I ordered from him on Alphabay 10 days ago and he's been very slow to communicate. We're both based in the US and he hasn't given me a tracking number. At what point should I cut my losses and order from another vendor? He insists he sent it out on the 30th, but if that were true he should have given me a tracking number, or it should have arrived by now.

Hate to sound rude but did you not read his feedback page? If you click any vendor profile and see 48 negative reviews (the count is right there on the front page of his vendor profile) run away. I was shopping the other day and saw a listing of his, clicked his profile, and was like jesus christ nevermind.
