I bought an oz of some bud off of a level 5 sellerabout 8 days ago who is known for getting it to the customers door in two-three days. It was marked shipped the same day as I bought it, but when I messaged the seller a few days ago he sait it was marked delievered monday and seems to only answer my messages every other day at best. (sent two messages) Obviously I didn't get the product.
Now since he said the tracking marked it as delivered should I just ask now for a refund or something? I made another transaction for a different substnace from another level 5 seller a day after I bought the oz and it came in about 3 days. I have no idea what the problem is and now im just waiting on the vendor to send me a tracking number.
Whats weird was the vendor has absolutely no feedback on the strain I bought but has feedback on everything else. Can someone tell me what you would do in my situation?
This reminds me of something similar that happened to me. Never recieved package even though it said it was delivered to my town. Possibly scamming you but most likely a fuck up at the post office. If that were the case then there's really nothing you can do. The vendor might offer a reship or a discount on your next order but thats usually it.
How long have you been waitng for him to send you the tracking number?
Its usually advised to dispute ASAP. That being said, dispute asap and let the marketplace admins take care of it.
