Does anyone know about this policy? I've searched before and can't remember what it was I read or how I found it. Generally I'm trying to determine if it's names that are flagged or addresses. What I mean is, if an individual had a package seized, and received a love letter (or even of the police came knocking at the door, really doesn't matter the situation), is the address of that individual flagged or is it the name? I know addresses get burned and flagged (sometimes not in that order), but does the name associated with it get flagged as well. I don't know how many times I can ask the same question in different ways, but I wanted the question to be clear. (Also is late and I probably shouldn't be on here)
I'd assume packages to that name at the address at least. Possibly the address itself as well, but as multiple people can share an address, not as much.
The name itself, to different addresses, I wouldn't think is much of an issue. I live in a fairly small town and there's someone else with the same name here. By no means am I an authority on this though.
