Update on Alphabay Vendor 'Lifecare' and His Suspicious Profile

About 8 or 9 days ago I posted this post on this sub asking for opinions on what I perceived to be likely fake positive feedback on vendor Lifecare.

The feedback I received was pretty oddly mixed once again, with many people saying they had constantly received the best product from him, while others confirmed my doubts.

I would like to update and say that it has been about 9 (10?) days since I ordered and 8 days since the package was marked shipped. While Lifecare was very responsive at first, when asked to hand out a tracking number, as he stated he would after 5 days on his profile, he became completely unresponsive.

*EDIT: 9 days after marked shipped, he finally responded to me. Apparently he thinks it was likely the package was sent to the wrong address and will investigate. I definitely jumped to call him a scammer too early, when the real problem appears to be that he is swamped with a massive amount of orders *

First, the Grand Wizard would note that he has purchased H from Lifecare. (And just so /u/VendorBBMC doesn't get too worried about OpSec: it was sent to a drop run by one of our cabana boys and was then delivered to Latveria in a UN messenger bag after we sent it crosstown with the aid of one of Mike Tyson's carrier pigeons). It was serviceable #4, and his shipping time was reasonable. We've since heard he has had occasional shipping issues -- a problem for all vendors, but a REAL problem when you're dealing junk. However, the stories all seem to have happy endings with people doing their product. Instead of labeling the guy a "selective scammer" you might better call him an honest if sometimes disorganized vendor.

If you are really worried about shills do your research on multiple forums. There's an active heroin thread on DNM Avengers. The Grand Wizard can't guarantee there are no shills on there, but there are also many established accounts and many honest reviews of DNM heroin. For that matter, there are many longtime posters on here who are not shills.

It sounds like you went into this transaction worrying that the vendor was using "shill" accounts. Instead of trusting your gut and going with someone else, you went with LifeCare. Then when his communication proved less than stellar you decided he was a "selective scammer" who was out to rip you off from the beginning.

Speaking as a vendor, there is no such thing as "selective scammers." The cost of your inventory is or should be well less than 50% of your selling price. The pittance you might make by occasionally pocketing bitcoins and sending nothing pales next to the business you lose from people reading your negative feedback -- especially when you get a track record of accounts closed by market admins due to multiple complaints.

Nobody is deliberately robbing one customer in 3/5/10/whatever. It makes no economic sense. Lots of vendors grow too big too fast. They're not ready to handle a flood of business and so packs get missent or missed altogether. Whenever you hear complaints about "selective scammers" invariably they are either new vendors or top-tier vendors with a history of bad communications. Calling them "scammers" implies malice when the problem is really down to the Peter Principle -- a business axiom which suggests people more often wind up in a position for which they are almost qualified, with predictable results.

At this point I'd leave negative feedback and tell them you will ask support to update it if you ever get your stuff. I get that 10 days is not a long time but when it's domestic they either didn't ship it or shipped it 2 days ago, which case you would get it tomorrow. And you probably won't. If they gave you tracking and could explain why it's taken so long that'd be different...but fuck that.

I had a couple of 5/5 orders with Lifecare a few months ago. If this is true I'm sorry to hear it.

Did you FE on your order? I didn't see that detail in your earlier post but maybe I missed it.

Lifecare has always had good shit and at times has had bad shipping speeds.

My last time ordering he never marked it shipped and I received it , then my order was refunded. I messaged him and a few days later he said he was having computer problems or something and we agreed I would just put another order in and FE since I already had what I was supposed to pay for.

I like LC, probably because he was one of my first vendors but also because of his stealth which was also one of my first times seeing it. I thought I got ripped off it was so good.

That being said something is definitely up with LC. Like more so than just being late and unresponsive. Love LC but I think he either got popped or his having some real real problems.

Don't give up all hope man, I had an order from him about 5 or 6 weeks ago. It took 11 business days to arrive. It was actually solid (8/10) dope with great stealth but I won't be ordering from him again because he didn't ship until like a week after my order was marked shipped. He has a solid and earned reputation (although I'm sure he does his fair share of shilling) but reputations only mean so much and can change fast in this game.

In fairness to him, he did communicate and kept me updated throughout but waiting almost 2 weeks for domestic dope is unacceptable espically when the vendor is the one at fault. I don't know if it's selective scamming or poor management/oversight on his part but it's not what I want in a vendor.

Hopefully you'll get something this weekend or early next week.

I have uused LC weekly for about 3 months up until like 15 days ago. his coke quality was great, then last batch was very average..

Then I went to re-order (hard to find someone who has CONSTANTLY good coke).

But then I noticed all his products were FE. So I said, no thank you.

been looking for a new coke vendor ever since.

I don't know , I haven't ordered from lifecare in about a month or so. Something may have changed but, I have ordered meth and Coke from him, multiple times. His shipping was not lightning quick but, I got all my packs within 5 days. His stealth is actually pretty good compared to most. The product was on par with DNM prices and quality. Like I said that's my experience but something could have changed.

Lots of positive feedback, it's been 10 days and I haven't received anything, not just in the mail, but no responses period. His time for asking for a tracking number is 5 days also.

I had disputed and it reached the 4th day with no response from the vendor, then suddenly the order was cancelled and I was refunded 50% of the amount being held in Escrow.

Are these not similarities or is what these sellers do a common practice around AB? Like a normality or something?

Either way, it's eerily the same story... especially the whole "swamped with a massive amount of orders" thing and everything else.

I don't know, but I totally feel scammed, especially after the no response and then the 50% refund?? I started a new message with Vaas and BigMuscles to try to readdress the dispute, so hopefully it gets sorted. Am I supposed to think that he mailed it and that's why I'm only refunded 50%? But there is no tracking and no messages and no nothing and he never responded to the dispute. Maybe this isn't the place to bring this up about a different vendor, but I was sifting through seeing if any other people had similar experiences and came across this. I wonder if vendors do run different products under different names and such. Oh well. I don't really care. I just want my refund, as it is super fishy now with the partial refund and no explanation whatsoever. Is that something sellers can just do? Just make up out of thin air some sort of refund policy and then steal half of your money? I swear I will update this if something "miraculously" shows up because I really wouldn't want to trash anybody who doesn't deserve it... and I wondered, too, if after disputes are settled and you do end up receiving something you never thought you would get if people would actually buck up and say something or would they just remain silent because you accidentally ended up with something for free because the seller didn't take the time to do tracking and communicate and such and such.

sorry to say but that is the exact response you would get if he is scamming. just to try and hold you out a little longer from calling scammer.

but I have no reason to think hes scamming besides him always offering Escrow and now only FE (which is always a red flag for me, I always stay away from FE)
