JOR statement regarding latest LSD bust

We have been asked for comment about the situation with John_ and whether this is linked with arrests publicized in the media.

At this time, nor at any point in the future will we ever bind the nym of colleagues to IRL doxx or events such as arrests.

We'd like to take this moment to send our condolences to the Family of the man arrested and to all the Families who have been affected by the 'War on Drugs' and who have had loved ones arrested for non-violent crimes.

For the sake of argument we will engage in a hypothetical situation. In this hypothetical situation John_ has been arrested.

jesusofrave has always maintained very strict policies with regards to OPSEC procedures and protocols. When jesusofrave was directly responsible for P&P this could be directly overseen and enacted/enforced.

Since the fall of SR1 the positioning of jesusofrave has changed. We have essentially become a drop-ship organization, decentralizing, with hubs based in each region. These hubs have often been or have become trusted vendors. The strict OPSEC protocols which have been enacted/enforced personally in the past by the jesusofrave team have been required of all decentralized partners working with us; but it is impossible to enforce such procedures.

Such policies were required by DPR on SR1. We would all do very well to remember that there are still busts happening from the compromise of the Silk Road 1.

The lesson here is to trust no-one with your safety. Not DPR, Not JoR, Not John_. Not any other person on the DN. Not even if they have sensibly stated protocols. This means at the very least you should not be ordering to a drop which can be linked to your IRL doxx. It certainly means that you should be rotating the drops you are using.

We have been asked if customers of jesusofrave should be worried about their drops being compromised in the event John_ or any other hub is arrested. The simple answer is Yes. If you have ordered from jesusofrave in 2015/ early-2016 and the drop you used can be linked to your IRL doxx, or this drop is still in use - then you have OPSEC problems. But this is the case for any drop which has been operational for more than 3 months and used for any vendor online. No matter what you think you know, none of us know what happens behind the scenes.

Even in the best case scenario, where a Vendor operates with the best of practices and intentions - can you be sure that thier approach to digitial security could stand up to LE computer forensic scientists. Is it reasonable or realistic to assume your vendor has an IT expert on payroll? Is it reasonable or realistic to assume your vendor will be able to withstand the pressures of LE and not hand over the keys to thier accounts? Will they pass the $5 spanner test?

This is a good starting point to start reviewing your own OPSEC:

A note on Clear Communication:

We'd like to apologize (remember we're at least one third human) for mistakes we have made in the past by not communicating the internal structures of the jesusofrave organization. By not communicating the Hub structure explicitly we're aware that our communications about high OPSEC standards have been misleading and that the layer of dealing with Hubs and Who They Are has added a layer of obfuscation. This will not be happening in the future.

Stay safe out there.

p.s. We are not saying the FL bust was John_

p.s.s. We are not not saying the FL bust was John_

p.s.s.s. We're saying that everyone needs to upgrade thier OPSEC to the point that if you were to order from a recently busted vendor - then it would not lead to you being put in cuffs. Don't rely on hope and chance.

p.s.s.s.s. You should assume that the vendor you are placing your order with will be busted during the timespan within which your order is taking place.

Wouldn't touch his us domestic resellers with a ten foot long poll right now. Clean houses and change plugs and drops guys. Or wait till it blows off

Well this is interesting JoR. Interesting that you would distribute your operation to a degree where compromising one associate compromises al those who have ordered from you during 2015/early-2016. I'm shocked at the sharing for information, and slightly disappointed in your message is that you are essentially saying here, is that a 'HuB' has been compromised, and it would have been your responsibility to ensure a tight operation. Your endorsing of vendors is, in my opinion done haphazardly and irresponsibly, and to accomplish... what? A 'cool HuB' style shipping system that you just HAD to MAKE VERY OBVIOUS and CLEAR. Sometime, its best to not say anything, and someone in your position (a HUGE LSD plug) is one that requires such an action. You had no eed to announce you 'HuB Status" or even the fact that there are HuB's for shipping. You should be keeping that information to your self (on the back-end) and I surely hope your 'HuB's' would be totally insulated (Not vending on DN in addition to acting as your 'HuB') Clearly John_ (an 'endorsed member of you 'church') was also a 'HuB' from where domestic orders had been dispatched from. Very irresponsible OPSEC on the part of JoR and could compromise all those (Dealers IRL & Vendors DNM). Considering that many TT vendors also claim to carry JoR products as well are at risk. The best OPSEC is with the FEWEST individuals involved, and this 'HuB' is exactly the opposite.

2015-2016...shit. There's talk of John_ being AL. What order size would constitute as intent-to-distribute? Fucked up back in the day using actual name and house.

This is smart advice for everyone on this sub:

Drops that don't give your doxx away? I thought the concise opinion was to break as few laws as possible.
