Here's what gets me:
Postman opens box addressed to Jizzy Jane on BFE lane. At that point, he's "in possession" and also committed mail fraud.
But, if postman puts that same box into another box, addressed to Stony Postman, and pays the postage to have it delivered to his drop/home, what crime has he committed before that box is dropped off?
And what if the postman removes all of the original shipping information from that box (never opening it) before repackaging it? Because how do you determine who was the victim in that instance of mail fraud, without having the victim's information?
