A few problems with Electrum and Evolution

I have successfully used SilkRoad in the past however recently I have been attempting to use Evolution. Obtaining Bitcoins, just like for SilkRoad, was easy enough, I sent them to BitcoinFog and tumbled them however this is where my problem lies. I noticed Evolution doesn't allow coins to be sent from BitcoinFog directly to Evolution accounts, on their wiki page the use of an 'intermediary wallet, such as Electrum' was mentioned. I downloaded Electrum and sent the coins to my Electrum addresses however I now realize my Electrum account was not made securely and that I was connected to the internet during the installation process. In spite of this I proceeded to uninstall Electrum and installed it correctly following the guide on Alpaca Marketplace. Now I have a safe Electrum wallet installed, with the following network settings: Protocol: SSL Proxy: SOCKS5 Port: 127.0.0.1 9150 or 9050. However it is not connected to the internet, and I have no idea how to gain access to my original coins. If anyone can point me in the right direction, some help would be greatly appreciated

Linux or windows? Also did you change the host to a hidden service (.onion); I don't think this part is necessary.

Anyway, starting electrum through Tor can be slow. You may have to wait a couple of minutes. If it doesn't load after about 5 minutes restart it. Sometimes I have to launch it a couple of times before it loads.
