So I always go to the same bank and use the same LBC vendor (CashToCrypto). I go so frequently, probably 2-4x a week to make deposits that I've actually dealt with the same clerk multiple times. Today, he goes "I like that you come to the bank every day" in a smiley way like hey it's nice to see a familiar person, that was fine. Then he asked me what the company was that CashToCrypto uses and I just told him it was a friend's company I work with and my friend performs services for me, and I pay him. I suppose this was the best it could've been handled, but it just felt like this motherfucker was grilling me, all was well at the end, he said have a nice day, but I'm wondering if he will attempt to look into this company.
I'm guessing it's all fine/irrelevant since CTC is massive and probably has hundreds - thousands of customer bank transactions a day that use their company name. I just didn't like that asshat asking me questions.
The teller was trying to be polite and engage in friendly conversation. You replied corrected by being nice and friendly in return. This is how you avoid problems.
