Interesting to note that he was raided at 6 am:

at 6 in the morning. I heard a man’s voice which I didn’t recognize, calling me by name and telling me to stay calm, get up and move to the living room.

I found a DEA agent's blog saying that in the US (or at least in his region) all raids are done at 6 am:

federal search warrants can only be served between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. [...] We hit the home right at six on the dot.
