blockchain.info quota exceeded

I use blockchain.info wallets to use the shared send function to send my coins aournd various wallets before sending to my personal wallet that goes to the market.

Every so often, it seems its happening more now, I get an error: Quota Exceeded (Req Count Limit)

What is this? Why does it happen? Any way to fix it?

I believe it's because when using TOR, your traffic is routed through nodes. Multiple PC's may use the same node to connect to Blockchain at the same time. So when a node has a ton of users attempting to use Blockchain, it sometimes exceeds the set request limit. I think it's a type of DDoS or Spam prevention. Try requesting a new TOR Identity/Circuit or restarting the browser.
