DHL auto-encrypt help!

Is anyone else having trouble with DHL's auto-encryption of messages? I can't decrypt any messages sent to me that they auto-encrypt. I've checked the PGP key on my account, and it's correct. I can manually encrypt messages and decrypt them, but their "ADDER AutoEncrypt v2.8.11" messages aren't working for me. Please help!

Never faced this. It works flawlessly for me. Post this on the DHL forum, the admin Serious Sam should be able to sort you out pretty soon.

The auto-encypt feature should be considered a backup in case you do not encypt your own messages.

Basically, the vendor encrypted the message prior to sending it through DHL, which then encryted & decrypted internally, leaving you with the encrypted message. Decrypt it with whatever pgp software you use.
