If you have Myusps and the info on the package is correct cant you have it forwarded to a friend in another city that didn't get hit as hard ? assuming that its not already in Houston , but i'm also sure that usps isnt forwarding anything to the Houston area till the trucks can make it safely

The PO wont even be delivering packages until THU or FRI at the earliest, but even then.. the backlog, the damaged equipment/lost/damaged packages.. you may never ever get another package again. Ever.
