I made an order on Evo, with escrow, fortunately. It was only after I made the order that I see the vendor hasn't logged on since the last week of December, so I figured I'd proably have to cancel.
I know with Evo, if the order is still "processing" after 4 days, the buyer can cancel it. Well, it's been 4 days and I want to cancel. Pretty sure this order will never go through. It's a fair amount of coin (for me, anyway) locked up in this order, and I'd like to free it up so I can order from a vendor who is actually there.
But where do I go to cancel it? The "details" page for the order isn't showing a "cancel" button. Should I wait longer for one to show up? Or is there something else I have to do? I guess I can try to message the Evo staff, but I thought I'd ask here first, in case there is something I'm missing. Thanks.
EDIT/UPDATE: Nevermind. Within 2 minutes of posting this, the order automatically canceled. It was more like 97 hours, not 96. I'd delete this post, but maybe someone else with a similar issue will search and see this, so I'll just leave it here.
For what it's worth, the vendor was GreenBlvd. Apparently he's still doing regular business on Agora, but decided not to let his Evo buyers know he won't be vending on that market anymore. Too bad.
Edit: he = he or she
hmm they must have changed the auto-cancel time, used to be around 72 hours.
