Are Monero and Ethereum transactions faster than bitcoin?

I've been trapped in bitcoin confirmation limbo since the 17th, and would really like to find an alternative.

Bitcoin transactions are slow/non existent because of the "highest fee first" situation (and some other missing things like segwit and/or increased blocksize). This can be upheld be the huge amount of transactions that is backlogged and almost seems impossible to get all of them implemented into a block.

Since these aren't problems on Monero or Ethereum yet, your transactions will go through almost instant without even a fee of any significance.

They are both faster.

That transaction limbo is artificially driving up BTC/USD price.

Yes

Monero takes an average of 25 Minutes to get 10 confirmations which is considered about being safe against potential blockchain reorganisations. The mempool is not full, so after 30 minutes your tx should be finished. Additionally it's cheaper and you don't need to trust any tumblers, since every single transaction is obfuscated by mixing it with other outputs. No one other than you and the recipient can tell who was the sender, who the receiver nor the amount which was sent in a transaction.
