Medical card?

Hi,

I'm in the process of obtaining a California medical marijuana card through hellomd.com but I live in Wisconsin. I'll be visiting California in a month or so and I want to be able to use dispensaries without going through the trouble of seeing a doctor there. I don't actually have migraines/chronic pain/anxiety (at least none of those are professionally diagnosed but I am at times anxious and I experience migraines from time to time). My question has two parts. One, what sort of questions can I expect and two, do you think I will be able to get the card? Should I lie and say that I experience all of the symptoms experienced/tried multiple OTC drugs/tried marijuana in the past and it fixed all symptoms? Thanks.

There probably is information out there on the internet that pertains to this situation but I'm not sure who to trust and a lot of the info is scattered. I've been googleing around for a couple days now and have found little to no info. (at least to my google-fu abilities)

My other question is about proof of residency. I don't actually live in California but can I forge some sort of utility bill/pay stub to get into a dispensary? Do I even need to bring proof of residency or can I just use my Wisconsin ID? I'm pretty clueless here and thought that you guys might be able to shed some light.

They will most likely be signing your paperwork as you are describing your "symptoms" and the entire medical process in California is a joke. If you have $50 and can breath you can get your card. I appreciate that it is so easy to get weed legally here but lumping it on with a medical program does a disservice to the actual medicinal benefits of it.

I have severe medical condition and the doc I spoke to said I wasn't qualified. SMH.

: smokes weed : I qualify myself! LOL! Doctors.. you're such a tool.

Can't you just get a buddy with a card to take you shopping? That's what we do at costco. Go to Colorado, Oregon, or Washington, all legal states, no med card needed.
