I've been I'm resolution for 10 days now and I still haven't heard back from the resolution rep. The vendor and I have laid out our arguments and it's clear that I should get a 100% refund. I messaged agoras support 4 days ago about it and all I was told was to be patient. Is ten days pretty normal to wait for a response from the resolution? It's just stressful having 700 dollars tied up so I'm just looking to receive my refund ASAP. Any advice? Should I message support again or don't bother
