[Andromeda] We are back from downtime + security upgrades

Andromeda is back from downtime having completed a major security upgrade. Moving forward, the speed of the servers has also been drastically improved.

In addition we have implemented:

Auto-support bots to help assist with user support tickets. Using an intuitive algorithm the bots will try to judge what the support ticket is asking and answer the tickets with relevant information on how to proceed. If the bot cannot find a solution it will flag the ticket for a human operator. This cuts down on support ticket load and means an instant response time for the majority of basic questions and concerns.

2-FA PGP auto-repair tool now fixes your key if it was previously not compatible. 2-FA is fully working and we encourage all to enable this feature. Auto lost password recovery feature is now available to recover lost accounts without the need of a human operator to assist. To recover accounts, the PIN, username and correct month of registration are needed - the account can be recovered automatically so long as 2-FA was not enabled. Anti-bruteforcing algorithms added to the user account recovery and login pages to prevent possible hijacking. All login activity for your account can be reviewed on the login activity user options panel to show any illicit attempts to gain access to your account by intruders.

Andromeda has 40k users and 3k products as of September 18th 2014.

We are continually working to improve our systems.

Best Regards

Andromeda Team
