[CommunityDiscussion]Should we have listened to this guy?

Yes, we should have listened to him. Why didn't we? We didn't want to & TPTB also did not want us to.
Remember: the DNM community loved Evolution - it had high availability, a vast selection of products to choose from, and a simple + modern + beautiful UI. The majority of us did not want to believe Evolution was a scam, so TPTB kindly helped ease our anxiety by subtlety telling us what we wanted to hear.
From what it looks like, lobali was the first recognizable public figure in the DNM community to significantly sway public opinion in the thread. lobali's agenda was to discredit the OP, while also gaining credibility for himself by going on "the record" and stating he "never used Evo" himself (he needed to appear as if he was a neutral party). After lobali's opinion was posted, the community began to calm down.
It was an all-out effort by TPTB to remove the fear of an inevitable scam from our minds, and shift us back into la la land where we can feel all warm and fuzzy again.
Obviously, a handful of us ultimately would not cave, so pinkprincess1 joined the game by helping drag the rest of us - kicking and screaming - to rejoin the others back in la la land. How was she able to accomplish such a difficult task when the rest of us were so rebellious and determined to get the truth out there in the community?
That's the question.

So, because there was an unhappy vendor 9 months ago, everyone should have seen the exact date of the exit scam coming?
If the life cycle of all centralized escrow markets and the carding background was not enough to get it through thick skulls about Evolution not being 100% trustworthy, I don't see why this would meaningful affect anyone's decisions.

Have we not had speculation that kimble or verto may have had cover accounts? Did this guy's prediction not come true? It seems like regardless of if he was in the right or wrong, he seen something that everyone was too pussywhipped for evo to even take into consideration.

I'm not saying we should have gone off this guy's post to abandon evo. But This post and so many others trying to claim that evo had been set up for a scam became looked at as cancer or FUD or non-sense just because of the fact that evo was so perfect. What's the number ONE rule on the darknet? If it's too good to be true... Well it was. My whole point of posting this is to contribute in prevention of this again. Points we're brought up that At least someone with half a brain should have looked into to some degree Instead of Blindly listening to anyone in power. Next time We should, at the very least have some person not on the staff or not the admin Take a look for anything fishy. It's over and done with And I know the cycle usually repeats but why don't we try to give a shot at a change instead of sitting with our dicks in hand.

Lol - No.
Oh god, I remember having to deal with that guy. I think he's a crackhead who got butthurt because we banned him after we received numerous customer complaints from people not receiving their orders after FEing.
We had a scam report open for well over a month on that guy and gave him multiple chances to make right with customers. Not only did he selectively scam from customers, but he also threatened those who left him any negative feedback. You can do a search of him here on Reddit.
After we banned him, one of our mods (TMS) received numerous threats from him on how he hired hackers and hitman to go after us (I hope he hired them from the Hidden Wiki - lmao). This kid was totally talking out of his ass, so we brushed him off. Then as his next tactic, he went all over reddit and ddw to write complaints about us. This guy was fucking delusional and pissy because we caught him ripping off customers.
Just do a search of him here on Reddit, you'll find some interesting shit.
Why? It sounds like Evo admin was actually doing their job. Also themostseekrit didn't steal anything.
