UPDATE: I've gotten a response on TR! Apparently there were about 5 packs that were damaged, so I may have been one of those. I've been offered a refund or reship if I happen to be one of those 5.

So, I'm well aware of the 'wait a week then ask for tracking blah blah blah'. So I waited a week and it still hasn't arrived, which is odd, because every review says it's extremely fast shipping and at most it takes 3 days. I was giving the benefit of the doubt and kept telling myself, maybe it's because of the hurricane... USPS shows no delays in my state, but I try to convince myself anyway.
I ordered on the morning of August 23rd, DabFairy marked shipped on the morning of August 25th at around 6 AM. So, I messaged the vendor on TradeRoute yesterday morning. I left a very polite message as I try to be as courteous as possible with all vendors I contact.
Anyway, I don't expect a speedy reply, they are busy people. I understand. So, I wait a day and I see the vendor in question has logged on the next day, but my message has been left on unread according to TR.
I check his shop again and read feedback on other items to gather any information I can on shipping times and if anyone else has had a delay. Turns out the item I ordered (14g shatter) was taken off his shop, he now only has 28g of the same stuff I ordered, maybe that has something to do with this, but I doubt it.
I read his Bio/Terms, it states "You can email us if you want [Email Here]"
So, I do just that. Maybe they don't read the messages on TR, which, I find to be odd, but whatever, I just wanna know the whereabouts of the pack so I email that address.
This time I write a longer message saying I messaged him on TR and the whole situation. I have yet to receive a reply on either TR or via email which is concerning me, because as I said, he's been constantly logging in on TR.
So, what should I do? I don't wanna be that guy and dispute without a reply from the vendor, but it seems as if that's not going to happen.
I should also add that this is my first order on TR since the Hansa bust. Hansa was my go-to, so I've had to switch since then, could the vendor not be considering me because this is my first order on a fresh account?
As for MyUSPS to check if a package is on its way. That's not an option as my identity continues to be failed when trying to verify.
This has happened a few times before with other vendors and I usually get a response within a few hours. I use marijuana as a medicine for various health issues which is why this is so upsetting for me.
I've had to extend the auto finalize timer, so hopefully that can get his attention somehow? I don't know how that all works. Anyway...
Any suggestions as to what I should do? I would hate to dispute as he has excellent feedback and I don't want to jeopardize that in anyway. I didn't even want to make this thread because I feel like an ass, but I don't really have a choice anymore.
TL;DR - Ordered on 23rd, Shipped on 25th. Vendor has 5 star reviews saying 2-3 day shipping times, Still hasn't arrived. No response from vendor in 2 days even though vendor has logged on both days. Message left on unread. Tried email, still nothing. Don't want to be a dick and dispute without vendor reply, but he won't reply. Need suggestions.
