Question about a PO Box I just opened.

Been having packages shipped to my house but long story short I've been having problems with theft (an old friend who I stupidly told about DNM) and had to open a PO Box.

The box size #2 is what I got and it's 5" x 5.5" x 14". I was told a flat rate priority box would fit in it but it looks too small ... anyone have any ideas? I know you can pick up your package at the front desk if it was too big but I was trying to avoid that.

Second, what about junk mail? I don't want to sign up for free offers from places and only get periodic junk mail a few weeks later. Are there any sure things?

Why are you guys talking about? I have a size 2 and priority flat rate boxes always fit. If I order something larger they give me a key and it's in the locker.

Pretty sure even the smallest priority box is bigger than that. You would get envelopes though.

These other guys are right, you're going to need a bigger PO box or you'll have to stick to ordering domestic powders, stamps, blotters and other tiny things.

I get all of mine from behind the counter, and it's never been a problem. It's really inconveinent that i cant pick up 24/7 like i should be able to, but it works none the less.

considering how much po boxes cost always get the largest size...

Your gonna need atleast a size 3 to even just get small priority boxes, Post office might wonder why you need a size 3 for just a personal box, but they wont really care, just make up some excuse
