Some of you may remember my posts from nearly a month ago when i was asking why i was locked out of my Dream account. Most of you thought i had been phished, but today i have finally got a reply from support stating the following.
Support has disabled my vendor account BECAUSE two large orders (apparently) did not arrive.
From what i can see, the orders they are talking about is 2 orders placed each for 100 pills costing 200 GBP each. Hardly large orders when i have completed 700+ GBP orders right?
As Dream support know, its the buyers risk of no delivery if they do not choose tracked postage. And a alarming number of customers seem to like to choose no tracking so they can get double the product for the same price!
The best bit is that i was never even given a chance to offer reships to these buyers or assess there cases, because Dream locked me out of my account BEFORE i even seen a buyer complaint about these orders.
Anyone who vends on Dream i would take this as a serious warning, it doesn't matter how much you have in escrow available, they will lock your established vendor account just over 2 buyers claiming none delivery on relatively small orders with no tracking requested.
I have requested twice now that Dream unlock my account and will update here if they do so but its unlikely.
Says alot about their integrity when multiple people complain about scamming vendors on ab and they do nothing about it
