Greetings DNM and fellow users.
I for the sake of argument i am iSland.
A little background before I get into this conversation. I have been around since SR1 and been through the ringer with all of the shutdowns, BTC lost and exits. I for one as very tired of it. I am a developer, a server IT and an expert on pen-testing and security.
So I am here today to purpose an idea, a new dawn and age. A Market to be the end all of everyone's worries. No more BTC lost. No more crooked admins and mods. No more JAVASCRIPT or FLASH nor learks. No more loosing btc to exits. Vendor bond will be 0 to start and always free for legacy Vendors. Fees will be reasonable at 2% or a monthly vendor fee which the vendor can choose from? (any comments on this)?
Also-- A huge feature is all drugs will be tested. Our staff will have them sent to a lab for exact testing so our users know what they are getting.
We believe this will be huge so buyers know what is really in the product they are vending with MSGC proof. Admins and stuff will never directly handle them but middle men in several countries will handle the contraband and test it in labs across the world.
We are sick of people dying fro fake xanax and white H disguised as feynt.
Any opinions on this is great. We will be looking for MSGC testings to be paid on a monthly basis for they're help. Again security is number one priority.
This is just the tip of the iceburg.
So lets get to the good stuff. What I am purposing is this; A secure DECENTRAL Market which means majority of Coins are ever held in the site directly. (Idea still in progress on how to implement this securely with the ability to dipute) 2FA as well as multisignature are a must. Fast and reliable site. Good design and coded without leaks. Reduce scams and all BTC will be insured in the case of a scam. I believe this is the best way to combat scams, but at our discretion.
I would love to hear some opinions on features. This market will be like no other before it. Something more secure, more safe for buyers and vendors. We all want our drugs and we all want them safe and to keep our funds safe.
I am taking suggestions. The whole market and forum will be custom coded for security as apposed to the open source stuff we see already.
As for time frame on build. 3-6 months.
I know from being a user of every market what is needed.
id love to hear from the users here, vendors as well as some DNM mods.
Our biggest concern is decentral or a better way to implement security. We are already going to secure coins by a 100% BTC guarentee if scammed, which would be up to our discretion due to potential fraudsters tying to make BTC by scaming themselves.
Any and all help from the community to build something secure for all of us to benefit from is the goal.
Thank you for listening and your opinions and suggestions are always accepted.
As for decentral the admin would watch over transactions in dispute and would be the deciding factor on who gets the coins, but again the market does not have the coins a virtual person.bot does who has private keys in which once the parties agree the coins are released, if in dispute admin must sign the transaction to release coins, but again admin and site does not control where coins go. I believe this to be a good solution to the exits.
Any serious suggestions please do place them below. I am here to benefit the DNM community as we have all been screwed too many times. Lets make a change.

It kinda sounds like you're just throwing around buzzwords without actually understanding what you're talking about. How will there be fees, vendor bonds, universal product testing, etc. if the market is "decentralized?" What does "decentralized" even mean to you, in this case? How will you receive samples to test without a thousand and one drop addresses, and how will you prevent vendors from knowing when they're sending out the sample to be tested (and remember that they may share your drops' addresses among one another)?
And only 3-6 months to build all this? By yourself? Are you serious?
All in all, I'd say you have a lot of reading to do, first.
