I have a package that has been undelivered for 3 weeks, and already refunded by vendor. Should I consider my address potentially compromised?

I was looking to place another order soon but dont feel comfortable having it shipped in case my address has been compromised. Vendor said the package was listed as in transit, and i doubt it is a scam since the vendor canceled the order and i recieved my bc back at the time of auto finalization when i still hadnt recieved anything. It was a small order but should i keep waiting for it to show before placing a new order or just consider my address potentially compromised and try and find a new place to ship?

If you're concerned about the reliability of your postal address why not try sending yourself a small box, with tracking or without, and see how long it takes to reach your door.

just because one pack didn't get through, doesn't mean the next one wont. Also, there was no love letter or knock&talk.

I'd write this one off as lost mail and wouldn't worry too much about it. If you didn't receive any sort of love letter or get a visit I wouldn't stress myself out over it.
