Is my drop useless now? (UK)

My drop is an abandoned house in an average looking neighbourhood near me, and a package of mine has never been intercepted.

A few days ago i bought a sleeve of cigarettes of a DMN vendor, but its still kind of a clearnet package.

They were intercepted and i was asked to pay a tax but refused them, will future darknet packages be flagged by customs...? It took me a long time to find that drop

I would sincerely doubt it is ruined. I know that cigarettes are really commonly seized due to that being a tax revenue loss. People who order cigarettes online aren't going to automatically be suspected of buying other types of illegal things.

I assume you got a confiscation note asking for the VAT/whatever you call your import tax which is how you found out it was seized? If it's only about the tax, I would not think twice about it myself. Tax is am entirely different matter than drugs trade.

They are bastards. its our legal right to buy our cigarettes in any other EU country if we pay tax there, under EU free trade rules Our government ignore this because we live on an island and are forced to put up with their tax scam.

You haven't broken the law, so your address won't be flagged. They have.

If UKIP get their way, everything will become a tax scam.
