Dream market is not a dream to work with

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I am a small to medium sized vendor on multiple markets solid reviews etc etc etc.

On dream I have no problems until I have to deal with the market support or admins. They treat me like I work for them. I have had 2 disputes in a year where the support team has threatened my account vendor status over 50-100$ and then hours later give the customer a full refund and demand I do a reshipment.

Maybe there is a serious language that is possible.Treating the people like shit who pay you a commission on all sales is kind of shooting yourselves in the foot.

Sounds to me like the customers made a good case to the support team that there was a solid reason for the dispute, and the market sided with the customer. As a buyer myself, that sounds like a market functioning as it should. Your commission doesn't buy you immunity from having to resolve disputes, and until you post your vendor name on the market so people can see your feedback for themselves and make their own judgment, I'll personally continue suspecting that there was a reason for the disputes. Just because someone says they have solid reviews on a reddit post doesn't mean they actually do.
