Easiest would be eBay. The prices are ridiculous.

in terms of least amount of id verification i'd say ebay. It should be mentioned however that most ebay btc sellers have their own criteria your account needs to meet (ie: age of account, number of transactions, feedback score, etc). They're also not always instantly sent and the price is indeed quite inflated.

I used coin.mx but it has a lot of identification requirements. I mean they litterally take a video of you holding your id next to your face and you show the back of it as well. Same thing with credit cards I believe. So two videos. However, if you tumble to btc you should be fine. I have been using it for a year now, over 70 purchases on evo and agora. And one on sr2 lol.
