Did Silk Road 2.0 Ever fix the "Transaction Malleability" problem that "Lost" all our Bitcoins?

...Or did they just forget that they used that as their excuse?

They seem to be operating quite happily now, although without an escrow so EVERYONE has to FE.

They're allowing anyone stupid enough to deposit bitcoin there. If they were helpless to prevent us being robbed in February, but confident we won't be now, what has changed exactly?

Do they know our bitcoin is safe because they're not planning to steal it at the moment? Or because they've recoded the wallets?

Also, because the bitcoin is stored in one big wallet at Silk Road 2.0, how do they know which people lost all their bitcoins, and who wasn't robbed?

Sorry for asking these obvious questions if they've already been answered. Its just that this franchise has lost all of our bitcoins twice (to the FBI the first time).

Here are the facts:

Transaction Malleability had absolutely nothing to do with the loss of SR2.0 coins. It is not possible to lose coins that way. It was a lie by Stexo aka DPR2 aka Defcon. And this is the 2nd time he stole everybody's coins, he did it during the Christmas break as well, then he changed his username to defcon and said DPR2 ran off with the wallet password, of course it was later proven that defcon was dpr2 when he signed a message as dpr2 oops.

Silk Road stole the coins. Period.

"Only two scenarios exist, says Andreas Antonopoulos Chief Security Officer at Bitcoin wallet service Blockchain: Silk Road's leaders were fooled into emptying all their accounts willingly, or they simply swindled their customers themselves."
