Petition to disallow markets with reused names on the superlist (SR3.1/AgoraReloaded)

They are banking on fools thinking they are somehow related to the OGs. These markets almost always are scamming (see all SRs past the original).

There is no real reason to reuse a name unless you intend to attempt to exploit the community. It would be so easy to make a new name but they want to tarnish those who came before them.

Although thus far the mods haven't allowed any market on the superlist who reuses a name I still think this rule should be solidified that they have no place in this sub or on the superlist.

And yes I'm bringing this up because of /u/agorareloaded

EDIT: Wombat has stickied a superlist rule showing that markets must have a sufficiently new name, and a lot of mods have expressed their disdain for these new markets like agoraReloaded. 10/10

Your market name should be sufficiently different from other current and past DNMs if you are not associated with them.

is one of the requirements already for some time [even before the superlist sub I think] https://www.reddit.com/r/DNMSuperlist/wiki/superlist/market-listing-criteria

Ageed, and Tockka 2.0 as well.

[8 Points] Thuggin_Love_:

This is a pointless and stupid idea. Especially when Agora never got seized or exit scammed or anything. People on this sub are fucking tards lol!

[6 Points] 45QW65yrt3dsf:

How about the superlist revolving around relevant market factors like market integrity and user base?

Otherwise the list just becomes a completely irrelevant circlejerk.

...I mean, I totally would use the great TR market over dream...oh, wait.

There is no real reason to reuse a name...

And here's me thinking that the whole point of the admin calling himself "Dread Pirate Roberts" was to emphasise the desirability of continuing the name "Silk Road" with a different captain and a different crew :)

[3 Points] EternalTurmoil:

I think this is a very good idea.

[2 Points] TheOpiateKing:

I actually agree with this. A lot of people are excited and thinking its agora (peasants). Ban em.

https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/7bhhez/petition_to_disallow_markets_with_reused_names_on/dpj2u9c/ plus they would only get on the superlist over my cold dead body if they are not related to Agora and just try to profit off the name.

[2 Points] Rustynutz42:

Okay, lemme get this straight because I find this very hard to believe, but you're saying Silk Road 6.0 is a scam? I can post chat logs with the admin guaranteeing me it's not and they are legit.

agreed..

[1 Points] JburnaDNM:

100% agree.

[1 Points] Inthewirelain:

They have been for over two years now, since the fall of Silk Road 2. No piggybacking on other projects names since Diablous rebounded to Silk Road 3/Silk Road Reloaded

[1 Points] Hofmannsthal:

What's in a name? If they work, why not?

[1 Points] cheapcab:

I actively remove posts with names like that.

Report any post that has that included.

[1 Points] TheStateBar:

They've made it clear in their posts and on their website stating that they're not the original AG team

[1 Points] theBlotter:

Too bad agora reloaded seems decent.

[1 Points] Jethro23:

They state they're not Agora but they kust liked the market

[1 Points] Joskins:

SR2 didn't end with a scam. It was busted and seized.
