Curious Why people buy Pain Medication on the DNM.

The Prices I have seen Posted here and elsewhere on the DNM are outrageous, Hydrocodone for $1 a MG, That's Crazy I can get Hydrocodone on the street anywhere for around .60Cent a Mg, Now on to Oxycodone The Prices I've seen on those are still around street price $12 for 15's, When you can get Oxy on the street for $1mg, etc, And Most I have seen on the DNM are pressed with Fent, and are just pressed in General, When I can get Real Pharma Pain Meds for the same prices down the road, I've Started looking into DNM For my Pain needs/Addiction, But at the Current Prices The Risk involved and not knowing if you are getting fent pressed pills or bs, The street sounds so much better. Maybe Someone Can Clarify Why People Buy these on the DNM, I was interested and curious but after what all I've seen sadly its back to the street.

Maybe not everybody lives on your street. Or knows people on the street. Or likes being on the street at all.

In life, I've generally found that people Who randomly capitalize words in sentences Usually aren't saying anything worth Reading, anyway.

Some people don't know people that are able to get them what they need/want, thus one of the major reasons DNMs are so popular.

You should continue buying on the street then if you have a comfortable connect.

And Most I have seen on the DNM are pressed with Fent

Umm, not necessarily true. Its becoming more and more of a concern but I'd say its a stretch to say most. I've been ordering for a long time and once/twice got a pill or two out of hte batch that were suspect. People often go cheap and when you do that, you run the risk of getting shit. Stick to a good vendor and your chances are better.

I'm also not sure why the risk profile is necessarily different on the DNMs vs the street. Often, bad pills make it on both markets. Now if you hace a connect like a pain patient and you know where they get their pills, yes, that's the safest route. But if you are buying it from a middle man, the risk is there, no matter what.

The street sounds so much better

Well, I think in your case its better. You have a connect. I'm an older guy and I'd stand out badly in the hood. I'm sure I'd get pulled over immediately b/c cops would know exactly why I'd be in the hood. For me, safety is paramount. Saving a little money on pills while exposing myself legally is not worth it. So do I want to spend an extra couple hundred dollars on a single order if I have less of a chance of having a legal problem that would be very pricey in many different ways? Fuck yeah, I'll spend the extra money.

Like everyone else is saying if they don't know anyone to get the stuff from then they are going to have to pay those prices to get what they want. Not everyone has a bunch of connections in the streets.

you gotta wonder why people buy pain meds at all when they can cop really pure heroin on the markets and save a ton of money

The dirty Doctors dried up. The supply on the street is very limited.

[1 Points] seriously-_-:

DNM is only cost effective for RC opioids. Legit pharma opioids are extremely costly on the street ever since hydrocodone/acetaminophen was rescheduled to C-II. Can't fault the DEA for that move considering how many people were abusing vics and norcos

I've NEVER understood this. I can get those deals + better deals. OP 80s all day long for 35. Roxy 30s A/215s for 25-30$ tops.
