just got my pack in the other day, came home from work and my 7 month old puppy had gotten into concentrate i carelessly left out on a counter top which i thought was too tall for him to reach.
i also have two clumsy ass cats (i thought cats were supposed to be super fucking agile) that the pup likes to chase.
i believe the dog was chasing the cats, the cats jumped on the counter top knocking the concentrate over, then the dog proceeded to eat them.
anyways, i came home to my dog napping and i woke him up to say was good and he was all out of it and shaky.
i rushed him to a 24 hour vet because it was 2:45am and they told me he very obviously has poisoning from THC. they told us to take him home, make sure he drinks a ton of fluids, and pees alot to help purge his system of the toxins.
i feel like absolute shit, my dog's heart rate and blood pressure are super high. he's out of it and keeps banging his head into doorways. he keeps peeing all over the place. he's getting better hour by hour though and is starting to act more normal.
i lost a gram of concentrate, paid $120 just for the vet to tell me my dog got into some form of weed, lost a night of sleep because i was by my pup all night making sure he was okay.
thc is toxic for dogs and can cause seizures and even be fatal in large enough doses.
STASH your stash somewhere appropriate folks, and never even blow clouds into your pet's face because #1 it doesn't do anything because your lungs have already absorbed ~95% of the THC, and #2 even if it does do anything it'll just poison your animal.
Same thing happened to my dog twice (both not my fault). Had to get water injected subcutaneously. Vet told me that dogs love the smell of weed and will seek it.
