it would separate due to differing viscosity and density. If anything I'd add flavor concentrate (different from e-juice) to the final product as to not upset or change the density of the final product.

You only need a couple of drops of liquid concentrate. Search for "The Flavor Apprentice," they have nice flavors. Make sure the ingredients are ONLY PG, otherwise it will mess up your juice (some flavors contain water.)

If you do decide to do this, DON'T use an e-juice that is 100% VG. THC isn't very soluble in VG and you'll end up with a globby mess. Use PG and you'll be fine.

Recent study linked the flavor stuff to lung disease
No harm, you'd just be decreasing the potency.
