BIO/DISCLAIMER
I have been buying cannabis from Humboldt Farms via AlphaBay for going on a year now, and I love this place. The quality is always excellent, the stealth always effective, and I have never had any cause to complain about delivery time.
I used to live in California, and really hated leaving behind that great medical cannabis from dispensaries like Harborside Health Center in Oakland, when circumstances required me to relocate to a cannabis-unfriendly state. For a while, I imposed on friends to mail me care packages from CA, but thankfully, having Humboldt Farms on ∝Bay makes that unnecessary. The weed you can buy from them is as good as what is to be had at Harborside - and the price is way better.
I have no connection with Humboldt Farms other than as a satisfied retail customer.
PROCESSING
Orders are filled promptly, within one or two days (usually one), and handed off quickly to the PO for "priority" delivery. Order on Monday, package in my mailbox by Thursday or Friday.
STEALTH
Multiple layers, no stink or shake sound... it could be anything in this innocuous little box. And it would be necessary to break numerous seals to determine otherwise.
QUALITY
The way I look at it, there are 3 primary axes of weed quality: 1) high, 2) nose, 3) eye appeal.
If you want all 3, go with something like their top-shelf J1 ("J1 - Grade A++++ Top-Shelf Hydroponic Weed") and you will get a super-yummy buzz from weed with that fresh "oh man, good weed" terpene smell that pops out of the bag in fat, juicy-looking buds. As far as I can tell this is this stuff at its peak, not too old but not too fresh (which is really a worse problem.)
If you really really care more than anything about it smelling good right out of the bag, Jack Herer is great, and totally potent. Other top- or near-top-shelf strains highly recommended: Blue Dream, Girl Scout Cookies... their "mixed salad" is an awesome blend of current top-shelf strains. (This might be my favorite all 'round offering from this vendor.)
If you're willing to take a cosmetic loss on (2) and (3), you can get a good deal on something like Cali Orange Krush, which is still totally potent. Toward the lower end: I picked up some Northern Lights at a substantial discount, and while it was clearly well past its peak, just putting a bit more in my Volcano gave me a solid balloon of cannabis vapor that didn't taste so great but did the pharmacological job.
I recently tried their vape cartridge with Fruity Pebbles, and the experience was very, very nice; great flavor, potently psychoactive, and super convenient. They also sell battery/charger systems that are all you need to use the cartridges.
All in all, great stuff, and from what I can tell, fairly reliably priced, so that if you can afford it, going top-shelf is unlikely to disappoint, while going lower-shelf can be a cost-effective solution to the basic quest for a Good Buzz.
