They sent me this message.
Short version:
We've had what could be called a mix of growing pains and extreme misfortune. We know some of you have been waiting WEEKS for packages that usually take only 10 days. Many of you are also waiting for weeks on reships that should've only taken a few days. We'd like to take this opportunity to assure all of you we're not selectively scamming, and we solemnly swear that every single package will arrive, each and every one of you are an appreciated and valuable customer and we're very sorry for how long everything has taken.
1) We had severe restocking issues between issues of theft, mold, and slow/unreliable suppliers.
2) We've had over 10k in customs seizures to the UK, it's been at our local office. We use mylar, triple vaccum, scent masking, and other stealth measures. Despite all this customs had still been seizing things. In turn we've had to purchase lots of new stealth and packaging out of pocket. We're relaying mail through two other shipping spots in Canada to break up the volumes as well.
3) We're dealing with lots of reships and can only put out so much outgoing mail per day. Things are weeks+ behind.
4) Your package will arrive, we promise, and within a short while we're hoping our shipping time will get back down to a week.
5) If you're Canadian we apologize and will send you a reship immediately, we've had a few slip through the cracks of late.
Long version
They still have their shop up and are still selling. I've been waiting for a month for a 2 week package.
They probably just smoked too much, forgot they were a vendor, and went into emergency excuse mode.
At least they didn't just exit though, that's good news!
