Okay so this purchase was the biggest gamble that Ive taken in my few years of using the DNMs(not because of the amount of money lol). I had about $10 in coin leftover on my Dream wallet and wanted to see if there were any opiate samples and to my luck I find a vendor named Billy_Mays with 40mg oxycodone samples to help get them some feedback and you only have to pay shipping. At the time, they literally had no feedback AND these are like Brazilian oxys or something and they dont have an imprint. I even tried researching them online and couldnt really find anything about them. But out of curiousity, I went ahead and messaged them just to see what was up. They say that they are Brazilian oxys and they are giving out 10 samples to the first ten people that had atleast 10 order history because they didnt want what seems like shill accounts. Also you had to agree to leave a review on the forums or reddit. Unfortunately, I had just made a new Dream account and had only one purchase but I linked them to my reddit account and they let me test it out! Really beneficial for the both of us considering I had just enough coin to pay for shipping. They were really quick and professional about answering any questions I had.

So I made the order Friday afternoon and I think it was shipped Sunday, and arrived Wednesday. The stealth was definitely adequate for pills(mylar and decoy). I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pill was not some homemade bullshit. I was really nervous about getting a fent press or some U-47700 or whatever that shit is. As you will see in the pics, they were pretty much like the old schcool OCs in that they just had a coating that you can suck off and snort/IV(I prefer IV). I did a little test bump first before I prepped my shot. Snort test went fine so I put about half the pill in the spoon and it mixed up fine with cold water. Pushed that plunger down and 10 seconds later I could tell it was definitely oxycodone. Ive had experience with a lot of opiates including: oxycodone, dilaudid, opana, U47700, heroin, fent, etc. This was definitely oxycodone and Im used to doing 30mg oxys and this was over 30mg forsure. I know this is anecdotal evidence but really the only thing that makes sense is that its legit oxycodone. Idk what their prices will be once they get established but right now their shit is way cheaper than anyone else on dream that Im aware of.

Please dont be afraid to ask me any question and/or critique my review! Thanks Billy_Mays! Hope you enjoyed my review! I really tried my best but Im nodding out on opana right now haha!

I live in Brasília (Brazil's capital) and I have a long term relationship with OxyContin. I'm a chronic pain patient (fibromyalgia and back problems). As I don't want to go off topic, let's just focus on my experiences on the situation here.

It's known worldwide in the medical field that Brazilian doctors have an "opiophobia", and so does the population. Our country is constantly noted to have little to no care to pain patients. My grandfather had mouth cancer for one and a half year. It was really aggressive and progressed really fast. He used to spend all day long in desperation due the pain to the point he tried to kill himself as he said he couldn't stand it. But yet, the doctors kept him on dipyrone (similar to paracetamol). The hardest med he was given while he was home was tramadol. Only in his last weeks in hospital he was given morphine (and yet my family kept skeptical.) So yeah, pretty difficult situation for pain patients in here.

But in the last few years, the situation has dramatically changed. Morphine was the only opiate available here for like ever, and it's written on the "yellow prescription", which is for substances that may cause physical and/or psychological addiction (opiates, methylphenidate and amphetamines). The prescription pads are handed to doctors by the federal police and are strictly controlled. There's also petidine, fentanyl and others alike, but they're (or maybe were) to hospital use only, so they don't count. Also, there's codeine and tramadol, but doctors also don't feel like prescribing them.

Then, finally, they introduced OxyContin in the market in 2000-2001, as someone said above. At first, oxycodone was scheduled just like all the other opiates. But in 2004, Anvisa (our FDA) stated that formulations containing no more then 40mg per pill and in extended release could be prescribed on the white prescription, the ones used for antidepressants and other psychotropics that have no risk of abuse and addiction. Back then when I was on it, I spent several hours researching about it. At the end, I found out that there were some huge connections between the agency directors and the company representing Purdue in Brazil. I have contacted lots of people, read virtually all the technical studies produced by the agancy on the past few years and found absolutely nothing regarding this issue. Nah, we know, where there's money...

Anyways, I've been on OxyContin for about two years. At first I was pain free and extremely happy. But yeah, I'm an addict. So I started doctor shopping. And I found out that doctors didn't have a clue what was it. Just walk into the ER and say "hey doctor, I'm on OxyContin and I ran out of my pills. Could you please give me a prescription?" The answer was like "oh, ok. Can you spell it for me, please? And how mg do you take? How many bottles do you need?" And that was it. But, you know, eventually I was fucked up and went to rehab...

Regarding the pain medications here, we now have Jurnista (extended release hydromorphone), fentanyl patches and extended release morphine. (Yet they all stand on the yellow super-hard prescription pad). It's not a big thing, but doctors are more likely to prescribe them and care more about pain relief.

After about two years I left rehab and I got my life on track, I decided to take OxyContin again, but only recreationally. My pain keeps getting worse and every single day is a war battle for me. But I decided that going back to oxy was no longer an option, and also my family would never let me to. So, I went to the ER to ask for a prescription, and I found the same scenario from a couple of years ago. Although we see an improvement on pain care, it's still restricted to doctors who deal with pain patients. "General doctors" (sorry, I don't know the english word for that) still don't know what OxyContin is, and an ER visit can give you a prescription for the oh so loved non abuse-proof formula. Now I have OxyContin like once a month, and it's been absolutely fine for me. And it's not even expensive anymore, as a 20mg pill cost no more than one digit US dollars (no price discussion here, just an observation.)

Also, I know a guy who knows a guy that said that there's really easy to obtain a prescription on the black market. A quick walk on the center of any somewhat big city and voila! And he said that it's actually pretty simple to make a prescription on microsoft word (the white ones don't have a pattern, each doctor or clinic can make it's own prescription). As for the doctor's stamp, pretty easy too.

Like others said above, we never had an "opiate culture" in Brazil. There are a few reports of heroin addicts back in the 50's. Nowadays, there is absolutely no heroin in here. It's never been a trend, IV drug use has never been a problem in here and I don't really think there will ever be.

As for the OxyContin, I don't think they'll ever introduce the abuse-proof formula here. Probably it's more expensive to manufacture, so why bother for nothing and reduce their profits? The very few cases of prescription opiate abuse in Brazil are too little to show up on the radar. In fact, they don't even come to surface.
