So I've been taking to some vendors from so risky ship countries. Everyone that I've talked to said that they have been pretty successful with getting packs to land. Is it really as risky as everyone is making it out to be?
High risk countries

No... everyone here seems to think that nothing from Netherlands ever lands and is always a CD. This is not the case. Maybe like 5-10% of packages get seized from Netherlands > USA, even less Germany > USA... people don't understand the amount of mail coming through the system. I mean most of those vendors offer 100% reship if seized. Do you think the vendors would be making any money if they were constantly reshipping every package? It is also in the vendors best interest to have as little seizures as possible for the customers safety and their own. Just buy from vendors that have been around for awhile that know what they are doing.
You can even go on review threads in market forums and PM people that left reviews "Yo, was the stealth really that good? Like can I open that shit in front of my grandma or what?" Don't ask for specifics though...

AM hot countries
It is all about mathematics
If the chance of package from non-risky country to be intercepted is 0.001% , and the chance from a risky country is 0.1%, the risk is 100 times higher and the country is "risky"
Although it is 100 times higher, it is still 1 out of every 1000 packages
These numbers are not the real statistics, just to demonstrate what does "risky" means
