DHL Escrow Question

Hey,

I just have a really quick question about DHL's format. I have an order that I placed escrow. It was recently updated to shipped. However, there is no timer or indication that it is in escrow. It just asks for feedback on the order.

Also if I wanted to file a dispute would I just do that through tickets? There doesn't seem to be a way to stop and file a dispute. Am I missing something here?

Thanks for all your time. Sorry for a simplistic question, I find DHL's format a bit tricky to switch over to.

DHL actually doesn't have autofinalize (learned that yesterday.) The timer you're talking about should have went away when vendor accepted. I think that timer is there so if vendor doesn't accept in an acceptable time, the order will auto cancel...I think.
