Will trees be cheaper on the markets due to more legalization?

Not unless some sort of Team Trees steps in.
If anyone uses that, they owe me a bitcoin

Doubtful. Most darknet weed gets sent to places where it's still highly illegal to possess. The demand remains the same for the supply, so there's really no reason to change the price structure. The only thing that would cause dnm cannabis prices to drop across the board, IMO, is a full rescheduling on the US federal level.

I doubt it tbh.

I don't think prices will fall on the black market until many more states either adopt medicinal plans or fully legalize for recreational use. I think the best thing to come of these recent states to finally wake up is that it will be harder than ever to profile packages for the drug nazis. No longer is it just for CA and CO origins that a skunky smelling box will get yanked. The entire system will be filled with skunky smelling boxes from every corner of the nation. It's a damn beautiful thing!

It's hard to tell. Becoming a vendor will still run afoul of the law. In CA you can possess up to 28.5g. That won't help you if you get caught mailing a lb across state lines.

Prob not. You pay a premium to have it sent to your house. No fuss, just click, pay a lil more than street value and it arrives.

Yes, but not by much and it will happen gradually.
One vendor on CGMC even recently announced lower prices in the future for the states that just legalized.

There are some backcountry OG's that have been at this since the 80's that are cranking out 2-3-4 ton harvests, dumping them around 400/lb right now. I don't know any them, but I hear about them. Those dudes don't deal in darkweb. They might deal in btc. But when you are talking millions in cash, I'm sure there is a lawyer and a bank and politicians you can 'pay to play.'
I do know btc is being adopted pretty good in the cannabis industry. Most of it is just because cash is piling up faster than you can stash it away safely.

I think unfortunately for some of us the prices will drop eventually but I don't think that will happen anytime soon.
[1 Points] citizeninsane333:
I don't think so. Assuming you're talking US, take a look at what happened to other places where it's "legal": professional production, higher potency, strain variety, DNM exports. Domestically the prices essentially remained the same and slightly higher considering inflation. What you can expect is better quality for the same price and possibility of export for a good margin if you know a guy that knows a guy.

I think wholesale logging prices will be unaffected.
We talkin' hardwood or evergreen?
