Same Security Guard from Post Office spotted outside my house minutes after attempting to pick up pack.

*Tl;dr at bottom, full info in paragraph. *

I really need some advice. I've been expecting a pack from a European Country to the US, containing between let's say 2-10 grams of a schedule 1 substance. It is right on time today within one day of earliest estimated shipping. I got a pink slip from UPS (sorry we missed you, come pick up). I go to the post office 15 minutes prior to close, and notice a guy in a black shirt with 'Security Guard' emblazoned across the back. He is standing at the back of lot, eyes fixated on the post office, smoking a cigarette. He is standing outside of a white car with a yellow security dome on top. He appears to be black. I sit in my car for awhile at a point I can see him. He keeps smoking and checking the time. I go to another store in the strip, and purchase a bag of cheap shit. I make small talk with the cashier and mention I noticed a security car outside "This area seems a little rough, is that normal for around here?" She says "Yeah, the security guard hangs out here until the stores close and then hangs out back to make sure the employees get to their cars safe." So I think cool, and bag in tote I head for the post office. I notice the security guard in his car in the same spot of the lot. I ask for my package, and the worker says "the truck may not be back yet, but let me check." She looks at the tracking number and nonchalantly checks, no hints that she had been informed of it. It wasn't there. She asks If I'd like to have it delivered tomorrow, and I say I'll just come back for it. She recommends early morning. Now as I walk out the bag from the other store in hand, the security guard has an eye on me, but doesn't make a move. I figure I'm cool. I circle the lot and realize his car is gone at a little past 5. I head to my house about 4 miles down the highway. Upon turning up my street, I notice a white car, same body style, with a yellow light just as the other on top. The guy even looks quite similar, but I can't 100% make a positive ID. Same skin color, car type, general appearance, and to top it off he's smoking a cigarette as he drives past. The only difference I notice is he is not in the same black security shirt, but a grey shirt. He seems to accelerate as he passes me and makes his way around a bend and is then out of sight. At this point, I pass my house and make a uturn in the street. I zoom back to see if I may be able to get any more information. He is gone. He didn't go out to the street ahead, he had to of turned up one of the side streets in my neighborhood. I zip up and down them and can't find the car. The only reason I could think for him to be outside my house is to confirm I'm there as part of a CD before a postal truck tried to return package in tote. I switched up cars with my roommate to be less conspicuous(he knows nothing of this) and headed back over to the post office, to see if I could confirm whether the guard was still where I left him. I couldn't find him in the lot, but hey it's around 5:30 at this point, maybe he's on break. I watch and wait but no one is circling, parked in, or waiting behind any of the numerous stores in the shared lot. I get some food at a ethopian resteraunt that offers good vantage of the lot. I wait until a bit past 6 and eat my meal to see if I can confirm that was indeed that guards position. Since I left my car at my house, I'll assume if someone is watching it's expected I'm home, and if they were to attempt redelivery the same day I could be certain of a CD. If they attempted again I'll know from my roommate. At this point, I'm stressing it like a mother fucker. What are the odds the same guy I've never noticed in my neighborhood who was watching the post office just happened to cruise right past my front door shortly after watching the post office? I'll be going back at the time of the store who told me the guard waits to make sure they get to their cars safe at their time of close, to see if I can ID the guard as the man in the lot earlier, to atleast confirm he works as a security guard in some capacity. I don't know the shifts, and understand the likelihood of it being another guy. Maybe there is some slight chance the guy happens to live in my neighborhood, and was watching the time not because it's when the post office closes, but because his shift ended at 5. Although, the security ensuring people make it to their cars safely makes sense when the other store closed at night, I don't see the need in broad daylight. The odds of this just being happenstance in a city of over 300k people miles from the location are slim to none. I don't much believe in coincidence.

That's the extent of my story, here's what I'm hoping to learn.

I haven't maintained the degree of opsec I'd like to have. There is mentions on my facebook, possibly mobile, and I've accessed the deepweb without using tails while on my home network. Best way to wipe my mac/digital footprint? What steps can I take as of now to help my case of plausible deniability? Do I pick up my pack tomorrow? If they try to redeliver do I accept or return to sender? I'll update this tonight from a public network if any new information arises. I understand this is bad methodology if it were an operation, why would an officer make himself conspicuous outside of a post office in a security uniform. Why would he take the same car past my house? I'll concede it doesn't really make sense, what do you guys think?

tl;dr town of 300k people, see security guard outside post office miles from house when going to pick up pack requiring signature. Upon returning to my house after office closes, I see the same car and guy zipping down my street right in front of my house. I switched cars and went back to the post office to see if I could rule out him being there still/confirm ID on him and there is no officer in lot. Post office said I can pick up pack tomorrow because truck is still out. Before picking pack up, what steps can I take to wipe out my footprint? I've talked on fb and maybe mobile about packs before, and want to purge as much info as possible in the event I need to maintain plausible deniability. Delete TOR/FB/FB messages/Clean CP drive info? Should I even pick it up or let it be returned to sender?

Goddammit that reminds me I'm out of meth.

Let me tell you a little story. "In Detroit sometime in the 1930s, a young (if incredibly careless) mother must have been eternally grateful to a man named Joseph Figlock. As Figlock was walking down the street, the mother's baby fell from a high window onto Figlock. The baby's fall was broken and both man and baby were unharmed. A stroke of luck on its own, but a year later, the very same baby fell from the very same window onto poor, unsuspecting Joseph Figlock as he was again passing beneath. And again, they both survived the event."

Now let me solve your mystery: "She says "Yeah, the security guard hangs out here until the stores close and then hangs out back to make sure the employees get to their cars safe.""

Now to answer your question: No, I would not let a package of drugs addressed to me sit in a government post office that may be occasionally sniffed by drug dogs, etc.

You're stressing way too hard. This isn't a controlled delivery. It's coincidence noticed due to (somewhat reasonable) paranoia. Clean house if you want, securely wipe and delete anything you're concerned about (CCleaner is good for both secure delete and secure wipe/overwriting), go pick up your product.

Then take a break to study, get your game on point, and your nerves in check before jumping in again. And consider sticking with domestic if you're able.

Good luck.

Wtf is all that bullshit you just wrote? Did he have a flashlight?

Without reading anything in that massive wall of text I'm just going to say you're high and paranoid.

LE isn't using the mall cop as it's point man. Paul Blart isn't real.
