I think agora market just scammed me

I created an account on Agora a few weeks ago and logged on every few days. I recently decided to try and purchase something, so I used helix to transfer coins to my agora account. Everyone said it would take 6-8 hours, so I let 24 hours go by. Now I try and logon to my account and it tells me my username/password is wrong!!!! I know my username and password are correct, and my password is over 16 chars long with upper/lower/numbers/symbols. There is no way this password was guessed because it was randomly generated. What the f happened?

Edit: I was using this url: agorahooawayyfoe.onion

Here's what you're gonna do.

Register another account. It's called a dummy account. Make it under whatever name you want, and make sure you save the login info, because you're gonna use it as your pipeline to Agora support. Tell them what happened - your username, password, PGP key if you have one, how much Bitcoin you deposited (and your registered return address if you have it), any order history (but I don't think you have that yet by the looks of it), and any other information you can think up that would prove to them that you're the owner of the account.

Agora support, due to the sheer number of "HELP MY MY BITCOINS WENT BYE BYE" and "vendor x is scammer gimme coins", is rather sluggish, but they will eventually help you out. They are not scammers by any means and will work with you to get everything back; they're good people. This is gonna take patience and goodwill. Best of luck, feel free to ask any questions homes. We all on the same team.

did you manually type in your username/pw into the login page or do you copy/paste it in from a file?
