How hard is it to be a DNM Support guy?

I was wondering how difficult it could really be to be a support person on a market? I mean I know they have their own lives and shit too but damn. Sometimes it takes days to resolve the simplest things. I'd assume they take the weekends off. I'm talking about Dream specifically at this time but I've seen it on other markets too.

Are you friendly? Do you have people skills? Is your schedule open and flexible? Do you reside in a time zone in which support members do not already exist?

Support is about helping people, so if you have that down, the task should come naturally to you.

I have not worked in marketplace support for very long, and our market is not (yet) a large one like AlphaBay or Dream. This is me speaking from previous experiences.
