Traderoute Refund Issue

so i cancelled an order on traderoute that was still unaccepted by the vendor that was about $30usd. I click on the tx ID and look over the details of the transaction. it say's that the "refund to customer" is 100% and that everything went smoothly. however, i was only refunded $2. i have no withdrawals on my account and my total btc wallet balance isn't even at $30. why has traderoute skimmed like $28 off of an order i cancelled that never even got accepted by the vendor? my funds should've been in escrow and simply returned to my wallet...

update: resolved

Did you contact support?

you maybe didnt count in TR fee's.

they always take more fee's than displayed. fud? calculate it yourself with your done transactions if you dont believe me

Im just guessing, but if you have multisig enabled, maybe it returned the money to your multisig wallet instead of your TR account.

It isn't instant, it appears to cycle through a couple databases or levels of security before appearing in wallet from escrow. Was literally a few mins and mine appeared.

Received a refund from TR today from a dispute I filled yesterday - it was only $20 and it was deposited all in my market wallet (was a 2/2 escrow) as of this afternoon. If its a 2/3 multi-sig check your wallet you set the 2/3 escrow up with - if nothing, just wait for support and cross your fingers.

You put the coin.in address in the btc return address instead of a private wallet address ....you do like krabbypatties face"
