I have to use express shipping????

I recently ordered domestically from a vendor and i waited 13 days for the package and a day before the auto finalization i messaged the vendor saying i would have to dispute while i wait for the pack and that i meant no disrespect. I ended up recieving the package on the 14th day in the morning and ended up finalizing the payments. I later recieved a message from the vendor saying they will no longer take my orders unless i choose express with tracking because i decided to go down the route of a dispute.... Im honestly so confused and i feel slightly disrespected, I am not too sure if i should be doing business with this vendor anymore because of this situation.

Kinda bogus. 13 days for domestic is over the top. It's his fault that it didn't show up in the timeframe. You paid for escrow for a reason.

I would not be doing business with a vendor who was saying that. Any vendor worth their salt will understand your rationale for having to go down the path of a dispute, because if you do not, then you have absolutely no recourse and the order will auto-finalize. If your pack never shows, then they have gotten paid and you are out all your BTC.

Why is the auto-finalize limit still 14 days?

International shipping/processing by reshippers can take longer than that. Users should get the option of a longer time. Need to figure out how to stop vendors demanding that though.

Tbh hearing a vendor do this would never make me want to order from him. He'd be on my blacklist.

Did you check the tracking when it finally showed? When was it mailed? Some vendors will wait until the auto finalize is almost out before they ship products to minimize there risk. Because 90% of customers don't finalize when they get their packs.
