Does anyone have a myusps account? It appears you can track packages by using your address and not needing the tracking number. It just shows incoming packages being sent to your address. Of course you must verify that it is your address and not somebody else's. I just signed up so can't say if it works or not. Can someone with some packages ordered sign up and let us know if it works?

I use it.
You still have to know and add the tracking numbers to your dashboard; it doesn't work like "they scan the packages then copy the address into the system so you can see all tracked mail coming without a number." That would take way too many resources and time/effort.
The program where all mail is scanned and the image stored for five years does not automatically index addresses and tracking numbers. It CAN BE indexed, but it's not done by default for all packages.
So unfortunately, no, just having a my USPS account and using that tool doesn't track show everything you have inbound, just the tracking numbers you add to your account. That just spares you having to retype it every time you look for an update.
I get a lot of tracked and overseas mail when I'm over here since I work remote, so I use myUSPS. It's convenient (especially in app form, as it does push notice updates) and is about as accurate as online tracking, occasionally a short delay in the push by a few hours.
Sorry to disappoint! It would be a cool system, but consider the inverse Not Good Things of all tracked mail being indexed to that extent, making it being possible to track all incoming packages to an address. As in: a search warrant could be obtained for a vendor with their own supply sent via mail, a larger buyer who flips on street, etc.
But again, the tool you link to, you have to add the numbers manually. It doesn't work as you're hoping.
