Hansa Question

My vendor is saying he is having some internal messaging problems with Hansa. States he receives and error page when they try to reply within an order thread. Can anyone else confirm that this is an issue?

According to the admins (last 5 minutes), this issue does not exist at this current time. I would directly reach out to the market admin and report the issue, along with the vendor you are working with.
