Has this happened to anybody else? I just deposited into alphabay earlier today, and I went to check my account and I suddenly had double the money I deposited. I'm very confused, but obviously not complaining
Alphabay randomly doubled my money?

I've had multiple messages in the past hour saying something is going on, and they are scared to order. One customer just got a random $40 in his account deposited, and said a few other of his accounts also got money ranging up to 300 in total.
As for me, no issues. All funds are there, nothing extra. I pulled some cash, and now it seems they instantly process instead of 30 minutes which was odd. It also came sent in 4 different transactions all at the same. It now has an option to check it to all come in 1 transaction, but up to 30 minutes - which is the old way.
If anything, I would guess this new change has something to do with it. It looks like money is getting dumped into addresses, and then pulled out to make these withdraws, but because they re-use them some are going into active wallets. Either way, my withdraw was fast as fuck (similar speed with coinbase to electrum) which is VERY weird to happen from tor.

Withdraw the money asap before they notice.

More than likely someone deposited on their old address or wrong one which was now yours? If it's exactly double what you put in then that is strange and maybe something else went wrong

This happened to me once. I paid for my stuff -- I saw the amount deducted from my market wallet -- and then the next day when I went to check the status of my order I saw that it had been accepted, sent, but I had all the money back in my wallet.
I held onto it for a few weeks before doing anything with it in case someone came asking for it, but nobody did so shrug
