Successfully made it down to 3mg to 1.5mg but..

For week i took a 3mg bar everyday, The 2nd week i took 1.5mg/half bar a week, But sadly, from all the stress in this household idecided to take about 5 bars lastnight just to ignore all of it. So Today i will continue to take 1/2 of 1 bar (1.50mg) once a day untill monday which den i will start taking quarters a day everyday for a week. A quarter of these bars are 0.75/mg, I know alot of people say i shouldnt go cold turkey untill im under .50 or .25 mg.but.Obviously i cant cuz these bars are pressed at 3mg. but at this point id rather either take the risk or get me some .25-.50 clonazepams from someone i know. And see if datll will do me any good. I dont have a connect for valium sadly.

Any advice guys?

I was also thinking about once as i get down to a quarter a day, i should try my best to avoid taking it for a couple days till icant handle withdrawals anymore den take the quarter and vice versa. Untill i can go days without.

So what should i do, plan a and get me come .25-.50 mg clonazepams after the week of taking .75mg a day everyday or plan B? Thanks for the helps guys.

Ps. Ican for a for a fact ttake .75mg a day and wait about 2-3 days maybe even longer before having any small symptoms of withdrawals.

So let me know whats the best way to go, thanks my friends. :)

You could pretty easily take .25 or .50 mg, just break the bar in half and crush it, then divide into 3 or 6 piles. Not exactly accurate but should be quite easy to get pretty close to your desired dose.

You seem to have the right mindset which is a big check off the list.

What I recommend doing is tapering as slowly as you can, BUT, also try and stay away from having those nights with 5 bars down the hatch because it kind of fucks up the whole healing process that you are currently trying to endure.

Your gaba receptors have to normally and slowly go back to normal, which will be a while. Alcohol will effect this as you probably already know.

Take it easy, I'm in withdrawal and waiting on a pack so I know how it feels to be in the worst of it..

It's okay to relapse, you'll make it through.

You already have the motiation. Best of luck, I believe in you and you will believe in yourself.

I vote you taper off

Does anyone remember the vendor that had black spots in their bars?

imo, the problem with tapering with pressed bars is that you may not get the same amount of alp per 1/4 you split, i don't think those bars are evenly distributed with alp.

you can't really avoid the withdrawals completely, but getting off a 1/4 bar habit even if it's pressed is pretty managable.

Bars of what?

Literally was just in your shoes. Got a bunch of bars, sold alot but still kept too many for myself. Ended up taking about 1.5 bars a day for 2 weeks, then started copping 1mg kpins.. About 3 weeks total, but while taking the kpins I got myself down to taking 1 a day in 2 .5mg doses.

I had a 1.5mg total of kpins left when I decided to stop, so I took .75mg the first day, .50mg the next and .25 the last then jumped off. I definitely felt it, but it wasn't terrible.. About 2 days of w/d's, but totally manageable (was only abusing for about 3 weeks)
