yes, but the blockchain doesn't tell you what a transaction is for. outside observers would never know what it was unless you specifically told them.
Multisig is actually mostly used by bitcoin exchanges and deposit services as a kind of two-factor authenisation. E.G. https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitcoin-exchange-bitstamp-is-back-with-multi-sig-security-after-hack/
