Would you consider this a reasonable request

I recently moved into a new apartment that costs more than my previous place and cannot afford the extra money for express shipping.

I placed order, and messaged the vendor asking if he could short my order some weight and upgrade my shipping.

Just wanted to know if the sub felt this was a reasonable request or not

yes thats a very reasonable request.

but dude if you seriously cant afford 20-30 bucks extra shipping because of your rent, you are NOT living within your means. you need to stop using drugs or move to a cheaper place. head over to /r/finance

yes

A lot of vendors have their stuff prepacked so all they have to do is print label and choose the wright weighed pack so dont get mad if the vendor says no.

Bro nobody wants to ship express anyways

definitely reasonable. most vendors (smart ones) are looking for repeat business. I'm not sure if you're in the resale business or just a user, but I'm sure vendor will work with you

Seems like a reasonable request, but it's also reasonable for the vendor to deny it
