Sorry for the vague description with my question but I really feel like I shouldn't be too specific (obviously). I'm waiting on an order from a vendor I recently used that when they shipped the first package it was coming from a well known city in US West coast. Now, I'm expecting the order to arrive tomorrow (according to my usps) except this time it seems to have originated from the same state but from a city several hours away from the last shipment origin. Meaning, my first order came from city "X" and what I think is the next order seemed to originate in city "Y" a ways away. Do vendors do this to spread out the location of where packages are coming from? Or would this more certainly be another parcel from another vendor? I've worded this terribly but I'm quite in need of the order I hope is coming, but there is another order that I've not dealt with before and I don't know where they originate. So do some vendors spread out where they ship from for OPSEC, or am I probably getting an order from another vendor? Damn, I feel like I'm speaking in code. If anyone understands my question, I'd love some input. Thanks y'all...
It is not uncommon for vendors to drive else where to drop off packs. In fact, it's the smart thing to do.
