[EVO] When is the right time to file a dispute?

Ok don't want to jump the gun here so need yalls opinion. Placed an order on Saturday, July 12. It was marked shipped Sunday night, July 13th. I selected US PRIORITY which listed 4-Day shipping. So Thursday the 17th comes and no package. I kindly message the vendor if there was anyway he could tell me when I should expect the page. Its Saturday, and still no reply back. I checked his profile and he hasn't logged in since Monday, the 14th.

Am I overreacting/being impatient? I mean, if it was delayed and he let me know, I wouldn't have a problem. But not hearing from him and seeing that he hasn't been active since Monday worries me a bit. Hes Level 2 (37) 100% Feedback and 8-days before Auto-Finalize. Any suggestions?

Be calm and give it some time. I give vendors 2 weeks before messaging them.

If he can not provide tracking than he has no proof he sent it to you and Evo support will probably side with you and refund your BTC (assuming you did not FINALIZE EARLY!).

I just had a package take almost a week over USPS's ETA to deliver. Be patient. Two weeks is good time for a dispute, one isn't.

I've had priority take 5 days before. Maybe the vendor is taking a little break? I would give it a few more days before you dispute.
