Advice needed - should I finalize my order or file a dispute?

So I have ordered some THC vape liquid from a pretty small scale vendor from what I can tell. The order arrived fine but I was getting no effect from it, even after I had tried some of the batteries my friend has (these are all ones meant for vaping THC). My friend also tried it and had no effect (we got alittle lifted for about 2 mins and then we felt pretty ill). We have used other THC vapes to great effect so I don't think it's a problem on my behalf.

So I contact the seller who appoligises and says he thinks it's a bad batch. He offers a 50% reship which I say isn't really good enough so he then offers a 100% reship (in exchange for a Reddit review) from what he tells me is a new batch.

Reship arrives - Still nothing for both of us. I contact the seller again and tell him this and that I can't really leave a Reddit review as it doesn't work which he agrees with. He is now eager for me to release the coins from escrow and I don't know whether I should. He argues that because he has sent a reship the coins should be released but if i'm not getting an effect from it then I am lead to believe the problem is on his behalf which I shouldn't have to pay for right? The order isn't for huge money - only £30 + (about $50 for the yanks) but I do want to buy some weed which is actually gonna work for me. So what would you do? Release coins or file a complaint and try to get my money back? As a side note - the vendor does seem to be quite professional and everything if that counts towards anything.

Thanks in advance - your help is much appreciated.

Don't release, whatever you do. That's just asking to lose money. Dispute, and get as far as you can with it.

File dispute. Of course.

If I sell you drugs, and ship you notdrugs, and re-ship you more notdrugs, thats not really the point of the damned reship...

fuck that...who cares if it landed or not, once or twice. if it's fake it's fake. if i went to the store and bought a tv got home and opened the box to find computer screen, id be pissed and get my money back.

So who is this vendor we should be avoiding? Making a PG / THC mix is far from rocket science...

I've got to disagree with others here personally - vendor shipped his product, twice. You received it twice. Granted, product may have issues but the packs landed - I'd see if willing to try one more reship to get you a better fulfillment, but otherwise release the funds and just review product accordingly then not order from him again if product has issues. You mentioned vendor is very professional, and sometimes shit happens. DNM vendors unfortunately can't always provide the best quality assurance across the board, but they can try to make it right.

Disputes are held for cases where product isn't received or plainly wrong items shipped, and so on. If we've got a batch issue and are talking about a small order amount but vendor otherwise apparently respectable and trying to sort it out to your benefit, I wouldn't withhold - at least unless we were talking about a serious investment.

Just my thoughts, and good luck either way.
