My good experience with alphabay support

Just wanted to give alphabay some good feedback. I recently made a deposit into my account and 30+ confirmations later it didn't show up in my account.

I messaged support and less than 12 hours later I got a response saying coins were deposited into the system, but something must have gone wrong. They were able to deposit the coins in my account a couple hours later and actually threw me an extra couple dollars.

I have always been a little sketchy about AB. This time I figured my money was gone, but they fixed it quick! Thanks AB!

good to hear, but why here is too many losses deposits or missing coins? there is some bug which they can't fix?

I've spent thousands of dollars through AB and never had an issue. I am not saying others haven't; I'm sure they have. But in general I kind of think they get a bad rap that might not be deserved. To me they seem like any other booming business. They continue to grow their user base and establish/refine their product, keeping the majority of their customers happy. Invariably though some people will have a sub optimal experience. You can't please everyone and nothing is going to work out perfectly for everyone all the time. I think they do a damn decent job given the challenging regulatory/legal, operational and competitive environment they face.

so you say thank you because you didnt received your coins like it would have been on any other market and had to wait/ask mods to solve this problem...lol..thats ok! ;D
