Nucleus

Something has been brought up to us by a moderator over at Nucleus. This is all currently speculation as we didn't get much info other than this chat log, username redacted to help protect their identity:

(10:40:42 PM) <Mod>: Hey
(10:40:54 PM) MLP: <Mod> I'm guessing?
(10:41:09 PM) <Mod>: Got it on point
(10:41:53 PM) MLP: Could you PM me with a signed message? Just want to make sure.
(10:42:03 PM) <Mod>: sure
(10:42:59 PM) <Mod>: (Message was signed with PGP key)
(10:45:37 PM) MLP: Alright, whats up?
(10:45:56 PM) <Mod>: EHh
(10:46:02 PM) <Mod>: vrc the admin has been gone for 6 days
(10:46:17 PM) <Mod>: He's the only person running Support for tickets on the Market
(10:47:06 PM) <Mod>: and people are losing money. I'm getting paid $500/week to moderate the forums full of trolls but I don't care much for pay as much as I do a guy running off with everyone's earned money
(10:47:35 PM) <Mod>: I don't know
(irrelevant information removed)
(10:51:06 PM) MLP: Just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly. vrc, the admin, has been absent for ~6 days. He was the only person with access to the support tickets, and was the sole person handling the tickets. Due to their absense shit is being held up in support and people are losing money. (irrelevant information removed)

<Mod>'s status went to "away", then "offline" five minutes later. We aren't sure of anything happening yet, but since the disappearance of the BlackBank admin we're erring on the side of caution in regards to this. vrc hasn't been seen on the forums since June 7 2015 and forum registrations are now closed.

This will be tagged as speculation as that's what it is, until further proof comes up. If the community agrees that this is an issue, it will be added to the Active Warning List as well.

Blame Nucleus?

[5 Points] og_by_monsanto:

That is some strange shit to say, but, have people not been getting support tickets resolved for this amount of time? otherwise this guy is full of shit, but its troubling that the PGP key is compromised.fun drama ahoy!

[3 Points] theevoinsider:

the last login date for the support account was today

So does this read more like someone is about to make with the loot?

Or is it more like dude got popped, either by LE or at the barrel of a gun?

[1 Points] rogueXleader:

Support tickets have become more and more delayed on Nucleus as time rolls on. It took several days to hear back from support on my last issue, and by that time the vendor had already corrected it. Haven't had to go through any recently, but I suppose it's entirely possible VRC has gone absent for any number of reasons. Would be another kick in the balls the DNM community if Nucleus goes down(with these markets though, I think it's understood they'll pretty much all run for the hills at some point). Would definitely be interested in more information on the situation. I've heard a lot of skepticism of Nucleus, having had very few problems myself, but they may indeed be warranted

[1 Points] EVOsux:

I was replied to on a support ticket 6/10/15 at 1:22 am

[1 Points] neverforget1:

I opened a ticket 2 days ago and support responded yesterday.

Interpret that as you will.

[1 Points] Early_C:

I've had a support issue resolved in the last 3 days or so.

[1 Points] iliveintor:

when was this when vrc was online yesterday on the forums?

Soo LE or are people getting capped?

Thank you to everyone who is posting their experiences here. Like the admins of this sub, I am also monitoring this situation closely and will post a warning on our site if/when we get confirmations of problems with withdrawals.

An increased delay in support ticket responses is certainly a red flag on a newish market, but as far as I can tell it's not time to panic just yet.
