Scary thought: What if Agora closes soon?

It's gonna happen sooner or later for whatever reason and that's just the nature of DNM. But if it happens sooner before other major player(s) show up, it's gonna be the Dark Ages of DNM because the scrub markets we have now can't even handle the Evo refugees, even though Agora is absorbing most of them. If Agora shuts down, how long would it take for DNM to be business as usual?

[4 Points] UDNM:

It's simple economics, if Agora shuts down there will be increased competition due to the opportunity for the new #1 DNM.

If that is the case I'm going to do direct deals via encrypted email with trusted vendors

[2 Points] Cabannis:

I feel like with everything that's happened with Evo and the shit that followed, if Agora exit scammed, the darknet would definitely get rekt, at least for a while. I'm really crossing my fucking fingers that they would never even consider it. In another thread, people were saying now wouldn't be the right time to do it because they should wait until everyone migrates over and deposits more coin. But what if with the influx of users, they figured there was enough BTC on the market at that time.

[1 Points] Jerk-Face:

It's really a matter of promotion. What vendors think a specific DNM is popular then a forum post, and so on.

What if Agora closes soon?

(to paraphrase) How could we tell? :)
