I watched the entire thing, and from what I can tell is just stay up to date on cryptography. No matter how we look at it, it seems more and more people are learning how to use the darkweb, this BBC documentary just proves my point even more. The only thing we can do is educate people with the vulnerabilities and exploits developing and still roaming around the darkweb(disabling java, https encyption). I don't know about anybody else but I'm finding that locals are even learning, but they don't know proper OPSEC(otherwise I'd would've never known), or fully understand the purpose of anonymization, or encryption, they just want drugs to appear on their doorstep... Overall, ENCRYPTION is key, you can never have enough layers of encryption, unless it takes an hour to load a clearnet site, then maybe you can tone it down a notch.
Of course they say that weapons and child sexual exploitation are available even though few markets allow anything like that. Just scare the population so they can oppose the dark net.
