Dispute for a small order?

Almost 2 weeks ago I placed a small order (less than 20) on AB with a fairly well established vendor. I made the order from a brand new account for various reasons, but didn't see there being any problem as the vendor had pretty good feedback, and was a very small domestic (UK) order.

The order is due to finalize today, but nothing has arrived. I sent the vendor a message yesterday just asking about shipping. They have been online since then so I assume they have seen it but I've had no reply.

I'm not naming the vendor at this stage as I don't think its a scam due to it being such a small amount of money, and looking at feedback although all positive, it seems they're known for being a bit slow with their shipping times.

I've never had to dispute before, and first thought I wouldn't bother due to what I mentioned above. But now I'm thinking I should do so just out of principal since what I ordered has not arrived.

Anyone have any experience disputing small orders? Worth it or should I just let it go and use another vendor in future? (In all honestly I think the pack will land before the end of the week but who knows)

Personally, if I spent money on something and didn't get it, I'm disputing. But like you said, give it a couple more days at least.

Dispute and finalize if it does arrive
