Abraxas order dispute?

Hey Dnm community, hope everything is going well for all my homies. So I ordered from a vendor sometime last week, About 6 hours after I ordered a required FE pack the vendor became suspended by support. Yeah so I finalized before this happened, having already gotten shipments from dude. it was marked as pending and never marked as shipped.

Got a few questions. Anybody been thru this situation before?

If so what happened?

How does one go about contacting the Admins?

Do you think they will be able to do anything? Its over $100 or else I would just take it at a loss and move on. The reality is that I've been scammed with less than 10 orders over all. That doesn't make me feel safe using these services. Shouldn't there be a safeguard in place for these fucking scumbags? Thanks everybody.

Shouldn't there be a safeguard? There is one...it's called don't FE for something you can't afford to lose.

Sorry about your loss...

If you already FE'd then there is nothing Abraxas support can do to get your money back. However, if you feel you've been scammed, they can always sort of investigate...

You won't get all of your coin back since you FEd. You'll be lucky to get anything back...hopefully you hit up support right after the vendor was suspended and explained your situation because there's always a small chance they got to the account in time while they still had coins in there

I got scammed by POS drnodsense literally my first abraxas order when agora first went down because I needed to get an order in quick if I wanted to make sure I had it for the weekend and placed an order after simply looking at his feedback, which were mostly fake after looking a bit more in depth...I could have avoided it all by doing research on here first but hey lesson learned.

I contacted support and was probably the reason they got suspended, but they cleaned their wallet out according to abraxas so there wasn't much they could do since I FEd like an idiot. I did however see a guy post in the abraxas sub about getting a full refund after FEing so I sent them another message asking what was up with that (was honestly a little pissed that they told me I was SOL yet this other dude got a refund in full somehow) and they were nice enough to give me a partial refund of $25 out of their own profits im assuming which was nice. It wasn't the $120 I was taken for but it was better than nothing. I got scammed for $130 on agora a while back from a vendor that had perfect feedback (first time seeing a vendor that must have had a bunch of accounts he used to buy his own product with his own coin so he could leave 5/5s all day). It looked legit...as far as I thought so i FEd. Well I ended up getting scammed and got nothing back since I FE'd. Since getting scammed those two times I have refused to FE unless I seriously trust the vendor. There are very few vendors I feel completely comfortable FEing for and they deserve that trust...they earned it over time.

Just hit support after logging in on the top left of your screen and send them a message detailing everything as well as opening a resolution along with it (you can do this after clicking on the actual order itself)

Btw there is a safeguard called escrow. Don't FE for vendors who aren't well regarded as trustworthy. Seems like there are more exit scams as time goes on, and they probably just keep opening up shop as someone else after getting busted..send out samples of a good legit product for a bit then switch the listings to larger amounts for more money and FE only and boom scam time. Absolute pieces of shit but it's the Nature of the markets nowadays unfortunately :/

When you FE with a vendor that isn't known for being legit (also keep in mind that a lot of vendors that were legit for a long while end up exit scamming as well so you never really know for sure), you might as well just say goodbye to your coin and hey...if something shows up then awesome! If not, you almost asked for it. I'm surprised some markets don't absolutely require escrow until the vendor establishes themselves as legitimate
