So about 3-4 hours ago i transferred some coins to be tumbled from my coinbase account, to the address Helix Light (the darknet version) supplied me. Since I began this process, Coinbase has told me that the coins were sent, and yet they are nowhere to be found whenever i refresh Helix light. Helix is still telling me they are waiting for payment when the payment was clearly sent hours ago. It says on the site that it should take around 30 minutes, and up to 2 hours. At this point I am well past that 2 hour threshold and coinbase is telling me the coins were sent hours ago.
Any help? ideas? Do i just need to be patient? Honestly just looking for any sign I'm not out of luck.
I suppose it may have something to do with the malleability attack on the bitcoin network, because a Helix address can only be used once. So your transaction may have been duplicated, and Helix only accepted the one transaction that was never confirmed, thus it never reached 2 confirmations and was never tumbled through.
Either that or you were just straight up using a phishing site.
Write /u/gramsadmin and /u/gramssupport with the Helix wallet address and the Helix transaction URL if possible. eh, I tagged them in this post, they'll be notified of this thread now anyway. Good luck.
