Extortion attempt on AB

Think that vendor name is not interesting because he is already banned. He had also pretty good reviews ... the story is: I picked free sample of counterfeit of money - which was suspicious because of unlimited quantity and literally price was set to null, but he also insists on valid email address which must come with delivery address. After he was banned I received this mail from him:

Hello Firstname Lastname

you have ordered/are interested in illegal items which have been sent to your address.

Take a look at hqcns.com/info.txt for further information.

You are able to buy your data out of the database by paying for it.

Your personal and unique Bitcoin address is:

His BTC address

Amount you have to pay:

0.5

If you dont pay the following will happen:

  1. Your address will be leaked on the internet and associated with pedophile and illegal content.

  2. Drugs, childporn and items which have been bought with stolen credit cards will be sent to your address

and your local police will be informed about it.

  1. Your local police will be informed that there is a hostage situation at this address.

You think you are out of trouble cause the address is not your personal address (aka. dead drop) ?

  1. Let me fix that for ya. Ever thought of spending holidays in syria or irak?

Your email address, IP address and timestamp will be associated with terroristic content.

Further, your local anti-terror-departement will be informed.

I decided to not paying to him, because i don't believe to this person and his attempt of scam at all. I suggest to everyone else to do same. Not support those scammers and think twice before you order from anyone.

The best response is NO response. Clean up, lay low, and move on with life.

It's a shame that there are fucks out there pulling shit like this, though.
