The lab was busted in december 2016 but the arrests were made yesterday. Because of extremely long delays in Quebec's justice system, which often leads to a stop in proceedings, Supreme court recently imposed maximum delays from the moment suspects are charged to the moment they are sentenced. To adapt, police tends to raid first and charge several months later. No article mention the DNM but after touring several (mostly french) articles about the raids and arrests, I was able to gather more information. The overall location and modus operandi as well as the presence of GPS jammers, 200g alprazolam, presses model, 1kg fentanyl ANALOG and some of the arrested names that are very familiar to me lead me to believe it is linked to people I have formerly known, trained and shared my plugs with, and must be related to the DNM in some way or another.
