Why is it so much harder to get coin now and where do you guys get it?

I used to have no problem at all using Circle. Now they're asking me for further identification - pictures of my ID and a selfie. They said it's going to take a few business days to verify. I'm trying to make a purchase ASAP! So I recently signed up for Coinbase and my daily limit is a whopping $40. What the hell? Do I just need to wait for my Cirlce account to open back up? Thoughts?

But if your account is in your own name, as it should be, why not send the information? I mean, it's not illegal to BUY bitcoins, but what you choose to do with it after you purchase might be. Make sure you don't send directly from Circle to the market. Use a mixer like bitblender, I find that to be the most efficient and effective.

Localbitcoins using a cash deposit in a bank branch seems to be the cheapest/easiest/most anonymous solution

Coinbase is fine for me, I only spend around £100 a week though and always make sure to tumble.

buying bitcoin is money laundering that's why they have very low buying caps. after a few months they will move you up to our VIP $80 daily level : )

I've got a lot of coins for sale. And I live in an area coins are popular. Move here

It's the FEDs, crackin' down on bitcoin in the name of KYC/AML. Any exchange is considered a money transmitter and requires it. It bites the big weenie. We have to keep seeking out new and novel ways to buy btc without coughing up our Fullz. Never give up!
