Works perfectly in an un resized TOR window. There is nothing on site. Java is a compiled but no js either. At least required.
I visited today everything off and it worked fine.

They probably disabled javascript. Javascript is known to make sites slow and could sometimes compromise security for a little bit more "functionality".
DNMs are better off with having JS at a minimum.

thats a fishing site, login page does not ask for PIN
It's unable to load the .css file for styling due to it using Java (?). I remember seeing a similar post and someone said it was due to it using Java and having it normally turned off which caused the webpage not to load the interface but I could be completely wrong here
