[VENDOR WARNING] Chroncentrates DD No longer emailing back after order not coming

Placed a DD order with /u/chroncentrates two weeks ago and he replied with confirmation that it would ship next day. One week later and I contact him and ask for tracking. He claims he can't find it and offers me a refund. Have sent him multiple emails over the last week with no reply and no refund.

I would highly recommend to steer clear from this scammer.

That sucks for you. However, you knew the risk fucking with Chroncentrates. Let me guess, you did a few DD and they went smooth, and the ALL OF A SUDDEN CHRONCENTRATES ACTS ALL CHRONCENTRATES! Had one bad dealing with that cunt when he was new... first few transactions went smoothly. Then he fucked up an order (sent only half... 2nd half never arrived even though he claims tracking said it did yet he could not provide tracking. He claimed I live with my parents haha.) He still blames me for the issue. Fuck chroncentrates.

Jesus Christ people. I was offline for the weekend. It was a holiday. Nobody is getting scammed. Nobody is exit scamming. Since I assume the majority of you spend most of your free times on the forums, you should know that JUST LAST WEEK, I refunded 30+ FE orders. If I was a scammer, I'm not a very good one.

He's a human, dude. Not a large fucking business. Vendors dealing with a large volume of orders, such as /u/Chroncentrates, don't operate like Amazon with a hundred employees constantly replying to the 60 angry, impatient customers sending a message every 4 hours.

Calm your tits and let the man do his job the best he can at this point. Honestly, the way you all are acting in this situation would make me want to exit scam y'all to avoid the stress of these premature accusations.

Be thankful Chron is actually taking his time to answer messages and concerns; giving out refunds is not the way a scam goes..

My order has been shipped and all messages have been answered thoroughly today. I have never had a problem with this vendor, the people spreading FUD are the ones I have a problem with.

My last order from him was placed on the 31st via DD just before he stated that he had started having shipping issues, but it shipped out on the 11th and I got it the 13th.

A few days after I placed the order he went on vacation on markets and informed me that he was having shipping issues and asked for a refund address on Tuesday, but when I hadn't gotten the refund a day later I checked on markets to see that he posted that he had figured out his shipping issue so I emailed him and he said that he could still refund me if I wanted, but he was all set to ship the next day if I wanted him to.

I've been dealing with /u/Chroncentrates a few times a month for the last four or so months, mostly via DD, and while I won't pretend that he is free of mistakes or the most communicative, he has always shipped when he told me he would with two day shipping, and compensated me for the wait if an issue on his end caused any major delay.

The main thing I have learned over the time that I have dealt with him is to make sure you ask for an order confirmation and if you don't hear anything in a business day or so, shoot him a follow up.

I've also never quite gotten the bad rap that his oil seems to get here. I won't pretend it's on the level of top shelf shit like name brand stuff or what vendors like /u/ItsShatterDay push, but it isn't priced on that level and I've always found it to have a pleasant consistency and taste.

Overall, I'd say give him a little more time. I'm sure he'll make it right eventually.

I am having some problems as well... I ordered on valentines day the 14th he marked it shipped that same day, I was expecting the pack to arrive Wednesday 16th or Thursday 17th at the latest...Its now the 22nd a week after it was marked shipped, If I don't get a response from the vendor on AlphaBay by the end of the day I will open a dispute.

I have been doing business with chroncentrates back when he started on Agora, I remember one order he did refund me the coins, but still selective scamming is a dick move especially to someone who buys QP every 1-2 week

Still nothing... Chron please send the tracking I am really trying to be patient but i am starting to get aggravated. I been waiting for 10 days that is a bit ridiculous considering I spent thousands of dollars on your store.

If I don't get a tracking I will have to open a dispute I cant take a loss on 600 dollars

send me my refund, i tried to patient and wait for tracking but it is apparent you are procrastinating, and never sent the package. no priority package takes 2 weeks to reach its destination.

If you continue to ignore my requests I will make sure your reddit profile reflects your customer service. Its disappointing to see this is how you treat loyal customers who always return.
