Package Undeliverable As Addressed

Received a slip from USPS saying "Sorry We Missed You!". The slip has two tracking numbers. One from the vendor and one from a clearnet purchase. On the left where it says parcels they put "x2" then put a "x1" over it. The clearnet purchase requires a signature confirmation. An eBay purchase that I made should have arrived, but that package tracking is saying "Package Undeliverable As Addressed" as well. This may be happening because the slip in the PO Box was never changed to my name since the last apartment owners. Should I go to the Post Office and pick it up or does this sound fishy.

At least you got a slip and not a random tracking update saying you moved even though you still get clear net mail to the same address.

You answered your own question in the second to last sentence. Go to the post office and pick up your shit! And fill out the form to update your mailbox info while you're there, too...
