New Bitcoin tumbler: ChipMixer

I would like to invite you to test our new service.

Bitcoin tracking companies are getting better and better, bitcoin exchanges require more and more identity proofs while mixers/tumblers stay the same. There is coinjoin, tumblebit, mimblewimble projects, but they are trying to solve the problem in a wrong place (on blockchain). Our idea is new and gives more privacy than other mixers.

The idea is simple. Instead of sending you coins with transaction (visible on blockchain and can be linked with deposit), we give you private key to the same amount you deposited. When you import them to your wallet and spend them, on blockchain it looks like you are spending old coins.

If this is not a scam and gains enough liquidity, then it might be the best mixer you could use today, but it does not work as well as advertised.

First: let's dismiss the inherent problems: you are not anonym from the mixer and the mixer can steal your coins.

So why is it not as good as advertised?
The problem is blockchain surveillance companies are not looking at individual transactions, but transaction chains.
Why does it matter?
The creation of the chips are pretty trivially discoverable on the blockchain and what do you think what coins they are using to create those chips? The coins someone wanted to mix out before you.

So basically observers can see that you send in coins to the mixer. And also that they are coming out. How easy it is to identify the links is not trivial for me just yet, before seeing ChipMixer in work.

Long time ago I came up with a similar idea, based on private key exchange and I scratched it up, but after giving it some further thinking, I realized its weaknesses and problems and I rather chose to not pursue this path, altough I had an additional requirement of being anonymous from the mixer, too.

One last note: 0.004btc? Seriously?:) Creating and spending these outputs is definitely not economically feasible.
