HulkedBenzoBoss no response for 3 days

All I want is the tracking number or simply an update on where the pack is. It will autofinalize in 20 hours, should I trust that its coming or dispute? It is UK to US btw going on 14 days

My advice is always dispute in this sort of situation.

He has been online today, I don't get why it is so hard for vendors to reply to pm's

I've never had any thing wrong with the guy. Really good vendor in my experience. But if it comes to it, yes dispute.

[3 Points] drkntmrkets:

His communication isn't the best. Politely let him know you are going to extend auto-finalize as the pack hasn't arrived yet.

[2 Points] flawdaessay:

Dispute just so you can wait out the auto FE. Or else you cant get a refund if it never shows

Mine came don't worry

Message them again and say your are disputing to extend the autofinalize timer. Hopefully they get back to you before that.

It took a while for him to respond to my order but not this long... He's a pretty sound guy, I'm sure it could just be a mistake on his half he does seem to have A LOT of workload on all 3 markets I've found, takes him a while to get round to my order as he always seems to do Hansa last. A bit slack on communication I've found and answering to PM's and my general inquiries. The shipping times are usually very good, but over 14 days isn't unusual for UK > US. Dispute it with him still.

Dispute

[1 Points] BakedPastaParty:

Just dispute, let the mod know that youre still waiting for tracking/comms from the vendor if no response then you want a refund

[1 Points] uaow:

I had the same issue as you. He told me to go ahead and dispute until the pack gets to me

[1 Points] OPSECisMyMiddleName:

I went ahead and disputed so I guess i'll find out if he responds or not

[1 Points] throwahooawayyfoe:

If something is about to autofinalize and you still haven't received it, go ahead and start the dispute process but with a note saying you're only doing it at this point to stop the timer so your funds won't leave escrow. Vendors understand mail transit delays and they also understand that people like the comfort of actually receiving their product before entirely parting with their money. As long as you're not a dick about it and hold their money longer than you need to from this point, they should be perfectly okay with it.

Dispute before it auto-finalizes. He says on his profile that if you finalize he provides tracking.
