I am going to list some consequences of closing down the markets.
The market provided a safe environment for the sale and purchase of drugs. Not safe from LE but safe from violence and safe from potentially bad batches that would have killed people.
Reviews enabled people who would have bought drugs anyway to buy them where they knew the drug the were buying were safe.
Do not take the moral high ground. You have not saved life's, you have caused more deaths. People are still going to buy drugs and now they will turn to the street where potential for violence and deadly drugs is much greater
You have wasted valuable resources such as man power and funds by carrying out this operation. Those fund could have been put to better use.
You have changes nothing, markets will pop up again with better security which will be ran more carefully. I am not saying this maliciously, just legalise and tax at least some of these narcotics.
In summary you have changes nothing, you saves no life's but caused more deaths, you did not make the world a safer place, you brought justice to no one. You did not save anyone from death, you did not save anyone from injury, you did not save anyone from theft, you did not save anyone from harm. What exactly do you think you did. You have no doubt seized millions of dollars which I'm sure you will find a use for.
PS: I do not condone the sale of firearms, stolen property or fake documents
EDIT: spelling and grammar
It's hard being human haha. Political lobbying, grants, and true justice are a jumble. And those who claim themselves exuberant in morality are usually the ones most caught up in sin.
