DEA schedule 1 license?

Can fraudulent licenses for schedule one drugs be possibly made? I've stumbled upon 2 sites, such as sigmaaldrich.com and cerilliant.com. Both of them have virtually every drug. Correct me if I'm wrong, but all you need is a dea approved schedule 1 license for schedule one drugs I assume? If that's the case, couldn't someone by an abandoned shed, tidy it up with some glassware and lighting, stock up on legal chemicals for more legal and acceptable research experiements, maybe even handout brochures for a bullshit summer science camp for cover (maybe a 2 week class for highschool students doing frog dissection or something). After all this could you maybe obtain a real license for schedule 1 experiments, and if not do you think a fake one (if they're possible) could cover your ass if you ordered some of the "lab-grade" drugs from the sites I listed?

No. God no.

I worked for a vet for a while. We had lots of schedule 2 supplies. Mostly ketamine and barbiturates

Trust me, the DEA has a lot of time on their hands to fuck with doctors...

And those licenses have an address on them.......

Also, i think our ketamine came fedex... Lmao....

I don't know the process of how verification of a research license happens, but I don't think it's the same as using a fake ID to get into a bar. While I'm sure there is a paper license and it prob needs to be displayed in the lab, I'm also quite sure that suppliers won't be asking for a fax or scan of that license. I'm sure it's in a database that suppliers use to look up. A fake license either won't be in there or if it hijacks another license number the addresses won't match up or something won't match up.

Someone did tell me the story about getting compounding opioid powder from a supplier by supplying fake credentials. The company sent it out but realized their mistake in failure to validate it. They asked for it back. Lol. You'd prob have better luck doing that TBH. Not that it'd be easy but I bet there are more holes in the pharmaceutical industry than <insert your own pun here>. In essence create a fake pharmacy.

It's cool to search those sites but you'll never be able to order anything from them :(

Side note: paging /u/Vendor_BBMC can you synth all these? What's the difference?

Back 15 years ago you could snag ket if glu worked at a vet. Now they keep a close eye on it.
