[Vendor Inquiry] [Agora] Angelina

Has anyone heard from angelina lately at all? And also has anyone actually received a pack from her in the past two weeks? WTF is going on it has been wayyy too long and I really should have my pack by now. Getting extremely paranoid that its just NOT coming in at all. Angelina hasn't responded and I have a few days until it just auto finalizes yet I dont wanna hit resolve as I love angelina as a vendor and I know they should meet my expectations as they ALWAYS HAVE BEFORE. Thanks guys I need some input here..

EDIT: They came in finally and guess what she sent me TWICE my order probably due to delays :)

Assuming by now it's past a reasonable time to expect the order to arrive, file a dispute. Don't feel shy about it, as it's part of business and it protects you by extending the time before it auto-finalizes.

A solid vendor will communicate and work with you to get things straightened up. If you're not getting responses to messages, it's the next step. It's not worth it to lose your money because of concern that you might piss off a vendor by disputing. File the dispute, send a message, and if you don't hear a response in 24 hours or so, escalate it to involve support and they will work with both parties to resolve it.
