Agora vendor feedback has a big flaw (and their support doesn't reply)

Edit: Vendor in question is CocainsPlace - very likely an FE scammer.

I placed an order on Agora a few weeks back and I had to FE for various reasons (no other vendor could ship according to my requirements and this vendor required FE).

So this vendor has been screwing around for weeks now, lots of semi-plausible explanations for why he hasn't shipped yet... whatever. I'm ready to write this thing off, leave negative feedback to warn others and move on.

Then, suddenly, the order has disappeared from my orders page. The message history with the vendor (both globally and in the context of the order) are completely gone! More importantly, I can no longer leave the negative feedback this vendor deserves.

This is my first time using Agora, so I'm not 100% sure why this has happened but just the very fact that it can happen without warning is a problem. How many other FE orders didn't get shipped but bad feedback could never be given? This must skew the feedback for user's pulling this kind of shit higher than it deserves to be.

Oh and Agora support didn't reply to my concern and it's been 52 hours since I contacted them...

Edit: Just wanted to add that this is less than 6 weeks since the order was placed. About 4 weeks.

TLDR Order was FE but never shipped (various excuses). Order and all message history disappears along with opportunity to leave feedback. Vendor gets away with money and I can't even leave negative feedback.

This is driving me nuts... the vendor doesn't respond, support doesn't respond...

And yet the vendor goes on selling with a (pretty) good rating. The vendor doesn't even pretend he's shipped yet... he's just giving excuses for nearly 4 weeks. Oh and his replies are 24 hours+ apart which is also fun.

14 days after an order is finalized the vendor can delete it for privacy reasons, you should of left a negative after 13 days then updated accordingly as you'd have 4 weeks to update your feedback

You won't get a reply from support they're too busy and your transaction is finalize therefore they can't do anything

Better than it used to be...before you could update your feedback and it would push it to the top, so a vendor could make a few fake purchases and keep bumping them to the top of the feedback list.

exactly the same thing happened to me with BestBlow. He deleted the order and Agora refused to help- kept saying 'I can't find the order'

I even had the order number and a screenshot of the BTC deposit- BestBlow posted it when he thought someone hacked his account. No dice.

Agora just deletes your order when they don't feel like dealing with it and then claim that since the order has been deleted, nothing can be done anymore. I had the same issue back when they were having the dds problems a couple of months ago. the vendor didn't ship my order and issued a refund. refund never showed up in my account. i contacted agora support. Agora then erased the order and later i got a message from the support that the order is erased so they can't do anything about locating my refund. lost around $40 which wasn't much but pissed me off
