So I ordered 3.5g of weed from a new domestic vendor after over a week of it being marked shipped but not arriving I messaged the vendor and got no response. They haven't been online in around a week so I decided to dispute the order so I'm just wondering what happens now? When I go to the order it just says that funds will be held until a resolution is reached and gives the username of the moderator. I'm wondering if anyone has any actual insight into how they come to these decisions and if there's anything I can do to help my case like message the moderator? This is the first order I've ever disputed in 1+ year on Alphabet.
Edit: They also asked me to FE in exchange for extras but I did not see this message until after it was shipped so that didn't happen. It seems like obvious selective scamming to me.
the moderator assigned will start a group msg with you and the vendor asking both of you to explain your side. if the vendor hasnt been on in a week, all you really have to do is respond to the dispute and you're guaranteed a refund if vendor doesn't respond. it goes like this until someone is unresponsive, you and the vendor come to a resolution, or the moderator picks a side.
