How does an alphabay dispute work?

OK so I just posted this thread yesterday or the day before: https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/4fzl5e/anyone_have_experience_with_leftcoast_from/

Still no response from vendor requesting info about the order after 5 day priority shipping hasn't arrived after it was marked as shipped 7 business days ago so I filed a dispute. Will the moderator in charge of the dispute get in contact with me? Does the vendor need to have proof of shipment with a tracking number or something? How long does it take to get my BTC back? I couldn't really find any specific info on how exactly this works. If there is a FAQ I missed I'd gladly read it just couldn't find anything very explicit.

The moderator in charge will contact you shortly via PM in a conversation alongside the vendor where you will settle the dispute. Once it has been settled, moderator will make a decision based on the facts & - either full refund, reship from vendor (and no refund) or percentage of the escrowed funds.
