Is there a way to encrypt your entire mac.

No master keys, no brute force. Is this possible?

No encryption is 100% safe. You can do a disk-wide encryption, and as long as the password is different than any password LE can subpoena, I think you should be good.

If you mean a Mac computer: then yes. It's called FileVault. There are a few points of minor weakness, although you needn't be overly concerned with them. People have tried to attack it for quite a while.

 

If you mean MAC - like a MAC address, then no. There's no way to encrypt the MAC address while still having the message be deliverable.

Mac's have FileVault built right in, just use a strong password.
