LibertyX question, should I be worried?

I've had an account for over a month, usually buying $200-$800 a week. It would not let me make an account with a fake name, so I used my real info. Yesterday I received an email saying my account is suspended for violating their acceptable use policy. I tried just making an account under a friend's name but it was also suspended, almost right away. I was sending to electrum, so not straight to market. Did I do something wrong?

Try a different browser or if you know how, remove the cookies for the libertyx-site. There shouldn't be an IP-check but just to increase your chances and if you have a non-static inet connection: disconnect your router from iNet and connect again. Your IP visible for the LibertyX-Site should be now a new one. For the site itself I can't give you any advices as I haven't any experience with it.

If you sent all your transactions to an electrum wallet then I don't see why they suspended your account.

Did they send you an e-mail inquiring about what you use BTC for and you failed to respond? Just buying a bunch of BTC every week shouldn't be an issue in and of itself.
