Addy for test taking?

How would that fair? I know a lot of people use it for their study marathons, but would it help taking a test? Going to be taking the ACT a few more times again soon, did pretty well without the shit, but hey if I can get another point or two I'll sure as shit be taking it.

It wouldn't be that noticable if I showed up to a testing center on addy would it?

(also, a strange question that I'm not expecting an answer to -- If I'm hardly effect by ephedrine (another stimulant of a different purpose) could I still be affected by addy?)

Yes, but only a little, really it should be used for studying, it sounds like you don't have an attention disorder so it'll only help after you get tired from taking it. Depending on how much you take you should have almost no change, remember, people take it everyday and you can't tell that they take it right? Also, keep in mind that you can become a little sweaty with adderall but it's more of an issue being with your comfort, if you get sweaty anyone watching you will just think you're stressed/scared. Hope that helps. Definitely more bang for your buck by using it to study.

I take Adderall and Vyvanse for AD/HD (I have a script) and it's pretty helpful in the way all amphetamines are. It makes you super focused on whatever you're doing, you get in the zone and just go off. Granted, that isn't always studying and you can get really intense into cleaning up or just doing random shit and it'll make you get distracted even worse. Now a number of studies have shown that studying while under the influence of drugs makes you take tests better while ALSO under the influence of the SAME drug. So Adderall for studying and Adderall for the actual test itself.

While actually in the test (especially the ACT since it has more critical thinking, I believe, than the SAT) the Addy will, indeed, help you to just chug along no problem. It makes you recall information a little faster and makes you able to write on stuff for mad long and keeps you from getting fatigued from actually doing stuff so when you have the breaks you'll be like "can we get back to this test already"

It will cause anxiety, and if time pressure is an issue,it'll make it a much, much bigger one. I can see how it might help focus, but how hard is it to focus during a test? What are you gonna get distracted by? I don't believe in it,personally.
