Need advice on an order

Placed an order n hansa through well reviewed vendor but my order has been stuck in the processing phase for 10 days. Dafuq. Do I just cancel it and say fuck it? Messages vendor few days ago and he never responded

Update: once I disputed order and asked to cancel vendor became responsive and sent me tracking # immediately. Would've been nicer if he just had marked it shipped when it was actually shipped instead of having it in processing forever but shit happens. Crisis averted.

cancel it man. Fuck that noise. sales on HANSA are really slow for most vendors (compared to sites like alphabay) so they don't even check HANSA very often.
