What will happen to markets, but more in general, the deep web? Will service providers still have the ability to throttle sites on the deepweb or only the normal web?
What is going to happen to markets if repealing neutrality gets passed?

The whole world of the internet will be fucked !! For folks who don't understand this whole thing, the best analogy I've heard is like this: Take your power company for example, you pay them based on your usage. They don't care if you use that power on a toaster, the stove, your tv, whatever. Same way right now with internet - but if we lose net neutrality then the big corps can actually control what you can and can't access. Like you could have to start subscribing to services like Youtube or sites that are deemed too "controversial" can simply be shut down under the guise of "hate speech" or some shit like that.
Also, more and more of your "conspiracy theory" sites will be getting shut down. But basically, it only benefits big corporations which means that our elected officials who are taking all their bribe money (oh excuse me, "lobby money") are likely to try to pass it - but it doesn't help the little guy :(
and not to get political as I had high hopes for Trump but even he is trying to push for it which makes me think that eben he is getting bought off ! :( But American citizens should be up in arms over this issue because it's hurting more than helping any individual !

they can block TOR access or make you pay for it, but once you're on TOR mostly nothing. but hey DPI is there for a reasons, and net neutrality too
My guess is nothing will change.
