I intented to retire from this particular market and left a note explaining why... However the cunts banned afterwards me so I won't be able to talk with my customers !

Support is definitely much stricter on Dream from what I've seen. Being a reputable vendor on multiple markets they never allowed me to FE. I haven't had any run ins with support thus far as any issues I've had with customers were resolved without the need of support involved, so I can't comment in that regard.
However, it also seems like quite a few customers are complaining about not receiving their product so from Support's point of view you have to understand how it looks.
As much as Dream's support may be a pain in the ass, the market does have quite a bit of customers and they seem fairly honest. I hope you resolve any possible shipping problems you may face. Alphabay is much more lax so in the meantime I would suggest to focus on that.
