Vendor Review: NoStress - Selective Scammer, DOXer, beware

I placed an express order with NoStress. When the package didn't arrive after a couple days, I messaged NoStress, and he simply replied back with the tracking. Searching the tracking showed that NoStress changed a few numbers of my zip code to have the package returned to sender (a PO Box within an hour of his drop location).

I messaged him about the issue, and he went full defensive mode on me, and simply said (and I paraphrase) "we are both out of btc and product, thanks". No offer to remedy, nothing. Funds were still in escrow.

NoStress clearly thought that, with his reply, I may just forget about it and have the order auto-finalize (this was on Abraxas and I had no orders, so he likely assumed that I was a n00b).

NoStress then proceeded to DOX me and post unencrypted shipping info in plain text over messaging - already compromising my security in a situation where my security was already a concern.

Abraxas resolution resolved in favor of NoStress because he states "no refunds" in his profile, releasing entire escrow to him, despite having explicit provisions in profile for for reshipping if his error (which it was, wrong zip code or otherwise sufficiently modified to return with the desired response), or in any event, splitting losses 50/50 when USPS error. English was clearly not Abraxas' first language, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they simply did not understand the situation.

Of course, I encrypt the same file in every transaction and have never had a problem, and have received packages since then, so there was no fault of mine here.

Beware of this vendor. He clearly engaged in an simple scam (change a few #'s on zip code (or otherwise sufficiently modified shipping info), have empty box returned to his own PO box, then says no refunds). He also does not respect the security of his customers, evidenced by posting unencrypted shipping info, most likely as a form of intimidation.

NoStress thought he was dealing with a n00b on a market where he does little business compared to his Agora business, and pulled an easy scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

tl;dr: NoStress selectively scammed me (shipped to sufficiently modified shipping info to have package returned to his own PO Box, then tried to blame me for giving him "bad address"), posted unencrypted shipping info in plain text over messages, then lied to Abraxas resolution to give him the entire escrow. He refused to offer refunds like his profile says in this situation.

No stress is still around? Also holy fuck is he actually trying to collect his packs back to his own PO box? That's how NOD got caught.

Thanks for this post; it's been a while so my memory could be playing me, but I seem to remember him bugging me about releasing escrow only a day after an order arrived (to an office that holds mail, and is not open on the weekend, which was when he was bugging me), while I had no way of knowing if the order that arrived was his or someone else's. When I explained this to him, he was totally unprofessional and asked me not to order from him again--I had no qualms doing so.

Edit: Oh yea, forgot--he wanted to have our entire conversation about the same unencrypted, stating that "there was nothing that needed to be encrypted." Guess some people cant spare the extra 5 seconds on top of the hours they're wasting nagging about something like this: the order was a little over 20 usd. Honesty, can't say I'm surprised that he's started scamming. Sorry for your loss op.

posting your details on a dnm messaging system unencrypted isnt "doxxing", and the postman can get aroind an incorrect zip code if the town, street and house number are correct.

It wouldnt be readable by abraxas support if it was encrypted, and you wanted them to arbitrate.

That return PO box address wont be real, he wont have intentiionally shipped it to himself.

Does the tracking give the return address? Or just "returned to sender" and you made the PO box thing up?
