Tl;DR: All cocaine that I've come across has tested positive for cuts regardless of how it was advertised. Risk is subjective so I'll leave whether or not it is good up to the individual and their homework.
Before we begin, I'm not looking to point fingers at anybody, yet. The testing done below is only indicative but not conclusive. I've asked for mass spec through a friend of a friend but no word on that yet.
Introduction
Cocaine acquired either from the street or through other methods has a complicated and corrupt supply chain that could warrant the label: "Contents sold by weight not by quality. Some cutting may have occurred." Many of the vendors in the marketplaces peddle cocaine of variable quality and users and middlemen have very little info other than a person's word that they didn't get an entirely different product. I argue that reagent testing common for drugs like MDMA can also be applied to cocaine at every step of the supply chain to improve safety and efficacy for everyone who uses cocaine.

Method
Cocaine was obtained through the usual methods with no indication to the vendor that further testing on the samples would be performed to avoid preferential treatment or contamination.
Cocaine cut tests were performed per manufacturer's instructions by adding 10mg of substance to test, stirring until product is dissolved, and then compared against the provided color chart.
Cocaine purity tests were performed per manufacturer's instructions by adding buffer to test, then 20mg of substance, and then slowly shake the vial for five seconds.
Tests done using the Mandelin, Mecke, and Marquis reagents were done by putting 2mg of substance on a white surface with a drop of each product added to each substance.
Photographs were adjusted postprocessing for white balance and to better compare colors against the spot fields.
Results
The cocaine purity tests all went to the darkest available test field for all samples. Further testing of this test to confirm it was more than a party trick was confirmed by added cocaine in 5mg increments and comparing to the test field. No photos of this test were taken as photos provided no more useful information.
The cocaine cut test indicated that all cocaine samples had been cut. Traphouse's FishScale sample displayed a brownish-green indicating either levmisole, acetaminophen, phenacetine, or aspirin. Traphouse's High Quality sample displayed an orange-brown color indicating benzocaine or lidocaine. AlexSosa1Kg's sample displayed a light green with yellow edges indicating either levmisole, acetaminophen, phenacetine, or aspirin.
Mecke, Marquis, and Mandelin reagents confirmed nothing other than cocaine in all samples. No images provided for this test as pictures provided no further information.

Discussion
The biggest disappointment was that none of the uncut samples were actually uncut. I'm not surprised given over 70% of cocaine was contaminated with it in 2009 http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/cocaine/cocaine_article2.shtml but still disappointing nonetheless. The two uncut samples were greenish indicating possible levamisole or other agents that weren't in the "caine" class. GC/MS results should provide interesting feedback should they become available. The yellow tinge to AlexSosa1KG's sample is interesting in that it's similar to the unreacted test which could be a sign that it was only minorly cut or there were minor traces of ephedrine. TrapHouse's High Quality cocaine could be a possible target for a wash to separate out the "caine" cut in it to bring up it's quality while also avoiding levamisole. Basic research into this though shows that an acetone wash isn't sufficient and that another agent would have to be used to separate the cocaine from the "caine" cut.
As for purity, the cocaine purity tests are good basic tests to test street and marketplace cocaine for a rough idea of purity. Using them to indicate a percentage purity is not advised as there is no lab data to back these assessments.
Feedback
If anyone has any experience with these tests or can provide additional thoughts and insight it would be appreciated.

Why don't you do sub 5mg increments to get a better assessment of purity? If you're maxing out the test then you're not getting any useful comparative information. If your scale doesn't do sub 5mg then you can just create a solution using 5mg and use a drop from the solution. Use increasingly dilute solutions until you are able to get different results with your different samples. This will give you relative purity information. Ensure you stir very well (get a stir plate if you can) and be sure to use a solvent which doesn't interfere.
The best way would be to use GC/MS or NMR, but unless you work in a chemistry lab you won't have access and you can't afford them anyway. These compounds are very complex and would require relatively high level training to interpret the results. These substances are obtained from plant sources so they will also contain a multitude of very complex contaminant molecules. I am not an expert but I don't know if the results of GC/MS or NMR would even be of value.
