It came on the bust day of all days. And before the burn your house down bullshit this was a serious amount. It was not opened in any way, all layers of bags were intact. The box was pretty beat up. I'm thinking this isn't a problem but I'm not sure.
The post office here had budget cuts and is understaffed. Sometimes when they get behind, the delivery person will try to avoid getting in trouble by scanning the packages delivered, then deliver them the next day and hope no one complains. Often they'll draw a line through the bar code with a marker so they know which ones they scanned already.
