Yes, it's trivial to find out when you connect to a public node and only a little more difficult when using a bridge relay.

So - as others here have pointed out - the only way to hide your Tor connection is using a VPN. But hiding Tor is hardly ever necessary since there are many use cases for it.

Anyway, they can see you're using tor, they can't see what you're doing with it, and lots of people use tor for things that are not darknetmarkets...
