I wanted to give LibertyX a shoutout for helping me out, while I think their 24 hour policy of redeeming a pin is somewhat punitive, I understand they probably need to track transactions and can't leave it hanging too long.
I was ignorant of the policy and hung onto a $300 pin well past the deadline (10+ days). I called a few times with no response during business hours and tried the live chat but couldn't get through to anyone that morning. I tried again a few hours later and one of the reps was able to reset my pin so it was valid again. Woo, $300 richer!
I was assured it was a one time exception but now I understand the rule I won't make the mistake again. Thanks for having some integrity LibertyX!
