[GeneralQuestions] Is my address burned?

So late march my stupid ex-friend visited colorado. He bought a bong there and couldn't take it back with him on the plane, so without telling me, he shipped it to my apartment. I just now found out and it was definitely grabbed by usps. It was used but he said he cleaned it. The tracking said delayed for a week, then it said delivered even though it definitely was not. Luckily I haven't ordered anything since then and my house is clean. Do you think USPS would even waste their time with paraphernalia or just tossed it? It's been 3 weeks since it was "delivered".

is this even illegal in colorado

You have to get it really really clean... If he didn't strip it of all the resin with acetone or something like that, it probably got sniffed out. But shipping a "water pipe for tobacco use" is perfectly legal. But not one with a nice black coat of weed resin.

Your address is not just burned, it's fucking incinerated.

They will most likely profile packages to look for suspicous/dn packages. I'd give it some time just in case of you get caught you are facing serious charges.

You won't get in trouble. You simply bought a used bong and that happened. I would try getting something powder shipped to your house (legal) and see if it arrives
