redalert: dream moved my coins that was supposed lost due to hardware failure

I was lucky enough to send money to dream just minutes before the "hardware failure" back september and it was never credited to my account. today i noticed that my "lost coins" have moved to another address just a few days ago. my red alert turned on.

ps tried contact with support several times. they only say they had a hardware failure and they did not decided about my case yet.

and they did not decided about my case yet.

Cordially inform them not to worry about it that you've taken care of it for them i.e., that you've decided your case ... and the consensus decision was that you would like the fucking coins put into your account please and thanks.

Dream does whatever Dream pleases. Consider your coins as good as gone. Least you can do is report this bullshit behavior and let people know about the BS they have going on.

I never experienced this and hope not to. My $80 was sitting in my account for like months, bitcoin hiked and I decided to use them last night to order some blow. (:
