[Market Complaint] TMP SUPPORT MIA

Let me introduce myself and the situation, I am a vendor on TMP and have been around for some time. When TMP experienced it's downtime about 1.5 weeks ago, A number of my orders were being processed when the downtime occured. These orders had already been shipped and i was unable to hit shipped from the site.

After the site had came back up, my orders were cancelled and completely erased. I only found of the situation due to a buyer messaging me asking about the refund given to his account. Although, he is not able to claim the payment (trusted buyer).

I have messaged TMP support several times about this situation and received zero response back. I currently am stuck in limbo with a large sum missing from my account unaccounted for.

TMP SCHULTZ WHERE ARE YOU?

It has been this way for a while. I couldn't get any support nearly 2 months ago.

It seems that since TMP didn't live up to the hype and didn't become the number 1 market in the first month that the admins got bored with it and moved onto something else. You really shouldn't be using it.

The admins need a bit more patience and perseverance, as they don't seem to understand that large market shifts don't happen overnight.

You should also post this in the TMP sub in case Schultz is not following this sub here.

I think they are making a client to make the process easier, and they've been busy with that.

On the other hand, even though the TOR gateway was down, the i2p site worked most of the time.

I agree they are not very quick to help you if your problem can be solved by yourself, even if this means is really hard to do for you particularly. They focus on solving technical issues and implementing features. The good thing is that the market almost works by itself, everything is pretty solid so it's worth using it IMO (better than any other unless you want to buy a product that isn't there).

Orders auto-cancel if they are not marked shipped within a certain amount of time. This is to protect buyers from non-responsive vendors. I'm not sure what the time deadline is... probably in the 2-4 day range.

Ultimately, vendors should mark an order shipped before dropping the package off.

Works the same way for clearnet shipping... you don't go drop a package off and then come home to create a shipping label --- you actually create a shipping label, mark the order shipped, then drop the package.

Might want to post in the forums too?
