OpSec: Locked out of my own bitcoins!

Hi everyone! Call me an idiot if you will but I may have done something stupid. I thought I was being clever with my opsec:

I bought bitcoins and then transferred them to a new wallet I had set up with a VPN. The email used for the new wallet was also set up with a VPN and a falsified identity of course. Markets were down so left it for a while. Tried to sign back in but all my emails are locked down due to "suspicious activity" and want to send an SMS confirmation. I can't access my wallet without email authentication.

Now I have bitcoins ready to go and sitting in a wallet I have the login details for but no way to get them because my email is locked down.

Help a panicking gal out!

I've already contacted support for the wallet and awaiting a reply. Your advice would be most splendid!

Go to walmart, buy a burner for for <$20 and use that number to validate your email.

For furture reference, make sure you can login to the wallet by signing out and loging in a few times before ever putting coins in it.
