An order of 100 microdots was short 1. Should I tell the vendor?
My order was short, how to proceed?

Lol. You could n get more on your next order or he may reship more then 1 for the trouble I guess I would ask for the extra on next order.

Be sure first 1 didn't get away on you when counting since they are so tiny. 2nd, if it was me, I really wouldn't care...yes I know you paid for 100 but it's just 1 dot that cost you less than 2$. If you really want, just mention it and get it thrown in woth next order. But I wouldn't make a vendor go through the pain of shipping 1 dot out.

Get on with your life. It's only 1 microdot.. Mention it in the feedback you leave, but don't leave a negative review as this would've been a simple mistake by the vendor.

Have any of your pets been acting strange since you opened your pack?

This is an interesting dilemma...
I would say throw it a mention but don't make a fuss? Because they should be aware of the situation. If you bought one and were one short thats a big deal, yeah?
Just because you bought in bulk doesn't lessen the missing ones value when you're down to only having one left.
Just mention it, don't ask for it, don't blame them. Just let them be aware..if they respond by rectifying the situation great! If they apologize but don't want the hassle of shipping one, that's fine. If they act like jerks, stop buying from them.
