What would you do in this situation?

I'll try not to go on too much, but quite a lot has happened.

I had a custom order previously which was one of their sample packs plus 1/2 oz shatter and 1oz charlie, 1oz strawberry. The order came but was the 1oz charlie and 1oz strawberry short. They offered to ship straight away, I said I'd trust them and have it on top of my next order as if I'm getting an international order I'd rather make it worth the risk and go for a larger one. They agreed with this and from me letting them know to resolving the issue was about 3 days. I then got another custom order together including the missing products.

The order was for: 3oz strawberry, 3oz charlie, 2oz MK Ultra, 2oz GSC if available (cheese/purple/super silver if not). Plus some legomen sweets they have

I received 2.5oz of Charlie and 1oz of Super Silver Haze. The SSH and 1/2 oz of the charlie came in one way, the rest in a bag. I also got 8 legomen and 7g of RSO (The RSO was unexpected but has came in handy as I've just found out my mates dad has cancer.) As you can see it is quite a bit short. I also paid for high stealth, but it wasn't as packed as the last order. I obviously can't complain about this as it reached the UK so it was more than adequate anyway.

It arrived last Thursday, it is still not resolved and they are contacting me very little. They said it might be in 2 packages (which they said for the first order) and said they will check tracking. I asked for an update 2 days later and they said it is coming tomorrow. Nothing came tomorrow, so I asked again. They said they have been too busy and would get back to me. Then they didn't for a couple of days. I asked again and they gave me a number and told me to be patient, it's coming. I asked for more of an explanation as I didn't understand, they said number 32, he's almost at you.

Sounds like bull shit to me. I won't mention the vendors name until this is resolved. I will be happy if I get the rest of my product, however they have unfortunately lost a customer. It's a shame as the bud is amazing.

Fuck vendors who charge more for special/super/high stealth. All stealth should be great. If you want to factor it in the price do it, don't have an option for lower stealth.
