If I ordered express, but noticed the vendor did not ship express, what should I do?

I tried contacting but so far haven't heard back. Thoughts? It seems unfair that I should pay extra for a service that I did not receive. Should I just hope to get in touch with the vendor?

It might have just been a mistake on their part. I'd ask what's up - perhaps when you go back to finalize after you finally do get your order, just shoot him a quick message and say "hey I got the order but I paid for express and it wasn't sent like that, any chance you'd be a mensch and refund the difference in shipping cost?"

I'd contact the vendor as ask if you can either get a refund for the difference or get free express shipping on your next order, should you want to buy from them again.

Mention it to the vendor before you finalize so they feel like they have to reply. Be super cool about it though– after all, you still got your pack. Tell the vendor that you paid for express but it was received using priority (or whichever service you got) and if you could get a partial refund. I wouldn't go for the store credit, as you don't know if they will hold that offer up unless you place another order that same day, then I'd go for the free Express shipping.
