Money Laundering idea

would it be possible if you where a landlord to rent out your rooms to 4 tenants and have them pay you the rent say 100$ a week each and what you do as the landlord is increases the rent to say 250$ a week however you use your dirty money and add 150$ on every head to claim at the end of the week that you receive 1000$ weekly rent rather than Just 400$ weekly ?

or pay full years rent for a house for 4 tennants and have them pay you rent directly as clean money. assuming you can rent a house out with 20000$ cash at all possible ?

This requires your tenants to be in on your scheme, which means you have to kill all of them eventually. You monster.

not quite sure what you mean with this, but right off the bat raising rent like that is against the law in most places.

You are over thinking it

This doesn't sound like a good idea, but hey I don't know shit about money laundering.

I don't quite understand what you're trying to say.

Well, your tenants would have to mention the $250 when filing their tax return, otherwise your cover will blow once you get an audit or LE looks into this.

And when you get into shit and they look into the tenants contracts? Or tax returns? Or you know, contact them? Unless they're in on it no chance.
