[Vendor Complaint] Heath_Robinson on Agora

My order was marked as shipped 13 days ago and given that it is UK->UK domestic, it should have taken 5 days tops. I sent a message asking what had happened and to extend the time to avoid auto-finalization. The time was extended but I received no reply and now that I look at the profile, he is on vacation mode. Looking through the feedback it seems I'm not the only one:

13 days, nothing received, not even marked shipped, ZERO responses to msgs. 0/5. Reported to support. Dire. AVOID.

Have contacted support this guy has not sent my product and there is no communication at all stay away!

Both within the last 15 days so I would be very wary ordering anything from this vendor. I didn't FE and have started the order resolve process, what should I expect?

What I do in situations like this is message support with the order number and the information about what's going on. Then it's simply a case of waiting for the Agora admins to their thing. I've had admins do a refund in 3 days before but I'm currently sitting on another for two weeks now so I can't give you an estimated turnaround. I hope this helps and you get your coins back.

Edit: State in your message to support that it's a domestic UK-UK order so there won't be tracking. This will save a bit of time as the admins first message to the vendor is usually to ask for tracking information.
