"It's a game changer," said Ulf Bergstrom, a spokesman for Eurojust, the European Union's legal coordination agency. "You're not anonymous anymore when you're using Tor."

Is this FUD?

It is a claim with a lot of bias and I am uncertain whether it is applicable given the context of the arguments provided. We know nothing about the scope. No analysis. No records. Nothing. How can they claim this, then? They just put words on the paper and furiously attempt to make it an entrance to further monetization. It is an entrance strategy without an exit. Very lucrative but no balance in quality/time.

I don't even get why they want this in the open. Pure speculation, little to no facts to back it up.

I just dont see how people trust something like TOR so much. There is so much out of the users control that it shouldnt make anyone feel very comfortable.

WEll you're not anonymous unless you disable javascript and all that bullshit.

Why TOR doesn't by DEFAULT do that confuses the hell out of me
