Is there a place users can make suggestions to improve their market(s)?

I have a suggestion for Alphabay and I'm wondering if they have a place for them or if any other markets do. My suggestion for Alphabay is they update their feedback system. Abraxas had the best feedback system imo and I'd like to see it more like that or AT LEAST make it so we can update the feedback. I have only been scammed twice in my time and both times were on Alphabay when Abraxas and Middle Earth went away. I put "FE'd Will update!" in the feedback section for two different vendors each about $250 each, not knowing I wouldn't be able to update the feedback. Changing this would save people who are new to the market or just lazy. I was both. Fortunately for me, I was able to get one $250 order back even though I FE'd on both. Does anyone else see how this could be very beneficial to the community?

Yeah just write a letter and send it to the last return address you saw on an order you received.

There should be an average shipping time as well as a satisfaction rating for a vendor.

Shipping time is important to customers. Now I've said it, you're all going to think "God! Why don't they all do that?"

less obvious is that every darknet marketplace should also have one dedicated only to selling legal items, cash in the post, sports utility vehicles and gift vouchers etc.

In essence, it would act as an unregulated darknet bitcoin exchange, so we wouldn't have to go onto the clearnet for vendors to sell bitcoins back to customers. We could trade bitcoins for cash in the post and the market would get two commissions. I got the idea when some dude was worrying how to buy $2k a week of bitcoin without the government noticing.

Why does the bitcoin have to keep shuttling back and forth between legal and illegal sites? Keep it all on TOR, but legal versions of alphabay etc which won't scare legit bitcoin traders away.
