East India's fees is justified because they have the best god damn support of any market

I don't think I have ever seen even a clearnet site respond that fast and be so helpful.

So as a customer you feel the fees they charge vendors are good?

[12 Points] Pelican_Vendor:

We agree I often have nice conversations with them.

They have a fucking chat box which is awesome. If I want to tell everyone about a promo I put it there answer questions to people who ask questions I can answer. Hell I can create my own personal vendor chat room for my customers.

That and there multisig is fucking dope.

I agree. It's potentially my favorite market overall.

If you don't like it...well maybe don't fucking use it then? I dunno.

We're not some sort of council of elders passing our verdict on a proposal, it exists and it's good for those who find it so, so I mean...I am not entirely sure what people are expecting to accomplish by talking about the fees so much here (which btw are not at all bad, and keep in mind the entry payment is very low; 0.2BTC. Valhalla by contrast is 1BTC, for example), especially considering the EIC guys don't really come on here from what I understand.

My suggestion if you really have a serious issue with how they're handling things is to go on the site, and message support. They are indeed receptive and responsive as fuck and if you can make a good enough case that may have an effect.

More vendors need to go there

Customer service is everything when shit goes wrong, just look at alphabay, pages upon pages of customers and vendors coin disappearing and support doesnt even respond. People are losing big money too and for what, to save a few dollars?

[3 Points] None:

I agree, I'm only a small vendor but I don't really care about the fee.

It's responsive, has a clean UI with many decent features and quirks which make running a store easier and their support must be some kind of slave that's handcuffed to a desk somewhere.

[3 Points] BarbarossaDNM:

The fees go down significantly if the vendor levels up, right

And a rich market is less likely to exit scam, I guess.
