So I placed an order with a particular vendor on the early hours of friday morning, expecting it be shipped that day for saturday delivery. I put in a dispute today, as I have placed 2 orders in the last few days which have turned up NDD. I put in a dispute (haste I know) but there are some things that don't seem to ring true. After some thought, I messaged support asking them to remove the dispute, that I was willing to give it a couple more days before re-filing the dispute. Will this work? Is it going to be a case, that the funds might still be released to the vendor even though I haven't received this package (did pay for recorded - but he 'put it in the wrong pile and it went in the post box'). I have remessaged support to see if they can remove the dispute but haven't heard anything back. Holding out hope that this will work and my package will arrive. Any help/insight would be appreciated.
You can just extend the auto-FE timer by clicking a button on Blackbank, there's no reason to file a dispute.
Just message the vendor and explain the situation and ask about the status of your pack.
