Weird tracking on MyUSPS

I have a package coming from a domestic US state, all of a sudden this morning on myusps, another package with a different tracking number shows up. It says "From: US POSTAL SERVICE" but when checking the scan history it has all the exact same information and scans as the actual package. Anybody else experience this? Im already on the way to belize...

I've had the 'from' change to USPS mid-shipment...along with a lot of other odd shit. I wouldn't pay it any attention and let the correction fix itself ;)

I wouldn't sweat it. Anyway usually when it says its shipped from "US POSTAL SERVICE" it means that the vendor sent the package via the blue mailbox instead of either going inside the post office to hand them the package, or printing a pre-shipping label.

USPS is shitty and their tracking does weird stuff all the time. furthermore, MyUSPS adds yet another layer of shittyness. it is seriously a near-useless piece of software.

the longer you've been doing this the more weird shit you see. nothing surprises me any more. your pack is almost certainly gonna show, don't stress

I hate waiting for the mailman. He is soooo slow.

Controlled deliveries go down either immediately with no delay in tracking (1st hand experience), OR the investigation is continued and passed off to local law enforcement, at that point, local LE begins profiling you, your packages, watches you, then proceeds with a walk & talk or full blown CD with an anticipatory search warrant.

Rules of DWM.

Always keep a clean house Always encrypt everything Never talk about what you are doing Never check tracking information. The USPS track and trace API logs IP addresses and flags suspicious tracking activity. Plenty of DarkWeb vendors have been brought down because they are stupid enough to check tracking from their home computers.

Good luck.
