I've had a few orders cancelled by the vendor recently, one was soon after I placed it, but one was cancelled AFTER the vendor had marked it shipped! Both times I got my money back of course, but neither time did I receive any communication, not a peep. Why does this happen? I can see why sometimes they'd refuse an order from new accounts or someone who hasn't bought shit before, but neither of these apply to me.
It'd be interesting to hear some thoughts from vendors on this.
I'd bet the vendor didn't have the product, and was hoping it would come in time?
