It all started when a customer claimed my product is fake, even though I have perfect feedback and many returning customers.
He waited for 13 days and 23 hours to dispute the order, asking me for a refund.
If it was a small order, I might consider it, and then blacklist him. But it was not small... So I've had the money tied up in lala land for going on a month now...
In the past AB support messaged within 24 hours of a dispute being filed, asking both parties to share their sides.
I even messaged them on Reddit, no response.
You can see why I find this annoying and unprofessional.
What should I do?
Watch out you might get banned for "betraying Alphabay" by posting negative things about them on reddit.
