[GeneralQuestions] How to get in contact with EVO support?

does anyone know how? I purchased next day from a vendor that has 100% feedback an I purchased it 4 days ago and it still hasn't shown, Then I get a message saying that I will have to go to the USPS office and pick it up and pay the postage because he was short on postage. I told him I will NOT show my face in a post office to pick up heroin because of your lack of ability to ship products correctly OR even send them how they were paid for.

This was his message to me: "Hi everybody,

Several of your shipments might have "posted due." I shipped several packs via either Priority flat rate or priority express flat rate but I used Priority mail mailing envelopes, (non flat rate envelopes.) It is like a $0.20 difference. I am trying to get them all paid on my end. It might be Monday before they are available. I am so very sorry for this embarrassing mistake. If your USPS office contacts you, BE COOL. It is a normal package, nothing suspicious, unless YOU act suspicions. If they give you the option to pay the postage due, please do so. I will get you back. I do NOT want anything returned to sender. Again, I apologize and will do you all right in the future. "

MackMaine,

For your actual question; I'm not totally sure how to directly contact Evo support. The only time I have contacted them was with a dispute for an order that never arrived. This was a simple process of just clicking "dispute," rather than "finalize." You may want to check the Evo forums and look at the faqs section. I know I have heard of people opening a "support ticket," which is what I think you're trying to do. However, I'm not sure what Evo can do for you in your current situation, except for scolding the vendor for fucking up so badly and putting all his clients at risk. I have never heard of something like this happening before, and the fact that the message you received was addressed to "everyone," means a lot of people are probably sweating over this decision as well.

I really want to know, who is this vendor? Whoever it is, they seem to be extremely unprofessional and I certainly would want to avoid ever doing business with someone like that. I would have to guess that everyone else would want to know who this vendor is as well.

Getting back to what another gentleman said, I would probably take a couple xanax and brave it to the post office and just act normal. Then bring it home and do not open it for a day. That way if LE were to suddenly come knocking (which I seriously doubt they will) you can totally deny having any knowledge of it's contents.

That's the best I got for ya. But if you are comfortable with it, I would really like to know the vendor. Be safe man.

Just go pick up you're package m8. Looks like to me you're getting worked up for no reason. The vendor is obviously at fault but it's not game breaking.
