Need help, very confused [5-MeO-MiPT, AL-LAD]

Hi everyone,

I took 8 +/- 1 milligrams of 5-MeO-MiPT and 1/4 of a 150 microgram tab of AL-LAD.

I've just taken 50mg of Quetiapine Fumarate in hopes of sobering up.

I used to be able to take these substances and feel good. I would see crazy geometries and colors for several hours (obviously less so on the MOXY, but I would feel good), then go to sleep and be normal in the following days.

Now every time I take them I feel good for a few hours and then have an indescribably frightening experience.

(Same experience now every time while on eth-lad, al-lad, any tryptamine, etc. regardless of dose).

My heart rate begins to climb and I have a panic attack where I feel as if there's some cosmic problem I was working on and it's come back to me. I get the feeling that life is repeating itself and that I'm multiple people. It always happens once nightfall occurs regardless of where I am in my trip.

It's starting to affect my life and I don't understand it. I've just flushed all of my remaining substances because I always feel an urge several weeks or months after tripping to do it again.

Anyone have similar experiences? Anyone able to help explain what I'm feeling? I just don't want to be confused anymore.

AL-LAD and 5-MeO-MiPT were taken sometime between 1:00 and 2:00, it's now 8:00. I should feel normal again soon right?

(Unrelated note, 5-MeO-MiPT was from /u/GrandWizardsLair and AL-LAD is from Lysergi (lizard labs reseller)).

Might be something that has changed in your biochemistry that is causing your body to in a sense "crash" and cause all these negative side affects. Try taking 5-MeO-MIPT without the AL-LAD and see if you get the same result. Then try the other way around (AL-LAD without 5-meo).

It sounds as though your expectations of the drugs are causing this. For one, psychedelics are much more than crazy colors and geometrical figures. The visuals are just the peripheral effects of the psychedelics, they are not the main effects. Psychedelics are not "feel good" substances, while they can be, that is not an inherent quality of the psychedelic experience and thinking that taking them will make you feel good every time will lead to exactly what you are experiencing. Psychedelics are not fun, they are demanding and tormenting substances first, enjoyable compounds second.

It sounds as though youve done the combo so many times so as to expect the same effects every time. Psychedelics are unpredictable and almost every trip is different. They are not like cocaine, amphetamines, benzos or opiates which will without a doubt always have the same effects (assuming no tolerance ever... if that could happen).

With that out the way, I think that the first bad experience left an imprint in your mind and every time you trip now you remember it. And you know how it goes on psychedelics, if you think about bad trips, you end up in bad trips. Take an extended break, clear your head. The drugs are making you think strangely. Nothing is wrong, psychedelics do these kind of things and you have to come to understand that this is part of the territory and is something that you will always experience in your psychedelic career at one time or another. Cross post to r/drugs too, they are a bit better equipped for these kinds of things then Quantik shill army.

Is there a community for people who have had really bad experiences like this? I just feel like I need to talk to someone who's gone through the same thing or something similar.

If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I had this problem with RCs and still don't do them, I had a really bad trip, where I got my ass kicked by like four cops while during an intense trip and ever since then k can't take RCs. But I can do real L. I don't know, but the same shit would happen to me. I would hear like a nuclear reactor siren go off like something was about to have a melt down. And just a side note, I ha w noticed that it's people that have a higher IQ tend to have these problems with RCs. At least in my experience

Before he was the Greatest Mind the Darknet Has Ever KnownTM the Grand Wizard was a master psychonaut. We took so many hallucinogens in our heyday that we're no longer capable of speaking in first person. (Top THAT, Mr. Kesey!)

What you are describing is pretty common. You had a bad trip and now your brain associates the psychedelic experience with that bad trip. And so every time you take a psychedelic you get a body memory of the trip: your heart begins racing and you re-experience the body load and the terror, all amped up because you are on psychedelics.

The Grand Wizard recommends at least a 3 to 6 month break from any kind of hallucinogenic or psychedelic compound. That will give you some distance from this last series of bad trips and give your brain chemistry time to readjust back toward baseline. When you try psychedelics again you may want to take Ondansetron to eliminate the body load and nausea; at the trip's plateau a beta blocker like propranolol could stop the racing heart and cold sweats which your brain interprets as panic.

Sorry you had a bad experience with the Moxy. On the bright side many people complained that batch was underdosed -- it was our first and last purchase from a Chinese supplier. So your descent into hell could have gone down even further: this may be the only time we are happy we sold crap drugs.
