[to whom it concerns,] = E-mail from Liberty-X

Thanks for being a loyal LibertyX customer; we've had a record year and wanted to provide a quick company update.

Mobile Apps: We now have iOS and Android mobile apps so you can purchase bitcoin to your wallet while you are still in the store.

bitreserve Integration: Option to have your Liberty-X bitcoin purchase redeemed directly to your bitreserve wallet and stored as one of 20 currencies or 4 precious metals. Learn more here.

Price Increase: To help cover some of our costs as we continue to improve the user experience, we will be instituting a small price increase. We will be charging a 2.9% fee after the first $5,000 of cumulative volume purchased. We noticed you recently passed $3,500 in cumulative volume and wanted to make sure you had ample advance notice. We aim to remain the cheapest, safest, and most convenient cash-to-bitcoin option.

Weekly Limit Increase: As appreciation for being an early supporter of LibertyX we are increasing your weekly purchasing limit to $3,500.

Thanks for your business over the last 9 months and we appreciate your support as we continue to build and grow America's largest cash to bitcoin network. LibertyX

It's good if they do fix their customer service and make more stores have it. I live in a large urban city and I don't have an ATM and only 3 stores have it and they're all in the ghetto. So far it's been perfect but I hate the fact that I gotta buy bitcoins in varibles of 50...

I dont love it (the rasied 2.9% fee after $5,000) but it is better than other fees (LBC) with the continued Anonymity.

I don't think i need it but i would love for them to push my weekly limit up also. On that note, I thought their daily limit was $1,000 making your weekly limit $7,000. Is this not the case? is the weekly limit $1,000?

That might explain why a guy on here a few days ago got an e-mail from them requesting further ID verification.

Aside from the sudden suspension of accounts for no reason or warning, the 100s of locations added to their website that have been confirmed (by libertyx themselves) not to be using, nor planning on using their service, the recent, near threatening sounding emails their support has sent out to customers about their possible DN dealings (several of which I know for fact have had zero dealings with the markets), and general misinfo. the website is littered with (for example, Qpay not requiring fees or taxes, when nearly all vendors ask for some form of it), I have heard they are a decent vendor, plan to give them another go as soon as I set things up in a more proper fashion.

See ya again soon fuckers!

The $5,000 limit is permanent? Once you go over that limited amount all your future transactions will be charged 2.9% fee?
