Whats up with Omega and Odyssey markets?

Did they both already flop or have people been using these? I haven't heard shit about Omega since they made their opening announcement over a month ago. Odyssey sounded promising when they made their opening announcement, but again, haven't heard shit since then.... what's the deal with these guys? we really need a new solid market to take over. I don't trust Dream worth shit

Odyssey seemed like they lied about their implementation. Someone had called them out for buying a cheapo script that's been shopped around for dirt cheap. It has the Evo style and at first Odessey claimed that they only used the Evo styling and a custom back end. Then they tripped up on their own lies and essentially admitted they purchased the cheapo market script. They said they fixed the back end bugs that were present on the cheapo market script which contradicts their claim that they only used the stylesheets. Stay away.

Omega is a good looking and functioning market it just doesn't offer anything more than Dream to be honest. I hear they are / have implemented XMR though which if they can pull off and keep decent uptime would put them ahead of Libertas IMO.

Odessy I am yet to try out.

I've been waiting for Odyssey to increase their size limit on pics to really start creating listings. Asked for 2MB. They recently increased to 990kb...

So you've bought into all the FUD and complaints of phishing victims. Like all (all) 'on top' markets of the past, it's a magnet for this kind of stuff. Nevermind that it's been around going-on 5 years. Nevermind that most/nearly all users have had zero problems. Nevermind that they had a perfect opportunity to scam when BTC went through the roof...but didn't. Instead, you're expressing interest in using two, brand-new, untested platforms. Fair enough. Try them out and let us know. I too would like to hear more.
