Word of advice when packages go "missing" (hope that the vendor is scamming you)...

Theres two reasons packages go missing and its not because the postal service lost it. The vendor is scamming, or LEO has profiled his packages (they only need to order a few times from him to do this) and is lifting them along with your information.

In either case you should notify the community of this and switch to a new unwatched/honest vendor. Asking for a reship will confirm with LEO that you are expecting the package.

In short: Never ask for a reship, this is dangerous, and change vendors if anything goes wrong.

I think packages honestly do go missing sometimes. Weather it's a USPS worker stealing yo shit or just something getting lost, packs do go missing. I have had 100% legit packages from ebay go missing.

I had a package go missing two weeks ago. Left his sort station and never hit mine. He had twenty 5/5 feedbacks after mine so I simply can not imagine his are going missing for LEO. he did go on vacation mode shortly after which did somewhat concern me, but he refunded with zero issue, apologized, and said he hopes I will repeat business once he is back. He's high volume and has been around since SR1, where he was a top 5%. He is noticeable.

Mail gets lost. No way would I post here "XYZ vendor is compromised!! Don't use him!!!" over a single missing package. That's his livelihood.

It's the same as screaming scam over a single issue. Reputations get harmed and although it's important to be prudent and cautious, it's a dick move to throw out scare warnings and damage a good vendors rep over your mail landing in a mud puddle in Perioria, which is an equally likely problem.

For real man, packages do go missing. This isnt like the clearnet. If you fuck up the address it doesnt go back to the vendor for a reship. No intelligent vendor is going to check his fake return address for returned packages.

If your package from amazon doesnt show up, it gets returned to amazon and they contact you asking to clarify the address. If you fuck up the address on your DNM order and it gets returned to sender, its lost to the void.

a while back i had floods in my country and a letter got lost for a month so i got a reship and it arrived so this is not always the case however with the state of dnms atm this is good advice

What? Of course it could be because the postal service lost it. I've had two packages get lost in the system, and had a reship both times that came through fine. This seems like very paranoid advice.

This sounds very paranoid. I mean, maybe this happens on the rare occasion.

Paranoia. A package disappearing doesn't mean LEO is onto you. For them to even arrest you they have to witness you receiving the package, as in a controlled hand off, which is the reason you never accept it in hand and always let it get left at the door. If you get a letter from customs about your package, just don't respond to the letter and you'll never hear from them again. Always have your package mailed to a different location than where you store it. Yep
