ALPHABAY Scammed me

Created account, wrote down all neccessary information for security. Everything worked fine even logged out and logged back in no problem. Problems only have after i added btc, they needed my pin and i was entering it but it was coming up wrong so i logged out to see if that would fix it but while trying to get back in it told me that either my password or account was wrong, i made a new account and made a ticket but BigMuscle just closed my ticket without a response. In my ticket i put my username, my pin, my mmenonic sentence, and both the receving and sending addresses of the btc transfer and no response. i had close too 300$ in my account

Sounds like you got phished.

[3 Points] alphabaysupport:

We never ask for PIN "after depositing BTC". The only situations where you have to enter your PIN is when making a withdrawal, and when making a purchase (if you enabled the option). There are no other places, ever.

Oh look someone else depositing btc to a phishing link and then trying to blame the legit market.

ive had 2.2BTC sitting in an AB wallet for a year now. I never wrote down the stupid pneumonic phrase, and when I didn't have it and guessed my PIN wrong 3-5x, I am permanently locked out. this is just how AB works. it is the one thing I don't like about it... I have two accounts and they use the same PGP key, they should be able to transfer the BTC, but I am over it now... the BTC will forever be there.... BigMuscle helped me the same way, no help at all.
