When an padded envelope is not used, I've had oxycodone and alprazolam (xanax) pills break pretty easily to the point where they were unidentifiable. Obviously this was a liability since buyers want to know what is in the pills or powder they are consuming. We switched to using padded envelopes and will they no longer turn to dust, they still seem to break every so often.
What precautions can be taken in addition to bubble wrap in order to prevent pill breakage? Are there any really small boxes (like the size of your fingertip) that you can buy somewhere to store them (pills in a small baggy) inside, and have that inside of the bubble wrap?
Any help would be appreciated. PS Here are my listings while we're at it =D

I suggest putting the product in a small baggie, Saran-wrap the baggie, put it in the lip balm container then add something like packaging peanuts to fill out the rest of the container so it doesn't move around. Finally put your lip balm in a MBB with a sticker describing the contents (lip balm)
