Looked at Tracking Number from Pack

So today, I was looking at some of my old boxes I have received that I didn't throw away for some reason and I got curious and typed in the tracking number (without leaving traces) and saw that the TRACKING said it was dropped off in *******, CA. Couldn't you just sit at a post office and wait for a suspicious character to drop some packages off, or, look at security footage? This is a serious question and what like to get some answers on how this can't lead to LE finding the vendor more easily.

Im pretty sure i am not breaking rule 12.

Usually people drop them in blue boxes and they get scanned whenever that whole box is collected...

i'll just ramble about this a little bit I guess. #1 is Keep your licence plate and your face off cameras is the most important, . and secondly Don't use the same boxes too frequently. stay unpredictable. If you MUST drop off at a box with a camera nearby (for example, you need to make a certain pickup time cutoff posted on the box, but that box is located in a downtown area with business security cams nearby) , wear a hat with a brim/hoodie pulled low. and sunglasses etc. no distinctive clothing. and with it getting colder I can even get away with wearing gloves while dropping my packs and it doesn't look suspicious. People talking about going INSIDE post offices to drop packs?/ wtf nooooo do not EVER do this haha wow that's like insane to even consider as an option.
