EDIT - FS has contacted me to say that other packages have taken just as long during this holiday season and I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I will update again if the package arrives.
There have been a lot of accusations being thrown around about LG/FS recently and they have been my favorite vendor for close to a year now. I would like to hear what the experience of the community at large has been recently so that we can clear the air and give FS the chance to address anything.
My personal experience: I have ordered off of him many times and enjoyed my orders received tremendously just as many times. Experiences have been smooth (with the occasional postal hiccup) until my most recent... I ordered a gram of the "controversial" heroin batch several days after Christmas to come via Xpresspost. I was hoping it would be waiting for me when I came home from a family road-trip, but alas the box was empty. Not a problem I believed as this wouldn't be the first Canada Post delay I had experienced. But soon the business days started stacking up so after a week had passed I messaged FS and he seemed to agree it was likely just delays and if it still hadn't come on Monday (Jan 8th) that he would check tracking and let me know. Monday came and went with no package so I sent another message. Got a reply Tuesday asking how many business days we were at now and whether this was domestic/international - kind of frustrating starting over message-wise, but I totally get that he doesn't have the time to decrypt every single message in our conversation each time. So I sent him an updated message with the required info to ask his shipping guy about tracking in the same message for his convenience. And Wednesday (still no package) I get a lovely reply from him saying in summary:
You have ordered many times before right? You should know it's there by now even if it was sent standard so please don't try and say it didn't arrive. Stop making new names.
I hate bringing things public and would rather solve directly with the vendor, but when I get sent a message like this my spidey sense tingles. The order was FE'd with a 5 star rating first of all, and I have not once asked for a re-ship or free product of any kind. I am just looking for an update on the tracking of a domestic xpresspost order which has now taken over 10 business days and which he previously said he would check on Monday - seems reasonable to me! (Also no idea what he meant by the stop changing names thing... I've used the same Dream account since its inception.)
To FS: I know it probably gets exhausting dealing with countless messages every day and people trying to scam you, but I have never once complained about an order from you. I am still not ready to blame FS and say that the package was never sent or something as I am still waiting on something from another vendor as well (though this other one was only sent standard) so it is still possible that it is just Canada Post being horrible, but I made this topic here for you to be able to contact me more directly (however Dream works just as well). Trust me I would not be sitting here trying to conserve my measly pile of poor quality local product if I had a G of your stuff beside me LOL. I don't have any bad feelings towards you as a long time friend, I just want to clear things up.
Has anyone else ordered or received any packs from LG/FS recently? What are your thoughts? I've always wanted to try the Ket from them.
