Dream will not let my customers finalize at all

For the past week or two I've been having to wait for ALL of my orders through Dream to auto finalize after two weeks. I've contact support and they have been unresponsive. We aren't asking customers to finalize early, only when they want to.

Doesn't seem like anyone else has had this problem, just wanted to put this out there and see if I could get an answer.

This is unrelated to my past administrative problems with my Dream account.

what are you talking about? do customer rush to you and ask to FE or are you asking them yourself?

I'm having this issue with a purchase I made about a week ago. It was an escrow purchase, and I went to finalize the order and it simply won't finalize. Nothing I can do. Reached out to support and haven't heard anything. Pretty weird and I'm sure frustrating as a vendor.

We have had massive problems with Dream. We went on a long road trip and were unable to access the market for just over 24 hrs and the mods impatiently cancelled an order we shipped promptly. The customer admitted their mistake but have yet to pay, the scumbag (greenmanhype1.)

The mods were incredibly rude, antagonistic, and threatening, and banned us from their forums. FOR NO REASON.

This is after all of our customers were unable to release funds due to a platform error on their part.

We are still actively using the site and it's apparently operational, but it's definitely something that makes my palms sweat.
