Does lelantos.org actually provide support?

I've been using lelantos.org for my email for the past few weeks, and I've sent a few support requests about fairly mundane matters regarding Unicode, IMAP, account name changes, and so on, and haven't heard back a single response.

Has anyone else had this experience? It's pretty disappointing. That'll teach me not to buy a lifetime membership to something until I've evaluated it...

(It's also not a great sign that the PGP key on their contact page is invalid...)

uhh,

they probably dont have imap as that kind of defeats their purpose. If you start downloading email or using imap you are going to probably not be using tor proxy to do so and im pretty sure youd have to use a tor proxy to even get to their servers. Plus i doubt your device would be as well protected as their servers.

secondly, their web site tells you how to do account changes and alias creations. You just login to their account and settings area on their main page instead of logging in to the email interface.

I dont know about their support but maybe you didnt get answers because they figured they were obvious?

I didn't realise you could evaluate lelantos. I thought the only option available was pay or nothing.

But yes, an error in their PGP public key is a little worrying. At its present state it doesn't seem like you can import it

Yes, a couple of months ago there was a problem with my inbox and I asked support for help but didn't get a reply. I ended up opening an account with Sigaint.
