I ordered some oil cartridges from him (he had a fantastic price, $20/piece for 25 units, 1mL filled). Unfortunately, when I received the pack, a majority of the cartridges leaked out, some a little bit, some a lot.
I took pictures, messaged him and informed him about the issue -- no response for 2 days. So I filed a dispute asking for a partial refund - right after that, he responded to me and accused me of scamming him since I told him I salvaged oil from the cartridges that leaked and moved them into other carts to fill them to the top (since I resell these, I need them to be filled, otherwise my buyers will think they're used). He said that in the picture there was absolutely no evidence of leaking because there wasn't any residue on the containers they came in.
Well, anyways, here's the pictures, I'll let you guys be the judges. These pictures were taken right when I opened the pack.

After salvaging as much oil as I could, I was left with 15 full carts instead of 25 - I'm still coming up a little bit after I sell them. So I'm not terribly upset, but at least an apology would be nice from this guy if anything.
I also ordered some wax and lollipops from him as well. The wax is pretty good, especially for the money. The lollipops are alright - he rated them at 50mg a piece, I think they're pretty inconsistent, but nevertheless, functional. He also tossed in a sample nug of his Cheese, which was pretty decent. I think he's still got a deal running zips at $170, which is a pretty good deal for the quality of weed he has.
My advice - if you're going to order from him, stay in escrow, and don't get his cartridges. But nevertheless, I'll update this thread once our dispute is closed (hopefully resolved).
If you guys have any input on the best way to resolve a situation like this, that would be much appreciated, as I've really never dealt with a problem like this.
UPDATE : Want to update this thread and let everyone know that in the end, the vendor did take care of me and ship replacement carto's at no additional cost. While annoying, he did end up owning up to the problem.
