Is this the case with anyone else? I'm really hoping my order has went out and he just didnt update his orders on his market but I think thats too optimistic.

UPDATE 02/16/2016: We are placing our account in vacation mode for a day or two. We have ran into an issue, with creating our labels over the weekend. We have found an alternative, but are still behind due to the crazy influx of orders. Once we are all caught back up, we will return our account status to normal, and will continue business as usual. First of all if you are messaging us regarding receiving the tracking information, we WILL NOT provide ANY tracking for any orders under 5 grams. There is NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, we do this for OPSEC reasons. Thank you.
Additionally, if you are sending a message regarding if your order went out, or trying to see where your package is, we are not going to answer these questions, because if the order was received by the cutoff times that are listed below, we can assure you that your package went out. If you are wondering when you should expect the package, whatever the amount of time, that is listed next to the shipping option that was chosen, that is the estimated time it will take to get to your door.
LASTLY, we are going to say, that our customers are our number one priority, as all of you help to put food on our tables. We make sure that we get every order out when it is supposed to go out, so please, do not message us asking any of these questions, as all it does, is bogg our team down from getting orders processed and shipped out.

I had a pack of his just suddenly "get lost" in transit on the way so he reshipped...he was a dick and told me bc of me he was making a new refund/ reship rule...he reshipped and the second pack got here in 2 days...so I dunno what's going on with him
