Should I FE?

I'm trying to buy from gonz324 on c9. He has a bunch of great reviews. I've never bought from him before and after I placed my order he sent me a message saying that I have to fe. Anyone here have experience with gonz324? Should I fe or just cancel the order?

I did it once and there weren't any problems but clearly it's a huge risk. If it's a large order, I wouldn't FE. If it's small, it's probably OK. I mean logically, if the guy makes the effort to build a fake account with fake orders and fake reviews, he wouldn't waste all that time to scam someone out of a small order. Most likely.

Because bitcoins price was nosediving so dramatically this week, I did two of every listing. One for full escrow, and a slightly discounted one for FE.

Everyone has chosen to FE so far, even a couple of new customers who don't know me from Adam. I say on the listings that I absolutely won't be offended by even my oldest customers preferring escrow on principle (its a good principle).

I just couldn't bare to watch too much money in escrow losing value by the minute. as it turns out, I would have made more if nobody had FE'd.

I'm sure lots of vendors have been wanting to get in and out quickly this week.
