Order problems with HF?

I was wondering if anyone else has been having significant troubles dealing with HF direct. I sent an order in last Thursday, and we had already been talking before that. Then he messages me Monday saying 1. the decryption failed followed by a second 2. never got your payment sent email (hint: it was the encrypted one.) and told me to resend. So I resend within a couple hours. I receive a response 3 days later on Thursday saying once more that he has not received the e-mail, and he asks me to resend. So I do, within a few hours, and I have yet to hear a response.

Do you guys have this much trouble with HF? I was wanting my bud by this weekend but looks like that isn't happening.

Edit: Bud arrived today. Must've just had a mixup in comms, but it looks good. I'll post a review once I get a chance to test it out.
