Anyone have to do any resolutions with HumboldtFarms lately? How did it go?

I am in quite a unique situation. I ordered from HF (second time ever, first time didnt get confirmed before BB exit scammed so i was fucked) and I know hes a notoriously slow shipper so I wasnt concerned when nothing landed after 8. 9. 10 days. Day 11 comes and I get a call from the post office that I have a package from XYZ company(not real name) and I need to come claim it. I said I wasnt expecting anything so I didnt want to come claim it. They were being very persistent and I just hung up. I messaged HF and asked what to do and I got no answer. Today they called again, different employee, same stuff "Hey we have this package from XYZ blahblahblah" and I just said no and hung up. I am definitely not going to go to the post office and Im considering my address burned, but what should I do about HF? He hasnt answered me and I didnt FE so I can still start a resolution, but i dont want it to come to that if it doesnt have to.

TL;DR: Pack didnt land for 10 days, 11th day its at post office and I get called to go get it I refuse and alert HF and ask what to do. No response. Next day (today) they call again and I refuse again. Not sure what to do, dont want to jump the gun and blame HF for negligence so im looking for advice.

Sorry about the wall of text, and any and all input would be much appreciated. Thanks in advace :)

UPDATE EDIT: So after talking with HF and he checked the tracking it says the pack was delivered 7/18....something isnt right here, but im still not going to claim that pack at the post office....if anything notable happens ill make an update post.

How'd they get your phone number?? That's what I'd be curious about. Not sure how to interpret that. On the one hand, LE would have no problem finding out your number. On the other hand, was this a PO Box and you provided a number? Was it for pickup at your normal post office? If it was a non-PO box delivery you should ask them to just deliver it. I'm guessing though this has to be a PONBox and it's too big to fit? Otherwise it's weird. Depending on how you answered that would be how likely there is a problem - although a problem is usually unlikely. Normally I say don't let it return to sender but it's all dependent upon the situation.

Has HF replied? He needs to check tracking to see wtf it says. If the tracking shows no problems and it wasn't delivered bC you refused, there may not be a refund. Obviously if it's LE involvement it's a different story. Hopefully you e cleaned house. If it is seized or a CD they may not let it go that easily. Anyway it's hard to tell.

Bro you are way too paranoid. Wow. Go to the post office and get your shit. Stop being a little girl. Now you basically made a scene for no reason and are raising suspicions.

Yes I am having the exact same problem. Sent to resolution, HF replied, all is OK, just finalize when it arrives. That was a week ago. Now 15 days and counting.

New account. Obviously.

I ordered from Colorado (the vendor) not long before his 4.20 sale and eventual exit. It was an ounce of Flo. Have ordered multiple times before and since, never a hiccup. But this order I got a slip at my door saying I needed to pick up the pack.

I dropped by USPS the next day and grabbed it like it was no big deal. Knew my house was clean, and unlike you, not an amount I would resell. I was not worried.

The pack looked the same as any other, altho I did not inspect it closely because I made it home. If I was getting arrested it would have happened back at the post office. That was my thought.

So I did not think about it again until Colorado disappeared. I personally think he got profiled and arrested or skipped town because he felt the heat.

Anyway my thought was I wonder if when a vendor starts getting their packs profiled if the USPS starts doing these calls/notes to pick up packs to see how people react. If a large number of the tagged packs get unusual reactions maybe that gives them what they need to continue the investigation.

Whatever, I sound like I am on meth. My point is I think you already fucked up acting like you did. I would have either picked up the pack like nothing was wrong or, if you really thought something was up then tell them due to work schedule you can't get to their office while they're open - so only way for you to get the pack would be a delivery or have a friend get it. That is a perfectly acceptable reason to not be able to pick it up, no suspicion raised. Ball is in their court then. If they can deliver it, cool, but since you weren't expecting it and don't know what it is then they can just return to sender if they can not deliver it.

My two cents. Sorry if that did not make sense.

Hijacking top post. Normally don't post directly to reddit but in order to put some minds at ease ill step out of the shadows for a sec

HF here, we had some delays last week that were some packages I thought got shipped didnt go out for a few days. so the shipping window might not be a major concern. Im not a PO box expert is it out of general protocol to get a call when your package is there waiting for you?

are you sure it hadnt been siting there for a few days before they started to call you?
