I recently ordered something from Dream and I am aware that it is not the most suitable option. But either way, after I made the order (which wasn't escrow because I needed to buy it quickly), I checked it the next day and it said that it had been cancelled by the customer which I know that I did not do. I don't know where my money has gone for that order and I can't even view the order again because it doesn't show up in my order history. How do I contact support?
Dream Market Support replied:
"Cancelled by the customer" You did this or you were phised. Closed
I guess that must be the only logical explanation, I've always used the exact same link for Dream once I have a verified and working one so it kind of sucks and it's hard to believe that I was phished somehow. Surely they should have a way of looking into it in more detail. They should be able to see if any money was withdrawn from my account after the order was cancelled but I guess they don't really care to check that. I guess there's nothing more that I can do but change my passwords and use 2 factor authentication in the future. Thank you everybody for the help.
