New message (and excuse) from SuperSpeedBrosUSA, now saying their "system was flawed" and they've been given a chance by admins to prove themselves

So I just got a mass message from SSBUSA, it reads:

"Greetings to our customers,

We are so sorry for the misunderstanding and the delay in the shipment of your orders.

We began a new method of processing and shipping and our programming was flawed, showing some items as shipped before we had even processed them and it became very confusing as to what had actually shipped so rather than redo processing and postage on every single order we decided to wait to see what orders were making it to their destination and then sending the ones that did not make it. It was a long process that ended up getting us suspended while pending investigation

SSB and Nucleus have graciously allowed us to make good on all the orders that have yet to land. We will be very busy getting these shipped as quickly as possible. If you received your order AFTER making a complaint or leaving feedback, would you please adjust your feedback and remove such inflammatory remarks about scamming, exit scam and thief etc. And send us a message titled "Got it"

We will contact everyone that is due a shipment the moment that order(s) ship.

We apologize for the delay and have scrapped the new method.

Thank you for this opportunity to prove we are legit!"

Personally, I don't believe a word of it, but I'm interested to see if it will come through this time. First it was "locked out of our account," now it's "well we couldn't tell who was who so instead of saying something to our customers we decided to just sit back for a month and see who bitched about it, and use that to determine who we hadn't shipped to." I don't care if it does come, and it's double what I ordered -- they are now forever on my shitlist and I would strongly caution anyone against using them.

This is the worst excuse I've ever heard

I've seen a lot of sympathy from folks about this situation.

I'm gonna paste the same thing I posted in the other SSBUSA letter thread.

My two cents.

I've read from multiple sources places that the account was compromised.

Call me a worry wart, but Amps can get you into some serious trouble.

Not something to fuck with.

I think it's crazy to not treat this like a worse case scenario.

It's awesome to have a SSB domestic vendor, but I'm not going anywhere near that account.

Hopefully it's not the case, but to me this is now an account that has been compromised by LE.

The warm and fuzzy letter is awesome, and probably true. But, we just don't know do we?

I believe it'll probably show up, but I'm going to be very careful with it if it does.

If they hit me up for a reship addy. Which they really should be doing, because it pisses me off a bit that they are telling me my addy has been sitting somewhere for this long. There is no way I'm giving it to them.

I'm considering that drop compromised also.

Whether I left a positive/negative/No, feedback. I'm sure as hell not going to tell them I got it. It sucks if these guys just had a bad few months. But, don't do a damn thing with your feedback if you ask me.

The conspiracy nut in me is just screaming, telling me that my next order will be hand delivered by Officer want's to see you get fucked in the assousky.

Also, if the SSBUSA guys are legit, and want to do right. Their business will speak louder than a small group of negative feedback, and all will be forgotten shortly. There is no way they won't get orders. Even with the negative feedback.

Just be really careful guys, and gals. It's awesome to have that quick shipping, domestic, speedy goodness. But, is it worth it to loose a significant amount of your life, because you hope this is legit, and want to keep ordering from them?

Lol they have an automatic processing system like amazon? Does it have robots that automatically pack drugs too?

Fucking bullshit

to read this shit you'd reckon he was fucking Kevin Costner in 'The Postman' before the tragedy du jour befell. SSBUSA was at best mediocre and wholly unreliable. whether the account's 5-0 or he tried to scam and big daddy SSB spanked his peepee about it I won't speculate but it ain't exactly a Swiss train just jumped back on the tracks here
