Order and reship did not arrive, where do I go from here?

I placed my first order early December to go Belgium -> UK from a reputable vendor that I have dealt with before on SR. After 2 weeks of no package I disputed the order and was told that the vendor would reship the next day. It has now been 3 weeks since the reship and I have still not received anything.

My BTC is still in escrow, however the vendor simply told me "after a reship I can not do anything more, we both take risks.

Where do I go from here? I assume that my BTC will stay in escrow unless I finalise the deal, so can I get a refund?

unless they can provide you tracking info, go back to the dispute section and seek your refund. if they can provide 2 tracking numbers that match your town and timeframe you're not gonna get 100% back

Generally it is implied that you either get a reship OR a 50% refund. You can't have both.
