When to consider an address burned?

Should I consider my address to be burned? About 3 months ago placed a small pill order that never arrived. MyUSPS stated that it was received at the initial place (not a USPS, but rather one of those shipping places), but after that no movement ever happened. Eventually it disappeared from MyUSPS. I never actually looked at the tracking otherwise. The vendor offered me a refund, but wouldn't reship to that address. Since he offered a refund, I didn't consider it a scam.

I never received a love letter or anything like that. Pack just disappeared and still months later was not received. This is US-US domestic.

Should I worry about the address being burned? Or was it more likely that this small pack was just lost/stolen without LE being involved?

When in doubt, drop is burnt. The consequences of being wrong about this are too high. If you are even asking this question or wondering if your drop is burnt, your drop is burnt. That being said, your drop is burnt.

Did you ever try and retrieve the pack from the mailbox store?

Might have just gotten your pack snatched . Still tho I would consider it burnt . Don't wanna get your shit taken twice if that's the case. Check out that recent case outta LA people do steal shit who work at USPS not often , but it does happen
